Dear Sir/madam

We would like to inform you that we have purchased the split ac from reliance digital on dated 09th may 2015 .our ac cooling not done properly since last 3 months .Regarding that we have lodged complaint on dated 13th April 2016.One engineer (Mr. Munna) came and did servicing of AC but unable to solve the issue even after the servicing my AC was not cooling and that why we not signed on customer service closing copy. After that we did lots of follow up with customer care and with each call they were giving me different complain number and convincing us that senior technician will go to check but no one came and after few more call to customer care, they send Mr. Munna( same technician) again. And he said that senior will come but till date we became puppet of Samsung customer care dept. as we keep calling and dey keep giving false commitment. In this scroching summer its very difficult to spend one night and I have 1 year old baby who is suffering a lot and she is having heat rashes all over the body due to extreme heat. Who is responsible for this??? Who will compensate those horrible nights???? who will be responsible for doing us mentally harass???
Our warranty was going to be expired on 9th May 2016 and we have complained since 13 April 2016 but intentionally customer care Executives didn't entertain ouir complain seriously so that our free service will be expired and they may charge against the service. Same thing happened, on 28th may after again following up customer care dept., one engineer called from Samsung and said that I will come but you have to pay the charge against the service as your warranty is expired. Now I don't understand on what ground Mr. Munna (Samsung engineer) is asking for any charge...If you have not given the service on time then is it our responsibility??? If it is like that then we will go for further action at National consumer forum because it is not only the thing of any product service but it is more harassing the customer to the extent that he is mentally tortured every day by you people. Please note the detail of my product given below and I need prompt action within 2 days:

Product- Samsung AC
Complain no.- [protected]/ [protected]/[protected] (this no. was given in the last week of April and May. 13th April complain no. we don't have but you can trace from our mobile no. i.e [protected].

Till date not a single complain no. closed but I don't know the process how you people close the complain no. without customer confirmation.

Its very sad to say but it is worst experience we have with Samsung. We have all the products( Refrigerator, one more AC and TV, Mobile) of Samsung product but in future we will be no more interested to buy this product and nether we will suggest anyone else.

    My Samsung washing machine which is under warranty shreds my clothes, rips off the sleeves, and makes huge holes in everything. The service centre took the machine for repair and returned it after 2 weeks in an even worse condition. Phone calls to the call centre are in vain, and the so-called 'callback from the supervisor' never happens! Utterly hopeless machine (8 kg washing machine with a drier) and even worse service. Help.

      I bought a Refrigerator on 2013, September. Now the refrigerator is not working properly. I raised a complaint on 22 May 2016 with complaint number [protected] and the registered number for contact are [protected] and [protected]. Following this Technician visited my home and later informed that the compressor requires a replacement and gone. At the time of visit he told that it will take two days for performing the replacement operation. Even after 7 days of registering the complaint the service is not yet carried out properly. Please perform the necessary action to sort out the issue.

        I am Regular Purchaser Of Samsung Phones But My Experience With Last Phone which is Is Very Bad I believe Samsung Has Loose their Reputation In The Market The Work of Samsung Franchise Which is Deepak Telecom Service Centre In Khar West the I been to the Service Centre For Speaker Issue they made the speaker replacement bill Samsung A5 Bill No [protected] and told me to come after 3 days Instead of that they were not able to help me out with issue and broke the display and when i claim to them the behaved like typical gundas and told me do whatever you want to
        Try to Get Connected to Samsung Customer Care Spoke to an Gentelman Called Digvijay Shrivistav he said that problem would be Ressolved Kept on hOLD fOR 20 mins To Transfer My Call to Senior Person But He FAILED tO dO It as Well as Not Able to Ressolved My issue

          I have purchased samsung fridge on 28th November 2014. From second month onwards It started giving problems. Till now the issue is not yet resolved. On 2nd May 2016, technician visited and said that some electronic device or circuit is not available.Hence, company will reimburse the 60 percent amount of what you have paid and will take the product back. They did ask for bank details in order to pay the amount by cheque. On my constant follow up with service centre team, they now refused to pay the amount as they are arranging the electronic part or component from Korea. Also, there is no guarantee that after replacing the electronic component the product may work. Hence, we are very much dissatisfied with the product quality and service provided by Samsung and warn other customers to use such products.

              Guys, I had made a purchase of S7 Egde recently say 2 weeks ago and was promised to get the coupon code for the gear-VR in a weeks time - I have been sending multiple emails to the support team and been calling them as well - just getting a run around - Inbound calling team says email us. Emailed approximately 3 emails in the last 7 days with not even a single response from them (not even an acknowledgement)...Poor After sales (Guys, comeon you can do better than this)...Just get a resolution ASAP...hope to get a response here at least... These guys actually SUCK in after sale service

                I myself baljit singh, i m user of samsung products from many years.
                My whole family is using samsung mobile, refrigerator, l. E. D. Tv, etc.
                I was fully satisfied with products.
                But i m sad to say that i m fed-up of my last purchase of samsung e-7 mobile which i bought on 6th august 2015. It is faulty from beginning.
                I m not happy with this piece. I never thought that such a good company makes this kind of faulty devices. It is repaired four times in warranty.
                I m afraid that what will i do after warranty will finish.
                Sir i m from middle class family. I never thought that i will face such problems in this kind of device. It is of 16500/-.
                Sir it's huge amount for me.
                Sir please do favor, sir i beg to replace this peace.

