Dear designatory,

I have requested for relocation and reinstallation of my split ac from kolkata to raipur service request id: [protected]. Post deinstallation on 13/14 th mar i had called for reinstallation on 19th mar. I have even enquired about gas refilling and servicing of ac and i have been told that their is discount in gas refilling and servcing of ac and the cost would be 1500 approx. However after reinstallation the engineer said that other engineer will visit after 2 days for servicing but no one turned up. I have to again call customer care to login complaint no.[protected] and then engineer visit and ask for complete charges after discussion he said he will do it in 2000 for me. As if he is doing favour. As the offer was for march and april their is no offer.
2 things are requested. To get my refilling done in last informed rate of 1500/- secondly the service engineers of samsung have become so rude and when ever they visit they only try to make money by pushing some or the other parts and accessories. It's open feedback in the market. The service of samsung is worst these days.In case you wanted to check more u may like to hear the call records of conversation i had with ur customer care agent in the month of march. Pl get my servicing done as per rates offered in mar.

    I bought a samsung a7 mobile imei no 359038/06/130761/4 from sachin gift gallery, model town ext, ludhiana on 7th june 2015. The same has been repaired for overheating/network and other problems 3 times in the last 11 months, in which its mother board was changed thrice. Now for the fourth time, the phone is under repair for sound problem. It still is under full warranty. I don't trust the device anymore and want a replacement or full amount compensation for the same.

      Sir i had requested samsumg customer care related to shifting of my 3 airconditioners which r under warranty on 11th may for the shifting to be done on 15th may. The customer care took my request and send 2 persons from your authorised service centres in noida called himanshu electronics pvt ltd. While deinstallation of one of the ac's the engineer mishandled with the ac due to which some kind of damage was done on the outdoor unit of 1 ac due to which the whole of ac's gas leeked. On asking him he said its nothing this happens when there is some gas left in the pipe line of the ac. So after they deinstalled the ac's it was brought to sec-78 where i have just shifted for reinstallation. After repeated calls for reinstallation at about 8;30 2 persons came for installation out of which one was the old engineer and the second one was a new engineer. The new engineer while installing the damaged ac said this is being damaged and the cooling condenser coil of this ac is broken or damaged so this needs to be replaced by the samsung co. As ur ac is under warranty. I told them that this leakage happened today morning by this engineer who has visited us in the morning but they said this happens and can be replaced by samsung co. As ur ac is under warranty. So i lodged complaint with the samsung customer care mentioning them each and every deatil of how this outdoor unit was damaged. They gave me a complaint no.[protected] and said that as this damage has been done by the himanshi engineers we will make sure they get this outdoor unit changed. And that i shall recieve a call from the samsumg some head who will look into this matter and get this problem solved on asap basis. They said i will get a revert within 24 hours. To my surprise i never recieved any call from samsung. I again called after 24 hours again they promised me the same thing but no call was recieved from your co. Or no one even visited. Again i called the customer care and again the same promises. Today is 20th may and till now i have just been recieving false promises from ur co. Related to my complaint. I would reuest you that in this schorching heat and summer if this is the way your co. Will take things so lightly and do fake promises i shall have to file a case against your co.In the consumer court for harrasment and mistrust. If an action is not taken with in few hours i shall be forced to take action against your co. Hope im clear and i[censored] want me to retain as your valuable customer i would request you to kindly cahnge this out door unit which is under warranty and oblidge.,

        This is to inform you that we had bought a refrigerator from sachdeva sons near roadways workshop, gill colony saharanpur 247001 on dated 25/05/2014.

        Last month we lodge a complaint regarding its cooling as its not cooling properly, so we get the solution and they change the com pressure that time, but the issue not resolved.
        Now refrigerator`s side walls is heating abnormally and not working properly.

          I have purchased a fridge but the local authorized repair Centre in faridabad is not responding properly and they could not resolve the problem from last one month .Being a reputed firm please solve my problem because all eatable item in fridge are going garbage due to not maintaining proper temperature. Mr Sdik and Sonu are the person's who has attended of local authorized center faridabad. Pl help us we are facing much problems due to hot weather.

