Sir, i have a samsung 481 ltrs fridge purchased on june 2015 (still in warranty). On 20th of april the fridge stopped cooling so i called customer care. They asked me to perform certain actions but all went in vain. Then again on 22nd april i called customer care but again they asked me to perform manual de frost which i did and the fridge worked for around 6 hrs then again it stopped working. So again i lodged a complaint on 23rd april and received ref no [protected]. An engineer named Ripu Sudan was assigned the call but he didnt come till 23rd so another engineer came and found out fan motor was not working. So he went saying the part is not available and order will be placed and within 4 days it will be changed.
Now it has been 7th may (around 14 days) and still the paet is not available in local service center. I asked the engineer as well as branch office for the part or a stand by fridge but got no response from them. So i would like you to take action against the local branch office and engineer or else i would have to go to CONSUMER FORUM.

    I posted this complaint two weeks ago. I got a call from samsung but was told they would get back to me with a resolution. No resolution yet. Is anything happening on this complaint? Please update me. I am clueless.

    Original complaint:
    "the paint inside my microwave oven is peeling. I have complained to samsung about this twice (Service orders #[protected] and [protected]) but no action has been taken yet. I was told that the oven would be replaced; but no action has been taken for over a month. I neither have the time nor patience to keep following up with the service engineer. Very disappointing experience with samsung. Hoping that some action is taken via this written complaint."

    Thanks! I was given a refund on my faulty microwave. This forum has really helped me get in touch with the Samsung escalation team. They called me as soon as I lodged this complaint. They connected me to the service center and speeded up their internal processes to help me get a refund. Thank you very much.

      Dear concerned team
      This is to put forth the trouble which we have facing after buying samsung galaxy j7 (Sm-j700f/ddins) with serial# rz8g906ayjt that was purchased on 1st oct 15.
      It is really saddening to state that the display of the mobile phone has surprisingly disappeared during a night time. I have used my mobile in proper condition at night and kept at the table and when i woke up in the morning more than half of its display was gone and within two hours it was a complete blackout. It was not even on charge. When i took it to samsung authorized service center b2x service solutions india pvt. Ltd. At chinar park, kolkata-700136 they first said that the display is broken due to some external pressure applied on it by us, though as said before it was just kept at the table nightlong. Since he said that it would not be considered under warranty claim and repairing charge would be 6, 000/- we still agreed to it and asked him to go ahead and repair but after an hour he came back to us and said that the mother board is also damaged and it has green patches on sd card slot jack so it would also not be claimed under warranty. Therefore now it is no good than just a metallic box within 7months of its purchase.
      Also to add to your knowledge, just after buying this phone the sd card slot was not working and it was not even detecting the sd card. So the very next day i took it to samsung authorized service center techno solution, g-001 estate plaza behind mangal tower, old h b road, , kanta toli, ranchi-834001. After distributor complain to samsung head office the service center agreed to repair the same under warranty but said sd card slot jack is not available with him and he will have to procure it. So after ten days we got the phone back from him after repairing though he should have replaced it then and there as it was a manufacturing defect from the company.
      Now my question stands that
      What proof shall i give to that the company would believe that i have not hampered the phone in anyway and all this happened to the phone while it was lying idle and even then if they say it is my mistake then dont you think it should have some scratch or visible damage on it which is not the case. The phone is spic n span from outside.
      If there is some patch on the sd card slot, it also has been repaired by one of samsung authorized service station, so how am i culprit for that. We cant even see what the service stations are doing to our phone once they take it inside their inspection room.
      They have handed us a phone which has come with manufacturing defect and repairing it is of no use, all this trouble arose because of that only. Now they are just making us take rounds of their customer service center and blaming us for one or another thing. First they said that the fone was not repaired in authorised station which we already proved them with documents then they say there is liquid spillage to which their own engineer agrees that it should not be just in card slot rather all over but is just limited to the sd card slot. The blame of external pressure applied is also nullified as there is no external damage without which internal damage is not possible.
      Simplest and easiest way is to blame the customer. If you are talking of warranty you should mean it. This behavior is not expected with a brand like samsung. I want a resolution from your end

        I have bought new samsung a7 hardly 7 months before and today when i woke up in morning there was color scattered on my screen but the touch screen was working fine.
        When i reached out to customer care vashi branch near inorbit they directly told me it has been damaged and you will be charged rupees 7711. I tried to made them understand that physically everything is ok only its color problem on screen but they were ignoring me and just said u need to pay the amount.

