मेरा नाम अरविंद हटकर हे. मै अौरंगाबाद जिल्हा महाराष्ट्र से हू. गत 29 मार्च को यहाँ के निराला बाजार स्थित सॅमसंग सर्विस सेंटर पर मैने मेरे मोबाईल का सॉफ्टवेअर अपडेट किया. पहले मुझे बताया गया की, सॉफ्टवेअर अपडेट करणे से मोबाईल दुरूस्त हो जाएगा. लेकिन फिर भी मोबाईल मे दिक्कते अाने लगी है. फिर मुझे अापके प्रतिनिधीने बॅटरी बदलने की सलाह दी. फिर मैने नयी बॅटरी खरीदने की पहल की. लेकिन फिर भी मोबाईल मे समस्या होने लगी. फिर मेने सर्विस सेंटर को भेट दी. तब मुझे मोबाईल का मदरबोर्ड बदलने को कहा गया. अापके सर्विस सेंटर पर गलत एवं दिशाभूल करने वाली जानकारी दी जा रही है..इस पुरे मामले मे मुझे अापके सेंटर पर बहुत बार चक्कर काटने पडे. इसके अालावा पैसे का नुकसान भी झेलना पडा. मेरे पुरे मामले की जाँच करके दोषी पाए गय अधिकारी के उपर कारवाई की मे मांग करता हू. अगर इस प्रकरण मे मै कही भी दोषी पाया गया तो मुझे जिम्मेदार माना जाए.

    I just now received call from Samsung CEO office. As per them the product is 12 year old and they do not have spares to repair it.

    This is a home appliance and not like a product such as mobile phone, why Samsung cannot keep spares of these.

    My question is why Samsung did not say during purchase of their home product that the life of the product will be 10-12 years only and also in between if Samsung discontinues the manufacturing of the product then spare parts will not be available.

    Also Samsung do not have buy-back scheme of their own and no outside party will buy it since it is not operational. Let Samsung dealer give me buy back offer.

    With this feedback from Samsung, I have no option left than to go to consumer Court for justice.

    I had purchased Samsung Microwave Oven Model No Combi C103FL in the year 2004. It went defective last week for which I had given complaint as above. A service engineer from Samsung authorized dealer Astavinayak Enterprises, Goregaon West, Mumbai attended it. The next day I received call from the dealer saying that the PCB inside oven is defective and the spare part is not available since the model has been discontinued by Samsung.

    1. I had bought this Samsung oven only because of its brand name and its reliability and maintainability. I was shocked to hear from the dealer that this model is not repairable and I have to throw it as garbage.

    2. If it is not repairable beyond 10 years then why Samsung is not display its life during consumer purchase. Let consumer decide whether to buy Samsung or not.

    3. If it is not repairable then Samsung shall come out with a decent buy-back scheme so that consumer will not suffer.

    4. On top this the dealer has charged Rs 344/- as service charges (bill attached) only to tell me to throw it as garbage. Please arrange for refund.

    5. I called up Samsung call center[protected] on 20-May-2016 17:35, I was told by Samsung staff that I will receive call from Samsung within 24 hours but till now I have not received any call from Samsung.

    Please look into this..

      I don't really have any complaint on samsung smartphones, but my complaints r about customer care in karunagappally. (Galaxy communications). When we ever try to contact them they switch off their phone or if the phone is ringing they never picks it up. It really makes us sad. It is same with all my friends. When we ask about it to them they never says a word about it and also they never completes our problem in the given time. When we go there there to get our product (Phone) they says us to come back after 2 days this really gets us frustrated. Due to this i started to hate samsung phones. Plz help us solve this problem.

        Samsung engineer have visited my house on 14.05.2016 and informed me that there is problem in the compressor and I have to send the compressor to workshop for repair. Since, the compressor is under warranty I sent the compressor to your work shop for repair.

        Today again their engineer called me and told that there is no problem in compressor, its small capacitor change, their engineer while visiting my house have wrongly given the information.