                  I purchased a samsung galaxy a8 in august 2015 in 32000/- rs in gwalior mp. I mean mobile under warranty, in my mobile screen colour spreading, started from a point and widely has spread and continue spreading.
                  Yesterday i was gone to samsung service centre, but they had denied for repairing as not coming under warranty.                     I Purchased a Samsung Tv model UA32J5100ARLXL on 19/6/2015 from 9 may 2016 morning it will not switch on and i complain the same on 10 may 2016 referrnce no [protected] on that day a service engineer named sooraj came to my check the tv and said the board is damaged and wants to change the same and it is on the warranty period and he says replace within 3 days without any cost but nothing happend then i mailed CEO samsung about the same on 17.05.2016 about the same complaint(Ref [protected]) the next day one Kartik from Samsung head office call me and inquire about my complaint and finally says that my complaint will settle with high priority .But after 8 days is gone no solution will made .Today i call the service center kollam they said the part will not came to them .I Want to Know that Are Samsung Company Cheating a customer whose product was in the warranty period .no solution occur so far .Then CEO office mailed solution will occur within 3 days on 28 of may i called Kollam service centre they said the part will not came so far when i shouted they said they check and call me but no call then i contact again that time they said the part come but i pay money because the board is gone by lightning i said there is no physical damage and no lightining occurs but they cut the phone .This is actual chaeting a customer

                      After purchase of Samsung Refrigerator I am repenting as Samsung is having very poor service and worst response to customer. My Refrigerator model RT-28HCUX was purchased on 15 Nov 11 from Nagpur from Samsung Plaza. After noticing cooling problem call was made on 26 May 2016 to Samsung on their toll free number[protected], which was very promptly replied and I was given a reference no [protected] then a complaint no. [protected]. I was assured by them that by 8 PM on same day either the service engineer will come or I will get a call but nothing happened. Subsequently since past two days ie. on 27 and 28 May 2016 I have made almost 10 calls, but each time it is told that the engineer will come by 8 PM or a call will be made by him. It is now understood that Samsung is not having adequate customer handling system. Like other Chinese companies, who are selling the product and vanishing, one day, when the sell of Samsung refrigerator will go down, they will simply disappear and the purchasers will face the problem of servicing. I had faced similar problems of Samsung for one mobile hand set and a computer monitor, which ultimately I had to scrap. (I believe that this problem will be with all products of Samsung). So better to not to purchase and Samsung product.

                        I had complain to samsung customer care several time from last 5 days. Your executive visited twice but couldn't find the issue. Yesterday when he came and tried to find out issue again, he could not make it possible and told us that he ll inform his senior i promptu and will visit on the same day. But till now no one has visited and he is not picking up my phone either. My home is full of guests and i could not offer cold water because of your poor service. I want you to take impromptu action or change this refrigerator with new one. If you can't afford it i am happy to get my money back from you.

                          This is to keep you posted that i have purchased Air Conditioner from Mehta (Coral Electronics) Indore. Address - Address: Near U-Turn, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001.

                          # My payment have been deducted twice through Credit card and they told me that we have refunded and it will be in your account soon. However, i have not received the same.

                          # Store Manager (Javed Khan) put my number in blacklist and he didn't responding.

                          # They have not sent Samsung personnel for installation and that person have broken little part of wall and tiles floor on roof in order to check the underground fitting inspite of my denial. Even that person was asking me to pay more 1000/- (for installation in urgent) however store manager told me that AC will install the same day then why he was asking for more.

                          # Poor demo has been given by the person.

                          # I have complained in samsung for demo, it got rejected. How ? Why ??

                            I have purchase a samsung mobile (Sm-j200g/dd) (S/n:rz8h2163e7t) before 15 days. And i got that mobiles speaker is not working i have late to submit it then samsung said that it can not be exchange.                               Dear sir,
                              I am kuldeep chetiwal from pune, baner had purchased samsung 6.5 kg fully automatic top load washing machine last year in dec 2015. I would like to bring it to your notice that since last few weeks there was some technical problem with the washing machine so i called[protected] on 14th may 2016 and registered complaint ([protected]) and was assured that my problem will be solved in 48 hours.

