Its a long story and am completely frustrated now. This is my final try to get some kind of resolution otherwise strict and legal actions are the only choice left with me.
I bought brand new refrigerator in march 2016 the new model of 2016 worth 70k. Since beginning i am facing low cooling issues in the lower compartment. I contacted the customer care and first engineer visit was done and he tried somethings and said the refrigerator is all fine. I again tested for 5 days with no result. Again talked to customer care and second visit was done with same result. Again thee third visit was arranged and then the engineer said he will escalate the issue. Then 4th visit was made where the engineer said that there is some issue with the sensor in lower compartment and it needs to be changed which will be available in 2 days max. Now the first surprise is suddenly sensor is faulty now when earlier all engineers said all is fine, definitely either one of them is lying. After this i didnt get any reply any call from samsung and whenever i tried to talk to engineer he never replied. Only after 10 days he answered and said that the part is not available and gave me his seniors number. He then said wait for 2 days. The model is new and it was a surprise to know that part is not available for more than 10 days. Finally after so many calls and escalations the part came after 13 days and engineer came to replace it.

Now is the height of everything. This engineer comes and straight away replaces the sensor o[censored]pper compartment whereas the earlier engineer said lower compartment sensor is to be replaced. To my surprise he said the issue is in upper compartment and cooling is done from up only. Whereas am sure and know that both compartments have different compressors so definitely this engineer is lying. Now am sure that the service staff of samsung is really naive and they dont respect customers at all. After long debate he said for your satisfaction i will replace both sensors and he did that. I mean this is ridiculous, no one is trying to identify the actual problem. Everyone is just playing with my refrigerator. This is shocking to know that both engineers are completely contradicting each other.

I have been running around this complaint for more than a month now with no resolution. No calls or updates from samsung at all. Very unprofessional and careless attitude. Am sure samsung does not have any principles or codes for customer satisfaction. No resolution to problem, no responsibility, nothing. Am blank now what is to be done. Its so expensive refrigerator and then of no use to me.

In past 1 month i have lost around 10k on the rotten food due to this issue and on so many calls i have to make to reach out to your people. No one is going to compensate this. First 70k for fridge and now this loss is huge for me and i want some resolution otherwise i will be compelled to take legal and strict action. Forget the unprofessionalism and careless attitude, i just now care about resolution to this issue by replacing the fridge or just refund me my money and take back your so called refrigerator.

    Sir,
    Ibought my led tv just 2 1/2 years ago from the reliance group, west fort in thrissur district, kerala state. The colour of my display screen got faded and the picture seems a dim light. I think my tv got damaged. Earlier i felt that it is due to our cable tv set top box. He come to my house and changed the same with a new set top box. Now also the same reason is existing. He also suggested that this is due to the complaint of your tv. I got worried because i bought tv only just 2 years back. You know this led is is very costly for me as iam only a government servant and from a middle class family. How can i purchase these type of tv's in every year/ i am totally fed up with this complaint. This is very disgusting. Please help me in overcoming this problem as early as possible. Hope u will take necessary steps as early as possible. Then the engineer of the company as per the above reference number has visited and checked our led tv. And told us that the picture panel is completely damaged and he demanded 15000/- for repairing the same. The picture panel was damaged just after the warranty period. I want to seek clarification from your end about is this is the so called quality that you profess having in your brand. I think as a customer it is a case of mere cheating from the part of a mnc company like samsung. The quality of your led set is so poor and worser than that of a led of local brand available in kerala. It is also noted that many of the other brands bought my friends in the same or earlier period is working very much and they have no complaints and they are very very happy with their product. So i forced to believe that you are deliberately cheating your customers by selling poor quality with a very high price. We also feared that if i replace the picture panel by expending 15000/- who will gurantee the life the panel because you provide us the same poor quality product again and again.. May this also be for another 2 years? Every 2 years shall we expending for your tv 15000/-. This is disgusting. So i require the replacement of my led tv without considering the warranty period at the earliest. Hope for a favourable reply.

      I purchased a samsung refrigerator (Model rt33jsmferz) in october, 2015.
      It is may now, and the refrigerator has started showing heavy cooling issues.Infact since the past 3 days it is not cooling at all, and the water kept inside freezer never turns to ice. I contacted samsung customer care on 17th may, 2016 to which i got a reply that they will definitely send an engineer by the next morning, i. E. 18th may. However i did not get any single response from their side. I contacted cc again and got response saying the engineer will visit by evening. Again, no single message/response came. Frustrated, i called cc again, and this time they said the engineer will visit by 19th morning. This has been the repeated case and i have called cc 6-7 times and everytime i get the same reply and the service person has not visited my home yet. It is frustrating because ncr is experiencing terrible summers and a working refrigerator is a basic need. The samsung customer care has been terribly irresponsible and i am still not sure whether i will ever get an engineer visit or not.

