This is to inform you that i have samsung a8 under warranty and i am goingtp service center from last 60 days but service is not registering my complaint and there behaviour intolerated and i also call so many times to samsung toll free number but no solution is coming
i am going to samsung sevice center in shri sai traders, Opp Police Station Civil Lines Moradabad, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001.
my mobile number is [protected] my name sadaqat.
highly disappointed from samsuung service and there employees behaviour.
i want to complaint about service center also.
they make my mobile useless and my warranty is going very fast.
please take a attention against it and help me out of this.
they are not providing me a jobsheet and making silly execuses all the time that there internet is not working and part is unavailable. ans samsung has said that dont provide any jobsheet to customer.
is that true ?

    I have recently purchased(august 15, 2016) a Samsung S6 Edge from your dealer(Coral, Mehta Automobiles Pvt. Ltd) in Indore. On using the phone for browsing the phone's back, edge and screen heats up within a span of 3-4 minutes. I have not even inserted a sim card or downloaded any apps on the phone. I submitted the phone for service to your service center in the afternoon and they did not resolve my problem. They called me at 7 and asked me to pick up the phone by 7:30. When I reached they asked me to check the phone at my home since it's their to leave. I used my phone to see if the problem was resolved but it wasn't. I received a message that my problem has been resolved, but it wasn't. I have been a user of samsung SIII, iphone, lenovo, xiomi. I have never faced such a problem in these phone. Specifically I have used samsung s3 for the past 4 years and I have never faced heating problem. As a customer I'm not satisfied at all with neither your product nor your service. If according to your company within a span 3-4 minutes if a phone's screen and back heats up is normal, you can keep this model and replace my phone, as for me heating of screen and phone's back while browsing is not normal . And if the phone is showing such problems from day 1 how can i expect to use it in the long run. A new phone has not brought any sort of happiness but rather has caused great inconvenience to me. I have raised an issue within 24 hours of my purchase. I submitted my phone for service again( on august 18, 2016) and the service centre refused to take the phone. I had to call the call centre for help. Right now they have asked me to give them time till Wednesday to resolve the problem. They are not worried about my problem, they just want the 7 day policy to be void. My concern is genuine. Why would someone who has bought a brand new phone would run around for replacement if the phone is working fine. I bought the phone for my personal use, as replacement for my old samsung phone. To upgrade from an old technology to a new one, But since the past 4-5 days the only thing I'm doing is to try and get the issue resolved. Please raise a DO for replacement, otherwise after a span of 7 days your company would have a dozen of more reasons to not resolve my issue. Either replace the phone or keep the phone for free. I can't keep a phone that may harm me or anyone using it.

    And for anyone considering samsung, please don't go ahead with it. It's just fake marketing. A company who is trying to be like Apple. Maybe on the exterior they have, but quality and service is pathetic.

      I am facing a issue in which when i open any app foe ex. UC Browser. This app asks me for some permission such as access to storage etc. When i click the allow botton it says Screen Overlay Detected.
      And i do not know anything about it. Please help me.

        My Samsung washing automatic machine which is in warranty, all the function working aspect dryer but but company not entertain in this matter, when engineer visit at my home for service they told me taht wire will be change & also chargeable because this cause occur due to cut by rat, than he is chance the wire & take 1000/- from me, but in spite of changing the wire dryer is not working, then he told me that PCB is damage & also in warranty, he demand the copy of bill with demand 2 days for process, but when after 2 day i will call to him, then he told me that pcb is not in warranty, this is chargeable for rs. 4000/- but when i talk with Samsung care the told me that it will be change under warranty, but engineer is refuse to change the pcb,

        We are requested to pls help me

          Sir,

          This is debobrata sarkar currently living in nagpur, maharashtra has purchased one microwave oven (Model no. Mc28h5023ak/tl) of samsung on 23rd november 2015 from one of your authorized distributor (Samsung plaza, khemka digital home, dhantoli, nagpur) amounting rs. 13300 plus delivery chargers.

