      Customers are advised to avoid buying Samsung televisions. I purchased a 32 inch Samsung LED TV about 4 years ago. Recently, the screen (display / panel) started giving trouble - the picture appears double and blurred, with horizontal lines. Samsung refuses to do anything about it, saying that it is out of warranty. Samsung's service department has given a quotation to repair it, which costs more than a new TV of a similar model !! Samsung's attitude towards customers is absolutely "couldn't care less." Experienced TV technicians tell me that this is a very common quality problem with Samsung TVs and often the problem happens within a couple of years of purchasing the TV. My previous TVs (including brands like Onida, Videocon) have all lasted more than ten years each. Based on this experience and advice from TV technicians, I strongly suggest to other customers to avoid buying Samsung TVs.

            I have brought an new phone on 2014 and its warrenty is over, extended warrenty is there.I have visted the service center more than 20 times and talked to manager 10 times, till now no good solution to my handset.I have raised the complain through mail to the main head office(Korea), till now the response was not good and the solution too.The corporate office in india has contacted me and he is also not providing good solution till now.This all has been More than 5 MONTHS till now no good solution.They made me visited more than 20 times to the service center and the customer care is there to play with us.Customer care is to satisfy the customer but here it is not.People are suffering from this all and no one is reporting to take action.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Place:Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India REFERENCE NUMBER:8452088918 I thought the problem has solved and I have withdrawl the case but here again I am not satisfied with the samsung solution.I have attached the proof of the video(date along with time).I have shown this video that without sim card and the memory card, the phone is getting error.I please recommend you to take action upon this by giving refund or replacement of the handset.I want to go along with this case and not to close or withdrawl.. I have shown this video to the ashok(manager of service centre) and the proof is true is accepted by the engineer and manager(verification of date and time of the video). I have given more time to solve and again its not possible to provide any more time. I cant provide my handset again for verification.I want to know whether the samsung is wasting my precious time...If it is then the case can be handled by the consumer and legal action can be taken as soon as possible...

              Sir, i brought a samsung a8 smartphone from amazon last february.. I request for replacement toamazon, but they rejected it. The main complaints are, the caller at the other end during a phone call cant hear me well. So its very difficult to me make call. Its cause me somany problems also. The phone also has connectivity issues also. So i gave it to the service centre for service. After a duration of more than one month they gave it back. I checked the phone but they dont resolve the call issue problem. After the service the phones speaker always have a crackling sound and it started overheating issues. I dont gave it back to the service center immediately, because its too far from my place and it cost me somuch money and time. Its been a month after the service and unfortunately the touch display of the phone got dead and its working automatically. So now i am helpless and keeping it shut down. Its a first android device i bought. Now i become a fool in front of my family and friends for buying a useless phone worth rupess 33000. I contacted the customer support center and ask for a replacement or cash returns. But they dont gave me any positive feedbacks. I dont want to take the phone to the service center, because if the problem start again after serving and if the warranty is over i need to spend more money. So i dont have enough for that. So please kindly provide me solution for these issue that is a refund of money or replacement of device. Its humble request of a customer who is helpless. Thankyou.

                My tv's display is not there since 4 months...and i have been conplaining again and again regarding the same...every time the customer care ppl tellin that they will get it repaired immediately but sadly no result till date...the service is the worst...the engineer they sent cant even diagnose whats wrong with the tv n later tells sum issues blindly andd when we agree to order the products he tells us that its not available...i have complained to the customer care aboutvthis also but as usual no respond from them...being such a big company the dont even provide proper service to their customer...its bren 4-5 months and they have not done anything regarding this...this company sucks...never gonna buy their products and i will not recommen any one to buy also...

                  I had purchased samsung refrigerator model no. Rt54k6558sl, from ep electronic paradise pvt. Ltd., yusuf sarai, new delhi - 110016, vide bill no - ys/r-1309/2016-17, dated - 12.05.2016, delivered on 13.05.2016.

                  My problems started immediately as both the freezer part and refrigerator part were not cooling at all. Later when the compliant was lodged freezer compartment was still some what ok. But refrigerator was not cooling at all.

                  All the food articles such as dough, dairy products and non-veg food items etc. Got spoiled every day. We had to order fresh food from a restaurant on 14th evening during a get together for 25-30 people. Even the ice creams melted.

