I have bought a Brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge mobile phone on 23rd May 2015 . Within one month on 20th June the phone started getting hanged and I could not do anything with it. On Monday(22nd June) morning I took it to the service center at Kolkata. They did a formatting and returned me back in the evening. Within 20 mins from collecting it from the Service center again the same thing happened and phone was completely dead. I called up the customer care and escalated the issue, they promised they will fix the problem and requested me to visit the service centre again. next day again I went back to the service station and gave them the phone. They fixed it and give me back but the problem started there itself. So I gave them the phone on Tuesday, they called me and confirm they will change the mother board and give me back within two days. Now today (third day) they called me saying they are facing some internal server issue so they cannot fix it. They need another two day. When i tried to call their customer care they are only saying that they are escalating the issue. But nobody is giving me a call back or talking about replacement. I paid 55000 for this phone and with in one month there premium product turns in to a scrap. I am mentally disturbed now, I have wasted so much of time for this till have not received any result. So I want every one should be aware of this awful product which costs a fortune. Also the fake promises from Samsung

    Dear all,

    Don’t read this as a story these are real feeling of a customer who brought your company’s product

    This is a loganathan from chennai,

    I brought a samsung e - 7 mobile on 05 / 04 / 2015 at poorvika mobile express avenue chennai (Bill copy attached)

    On the next few days i found that there was a problem in the home key button, it was not working properly i have to press so many time to unlock the key.

    Then i visited the purchased poorvika shop, they ask me to contact the samsung customer service, then i went to kilpauk samsung customer service they have checked my phone and told that the button was
    Working properly, i ask them to check with same model, they failed to do that, then i again visited poorvika mobile, they have collected my phone, i formed that to wait for few days, they will check with service department and get back to me,

    After few days they have informed that the phone is working fine, if i am not satisfied, they informed that they will replace the home key button and also they told that if the button has replaced there might be some technical issue will come again and again, then i told to hand over the phone as it is, not to do any changes,

    Few days later i have contacted the customer care no and informed about all the details, then they have ask me to contact one mr logeswaran of anna nagar samsung customer service (Hi tech solution) ,
    On 04 / 05 / 2015 i went to anna nagar samsung customer service and i met mr logeswaran, he checked my phone i told that the home key is working properly, but i ask them to check with same model, then he checked with another model i found that there is a problem in my mobile home key, he provided a job sheet (Scan image attached) and informed that he will replace the home key button,

    After 15 days i got a sms stating that my mobile is ready, i visited the service station and collected my mobile, when i look in to my mobile i found that the same problem persist again, they didn’t do any changes in my mobile they have simply replace the temper glass screen guard, and handover the phone to me, when i asked about that they informed that to contact the customer care, and also the branch manager mr. Vimal of that customer service informed that i have to collect my mobile with that condition, and any one from customer care will visit my home to recheck the status and do the service, kindly confirm whether this type of serive has given to any of your customer, then why this type of wrong communication has been given to me, i am married and my wife is caring she is now 2 months to deliver a baby, with this condition only i have visited with her to your customer service office, i am stayed at ayanavaram, your office is at annanagar nearly up and down more than 16 kms, how many time i have visited your office for a service issue.


    After few days i again contact your customer care, they put a call back and someone from your gurgaon office mr abhishek contact me and he informed that he will check and get back to me, few days later he called and informed that my set is ready, then i again visited your customer service at anna nagar and found that the same problem persist again, when i informed them they told that they have already changed the home key, lcd, if you are not satisfied we will change a ball in the home key and hand over the phone it will takes few days, in front of them i operated another phone of same model (Front office customer service having the phone with same model) and show how the button works then they accept the fault, then i asked how many times i have visit your office with my caring wife for a serive issue, but they have no answer they ask me to contact the customer care again.

    Again mr. Abhishek from gurgaon office called me and informed that he will told to the anna nagar service mr. Logeswaran to replace the upper part of my mobile and hand over the phone to me, so ask me to wait for some more days, after 5 days when i called the anna nagar serive station they told they are not received the spare once received we will hand over the phone, but mr, abhishek on the same day he has informed me that the set has been ready and ask me to collect the set, myself and my wife take half day leave and went to anna nagar service station and found that the same problem repeats again, why this time of wrong communication has given to customer, when i asked mr. Logeswaran he told that your set is working fine from starting onwards, if my set is working fine means then why they replaced home key, lcd, ball and upper part of my mobile for a fine working phone it is waste of time, water of cost for a samsung company only, how you people allotted this type of service to customers, he also told me to press the home key hard, if i press again and again it will works normal, this type of worst feedback has been given to a customer from the anna nagar hi tech solution customer service, in front of him i operated my mobile and taken a video kindly look into this how my mobile has worked,

    More than 10 times i have visited your service station for this issue, you are wasting my time, business and valuable money, you people didn’t care about customers, now mobile is at anna nagar customer service only,

    Kindly look into this matter and save customer hard earned money, i brought this for rs, 19500, but i used nearly more than 30 days

    I never want that mobile back i have already raised a complaint with district consumer court also,

    I need replacement or repay my money back.