          After using the microwave oven for 6 months on 7th month we encountered a problem in the touch pad where we are not able to assign the temperature or the timings and other related problem. Therefore, we registered a complaint on 23rd june 2016 (Complaint no. [protected]). After that one engineer (Name: mr. Dinesh) from samsung came and told that the digital touch pad is not working and will be replaced within 2 days. Then after 7 days we again registered the complain asking for status update, then next day mr. Dinesh came with a new touch pad but that also not worked. So he filled up one form took my signature along with the bank details saying the amount which we invested on the microwave oven will get refunded within 12 working days. And from then it has been 2 months there is no update on the same. We called numerous times asking for the update and received the same reply that the refund request has got approved and the concerned service team will call us by today and will update the exact date of refund handover and that today has never come and it has been 1.5 months since then listening the same line again and again.

          Their service is pathetic.

            Purchased Samsung J7 dated 8th Oct 2015 from flipkart. Handset fell down (Touch was cracked, dent in the rim) and was submitted to service center on 12th Dec 2015. The handset was received by service center and "charged Rs.100 for evaluation".
            I received the quote which specified Rs. 7169/- When I requested for the breakup, the service center said they will be charging for the replacement of Touch, display and the rim.
            Why is Samsung charging for the display???.
            When I request for the breakup, till date I have not received the breakup. Later I asked service center to return the handset. On physical examination, I find that the camera is also not working. Now I am asking them to send me a quote, which they are not willing to!!!
            My concern:
            1. When the touch is broken and needs replacement, why is samsung charging me for the replacement of display? Which is no where mentioned when the handset was sold!!!
            2. When Samsung service center has charged Rs. 100/- for evaluation, why was the camera issue not mentioned in their quote??? Since the camera is not having any serial No. my handset camera is replaced by a defective camera of some other handset!!!
            The price quoted for camera is around Rs.4000/-!!!

            Resolution: I am only willing to pay for the touch and the rim, not for the display and camera.

              We would like to mention that Samsung provides a free of cost repair during warranty period to ensure equated performance of your product. This warranty is considered void if the product is tampered within the warranty period or due to improper usage.

              This is in line with the terms and conditions mentioned in our warranty card provided with every product at the time of sale. In this case, the consumer has to bear the expenses of the repair as once the product is tampered with, Samsung cannot assure the equated performance of the same product.

              At the time of inspection at the service center, the screen of the phone is found having patches. The same is considered as physical damage and is not covered under warranty.

                Respected sir/madam i am customer of your company who is using continuously your product i.e television for last one year . i brought a led tv from your company expecting that the good and better quality of product and services but suddenly exactly after one year my led tv is not working and i lodge a complain regarding this and they inform us that i have to change a panel . i understand that one year is over so i will not be getting warranty but tell me one thing only exactly after one year my led tv which cost around Rs 65, 000/- will get exhausted and finished, it means i have been provided a defect led television from the retail shop which i was using for the last one year.i need action to be taken immediately otherwise i will be bound to go to consumer forum and i will sue your company to the court.

                    It has been more than a month that Samsung is not resolving my issue right from top management to team working at ground level is not responding.

                    Even they are not responding to emails. Even after complaining in consumer forum issue still remains same. Please let me know how can I take legal action against this company.

                    I have also written to CEO'S office but still issue remains same and from there also no response. I am continuously taking follow ups but which of no use and when I ask their manager to involve higher management to look into my issue they are not doing that as well.

                      Dear sir,
                      I had purchased a refrigerator (Model no. Rt45lspn on 24/09/2011) of your company (Samsung) and had been using the product and was very happy with the performance of the refrigerator. Recently, it was not working properly so i made a call to your customer care (Ref. No.[protected] on 10/08/16) and told them the difficulties i am facing because of the product, after listening to my complaint they assured me prompt service and accordingly the engineer visited my place on 12/08/16 and checked my refrigerator after reviewing he told me that my compressor had stopped working so he will have to carry this compressor with him and we will get a new compressor from the company because our compressor is covered under warranty to which i agreed and allowed him to carry my compressor. He assured us that we will be getting the new compressor before 16/08/16 but till today we have not received anything from the company.
                      So, after waiting, i again contacted the customer care (Ref. No.[protected]) and told them the entire incident and they have asked me that they will revert back.
                      Sir, i am from a middle class family and a refrigerator is one of the most important electronics at home and since its not working, i am facing such difficulties and i have to rush to my neighbors for keeping my food items and more importantly the medicines of my mother. I cant even describe you the difficulties and troubles i am going through. We had several options in the market for buying a refrigerator but the only reason we chose your product was because of your after sale service and your customer satisfaction policy. Sir if this is the kind of service we are getting after taking your product then its a very sorry state.
                      Sir, all i request you is please look into the matter and please take some action as soon as possible and help us from this problematic situation.

