Whenever i used to play the hd movies in my led tv then only the video play but not sound. And a message come the sound not supported. Why???. You want to me to play pirated movies??? I have not expected that kind of service from the samsung. If this problem does not solved then i will spread this message on all social media sites

    First of all i must say i am a senior citizen of 66 years and find it difficult even to travel short distances.
    I had purchased samsung tv 32" on[protected]. Model no la 32 c 530 f1rmxl. The tv got malfunctioning in july and as per my complaint a technician from smart electronics, plamoodu, pattom, tvm came and he said the board is faulty and it has to be changed. The job was done and i had to pay rs 10377/ as repair charges. They had not noted the actual complaint or pars changed.
    In may 2016 the tv discontinued functioning and on[protected] i registered a complaint. Ref no [protected]. The service personnel didn't contacted me and hence i contacted ramesh, the technician assigned to me on[protected]. On[protected] sibi francis from from samsung service, smart electronics called me and said that technicians will be sent. Two technicians came and they took away thetv set. They didn't give me any acknowledgement and said the receipt book is not with them and they will check and inform the matter immediately. Three days later i contacted smart electronics and they said the main board is defective and has to be changed and i have to pay rs 7500/- i said the same was replaced on[protected] nsgar paid rs 10377/- so i took the view that further repairing is a loss in this model. I asked whether they will purchase the tv and they said they will pay rs 2000/- i accepted the offer since there was no other way. After that i called many times but they didn't paid the amount till date. I may be constrained to file a police complaint if the issue is not settled by your authorised service centre and simultaneously legal proceedings before the consumer protection forum.

      I have note 4 (Sm-910g), after updating it to official samsung marshmallow on wifi for first day i notice it start freezing, random restarting and next day it stops working and never boot and never charged again. So i went to service center they told me "i need to change my motherboard, it happened because i updated it online instead going to service center". My device is out warranty so it will cost me around 16000 indian rupees.
      So i called samsung online service centre and told them my issue and i found they are also not helping for such buggy software update.

      I[censored]pdating phone officially on online cause such issues then why samsung release official update online?
      Why should consumer paid such big amount without their faults.

      I am expecting some convenient solution from samsung instead changing my motherboard by paying such huge amount.

        Main points:
        - the a/c installation is not yet complete despite the engineer first attending 7 days ago
        - the engineer broke the front panel of the a/c unit on the first day. This has yet to be replaced
        - a godrej ceiling fan, light and light fitting were broken during the installation by the engineer. These have yet to be repaired
        - damage to paint work on wall - drill marks and scratches
        - messy workers, not cleaning up after themselves
        - no response from samsung despite us calling them repeatedly and them promising to call us back
        - repeated false promises from samsung and vision service (Installation company contracted by samsung)
        - dangerous working practices – standing on cupboards, balancing two stools on top of on another while drilling!
        - engineers not bringing all necessary tools/equipment/supplies for job
        - a/c unit has been fitted untidily into the wall
        - rudeness and obstructivity

        In full:
        We ordered the above a/c unit from croma in bandra west, mumbai on sunday 12/06/2016 following a visit from an engineer from vision service (Sent by samsung) the previous day. The appliance was delivered by croma the following day (13/06/2016). I received a phone call from a vision service engineer the same day to arrange a time for installation. We agreed on 11am the next day (14/06/2016).

        At 11:30am the next day, there was still no sign of the engineer, so i called him. He told me he would not be coming until 4pm. I told him this was not possible for me as i had a meeting to attend in the afternoon, and this is why we had agreed on morning slot. He said he could not change the time, and could not explain why he did not call me to advise that he was not coming at the agreed time. He gave me the number for vision service's service centre, who i then called. They insisted someone would come at 4pm, and could not understand that this was not possible due to the meeting i had to attend. After more than 2 hours and 20 phone calls to them, they finally agreed to send someone.

        This engineer and his helper finally arrived at 2:45pm, bearing in mind i had to leave the house at 4pm for my meeting.

