Dear sir 3 June 2015I bought s3neo but after 10 days it automatically switch off than switch on. So please give me great opinion for uninterrupte service.. I'm lover of Samsung gadgets and always prefer for Samsung... So please give a satisfaction reason and make me happy..

    Toay i am going to one of the service centre in shanker nagar near haldiram and the service centre name is spectrum services and this is the authorized service centre as per samsung .but there is a very poor service today i am going to change my mobile vibrater but there a representative ms sneha bade he says product not available ...regard javed akhtet my number is [protected]

      Respected Sir Pahredaar i am Rajendra Shrivastava, i am purchase samsung mobile handset core 2 model date 23 Feb 2015 by Deepak Electonic Jabalpur MP. my handset battery is drain average 1% with in 3 minute. this complain i am visit Sagar MP Pooja Mobile Service Center Samsun mobile Date 13 june 2015 . this service senter my mobile software update but not resolve my problem. my battery is also drain . i am again complain sagar service center and again complain. service CENTER INCHARGE insure me battry change 24 june 2015 i am call samsung customer care center call 6 times but nit solve my problem i am visit Date 24, 25, 26, 27 June but not change my battery change by service center Sagar MP Date 27June 2015 visit again and service center Sagar Pooja Mobile he say Date sir aapki battey abhi nahi aai hai please come to Monday date 28 June 2015 jab aapki new battery aayegi tab chnge kar denge. my mobile no-[protected] [protected]

        I had deposited a SAMSUNG TAB to local service centre - Bill No [protected] on[protected]. Till date I have not received the item. On calling your customer care section on two separate days I am informed the item is ready and I can collect it from the service centre.However upon visiting the centre I am informed the item is not ready.I have waited 8 days and given wrong information on basis of which I have had to skip important official jobs to visit your service centre.Why is the customer harassed this way? Why is your system so poor that even after 8 days a relatively simple job is not done. The Service manager Bhaskar Das is unhelpful - I will have to approach consumer court for Samsung shoddy service and harassment to consumer by providing totally wrong information.Neither has your Area service manager contacted me as requested thru your customer complaint cell

          I bought one split Air Conditioner model name AR18HC3USNBNNA on 10.04.2015. From the very beginning it did not work properly the way it should have. I complained to the service center for checking the machine. They came and reported gas leakage. Even after their repairing, again it failed to cool the room. Again I complained on 24th June, 2015. Again Gas leakage problem is detected and now they want to take the machine with them, repair and again they want to install. But, I want to replace the machine since a defective Air Conditioner has been given to me. But from Samsung Service Center they are unwilling to replace the machine and denying the fact that a defective machine has been supplied. I don't want to use this machine and want it to be replaced as early as possible. I bought this machine on the basis of Samsung's Goodwill. I request you to look into the matter and solve the above mentioned problem as early as possible. Quick response will be highly appreciated.

            I have Purchases a Samsung Washing machine from TMC Vijayawada on 24.06.2015. At the time of purchase I was told that the machine will be installed with in 24 hrs of purchase. After 24 hrs I have received a SMS from Samsung with ref. No. [protected]. I have not received any phone call from your service centre sofar. I have called your toll free number thrice to enquire regarding this. Every time I have received the standard answar, our engineer will come and attend with in two hrs. I am pissed up with the attitude of your service centre and I would like to advise all the people to be careful before buying any Samsung product regarding their service provided to the customers.

                  I ordered sony earphone and sandisk micro sd card and samsung usb cable after late delivery i got shock looking at the product a cheap quality earphone even cheap than one sold near the railway station even the micro sc card was not of sandisk and the usb was also brandless i am very upset by bookmyoffer service and vy their product never buy some thing from this site

                      Have purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND NEO PLUS GT-I9060I (MIDNIGHT BLACK) vide order no[protected] dt. 03.06.15 & subsequently received the same on 06.06.15. But after inserting Sim Cards & charging it full the problem is, mobile getting hang frequently. Went to Samsung Service Ctr in Garia & Anwar Shaw Road at least five times. They have configured the set, sometimes said the problem is due to cover & sometimes saying that we are to keep th same with them and they will try to search the problem in thir Machine. Now please suggest what to do after purchasing a mobile with Rs 10000/- (approx) from such a reputed online seller like Amazon and such a reputed brand like Samsung