            I bought a Samsung TV 32FH4003 from Bajaj Capital on 30th June 2016. It worked fine initially but then the buzzing sound started in the month of DEC 15 and as I was not around I raised a complaint calling customer care. A tech visited my house and told me that time itself that this model has issues with the speakers and asked me to use it in low volume. I tried doing so but with low volume i'm not able hear at all. I tried to keep it as low as 30 but the issue started again and could hear the buzzing sound from the speakers. The tech visited my place yesterday and he told me that this model has issues with the speakers no matter what you do the issue will exist. I asked him what if the speakers are replaced. He told me that the issue will still exist. I spoke to the customer service rep about it and he also told me that this is a base model and should keep the volume low. Sorry but I haven't burnt my money to use the TV in low volume where I can't hear anything properly. If that is the case then I need my TV to be replaced with another model. Moreover the rep told me that one of the supervisors will reach out to me on this in 4 hours time. Unfortunately no one called me or reached out to me. I called customer service and again a call back was set. As usual no one reached out to me. Every time I call customer service they only talk about assigning a Tech and I don't know why they only talk about it as the Tech who visited my issue and the rep whom I spoke with know for sure that this is an issue. Would request you to please help me in replacing the TV with another model.

            Thought the technician came and changed the speakers the issue still exists. The same was informed to me before he changed the speakers and the same was observed by us after changing the speakers. I can still hear the buzzing sound and the tech also noticed the same. I need my TV to be replaced. This is the first time ever I'm facing an issue not only with my TV but also with my phone. Both the products of yours have same issue.
            I got a call from Jiten who is in head office and he told me that the TV can't be replaced as it is working as per its design. The only thing they can do is to send a product specialist to check the malware issue and can't replace the TV as the policy says it can be done within 30 days of the purchase. By the way he was insisting more on warranty period and wants to get rid of me. When asked why was this information not shared while purchasing the product... he said everything is mentioned in the website and when checked there is nothing mentioned. I don't understand why they have to check malware when the issue is with the speakers. I will be a happy customer if they find an alternate solution for my issue.

              We purchased split A/C Model number: SAM SAC 1.5 T NEO INV AR18JV5HBWKNNA Pln on 7th may 2015. The unskilled workers came late in the evening and the engineer turned up only around 10 pm. Needless to say quality of work was shoddy with number of sections of ducting loosely held with wide gaps. The tape to cover the joints has come off and the rain water during monsoon will enter the ducting containing the cable. The hole on the wall drilled for the ducting is not covered. The rain water can enter.
              The first service was done on 01-02-16 but the taping was not done at all. The request for second service was repeatedly made to Modern Enterprises Pune from[protected] onwards but despite all their promises no one has turned up.Complaint number [protected] was made to the call centre on 30-04-16, when there was no response from Modern Enterprises Pune but to no avail. Again complaints were made on 02-05-16, 04, 05, 6 and 16 may also with further promises of sending the workmen promptly. There is no response till date.
              It is observed that the water is leaking form the duct which contains the cable besides the gas pipe. Will it lead to short circuit?
              We have received only one free service. The request for second service was made on 16 MARCH 2016 well before 7 may 16.
              We request you to arrange the second free service immediately in view of leakage problem, tape covering coming out, and the exposed duct hole.

                Sir, we purchased the above model colour television through M/s. Vasanth & Co., Vellore Dt. 27/08/2013. for Rs. 32, 000/-
                The same TV Display was multi coloured during past one week time.
                While enquired with the local repairer, he visualized its malfunction, and orally told that it's display panel was repaired / affected.
                Hence, please kindly arrange to send the Company repairer, inspect the TV and arrange for its solution / its repair.

