Dear sir, i recieved a mail from Samsung electronics co ltd united kingdom.I am the lucky winner for 2015 samsung award.The RBI people collected so much rupees from my side, P.K.RAUT;[protected], , RS, 1.06.000/-for CTR No.I compliant to RBI CUSTOMERCARE and one more officer Mrs.Arula kumari;;[protected] came and ask me Rs., 67.000/-, I send the scan copies of them and please help me. I paid to Mr.P.K.RAUT --Rs.55.800/- on[protected] Thru Axis bank from my cheq and Rs.49.500/- on[protected] thru Axis bank machine transfer.yes sir iam transfer the winnig prize from RBI successfully, after successfully the RBI online shwoing this------, , , Congratulation !!! Transaction successfully completed, Kindly emails us with your reference no. RBI-77248 for the issuance of authority to reflect funds in your account.     I am using Samsung SGH-L700 mobile handset for the past 4 to 5 years . I was already facing serious battary .Nevertheless i still continued to use it as my usage was very less . Recently I am stuck with another problem ... All of a sudden my mobile got switched off automatically and when i switched it on it shows "INSERT A SIM CARD" and it gives me only one option "MAKE A CALL TO SOS" . I am neither able to make calls nor receive them . Please help ASAP!!

      Sir, My mobile is in warranty period. The touch screen is not working but the display was proper. I went to customer care center at Andheri east. They are telling me to pay 6500 Rs. for new touch screen and display. How can they charge me when the mobile is in warranty period, While receiving my mobile I found that even the display had gone now.I take utmost care while using my mobile and they are telling that water must have gone inside. This is completely wrong and Samsung Customer care are not responding properly. Pl. help me by proving suitable repair free of cost. Else tell me if it is not possible the hence forth I'll never purchase or recommend any samsung mobile to anybody. I am literally frustrated by your customer care persons reply.

      SHAME ON Samsung AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE. I got my mobile repaired outside by only paying simply Rs. 150/-.This clears my doubt that Samsung guys are incapable of giving correct service. They are simply cheaters. Hence forth I will never buy or recommend any Samsung product.

