My last complain which shows it is resolved is wrong. They didnt bother to even contact me. Mistakinly i pressed on resolved. Below is the repeated complain i submitted last time.

Stop playing games samsung india.In my last complain you people asked my contact details to resolve my problem. Where are you all??? Stop cheating and playing. Its my third complain. Its only way to contact you by submitting a new complain. I want my phone to be replaced. It's motherboard is not working. My phone is new. I purchased it on 10th may 2016.

I will not accept a repair.

You can get my job sheet number and contact details from my last complain i made.

Im very happy and thankful to SAMSUNG INDIA. Finally they have resolved my matter with refund. Im thankful to Mr. Surya Prakash who followed my case and got it resolved. I would finally conclude by saying that SAMSUNG is still NO 1 and best phone. Asma Begum

      Dear sir,

      I bought samsung s7 edge on 17th july 2016 and within a period of 20 days i am facing a display issue.In the name of customer centricity the people sitting at a service centre are not at all bothered about the complain raised by the customer due to the attitude of team samsung i am being now compelled to right this mail that after making a purchase of rs. 57000 on a premium segment of mobile why should i get my mobile repair or let it be operated by your team which no doubt will alternately result in getting my mobile rate just half and being a customer after paying a handsome amount i think even you won’t also allow your device to be repaired with this respect i need a replacement of my device as soon as possible.

      On 7 august 2016 i called at [protected] for asking the address of service centre but (Mr. Arvind) told me to get my mobile work in a safe mode for half an hour, as per his words i followed the same but i faced the same issue again and i called them again. Where i got the reference nos - [protected] where (M/s sapna) confirmed me that she will make someone visit at my home i said ok. Whole monday passed i got not a single call not on my primary nos. And not even on my alternate nos.
      I called back at evening while returning from my office to home again someone replied with the words “sheetal mam you will be receiving a call by tomorrow (Tuesday) and your problem will be resolved”, as i am a working lady doing frequent follow up is not so easy but still till midday no call from team samsung, i again called at the same nos. I got my complain registered again in a harsh language of mine as this was the limit of mine where i got a reference nos again - [protected] by mr. Dipanshu.

      Now the tragedy is i got a call back from mr. Nitesh who asked me to call on [protected] and get my complain call for home visit call cancelled, the height of frustration was at peak now. After having words with mr. Mudasar available on this nos. I visited the centre waited for more than half an hour to get attended and get my problem resolved with the token nos - p125. After a long wait i met with a person named mr. Shoeb who told it is a hardware issue which they will replace, and in a very calm tone i asked for the replacement instead of my device to be opened he simply answered we don’t have as such policy, we give replacement under 7 days only.

      Would like to ask a question:
      Customer buying low range of mobile and buying a premium segment mobiles fall under same policy and that too newly launched mobile?
      Counter sales representative didn’t acknowledged me about the replacement policy else i would have not taken the risk; nothing as such is mentioned in my invoice also.

      I am a loyal customer of samsung and honestly deeply frustrated now with the service of team samsung sitting for customer support. After using samsung a5 i thought of getting my mobile upgrade and i again switched to samsung as from the day one i am using only samsung nothing else, in fact my many colleagues asked me to buy apple but would like to let you know i trusted samsung more and now truly i am feeling like i have done a great mistake.
      Please do response and if you are also helpless sir please let me know i will fight till the time i can and will definitely move to next possible step for me.
      Three days has already passed with the all lethargic people responding me.

      I do hope for the positive response from your side for the replacement.

            I had samsung j2 mobile which i had submit for reparing as my handset was total dead.
            It was submit at ghatkopar east samsung service center.
            They were not very helpful
            On 1 of july i had submit there and they had not given me any response they just making excuse that there is batter fault or panel fault.
            When i collet my mobile phone they had not fixed any screw on that it was open

            after 15 days they told me that it will cost 5200 rs to repair my phone as they have to change the mother board. they had not open my phone in front of me they just tell that there is water lodging. they said that there tech guy is on holiday. will come next week and day when went there office they inform me that tech guy is on the way and i wait there for an hour. they told that they will call me but they had never call me back

              It has been about 3 months to the complaint made by me to samsung for my refrigerator,
              Their service man came and changed the sensor, but the problem remain the same,
              Their different engineers visited us about 20 times, tried changing different parts but still were not able to rectify the problem.
              Now, as i called head office they also sent another service men... But no solution came out.
              Company is not giving any satisfactory answer and i am suffering of buying a branded refrigerator of samsung.