        I just dont understand that company claim of gorilla glass and other such hardware features and physically nothing is damaged only the amoled led screen is damaged due to which color is scattered on whole screen.

        If such costly phones will be damaged so early how will consumer be satisfied.They have not even given proper mail id for complaint.

          Hi,

          This is adnan taher and i purchased the samsung air conditioner from reliance digital on 9th april, 2016 with serial no.: 03g7ppbh400141. Everything is alright with the ac but, there is one serious issue with the product. The adapter/plug of ac has not been installed in the ac . And, because of this it causes some serious risks to my family. The wire is dangling in the socket and it suddenly comes off from the wall socket, while the ac is running.

          I fear the day if someone in my home gets electrocuted (It maybe a child too). Because, of this reason i am not using the ac for sometime now. When i called samsung for the gross negligence, they stated that it would cost and we have to pay to get the new adapter. I mean, seriously, since when the manufacturers are scamming customers for the missing parts which have to be pre-installed? Why is samsung being so naive about safety and protection? I request the concerned authorities to look into this issue and find a resolution asap. They can either install a full protected adapter or replace the product with proper adapter.

            Hi,


            Display issue.
            Recently i found out that display is of my phone was detaching from the base.
            I went to service enter they requested for display change.
            After service i found that the it was not fixed properly.
            again i visited the service center they tried to fix by but could not fix it properly and was asked to visit after two days.
            After two days when for service they changed the display this thme i was lucky to find the defect that it was not fixed properly in service center itself.
            Now they want to change the side panel.
            first it was display, now side panel technically all the parts are changed on my phone except battery.
            I don't even have my original phone left with me the only item left is battery.
            Please help me out to get me my phone back.
            Its almost 1 month, since then am using a spare phone.

                I perches samsung a5 the manth is 7th february. Recent watch safe mode enable. So i going barrackpur service centre & talk problems. They told me inbound the mobile phone lequite damage.Is not free services it's chargeable. So i do not service my phone. I also talk return my phone because its chargeable. They also return back phone but not setting pda its open out the phone. So who are responsible in this matter. I want properly setup my phone and imideate staps the barrackpur service centre staffs. Manager is kanu das. This problem having 28th april. My service order [protected]. Please close my problem imideate.

                  The name of the person is Ragini Khana. She is cheated with me. Fraud me and took 5000 rupees from me. She told me she is a hr of this company and she will help me to get a job in that company. She took my telephonic interview from samsung, gurgaon official number and then convinced me if i pay her 5000 rupees then she will provide me a job. She gave me her account number and i transferred money to her account but after that she did not responded me. She fraud me. please help me to bring my money back.

                    I had bought samsung 3d tv of cost (1, 00, 000 rs. 1lakh), just after 1 year 4 months tv panel got spoiled. This cannot be due to power fluctuations since tv itself has inbuilt stabilizer.I launched service request to samsung, service engineer came and said that panel is short and it would cost you 30, 000 rs excluding tax and service cost. And i tried to dig deep in to this and he reviled truth saying that the panel which your tv has is old and faulty component. And this mafia is happening from long that samsung would receive faulty components from customer and repair the same and assembled to new tv which would save lots of cost including tax.And customers are not told about this and they would give exactly 1 year warranty. Samsung is cheating people by providing faulty component and making people to suffer and pay more money. There is no direct contact all you have fight is with customer care department they are useless however.
                    Please please bring this in to notice of the people and at least from now onward people should not commit such mistake as mine.

                    Paying for such a expensive product and getting cheated by company like samsung its not good justice for the innocent people who aspire to buy things.

                      Hi,

                      I was wrong to buy Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and it’s customer care center is now harassing me and not giving information on the queries I raised in emails.

                      It started when I bought this mobile on April 3, 2016. It was all ok until April 28, 2016 when the handset got reboot automatically, it showed the screen with the text “Downloading, Do not switch off the target”. I visited the Samsung Service Center (HCL Services Ltd, C-5, New Krishna Park Adjoining, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058) and they asked me to deposit it to the center which I did. They called me and told that motherboard needs to be replaced, I said it’s your choice, go ahead and do whatever it takes to make the handset new.

