I visited your batala road, amritsar service station as the mobile was not sending video of more than 11 second from gallary in wortsapp
Today at about 12 morning. With verbal token no.42, one mr gurdip singh kept the mobile for doing the needful for a charges of rs.230/- and advised to contact at 4 pm. They did not attend various calls at [protected] at 4.27, 4.12, 4.11, 4.10, 4.35, 4.36, at 4.37 & at 904 a4 4, 38 and 4.37 pm, 5.18 pm. At 5. 25 pm i visited office. The problem not solved and all the data of sim and device was got deleted by them. He even did not return our 32 gb sd card and looted me. Pl get my 32 gb s d card delivered which he intentionaaly kept with him and action may taken against him for deleting my valuable data

    1. I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator one month ago model no RT42K5468SL/TL from Patiala. My Samsung a/c no is : [protected]. The refrigerator is having severe problem with the cooling aspect. The cooling in the refrigerator is very very low. In spite of many complains and even after changing the PCB of the refrigerator by the company engr the problem of cooling is still persisting. Due to this i am suffering from the last 20 days as every time a different engr from the company comes and starts experimenting with the refrigerator. I personally feel that there is something wrong with the manufacturing of the product.

    2. In view of the above you are requested to please provide me the replacement of this product as it is becoming difficult for me to manage with this refrigerator.

    3. Looking forward for a positive and prompt action from your side.

          I bought a samsung refrigerator, model no. Rr23k282zuz/230 on 13.05.2016 from great eastern, branch-p-273, manicktalla main road, kankurgachi, kolkatat-54.
          But after ten days i. E. On 23.05.2016 my fridge stopped working. I contacted the dealer i. E. Great eastern. They told me to lodge a complaint at service centre. After 3 days of my complaint engineers visited my home and told me that compressor of the fridge has been blocked and there is a leakage of gas too. They have taken my refrigerator to their service centre after giving me an assurance that my problem will be resolved shortly. After 10-12 days when i again contacted the service centre, they told me that it will take 7-8 days more. Being very disappointed i made a complaint to the samsung consumer care for replacement of the fridge. They assured me that they have forwarded my complaint to the team who look after the case of refund/ replacement and at the same time they also gave me assurance that the team will contact me in next 12-24 hours. Since then 10-12 days passed but nobody contacted me regarding this. Meanwhile, i made several complaints (Approximately 25-30 calls records available with me) to the samsung customer care and every time they gave me nothing but assurance only that their team will contact in next 12-24 hours. But none of them contacted me till date.
          Meanwhile i also visited the dealer i. E. Great eastern, kolkata-54 regarding my problem. The person sitting there mr. Souvik roy (Contact no.- [protected]) is very arrogant. He talked to me rudely and after a long talk he told me angrily that replacement will be given in next two days.
          Since then i am consistently following up the said person by visiting their office regularly and making phone calls too. Twelve days have been passed now he is saying he cannot do anything in this regard.

          Sir, for this my small complain i am constantly following up the samsung care, dealer but the result is zero. It is almost one month in this hot summer day, i have been kept deprived of my money and product too.
          Therefore, i request you to arrange the replacement of the said product or reimbursement of rs. 20300/-.

            मैने आप की company का इक side by side frege 600 lt का modal no rs21hstpn1 10/10/15 को लिया था वो जबसे लिया है उसमे कोई न कोई कमी आती गई, लकिन अब 8/6/16 को उसकी complete मैने की थी, उसके बाद कोई serves boy आया और फ़ोटो खीच कर ले गया लेकिन कोई आया नहीं, 18/6/16 को दुबाराcomplete देने के बाद किसी लड़के का फ़ोन आता है की आप के coprocessor ख़राब है लेकिन उसका serial no आधा फटा हुआ हैं ये गॅरेंटी में नहीं होगा,
            तो महोदय में आप से पूछना छठा हु की क्या कोई नया frege लेता है तो क्या compreser का serial no देखता है, मैने frege इक fames brand का पसंद किया पैसे दीये बिल लिया और showroom वालो ने उसको घर भिजवा दिया, अगले दिन company का लड़का आ कर उसका बॉक्स खोलता है चलता है और चला जाता हैं न उसने serial no का जिक्र करा आज कमी आने पर इतने बहाने । क्या frege के serial no के साथ compreser का serial no नहीं मिल सकता

            आप से निवदेन है की मेरी शिकायत को जल्द दूर करा जाये आज 25/6/16 हो गई है ताकि मेरा इस brand पर भरोसा रहे

