Sir, I have purchased one of samsungs best phone ie the note 4. Its been 3 months only. This phone and the service centers are giving me the worst time i can have with a smart phone. From last 1 month i have been constantly giving complaints to customers service centers either by visiting them or contacting them by phone. Here is the list of problems since day 1 i have been visiting to the service center. ( i dont remember the correct dates but i am sure you can get the details from your servers by entering my ph. No. Ie [protected]) I went to the service center (Tagore Garden New Delhi) regarding the camera of my phone. The problem was that there were different colours showing up on my phone and sometimes an error came " Media server failed). 1st day:- they only reinstalled the software. Which was unsuccessful to fix the problem. Then they told me that it was a hardware issue and the camera needs to be replaced. And the part was unavailable at that time so they told me to come after 3 to 4 days. 2nd day:- now i am back to the service center to get my camera replaced. It took 2 hrs to get that done. And the minute i held that phone it blacked out. They took it back and after an hour they said the board is also needed to be replaced. Then they told me come back the next day. 3rd day:- They gave my phone back to me after 2 hours of waiting. And it was looking ok this time. And i was happy. But my happiness did not last very long. After two hours of continuously using my phone, the speaker stopped. I went back to service the same day and waited for 2 hrs to get that fixed. Now when i got my phone back it was a bit laggy and the camera was blur. They told me to go home now try reset the phone for drivers to reinstall. So i came back home. Now i am trying to reset my phone but it didnot work some recovery mode came with a few option. And i left the phone that way. 4th day:- i went to the service center again told them the problem. And now after a 4 hrs of waiting it was fixed. I came back home and put the phone to charging and then i realise that the fast charger isnt connecting. I went back to the service center and they change the fast charger aswell. This i also argued to get my phone replaced but they only insulted me that i have no brains, u dont know how to use the phone, u need to go to the mental hospital to get my head checked. Anyway i would have forgotten about the things they told me if my phone was fixed. Now ofcourse i had not enough courage to go and visit them again so i started contacting the helpline no. Then i always get a call back from a senior representative after 2 days i called them. ( Now my phone is a bit laggy screen is getting loose from the edges and the camera gets blurred after 20 to 30 mins o[censored]se. ) 1st call to customer complaint no. :- i explained them every thing. Their reply was to wait for another 15 days and see if the problem is fixed. So i waited for for 10 days and i called them again. And my problems had only worsen. 2nd call:- they told me that they will send me a engineer at home and they told me that i wont have to visit the service center anymore. Then the engineer came today dated 18 of june. He took the phone with him and a call came after 4 to 5 hr. And they told me my phone is out of warranty. I did not understand at first how that was possible then they explain me that my software has been i dont know exactly but he was saying rooted. I still do not understand what that is exactly but i know that it avoids warranty. And they told me it requires some computer hacking skills to do it. This made me laugh so loud. (so this the samsung way to loot the customers) I dont even know how to use a computer properly. I only know how to use word and some basic programs. He told me to go visit the tagore garden service center. All over Again And its today i am posting my complaints online, hopefully i will get some help. Else that i have no idea what to do with this phone or who to complaint. I am totally clueless, Distressed and hating this phone and the company a lot. I really cant explain you my mental conditions right now. But i[censored] can get a clue this phone was my 6 moths of hard work at call center. I only bought this phone to see the difference in high end devices compared to one's i was using before. Ishan Popli [protected]

    To The Branch Manager Samsung India Ltd. Sir, my UA32F5100AR purchase date 23.04.2014 within 6 month panel is not working after complaining req no-[protected] on month sept 2014 its take near about 1 month to replace by service centre. after nov 2014 replacing tv panel 29th april 2015 I faced same problemm.My comp no[protected] and [protected] but I dont get any satisfactory ans by customer care or service centre authority. They ignore my problem saying that its out of warranty. Within 1 year how is it possible same panel problem in a single product? In future how we trust about your product?

      I purchased a Samsung G 530 mobile on 29.12.2014.From the morning of 12th of June 2015 the mobile in not being on and I took it to Samsung Service Centre at Burdwan, West Bengal. After examining the set the Service Centre said that it is a case of mother board short and they received the after distinct observation of the set and they became sure that that the fault was not on my behalf. They could not replace the mother board till the date due to non availability of the mother board. Under the the circumstances, please arrange for the replacement of mother board immediately or refund the price paid for the mobile.

          Manager Samsung India Electronics Ltd. Date- 18th May 2015 Dear Sir Sub- Replacement of phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) It is with extreme pain and disgust I write this email to you. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge on 30th May2015 (IMEI No. 359670/06/340846/9*). It is not working properly, it heats too much, battery drains on standby mode within 3 hours, it also shows dock connected issues without connecting it, its not getting charged. I took it to Samsung service centre (Ashok Vihar Ph-II). They informed me that whole charger point needs to be replaced. I refused them to repair. If it needs changing only in 15 days then what is the use of spending 58000 rupees. I don't want a repaired phone. Kindly arrange to replace my phone as soon as possible.             I purchased a Samsung G 530 mobile on 29.12.2014.On 12.06.2015 I was unable to power on the mobile and took it to the Samsung Service Centre at Burdwan, West Bengal. After testing they expressed the opinion that there was a case of mother board short. They received the set for replacing the mother board on 13.06.16. But they could not replace the mother board till the date .As per their statement thare is no supply of mother board. Under the circumstances I want to surrender the set and get back the price I paid for the set.

