I am using Samsung SGH-L700 mobile handset for the past 4 to 5 years . I was already facing serious battary .Nevertheless i still continued to use it as my usage was very less . Recently I am stuck with another problem ... All of a sudden my mobile got switched off automatically and when i switched it on it shows "INSERT A SIM CARD" and it gives me only one option "MAKE A CALL TO SOS" . I am neither able to make calls nor receive them ....

Sir, My mobile is in warranty period. The touch screen is not working but the display was proper. I went to customer care center at Andheri east. They are telling me to pay 6500 Rs. for new touch screen and display. How can they charge me when the mobile is in warranty period, While receiving my mobile I found that even the display had gone now.I take utmost care while using my mobile and they are telling that water must have gone inside....