                  I bought a Samsung Double door fridge Model- RT 2734PNBSE serial# R3494PAC500582M on 19th August 2012 from their dealer Kbm Electronics at Laxmi Nagar in Delhi. In the late of 2015 fridge totally broke down without any cooling.The service engineer from Samsung came, inspected and said that there is no gas left in the fridge and another Engineer will come for gas filling the next day. Next day another engineer came and refilled the gas. I had also requested for LED light change but they said they don't have the LED light and will change that in 2 or 3 days. But They never came saying no led is available. After that the cooling issue was arising of and on. Now on 12th May 2016, again the Fridge stopped cooling. I lodged a service request to Samsung on 13th May 2016. The service engineer Shakeel came on 14th May and said again a gas refill is needed and LED light is again not available. Another Engineer Himanshu will come and fill the gas. But 0n 15th May a samsung engineer Gaurav came, inspected and said he cannot fill gas, as there is an internal leakage. He took several pics of fridge and sent it to his senior, afetr talking to him he told that the fridge can not be repaired and I will get a call from Samsung what can be done- replacement/refund. I did not get any call on the next day so I called in Samsung customer support, Chatted with samsung chat support officer. They have just closed my original request and created a new request and gave me the ref no. saying I will be contacted by Samsung. Then I got a call from Samsung, the lady could not help me much then I asked for any contact of her senior. She gave me the mobile no. of Mr. Narendra Chaudhary his manager. I talked to him he was saying Samsung will pay only 20% and will take the fridge back. I protested saying how can a Samsung fridge fail by 80% in less than 4 yrs and is it their policy that the fridge is to be condemned after that. I asked him are you saying that Samsung says itself that its fridge's life is only 5 years. He said it is not the final offer from Samsung he will see the case and discuss with me next day. Till then he asked to provide some documents like- Serial no., a cancelled cheque, my Id proof etc. I gave him all the documents. He said he will call me next day. After that he never called me. I called him two or three times daily. Mostly he doesnot pick the phone. The very last time when he picked up the phone he was saying your fridge has no serial no. sticker. I replied I have sent you the picture of Serial no. sticker but he told that is not the one which was stuck outside wall of the fridge. I asked him if it is so important then Samsung should have stuck it permanently or engraved the info. I asked him what finally they have decided. He told me he will call me in just 5 minutes. After that I have not got any call from Mr. Narendra Chaudhary or any other Samsung officials even when I call him he is not picking up the phone.I sent whatsapp messages asking if he can not help can he provide any email id of concerned resposible person but got no response. I have called to samsung toll free number to know the status. The support person told me that he has put a request to contact the customer and assured me I will get a call from them today. But till now I am waiting for that. Needless to say we were miserable without a fridge for ten days in the peak of summer at Delhi. . I was faithful to Samsung Brand and bought my washingmachine and mobile too of Samsung. They are only shattering my confidence in the SAMSUNG brand by their poor service. Appeal to SAMSUNG INDIA to find a repalcement ASAP to regain the confidence lost, as other wise they seem to loosing good customers like me and forcing good customers to go to a consumer court.

                      Hello sir,
                      I'm taking this effort to bring to your notice that the service centre located at khar in mumbai, the staffs are so irresponsible and useless that even after a week they are not able to reply me for my requests for a new samsung galaxy note 4 battery. They have noted my no. But no followup and no complaint registered ref. Id. Giving fake commitments to arrange it in next 2 days it's been a week but every time a new staff attend and they have no clue about the complaint.
                      The staffs are not trained, doesn't understand simple english, keep on explaining about the complsint every time. Giving wrong information and wrong price every time i call to cross check.
                      When i said i need the original samsung galaxy note 4 battery with warranty with same model no. On battery. (As fake ones are avaliable in the market with different models no.) they said any model no. Would do, you phone will work. Now how's that possible?
                      I feel i'm being cheated by purchasing an expensive phone by samsung. Samsung has not stood by its name. From now onwards i'll never buy samsung products nor refer to other to buy.

                      Complaint :- originl battery of samsung galaxy note 4.
                      Date of complaint.:- 14th may 2016.
                      Status :- don't know stock availability. Don't know by when it will be available.
                      Staff reply on price for battery:-
                      1st 2000 approx,
                      2nd 1400 approx,

                      Final 15000 approx.