                        We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
                        As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.

                          I bought samsung galaxy s6 mobile phone through amazon india on 13th may 2016. From the date i bought the mobile i am unable to use mobile data. The phone was giving errors like emergency calls only and no internet access at all times. I spoke to samsung customer care many times more than 10 times for which there was no solution at all. Simply they would try all bull options which wont work on that phone. After that they gave me the service centre contact which is tvs electronics in velachery, chennai. Totally irresponsible. They cant figure out what the problem is. But simply experiment with the phone.

                            As mentioned before i hv been recevng network issue. I visited service center which was just waste of time as thy did not solve my issue n even i hv sended email before also regarding hoping atleast thy would solve my issue bt still i did not recevie any response from customer service. Im really disappointed with samsung service as thy are not concered with customer issues. The phone i bought has not been even a year n thy are many problms i faced.

                              With due respect i under signed wants to lunch a complain regarding your esteemed company service. My job sheet no-[protected]. I brought a samsung mobile, model no –samsung guru (Sm-b110e/d) white colour from hitech computer benachity, durgapur-713213, dist - west bengal for my mother on 10th, august, 2016. For the very next day i face a outlandish problem when any body call me his /her sound come to my ear very slow, i have to check all the sound volume but in vain to resolve this problem. So i think if it is a sim problem, i remove this sim from my phone and tried another mobile such as samsung guru but in this case no problem occurred. Without wastage any time i contract the shop where i am purchased this item on that day but their commands is that the phone is ok no problem. After purchased this item i went this shop two times but they not uploaded the do process and argue with me very unsupportable and informed me that they checked it through service and no problem occurred, i am the same trade of telecom (Sony) but when i express my view regarding this phone that it may be the voice speaker problem they were nor listened any thing. Unfortunately on 17th august, 2016 when i went to the samsung service centre they checked every thing and asked me that it is a board problem and phone is not a possible to do because it in just over the 7 days from the date of purchased it should be repairable and no body checked it before my reached i am shocked to remember your service procedure, shop said full lie towards me. If any body purchased any new product and faced any problem for the very next day they get the repair product instead of new one. I faced a authentic problem (Manufacturing problem) i think that i expected a new mobile as a replacement against a repair mobile set.
                              I used so many mobile phone of your esteemed company and happy about your service but this incident discreditable for me and forced me to think before purchased any samsung product.in this email i also send you the service job sheet scan copy on above attached file, kindly find it.
                              Your early action is greeting for me for recovered this unavoidable circumstances. Hope, you will knick-knack me as early as possible.

                                Samsung has all this tlla claims of the pgone being unbreakable. Last week, i tripped and my samasung edge 7 - the most advanced phone, fell hardly 2 feet from the ground. There is small crack on the screen.

                                I am going the the service centre and the vendor, whoc sold me the insurance - biscoot. None of then are helping.

                                I am a business user and with limited time, i really cannot afford the games. The sad part it, i have only being using samsng prodicts in home, office and all the pphones for more than 5 year.

                                  I purchased a samsung 32j5570 32 inch led tv (full hd) from paytm.com on 24/08/2015 and had it installed at my home. earliest this year i shifted my residence and during this process misplaced the screws required to connect the tv to the base stand. i called your service centre around two weeks ago requesting for of the screws. the centre gave me the contact number of some outsourced technical partner. this partner i have been calling for the past 2 weeks without luck - in the beginning they kept giving me a new mobile number to call, but after some time they just stopped receiving my calls. i visited some stores last weekend (croma, sargam and reliance digital) but none had the screws i need. i am very upset with samsung's after sales 'support' and would like you to arrange for the return of the product i purchased and a complete refund.