        They began working, although they did not bring a ladder for access, and instead used 2 stools that belong to us stacked on top of each other in an extremely dangerous fashion. During the installation process, they switched on a ceiling fan that was only 1 metre away from the installation point. Because of this, when attempting to fit the front panel, the panel hit the fan, in the process breaking the panel, our godrej ceiling fan, light and light fitting, and sending debris all over the room.

        They attempted to continue with the installation after telling me the panel was fine, but as i had noticed the front panel was cracked, advised them that they needed to replace this. The engineer reluctantly agreed to this after a long discussion. I also explained that they needed to repair any damage to our property. At this point i called samsung to explain what had happened during which time the engineers left my home without telling me. I had no idea where they were and explained this to samsung. Samsung told me someone would call me back the next day, but this never happened.

        The engineers eventually returned and attempted a shoddy job at fixing the fan and light - which they were not able to do. I also noticed they had also damaged the wall with their drill where it appears the drill had slipped during use. I also told them this would need to be amended. They still wanted to finish installing the a/c unit, but i told them they could not, 1. Because they had just broken it, and 2. Because of the time.

        By this point, it was 4:45pm and i was late for my meeting. The engineer promised he would return the next day at 10:00am with a new front panel for the a/c unit. The house was left in a complete mess with dust and debris everywhere, all over our kitchen (Including our food) and living room which we had to clean up ourselves.

        The next day (15/06/2016), i called the engineer at 10:10 as he had not turned up at the agreed time. He told me now, he would not be coming until 12:00pm. Of course, he did not arrive at 12:00pm, and was no longer answering his phone. I attempted to call him and vision service multiple times, but neither would answer my calls. At this point i called croma to explain the situation. They told me they could not do anything and that i had to contact samsung or vision service. I then called samsung and made an official complaint yet again. I was told somebody senior at samsung would call me that day and visit my home. This never happened.In fact, to this day (19/06/2016) they have not called me.Instead i have had to contact them every time.

        I finally managed to get through to the service centre at vision service to see whether the engineer was coming or not. They were very rude and could not understand why i was upset with the situation. They kept telling me i had to contact samsung to get the front panel replaced, and it was nothing to do with them. It was only when i asked why this was the case given it was broken by one of their engineers that the person i was speaking to at the call centre - zahid - changed his tone. His own engineer, anas had not even told him (In almost 24 hours) that he himself had broken the front panel! The service centre agreed to send some of their other engineers that day to complete the installation of the a/c unit, and to order a new front panel.

        These engineers eventually turned up at around 3pm and fitted the a/c unit. They also created mess which they did not clean up, and asked me for supplies they needed during the installation (Matches, washing powder, a cloth, small bucket, ladder) which they themselves should be bringing.

        Zahid the supervisor from vision service arrived towards the end of the installation, and i was able to explain to him exactly what happened. A shoddy, messy job was done, with them promising the new panel would arrive in 2-3 working days when they would return to replace the faulty one. I explained again that they would also need to fix they damage that they created to which the supervisor said he would need to check first with his superior. We asked to speak to the superior, but zahid would not call him or give us his number. He said he would speak to him himself and that his superior would call us after 7pm that day. Again, as with samsung, to this day we have not received any call from him. We attempted to call and message zahid at vision service many times on 16 and 17/06/2016 but he would not answer our calls or messages.

        On saturday 18/06/2016 we returned to the croma branch in bandra where we had purchased the a/c unit to see whether they could help. We were able to show them videos and photos of the damage. They got in touch with vision service and samsung and we were able to speak to somebody at samsung called nizam. He explained he would speak to his supervisor and call us back in 15 minutes with a solution. We stayed in the croma store during this time, but after 30 minutes he still had not called. The croma employee called him again to ask why he hadn't called us to which nizam again promised he would call in 15 minutes. He never called. We attempted to call him many times but he had switched his phone off and also did not reply to an sms. We also received another call during this time from someone claiming to be from samsung (Although on a phone that samsung does not have a number for) telling us that someone would come round in 2 days time to fix the a/c unit and damage. He also told us not to mention this to anyone else! We assume this was someone from vision service pretending to be from samsung.

