I happened to buy a samsung mobile (Galaxy note3) pricing @ 30, 000 in november 2015. I had purchased a washing machine in june 2014 from samsung's authorised dealer m/s shivam electronics, model no :wt657qpndpgxtl, serial no: w0625pdd900406e. Since the purchase the machine had some issues but i dint bother as the machine was running, hence i dint complain about it.
Since last 6 months the machine is not working, there is always some issue with the spin or the mcb gets trip or the drain knob has some fault and all such...

My model is SM-G313HU.I am complaining regarding the mobile service provided by my mobile..it is hanging quite frequently and touch stops working...recently I went to mobile servicing centre located in BKP, WestBengal with this issue and they updated software and took Rs400 from me as my warranty period is over. My Samsung front loading machine Model No WF8508NMW8 is less than 5 years old. it recently started making sounds while washing... and the service engineer attended to my complaint. He showed me chunks of plastic bits falling out from behind the drum and tells me that there is a plastic mold behind the drum which has broken into bits and the drum has to be replaced. the cost of a new drum is 8000 + service charge which I cannot afford now.br...

I have been a loyal customer of SAMSUNG MOBILES and have been a huge fan of GALAXY S series phones. i have used GALAXY S3 and GALAXY S5 and it was a very delightful experience hanging on to those devices but in NOVEMBER 2015 i bought a GALAXY S6.

I purchased the above mentioned machine from Ahona Electronics at Santoshpur Avenue (CM No. 22705 dt. 20/4/14) with model No. 18FC3UAUQ and inner machine no. E258PPID403315 and outer machine no. E254PPOD401860. 2 days back, when the AC was on, suddenly a sound came from outer machine - gas emerged and the machine stopped. I have not further tried to switch on the machine.
Please restore it at the earliest....

After posting this complaint with reference no.[protected] in May 3rd week, I received a call from Customer Care who provided me local service engineer no. and assured me he will sort out the matter. Last week an engineer inspected the refrigerator and taken images and video of the refrigerator. After two days they informed me this defect is irreparable and as the product is under warranty period, they are offering 10% value of the refrigerator....