              Samsung Team, I am feeling why i took your Product, your customer service is pathetic and so is the followup. My Fridge stop working in Feb 2015 and on 27th feb i complained, your people took it after many followup from me, after 7 or 8 days. Then they said we are testing and took another 15 days, then they said they it is not repairable as there is some manufacturing defect and the Gas is leaking and that i will get refund, after 30 days, then when i submitted the reciepts they say the date is wrong. Then when i called your guyz many times till now there was no issue.. The big point is ur customer service guyz from samsung partners said i cant be believed and ur service centre guy said i am liar... The last disucssion which was healthy happenned on april 30 and in that the guy who took your call revelaed an intresting fact that the fridge was already repaired in 2011 on dealers name (i never knew u people cheat us by selling repaired products) and in dec 2013/jan 2014 (this is on my name and compressor, relay was changed and gas filling done, and yes it did happen after many follow ups) Now you guyz say that the fridge is off 2011 and not 2013 as i mentioned and are denying refund, and when i asked them if it is so, then why did you people repaired my fridge for free in dec2013/jan2014..(not a single rupee was charged), ur samsung partners guy by name kulwinder singh denied the repair of 2013 as well saying nothing happened, and whenever i asked him to check with the guy who said to me on april 30 as that guy had all the details, he is denying that and interupting me and is in hurry to close my ticket saying we will give 44% (its bheek, alms), i have an email from Kulwinder denying the repair of 2013... SHAME on Samsung for first of all selling me a repaired product (as told by your guy, as he said denting was done on that) and also denying my refund by talking lies, and denying the repair which happened...and on that your customer service guys like kulwinder singh(gurgaon) and Steni(chennai) have to much of attitude issue and doesnt know how to talk and help the customer.. Trust me i have many samsung prodcucts at home..but going forward i will not buy Please call me 91-[protected] and 91-[protected]

                I bought Samsung S5 it's not even 1 year old am facing lots of problem. I given my phone in Samsung authorize service centre for the issue of phone hanging. In service centre they flashed my mobile & upgraded the software but after this there is severe problem in my incoming & outgoing calls. The opposite party can't hear my voice whenever I call them some motor drilling sound is being heard my opposite side party. I recorded the voice & shown to sevice center people but there is no solution I received from. Did I wasted my 38000 rupees buying this Samsung S5 mobile?????? After 2 days am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court if I didn't receive any feedback from u people. Thanks & Regards, Gautam. [protected].

                  dear sir i had registered a complaint regarding my refrigerator . complaint number [protected] on 5th June 2015 no use . somebody came and took the refrigerator, yesterday they had called and told me the condenser of the refrigerator is not working cannot repair that and they will buy back the refrigerator for 1800 rs . no repair for condenser . buy back for 1800Rs . surely a profitable business . I am a state Manager for a pharmaceutical company I always buy your products in bulk from kuruvithadam agencies and Bismi . for my customers all across . if this is ur response to me same would me to my customers .

                    Dear Mr.samsung CEO, Kindly note that I bought 2 TV from samsung Egypt on the 30/5/2015 two weeks ago suddenly I found today that one of them the 55 inch screen is broken because the holder wasn't stable so it falls and I contact samsung Egypt more than 10 times and sent them all the necessary documents and they neverer answer me they really don't care about customers complaints the call center is very rude they told me someone from our technical department will call me in 1 hour that's from 9am and no one did and they closer the line in my face this is not professional and they even told me we don't have spare parts because this is the newest TV and I paid more than 20000 Egyptian pour for them this tv supposed from one of the greatest tv the samsung made as per the sales who sold me those tv's this is the baddest experience I have ever had in my life I'm very disappointed so please advice

                      I bought the Galaxy S5 after it was advertised as aa water proof phone. What their Ip67 certification promised was that as long as you don't put your phone in under 1 metre of water or iimmersed for more than 30 minutes you should be fine. My phone got wet in the rain. It wasn't immersed or submerged. I used the pick up and drop service as advertised, another reason I bought the phone. The engineer called me and told me your phone has sustained water damage and its not waterproof it's water resistant which he failed to explain 'it's your fault' and will cost 17000 to repair. This was in the vile parle, Mumbai centre btw. He said because of the water it was out of warranty.I don't understand how if you advertise your product as water proof and everyone buys it because of that you can do this? It's cheating and I want to make sure samsung gets its just dues. On top of everything Ithe one time screen replacement policy is not supposed to apply to my phone. Whereas on samsungs website for the phone. You're allowed iit for anything. In fact abroad they allow you one lliquidity and one damage change. Some adh premium facility. I HAVE BEEN CHEATED AND I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE SURE I GO TO EVERY CONSUMER REDRESSAL COUNCIL POSSIBLE. make sure to alert the media

                        I have given my E7 phone at Kharadi service station for repair and its under warranty. They say its physical damage and will cover under warranty. I have 6 Samsung phone in my house and we are a big fan of samsung mobile. The mobile has physical damage agreed but its very delicate and due to which the screen has got damaged. It may be a poor parts quality and so its got damaged. I would request you to check on the same and revert. I am given run around. I look forward for a positive response from the No1 brand in the world. Bill No is [protected]. All my 6 samsung phones are working in good condition and are tough in use. don't know what happen to this phone. Request Justice from Samsung. Samsung phone quality is not that poor that the phone screen can get damaged in the pockets. Thanks.