              Please help me to sort out the problem as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I have been reporting my issue related to my refrigerator from past 1 month but still Samsung is unable to resolve my issue. First of all they are not capable of sending service engineers at home and all they give is false assurances right from top management to team working at ground level that service engineer will visit today, tomorrow etc. First service engineer's visit happened nearly after one hour and that too even after lots of follow up, mails and writing to consumer complaints.

                Even after service engineers visited three times but still problem remains same.
                Request you to please resolve this asap as it becomes difficult to leave office daily because service engineer is going to come but he actually does not come. My issue is escalated to higher management but looks like it has no impact even after escalation.

                  My phone has got purple and black colours all over the screen which as per service center is due to the display getting damaged.
                  Though there is no damage to the phone screen.In which case it should be treated under warranty as it is a product malfunction and cause is not due to any product damage from my side.
                  But the service center has refused to do free of charge.
                  We buy such expensive top of the line phone available from samsung but neither the product nor the service supports the price that i am paying in looking forward to a specialised product,
                  I had faced earlier issues with the same set (Of different nature) and samsung could not resolve the issue and replaced the phone. Again i have a different problem. Though i have been using note series since it first started but seems note 5 is the worst of the product in the series.

                  Somehow it seems note 5 is very unsuccessful and gradually the product quality of samsung has deteriorated although its one of the most expensive phones.
                  Its better to go for i-phone (Apple) in case we are looking forward for exclusive high end phones as we see hardly any problem with i - phones (Apple)

                    I have purchased samsung j7 on 9-5-16. And in that i got a fault and mobile battery was not charging and we visit to samsung service centre (Yagnik road service centre, opp kalyan jewellers, rajkot) on 3-7-16...

                    We have visited more than 15 times, still dint get the phone.

                    All time they are arrguing and not behaving good and saying your phone will come. Soon.


                    Also have attached photocopy of samsung mobile phone bill.

                        I have purchased samsung galaxy note 5 on 21st of december 2015 from lot mobiles, hyderabad.

                        The handset functioned well initially but for past 2 months it became very sluggish. Off late (Past 2-3 weeks) it started malfunctioning. The handset getting restarted on its own very often, not responding to any commands, touch freezes, opens different applications than selected etc.

                        I had given it for servicing at samsung authorized service center, in kukatpally, hyderabad. But it was returned to me after 2 days saying that there wasn't a major problem. But i the phone is still functioning erratically.In addition to earlier stated problems, the clarity of communication also reduced drastically and the instrument is not functioning to my satisfaction.

                        Kindly let me know your authorised service center where i can get thorough checkup, who can diagnose the problem correctly, and fix it. If it can't be fixed, please replace the unit asap as it still under warranty. Using the present instrument is becoming painful with each passing day with so many glitches and erratic performance.

                        Hope to receive a prompt reply on prudent action.

                          I have purchased samsung j7 few month ago but last month the device display

                          Issue happened.

                          I am the customer of samsung india.
                          Let me tell you the details - the harassment that i have faced from last month.

                          Last month dated : - 2nd july 2016 - my phone samsung j7 display screen started flickering.

