This is inform u to that today I've called your customer care from my number [protected] for know about Marshmallow updated in my Samsung J7 2015, 5 days ago I've visited Samsung service center Kolkata near South city (Dear Samsung Customer, the repair of your Samsung Product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from DIVINE ELECTRO SOLUTION.) Thank you.
Hence, I complain about service center associate he told me that 'If I will update my handset with latest version which was 6.0 your phone maybe hanged and also it was corrupted version also', so please do not updated your handset and after many time ⏰ I've tried to talk with u but lastly misbehaviour your end agent Mr. Rakesh he didn't helpout my problem after that call transfer to senior desk 📲 and call taken Mr. Sunil, his behavior issue I think also rudely behavior with me why I don't know???please 🙏 escalated this matter to concern department and this mail forward to grievance desk of higher authority and i surely told u that
there is no action on this as yet. Please give me the number of your national or regional head, I want to speak to him about this total disregard to customer complaint by Samsung resolve this issue as soon as possible today's call back my 📲 same number ..

    I purchased Samsung j5 model mobile on 04/10/15.
    Display was not working in JUNE-16.
    Mobile handed over over to ROURKELA service center.
    I got it repaired after 15 days ( Ist week of JULY-16).
    Again I found display problem on 01/08/16.

    Now ROURKELA service center is saying,
    this model mobile spare parts are not available.
    So another set will be provided and following documents are required.
    1. Mobile Box with IMEI sticker.
    2. ID proof.
    3. Bank Pass Book xerox copy.
    4. Accessories (Hea Phone and and charger).
    5. Proof of purchase

    My problem is, Mobile box is not available.
    This also irrelevant that box is required for warranty.
    And service center is saying, Complain can not be lodged without Mobile box.
    Please suggest me, what will I do ?

    ROURKELA service center Mr. Ajit is saying that Box is not required but EMIE sticker on the box should be pasted on the bill. I have purchase bill (from RELIANCE DIGITAL which is a branded retailer) where EMIE sticker is not pasted but EMIE NO is in printed form. Mr Ajit is not accepting that bill. As per RELIANCE DIGITAL their bill is online bill, so EMIE sticker is not required. I am not able to lodge complain since 5 days. I am being harassed by SAMSUNG SERVICE.

    "Reliance Digital" conveyed my problem to the Manager of Samsung Service (Odisha).
    On 10/08/16 Rourkela Service Center received my defective mobile.

    I received phone call to submit documents.
    While submitting documents IMEI sticker issue arised. Matter settled after telephonic conversation with Manager of Samsung Service (Odisha).
    1. Original bill.
    2. PAN card xerox.
    3. Bank pass book xerox.

    I received a new J5 set from Samsung Service center after depositing
    1.charger
    2.data cable
    3.ear phone
    I am happy getting new set.

    But, I have not used the set during warranty period as set was defective/deposited in service center.
    So warranty period may please be extended.

      In my phone (model number: - sm-j700fzwdins) to your given in the samsung service center, whose job card (bill no.) [protected] date:[protected] time13:55:52, mentioned in my phone, (display is broken) but my mobile is running in background, i was requested that the parts are not in our service center will be getting the parts from mumbai 7 or 8 days, and has given me a guarantee that the additional parts 7 of the 8 days, and then the parts will be installed in your mobile, and we will notify you by phone 10 days, but my phone is a bill no. date[protected], and this was in spite of today have 16 days, i make a phone call, so who is responsible for the warranty of my phone,

      So please urgent base this priority on my mail.

        I am sorry to say that Samsung India may have good distribution network but they dont have any back service control. I had complained about non functioning of Refrigerator on their call centre number in Pune. Maharashtra. I had got the number of person called Mr. Sham having number [protected] and changed the Compressor Surprisingly this fellow had changed and replaced it to LG instead of Samsung saying that it was not available and given me receipt of Shivhari Electronics Hadapsar Pune. As usual this doesnt worked and since from March 2106 i am trying to call their call centre and this Mr. Sham but he never turns out. Dont understand how to get this complain till Samsung. Hope this works.