          Hi I had purchased Samsung 40 inch smart TV on Oct 2012. From panchkula and my number registered for the same was [protected], I guess u can get the details from my number. During that period I didn't wanted the led to be wall mounted and placed it in the stand, the engineer who came in gave me the wall mounted panel which I kept in safe. Now I came to dehradun and wanted the led to be wall mounted, I was shocked to know that the pannel does not belong to this led it is of some old model of LCD. I went to Samsung service centre dehradun and they straight away showed their inability to help me ...what a great customer service that was, , straight away denying.             I made a complain few days back about the refrigerator that it has temperature issues, your technician has visited several time to get it repaired but nothing happens, i doubt the brand now, because he is just a retailer from who i purchased but the product comes from Samsung warehouse/factory, its just 2 months to the purchase and i am facing hell lot of troubles, it would have been a better option if i would have purchased a second hand refrigerator i guess, the complaint number is [protected], the date of invoice is 3rd Apr 2015, its not even 3 months that i made a purchase of this refrigerator for rupees ( Fifty Thousand Five Hundred ) but it seems like its a decade old as every other day i have to call up and lodge a complaint, do you guys think its worth doing that every now and then, their are ample of brands available in the market but i chose Samsung because of its brand name in the market but i think i made a wrong choice, i would kindly request you to kindly look in to the matter and get my query resolved by replacing the product, or else i will be left with the option of going legal and public about it which i don't really want to at the moment, i hope you understand my frustration and get me a prompt solution.

                MANAGER SAMSUNG INDIA - I Mohammed Shareef Pre Booked Galaxy S6 Edge and got delivered on 10-April-2015. From the Date of purchase The Gadget keeps on Hanging. First Time I Restart the Mobile and it was working properly, again on 18-June-2015 the phone hanged. I was trying to restart but I was shocked to see that Touch was not working. Immediately I rushed to the authorised Samsung Service Centre, they updated the Software and the mobile was working, Again On 25-June-2015 the phone hung up. I request the Samsung to look into this matter and solve the issue. I want to exchange the mobile. Repeatedly The Mobile is hanging and am trying to restart but the phone is not responding and we can't keep doing rounds around the service centres. Spending INR. 58, 000 Rupees and rounding the Service centres is not worthy. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

                  The display of my Galaxy Note 4 broke and when I gave it at the Indranagar Service Centre on 17th of June... I was promised that the phone will be fixed and delivered or I can pick it up in 6days after phone submission, I tried calling the service centre after 7days nobody responded, I went to the service centre to know the status and my phone was not even looked at, they assure me to fix it in another 2days excusing of not having enough stock, I call them after 2days and I am told my phone is still not fixed, please do the needful at the earliest as life is too difficult without my phone for 3weeks