        On 19/06/2016, we again had to visit the croma store to tell them that samsung had not been in contact with us. Again we had to wait in the store for more than an hour while they tried to contact samsung. While we were waiting for them to get a response from samsung, we ourselves called samsung's call centre line to make another formal complaint. We were finally able to speak to someone called sunil dhyani and told him we wanted to return the a/c unit as we no longer wanted to deal with samsung - if this is the service we have received in only 6 days, one can only imagine how it would continue in future. Sunil explained someone from samsung hq would call us the next day (20/06/2015), but could not give me a time other than before 4pm (I told them i could not receive a call after this time as i would be leaving for a meeting). There was no phone call from samsung by this time.

        I instead received a phone call at 4pm from croma who were checking to see whether we had heard from samsung. The croma employee said he would contact samsung on our behalf. It was only after this that samsung eventually called at 4:30pm. Again i had to explain the whole story, and was again made late for my meeting. Samsung said someone would make a visit to my home tomorrow (21/06/2016) before 2pm. We will wait to see if this happens

          I have put a complain regarding my refrigerator on 15/06/2016.
          the service center has closed & cancelled the complain without any prior intimation to me.
          My refrigerator is under 10 years warranty & my purchase date & compressor serial no. & copy of bill is attached herewith.
          I have purchased my refrigerator under extended warranty scheme of Samsung.
          the service center has cancelled the complain without notifying me.
          this is the behavior & after sales service of the company to the customers.
          i want strict action against the service center & want my refrigerator
          to repaired at immediate.

            This is to keep you posted that i have purchased Air Conditioner (AR18JC3UFUQXNA) as on 15th of May'16 from Mehta Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Indore. Address - Address: Near U-Turn, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001.
            1st Issue is Concern Person Store Sales Head (Mr. Javed Khan) given me the Offer of EMI and 1 Year Warranty on the purchase of same product, However, i have not even given any kind of facility on the same product. At the time of payment he told that he will take care of the warranty part and since then he is not responding, today he picked up my call from different number and told that is expired and now can't avail the benefit of warranty and told that you had to do, even i have not been given any proper direction for that.
            And Merchant asked me to pay through Credit Card since EMI option was there, then Merchant swapped the card with full amount of Rs. 33, 990/- rather then pay through EMI and after then Merchant told that they have cancelled (Void) the transaction and asked me to pay again through EMI. PFA the Sale Slip.
            The payment of Rs. 33, 990/- have been added in my Statement Balance (PFA The Credit Card Statement) as i have checked with HDFC Bank Customer Care then merchant asked to wait till statement generation date (08/06/2016) and then i found that the amount has not converted into 3 Months EMI's, However i suppose to pay the complete amount.
            And as on 18th May'16 i have received a message from bank (PFA the Message) stating that the same has not been processed due to Card in Block on 18May16, however i have made the payment on 15th May'16. So, this should not be an issue since i made the purchse as on 15th May'16.
            All of my purchases, EMI's must have to be transferred on my upgraded card since i have requested for up-gradation of my credit card and now i have received my upgraded Card (HDFC Visa SIG ALLMILES – 4854 99XX XXXX 1697). PFA the Credit Card Status as well.
            So, request you to Cancel (Void) the transaction of Rs. 33, 990/- and convert into 3 Months EMI with my Active credit card (4854 99XX XXXX 1697) asap and let me know the status.

              I had a Samsung refrigerator of model no:RT31HCLB1 from yesterday onwards it is not cooling the materials that we kept inside of the refrigerator while the current is running in it also and also note I had warranty and the warranty period is running now so please send a service men to check and fix the problem.

