I hv purchased Samsung Ac on 26 April 2014 model no 18HV5NSWKNNA, after 2 month AC hv some cooling issues but this problem is resolved by filling the gas on it, after sometime this issue arises again and again during 2 yr o[censored]se 5 to 6 times gas refill is done and I'm registered at least 15 complaints but my AC hv this problem today also last time I refilled gas on 7 April 2016 ...!!! So plz exchange my product becouse this is a defective product .

    I received a message claiming that i have won 4.63 crore (Call came from a delhi no. [protected]) and to claim that i need to deposit 20000 in an account that is of a sbi branch kasimpur near aligarh u. P. This money is required to clear excise duty of the prize rewarded. There is a lady and a man (Pretending to be excise officer) on call who are continuously pressurizing me to deposit amount as soon as possible. From beginning i knew that this is a scam but i want them to be arrested. As i am unaware of how to make complaints so that quick action is taken immediately. Please help.

      Dear sir,

      I bought 2 ACs of Samsung on 5th April'16 and have been asking the dealer to get the same installed but my call was not attended till 19th of April. Finally on 20thApril it got installed by Samsung engineer for which i have bill also, but after the installation it was not working properly. I raised calls but none was attended & on 27th evening i realized the my AC has stopped working. I called the customer care & raised the call again i received the SMS with the contact number engineer when i called him he said I am out of staion..

      After waiting i got a call from someone saying i need to visit your home to check the same after telling him that i will be at home by 6PM he refused to come that time.

      Sir, I have spent my money on the worthless product, even after complaining to their website and calls and telling them that the product if defaulty they are not giving any solution to the same. I have the complaint numbers but none of them is attended. I request you to please help and advise a solution because they are not taking it seriously at all.

      Their service is very slow please advise me i want to raise a complaint against Samsung product

        I have purchased the samsung galaxy s7 edge by pre booking it on 8th march from samsung india e-store, for which i am eligible for for a free gear vr. I received the device and i inserted two sim cards in the device (One which was used for ordering and an other one). Also, i activated the my galaxy app from the same number which i used for pre booking. After few days, i got a message congratulating me for s7 edge and that the claim of free gear vr starts from 5th april for which i have to generate a coupon code from my galaxy app. But after 5th april i haven't received any coupon to claim gear vr from my galaxy app. I have sent email with all the details to my.[protected]@samsung.com and support.[protected]@samsung.com.. There was no proper response for about 20 days and now they simply tell me that the device is activated with my other number and hence can't claim the offer. The customer executive which gave me a call, didn't even answer my question and simply disconnected the call while i was speaking to her.

        I want to lodge a compliant against samsung for:
        1. Fraud by means of ambiguous conditions being kept for activating the device.
        2. Unethical customer care executive.

        Same issue with me ...Imust tell u no one should ever go for SAMSUNG Product, they are fully cheating there customers in s7 pre booking.
        Plz never ever go for s7or any product of SAMSUNG .

          I purchased a Refrigerator on 28/3/15. Since the beginning the same used to stop cooling and the colour of the door also was faded. The same was brought in the notice of Samsung who sent engineers umpteen number of times but failed to do anything about it. All they did was did some adjustments and asked me to wait for a few days after which the Refrigerator would again start working but again would stop after a couple of days.
          I even wrote to the CEO also who sent another technician who gain didnt do anything about it. Now the Refrigerator has again stopped working.
          I feel cheated and am about to refer the matter to the Consumers' Forum for justice.

            Even after several complaints to customer care no one has attended we spoke to service engineer satisha kumara who attended for the first complaint, as per him the problem has occurred due to dust or oil deposit occured at the trime of installation of compressor on 01 october 2015 (Cash reciept no 10498 rs 8066) and he said he has sent report on the same day it self

            My air conditioner not working properly and no service provided by parental company please provide a solution for this problem.

              I am abhineet from india and long term genuine customer of samsung products, i bought samsung j7 mobile handset two months ago with all believe on samsung products & services.

              Sorry to bring in your notice that it was deadly samsung worst customer experience & fraud from one of your authorized service center that is electronic people -[protected].

