I have brought an new phone on 2014 and its warrenty is over, extended warrenty is there.I have visted the service center more than 20 times and talked to manager 10 times, till now no good solution to my handset.I have raised the complain through mail to the main head office(Korea), till now the response was not good and the solution too.The corporate office in india has contacted me and he is also not providing good solution till now.This all has been More than 5 MONTHS till now no good solution.They made me visited more than 20 times to the service center and the customer care is there to play with us.Customer care is to satisfy the customer but here it is not.People are suffering from this all and no one is reporting to take action.

I thought the problem has solved and I have withdrawl the case but here again I am not satisfied with the samsung solution.I have attached the proof of the video(date along with time).I have shown this video that without sim card and the memory card, the phone is getting error.I please recommend you to take action upon this by giving refund or replacement of the handset.I want to go along with this case and not to close or withdrawl..
I have shown this video to the ashok(manager of service centre) and the proof is true is accepted by the engineer and manager(verification of date and time of the video).
I have given more time to solve and again its not possible to provide any more time.
I cant provide my handset again for verification.I want to know whether the samsung is wasting my precious time...If it is then the case can be handled by the consumer and legal action can be taken as soon as possible...