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          I am utilizing note II mobile which is purchased in 2013 from your authorize shopee.The product is sturdy, excellent and last three years I did not face any problem, I have purchased SM-G7102threre after also. Since last two months I have faced problem of low battery backup hence I have approached to incharge of M/S Asmi Teleshopee on 04/06/2006, located opposite Kotharud-Bus Stand Pune.This guy has advised me to replace battery (As per his opinion life of old battery is already expired). I have purchased battery EB595675 vide your invoice No[protected] for Rs 1799.
          Unfortunately new battery was also not yielding sufficient backup and take long time to get recharge.So I have approached to M/S ASMI TELESHOPEE and requested to resolve the issue.He has advised me to approach your customer service centre, M/S Vedant Services at Nal Stop Karve Road Pune.On 23/07/2016 I have visited to your service centre and lodged the complaint of defective product vide Service order No [protected] & OTP No 588267.To day I have received call from your service centre & requested to collect the product(Order No [protected] –OTP No 347984).
          As per your trade practices they have obtained undertaking /acknowledgement and handed over the product.I am very much surprised to note that they have handed over the replaced product which was manufactured in April 2015 i.e before 1year and three months back. I have taken strong objection to accept the old product and requested to give product manufactured in 2016.But the incharge has given irresponsible reply that Samsung Company has stopped production Note II Battery and instructed to his staff to hand over defective product .Further he told that he could not resolve the issue at his end and approach to Company directly.
          1.I am not satisfied with the reply of your service centre as your outlets are selling the batteries all over India and I have confirmed manufacturing date March 2016 on packing of the battery.
          2.he has return me defective product(which was purchased from your outlet ).The product is without mentioned date of manufacturing .I got confused and doubtful about replaced product because of his misbehavior.
          3.Further I have observed that the original battery my Note II is bearing the date of manufacturing and also observed that the service centre has handed over the replaced battery was mentioned date 20/04/2015.Its comes under preview o[censored]nfair trade practice and hence I strongly condemned for the same.
          4.Your service centre has taken 8 days to observed the product and handed over old product which was manufactured before 1, 1/4 year back .In brief It is proved that battery which was purchased through you outlet is defective.
          I therefore request you to resolve the issue immediately.
          Hope your immediate co-operation in the matter.

            I bought Samsung Galaxy Mobile model J7 on 26/04/16.The Reference no is 358158/07/356435/7.Had contacted your Customer Service centres at Janakpuri and Kirti Nagar, new Delhi.Display of mobile needs to be changed.
            Mobile is Golden color. Part is not available.Mobile is with me. Had a Chat with Samsung on net and had called up Okhla Centre and spoke to Mr Anurag. No one seems to give me a solution.
            Want mobile to be repaired without further harassment or Refund the Amount as no certainty for part.

              I had bought an inverter ac on the 29th of Sept 2014.I have been spending money every now and then.First there was a problem with the instrument, the gas leaked out got it repaired again the same problem.Had to pay transportation charges .Now its hardly 3 months again the circuit problem.Everytime the technician visits have to oay him 500+ tax.I hope you will kindly look into the matter and solve my grievances.We had bought the product seeing its brand name and are paying a heavy price.I want to approach Consumer forum.Please assist.

                Dear Sir I have given a mobile phone model J5 to your service centre, ambay communication fbd for change of lcd on14th july 2016 wide there nill no [protected].After 3 days they inform us that the lcd part is not available n hence complete mobile set will be changed n they asked to deposite the complete box.We have done so, More then 20 days have passed we are in constant touche with your service centr and evry visit they are saying that it will take more time.
                You are requsted to look in the matter and get my phone replaced as soon as possible.

                  We have purchased smartphone Samsung J7 bearing Serial number [protected], on 03.12.2015, sales order number R#013#2 from Reliance store, Raipur.

                  But unfortunately in Jan 2016, the display of this device got damaged, and when we approached to both service centres both denied, and expressed their inability to replace the display unit, even we are ready to pay in advance.

                        I purchased a samsung galaxy j-7 mobile from m/s emotions gallery, meerut on 14/06/16 by paying rs. 14300/-

                        I was using the mobile till yesterday[protected]. Yesterday at around 6 pm phone suddenly got switched off and i was unable to restart. I checked samsung website and found below authorised service center address
                        Samsung service center, metro plaza, meerut.
                        They had refused to repair it and ask for rs. 6000/- as a charges for replacement of display.

                            I have buyied samsung galaxy note 5 on 22/4/16.
                            From 3 weeks, in its display liquid is apperaing on the display.
                            When i have gone to samsung service center they have you have pressed the display very hardly and you have to pay 10800 for display change.
                            There is no physical damage from outside not a single scratch on a phone.
                            It is internal problem in the phone.
                            I have seen two more customer with same problem in the service centre.
                            I want that my phone should be repaired for free as its in warranty and its a internal issue.
                            I have attached all the proof.