        This small job could have been done in my house, there was no need to take the compressor. It caused of 10 days and I am yet to get my compressor back to my house. Now they are charging Rs. 3000 for this. This job could have been done in Rs 1000. Samsung shall clarify the reason for such erratic behaviors of their service center.

          I am very upset and dishearten to write you that your distributer reliance cheated me as i have purchased 1 ton air condition 3 star from panchkula sector 9 on friday. They committed me that the installation will be done on tomorrow definitely but there was no communication done by them with samsung.
          Now next day on saturday i received an message from samsung customer care that you installation request has been registered today then i called service center they sent me the message that dear customer, service engineer gurmeet, mobile number [protected] has been assigned against registered service order [protected] then i called gurmeet he replied i will be reaching you by 3 pm today then he called me again that sir the am coming there by 3 pm sharp
          Suddenly i looked my watch there was 3:30 pm then i called gurmeet he replied sir i am not coming as i am not following your schedule, i was shocked, then i called customer care they committed me of monday before 8 pm that sir the installation will be done by today before 8 pm definitely but no phone call was received by any engineer till now.

          So there is humble request that i am mentally harassed by retailer and samsung service provider
          As i am not happy/satisfied with your company and i have not a single penny trust on your commitments and i don't trust on your products now

          So take back my air condition as i am not able to enjoy your product while purchasing it

          I don't want to remain fool what yours employ are making me till now due to self respect i have for me
          I am very upset and depressed and want to take a legal action against every person who misguided me

            S7 edge + vr 50% offer i paid online for it. But still no updates about vr but still no delivery date or any kind of support from samsung alerts!

            Note: i purchased samsung galaxy s7 edge smartphone on april 15th 2016. While along with s7 edge there was offer of samsung galaxy vr on purchase we can get 50% discount. But i want to know that samsung galaxy vr product when it will be given home delivery to my given address. There is no proper response from samsung no alert of sms or call from samsung stores about this vr release date. Still we are waiting for the samsung galaxy where we already paid 50% i. E., 4500 rupees approx.

              I have purchased a samsung galaxy J2 mobile in poorvilamobile store on 5th november 2015, on 20th may my mobile had a charging problem i had warranty card so i went to poorvika store they asked me to go to (Alpha Electronics ) samsung service center tuticorin, they told me to wait for half an hour they did respond me for more than two hrs later they told me to come on 21st may I went on 21st morning they tols your problem has not been identified till now so come on evening, i awent in the evening they told we repaired your mobile but you will get an call from samsung customer care after that only we will give your mobile. I received a call on 23rd from customer care by 10Am i was in office at that time, later at 1 pm i got a call from service center saying that your board was with a pbroblem we repaired come and get your mobile i said ok. again at 2 pm i got call form service center saying water have entered into your charging point we have repaired it you need to pay RS.450 and get your mobile. I asked the customer care about this they informed if liquid problem then warrwnty doesnt applicable. i asked whethere you have mentioned it in warrwnt card they told no we didnt mentioned . Then why companies are issuing warranty card. the reesponse of the service center staffs was so poor and irritating.

              Pls take quick action .

                Hlooo frdzzzz i tell one incident of samsung care is located in amritsar my gaurantee period is passed to over at that present i gave 1200 rs to samsung care to continue my gaurantee at that time he will said me the whole procdure r same to buying then new phone at today i shall be reached the customer care office to solve the problem of my phone he will say me this item is not in gaurentee i shall tell him to solve my problem he will tell me lend me some money i said why my phone is in gaurantee he wil tell me any problem in board then in warranty i said u check it ur self he break my phone sim tray and he said me ur phone is in breakrage mode then it is not in warranty i tell him this is not my fault this is ur fault he will tell me the phone problem would be solved in 8000 at last i tell u frdzzzz the samsung company is very fradued companyy not buy a phone of samsung Today i m in trouble another day u lso face this problem

                  Since starting i am facing the problem on no voice/interruption when someone calls me. I am able to hear what other person is saying but my voice does not reach him in 5 out of 10 calls. I have tried using other sims in my phone but the issue is same. I have used this phone in delhi, gurgaon and many other places but the issue is still same, so it's not a network issue.