                                      Dear escalation executive team,

                                      I purchased samsung galaxy s6 in november 2015 through one of your authorized dealer in ghaziabad and also as per his recommendation additionally purchased daily apps insurance protection for my mobile for rs. 2000/- to get the expedited support from samsung.

                                      Soon after 4-5 months o[censored]sage, i started experiencing the charging cable both ends getting hot, while charging the mobile phone and took the phone to service center (Janus electronics – vasundhara, gzb). To my surprise, i came to know that just 2 days back, my phone warranty lapsed 6 months and now i have to pay for charging cable, with no choice, i paid.

                                      Also since after 4-5 months of purchase, i started experienced intermittently grinding sound in rear camera but continue to use to check further, but the problem continued to grow and also felt issue with signal strength connectivity and speakerphone issue. I than contacted again service center (Janus electronics) and was told that phone might require complete formatting along with hardware change, hence i took some time to submit the same, as need to arrange for standby phone.

                                      I submitted my phone for repair on 8th august 2016 (Complaint – camera auto vibrate / network and mic issue) complaint no – [protected], in person to service center, rather than availing the pickup facility by samsung, just to make sure and discuss in length about the issue with service center technical person and was assured that they will thoroughly check the phone for all the issue and asked me to contact on 10th august.

                                      - i called on 10th august and was told that phone is still under repair and asked me to now contact on 11th august as the service center receives the part daily at approx... 4-5pm and they have just received the parts.

                                      - on 11th august, when i called in afternoon, it was really very surprising to get the update from service center, that my call was cancelled by samsung telling that they require few documents from my end – that was –original phone purchase bill, my address proof verification original and photocopy document and a bank’s cancelled cheque, i immediately visited service center and submitted all documents again in person to the service center.

                                      - again called to check the status of my complaint on 12th august evening and was told that they have not received the part yet and asked me to wait for another 3-4 days with no substitute and solution.

                                      - annoyed & frustrated, i called samsung customer care and the executive asked me to have the conference call with service center and discussed on the same issue and the service center person (Vishal) who spoke on behalf of service center said they have not received the part yet, to which samsung customer care person suggested service center to get the new phone replacement or refund.

                                      - surprisingly on saturday morning – 13th august at 11:00am, i got from service center that my phone has been repaired whereas service center earlier said that they are not having parts till 5:30pm on 11th.

                                      - again called the samsung service center on saturday 13th august and did the conference call with service center to understand what all parts were replaced in the phone but the person from service center was not able to give any details, repeatedly being asked by samsung customer care and finally dropped the call. Samsung customer support executive said me that – the case is now being escalated and also the complaint of the service center for their such support on samsung flagship phones and suggested to pick the my phone from service center.

                                      - i collected my phone from service center, the same day (13th august – saturday with apprehension in mind that – if they actually has replaced the part or just did the make shift temporary repair, as the service center communication was not up to mark and satisfactory. I discussed with service center what all has been replaced on this, to which they said they have replaced few parts and also have properly checked the phone for all the issues and now it’s working perfectly fine. I also noticed that the back cover pasting of the phone was not properly aligned as expected by samsung service center.

                                      - on, 14th august – sunday, got really very frustrated when i found while configuring my device that now volume up key is not working, and immediately reported the matter to samsung customer care and was told that this case is already escalated and i have to wait for call back from samsung as being sunday today and tomorrow independence day and wait to hear from escalation team.

                                      - waited for the entire day - tuesday – 16th august, in hope to get the call from samsung but didn’t’ received till evening and again called the samsung customer support and was told that today call is now not possible and now will get it tomorrow in first half i. E 17th august.

                                      - again on 17th called samsung customer care around at 1:00pm to discuss and get the update on my issue and again was told to wait for another 24 – 48 hrs with no solution.

                                      Finally, when i again called samsung customer support at 3:00pm to get all the related reference data to document in this mail, customer support executive connected with me one of the member from escalation team (Priya). After having in-length discussion on the issue, again i was told that she would further escalate this matter and have to wait for next 24-48hrs for the revert and provided me the below reference id.

                                      I would humbly request samsung executive team intervention in this and would request for new replacement to avoid any further recurring new issue in phone sooner or later after the warranty period expires.