                              I Purchased a Samsung Galaxy J-7 Mobile from M/s Pai International, Lingampally Hyderabad on 11/05/16 by paying Rs. 14300/- Bill No. MADH-802 on[protected]

                              I was using the mobile till Yesterday[protected]. Yesterday at around 4 PM phone suddenly got switched off and I was unable to restart. I checked Samsung Website and found below authorised service center address

                              Today I visited this Service station at 1 PM and I was given a token of 92. Waited around 2 hrs for my turn. Though there are 12 work stations found workers only on 3 seats may be cost cutting. Got my no at around 4 PM. I explained this issue and what I heard was unbelievable. The guy told me that battery got damaged. When I inquired how ? as I purchased 2 months back and am using this for calling only that too very minimal. What he told was company stopped the production of this type battery so they don’t have in stock and will not be available. He suggested to return my mobile along with Bill, warranty card, One ID proof, and a cancelled a cheque they will initiate refund for the money I paid for the phone. When I inquired is there any issue with phone or is the issue with battery not received any revert. I requested for a complaint No after so much discussion with 2-3 people he told me to give the phone and will get the battery get replaced within10 days. Don’t know within that 10 min Samsung decided to manufacture that battery again. Seems they have the stock don’t want to give free… Is this the warranty you offer to customer ??. I not agreed to hand over my phone. After so much argument filled one PO form and was not ready hand over the a copy of the same to customer who filled the details. Given PO no. or written in sheet of paper as PQ[protected], also written on the paper some bill no. [protected]

                              My fate I decided to buy a SamSung phone…. and trusted your warranty card… and your so called authorized service station.

                                I bought this device on mar 18 (Pre booked) and was very happy with my
                                Purchase... Phone was working well for first three months and during this
                                Time phone got wet in rain several times but nothing happened at that
                                Time... It was working flawlessly as it suppose to be... One day i dropped
                                My phone by mistake and my screen broken : (And i took the device to
                                Ervice centre they said warranty is void... You can get new screen replaced
                                Only by paying it.. And i was like... I can't live with broken screen (A
                                Beautiful device with screen broken will be not nice to use.. And the fault
                                Is on my side) so i paid 15, 454inr... While they gave the phone to me they
                                Handled it with phone case... So i didn't check the backside of s7 edge and
                                Tested only this *#0*# and i was using the device for nearly 2 weeks one
                                Day again phone got wet in rain and on the next day phone was not turning
                                On.. When i took it to service center they told water logged... I have to pay
                                32000 again... And while i was investigating i came to know that backside
                                Of the device is not closed properly... Whenever i long press it the
                                Backside opens just like that where it was never ever happened before
                                Creen was broken... This is due to engineers fault in the last stage of
                                Creen replacement process... I don't understand how someone can be so
                                Careless while servicing the latest flagship phone... And putting the blame
                                On me... Latest samsung flagship phones are sealed and can't be opened by
                                Anyone other than samsung techies.. Then how could the backside of s7 edge
                                Opens? Screen was broken that was my fault so i paid... But this is not my
                                Fault... How i can be held responsible for samsung engineer's mistake and
                                They keep asking me to pay... And i didn't born with silver spoon... I
                                Bought this great mobile by working hard for several months, money which i
                                Actually saved... This is my 1st 50k+ phone... And its very sad that this is
                                Dead... Totally i spend 72k and now if i pay 32 k+ it will be like i've
                                Pended 1 lakh for a mobile... Perhaps 72k is easy for samsung company
                                Team to earn but not for normal people like me... I know the value of each
                                And every single rupees... If its decided that they won't fix my
                                Device... They should definitely answer for my 72k loss... Seriously i
                                Can't afford 32k for just fixing a mobile... Oh wait.. Not only me no one
                                Will ever pay it... They will just buy a new mobile with that money also
                                Fault is not on my side.. I can't be held responsible for engineer's
                                Mistake.. I've my phone bill original copy, screen replacement bill... Which
                                Is total cost of 56, 900 + 15, 454 = 72, 354 rs... Also i've photographs of
                                Backside being not closed properly... I've submitted the phone in service
                                Centre

                                After several arguments... On (01/08/2016) i was informed that i will
                                Receive a call from head office by a supervisor in chennai.

                                But call never arrives, whenever i contact them they say you will get a call today, but call never arrives.

                                I worked very hard to earn that money... They are not even responding to my
                                Calls.. Whenever i contact center they say wait for a call from head
                                Office... But call never arrives... Just investigate when was this complaint
                                Filed in samsung database... Still they are not fixing it... Please ask them
                                To fix my device or refund my money... Thank you so much.

                                Dear Samsung

                                I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge smartphone worth Rs. 55, 900/- from your authorized sales center and took APPS DAILY INSURANCE amounting to Rs. 4, 999/- on the same date. The insurance was registered to my name by one of your sales center representative. After that, I came across a situation where the screen of my handset was cracked and I claimed insurance. I paid 5% of the price of the phone (i.e. Rs. 2795/-) as their insurance fee. Apps Daily serviced my phone and returned it on time.

                                A month later, my handset encountered a software issue and I gave the same for repair at your authorized service center. They said that my handset underwent a water damage and that it cannot be covered under warranty. Upon detailed investigation, one of your fellow men informed me that a magnetic tape, which protected the phone from water damage, was missing while they opened the phone. I asked him for a written explanation from their part detailing this issue and I escalated the issue to your head office. As my complaint was found to be genuine, your people repaired my phone free of cost. This marked my lack of trust on Apps daily insurance. Even though Apps daily insurance is responsible for this issue, it indirectly points out to your improper handling as Apps daily gave my phone for service at one of your authorized service center.