              Before keeping this mail for complaining I called customer care service number so many times but they are not properly responding for our problems that we sad and they are saying that they will call me back with in 10 minutes and cutting phone after that there is no call from them

                  I wish to share my ordinary experience dealing with your colleague rajesh, bhushan & himanshu verma.

                  I have purchased samsung galaxy note 5 handset bearing model number sm-n920gzseins, bearing serial number rz8h10e82za.

                  On 8th may 2016, i did first mistake by purchasing samsung galaxy note 5 handset bearing model number sm-n920gzseins, bearing serial number rz8h10e82za from one of your dealer new impression (Sector – 17, vashi) and on 21st may i noticed that the finger print sensor was not working, immediately i call to the dealer he asked me to visit the showroom after inspecting the handset he suggested me to visit samsung service center i told him that due to my busy schedule i’ll not be able to visit the service next day. I visited your samsung service center at haware centurion on 1st june 2016, i met rajesh he claimed to be service center manager. When i informed him about the problem that i was facing, rajesh said he need to repair the handset to which i didn’t agree, you tell me after spending 50k how would you feel that your instrument is repaired that too within 13 days.Inspite of humble request to rajesh to change the handset he denied and said our policy is to change the handset if the problem occurred within 15 days and in my case it was 13 days but due to my busy schedule i visited your service center on 1st june (23rd day) that was my second mistake. Then he showed me a small piece and said this is normal sir, i just need to change this piece and your handset will work fine. Then i asked him that it is normal that a samsung brand new handset has a manufacturing defect?
                  And what is the guaranteed that after replacing this small pc the handset will work fine?

                  He didn’t had any answer, when i was not satisfied with rajesh reply, i asked him for the senior authority contact number or mail id to which he refuse to give (As per service industries norms nodal officer details should be displayed)
                  After sourcing i got bhushan (Area manager) contact number after updating him about my problem he took rajesh on con-call, i felt very positive that my query has been heard and now i’ll get the remedy. But it was more shocking that an area manager has given me a helpless answer and asked me to log a compliant in customer care toll free no.[protected].

                  Besides having to partially respond to my requests through meeting and calls, rajesh & bhushan exhibited zero interest in assisting me.

                  After investing time and effort to visit your service center in vashi. Thereafter i called up customer care toll free no and a very helpful girl patiently took all the details and assured me that she has forward my request to escalation team and somebody will get back to me within 24 hrs. Sorry i do not recollect her beautiful name. (Request no [protected]) (Request no [protected])

                  But i didn’t receive any call in 24hrs.

                  Shukmender (Tele executive) called me after 24hrs. After hearing my complaint even he assured me that he is forwarding my request to higher authority for resolution and took the convenient time to call back, but again the call didn’t come as per time given.

                  This time himanshu verma (Senior executive - customer experience) called me and again i have to repeat the same story to him, coz i was expecting positive response. But even himanshu started explaining me the policy and refuse to change the handset.
                  I was very upset and asked him the nodal mail id to which he said that i’m the decision maker but there were no resolution given to the customer.
                  I told him that i’ll write to senior authority, he said fine you may. But on next day morning himanshu called me and started bartering by offering me 5 months extended service, i said ok so that i can check the extreme side of samsung. And this is the lines himanshu has mention in his mail as if you guys are doing favor to me on my mistake by purchasing samsung handset.
                  (Moreover as goodwill gesture we are proposing you 5 months extended warranty on your unit. This offer is valid for 7 days starting from today i. E. 13.06.2016.)

                  I can appreciate that it may be samsung india's strategy to ignore consumers that offer a business of just few hundred korean won. However, then its team should communicate it to customers like me so as to spare me of such ordinary (In my books, worse than disgusting) experience. I would have been absolutely if rajesh, bhushan & himanshu had directed me to someone else at samsung or at the dealer's end. But instead backed by the way he has been mentored, he thought he could just take me for granted and brush me off.
                  I wish i had 'read' into the quality in himanshu call, to not expect much from him.

