Sir,
I have a mobile phone, and I have done twice servicing from authorized service dealer at Trivandrum, now third time I have given for servicing, for the same problem that is not getting charging, that time I paid the amount they charged. before 5 months I have done for the same reason. they are charging rs. 2300 which I did before six months, I would request you to intervene and give some concession because I have did it on the same dealer/mobile [protected]@B.
that time also they changed the parts, now also they going to change the same part.
at least they should give one year warranty for the part changed.
repetition of the same job .
please consider my case.