        I have samsung galaxy a5.In morning mobile restarted and suddenly display shows a line. Took it to samsung service centre and first day they said display would be replaced.

        Next day they say we wont replace it as we see bit moisture on mother board and it would cost me 8500 to get a new mother board and then only they will replace it the screen.

        After comming out and back home my screen poped out and in addtion a capactive buttion not working.

          Samsung lcd tv was brought on 09.01.2010. Now tv has board problem. We made a complaint ([protected]) through customer care. Mr vishnu (Contact [protected]) addressed the complaint and he told power board problem and need to be replaced. And later he says that they have stopped power board for lcd tv la26b450. So we are left with the option to change tv. Is only 6 years the lifetime of tv?? Please respond us as soon as possible. We may need to move to consumer court to address this issue if we are not getting proper response from you.

            I had purchased s7 edge on 19th march 2016.
            Within a month the paint in the home key button started to come out.
            I had taken the phone to the service center for the same but they refused to provide a resolution stating that such case of paint coming out of the home key is not covered under warranty and so the company will not be able to provide resolution free of cost. They also stated that complete screen would have to be replaced for the issue and it would be chargeable @ 15000 to replace the same.
            There after i have sent several emails to the company for the same but did not receive any response and now its been over a month and i am still waiting for the reply.
            I had even contacted the call center for the same but every time i received a word asking me to wait for the company to reply to my email & call from the company.
            In-fact the area service manager is also not able to provide any resolution for the same stating its not in their hands.

                I had bought the samsung tv from sakthi home appliances "samsung 40 inch" 40, 000 rupees. I bought on may 14th and bring to home the next day the person came from the shop to sets the tv at a that time display is gone so, he said display is gone you need to buy a new tv but i said you have given 3 years guarrentee but now they said that for display we won't give any guarrente... How to resolve for me 40, 000 rupees loss.. Now i need to repair this tv with own cost but i didn't use this tv for one day too... What the hell the dealer is doing very poor...                   I have given complaint regarding my refrigerator that it is not cooloing and gas has to be filled. The complaint is taken three times and their technician calls to get the address saying address is incomplete. Only building name is give and flat number. I had to call the customer service again to find out if they do not provide complete address to their representative. They said yes and again the technician calls to get landmark. I said the school name. He says no one will no the school give me some other landmark. He says he will not come if I dont give proper address and landmark. Surprising people don't know the school name. Cant he ask any shops. I am also new to this city hyderabad. I find samsung customer service is not professional at all.
                  this is not the first time. In noida after 10 calls and complaints they used to send or else never. Last year they never turned up so I had to call the local guy. When i call for servicing of my washing machine they say they can not send because they only come if machine has some technical problems.

                    I had registered my first complain regarding non-cooling of my split samsung ac bearing model number:ar12fc5uaebnna and serial number: e209ppid900072f with samsung customer support executive on 10th may, 2016. Service center technician visited my place two days later and told me that there is a leakage in the condenser and it needs to be replaced and since the i did not get any response from the service center. Today morning again i called up the help line and asked the status of my complain. The have given the customer id [protected] and the ref. No. Is [protected]. After raising the issue today, i got a call from the service center and they told me that i have to pay for the new condenser. The warranty for the condenser is 3 yrs. This is really very ridiculous. How can they charge for the condenser, when the condenser is under warranty? I don’t expect this type of attitude from the service center of such a reputed brand.

                      Same issues on samsung a8 internal damage on screen but not covered in warranty and the samsung authorized service center (Vile parle) asking me 9600/- for repair, if there is no mishandle by me than why should i pay for this.. This is manufacture issues samsung india must check otherwise we loss our money (Serial no: [protected] date of purchases 22/11/2015.)

                          I bought my Samsung Galaxy J7 mobile phone on 29th February, 2016. So, my phone is within complete warranty period till now. But suddenly display of my phone has become black and I am unable to use my phone right now. According to Samsung India, complete warranty is covered on phone if there is no external injury. It means in any kind of internal injury, my phone should be repaired by them treating it within warranty period. But when I went to the company authorised service centre, they are refusing to provide me waranty though there is no external damage. Under this situation, I need your help so that I can get justice on it.