                              At the time of registering this complaint i specifically told them that we both husband & wife are working so it would be kind o[censored]'ll if you tell us in advance what time the technician would come so that any one o[censored]s would be available at home to attend him. I got a call the next day from mr yogesh [protected] informing me that he would be visiting my place in the afternoon, (Time was not mentioned) so i took a day off and was waiting for him. To my surprise till evening 5pm i didn't received any call from him so i called him, his no was switched off.

                              I receive a call from mr dilip mohite [protected] in afternoon 12.30 asking me what time should i come to your place to rectify the washing machine. I politely told him that as i am in the office i cant come now so can you come in the evening at 6? He said ok, at 6 in the evening i reached home and waited endlessly for him.

                              I called the customer care no[protected] and provided them my complaint no ([protected]) and it was told to me that your complaint no is closed and your query is rectified. I was shocked to hear this. I think mr avtar attended my call and i told him the entire story so he asked me to raise another complaint which was not not understood by me, why should i raise another complaint when my earlier complaint went unresolved.

                              Finally after lots of arguments my another complaint was raised [protected] 25th may 2016 by my wife as i was travelling out of town she again specifically requested the customer support person to send the technician on sunday if its possible as its a holiday and we both will be available to attend him and it was assured that the technician would visit on sunday. Again the case was referred to mr dilip mohite as we got an sms. We called mr mohite several times asking him when he will be visiting our place to rectify the washing machine but no response. Mr dilip mohite finally answers our call and says that sunday it wont be possible to come as its a holiday for them.
                              My question here is simple if sunday is a holiday to your technician then why it was assured to us that he would be visiting us? Why your team and technician cant follow timelines? Why it is always a customer had to take follow ups with your technicians? And how many more days do i have to suffer like this behind your customer support person, your technician.

                              Request you to kindly look into this and help me in getting my washing machine repaired hassle free as soon as possible

                                Sir.I have submitted my request for installation of new AC AC..afer after four days they r unable to provide m a authorised service engineer.. I approached service centre many time they r not giving m a good response..this s my first installation of AC so I m helpless and depend upon them..I m totally harassed by their improper treatment...I m calling them again and again bt they r not providing m right person..their service engineer is engaged in unauthorised installation on their in appropriate cost..I told them abt all the facts bt still I m not getting a reciprocate response..pls consider my case and provide m AC installation very soon...

                                  Respected sir, i have purchased my galaxy e7 mobile on 30.5.2015 from punjab watch company, gurdaspur (Pb). After three months i have received problem after problem in my samsung mobile and i have got repaired it from local samsung care center i. E. From m s communications.In 3 months i have repaired my phone at least 5 times from that. Finally my mobile phone is totally dead and i have submit it on service center on 18/1/2016. But till now my phone is in service center and my case fore refund of amount is approved. But till now after a long period of 5 months, not any cheque has been received to me. I am totally fed up from customer care centre as well as samsung care center. No one is going to solve my problem. Samsung is a leading company now, but their customer care services are boring, no one can bother about the problem of customer. Every executive says 'i can under stand your problem sir..' no more words and not a single action to solve the problems of a customer. My ref. No. Is [protected].

                                    I was given a request for service of my Samsung AC with ref no.[protected] but engineer visited with delay and there was problem in AC regarding Gas Leakage .Engineer Said they will visit on next day.Next day i contact to my City Service Center on Contact no.[protected] (Bathinda, Punjab) But they did not picked my call, I tried many times but the response was very bad from Samsung Service Center Bathinda.Again i registerd my complaint as ref. No.[protected] But there is no response from service center .Plz solve this matter

                                      I purchased Samsung J7 mobile handset one month back and found ringtone in low volume. It's Dual Sim handset but call received on SIM-2, I never gets ringer and all call records as miss calls on SIM-2. I requested company get a solution for this issue. They ask me to visit any Gallery but the person handling complaint informed me this model has manufacturing defect and he don't have solution for that.

                                      This is very surprising statements from Samsung. I presume this is the third party response. When Samsung writes me their replies on my mail ID. How you don't have my mail ID. Now I belive that you are one of the cheaters making fun after sales of products. How many IMEI you wants to know of your mobile handset product? Samsung India never bothers to reply any customers. Third party I am not lodging any complaints but how far you would handle customers and Samsung. I belive I made fun of my income by purchase of your products.

                                        I had bought a mobile phone (Galaxy s7 edge) and a samsung original clearview cover. The cover caused scratches to the screen and this issue was subsequently accepted by the service center.
                                        I raised a complaint to get a refund for the cover. After 2 months of following up (The company has no interest in customer satisfaction and does not call back unless you pester them), they come up with the most audacious and unbelievable response. They said that the clear view case is not a samsung original and i should have bought a leather one. They clearly said that the clearview case for galaxy s7 edge bought from a samsung smart cafe is not one of the company's original products! The executives do not know what they are saying and work like insurance companies to stop a claim. Samsung has no respect or effort for customer satisfaction. I would need a refund for my cover.
