I am extremely disappointed to inform you that that made the mistake of buying a samsung galaxy s7 edge on march 12, 2016 through flipcart under the scheme to get a gear vr free alongwith the phone. The flipcart order number od[protected] dated march 12, 2016.

Now when i tried to get the gear vr, he has got a coupen (Code vr2303chcd59ppqy) in the my galaxy app for 50% discount on gear vr, as against 100% which on promised when we bought the phone.
I then called the samsung helpline number on my galaxy app at[protected] and was informed that there is an error made by the galaxy department and i should send an email to this e mail id.

Several reminders on facebook and twitter have fallen to deaf ears. After making many effort, was able to get through to samsung’s so called ceo’s office through email id and there has not been any response for last few weeks. I challenge anyone to find out any email id of any samsung personnel.

Both samsung and flipcart will tell you that they will call you and they expect the customer to be available whenever they call. When you ask them to correspond on email, they will not respond. Surprising isn’t it.

Now samsung has launched gear vr at rs. 990 with its galaxy phone which again is a sham and i am sure no one will get anything.

This is a huge mistake committed by samsung which is hurting your brand and image big time. Do you expect the customers to have so much time to keep chasing and writing emails for something that they are entitled to get. Can you not check internally and find out customers who paid and bought the phone during the scheme period irrespective of the channel and make sure that an appropriate discount coupen (100% of 50%) is provided to them. It is really surprising to see samsung carry out such a big blunder with its brand.

Earlier last month, i visited samsung retail shop at linking road, bandra (West) to get this sorted out and learnt that it was shop operated by a franschisee called ssk retail. The senior most person at the store named shahnawaz khan informed me that he was not able to help and advised me to write an email to samsung and flipcart. He also informed me that if we had bought the phone from the shop instead of flipcart, he would have resolved the issue. This is ridiculous. Is this is the case, then why is samsung selling the device through e comm channel.

I for sure am going to think twice before buying into any samsung product or promise henceforth. To top it all, i am told that it was a mistake (I) to buy on flipcart and not on ssk retail and (Ii) by samsung but i will have to write an email to make them realise that and get my due.

A highly irritated and aggrieved customer of samsung and flipcart.

I agree with u bro. I purchased s7 edge and they said i will get gear vr for 990rs. I contact them everyday and they say u will surely get it. Apple is best for after sales service. I will think twice before buying any samsung products. Samsung is going to loose many customers

    I had purchased a samsung smartphone i. E. “samsung note 3 neo” last year. This was purchased on the basis of the great goodwill of samsung mobile but it is very much unexpected and against the reputation of samsung. The said phone was very much troublesome for it’s poor network signal capturing/connectivity since it’s 1st use. The same was repeatedly handed over to your service center at vidyadhar nagar, jaipur and the set was retained at the service centre for a couple of days but result was zero, no network connectivity was improved. This fact was told to the head of service centre as well as the retailer from where this was purchased but every time only software was updated. The problem of poor network connectivity remained as it was. We had tried by changing the sim card etc. Also, we are using airtel sim cards and the same sims are working satisfactorily in other mobile sets like micromax, sony, lava etc. At the same place and location.
    It is very much shameful for the company like samsung whose consumer is suffering very bad after spending rs 25000/- for a mobile phone like samsung i. E. So called worldwide efficient brand product.
    I am lastly submitting with a hope, that the problem was looked into at the level o not beyond so called service centre and the same was sorted out at early as possible.
    This set however was purchased in january 15 but the problem was existing since it’s purchase and reported to samsung care no [protected] time to time. I hope that samsung will go to the depth of the defective product issue and resolve the same at earliest to maintain their samsung’s name / goodwill and it’s customer satisfaction.

        I was ordered this samsung power bank 16800 mah battery charger from bookmy offer site. This battery charger is not working properly. When it fully charged and connect mobile to charge it, this automatically discharge with in half an hour and donot charge tha mobile and i'm not getting the warrenty card with this product . What should i do, my money was waste to buy this product on this site . Reply as soon as possible .

          I have purchased Samsung mobile ON 5 in your authorised showroom at Mettupalayam and yesterday I found that there is a complaint of a straight line found in the screen center and I have taken it to the same place but the owner is handling very rough and his mobile no is [protected] and his name is kumar and he asked us to take it to the service center at Coimbatore R S puram on Tuesday since due to holiday for election for replacement of new mobile

          If that is the case we wouldn't have purchased Samsung

          Kindly guide to replace the same

            I gave complaint on the New Refrigerator on 13th April But stll no one responding regarding the product. They sold fault Product from Pai Electronics, and they are telling will send technician tomorrow, I Contact customer care many time but till now no one will take any action on this issue. Finally One Technician came to my home and tell me that "the problem is in Compressor, so that the Refrigerator has to replaced with new one" for this the Seller told that tomorrow will send the new one but till now they are telling the same story and also demanding extra amount for delivery.