                        Hi, I write this letter with lot of anguish and pain caused for being an ardent customer of your “Samsung” Brand. Eventually I find myself being cheated and least to say losing faith on all your services, not to say a well deserved lesson at a price. The other day my Samsung smartphone accidentally slipped to fall into water and after my best of efforts to dry, it was working normally, except the fact that the battery wasn’t getting charged. Eventually, the remaining battery drained out by the day. Hoping to get an answer and a solution, I approached your “Samsung Mobile Service Center” customer service located in your Ava Court Mall, Malibu Town, Sector-47. After I explained my story of how I ended in the service center, the service guy comments that water has seeped into the LCD and mother board is damaged. I requested to please open and check before finalizing the diagnosis. The phone was unscrewed and after checking was informed that the phone is dead and I need to replace the motherboard and the screen, which would cost me 11K to replace with no hope of working and I need to invest in the motherboard and the screen. Returning dejected, I headed straight to the mobile shop to buy another set as it made me no sense to invest rather buy a new set. The next hour I was at the shop and purchased another “Samsung” smartphone as I was comfortable all my life with the brand and services (Ironically, my first phone was a Samsung and I continue to use the same brand. My whole family uses Samsung mobile, which includes my wife, sister and Mother). What came as a bolt from the blue was after the purchase, while I transferring the details from the sim to the new phone, the guy asked for my old phone and replaced the battery…and VOILA, it was working perfectly. I am pained to write this letter in anguish that I spend 10.5k rupees just because the Samsung service center guy wrongly failed to check the issue as a battery problem and not that the mother board was burnt and no chance of revival whatsoever as diagnosed Considering the events experienced by me during the day, I am at my wits end about how a brand such as Samsung cons people. I think I am well within my rights to demand for a apology and compensate my pain and metal agony. I hope and pray a brand such as Samsung is not indulging activities to fleece its customers. P.S If requested, I can provide proof details of receipts of “Trinity sales and services” and “the new Samsung mobile phone” to corroborate my claims above. Best regards, Chittaranjan

                            I have bought a Brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge mobile phone on 23rd May 2015 . Within one month on 20th June the phone started getting hanged and I could not do anything with it. On Monday(22nd June) morning I took it to the service center at Kolkata. They did a formatting and returned me back in the evening. Within 20 mins from collecting it from the Service center again the same thing happened and phone was completely dead. I called up the customer care and escalated the issue, they promised they will fix the problem and requested me to visit the service centre again. next day again I went back to the service station and gave them the phone. They fixed it and give me back but the problem started there itself. So I gave them the phone on Tuesday, they called me and confirm they will change the mother board and give me back within two days. Now today (third day) they called me saying they are facing some internal server issue so they cannot fix it. They need another two day. When i tried to call their customer care they are only saying that they are escalating the issue. But nobody is giving me a call back or talking about replacement. I paid 55000 for this phone and with in one month there premium product turns in to a scrap. I am mentally disturbed now, I have wasted so much of time for this till have not received any result. So I want every one should be aware of this awful product which costs a fortune. Also the fake promises from Samsung

                              Dear all,

                              Don’t read this as a story these are real feeling of a customer who brought your company’s product

                              This is a loganathan from chennai,

                              I brought a samsung e - 7 mobile on 05 / 04 / 2015 at poorvika mobile express avenue chennai (Bill copy attached)

                              On the next few days i found that there was a problem in the home key button, it was not working properly i have to press so many time to unlock the key.

                              Then i visited the purchased poorvika shop, they ask me to contact the samsung customer service, then i went to kilpauk samsung customer service they have checked my phone and told that the button was
                              Working properly, i ask them to check with same model, they failed to do that, then i again visited poorvika mobile, they have collected my phone, i formed that to wait for few days, they will check with service department and get back to me,

                              After few days they have informed that the phone is working fine, if i am not satisfied, they informed that they will replace the home key button and also they told that if the button has replaced there might be some technical issue will come again and again, then i told to hand over the phone as it is, not to do any changes,

                              Few days later i have contacted the customer care no and informed about all the details, then they have ask me to contact one mr logeswaran of anna nagar samsung customer service (Hi tech solution) ,
                              On 04 / 05 / 2015 i went to anna nagar samsung customer service and i met mr logeswaran, he checked my phone i told that the home key is working properly, but i ask them to check with same model, then he checked with another model i found that there is a problem in my mobile home key, he provided a job sheet (Scan image attached) and informed that he will replace the home key button,

                              After 15 days i got a sms stating that my mobile is ready, i visited the service station and collected my mobile, when i look in to my mobile i found that the same problem persist again, they didn’t do any changes in my mobile they have simply replace the temper glass screen guard, and handover the phone to me, when i asked about that they informed that to contact the customer care, and also the branch manager mr. Vimal of that customer service informed that i have to collect my mobile with that condition, and any one from customer care will visit my home to recheck the status and do the service, kindly confirm whether this type of serive has given to any of your customer, then why this type of wrong communication has been given to me, i am married and my wife is caring she is now 2 months to deliver a baby, with this condition only i have visited with her to your customer service office, i am stayed at ayanavaram, your office is at annanagar nearly up and down more than 16 kms, how many time i have visited your office for a service issue.