            अन्यथा 1/7/16 को मेंउपभोक्ता न्यायालय का सहारा ललूंगा

              Dear sir,

              I, have purchased a samsung mobile on march 28 2016, but within 6 weeks it stopped working, since it was on warranty for a year it showed it to their company authorised service center in chennai for which they demanded rs. 5000/- antd told it was a case of intentional damage. They told them that the display of cell phone has been wantedly damaged on which i told if it is a case of intentional damage, there should be outside damage like dent or even a scratch on the screen. The same was also brought to the notice of samsung india a month back, but even they have also refused to servise it under warranty. Hence, i requeat you to take stern action against the company 1) for seeling defective products, and 2) for not giving warranty benefits even during warranty period and also ask them to take back their defective product and refund me my full hard earned money and recall all such defective products from the market.

                Dear Customer Care Manager,

                This is to inform you that I, Sanjay Paul of House no 4, Anand nagar, Guwahati, Assam, had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Sargam(retail outlet name), Ulubari Guwahati on 28th May '16.

                Purchased Samsung Refrigerator details as mentioned below...

                Samsung Refrigerator Red Color (invoice copy attached)

                Amount -11500.00


                From the very 1st day, there wasn't any ice developing after running 6-7 hrs and very marginal cooling was observed in the main area with excessive heat in the outside body. Since the situation was same for the next 2 days, 1st complaint was registered with the outlet, Sargam. They did put up service complaint and the service order no- [protected] was generated on 3rd June '16 which is 5days from date of purchase.

                With this service order, Samsung engineer named Mr. Jha came but within few minutes of checking from outside, he said refrigerator is OK since heat is developing on outside body and ice will be produced. After repeated complain, he said to call me if cooling & ice is not happening after 3 hrs. So did I call him after 6 hrs. and he didn’t pick up the ph. Next morning, I called up the same service persona said that still ice or cooling issue is there.

                He said he will come next day...but didn’t care about it and not even picked up the phone...

                Again complain was registered at the outlet, Sargam, and this time they gave Samsung Service ASM Name- Mr. Saibal and again complain was registered vide service order no- [protected]. on 11.06.16 and the as per call from ur service center in the afternoon around 3 pm on 11th june, service person was supposed to come on 13th June Monday 1st half. So I had taken office leave, expecting ur service to happen but nobody came or called up. Again I only called up that service number and a lady said that they missed it and I have to follow up for getting the service, which seems to be ridiculous.

                Then I called up Mr. Saibal ([protected]) and after several request got my Refrigerator picked up on 15.06.16 (copy attached) and I personally went Guwahati service center -Bir Electronics Pvt Ltd and was confirmed by service attendant named Mr. Hemen Deja ([protected]) that I will get the refund within next 10 days after initiating approval process on 17.06.16 or he will try to issue the credit note to retail outlet (Sargam) and i can purchase another fridge from there.

                It’s been a 10 days of pick up and since nobody bother to call me, i was bound to call Mr Saibal and he said Head Office will call you...What is this now? Again, I went to Bir Electronics and met Mr. Hemen Deka and he said my complaint is not approved yet and neither did I get any call from HO.


                Now, it is my simple question to Samsung Refrigerator Customer Care manager- Who is responsible for my harassment from past 28 days? I’m suffering in this summer and none of your service persons seem concern about their customers..

                Lastly- I need a revert on refund/exchange status by Monday else Seriously, I will take up the matter to Consumer Forum.

                  It's giving me issues since I purchased samsung mobile set...first my voice get repeated to the person on d other side, nd has volume key issue, thn charging point issue nd so many other small small issues...One o[censored]r service representative told me it can't b repaired under warranty as thr is some little physical damage. .Thn other service centre repaired it...Thn also it has some issues bt now my voice is nt audible to d person on d other side...m vry much dissapointed wid dis mobile set...I spend 19000 bucks on it, keeping in mind it vl b wid me fr at leat 3 yrs bt of my surprise it's giving me issues frm 1St month only...so who vl sponsor d repair charhe's aftr d warranty...I vl never g9 wid samsung in d future wht ever d product is