                  I do not need to elaborate on the values and attributes reflected in rajesh, bhushan & himanshu conduct and commitment towards his work and contract with samsung. The important question is where these values and attributes originate from? My belief is that be it professional or personal team (Family), values of leadership (Parents) get transmitted into their team members (Children). So i would blame samsung india leadership for choosing and training the chain of team members to allow the above experience.
                  What does the above experience indicate? One perspective would be to mutter "it's just an insignificant negligence by a team member and resultant one dissatisfied customer; let's focus on other high value customers and resultant sales and profit numbers needed to feed excel and powerpoint documents." my perspective is that every such conduct results in gradually killing of a painstakingly created brand and more importantly insulting the collective work and worth of brilliant engineers who designed brilliant products, investors who risked their hard-earned monies and leaders/managers/sales professionals (And others) who nurtured the business and the brand for 56+ years.Insulting those who made possible their employment.
                  It's pervasive of we indians to not understand or appreciate what 'global brands' mean and approach them casually (In reality cruelly) as we haven't succeeded in building them except for mahatma gandhi.

                  The way i was attended at the vashi service center too demonstrated very ordinary values and attitude in the role of after sales 'professional'. They ensured that visiting vashi service center will never be a joyful experience.

                  It seems like samsung india leadership is specifically building a team to reflect a certain brand of values and attributes. Snobbery would be the first word that would strike my mind to describe the team. If i were you, i would introspect than to reprimand them.

                  In contrast, i dealt with an iphone to purchase an iphone 5s in 2014; he has a built an association that may last a life time with iphone and him. I accord it to his leadership/organizational values that mentored him to conduct in a certain manner.

                  Recently, i convinced my wife & cousin to buy samsung products we have used and i joyfully vouched for the products' quality and got them one. I regret it now...

                  Rajesh, bhushan & himanshu (And may be some others) may wonder if the above 'minor' experience warranted this note. That's because bred in chalta hai (Everything is acceptable) indian philosophy most o[censored]s cannot relate to the fact that ordinary conduct can be agonizing (And costly). And because they measure everyone by the standard they have set (Rather forgotten to set) for themselves. I have no qualms about my note; i ignored their lapses and gave them an opportunity. But all i got was a cold shoulder, time and again. However, this note is not directed only at rajesh, bhushan & himanshu conduct.

                  I wouldn't be surprised if the samsung india team chooses to ignore my note. I don't expect it cause any introspection.

                  I sincerely hope i do not ever have to buy a samsung product for the want of a better product. I would rather buy a lesser value product and save my dignity and time.

                    I have purchased Samsung Digital Inventor AC on[protected] Invoice No- SPREET-0714 from Sargam Electronics Preet Vihar Branch. From starting itself it was creating lot of issues and also logged so many cases regarding the same with Samsung. Within two year this AC is not working and Samsung is not able to repair this set.
                    So many visits done by Samsung authorizes service engineers and they have replaced all the cards and compressor multiple times but AC is still not working. Samsung have sent their expert also but he was also not able to repair that AC.
                    Please help me to get my money back from Samsung.

                    Case Details:-
                    Product- Samsung digital invertor AC.
                    Purchase Date: - 25/05/2015
                    Invoice No- SPREET-0714

                    # Case logged on 20/9/2015 with complaint No-[protected], “AC not working”. Service engineer told that PCB got faulty. As suggested by service engineer it will be better to change this PCB in new season as it is having only three month warranty. Case closed on 27/09/2015 on my request.

                    # Case logged: - 8/04/16 complaint no-[protected] “AC not working” engineer was not able to repair the AC set but case closed with wrong statement on 21/04/2016.

                    # Case logged on 22/04/2016, case ID [protected] “AC not working”. Comment: - part replacement and case was closed on 11/05/2016, multiple parts was replaced in outdoor unit (main PCB, Sensor, smps and they have charged rupees 9510/- from me on 05/05/2016. Bill copy attached for reference.