                        Hi,
                        I had registered a service request with samsung for tv installation on 12th may 2016 (Reference num-[protected]). This request was cancelled by local service center of samsung nasik without any intimation to the customer.
                        I myself checked online that the request i lodged was cancelled so i registered a fresh new request on 16th may 2016 (Ref num - [protected]) for the same.
                        I am calling the samsung support daily 5/6 times and they daily tell me one thing that your request is forwarded on the priority basis and some support engineer will visit today/tomorrow till 8 pm. But till now i did not receive any communication from any support engineer.

                        I even sent an email to samsung support on 17th may 2016 complaining about non-service and they even replied back to me saying (Thru mail and on call) that this matter is escalated to senior authority and they will provide service anyhow by wednesday. But till today friday 20th, there is no communication that i received from anyone.

                        All is very frustrating and mentally harassing stuff where i am feeling like helpless as no one from samsung looks like care about customer support.

                          Dear support team,

                          My ac having model : aw18zkcxtl has been taken by samsung on
                          13.05.2016 for repairing as it had stopped cooling. The chosen vendor m/s : vision cool services, 2a new taratala road, kolkata-700088 by samsung is not behaving in a proper way. Hence, referring the logged case no. [protected] repeatedly communicating with the support team on the helpline no. [protected], but not yet any positive response could be received.
                          It is quite painful to say about the poor services from samsung which never happened before. I think this is extreme negligence on the part of samsung support team which may lead to loose faith in samsung after sales service. But in fact i know till now samsung service is magnificent but now a days i wonder whether it is deteriorating or what?
                          So i need your kind assistance so that again i can say that yes samsung service is
                          In fact excellent.

                              The phone is Not working properly and malfunctioning excess heating. I have uploaded a to show the working of phone in current condition and no response from customer care service centre they are just reseting the phone and giving back and same problem is occurring again and again
                              This has become a cause of concern for me and this is not what else expect out of a flagship device
                              The heating and lagging issues are unbearable and I now regret purchasing the handset

                                My name is pravean our cousins mr paramahamsa purchase samsung joy plus tv model no :4100 in your esteemed concern once we purchase tv from thre date three months we found white cloud in display we inform to service center they came and told me it is a manufacturing defect & change the new panel after that we found colour defect problems we inform to service center so many people but till now they are telling the new panel is ok we don't have any problems they are telling but for us we are not getting the previous colour of old panel.
                                Again we inform delhi higher officer but there is no actions in trichy even they are not coming also this happened three times and not response also again we are phone calling also they are telling same thing & they are telling u contact higher officer or ceo then only they will change

                                So we are humbly request you to please change needful thing our cousin are working as a labour for them this amount cost 28000 rupee is high so i request you to action immediate..

                                  Its a long story and am completely frustrated now. This is my final try to get some kind of resolution otherwise strict and legal actions are the only choice left with me.
                                  I bought brand new refrigerator in march 2016 the new model of 2016 worth 70k. Since beginning i am facing low cooling issues in the lower compartment. I contacted the customer care and first engineer visit was done and he tried somethings and said the refrigerator is all fine. I again tested for 5 days with no result. Again talked to customer care and second visit was done with same result. Again thee third visit was arranged and then the engineer said he will escalate the issue. Then 4th visit was made where the engineer said that there is some issue with the sensor in lower compartment and it needs to be changed which will be available in 2 days max. Now the first surprise is suddenly sensor is faulty now when earlier all engineers said all is fine, definitely either one of them is lying. After this i didnt get any reply any call from samsung and whenever i tried to talk to engineer he never replied. Only after 10 days he answered and said that the part is not available and gave me his seniors number. He then said wait for 2 days. The model is new and it was a surprise to know that part is not available for more than 10 days. Finally after so many calls and escalations the part came after 13 days and engineer came to replace it.