                      Then, I’ve sent multiple emails asking few queries (mentioned below). I got couple of calls but didn’t get my queries answered. This is a complete negligence by the Samsung Customer Care and Samsung Brand. This shows how serious they are with the customer queries. They only sell products but don’t give the service to the customers.

                      I have also sent another email to CEO’s desk, but got the reply with just one line that they will get back. Since then, I haven’t received any call or email with the clarifications I asked for.

                      Queries I raised in the emails:

                      1. How will you assure me that after repairing it, the mobile would still have all the features as is when I bought it?

                      2. Why the mobile is not being replaced because it stopped working in less than a month?

                      I’ve followed up with the customer care and attached is the email I got on Monday (May 2, 2016) and after that few technical folks called me. I asked them to assure me the same and reply back to my queries. However, they have never got back to me. I tried contacting them via live chat but with no hope.

                      I didn’t get my mobile back as of now. Also not even the reply on the follow-up emails I sent. Email reference ID: [protected] Please help and let me know what can be done.

                      Its been almost a day but I haven't received any call/reply/email by Samsung customer care. This shows how irresponsible they are and not serious on the services they are suppose to offer.
                      Pradeep from Samsung customer care called me on Saturday (May 7, 2016) and ensured me that someone from head-office would call me on Monday (May 9, 2016) to resolve the issue however, I haven't received any call. This is how they give importance to their customer's concerns and complaints.
                      1.
                      I've got a call on tuesday (May 10, 2016) by one of Samsung's representatives (Rohit) from their head-office. He again denied me giving in written that all features will be same as in new box-pack handset. Also he denied for replacing it.

                      2.
                      Got a call from Rohit again on Wednesday (May 11, 2016) and he told me that some senior engineer is performing water resistant test on my handset and once it is done, he would call me again in the evening.

                      It's been more than a day the test is being done. Not sure if it failed or passed. Also I asked Rohit that I don't mind accepting the repaired handset but Samsung needs to give me in written that my handset still has all features as in new box-pack handset.

                      Not s single word yet by Samsung !!!

                        Warranty for condensor not mentioned:

                        As per warrant: compressor warranty for 60 months.
                        Condensor warranty not mentioned in the not covered items in warranty card. (

                        Estimated cost of repairs: 8500/-

                        Grievances:
                        Problem persisting 12 days.
                        No clarity on items under warranty.

                            Hello, I have orderd a samsung powerbamk 16800 mah with led light from this site.They send me a second hand powerbank in a non-working condition.The powerbank charges rapidly but it cannot charge a single phone as its battery drains too fast. I asked them to replace or refund for my order but they are not giving any response.When I called the customer care they disconwcted phone.                               I would like to inform you that i was purchased samsung refrigerator from electronic word, sadar bazar, gurgaon pin 122001 during nov 15, and loan taken from bajaj finance with equal emi of rs 2200/- pm with this assurance that no additional charges shall be taken total emi would be 9 which shall be completed in aug 16.

                              But while we checked our bank a/c it was observed that you had charged rs 500/- additional without my knowledge and nobody is giving satisfactory reply .

                              I was also take up the matter with concern bank officials and they had informed me that this was debited in your account on advised of bajaj finance peoples.

                              Please take up the matter with concern and revert this amount

                                I have purchased one samsung single door refrigerator 2 years back from kankurgachi, kolkata-700054 having the model no. 0915 rr1914b & the model code is rr1914bcase/tl. For the last few days i am noticing that the door of the refrigerator is not closing properly as it may be the downward parts being broken. For this it is entirely effecting the cooling system & it has become useless to be used properly.

                                  This has been a heart break knowing that even after my regular complaints to consumer forum Allahabad against Samsung service center to whom i submitted my phone for charging related issue on 11th April and they made my phone faulty and are refusing to repair it. Complaint of this matter to service center Manager added misery to me as he misbehaved. I took my complaint to Samsung customer care and they gave me assurance that it will be resolved in 24-48 hours and its has been more than 2 weeks and no action has been taken. The only option i was left with was CONSUMER FORUM, but their ignorant attitude has only rubbed salt on my wounds.

                                      Dear sir, your service centre kumbakonam people broken my Samsung j2 phone. 3.05.2016 evening 4pm I give my mobile to your service centre for minor issues. But your people open my mobile that time broken my douch screen, but they're saying that lying for my mobile already broken. How to possible please contact me.