                  After regular followups and mental agony finally got the refund cheque today but only one person came to take back the defective piece. Although it was categorically informed to your one mr. Sohail to send at least 4-5 man power with rope for bringing it down from second floor.

                  Your staff has been very rude and had the cheek to tell me and my wife that we should arrange the man power and other accessories.

                  On my refusal your person threatened me that he will make stop payment for the cheque and teach me a lesson.

                  Hence please look into it.

                  Although i am an engineer by profession but will use my communication skills to campaign for publicity against samsung.

                  After repeated polite request for your person to leave i had to throw them out and bang the door on his face.

                    The refrigeration portion isn't cooling at all, we launched the compliant for the same with samsung and there 4 people who just came and checked the refrigerator. We were also advised by the samsung service center team that instead of going for the replacement go for refund.
                    Its been more than a month, we haven't got the refund or none of the samsung team have contacted.
                    The challenge is that the service center teams are aware of the problem in model rt56k6378sl 551ltrs, and still the company is selling and marketing this product across the market. Neither the selling people are making buyers aware of issues that this product has, instead the company should re-call all the products and rectify the same.
                    But instead they are just delaying the services and making consumer suffer for the same.

                        I bought samsung phone (E7) from one of the smartphone café in vikas puri (Zetabyte computer private ltd.) along with that i was offered accidental damage protection (1 yr) and 3 months extended warranty plan. Though the warranty that was sold to me was from 3rd party, howerver salesman from the store assured my that since i am purchasing it samsung retail store, samsung customer care will honor this warranty in case anything happens due to accidental damage or liquid damage. I bought this phone on 2nd aug' 2015 and is 10 months old. I was facing some issue with the phone and considering the fact that its actual warranty is not yet over, i took it to the samsung service center in multan nagar (Ace lingua solution).Initially they took 45 min. To diagnose my phone and it did not issue me the slip as a proof that i have submitted the phone and kept on telling me that first they need to check the phone for any damage or liquid damage. After 45 min they opened my phone and came up saying that i need to pay for the service as phone is oow owing to some hardware damage and liquid damage. I told them i bought the adp (Covering both accidental and liquid damage) but they refused to honor the same stating that i did not buy it from samsung and the samsung café from where i purchased this gave me some 3rd party warranty (Warranty asia) and they will not honor that warranty. This really made me pissed off. Please help. My phone is only 10 months old and has problem with outgoing voice

                        Pathetic customer service by Samsung. I got a call today from someone named Rahul from Samsung customer care saying that Samsung cannot help me and I will have to pay to Samsung service center to get my mobile repaired. WTF, this is something I was already aware of and this was my concern for which I logged this complaint. Samsung does not standby what was being committed by their authorized retail center and I will suggest everyone not to use Samsung Mobile phones. Do not ever buy phones from smartphone café in vikas puri (Zetabyte computer private ltd.), they fool the customers by selling 3rd party warranty plans for their own commission.

                        Samsung sucks!!!
                        My issue still stands unresolved...Please let me know who can help as Samsung has denied providing me a support though I was cheated by their own Retail store

                          I have been a regular user of samsung phones, just because of its good and smooth phone behaviour. I recently purchased a samsung galaxy j7 just 3 months back and all of a sudden today it has stopped responding. I being not very rich cannot afford to change the display, costing close to 9000 rupees. Spending 9000 rupees instead on buying a new phone will suit me better. Need some immediate help and action in this case. I am hoping to get a positive reply from you to take this further. Seek your immediate help and action into it! Thanks!

                              I am very constraint to express my deplorable situation regarding the supply of your company. I ordered a lot of times the accessories of fridge and called your customer care number but they didn't satisfied me. This shortage of the accessories has created a lot of inconvenience. This infact represents a dismal picture regarding your organisation.