        Dear Mr. B D Park, Managing Director Samsung India, Dear Sir, Greetings from ISB Hyderabad! First of all, I would like to thank you about your personal views on customer Centricity. I am writing this email with prodigious discomfort about my own experience with your call centre employee/ officers and service centre at Hyderabad. I would like to bring to your notice that I brought a washing machine model: SAMSUNG W.M F/A FRONT LOADING WF 600BOBKWQ on dated 02.06.2013 Bill No. CWH-1999, Branch- Kondapur-4005, Cust Code- KND16678 and paid total Rs 30, 500.00. 1- On dated 5th June, 2013 I called to this number[protected] and told that there is some problem in washing machine reason it was not working, the technician came and told that it was a minor problem but need not worry. My wife told me that, if there is a problem, then why do you not change this new washing machine, I told same to the technician, but he was able to convenience me that the problem will not occur in future 2- December 2013, problem again occurs, I called to the technician and he did the work and promise me that now there will be no problem 3- January 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he changed power backup of the machine 4- March 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he made some changes in the machine 5- June 1, 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he told me that there is a major problem, why don’t you call Samsung customer care and change your washing machine because your machine is still in warranty. 6- I called customer care and explain everything on 2nd June, 2015. 7- June 3, 2015 I again called and explain my case, she promised me that hold the line. I was put on hold for 35 minutes, after that team leader spoke to me and told that I am going to discuss this matter on priority to my senior. 8- June 4, 2015, I again called and I was put on hold for 25 minutes, after a couple of minutes, she told me that sorry Sir, yesterday my colleague forgot to write an email to senior. You have to wait till 4:00 pm 9- June 5, 2015, I again called and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and got a response that we will forward your complain to the senior officer in Noida 10- June 5, 2015, I got a call from Mr Kulvinder from Noida; sorry to say, but the way he spoke to me, I was surprised that how can be he employed in the Samsung company. He doesn’t have an attitude that how talks to the customer. 11- He told me that I am the boss of the company and you are free to go to Consumer Court or write emails to my CeO, nothing will happen. This is my final decision and you will not get a replacement of your washing machine whether manufacturing or technical fault. I am waiting your response before going to take further action. Please feel free to ask me for any assistance from ISB.           Hi, This is regarding my new Samsung Galaxy E5 mobile (IMEI NO-358271/06/107078/0)bought on 11.04.2015 at Samsung Plaza, Salt Lake, City Center, Kolkata 700091. Just after I brought my new mobile home, I realized that whenever I put the phone on speaker mode during a call, the person on the other side is not able to hear me. I called up the dealer and they asked me to visit them. They checked and said its working. It worked a couple of times and then again when I left the store, I faced the same problem. Then I again went there and they tested and this time they could see the issue. They did some software upgrade and the issue temporarily looked to be fixed. Just after I left the shop I again faced the issue and I went back to the shop. They could see the issue again and I asked them to replace my mobile with a new one. Since I very recently bought my mobile and the issue is there from the first day, I wanted a replacement. They said they cannot replace my mobile and only the Samsung service center can replace it. I went to the service center (at salt lake, Kolkata). They removed my antivirus software and said the issue would be fixed now. It didn't !!. They wasted 2 hrs of my time. I lodged a complaint at Samsung email support (reference number [protected]) and they responded by asking me to submit the mobile again at the service center. I asked them to replace my mobile because the issue is there from the beginning and they are also not able to fix it. They promised me that they would replace my mobile if they fail to fix the issue this time. I again went back to the service center and they kept my phone for more than a week for investigating the issue. After that they asked me to collect the mobile and mentioned that they replaced the mother board and this time the issue is fixed. I collected my phone from the service center. Not to my surprise the issue was still not resolved !! I lived without my phone for more than a week, wasted my valuable time in visiting them over and over again. Then my husband went to the service center and had connected the customer care executives with the service center guys into a conference call. My husband repeatedly asked them to replace my mobile but the customer care said its the responsibility of the service center and the service center mentioned it is not their responsibility. The opinion of the service center was to again leave the phone with them and this time they will TRY to repair the mobile. Now my question is how many times we need to go to the service center and how many more days of time wastage? Why can't they simply replace my mobile which is very well within the warranty period. I am not at all ready to submit my mobile at the service center any more. They are simply making fun of my money and time. My husband came back home and did not submit the mobile. I sent an email complaint at the Samsung India CEO office. They called me up and again asked me to submit the mobile at the service center. I told them that the only option is to replace my mobile and I do not trust their service centers any more. I very well deserve a replacement because they sold a defective piece which had the issue from day 1. They say that their policy is not to replace the mobile. But then is their policy is to sell defective pieces and then harass customers with their stupid service center guys who cannot fix any issue? The lady who called me from CEO office said she would check and get back to me within 24 hrs but she never called back. Just for your note, in this whole process I called their customer care number innumerable number of times, emailed them innumerable number of times. They argued with me innumerable number of times and also they disconnect the line at their own will. My only point is "please replace the defective mobile that you sold".             Dear Sir, I have purchase one Samsung S3 form Dbuai month of Jan-2015. But now my mobile bettry is not working also inside charging is also not working. I have call to customer care not take any response. Then i personally visited samsung service center on dated 11.06.2015 to Okhla phase-1. He register my complain but till now not any response by samsung office. I am very upset behave of Samsung office. I don't belive samsung response behalf of customer not good.               I have purchased in 08 / 06 / 2015 samsung galaxy s iii neo gt - i93000i having very big issue,

              Mobile in setting their is no receive incoming calls option when other sim card while using data service is on

              On your product box or on your web site this is not mentioned so this is dual sim i. E duos mobile

              So please help me for that and please say that what can i do for that

              Or should i go for consumer court for that big issue

Samsung Sir, I have brought a samsung washing machine fully automatic on 8/7/2013. ( Model No.WF550BOBKWQ/TL, Sl.No.WO145PCD200890M). I have brought the item due to my trust with your firm and your product.But your product does not satisfy the qualities you have assured. Before completing 2 years warranty the drum of the washing machine was damaged within this period. We use the washing machine twice in a week and follow the instructions given by you. I have contacted your service section for repairing the same, as the machine is under warranty period. But the service personnel has told us to pay an approximate amount of Rs.10, 000/- for the repair ( Ref.No.[protected],[protected] I request that urgent necessary steps may kindly be taken to repairs the washing machine without payment from our end.                   hi sir, iam very sory to say ;like this...since 2 yrs u r not updated grand 2 from kitkat to lolipop.. lenovo, micromax, redmi, lg etc mobile sellers are upadted their mobiles with latest version.bt u did not updated ...pls pols pls kindkly take my suggestion int ur notice and update the grand 2 by lolipop...