                          I visited to service center on dated :- 9th july 2016, address - omkar electronics
                          Samsung authorised service center, vashi, navi mumbai - 400703, india.
                          So they first taken my phone and tried to open the display and they handled so badly that my new screen protector worth rupees - 400, they have broken the screen protector, when i asked them why you have broken the screen protector they have told its normal and they will not refund my amount. And they told me that they cant avail to resolve my display issue as because they dont have that 'parts'. They need time to repair and they told me to talk with customer care as because they are not able to give me a backup phone, i spoke to customer care the customer care representative told me they will provide backup phone within 10 days and they told me that they will call me - even after 10 days nobody called me for my backup phone. On 11th they told me to submit on there service center - documents - cancelled check, bank statement etc. I have submitted on 12th. On 16th they got the approval for the phone replacement (New phone). And they have clearly mention that they will provide with 10 to 15 days, till today i have not received my new phone or full amount nothing. Yesterday on 8th august i called to samsung customer care and the representative told me that within 15 to 20 days they will provide the solution, i told them why your information and the service center info are not similar and i asked to transfer the call to her senior, now she is telling that she is not able to transfer as no senior is available there, i have again requested and then she transferred to neepa madam - she started telling the same thing and she asked me to take on call with service center team - service team told that they dont have phone to provide to the customer. So when i asked what is your sla (Service level agreement) time to resolve a customer issue. So neepa madam is telling they do not have any such time, they dont have any sla or somthing like that. So i told her to create an escalation ticket - [protected]. And she told that within 24 to 48 hour senior technical team will call me, unfortunately till now nobody called me, today 9th august i again called to customer care and request for the update and again she told that within 2-3 hour they will call, nobody called me. Now request you please refund my full amount back or give me new phone.

                              I had purchased the samsung refrigerator from sargam branch sec 18 noida around 8 months ago. Now the refrigerator is not cooling, i had register an complaint for the same on 4 aug, 2016 so far my issue is not resolved. Due to that log to things in my fridge are getting wasted i have calling and request them to send an engineer every time they say that they are going to send a person today only but since 4 aug not help.

                                My SAMSUNG TV suddenly became soundless.I lodged a complain and the mechanic, after examining, remarked that the speaker and some part were to be replaced.He visibly telephoned somewhere and told that the required parts for this model were not available and he asked whether he could repair with the parts from the market . He did it on our positive gesture. Immediately after that picture vanished.After our repeated follow up the mechanic had the kindness to reappear only to remark that the picture tube is gone probably due to the outsourced parts used and the model is now out dated.. What a nice service!You care ! or you bring nightmare!Why do not you tell us about the longevity of your particular model? Such a big company with fame!! Eh! We the fools only stand to suffer and be exploited Your Customer Care ( nightmare ! ) man telephoned and begged excuse.What do we stand to gain out of that?We cannot call back as the phone they use is probably one way.Are these matters really escalated to the top management?

                                    Dear sir,
                                    This is with great regret that i m writing to you. I have recently purchased s7 edge not even a month back and it is constantly having hanging issues. Contacted customer care and no one picks up finally got a reference number of [protected] and they were going to send someone home. No one turned up and we had to go to the gallery where we waited for an hour then they send us back home to take data backup and said software update is required from our end due to some software issues. Post backup i have lost half my important office data apart from which the software update they did has not resolved any issues and the phone is constantly hanging. This is not expected from a 60k phone do u even have any value for money? We are not sitting here to be buying such expensive ohones and face issues like your grand model etc. I want my refund of 60000 back asap else get me a replacement. This company product i am never going to buy again extremely bad customer service and extremely bad product.

                                    I had complained last 15 days for repairing for my a/c service request no-[protected].But till now there is no response your side.So please as soon as possible you solve my problem.

                                      Initially i went to samsung service center on july 2nd for j7 display issue, they told that the lcd part is not available and the parts will get in one week and ask me to call after one week. After one week i called to service center and there is no proper update on parts. After few follow ups they asked me to submit the mobile on july 18th. I had submitted the mobile for refund and they told that i will receive the update with in 10days.

                                      But till now i have not received the refund amount and also no proper update on same.

                                        On 7th decemeber, 2015, i bought a samsung mj700f/dd mobile phone through amazon.Com with one year warranty. Last seven month the phone was working fine, on 6th august, 2016 around 9am the screen went black and the display has gone.

                                        Immediately, i approached samsung authorised service centre, 101, haveli arcade, opp suman tower b. H domino's pizza, sector 11, gandhinagar (Samsung registration no. [protected]). The person in the service centre open the phone and informed me that, the display panel has broken and it will not cover under warranty.

                                        I approached the samsung customer care (Ref. [protected]) to resolve this issue. The customer care executive also replied the same and suggested to pay to replace the damaged display panel.

                                        Since the display panel is the internal part of the phone, how can one damage the display panel without damaging the outer cover. I suspect that, the amazon had sold the defective product to me. The samsung is providing worst service to the customer and suck the money from the customer in all the possible way.