              I have purchased Samsung phone model num SM-A710FZKFINS serial num RZ8H20BNR4H ([protected]) ON dated 13/5/2016. Within 2 hours I faced multiple problems in above handset like auto loudspeaker on, heating like burning, ringer problem, display problem etc etc. I feel cheated after purchase of this phone. Today I visited Samsung care at bathinda for replace the phone (return handling) but they refused for this. Kindly make it possible otherwise I am going to file a court case in consumer court against Samsung India for cheating and mentally haraashment. Do the needful as soon as possible.

                  I bought my Samsung Note 4 mobile on 24th or 25th Dec 2014 in Bangalore. Since then it was working fine until this Feb 2016 (one year warranty period expired).

                  Since Feb 2016, the mobile started getting slower day by day and even sometimes getting restarted without any reason. Sometimes it didn't even start. I had to pull out the battery and put it back to get it started.

                  I took my mobile to Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Kalewadi Phata, Pune (Prayag Services). On my first visit, they just told me that the power source needs to be replaced and there is no other issue with the mobile. So, I got it replaced by them and they charged me Rs. 2174. I got a warranty for the part for 3 months.

                  Later, just in 1 or 2 days my mobile started giving the same problem. Infact, this time more frequently it was getting restarted and it was getting in to downloading mode. So, I took my mobile to the same service centre. They kept my mobile for about 7 days (initially they said 1 day, later kept on extending the date). I had to leave the country for a week or 10 days due to some work and asked my friend to take the delivery of my phone. When he received my mobile, he found that the screen is damaged. But, they won't take the responsibility of this. Moreover, they say now the motherboard needs to be replaced and it costs my another 13000/- more.

                  This is completely unfair. First they replaced a part with a 3 months warranty and later they say motherboard is damaged. Moreover, they damaged my mobile screen( LCD Display). Now the mobile doesn't respond at all.

                  The staff is so irresponsible, especially OM (person working there).

                  Please help me get this issue resolved. I feel completely betrayed by the service centre.

                    2 Months back suddenly my phone Speaker stopped working. i am not able to hear voice when someone call me.
                    I raised a Complaint to samsung service store (C3/117, ashok vihar phase II): Date 4-4-2014. ( PFA copy ).
                    They are saying PBA burned and its not cover Warranty.
                    I have insurance also. please let me know how can i resolve this issue.

                      One of the worst and 3rd class services by Samsung home appliances. I am never goin to buy any of Samsung product at all. I bought Samsung hotblast microwave with ceramic coating., 6 months ago. initially there was a problem in cleaning the ceramic coating after cooking. it was difficult to remove the stains. when raised complain to the customer care ( which is like talk to ghosts who dont exist) they responded after several times and sent a technician. this man came took picture and left and was no response. later we came to know the case was closed by themselves saying it was consumer's mistake of handling the product. ... means, they dont have solution if ceramic coating gets dirty and stained. later a month, we had another problem due to power socket, suddenly product was not putting ON. when we raised complain of both stained ceramic and power off, they came and repaired only the power issue. ceramic coating was dirty. another tech guy came to clean the ceramic coat with some vinegar. 2 guys spent an hr to clean the ceramic coating nd managed to remove some of stains and left. after tha few days the oven was not used at all and few days later when i open to check the oven, there was big dent and deep scratch of the ceramic coating, which apparently happend by the service guys who came to clean. this ceramic coating has 10yrs warranty. and now when we complained about the damage done by their guys, they took our series of complains and never resonded at all. i would say, Samsung products all of them will soon its market in India with their worst third class customer car and response.

                        I registered a complaint for my AC on 11 May. Service order No.[protected].
                        I was told somebody will contact me within 24 hrs. So far no response. The contact No. given by you in the SMS [protected] is also not reachable. When contacted your toll free yesterday, response was "will be resolved as soon as possible". It is very vague answer and I wonder how soon? I am having 2 LG AC which was set right within 24 hrs. Very poor and irresponsible service and reply from Samsung

                          I already sent many mails and 5 reminder mails to samsung customer support and ceo desk but i m not getting any responsible reply.
                          I am really getting frustrated and i am losing my patience.

                          I purchased the above mentioned mobile phone on 23.04.2015.