                    I had procured Samsung Refrigerator 253 liters model # RT27HAJYASA/TL/2014 from Electronic Paradise (Janak Puri, Delhi) on 08 Sep, 14 but in 8-9 months I found that there is some crack in inner part of the body and immediately I logged a complaint to Samsung and its Ref # [protected]. And next day I got a call from Samsung Service Department for verification and one representative also came to my residence and he clicked some photographs for proofs and after 2-3 days again I got a call from Samsung on 08 June, 15 with stated that your case is approved by Samsung and will refund the billing amount to you and advised me that our representative will contact you for some documents like (Cancelled Cheque / Copy of bill / ID proof) and I handed over all the documents to him but from that date to till date I haven't received any update on the case. I asked them for replacement of the same model product but they refused to provide me that with stated that model is discontinued by Samsung, will refund the amount to you. I am trying to your Customer Service Department from past 4-5 days for knowing the facts of my case but not a single customer service representative in a position for reverting of my queries. Every representative is saying that they have forwarded the request to concerned department and they will get in touch with me very soon and update about the developments on the case but nobody is responding on the queries and I don't have any updates on the matter. Such a pathetic service providing by Samsung to his customers, definitely you will loose your credibility in the market due to this kind of support to your customers. Even had a bad experience with Samsung on Refrigerator product again I procured the Samsung Refrigerator 321 liters from CROMA (Rohini, Delhi). If I don't get any response within 2-3 days than I will approach to consumer court and file a claim for the cost of both the refrigerators and harassment to the customers. Requesting you to please let me know the exact status of the case (When can I expect the reimbursement of the amount) otherwise you guys are forcing me to take some hard action against the case.                           My Note 4 is under warranty and its facing a lot of problems including that my side buttons are not working. The service center in model town, delhi is not ready to reapair/replace my phone as according to the center the phone isnt valid to be under warranty due to physical damage(i.e. manufacturer defect) and also said that the other problems(interface problems) will only be entertained only if you pay and get the side butttons repaired. I ve already paid alot for a defective phone and i wont pay more. The service quality a customer gets from samsung will only decrease its sale in the possible future. And i know my suggestion wont matter that much but please dont give franchises for the service center.

                            This is regarding the Poor Service and Response i am getting from a Mobile Service Center in Alleppey Kerala. I have given my Samsung Note 2 Mobile which had a complaint of not getting charged, to be repaired at a Samsung Service Center in Alleppey Keral (details below) on 4th June 2015. The Service center diagnosed the issue to be with the USB port and it need to be replaced. I gave by approval for replacement. It was promised the Phone will be repaired and returned by 8th June, which was later changed to 11th June and today is 24th June and still the mobile is not repaired and i am really annoyed about it. I am now back in Switzerland as i was in India for short time. On continous followup by my family members, still the response is we are repairing. Also the phone numbers provided are either switched off or have no response. I don't believe it takes 20 days to replace a USB port. This is really a bad service and impacts the name of famed brand like Samsung. I am sure Samsung could be having audit of all its auhorised service centers and there should be a strict action taken against such Service Centers, which work towards not customer satisfaction but customer dissatisfaction. Appreciate if this is taken as a very serious complain and hope the voice reaches concerned people.                             Can you please provide me a date at least by when I can get my mobile back, It's almost a month now and not sure why it takes a month for resolution I don't see any reason !!

The quality of the monitor is very good and I am really satisfied with performance also. Now for the last four days some horizontal black lines are appearing constantly on the middle of the screen of the monitor, which is causing me disappointment and unable to watch the monitor.                                 Dear Sir, With due respect I (Amit Kr. Saha) want to inform you that I have purchased the Air Conditioner – 1.5 Ton (Inverter Technology) from your dealer M/S. Khoshla Electronics (Baruipur Branch, Invoice No 3924/1516/01699) on 14TH June 2015. After installation the machine on 18TH June 2015 it has been observed that the machine is not working properly due to A.C. gas leak & it has been also observed by the Service Technician who had installed the same. Sir, I have informed the same at your dealer point M/S. Khoshla Electronics, and everyday they are promising me for replacement but till date no action taken from your dealer. After I purchased the machine it is never being used, your product and service provided felt me a very bad experience in my life. In my house an aged serious patient is lying & for her it is very urgent requirement. As a esteemed customer of Samsung I never expect this type of horrible service from your company. I will never recommend any person to buy Samsung product in future. I therefore kindly request you please replace the faulty machine at earliest otherwise I will be bound to complain the same in consumer forum. Hope you will be understood my situation & prompt action taken from your sight. Need your kind insolvent, cooperation and also need an earliest reply about this matter.

                                  Docket No [protected] Dear, I purchased 48 inch LED TV on 14 jun 2015 in Ezone Vadapalani, Chennai with request for wall mounting. The same has not been done for the 10 days even after repeated calls made to service agency . The reply from them is very not in proper terms. They are always giving some excuse for not installing the TV. This is not how a customer is to be treated by your agent. Request your kind intervention.

                                    My Name is Laban. I have this T.V for the past 3 years as so far it was really good, but suddenly there was a colour patch on the corner of the screen & now it has gone blank for few days. I can't see the picture.                                         My self sanjay chawla I revived mail from uksaumung mobile they tell you win 65000000/& you deposit 7600/ and mr.mike jone([protected])& mr.Fred billy from rbi([protected]) they call every day I deposit 20000+14950+100+32000+3000+1200 but I have not revived money I complaints your board they give me a/c no I deposit 3000+1200 please do something