                            I purchased samsung e-5 mobile in 03/04/2015 in bangalore. On 20/04/2016 i put mobile for charging, after 30 minute mobile has been switched off automatically. I hv phoned to customer care, accordig to their suggestion i hv givn mobile to service centre.In service centre they told rs 500/ will be service charges. I agreed & given my mobile for repair. After 2 days i recieved call from service centre to collect the mobile. When i seen my mobile i hv been shocked because my mobile display is damaged. I asked service engineer about that damages. They told me at the time of removing battery (Due to over heat) display has been damaged. I told to service engineer it is your fault/ negligency display has been damaged & pl replace the display. But he has told me to pay display charges & others i e rs 13500/. Then i brought this matter to customer care & lodge the complaint (No.[protected]/22/04/2016). But till today compliant has not been solved. Regarding this i hv called 4-5 times to customer care & service centre (Bill no.[protected]). Pl help me & what can i do. Pl take action against this mobile service centre (Name. Mobile seva, #103.1 st floor, krishna grand. Marathahalli outer ring road junction. Bangalore-560037. M no.[protected].) what they are talked with me those voice call (Regoder) with me. So pl give me correct justice in this matter.

                            yestarday i have again visited your service centre for submitting my letter, in service centre nobody
                            has ready to take letter.nobady has not given acknowledgement for my letter( that letter i hv attached
                            in attachments). I put my letter on manager table & come back. they are not ready to solve my
                            problem.simply they are showing there hands towards samsung customer care centre. their attitude with
                            customer is not good. they are not ready to hear my problem.actually i am suffering in office with out
                            mobile due to your service centre negligency.It is not good for your reputed company.Till today i hv
                            not recieved returned call from your customer care centre/service centre regarding my mobile problems.
                            once again i request you, please solve my problem immidiatly because many days have passed
                            now. for all this, service centre is main cause for these problems.they are not handling in agood
                            manner at the time of my mobile service.

                            I am very sorry to hear your words regarding solving of my problem about E-5 mobile set.I never
                            expected such statement from you.I hv already told you in my previous statement that my mobile phone is
                            in good condition at the time of submitting to your service centre except switch off problem & there is
                            no display damaging problem. At the time of repair your mobile service centre thechnician has damaged
                            screen/display due to over heat at the time of removing battery.Tell me is it my fault? why can i pay
                            display damaging cost? It is purely shows that it is your service centre fault. i hv also told that i
                            will ready to pay only service charges.But in service centre they are telling me that i hv to pay the
                            display charges.Tell me sir is it correct. Now you are also written in your statement that customer hv
                            to pay the cost.Tell me whitch cost? whether repair cost(service charges) or display cost & repair
                            cost?I never expected such a statement from your end.
                            Once again i request you please take correct disigen.please see whose fault it is? guide them to
                            service centre. Because it is purely negligency of service centre. dont put cost on customers head.
                            please take suitable/proper disigen, now what you have taken disigen is shows once side disigen.Further
                            also i want to good disigen from your end. suppose if i hv not recived suitable disigen from your end

                            You are not understanding my point. your peoples are damaged my mobile display at the time of repair in samsung service centre in Bangalore.

                            I hv already told you i will ready to pay service charges only because your peoples are damaged display.So why can i pay the display charges? It is not

                            my fault.So try to understand my point. your people mistake display has damaged therefore why can i pay the display charges? It is your duty to replace

                            the display.It is not my problem.So please replace my mobile display by your cost only. Iam ready to pay labour/service cost only.So please think before

                            writting whose fault it is? Who has to pay the display charges.you are taking so many days regardig this.Till today you are not understand my problem.

                              Dear sir,

                              We have bought a samsung washing machine 31 january 2016. The model number is wa90j573055/tl and the serial number is occz5dbgc00570h

                              I have attached the service record card along with the mail.

                              This machine is defective. Because of this defect we have lost sever garments which have become unusable because of they have been damaged while washing. The machine cuts holes in the garments they are washed in the machine.

                              Over last three months several of our garments have been destroyed because of the manufacturing defect of this machine.

                              We have showed the machine to your customer service personnel and after thorough investigation he has admitted the manufacturing defect which has resulted into tremendous financial losses and mental harassment to us.