                    We called the samsung person for checking the problem with our samsung refrigerator which is now 5 years old. However, after checking the problem, the person demanded rs.550/- as service charges for checking the problem. After query the person said that most people call us to check the problem and thereafter do not avail our service for repairs. Hence, the company has made a rule to collect service charges. After that he settled for rs.300/- however, if its the company's system, proper receipt should be provided for the same. The persons contact number is [protected].                       This is regarding my complained ([protected] dt 02 jun16, [protected] dt 03 jun, [protected], [protected] dt 07 jun,[protected] dt 08 jun [protected] dt 15 jun and 21 jun 2016) about refrigerator model rr21j2725pz/tl which i bought on 01 dec 2015 along with samsung led tv, washing machine that i have the trust in your samsung product but my refrigerator was a defective piece reported by your coy senior engineer for the following:
                      (A) not balance on the floor (Supported on three leg)
                      (B) base plate under compressor was defective
                      (C) became totally unserviceable in 3 to 4 month o[censored]se (No cooling)
                      (D) as per your engineer cooling stopped because of oil entered in filter
                      (E) compressor not working
                      There are four visits made by your engineer two junior & two senior and recommended that fridge should be withdrawn and refund to be paid, once on 15 jun 16 and now on 23 jun 16 by senior engineer and taken photo of cash memo and defective refrigerator base plate with no cooling. But customer care (Parmod) say after one month of harassment that we will do gas charging and repair of base plate.
                      In the main summer season more than one month without fridge in family with small children i suffered a lot and wastage of milk and other product cause me monetary loss other than metal harassment due daily calling to customer care and listening from family.
                      I am sure this is not the service the reputed coy give its customer. With due respect, it is my humble request that this refrigerator cannot be used further in my family to avoid further harassment mentally as well as monetary. Because this is defective refrigerator and again will become u/s in 3 to 4 months. The defective product either replaced or refunded.

                        My Samsung Tab S2 T815 which was under warranty was under WI-FI issue and I contacted Samsung CEO cell and they said to take it to Authorised service centre Alpha Electronics, Tuticorin. They said they will service it and give but it was not done again i mailed to CEO cell they called up and they arranged a conference call with the service centre manager they accepted that they shall service it by sending it to Chennai but it was not done and it was not intimated to me also.
                        Noe Mr. Azad from Samsung Decision finalising team called up and threatening me that I should take it to Chennai for servicing and service centre will not do anything . They don't have the equipment and spares for servicing it. When I asked if there is no any equipment or spares they why do you sale the tab here. He is threatening me that if possible they shall service or else it will not be serviced and Date and time limit for servicing cannot be said since servicing will not be possible at the most. He also threatening me that anything cannot be done beyond him since he is the final decision maker and he refused to give any higher official mail id and phone number.

                          Dear sir - i wish to draw your attention on my experience with samsung product. I have been using an ac from more than 7 years now, last year the compressor of the same stopped working, so i got the same replaced out of warranty and paid 12500 approx for the same, this has happened in the month of september 2015, now again after 9 months of running, my ac's compressor is not working, so called up at call center, they said we cannot do anything about, since the warranty of the product is just only 3 months, i was to utmost shock, as the service engineer last year in september told me that the warranty is there for minimum 12 months, i really don't know know who to trust here, i feels like being cheated here.. Also my question is that what kind of life span this ac compressor has, just 9 months?

                          Really disheartened with the product and services / commitments.. I would request you to please take this up as i am being cheated on false commitments.

                            It has around one month i am every day calling samsung that my refrigerator is not working.. Every day i am getting lame excuses that i have filled gas previously from outside that is my they have exhausted warranty so they wont resolve my problem.. After around 15 days i told them i would pay for what ever part is damaged since then they are scheduling any visit of engineer and thay dont even transfer calls to seniors... Even service center i called up they are saying our system is not working so they wont work... Service centre is situated in faridabd, railway road, 5/36 a, shree shyam electricals... Condition is getting worse day by day of the refrigerator.. And samsung is least border... They simply dont bother once you have paid your money... My complaint reference no is [protected]..

                              I purchased samsung galaxy s6 edge from croma noida on 14th may 2016 at 7.30 pm. I used mobile for just two days and it started heating. I went back on 3rd day of purchase and gave mobile to croma. Croma sent mobile to service center where software upgrade was done. I re collected phone and used for 3 days. Phone started heating more than before. I went to Samsung service center in noida sector 3 and no one listened to my issue. Service center manager told all Samsung mobiles heat and they will heat upto 48 degrees and its very normal. They asked me to go back. I insisted to stay and get my mobile checked. I deposited my mobile for testing at service center and after 15 days my mobile was given back to croma without my consent. Croma dispatched phone to my home address. Samsung did not test my mobile and till today phone heats terribly. no one is listening to this issue.even I dropped mail to ceo of Samsung. How can any company sell heaters on name of mobile.spending 40000 is a very big amount for me and till date my phone is not exchanged.