                          After a while, front glass was broken accidentally and i took it to the service centre on 23.04.2016 and i asked for the warranty cover because i am a pre booked customer and i have one time screen replacement warranty. The executive (Ms. Loshini) in the sjn service centre responded that she will forward to q&a department regarding the warranty cover and assured me that i will get the warranty.

                          I noted that my status was lp customer in the system and they were convinced me for the extended warranty which comes around rs.3750.
                          O i am very sure that i am eligible for the warranty

                          But instead of informing me at the time of complaint, they informed me after 10 days they rejected it mentioning that i was few hours late for the warranty cover which is against contract. Every time when i contact service centre they are guiding me to call toll free number including local asm manikandan and service centre manager ashok.

                          Here i would like to mention few details.

                          After visiting service centre, i spoke to your customer care executives twice and i did not get a proper response. Even worse they replied that they don't know about the procedures in the samsung service centre. Ref num : [protected]

                          But i would like to clarify on what basis you came to a conclusion that i agreed for chargeable service of my mobile.

                          In case if i don't have the warranty claim, you could have informed me on that day itself. Why the service centre took 10 days to convey that i am not eligible for the warranty.

                          So, as per your statement, during warranty coverage, you will charge for the free service by mentioning that the customer agreed for charging.

                          The bone of contention is i have a warranty coverage but charged wrongly.
                          You did not answer whether i am eligible for warranty or not. If i am not eligible then give me the reason for the same.

                          You can't just like that say that i accepted for chargeable service.

                          I need free replacement and kindly ensure the same..

                            Background for this is, I was on travel and came to attend one family function in surat. Suddenly my phone had some issue and it stopped charging fast and it takes more then 12 hours to charge fully. The biggest mistake that i did was to go to samsung repair center and gave them this phone. They said that they can do this in 2 days and give me back on 11 may. I said ok please take it and do it as this flagship samsung galaxy s6 edge phone is still under warranty . Since that date till today i can here only some or the other reason for not to give proper solution to my phone 1) parts came but broken 2) parts are not available 3) we ordered parts 4) parts came but faulty 5) parts came and we fit it under some other urgent phone. I am not sure what to do now. I contacted email support and chat support as well but they said that you will get call back in next 4 hours yesterday. I did not get any call back . I am not in my own city which is pune and currently sitting in surat and waiting for this phone to get delivered today. If not i am going out of this city and then my grievance Representative will take all the follow ups. I am not sure even my mails are reaching to some one and some one is taking actions on it. but i have to keep writing with the hope. Now after 5 days of waiting in different city for my phone i guess i need to move back to my original one and do further process though officials. Please take a look at this jobsheet and as promised please deliver this today as this is my last day stay in surat. I already cancelled one ticket for pune and now i can not cancel ticket to singapore for this phone if not delivered today.

                              I lodged a complaint for general servicing of my AC on 10th March 2016 online. On 18/3/16 i received SMS giving service order no: [protected] and assigning the work order to one Mr Shaik with cell no: [protected]. But to my surprise I find he has not so far turned up for servicing the system. today I find water being sprinkled out from the AC.

                              May I request you to check how the above work order has been resolved without attending and send somebody immediately tomorrow itself

                                  An engg visit same day my home n told me " gas leaked from the refrigerator, deposit, RS. 1000/ in advance than other person will come tomorrow to fill the gas. We have deposited rs1000/ on 12/5/16 Mr RAM Bahadur came to my house and fill the gas and change the filters also and told me that the refrigerator is OK now. He take the balance of money and departed after giving the money recipt no 1216 dt 12/5/16 of Electronic Peoples. But the refrigerator is in same condition.
                                  I have contact to RAM Bahadur who is assigned by service center after 2 hrs of repairing n told the problem. He told me that he will come on 13/5/16
                                  I have contact to customer care also on 13th at, 9:22 am but no one contact me from your service centre till 9:00 PM
                                  I have again contact to customer care but no one respond.

                                    I got installed 12 split a/c 7 at my Res and 5 at my farm house with an expectatio to get good after sale service. But to my great surprise, I contacted Indore based service center to get repaired 5 a/c at my farm house, I came in contact with Mr Nagar [protected] abou 10 days back who is assuring me everyday to send a person to get it repaired but Inspite calling him everyday, he gives me false promise.                                         I purchased macro from samsung showroom and within one year, its roller ring is having problem, in auto setup it has melted.

                                        Now, i tried so many times but no response, just they provide the engineer number and if call them they ignore and disconnect the call.

                                        Sometimes, they talked rudely, just like a i am begging.

                                        The macro (Ovam for cooking) is in guarantee period but i think they are cheating and i am not sure about the product, they provide us 3 years warranty but now, they are herashing and time consuming.

                                        Please help me to resolve it quickly.
