      Hi I had purchased Samsung 40 inch smart TV on Oct 2012. From panchkula and my number registered for the same was [protected], I guess u can get the details from my number. During that period I didn't wanted the led to be wall mounted and placed it in the stand, the engineer who came in gave me the wall mounted panel which I kept in safe. Now I came to dehradun and wanted the led to be wall mounted, I was shocked to know that the pannel does not belong to this led it is of some old model of LCD. I went to Samsung service centre dehradun and they straight away showed their inability to help me ...what a great customer service that was, , straight away denying.         I made a complain few days back about the refrigerator that it has temperature issues, your technician has visited several time to get it repaired but nothing happens, i doubt the brand now, because he is just a retailer from who i purchased but the product comes from Samsung warehouse/factory, its just 2 months to the purchase and i am facing hell lot of troubles, it would have been a better option if i would have purchased a second hand refrigerator i guess, the complaint number is [protected], the date of invoice is 3rd Apr 2015, its not even 3 months that i made a purchase of this refrigerator for rupees ( Fifty Thousand Five Hundred ) but it seems like its a decade old as every other day i have to call up and lodge a complaint, do you guys think its worth doing that every now and then, their are ample of brands available in the market but i chose Samsung because of its brand name in the market but i think i made a wrong choice, i would kindly request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my query resolved by replacing the product, or else i will be left with the option of going legal and public about it which i don't really want to at the moment, i hope you understand my frustration and get me a prompt solution.

            MANAGER SAMSUNG INDIA - I Mohammed Shareef Pre Booked Galaxy S6 Edge and got delivered on 10-April-2015. From the Date of purchase The Gadget keeps on Hanging. First Time I Restart the Mobile and it was working properly, again on 18-June-2015 the phone hanged. I was trying to restart but I was shocked to see that Touch was not working. Immediately I rushed to the authorised Samsung Service Centre, they updated the Software and the mobile was working, Again On 25-June-2015 the phone hung up. I request the Samsung to look into this matter and solve the issue. I want to exchange the mobile. Repeatedly The Mobile is hanging and am trying to restart but the phone is not responding and we can't keep doing rounds around the service centres. Spending INR. 58, 000 Rupees and rounding the Service centres is not worthy. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

              The display of my Galaxy Note 4 broke and when I gave it at the Indranagar Service Centre on 17th of June... I was promised that the phone will be fixed and delivered or I can pick it up in 6days after phone submission, I tried calling the service centre after 7days nobody responded, I went to the service centre to know the status and my phone was not even looked at, they assure me to fix it in another 2days excusing of not having enough stock, I call them after 2days and I am told my phone is still not fixed, please do the needful at the earliest as life is too difficult without my phone for 3weeks

                I had procured Samsung Refrigerator 253 liters model # RT27HAJYASA/TL/2014 from Electronic Paradise (Janak Puri, Delhi) on 08 Sep, 14 but in 8-9 months I found that there is some crack in inner part of the body and immediately I logged a complaint to Samsung and its Ref # [protected]. And next day I got a call from Samsung Service Department for verification and one representative also came to my residence and he clicked some photographs for proofs and after 2-3 days again I got a call from Samsung on 08 June, 15 with stated that your case is approved by Samsung and will refund the billing amount to you and advised me that our representative will contact you for some documents like (Cancelled Cheque / Copy of bill / ID proof) and I handed over all the documents to him but from that date to till date I haven't received any update on the case. I asked them for replacement of the same model product but they refused to provide me that with stated that model is discontinued by Samsung, will refund the amount to you. I am trying to your Customer Service Department from past 4-5 days for knowing the facts of my case but not a single customer service representative in a position for reverting of my queries. Every representative is saying that they have forwarded the request to concerned department and they will get in touch with me very soon and update about the developments on the case but nobody is responding on the queries and I don't have any updates on the matter. Such a pathetic service providing by Samsung to his customers, definitely you will loose your credibility in the market due to this kind of support to your customers. Even had a bad experience with Samsung on Refrigerator product again I procured the Samsung Refrigerator 321 liters from CROMA (Rohini, Delhi). If I don't get any response within 2-3 days than I will approach to consumer court and file a claim for the cost of both the refrigerators and harassment to the customers. Requesting you to please let me know the exact status of the case (When can I expect the reimbursement of the amount) otherwise you guys are forcing me to take some hard action against the case.                       My Note 4 is under warranty and its facing a lot of problems including that my side buttons are not working. The service center in model town, delhi is not ready to reapair/replace my phone as according to the center the phone isnt valid to be under warranty due to physical damage(i.e. manufacturer defect) and also said that the other problems(interface problems) will only be entertained only if you pay and get the side butttons repaired. I ve already paid alot for a defective phone and i wont pay more. The service quality a customer gets from samsung will only decrease its sale in the possible future. And i know my suggestion wont matter that much but please dont give franchises for the service center.

