I have purchased one new handset Samsung Galaxy A8 from Ruchi Sales, old Bus Stand Bilaspur (C.G) Store, since from the date of purchase their was a fault in the handset of restarting automatically several times a day, had gone to the store from where i have brought that handset he clearly denied to help and said that go to samsung service center, after that i had visited three times to samsung service center but the same issue was their no resolution has been done, i asked the shop keeper to replace the hand handset than he is asking to sell the same in 11000/- to him which i brought for 31000/- from him only.

i need the handset to be replaced by new handset without giving any extra amount since i have paid the full amount of the device and they have sold faulty handset to me.

    I have given my mobile phone for the fourth time for repairing. The service center says they have changed screen, software & finally motherboard. But still my phone is facing problems it hangs and stays on the lock screen unless it is restarted. My phone is under warranty period. It has been opened 3 times i have a doubt if it can still work properly. I want complete replacement of my model i.E galaxy grand prime (4G).

      Have bought the mobile on 15th april.
      There was a problem identifiedI went to service centre they fixed the issue by replacing a glass and again same problem..i want my phone replaced..and if this doesnot happen i shall sue the company for harrasing a customer.please contact me immediately..
      I bought mobile on 15 th april went to service centre by 12 days..and they fixed and again issue started on 10th may
      This is very upsetting..please put me to senior management

      I have been alling customer service from 24.. april..they did eemote check also
      Atleast 7..8 problem tickets are there

      I bought this item for my father..and now i cant give to him

        I purchased 2 nos 1.5 t and 1no 1t split AC units at Coimbatore on 05/05/2016. It was installed on 07/05/2016. The installation team asking for 20 ft ladder, bench, stool and rope for lifing the unit. The came with minimum accessories for installation. During the installation, the copper tube connecting indoor and outdoor units were bent with hand, they do not have any pipe bender.
        3 inch hole was drilled on the wall and the debris generated, caps of pipe lines, packing, etc all other debris were left everywhere for us to clean.
        I talked with the retailer and he provided a service Engineer number. He informed that he will arrange inspection by engineers on 11/05/2016. Nothing happened. On 12/05/2016, I called him on his mobile. Someone responed from landline stating that I have to register a complaint at[protected]. I expressed my disappointment as the Mr Rajan (so called Service Engineer) did not advise me to register a complaint.
        However I raised a complaint at Toll free number expecting that inspection team will visit shortly. Hope my issue may be answered or resolved in couple of days.
        The installation team work is totally unprofessional. They do not have any check list for installation checks. They did not demonstrate the options or operating instructions.

          I don't know what you people are doing.
          I was complained more than 10 days still not getting any resolution on that. Give me the reason in that.
          I want replace on my mobile or with warranty service ready to my mobile
          I talk to your customer care people they told me get back to me. We forwared this case concern team that will directly call me. But still not getting any such calls.
          I don't know why you peole are does not give satisfactory to cusromers

              I recently bough samsung s7 edge phone... And in less then a months time the display of the phone was not working. When we contacted the company service centre they told us that there is some hardware issue with the display part of the phone. Since it was less then a month we told them for manufacturing fault they should replace the phone. We have raised the complaint to highest authority ceo's office. Firstly the team was completely irresponsible. We did not receive any reply from the team. After repeatedly following up and contacting them we got a stereo type reply that it is a company policy we donot replace the phone

                Hi Sir,

                My customer ref no is : [protected].

                I just bought a new AC worth of Rs.46, 500 on 10th Jan 2016.

                Only February and March it was working and the problem started from 18th of April. from that time onwards i just keep on calling, chatting with customer support for solution. Everytime service Engineer visited and resolved the issue but only one or one and half day it was working and again the problem starts.

                then again i have to start from the beginning to call customer support and waited for repair. but same problem repeats again and again with in 25 days... Even they have taken my both Indoor and outdoor unit to service center for repair and resolved it but nothing works more than a day.

                I'm really getting mental torcher because of this faulty new Bought AC.

                I don't want again a service because within 3 months i'm getting these much of issues again and again.. so i don't have time to follow customer support and service. this makes me mad like anything.

                Kindly do a replacement or refund for the faulty AC and get back the faulty one back.

                hope i will get a replacement or refund and kindly don't cheat me like this for your valuable customer.

                please do take some actions because your representatives who are making call are threatening me like nothing could be done.

                I request or beg your pardon to take some action for replacement or refund to prove that you are a good brand.