                              After few days i again contact your customer care, they put a call back and someone from your gurgaon office mr abhishek contact me and he informed that he will check and get back to me, few days later he called and informed that my set is ready, then i again visited your customer service at anna nagar and found that the same problem persist again, when i informed them they told that they have already changed the home key, lcd, if you are not satisfied we will change a ball in the home key and hand over the phone it will takes few days, in front of them i operated another phone of same model (Front office customer service having the phone with same model) and show how the button works then they accept the fault, then i asked how many times i have visit your office with my caring wife for a serive issue, but they have no answer they ask me to contact the customer care again.

                              Again mr. Abhishek from gurgaon office called me and informed that he will told to the anna nagar service mr. Logeswaran to replace the upper part of my mobile and hand over the phone to me, so ask me to wait for some more days, after 5 days when i called the anna nagar serive station they told they are not received the spare once received we will hand over the phone, but mr, abhishek on the same day he has informed me that the set has been ready and ask me to collect the set, myself and my wife take half day leave and went to anna nagar service station and found that the same problem repeats again, why this time of wrong communication has given to customer, when i asked mr. Logeswaran he told that your set is working fine from starting onwards, if my set is working fine means then why they replaced home key, lcd, ball and upper part of my mobile for a fine working phone it is waste of time, water of cost for a samsung company only, how you people allotted this type of service to customers, he also told me to press the home key hard, if i press again and again it will works normal, this type of worst feedback has been given to a customer from the anna nagar hi tech solution customer service, in front of him i operated my mobile and taken a video kindly look into this how my mobile has worked,

                              More than 10 times i have visited your service station for this issue, you are wasting my time, business and valuable money, you people didn’t care about customers, now mobile is at anna nagar customer service only,

                              Kindly look into this matter and save customer hard earned money, i brought this for rs, 19500, but i used nearly more than 30 days

                              I never want that mobile back i have already raised a complaint with district consumer court also,

                              I need replacement or repay my money back.

                                    Hi I had purchased Samsung 40 inch smart TV on Oct 2012. From panchkula and my number registered for the same was [protected], I guess u can get the details from my number. During that period I didn't wanted the led to be wall mounted and placed it in the stand, the engineer who came in gave me the wall mounted panel which I kept in safe. Now I came to dehradun and wanted the led to be wall mounted, I was shocked to know that the pannel does not belong to this led it is of some old model of LCD. I went to Samsung service centre dehradun and they straight away showed their inability to help me ...what a great customer service that was, , straight away denying.                                       I made a complain few days back about the refrigerator that it has temperature issues, your technician has visited several time to get it repaired but nothing happens, i doubt the brand now, because he is just a retailer from who i purchased but the product comes from Samsung warehouse/factory, its just 2 months to the purchase and i am facing hell lot of troubles, it would have been a better option if i would have purchased a second hand refrigerator i guess, the complaint number is [protected], the date of invoice is 3rd Apr 2015, its not even 3 months that i made a purchase of this refrigerator for rupees ( Fifty Thousand Five Hundred ) but it seems like its a decade old as every other day i have to call up and lodge a complaint, do you guys think its worth doing that every now and then, their are ample of brands available in the market but i chose Samsung because of its brand name in the market but i think i made a wrong choice, i would kindly request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my query resolved by replacing the product, or else i will be left with the option of going legal and public about it which i don't really want to at the moment, i hope you understand my frustration and get me a prompt solution.

                                        Dear sir, I bought Samsung Z- REF H2 T111 TAB 90 IMEI- [protected] S.NO. RZ2F9009HPX purchase on date 19/10/2014 by GV ' s Electro World Rudrapur (Uttrakhand) of the display and tuch not working. my tablet is in warrenty period but your service center are not provide service my tablet. I have requested to you please provide my tablet servicing.
