Hi this is complaint for mobile phone samsung a5-00 that i bought approx. 6 months ago. My phone was working fine but sooner it started getting heated up and sensor stopped working but i ignored. Now 3 days before while charging it really got over heated whgen i touched and and i saw that my lcd got cracked from inside and went black it all happened infront of my eyes. I bought samsung a8 in feb 2016 from vadodara vijay sales store along with the additional payment of 1999 for insurance from bajaj allianz and warranty for 1 year.

In the month of may 2016, i faced a problem with my phone's display, i saw few colored lines on the display. I went to the shop and ask them to replace the phone they said it is not covered in the insurance as i dont have any insurance because it was not processed...

I purchased a refrigerator rr2315tcarx/tl in 2014 using employee discount coupon as i am an employee of samsung.
Since i purchased the product, it is like a nightmare to me.In last 1.7 years this is the fifth time i am calling customer care to get it repaired.
Everytime they gave me the same reason that there is something with the gas and we have to refill it and charge me 1500 rs/-.

When the product was in warranty...

I had been purchased new samsung s6 16 gb phone after buying till 15 days otg was working, later when i upgraded to o.s 6.1 otg is not working at all, so please take necessary action against this and same problem facing lot of customers i got to know when i checked in internet and update the software and help the customers, otherwise u may loose lot of customers just bcoz of this reasons......

I bought my Samsung Note 4 mobile on 24th or 25th Dec 2014 in Bangalore. Since then it was working fine until this Feb 2016 (one year warranty period expired).
