We bought this Samsung refrigerator 0DMM4DBH200171L, just a month back and it's like 25 odd days we got it installed.
Within 10 days of purchase, the issue with cooling started. The lower part of the fridge (not the freezer), is not getting cooled at all. Even at 1 degree it's not getting cooled. All the stuff kept in the fridge is getting spoilt and becoming stale. 2 weeks back, a Service engineer visited and told that one of the part is faulty in it (some kind of board). It's a new fridge that we bought for around 65k and changing a part in just 15 days is such a sad thing to do. It's a pure cheating with us. Thereafter, we agreed to it because our mails were not responded by Samsung and no-one answered our request of exchange. Then, an engineer visited and replaced the part a week ago. The refrigerator started working, the cooling was OK for few days and again yesterday, it's not working. It's a faulty product. We need the exchange on this product asap. We need a replacement of the refrigerator and not any part installed in it. We have spent so much money so as to have a best experience with the latest technology, what we got is, a faulty product with no cooling capability. Infact our earlier fridge which was 10-12 years old, was getting cooled better than this new one, however we wanted to change the earlier one for a bigger and better version. And I feel cheated totally!
Can someone from Samsung help us and assure us of better service and quick replacement.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today I have again visited to the Samsung service centre - Master Care at Borivali (West) and explained each and everything happened with us and requested them to consider the repair in warranty because the display is broken by them not by us. I request him to show me my Job sheet so that I can satisfy the clauses but they are denying and then finally not given the Job sheet to me and misbehave with us said us Foolish() this is the way the samsung service centre staff who is having the post of Manager named Ms. Meena.
And finally she denied to cover this damage which is done by them under warranty at the same time I was humbly requested to her to settle the matter by giving some discount also to me but she was not ready then I request her to call customer care and I want to know why this is not cover in warranty and talked with Ms. Swapna, customer care executive but she was also denied to give the service under warranty and blamed that i was misbehaved with their executives even I have not abused, not fought with anyone and the manager Ms. Meena said me foolish and Ms. Swapna was neglected the same and blame me.
Finally I was help less and their is no option left to get repair the handset by paying her demand of Rs. 8200/- or forgot the handset and through out the handset as waste.
we regret to write above that we are very disappointed with the service, behaviour and all your system infect now I am thinking that why I was purchased the Samsung handset.
