I made a complain few days back about the refrigerator that it has temperature issues, your technician has visited several time to get it repaired but nothing happens, i doubt the brand now, because he is just a retailer from who i purchased but the product comes from Samsung warehouse/factory, its just 2 months to the purchase and i am facing hell lot of troubles, it would have been a better option if i would have purchased a second hand refrigerator i guess, the complaint number is [protected], the date of invoice is 3rd Apr 2015, its not even 3 months that i made a purchase of this refrigerator for rupees ( Fifty Thousand Five Hundred ) but it seems like its a decade old as every other day i have to call up and lodge a complaint, do you guys think its worth doing that every now and then, their are ample of brands available in the market but i chose Samsung because of its brand name in the market but i think i made a wrong choice, i would kindly request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my query resolved by replacing the product, or else i will be left with the option of going legal and public about it which i don't really want to at the moment, i hope you understand my frustration and get me a prompt solution.