                              Samsung needs no introduction. It enjoys an enviable position in electronics. Your organisation is on culmination but the supply of accessories doesn't go well with the reputation and goodwill you enjoy in the market. Hope you will comprehend with us.                                 Whenever i used to play the hd movies in my led tv then only the video play but not sound. And a message come the sound not supported. Why???.                                   First of all i must say i am a senior citizen of 66 years and find it difficult even to travel short distances.
                                  I had purchased samsung tv 32" on[protected]. Model no la 32 c 530 f1rmxl. The tv got malfunctioning in july and as per my complaint a technician from smart electronics, plamoodu, pattom, tvm came and he said the board is faulty and it has to be changed. The job was done and i had to pay rs 10377/ as repair charges. They had not noted the actual complaint or pars changed.
                                  In may 2016 the tv discontinued functioning and on[protected] i registered a complaint. Ref no [protected]. The service personnel didn't contacted me and hence i contacted ramesh, the technician assigned to me on[protected]. On[protected] sibi francis from from samsung service, smart electronics called me and said that technicians will be sent. Two technicians came and they took away thetv set. They didn't give me any acknowledgement and said the receipt book is not with them and they will check and inform the matter immediately. Three days later i contacted smart electronics and they said the main board is defective and has to be changed and i have to pay rs 7500/- i said the same was replaced on[protected] nsgar paid rs 10377/- so i took the view that further repairing is a loss in this model. I asked whether they will purchase the tv and they said they will pay rs 2000/- i accepted the offer since there was no other way. After that i called many times but they didn't paid the amount till date. I may be constrained to file a police complaint if the issue is not settled by your authorised service centre and simultaneously legal proceedings before the consumer protection forum.

                                    I have note 4 (Sm-910g), after updating it to official samsung marshmallow on wifi for first day i notice it start freezing, random restarting and next day it stops working and never boot and never charged again. So i went to service center they told me "i need to change my motherboard, it happened because i updated it online instead going to service center". My device is out warranty so it will cost me around 16000 indian rupees.
                                    So i called samsung online service centre and told them my issue and i found they are also not helping for such buggy software update.

                                    I[censored]pdating phone officially on online cause such issues then why samsung release official update online?
                                    Why should consumer paid such big amount without their faults.

                                    I am expecting some convenient solution from samsung instead changing my motherboard by paying such huge amount.

                                      Main points:
                                      - the a/c installation is not yet complete despite the engineer first attending 7 days ago
                                      - the engineer broke the front panel of the a/c unit on the first day. This has yet to be replaced
                                      - a godrej ceiling fan, light and light fitting were broken during the installation by the engineer. These have yet to be repaired
                                      - damage to paint work on wall - drill marks and scratches
                                      - messy workers, not cleaning up after themselves
                                      - no response from samsung despite us calling them repeatedly and them promising to call us back
                                      - repeated false promises from samsung and vision service (Installation company contracted by samsung)
                                      - dangerous working practices – standing on cupboards, balancing two stools on top of on another while drilling!
                                      - engineers not bringing all necessary tools/equipment/supplies for job
                                      - a/c unit has been fitted untidily into the wall
                                      - rudeness and obstructivity

                                      In full:
                                      We ordered the above a/c unit from croma in bandra west, mumbai on sunday 12/06/2016 following a visit from an engineer from vision service (Sent by samsung) the previous day. The appliance was delivered by croma the following day (13/06/2016). I received a phone call from a vision service engineer the same day to arrange a time for installation. We agreed on 11am the next day (14/06/2016).

                                      At 11:30am the next day, there was still no sign of the engineer, so i called him. He told me he would not be coming until 4pm. I told him this was not possible for me as i had a meeting to attend in the afternoon, and this is why we had agreed on morning slot. He said he could not change the time, and could not explain why he did not call me to advise that he was not coming at the agreed time. He gave me the number for vision service's service centre, who i then called. They insisted someone would come at 4pm, and could not understand that this was not possible due to the meeting i had to attend. After more than 2 hours and 20 phone calls to them, they finally agreed to send someone.

                                      This engineer and his helper finally arrived at 2:45pm, bearing in mind i had to leave the house at 4pm for my meeting.

                                      They began working, although they did not bring a ladder for access, and instead used 2 stools that belong to us stacked on top of each other in an extremely dangerous fashion. During the installation process, they switched on a ceiling fan that was only 1 metre away from the installation point. Because of this, when attempting to fit the front panel, the panel hit the fan, in the process breaking the panel, our godrej ceiling fan, light and light fitting, and sending debris all over the room.

                                      They attempted to continue with the installation after telling me the panel was fine, but as i had noticed the front panel was cracked, advised them that they needed to replace this. The engineer reluctantly agreed to this after a long discussion. I also explained that they needed to repair any damage to our property. At this point i called samsung to explain what had happened during which time the engineers left my home without telling me. I had no idea where they were and explained this to samsung. Samsung told me someone would call me back the next day, but this never happened.

