refrigerator parts broken [ veg box]

I had purchased samsung refrigerator RT29HDRZESA/TL on 10th may 2014 from samsung dealer at ANAND St: gujarat. On 15th May 2015, knob of veg box (cresper) broken. On quiry from service centre at ANAND, they inform that their is no warranty on plastic parts. Also I have Hot Summer offer voucher of Rs 5000=00 but service centre not agree to repair of replace the veg. box. Kindly note that majority parts in the said model is of palstic part....

Switch off mobile during calls

Service centre is denying to repair LED-TV which is in warranty period

Poor Mobile servicing