                  Now, comes the time to mention the horrible experience which i faced when i went to samsung service center (We care at rohini sec-7). I have visited this center 3 times regarding the same concern.
                  For the first two times, they updated the software and returned back the phone without resolving the actual problem.
                  When i went there third time, they submitted the phone for 1 day and checked the phone regarding the issue and in the end returned my phone - saying that your phone is fine. The issue is still there and it is still not resolved. Not only this, they also used my phone unethically. They tried to open my watsapp chats, youtube account, internet sites. My phone has a tracker which clicks the photo of a person who wrongly enters the password for whatsapp.

                  One of the store representative tried to open it illegally. Also, my phone has personals information like my bank account details, credit cards info.

                  With my recent experience with samsung, i have started hated samsung. I have become a victim of your pathetic attitude, unhelpful nature. Also, my personal information has been used by your representative illegally, so if something bad happens to me then samsung is responsible for it.

                  Since then, i have written so many emails to them but still nothing happened on my issue. Please assist me.

                      This is with reference to my telephonic conversation with samsung customer care reference no. [protected].
                      I have purchased my samsung galaxy g550fzddins (Galaxy on5) sr. No.-rz8ga0sd7gp, imei no. [protected] by flipkart, delhi on 27/11/2015 (In fully warrantee). After some time it has starting charging problem. I visited on 17th may 2016 to service centre noida sec-3. Service boy change charger data cable oftertaht mobile return me but next day i've checked mobile but issue not resolved, again visit 18 may service center and problem provide to service team but service man not understand my query then in called call center for query resolution, call center team rasied complain my query after that collect my mobile.
                      My mobile 2 chance repair but still on by one issue generate, i am not understand what working in mobile service center.
                      Today 22 may again visit samsung service noida sec-3 and again provide mobile problem and complete checkup phone to service team then mobile collect service boy.
                      I've requested call center 8 chance for bad service but still issue not done.
                      Request to all please look in to the matter and resolved my issue on high priority.

                      I've summited mobile Noida Service center Sec -3 on date 22/05/2016 but still not received any a call or message I am facing lots of problem because I've not other mobile set .
                      I've not able to contact with my family, collogue, relative and my friends .So I am felling lots of mentally stress .
                      So now I not interested to take back my handset so request you to arrange the refund to me so that I can Purchase new handset from the market and I can survive to do this.
                      Kindly do the needful as soon as possible on humble request .

                        From the day first hand set is not working properly and i have facing some problems like:-
                        1 battery is discharge after getting 8-10 calls
                        2. Hang several times
                        3. Not getting connect properly while my other company set is working good in same condition

                        I have some other company mobile set and they are working very good but this set is totally disturb me and for purpose when i purchese this samsung a-5 set is not completed.

                            I ve a samsung refrigerator model rt26hclb1/ctl/2010 which is under warranty. From last month its defrostration is not happenibg properly for which i lodged a complaint with customer care on 30th april with reference no [protected]. After two days follow service engineer visited and advised that some units need to be changed which will be brought from their ho. After that no body visited and 3 times i followed up with customer care who are assuring me that an urgent request is sent to the service centre and they will attend in 24 hrs. Even customer care is unable to provide the contact details of service centre. I dont have contact detail of their regional service head nor any company personnel ph no. Kindly help me out.

                            after posting this complaint with reference no.[protected], I received a call from Customer Care who provided me local service engineer no. and assured me he will sort out the matter. Last week an engineer inspected the refrigerator and taken images and video of the refrigerator. After two days they informed me this defect is irreparable and as the product is under warranty period, they are offering 10% value of the refrigerator. When I asked what ridiculous they are saying, a fridge worth Rs.17500 will be given a 10% value of Rs.1750. Even if I sale it in scrap it will fetch me higher value. Worst thing is they don't have any solution and every alternate day a new person is calling me and asking me what's the problem. After elaborating entire story the "new person" saying politely the same thing of 10% value and when I'm asking how come such "funny" solution they are coming with, they are saying this is the only solution and at best they will revert after consulting HO. And this is happening for last one week without any solution. It appears they are passing on the complaint to a new member everyday so that the problem can linger.I'm fed up now and don't know whom to approach. Is this the way Samsung deals with their customers?????