                                Now recently, I endured an accident and my phone screen had a crack again. I claimed for the insurance immediately and they asked me to submit my phone along with necessary documents. They also said that the amount to be paid to claim insurance has now increased from 5% to 6% of the price of the phone (i.e. Rs. 3354/-). As informed, I handed over the handset with the required documents & said amount. They mailed me on January 2nd, 2017 that they received my handset and is at one of your service centers for further repair. As per their policy, they were responsible to return my phone repaired within 21 working days or refund the amount for repair. As the time specified by them for repair had finished, I called them and they asked me to wait till 03.02.2017 (Friday). But the extended time which they asked also finished and I am afraid about my handset.

                                I have had a lot of trouble without my handset. I provide private tuition on music and academics and a lot many people call me for the same. I also learn by watching online sessions on music and academics. The delay in returning the handset has cost me so much money as I am not able to watch videos online. This has affected my learning process and I now find mysel[censored]ncomfortable without updating my knowledge on the same. All my contacts were synced to this handset and I now don’t have access to my contacts, which has affected me in a number of ways. I am not able to identify whom all are contacting me. I am also afraid that the delay in response from apps daily insurance might be due to unprofessional handling of my phone which could have led to additional damage caused from their part.

                                I bought your flagship phone hoping that I would get proper service. But, the delay caused from your side is extremely disappointing. I had a belief that Samsung will treat my concerns well. But, based on this experience, how can I suggest my friends on your upcoming phones.

                                Hence, I humbly request you to consider my issue and kindly initiate necessary action on the same.

                                Considering my previous experience on your improper service, and the reason stated above regarding my concern about the unprofessional handling of the handset due to the delay caused, I request you for replacing my defecting handset with a band new Samsung galaxy s7 edge handset. A reputed company like yours should consider the mental agony and pain I endured due to the absence of my handset. I invested a lot of money in this hoping for a luxury experience. Hence, I demand a replacement to clear my lack of trust in your service and have future business with your products.

                                  I have bought samsung s6 on 4 march 2016
                                  On 1 august 2016 suddenly saw pink dots on the upper side of screen. I went to samsung service centre in janak puri delhi and they said to contact customer care as they say if they change the display, the current display can be broken and they don't take any responsibility and if the display gets broken i need to pay them around 12000/-
                                  I called customer care they are suggesting me to visit service centre again and when i go to service centre they suggest me the same things.
                                  Amsung is not helping me any any of the above matter.
                                  The device is still under warranty and the device scratch - less as i have protected it with screen guards and cover from the very first day of my purchase.
                                  I will soon be sue samsung in lok adalat if i dont get any response as i am already harassed by the service centre and the customer support of samsung

                                    10 days before i purchased samsung j7 gold from Samsung mobile store Harjeet bros, Dharampura bazar patiala, there is problem in my phone, it gets switched off automatically even battery is fully charged and it dnt get on without plugged in to charging.                                       I Atandra Pal, purchased Samsung D/DOOR refrigerator as on 25/05/2014. I had already lodged a complaint ( [protected]). Your service authority did not support me. I am suffering this problem from 03/08/2016 to till date. Cooling portion of the refrigatarator is totally stopped. Your services engineer named SAIFUDDIN ( ph.-[protected])in our Burdwan region had come and recognized the problem and assure me to overcome the problem in next day, i.e on Friday (05/08/2016) within 4:00 p.m. But on 05/08/2016 at 3:45 p.m. when I want to know from him that would he come as per his assurance? Then his answer on telephone was irritating. I asked him had you got the matter seriously - it is very urgent. Then he casually said he had no authority to answer my question. He said he had not got the spare parts. For this, he could not attend me. But on 04/08/2016, when he first visited at my home, by telephone he was confirmed about the spare parts and that basis he assured myself to solve the problem at next day, i.e, 05/08/2016. I already paid the service charges of Rs.- 340/- .As on 06/08/2016 at 1:40 p.m. when I again call him for confirmation of his visit, now he told me he had not got the spare parts in his hand because of some transportation problem. In this hazard situation what can I do? Is it my fault to purchase the product of your reputed company? The refrigerator carrying essential medicine of my father. I think, I will get the proper justice from your end.

                                        I have purchase a samsung metro smb313e handset on july 28, 2016, but it rebooting after inserting the SIM. I have contact to retailer and he suggest to contact samsung service centre.
                                        The service centre give me DO letter for exchanging the old set with new.

                                        After exchanging the handset the new phone have same problem.

                                        what to do?