              Complete address – g-7 punit vrindavan tower, behind police choki sanjay place. Agra, email – [protected]@gmail.com

              Brief explanation :

              1. I bought samsung galaxy j7 (J 700) handset – [protected] on 14th feb 2016.
              2. Just after one month camera stopped working, mobile was handover to same electronic people service center and they said camera has replaced with new one.
              3. On very next day i experienced camera pics not clear, hot spot not opens so i again approached service center and response was not satisfactory said they will contact samsung and update me but there was no contact till date on that issue.

              Fraud & dishonesty – worst customer experience by electronic people service center (Bill no. [protected]) :

              4. Just after 4-5 days with faulty camera & handset, mobile phone totally shut down.
              5. I approach same service center but employee working their & manager told me that mobile phone got moisture, step by step mental pain given by samsung authorized service center -
               mobile set out of warranty due to moisture, i admit yes may be some moisture by some unfamiliar reason
               pcb – motherboard got burn out to fused, need replacement without warranty.
               display screen got burn out to fused, need replacement without warranty.
              6. Service center demands me for money - 13, 500 rupees inr which nears about cost of new handset.

              I asked for written estimate of all such expenses then i was only ready to pay to them but they refused to provide me in written commitment and process. So i obtained back my mobile handset with signed receipt from center, on service center only i press the power button and set displaying welcome screen and that was evening time. On very next day strange happened, i put my mobile on heat / few minutes of bright sunlight and mobile set booted up & starts working.

              Above statements are all true & showing fraud happening in your authorized service centers which directly affects badly to samsung as a no. 1 global brand and requesting you to stop & monitor with control those frauds.
              I am in process to take this to social media and my legal via consumer court & filed case on samsung for all this mental dissatisfaction & dishonesty.

              Present condition – mobile is back in warranty now & slow processing with some functions got effected. Please fix present issues or provide new handset & don’t explain me the prescribed process as things not happened as per genuine process.

                  The paint inside my microwave oven is peeling. I have complained to Samsung about this TWICE (service orders #[protected] and [protected]) but no action has been taken yet. I was told that the oven would be replaced; but no action has been taken for over a month. I neither have the time nor patience to keep following up with the service engineer. Very disappointing experience with Samsung. Hoping that some action is taken via this written complaint.

                  Thanks! I was given a refund on my faulty microwave. This forum has really helped me get in touch with the Samsung escalation team. They called me as soon as I lodged this complaint. They connected me to the service center and speeded up their internal processes to help me get a refund. Thank you very much.

                    I bought a Samsung 40 inch TV 5 years back, and within a year, it started giving problems. When we tried to power it on, it would just make a continuous clicking sound and not turn on. At that time, I called the service center and they were clueless. They tried to change different parts, but, nothing worked. Sometimes the problem would go away by itself, but, then last month, it kept persisting.

                    My Samsung TV has been off the blink for 3 weeks now, and Samsung has not been able to fix it yet. I have already paid 10k, and still nothing! I had the misfortune to approach their call center and my complaint was routed to the HCL service center for my Samsung TV.

                    HCL Services sent an engineer (Ravindra) who first advised me to change the power board. Then he came the next day and changed the main board instead, and could give no explanation as to why he was changing a different part than what he had originally said. The TV started working for 2 hours and conked off again (i.e. it just wouldn't start). Then he told me that both the power board and main board are not working and should be changed together. I had already paid 8k for the main board, and I had to shell out 8k more for the power board. Then the engineer came today with one part only - i.e. only the power board. I refused to let him change it as I told him that he had himself advised me to change both the parts together, so he should change both together.
                    Then I got a call from Akram from the office. He said that there is nothing wrong with the main board and that I should have "questioned" the engineer when he recommended the change of the motherboard!!! Why would a customer question an engineer, God knows! He couldn't tell me why he hadn't questioned him himself. I reminded him that I had asked him to send a senior engineer in my prior conversation with him. But, he outright denied it. These guys should be taken to consumer court for such bald-faced lies!!!

                    If there was nothing wrong with the mother board, then why did he change it? Why have they taken my money? Now, he tried to tell me that only the power board needs to be changed. When I told Akram that he should pay me back for the mother board, he said he "couldn't commit"!!! They think that customers are just powerless to be taken for a ride.

                    Samsung's TAT for answering a complaint is supposedly 24 hours, but, this service center sends an engineer only 4 days after the call. And then they quickly close the call from their side, even if the complaint is not resolved, so that the customer is forced to open a new call and start the whole TAT process again. In 3 weeks, I registered 3 calls for the same problem. One time they closed a call when I told him that I would have to consult my husband about the estimate and I needed a few hours.