It is surprising to know the quality of support system a company of your repute has.                     I have taken Samsung AC for 40K and its giving smell problem. I got it repaired for 3 times within a span of 4 months and neither Samsung company or service center or technicians could identify and resolve it. They are clueless and that’s how the product is built.
                    Nobody is taking responsibility. I have taken at BAJAJ electronics, nizampet branch. Neither Bajaj or Samsung or Service center persons are responding. Custom care will pick up the call and tells, they will forward the call to the supervisor/manager for higher escalation and till now I did not received a call from them.
                    What would you do now after spending 40K on it. In olden days, atleast you would have went to the shop where you bought it.

                      Product Fridge of Samsung India Electronics Put Ltd purchased from Kohinoor Andheri on 3rd May 2016 and supplied on 5th 2016. Demo of fridge done on 7th May 2016. Fridge was found not giving cooling as required. A complaint was registered with customer care on 7th May and again on 9th May 2016. Also the matter was brought to notice of Kohinoor Andheri and Kohinoor head office in Mumbai. Kohinoor has assured fridge will be replaced, since it is defective as per report submitted by service engineers. Inspite of repeated complain and follow up, product is yet to replaced. Only service engineers come and make you available to repeated inspections and report. Inspite of knowing product is defective, no conclusive result.

                        I had bought this new refrigerator from lamba electronics on 12/3/16 since the day I had bought this item have bought a problem at my home no one came to give me demo for this product and since that day the fridge is not giving a little amount of cooling I have registered complaints a lot of Times and what I get back is unprofessional people visiting my home continously I have to take all my eatable items out and then show them problem and they just don't do anything they just say we Ll send our senior is this the way a consumer gets to be treated i told them it's not working since first day I requested to replace it but they say it cannot be because Samsung does not say that I want u to replace it asap or make it working because I have old people at my home and all dairy products and vegetable get rotten each day please help me from this is am really depressed after purchasing this refrigerator I have sold my old one else I would have used that only

                          Hello sir, i purchased one Samsung LED on 17/02/2015. few days back it stopped working. i registered a complaint about it.9( complaint number [protected]) your mechanic visited us & simply restored factory settings & it started working. he charged 600 Rs. there has been only 3 months over of warranty period.no hardware part was replaced. No one told me that the labour charge would be so high. Kindly refund my amount or i will stop recommending your products to everyone. this was seriously loot.

                            The refrigerator 321lrt34k which was purchased on 25th april 2016, is developing frost, with no effect of auto defrosting.
                            Complaint was raised on 28th and the service engineer took some temperature reading. Thereafter no response from samsung services and even the service manager at bangalore, hal do not accept calls.

                            The experience has been terrible.

                              that time also they changed the parts, now also they going to change the same part.
                              at least they should give one year warranty for the part changed.
                              repetition of the same job .

                                  My model is samsung galaxy j2 and i but was 5/11/15. Then after 6 month complate but in april in mobile problem and inservice center for repair it's 1 day in repair but 3 day after that is problem issue and after service center 20 day going not responce my call not recive please may i humbly requast do some one and my out state going 14th may 2016 please my complate needly

                                  I have purchased power-bank on bookmyoffer.com, but it was duplicate power bank .I had paid 548 rupees so please note down the my complaint.I had order on the date of 24/04/2016. I will resived on date 05/05/2016.

                                  I gave complaint on the New Refrigerator on 13th April But stll no one responding regarding the product. They sold fault Product from Pai Electronics, and they are telling will send technician tomorrow, I Contact customer care many time but till now no one will take any action on this issue

                                    Horrible service by Samsung! Your service mechanic, owning the mob no# [protected] is not coming to fix my refrigerator instead sending msgs @ midnight which is utter nonsense. Immediate action should be taken on him for the disturbance caused! Also no one is bothered to fix my problem even aft requesting through customer care... I regret for being a Samsung customer!

                                      They have deliver defective piece.
                                      Washing machine top load model no - wa75h4020hl/tl purchased vide invoice no sgur-0328 dated 06th april 2016 from sargam, sco 311, sector 29, gurgaon.
                                      The machine deliver is defective, stains remains on clothes after washing, service engineer says may pulsator to be changes.
                                      Two times complaint placed
                                      1. [protected] dated 22nd april 2016
                                      2. [protected] on 05th may 2016
                                      But till date no firm date be given to replace the machine.
                                      Please consider this as high priority since its been a month and still there is no help from the service center people