                        I had also bought E5 and now this phone also had the same problem and from last one month its still there at the Samsung service centre and have not received any calls. I cannot pay all the time for this kind of damage with perticular E series phone. Samsung should take the responsibility and admit thier failure in this E series category.
                        I would request samsung to do justice at least this time. I have never faced any problem with any other samsung phone, then why only with this E series phone.

                          Hi Team, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT - I9500 on 08th Sept 2014 (still under Warranty). I have got an issue with the IMEI no. showing as Nill/Null (as per the Samung Service Centre in Model Town - III). I went to this service centre & they said that there will be a charge of INR 9, 000 as there is some technical issue in the phone. I haven't had any issues with the phone earlier so have not gone to any outside shop or market. Would like to know if Samsung India could have this issue sorted out FREE OF COST as the phone is still under Warranty of 1 Year. Your urgent attention & reply to this mail would be much appreciated.                             i had bought a Samsung s5 white... which took me a lot of time to save up and buy it.. the next day I went swimming to breach candy club.. I was talking and by accident my phone slipped into the water I jumped in and got out of the water... my phone wasn't starting my back cover was completely sealed and charging port was shut... it is still not working I have shown it to Samsung and few other authorized retailers they said it would cost me 22, 000 to repair.. this amount is as good as buying a new phone.. since I had this major problem with ur company I moved to an iPhone 6 which I yet have to pay monthly installments for as I had saved for the s5... I hope you can help me sort out this issue

                              Dear Sir, It is with extreme pain and disgust I write this email to you. I have purchased Note 4 on March 29th, 2015. Few days back I had to take it to repair centre as it had stopped working. After repeared attempts to call the The service centre, the technician informs me that the mother board is fused and need to replace it. If after paying 60, 000 Rupees, does not get me a normal working phone then what will. After two months I donot want a repaired piece + he tells me all data will be lost?? Kindly arrange to refund or replace the piece. I am sure the company would not want me to take extreme steps of going to consumer courts and media. To give a Headsup, I was using Note 2 last year and that also had few serious issues. I upgraded to Note 4 thinking my issues will be solved and I get a bad experience again. I expect a positive response from a trusted company's CEO. Hope to hear from you.

Now that everything is tried and tested & we have come to a conclusion that handset is defective & started troubling right from 5th month of its purchase, would seek help to resolve this at earliest.                                       Hello there! I purchased my Samsung Galaxy E5 (BROWN COLOR) on the 17th of April, 2015 from "Fast Mobile - Shop No. 310B, Metropolish Mall, 3rd Floor, Hiland Park, Kolkata - 700094. Phone number[protected]." ---- which is a samsung smart cafe. My phone is just 2 months old now & in spite of taking utmost care of my phone(which i usually take for all my gadgets), the BACK COVER of my phone had turned from BROWN to PINK/PURPLE. This is a concern for SAMSUNG, since its a manufacturing defect. Rs. 16, 000 is NOT CHEAP for me. Since, I AM A BOY, i cannot use this pinky pinky device(which my BROWN device is turning into) as my personal smartphone. I went to the Samsung Cafe from where i purchased my phone, they asked me to visit a SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, "Divine Electro Solution", where i met with Mr. Pinaki Kundu and the manager, Mr. Prasanto. They said they cannot do anything about it and i have to write a mail to SAMSUNG. SOLUTION TO MY GRIEVANCE : Please exchange my existing 2month old SAMSUNG GALAXY E5(BROWN) and give me another SAMSUNG GALAXY E5(BLACK), so that even when the black color fades away and turns my phone into grey or something, i can still use it(since i am a boy) i CANNOT USE THAT STUPID PINK PHONE BEING A GUY. This is my second bad experience with SAMSUNG. Please dont make it worse and force me to NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND SAMSUNG as a company for smartphones to any of my family members or friends. PP.S - I can actually influence people to buy a particular product. Everybody around me, takes my advice before buying any smartphone. Please take the necessary steps ASAP to help me exchange my existing E5(BROWN) with a new E5(BLACK). Thank you! Hope you take this email very seriously, since i am a very very loyal customer of SAMSUNG. Don't make me lose that FAITH in this company.                                         I have purchased Samsung A 5 in last 1 month, one night i put it in front of cooler then next morning its not working even did not on/start. service centre is saying water has been passed in this & charge 14, 000/ for repairing. how it possible that without water contact, water passed in phone. Kindly repair my phone as soon as possible, its under warranty period, its a new one, only 1 month old. Kindly reply as soon as possible, i m alwaz very trust worthy abt samsung but this time service centre response is very hope less . kindly help me..