                                  Now is the height of everything. This engineer comes and straight away replaces the sensor o[censored]pper compartment whereas the earlier engineer said lower compartment sensor is to be replaced. To my surprise he said the issue is in upper compartment and cooling is done from up only. Whereas am sure and know that both compartments have different compressors so definitely this engineer is lying. Now am sure that the service staff of samsung is really naive and they dont respect customers at all. After long debate he said for your satisfaction i will replace both sensors and he did that. I mean this is ridiculous, no one is trying to identify the actual problem. Everyone is just playing with my refrigerator. This is shocking to know that both engineers are completely contradicting each other.

                                  I have been running around this complaint for more than a month now with no resolution. No calls or updates from samsung at all. Very unprofessional and careless attitude. Am sure samsung does not have any principles or codes for customer satisfaction. No resolution to problem, no responsibility, nothing. Am blank now what is to be done. Its so expensive refrigerator and then of no use to me.

                                  In past 1 month i have lost around 10k on the rotten food due to this issue and on so many calls i have to make to reach out to your people. No one is going to compensate this. First 70k for fridge and now this loss is huge for me and i want some resolution otherwise i will be compelled to take legal and strict action. Forget the unprofessionalism and careless attitude, i just now care about resolution to this issue by replacing the fridge or just refund me my money and take back your so called refrigerator.

                                    Ibought my led tv just 2 1/2 years ago from the reliance group, west fort in thrissur district, kerala state. The colour of my display screen got faded and the picture seems a dim light. I think my tv got damaged. Earlier i felt that it is due to our cable tv set top box. He come to my house and changed the same with a new set top box. Now also the same reason is existing. He also suggested that this is due to the complaint of your tv. I got worried because i bought tv only just 2 years back. You know this led is is very costly for me as iam only a government servant and from a middle class family. How can i purchase these type of tv's in every year/ i am totally fed up with this complaint. This is very disgusting. Please help me in overcoming this problem as early as possible. Hope u will take necessary steps as early as possible. Then the engineer of the company as per the above reference number has visited and checked our led tv. And told us that the picture panel is completely damaged and he demanded 15000/- for repairing the same. The picture panel was damaged just after the warranty period. I want to seek clarification from your end about is this is the so called quality that you profess having in your brand. I think as a customer it is a case of mere cheating from the part of a mnc company like samsung. The quality of your led set is so poor and worser than that of a led of local brand available in kerala. It is also noted that many of the other brands bought my friends in the same or earlier period is working very much and they have no complaints and they are very very happy with their product. So i forced to believe that you are deliberately cheating your customers by selling poor quality with a very high price. We also feared that if i replace the picture panel by expending 15000/- who will gurantee the life the panel because you provide us the same poor quality product again and again.. May this also be for another 2 years? Every 2 years shall we expending for your tv 15000/-. This is disgusting. So i require the replacement of my led tv without considering the warranty period at the earliest. Hope for a favourable reply.

                                      I purchased a samsung refrigerator (Model rt33jsmferz) in october, 2015.
                                      It is may now, and the refrigerator has started showing heavy cooling issues.Infact since the past 3 days it is not cooling at all, and the water kept inside freezer never turns to ice. I contacted samsung customer care on 17th may, 2016 to which i got a reply that they will definitely send an engineer by the next morning, i. E. 18th may. However i did not get any single response from their side. I contacted cc again and got response saying the engineer will visit by evening. Again, no single message/response came. Frustrated, i called cc again, and this time they said the engineer will visit by 19th morning. This has been the repeated case and i have called cc 6-7 times and everytime i get the same reply and the service person has not visited my home yet. It is frustrating because ncr is experiencing terrible summers and a working refrigerator is a basic need. The samsung customer care has been terribly irresponsible and i am still not sure whether i will ever get an engineer visit or not.

                                        I have samsung galaxy a5.In morning mobile restarted and suddenly display shows a line. Took it to samsung service centre and first day they said display would be replaced.

                                        Next day they say we wont replace it as we see bit moisture on mother board and it would cost me 8500 to get a new mother board and then only they will replace it the screen.

                                        After comming out and back home my screen poped out and in addtion a capactive buttion not working.