                              Out of three mandatory servicing only one serving done in feb'16. Complain no. [protected] dt 17.5.16 was made for final servicing. Since there is one day' s delay in final call (Since i was outstation), specific request was made to instruct that the service engr doesn't insist on payment of service charge.
                              On 20.5.16, a phone call was received from service engr, who insisted on servicing against payment only. Ultimately no one visited for servicing till date.

                              It is felt that free mandatory servicing is an obligation in seller's part and hence should have been conducted within given time frame, without waiting call from the purchaser. This apart, it is hereby informed that due to faulty installation of ac, the compressor was damaged and had to be replaced. Conseqently, the ac was out of service for nearly three weeks from beginning of june'15. Hence the machine should be considered under extended warranty period for at least 20 days.                                 Poor led tv
                                Would appreciate a quick resolution to my grievance regarding faulty bad quality led tv that i purchased reference number is: [protected]. I had earlier requested replacement of tv or refund of money as i am dissatisfied with this faulty product. I have sent details to samsung on 14/5, 17/5 and not received a email response on my grievance after their service rep called me on 20/5the service rep had indicated a mail response will be sent. It is unfortunate to see poor customer experience followed with poor customer service. Also the company representative is not providing me an escalation matrix to discuss my grievance any further. I am certainly not expecting such poor support from samsung brand.

                                I would appreciate if i am refunded the money as per the maximum liability that has been mentioned in the policy.

                                  I purchesed samsung galaxy j1. So, internal damage power damege on screen but not covered in warranty and the samsung authorized service center asking me 3000 for repair, but why should i pay for this.. Becouse warrenty period is not complete. This is not my misteke. Manufacture issues samsung india must check otherwise we loss our money (Date of purchases 04/06/2015.)

                                  Hope you take strict action on this...

                                    I hereby to inform you that we have purchased a710fd 2016 edition but after sometime, my phone show different kind of problem and when we contact at care centre they didn't give me satisfactory services.
                                    I am regularly contact at care centre but they always said that we have recieved defaulty item from company. Iam a busiinessman and have it 30 km away from care centre.

                                    I am a regular customer of samsung but after that incident i dont think that i will ever purchased the samsung mobile.

                                      I regret to inform you that i have been trying to reach out to the samsung call centre for last 5 days but their has been no action taken till now. My tv had some problem with visual as well as audio. I called up the call centre on 19th may 2016, they informed that an engineer will be visiting our home on our convenient time. The engineer names jayanto call me up in the morning and asked for the preferable timing. He came at our home and informed that the mother board and the speaker has to be replaced. He took a service charge of 172/- and also informed that for further way about you again have to contact the samsung call centre. So on 20th may i again call up the customer care and informed that need an replacement of the desired parts. Had also informed that to allow the engineer to come on saturday that is 21st may as i would be taking official off from my office so that the tv gets repaired by saturday.
                                      It really feel sorry to tell that none of the person turned up. I tried to call the customer care the whole day but each time they kept my call on hold.

                                        Dear designatory,

                                        I have requested for relocation and reinstallation of my split ac from kolkata to raipur service request id: [protected]. Post deinstallation on 13/14 th mar i had called for reinstallation on 19th mar. I have even enquired about gas refilling and servicing of ac and i have been told that their is discount in gas refilling and servcing of ac and the cost would be 1500 approx. However after reinstallation the engineer said that other engineer will visit after 2 days for servicing but no one turned up. I have to again call customer care to login complaint no.[protected] and then engineer visit and ask for complete charges after discussion he said he will do it in 2000 for me. As if he is doing favour. As the offer was for march and april their is no offer.
                                        2 things are requested. To get my refilling done in last informed rate of 1500/- secondly the service engineers of samsung have become so rude and when ever they visit they only try to make money by pushing some or the other parts and accessories. It's open feedback in the market. The service of samsung is worst these days.In case you wanted to check more u may like to hear the call records of conversation i had with ur customer care agent in the month of march. Pl get my servicing done as per rates offered in mar.