                              He has also readily agreed to refund the money for this machine. But that dose not cover the financial losses we have suffered in terms of damaged garments over the period of last 3.5 months. They say they are un authorised to process such claim and dont provide me wit any proper number for that

                                Warm greetings... My name is mr ramakanth gupta from hyderabad. Have bought a 1.5 ton ac from bajaj electronics, habsiguda hyderabad in april2015. The same has been installed during that time post installation have been repeatedly informing the customer care team and also your central customer care team on the below issues which has not be attended properly inspite of my various requests and various calls to the cutomer care.
                                In feb2015 to april2016 have almost called customer care team more than 50 times and asked for attending my issue with senior techncian but the technicians who had come there not even bothered to take care about the customer.
                                1. The ac blades was making a creeking sound.
                                2. Water seepage from wall unit.
                                3. Ac was not cooling
                                4. Compressor was not getting off for almost 45 min even at temp of 27.

                                Please let me have i done mistake by buying the samsung product i am having all my products are of samsung.
                                Is it wrong to ask for appropriate service. Even my repeated requests not to close the calls until and unless the problem doesnt get rectify still the call has been closed any my functions are same.

                                Request you please be sympathetic let us not disturb the customer so much.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am phanish, samsung customer id: [protected]. This is regarding the above provided service order.
                                  When the tv is switched on it is going for continuous reboot (Switches on and switches off continuously).
                                  My led smart tv bearing the model no: ua40d5500rrmxl and the serial no: 20013zeb900467v having the above said issue.
                                  I raised a complaint and the service engineer from canto international on 14th may 2016, visited my place and confirmed that the main board of the tv is not working and need to replace that. Yesterday they told the part bearing the part code: bn94-05065b is not available in bangalore and need to be sent from gurgaon, which takes 2-3 working days to replace the main board. But shockingly today i got the call from same authorized service center saying the main board bearing the part no: bn94-05065b will not be available as the manufacturing is stopped. Also, the lady who called me offered that with depreciation of 66% of the bill cost of the tv they can take the tv.
                                  I have few queries listed below, regarding this:
                                  1. If the manufacturing of some hardware is stopped, then while raising the po only it would have notified that the particular model is obsolete or manufacturing is stopped. She has raised the po bearing the po number: [protected], this id fyr.
                                  2. If the tv model is really not in production, then the responsibility of maintenance of that model is clearly on the samsung and samsung should be bound to provide service for the same obsolote models.
                                  3. If, the part/hardware with part no: bn94-05065b is obsolete, it is a big loss for the customer.In my case by paying around rs. 6500 (Cantto service center quoted price) for the main board will fix the issue and trusting the quality of samsung can hope for no issues for another 3 years.In that case why customer has to lose 66% of the cost of the tv. If samsung has stopped the manufacturing of some part/hardware then, the responsibility lies with the samsung to replace the tv with equivalent model.

                                  Need immediate response, please consider this request at the priority.

                                      Hi this is complaint for mobile phone samsung a5-00 that i bought approx. 6 months ago. My phone was working fine but sooner it started getting heated up and sensor stopped working but i ignored. Now 3 days before while charging it really got over heated whgen i touched and and i saw that my lcd got cracked from inside and went black it all happened infront of my eyes. Now i went to service centre they told that it has fallen which was completely wrong. Coz i know it happened while charging. And if it would have fallen the upper glass would have broken but not even scratch can be seen on glass coz its didnt fell. So im really frustated plz help me im from lucknow and service centre is in nirala nagar lucknow.

                                        I bought samsung a8 in feb 2016 from vadodara vijay sales store along with the additional payment of 1999 for insurance from bajaj allianz and warranty for 1 year.

                                        In the month of may 2016, i faced a problem with my phone's display, i saw few colored lines on the display. I went to the shop and ask them to replace the phone they said it is not covered in the insurance as i dont have any insurance because it was not processed by them. They gave me the address for samsung care and said it will be replaced free of cost as it is a hardware issue.

                                        I went to samsung care, they didn't attend me, after shouting they attended and said that it cannot be replaced as it is not covered in warranty and there is no insurance also. I asked what all is covered, they said, broken then it can be repaired and i said what they just tell me that my phone's screen in broken due to some compression, which i never did as there is a gorilla glass, and top of that i put toughened glass on it to save my phone, also there is not even a single scratch on my phone, while checking my phone the girl and the manager removed the toughened glass from my phone and pressed my phone and then they said that it is broken from inside. I said you said it come into warranty that broken can be replaced or repaired, still they argued with me and asked me to pay 8500 for the glass and display to be repaired. Since then i have been following up with samsung but there is no resolution from them.

                                        Please help me in getting it replaced it repaired, it was my hard earned money and i cannot afford to buy a new one or to get it repaired.
