Hi,
I have purchase a samsung metro smb313e handset on july 28, 2016, but it rebooting after inserting the SIM. I have contact to retailer and he suggest to contact samsung service centre.
The service centre give me DO letter for exchanging the old set with new.

After exchanging the handset the new phone have same problem.

what to do?
I donot want to go samsung workshop again and again...

I had bought Samsung smart 40 inch LED TV in 2014 and since then every year the LED panel failed twice, once in 2015 and second just couple of days before and in two instance it is exactly exactly after the warranty period is expired???