                      Off and on there used to be some problem and the phone used to hang up. But 5 days ago the phone suddenly burst while it was lying in my bag and I was on my way back home. Luckily it was not in my pocket otherwise I would have been badly hurt the way it burst.

                      This is not expected from a renowned company like Samsung. I expect a full refund of my amount.

                        Had ordered a touch screen digitiser for my samsung s4 but the item received was found incompatible for my set.thus as the item was covered under return clause i contacted the cust care several times but was told the same will be picked up.As delay was being caused for return, i returned the same to dlvry.com torwa bilaspur personally and obtained a receipt for return of the item.further an sms msg was also received confirming the return receipt of the item. However no action for refund of the cost of the item rs.5100 has yet been intimated to me nor any other input has yet been given to me.It appears that the intention to refund the cost of item is being intentially avoided. the order ID of the same is 85921541. kindly indulge urgently to settle the issue to avoid tarnishing the co's name as one which cheats its customers.am sanguine for a prompt refund action, sincerely awaiting a positive response, col james lall

                          Respected sir, we have purchased a samsung refrigerator (Rt42k5468sl 415 liter) s/n: 0d1j4dbh100442h double door refrigerator from sargam electronics in lajpat nagar on 6th march’16 for the price of rs 44, 500. The fridge stopped working from the very initial days of purchase and ice started to develop in the fridge section of the refrigerator due to which the cooling was constantly getting degraded. We called the samsung service center and they sent their 1st level of technician abhimanyu rana who claimed that the fridge is absolutely fine and there is no problem in it. He didn’t even bother investigating if there is ice being developed or not. On insisting i asked him to leave his temperature meter at our place and didn’t give him the otp of the complaint.In the evening i called him to confirm that the fridge temperature is still not improvising, thus he said that he will send his senior engineer to our place. The next day rehman hifzu (Senior engineer) visited our place and asked us to switch off the fridge for another day in order to investigate, as because of ice he wasn’t able to open the fridge. The next day again he visited and upon further investigation he realized that the sensor and fan are not working in the refrigerator because of which there is no cooling in the refrigerator. Because of this problem our milk is getting spoiled every day, loads of vegetables have got rotten. I called the customer care and asked them to either refund the money for my refrigerator or give me a replacement for the same, as we haven’t paid a huge amount of our hard earned money for a defective piece. On this the customer grievance manager, pankaj talwar called the next day, who is just so arrogant and doesn’t knows what the power of a customer is. He just kept arrogantly saying that i won’t refund the money nor will i replace the fridge. I will get it repaired. When i insisted of speaking to his senior/ manager, he said i am the senior most person here, as if he is the ceo of the organization. Such arrogant person should be removed from his designation, as he doesn’t understands what customer feedback is. If such disrespectful people keep working in such a brand, it will lead to ruining of their brand image as the employees of samsung don’t want to understand the grievance of the customer. It’s been a week now, that our refrigerator isn’t working and we are just going in circles for refund/ replacement of the refrigerator. The crisis that we are facing, pankaj talwar doesn’t understand. We don’t have cold water to drink at our place when the temperature outside is 43 degree celsius. Now our fridge is left in an unattended state. I request you to please look into my complaint and either get us the refund for our refrigerator or a replacement, as we don’t want to use a defective piece at the price of paying full amount to samsung.

                          I bought a Samsung Refrigerator in June 2015, two weeks ago the fruit and vegetables box got broken and since then I have registered 8-10 complaints to Samsung customer care but their promises of sending the technician are failed till now.                             Our fridge compressor was spoiled from past 20 days and we have 1 year guarantee when we buyed on 19/7/2015 and our fridge was damaged on 5 april of 2016. We have complained to complaint servicer they said that they 'll solve our problem but they are not taking any action ee hope that u can help us by repairing the part or if not we want new fridge to be replaced