                        This is regarding the Poor Service and Response i am getting from a Mobile Service Center in Alleppey Kerala. I have given my Samsung Note 2 Mobile which had a complaint of not getting charged, to be repaired at a Samsung Service Center in Alleppey Keral (details below) on 4th June 2015. The Service center diagnosed the issue to be with the USB port and it need to be replaced. I gave by approval for replacement. It was promised the Phone will be repaired and returned by 8th June, which was later changed to 11th June and today is 24th June and still the mobile is not repaired and i am really annoyed about it. I am now back in Switzerland as i was in India for short time. On continous followup by my family members, still the response is we are repairing. Also the phone numbers provided are either switched off or have no response. I don't believe it takes 20 days to replace a USB port. This is really a bad service and impacts the name of famed brand like Samsung. I am sure Samsung could be having audit of all its auhorised service centers and there should be a strict action taken against such Service Centers, which work towards not customer satisfaction but customer dissatisfaction. Appreciate if this is taken as a very serious complain and hope the voice reaches concerned people.                             Dear Sir, With due respect I (Amit Kr. Saha) want to inform you that I have purchased the Air Conditioner – 1.5 Ton (Inverter Technology) from your dealer M/S. Khoshla Electronics (Baruipur Branch, Invoice No 3924/1516/01699) on 14TH June 2015. After installation the machine on 18TH June 2015 it has been observed that the machine is not working properly due to A.C. gas leak & it has been also observed by the Service Technician who had installed the same. Sir, I have informed the same at your dealer point M/S. Khoshla Electronics, and everyday they are promising me for replacement but till date no action taken from your dealer. After I purchased the machine it is never being used, your product and service provided felt me a very bad experience in my life. In my house an aged serious patient is lying & for her it is very urgent requirement. As a esteemed customer of Samsung I never expect this type of horrible service from your company. I will never recommend any person to buy Samsung product in future. I therefore kindly request you please replace the faulty machine at earliest otherwise I will be bound to complain the same in consumer forum. Hope you will be understood my situation & prompt action taken from your sight. Need your kind insolvent, cooperation and also need an earliest reply about this matter.

The same has not been done for the 10 days even after repeated calls made to service agency . The reply from them is very not in proper terms. They are always giving some excuse for not installing the TV. This is not how a customer is to be treated by your agent. Request your kind intervention.

                                      Dear Sir, I have purchased one Samsung Smartphone model no. s5830 on 24.08.2012 from Kolkata, India with 1 year guarantee. After purchase I took it to Egypt without start my mobile. After reaching there I started the mobile and it worked perfectly. After two days I found that the mobile is frequently hanging. In hanging condition, when I close it and open the battery and again restart, it is working well. I submitted the mobile in Samsung service centre, Cairo, Egypt. They opened it and checked. They reported that the motherboard has to change and they will not provide free service (although it is under guarantee period) as it is purchased from another country. So I taken it return. After 8 month I came back to Kolkata and submitted to Samsung service centre Kolkata. They told that the mother board has to change but it will not be free as it is opened outside. So, the motherboard is changed by payment. After some time the mobile showed charging problem. I again submitted it to that service centre. They asked me to change the charger then again advised to change battery. I have done all by payment. The mobile worked. Again after some time appeared touchpad problem. The service centre changed it by payment. Handset now OK. After few days again charging problem appeared. The service centre tried 3 times by changing the charging pin, but it is not ok. All after this, the service centre told that the mother board again has to change. They also advised me to through the mobile and purchase a new one as now cost of mobile decreased and again invest of money for this mobile no meaning. My dear sir, this is the quality of Samsung mobile! From the beginning of purchase this mobile have fault. I did not get any service guarantee. I lost a lot of money by the advice of your service centre one by one. If it can’t be solved and if they would tell me in the beginning then at least I would save some money. I think they not checked well. Sir, I have changed the motherboard by payment, again if this motherboard have problem why I will pay for changing this motherboard? They told motherboard has guarantee only 3 month and the date expired. I have changed the motherboard on 10.04.2013. I have attended to your service centre on 04.112013 with charging problem. They advised me to change charger (although the motherboard which they replaced have problem) and I changed. They misguided me; actual fault they not told in time and time of guarantee lapsed. When time over they informed that the changed motherboard have problem. I was continuously attended to the service centre for the problems one by one. Yesterday I lodged a complaint in the customer care. Today somebody called me from your service centre and advised me to go to another service centre and change the motherboard by payment. I denied for payment again. This is the fault of Samsung Company and its service centre. Why I will pay again? I paid a lot by their advice. Please see the attachments. Kindly give me a good advice. They advised me to change charger (although the motherboard which they replaced have problem) and I changed. They misguided me; actual fault they not told in time and time of guarantee lapsed. When time over they informed that the changed motherboard have problem. I was continuously attended to the service centre for the problems one by one. Yesterday I lodged a complaint in the customer care. Today somebody called me from your service centre and advised me to go to another service centre and change the motherboard by payment. I denied for payment again. This is the fault of Samsung Company and its service centre. Why I will pay again? I paid a lot by their advice. Please see the attachments. Kindly give me a good advice.
