Hi,
I write this letter with lot of anguish and pain caused for being an ardent customer of your “Samsung†Brand. Eventually I find myself being cheated and least to say losing faith on all your services, not to say a well deserved lesson at a price.
The other day my Samsung smartphone accidentally slipped to fall into water and after my best of efforts to dry, it was working normally, except the fact that the battery wasn’t getting charged. Eventually, the remaining battery drained out by the day. Hoping to get an answer and a solution, I approached your “Samsung Mobile Service Center†customer service located in your Ava Court Mall, Malibu Town, Sector-47.
After I explained my story of how I ended in the service center, the service guy comments that water has seeped into the LCD and mother board is damaged. I requested to please open and check before finalizing the diagnosis. The phone was unscrewed and after checking was informed that the phone is dead and I need to replace the motherboard and the screen, which would cost me 11K to replace with no hope of working and I need to invest in the motherboard and the screen.
Returning dejected, I headed straight to the mobile shop to buy another set as it made me no sense to invest rather buy a new set. The next hour I was at the shop and purchased another “Samsung†smartphone as I was comfortable all my life with the brand and services (Ironically, my first phone was a Samsung and I continue to use the same brand. My whole family uses Samsung mobile, which includes my wife, sister and Mother). What came as a bolt from the blue was after the purchase, while I transferring the details from the sim to the new phone, the guy asked for my old phone and replaced the battery…and VOILA, it was working perfectly.
I am pained to write this letter in anguish that I spend 10.5k rupees just because the Samsung service center guy wrongly failed to check the issue as a battery problem and not that the mother board was burnt and no chance of revival whatsoever as diagnosed
Considering the events experienced by me during the day, I am at my wits end about how a brand such as Samsung cons people. I think I am well within my rights to demand for a apology and compensate my pain and metal agony. I hope and pray a brand such as Samsung is not indulging activities to fleece its customers.
P.S If requested, I can provide proof details of receipts of “Trinity sales and services†and “the new Samsung mobile phone†to corroborate my claims above.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
today i.e. on 28.06.2015 at 9 pm. I have also lodged complaint with police station saidabad colony, hyderabd. please block the usage of phone and data stored in it immediately.
I was using Airtel no.[protected] and BSNL no.[protected] at the time of loss.
I am vidyasagar and my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com
and [protected]@yahoo.com and i have also registered with samsung lost device
manager. please do the needful and intimate me if you have blocked my device SAMSUNG
GALAXY GRAND 19082.