                              Sub: sale of defective ac
                              Dear sir,
                              Our family is a loyal client of samsung for about two decades and have been using your favourable services well as products. Most of the purchases have been from your dealer aarco in lajpat nagar with mr. Puneet facilitating the sales. However in a recent purchase we feel terribly let down as we seem to have been taken for a ride.
                              Although samsung has stopped manufacturing windows acs we were sold one over a year back from aarco with the assurance that it was a perfect piece that met all specifications and would receive same service as other products of samsung.
                              The ac worked fine last summer and this year on 16th april when we decided to clean and prepare the ac to start we found it did not cool. The samsung technician sent by your agency checked on 17th and said that he suspected gas leak as he saw some formation of ice, which is rare in a new machine. On 19th the samsung workshop team took the machine and on 20th mr. Pawan rang up to say that there were major issues - some coil was to be replaced and gas to be filled and the estimate was for rs. 10000/- which left us shocked. They also informed that the guarantee period for all parts is one year only and as we have just crossed one year we have to bear the expense.
                              How is it that as soon as guarantee period ends such major faults appear in a brand new machine? We have acs which even after 15- 18 years have never had gas leak or defect in coils.The service team as well as dealers team say its not possible in such a short period. Either we have been handed a defective piece or there is an error in checking up the problem and we are being misled. For no fault of ours we are facing this problem.
                              Samsung is a reputed company and i request you to please look into the matter and inform me of the correct position. I await your response and positive action. If you think i need to contact any other senior officials in samsung for this purpose, do provide me with names and contact numbers to do the needful.

                                I bought samsung washing machine ( wa62h4200hy/tl ) in reliance digital ( inorbit mall, hyderabad ).

                                From staring onwards, i am facing issue with oil leakage in the defect washing machine. All my family member's clothes spoiled with oil shades which are not going once it comes. I have given complaints many times to samsung people but they are checking but issue was not resolved.Again and again problems are coming.

                                Note : samsung people repaired more than 3 times but issue was not resolved. Kindly help me regarding this because i bought new washing machine(Not second hand or defect piece ) .

                                Due to this washing machine, i lost more than 20, 000 rs by spoiling all my family member's clothes.

                                I have followed up many times ( more than 100 times ) with samsung people but they did not give any proper response.

                                I have requested either refund or replace the washing machine to avoid further loses ( i have already lost more than 20, 000 rs ) to me in future.

                                Finally aabha sahu (Senior executive customer experience ) from samsung confirmed that they will not refund or replace the machine.

                                So i am contacting you. Kindly help me regarding this.

                                    I purchased samsung air conditioner on 18th april from bajaj electronics dilsukhnagar, hyderabad and they tool two days to deliver the product and logged the sale to samsung on 20th april.

                                    Received a call from samsung that a technician will visit within two days. Till 8.00 pm on 24th april 2016 nobody visited for installation or no one even called to tell when they will visit.

                                    Now i lodged a compliant with samsung after four days and they say some one will call to within 24 hours which means even on 25th 8.00 pm i need to wait for someone to call and tell me when they will install the ac. They may again tell thel will come after two days or three days or god knows what their slas are.

                                    This seems a really useless company selleing the productions without any service. I am sincerely repending for buying product of samsung for the kind of poor service infrastructure they have.

                                    I suggest everyone to go for a professional company like hitachi rather than buying samsung products.

                                    As per details from samsung by reference number is [protected].

                                    I logded a complaint with their call centre now (8.00 pm on 24th april, sunday) and the reference number for complaint given by them is [protected].

                                    Lastly when i asked to tell me the escalation point, the message i received is their supervisors are not available at this point of time. They call it as 24 x 7 service.

                                    Useless service by samsung.

                                    I had purchase samsung television on12/03/2016.

                                    After one month Tv has given problem, complaint given at service center, lots of calls engineer visited & told smps failure in that, need to be change that, it will take 4to 5days, till now they are not given proper intimation about status.

                                      The product as per order id no ab11585172p5511471 on 22 april 16. The product is pack of gio men's round neck t shirt and samsung guru e1200.
                                      I charge the battery of the handset which was came along with it.
                                      After insertion my sim card, i make a call on my relative mobile number.After attending the call, during in conversation process i heard a huge noise in both transmit as well as receive mode. It is impossible to talk. I immediately terminate the call. Again i call to other known mobile number. I found the same problem which was feeled in the last call.
                                      I again placed third call to other number, the same problem persist.
                                      I am feeling so bad that my family members are arguing for placing order online.
                                      Also the size of t shirt is required as xl.
                                      I hope you feel the feelings of your valued online customer.
                                      It is also the matter of your goodwill of your company. Hope you replace the product as early as possible.