                                Gear option not coming on my galaxy app since 1 month.
                                Was promised it will come in 2 week.
                                I have tried service center...email...customer care...
                                They say they have escalated to sales team.
                                But there is reponse at all
                                No response from cus care.
                                Have E mailed more than 10 times.
                                They do not even bother to rvert a single email
                                Cus care not reacting properly.
                                Need to address this to consumer court.
                                Shame on brand like samsung.

                                  Complaint - My TV is not working properly from 19.6.16 and registered the complaints to Samsung on 19th itself. But it is not getting repaired till date. Samsung technician visited to repair it but one of the part has damaged and he could not do it.

                                    I purchased samsung galaxy J7 in September 2015, before 6 or 7 days earlier I visited samsung service centre regarding my mobile issue of mic and receiver. The service centre replaced mic and receiver and gave me it back after one day, but now the problem is that the call recorder software does not work after repaired by service center that worked very well before repaired by service center, so that I visited the service center again today to solve my problem of call recording, but the staff member of samsung service center Mr. Nikhil Motivates says I am sorry you have to purchase paid version now we can't help you now because we have installed new program now. But sir I no need to new version, I was satisfy with my old version and why I pay for software that was working very well before repaired. Please help me sir I tried many software of call recording from play store but no one working.
                                    Please do proper as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchase samsung j7 smart phone on january 07, 2016 and the lcd was accidently damaged on march 10, 2016 and the same was replaced by samsung customer care (Hazra branch, address : 51b, garcha road, opposite hazra law college, 1st floor, kolkata - 700019) on march 11, 2016 and charged rs6412. Now three months later the lcd is damaged again on its own and the samsung customer care is asking for money for replace the same. However the phone is still in warranty. On 17/06/2016 i have spoken to varun who is a customer care officer in live chat division of samsung customer care and the attachment of the same is present here. He had clearly said that my lcd display would be replaced without cost as it was in warranty and that the same should have applied to my device at the time of first replacement as well. He had told me to take my phone to service centre again and call customer care and the same would be sorted. However after wasting my precious time in service centre and calling customer care, i was told that the same cannot be replaced for free even if the same is in warranty and that the information provided to me in live chart was incorrect. This is not appropriate as firstly if my device is in warranty and display is changed by samsung once then if any issue arises samsung should be liable to replace the same. Secondly my valuable time is wasted in the process as well. Kindly help with the same and do the needful as i am a valuable customer of samsung products and wish to stay the same but i expect the correct cooperation from the part of samsung specially if my product is in warranty and a part is damaged for no wrong doing of mine.

It was intimated that the handset would be sent to your Delhi Location for repairing on 29.06.2016. On the same day evening I have received a SMS from VK-SAMCCC stating that - ( The repair of your Samsung Product has been completed and it is ready for immediate collection from S.Care). I called the store today (01.07.2016) & now the store people are saying that the handset is not yet repaired as there is no approval from senior management to repair the same and additional amount is to be paid to repair the same.

                                      As per our last telephonic discussion on yesterday[protected], my phone will not be repaired fully by Samsung. Only 30% will be bear by company and 70% will be bear by me. As I purchased my phone on[protected] and in the month of March only I repaired and changed the LCD in Samsung service center and paid a amount of Rs 6412/- and also temper proof glass was suggested for which they charged me Rs 400/- extra. Now again the LCD damaged automatically for which your are asking me to pay. I am totally dis-agree with this and i am not going to pay any amount for this time.

                                      The company will have to repair my phone fully without charging anything to me else i will have to go to Consumer forum to re-solve my issue. Please note that my phone is already submitted to Hazra Samsung Service center (51B, Garcha Road, Opposite Hazra Law College, 1st Floor, Kolkata - 700019.

                                        Said ac purchased on 1.4.2015 with one more same model ac. Since day of installation said unit of a. C. Possesing diffect in it. Second day of installation ur engineer related. Within couple of months, again same fan pblm occured n ur engineer repàired. Be third time, same fan problem occured. This time it local service centre people changing fan with cost of 1580/-+500 visiting charges.

                                        I m sure dat it's manufacturing dicffect. So i request you to replace the unit as it has manufacturing diffect.