                    # Case logged on 12/05/2016, case ID [protected], “AC not working”... Case closed without checking.

                    # Case logged on 15/05/2016, case ID [protected], “For Re-installation. As per service team out door unit is not installed as per recommendation”.

                    At the time of re-installation engineer observed that wrong power cable was installed by installation team at first installation itself.
                    Then again new cables placed, but at the time of re-installation compressor gas got leaked by installation engineer.
                    Then case was closed/cancelled by installation team and still AC gas filling pending. AC was not working but case is now closed.

                    # Case logged on 18/05/2016, case ID [protected], “cancelled due to wrong installation & AC gas filling pending”. After that AC compressor also replaced.

                    Till now so many visits done by service engineer and expert engineers, each part got replaced multiple times but AC is still not working.

                    Also I already have raised a case with Samsung escalation department but now they are also not replying my mails. Mails are attached for reference.

                    Since April I am chasing to repair this faulty AC but till now it is not working.
                    I request you please help me to return my total money Purchase amount rs 45000 + repair amount rs 9510.

                      I booked samsung rt 34k3753s9 refrigerator from viveks on 17th june'16 from viveks and co north usman road, t nagar. I was attended by mr murli and few others.

                      I saw a demo piece and ordered for a kind after satisfying with the features.

                      Today (18/6/16) at 11.00pm i got a delivery to my residence after several push and complaint.

                      Now atlast we received a demo piece, a same peice i saw in the showroom.

                      I did not expect this from a reputed outlet like viveks and co.

                      I need the intervention, fresh peice and compensation from the outlet.

                      Person who delivered denied to take back the peice and assured that fresh peice will be replaced immediately. But i am still not convinced.

                        I have made a complaint against my AC which is not working. From 15 June 2016 till date every day they are promising me that service engineer will visit and address your problem. But nothing happenrd and no one cares. Samsung's worst ever service i encountered for AC. Please do not fool and cheat customer, just don't let the trust go away so easily that you have built in so many years.

Sc2009, on 29th april 2016 from meera electronics, gandhidham, from the time of of installation of refrigerator cooling problem occurred which i have intimated to the dealer after engineer visit happened but the engineer who have taken photo of product and said i will raise the issue with company and problem will resolve shortly, after that no response from company i have received, after that i have made complain on phone on 06th june 2016 after that one engineer came and open the product form inside and said i have made my best effort and problem resolve from the engineer side but i felt same problem once again i have made complain on phone on 13th june 2016 and complain reference no. [protected] provided by the person who have attended my phone and i have been assured that engineer visit will happen next day till 08pm and i have been received one massage that engineer sanjay contact #[protected] has been assigned against my service request on 14th june 2016 at 08:46 am after that no engineer visit happened and one more massage from company received by me that part has been ordered, engineer will re-visit in 3-5 days. When i have spoken with the engineer on above given phone no. Which was provided by me form company the said engineer said he had inspected/examined the product and the said product was made according to the condition of korea and it will proper work if temperature will remain upto 30 degree c and he assured that he has communicated the issue with company and it will resolve shortly but till date i have not received any response from the company. Kindly go through the matter and replace the product immediately which was wrongly supplied and sold to me.

And found no skype on smasung applications on the screen it is unfair to stop the programme. The amount spent on camera is a waste now.                                   Samsung being a reputed company and i being a regular samsung product buyer had never faced this issue regarding customer service, lately when an unprofessional gentlemen mr yutlal yadav from techinical support team misbehaved and misguided me while conversing with him regarding my recently purchased faulty oven. Its been one week now and no action has been taken.
                                  After several calls to samsung customer care, this unmannerly gentlemen calls me and tells "its not my duty to provide you any information, i'm calling from technical team"
                                  Then i asked him when can you send your engineer. He again replied saying.
                                  "i'm not here to tell you exact date and time, m just here to forward your complaint". I asked him, why you talking abruptly?. He answered. You are talking abruptly not me.
                                  This really shows where he comes from and how educated he is. Never met such kind of illiterate and inefficient executive.
                                  I highly request samsung to take necessary strong action against him as this kind of people in service center tend to spoil brand name and expectation of customers, and train them properly before sending them on floor.