                                      The engineers eventually returned and attempted a shoddy job at fixing the fan and light - which they were not able to do. I also noticed they had also damaged the wall with their drill where it appears the drill had slipped during use. I also told them this would need to be amended. They still wanted to finish installing the a/c unit, but i told them they could not, 1. Because they had just broken it, and 2. Because of the time.

                                      By this point, it was 4:45pm and i was late for my meeting. The engineer promised he would return the next day at 10:00am with a new front panel for the a/c unit. The house was left in a complete mess with dust and debris everywhere, all over our kitchen (Including our food) and living room which we had to clean up ourselves.

                                      The next day (15/06/2016), i called the engineer at 10:10 as he had not turned up at the agreed time. He told me now, he would not be coming until 12:00pm. Of course, he did not arrive at 12:00pm, and was no longer answering his phone. I attempted to call him and vision service multiple times, but neither would answer my calls. At this point i called croma to explain the situation. They told me they could not do anything and that i had to contact samsung or vision service. I then called samsung and made an official complaint yet again. I was told somebody senior at samsung would call me that day and visit my home. This never happened.In fact, to this day (19/06/2016) they have not called me.Instead i have had to contact them every time.

                                      I finally managed to get through to the service centre at vision service to see whether the engineer was coming or not. They were very rude and could not understand why i was upset with the situation. They kept telling me i had to contact samsung to get the front panel replaced, and it was nothing to do with them. It was only when i asked why this was the case given it was broken by one of their engineers that the person i was speaking to at the call centre - zahid - changed his tone. His own engineer, anas had not even told him (In almost 24 hours) that he himself had broken the front panel! The service centre agreed to send some of their other engineers that day to complete the installation of the a/c unit, and to order a new front panel.

                                      These engineers eventually turned up at around 3pm and fitted the a/c unit. They also created mess which they did not clean up, and asked me for supplies they needed during the installation (Matches, washing powder, a cloth, small bucket, ladder) which they themselves should be bringing.

                                      Zahid the supervisor from vision service arrived towards the end of the installation, and i was able to explain to him exactly what happened. A shoddy, messy job was done, with them promising the new panel would arrive in 2-3 working days when they would return to replace the faulty one. I explained again that they would also need to fix they damage that they created to which the supervisor said he would need to check first with his superior. We asked to speak to the superior, but zahid would not call him or give us his number. He said he would speak to him himself and that his superior would call us after 7pm that day. Again, as with samsung, to this day we have not received any call from him. We attempted to call and message zahid at vision service many times on 16 and 17/06/2016 but he would not answer our calls or messages.

                                      On saturday 18/06/2016 we returned to the croma branch in bandra where we had purchased the a/c unit to see whether they could help. We were able to show them videos and photos of the damage. They got in touch with vision service and samsung and we were able to speak to somebody at samsung called nizam. He explained he would speak to his supervisor and call us back in 15 minutes with a solution. We stayed in the croma store during this time, but after 30 minutes he still had not called. The croma employee called him again to ask why he hadn't called us to which nizam again promised he would call in 15 minutes. He never called. We attempted to call him many times but he had switched his phone off and also did not reply to an sms. We also received another call during this time from someone claiming to be from samsung (Although on a phone that samsung does not have a number for) telling us that someone would come round in 2 days time to fix the a/c unit and damage. He also told us not to mention this to anyone else! We assume this was someone from vision service pretending to be from samsung.

                                      On 19/06/2016, we again had to visit the croma store to tell them that samsung had not been in contact with us. Again we had to wait in the store for more than an hour while they tried to contact samsung. While we were waiting for them to get a response from samsung, we ourselves called samsung's call centre line to make another formal complaint. We were finally able to speak to someone called sunil dhyani and told him we wanted to return the a/c unit as we no longer wanted to deal with samsung - if this is the service we have received in only 6 days, one can only imagine how it would continue in future. Sunil explained someone from samsung hq would call us the next day (20/06/2015), but could not give me a time other than before 4pm (I told them i could not receive a call after this time as i would be leaving for a meeting). There was no phone call from samsung by this time.

                                      I instead received a phone call at 4pm from croma who were checking to see whether we had heard from samsung. The croma employee said he would contact samsung on our behalf. It was only after this that samsung eventually called at 4:30pm. Again i had to explain the whole story, and was again made late for my meeting. Samsung said someone would make a visit to my home tomorrow (21/06/2016) before 2pm. We will wait to see if this happens