                                    On 09/05/2015 i bought a galaxy core 2 (Sm-g355h) mobile phone from you. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem 1-hardware.2-sofware.3- device, hanging 4-battery.5 default application are crashing (E. G.- gallary etc.)
                                    After one month the set started crating above mention problem i have have already made many complain to samsung authorized service center (A-29, opp. Ram krishna math, nirala nagar, lucknow) manually and as well as online registered complains who’s details are as follows:-

                                    After sending the set to service center and as per them they have changed the mother board of the set dated on[protected]. But the problem still persist.

                                    But my problem persist same till date :-
                                    The [consumer rights act / sale of goods act 1979] makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
                                    As you are in breach of contract i am entitled to have the phone [repaired/replaced or refunded] and i would request that you confirm that you will do this within the next 7 days.. Because my mobile warranty ending on 0 8/05/2016.
                                    I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for my phone to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

                                      1. Our samsung washing machine stopped working. Our machine was under warranty.
                                      2. We lodged a complaint on 9th june 2016. Service person asked for a bill and we gave them the copy. They confirmed we are covered under warranty
                                      3. Kamlesh engineer was assigned to us.
                                      4. He visited us on 10.06.16
                                      5. 11.06.16 they told problem is with pcb of machine which is solved. Still they want to take machine for wiring check up
                                      6. No callback/no pick up of machine - nothing
                                      7. 13.06.16 we called up and after heated discussion they came to pick up the machine
                                      8. 14.06.16 we got a surprise call that we are not under warranty and we have to pay first 4000/- for pcb, after 2 days pcb will come, after they will repair... And a long schedule given
                                      9. 15.06.16 we asked for a reason, , mr. Dhimant solanki said "he is the final authority of samsung and whatever he says i have to accept else i should do whatever i can, he will not send the machine" - a real rude reply
                                      10. We politely asked for senior person number - reply from him is he will not provide
                                      11. We called up customer care thrice. Lastly at 8 pm in night we got a call from manish kandariya senior manager- conversation ref. No. [protected]
                                      12. Result - headache and mental pressure - even after having a trust on samsung brand. We were earlier user of whirlpool and we on a feedback from baroda, gujarat preferred to go from samsung.
                                      13. Jamnagar samsung felt us that we were beggar and made us run here and there. I assure u that samsung as a brand is tarnishing its image in jamnagar. A leader seller of jamnagar ketan electronics for this reason does not sale samsung products

                                        It's being frustrated writing a complaint but m force to do this it seems that I have wasted my money by purchasing Samsung handset . I have purchased Samsung J2 handset IMEI no: [protected] in the month of November I have gifted this handset to someone and it's shameful for me because I have got this phone back due to hardware issue. I have given the handset at Batala Road service center to fix the issue and yesterday they had returned the phone after 4 days as its touch was not working I collected the handset at 6:00 PM and now today when I tried to use this it's not working in fact it's not in working condition I am unable to switch on it I went to service center again on 14-June'16 and they are not attending me it seems they are giving me the reasons which are out of my mind I had given the handset with some other issue and they have created there own story with handset.
                                        I would request you to please help me to resolve this issue as the handset is in warranty period of more 5 months .

                                        I have visited service centre yesterday and now I have got the reason that there might be some liquid was put in the phone that is why it's not working I just want to confirm in 6 months there was not such issue created and suddenly I have given the handset to service center and it got damaged I have put the phone in charging mode after receiving from service center and it stopped working suddenly I can also say the liquid was insert by service center guys .Very silly excuses m getting I have not use the phone even for 1 hour after collecting from service center . Please let me know what needs to be done as its getting delay day by day.

                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