                    Respected sir, I own a Samsung galaxy S6 edge since a month and this happened just today ( 14/ 6). That the "mobile data" toogle from the drop down list went missing. Even after clicking the "edit" button, the option is invisible. Simce past 2 days this has been happening with more 10 of my friends who own the same phone and we have been discussing the issue. Please make sure that there is a uniformity in the provided features by the company since the purchase. A software update could solve this problem. Kindly take notice of the above as soon as possible. Heres hoping, Mohit gawande([protected])

                      Sir i had bought an galaxy s6 black 32 gb on 7.06.2015 at samsung exclusive showroom elante mall chandigarh.The phone had pink tint on the centre portion of the screen.Samsung care centre sector 22 chandigarh checked the phone and declared it defective.So i was given D.O.A certificate.After that the next phone purchased had the same problem.Now the pink tint is present on the bottom of the screen.Again went to service centre but they refused to acknowledge the problem.They compared my phone phone with another s6 which had very less pink tint which is acceptable but my one has noticible pink tint on bottom portion of the screen which is not acceptable to me .After paying a hefty amount for a flagship samsung expects me to continue with such a screen is out of question.The service centre does agree to the pink tint as a problem but they are not giving in writing on a piece of paper that a pink tint presence is normal.I therefore ask you why they are not giving in writing. I do understand that every display is different and not the same but my question is why does a customer has to accept a phone which has manufacturing defect in it.Slight variations is acceptable but not to this extent.So kindly please look into the matter because I have gone through a lot of trouble Thank you

                        Hon'ble CEO Samsung India Limited Dear Sir The Samsung 40H 5100 40" LED TV was purchased by me on[protected]. Within two months some black spots were identified. The complain was lodged and the LED panel was replaced on March 16, 2015 with an extended warranty of 16 months. The black spots again appeared on the replaced one and the complain was lodged on June 11, 2015. I feel ashamed of purchasing a product of a company which is claimed to be a multinational. As a Senior Professor of the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta and the Vice Chairman of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education I have already discussed the issue with the Chairman of the Consumer Court and based on their advise, this time we are awaiting your reply in respect to solving my problem.                           purcased 64 inch plasma tv samsung make in the year oct 2012 and had a problem in the year 2014 of board not working and then i paid 6000 and got it repaired and in the month of may it was not working properly and registered complaint and the person came and gave a estimation of rs 60000/- for change of panel.now i want a buy back from samsung to take the tv and pay the money back as the products manufactured are not upto the standard i feel

                            We complaint on Monday 8th June 2015 on number[protected] that our refrigerator is not working properly.The Person told us to switch off the refrigerator for 12 hours, then again on Tuesday we complaint. One of the personnel from the company came on Tuesday that there is no gas in the fridge. On Wednesday the technician came and filled the same. Again on Wednesday we complaint the same problem and on Thursday the technician came. There was no particular reply and we kept on waiting that somebody will come to rectify the problem. Now today on 13th June 2015 a person has come and saying that the compressor is not working. From last one week we are suffering.The person from Samsung came 3 times and they could not find the problem. It is the so hot and our refrigerator is not working.                                 I have purchased my Samsung model in august mmonth2014 at trichy at tamilnadu but my mob.switch off in running condition and not switch on, so I went your cre centre they repairer it but the same day the mob.speed slow down & instant discharged & (no accept data card )having been fully recharged so I ask your care centre told about that when I went their they refused to take ( in may month)it so requested u deposit it and change it my mob warranty period is also running plz accept my request my email -([protected]@gmail.com), imel no.- [protected]

                                  Dear, sir i am Harshit sahu . i had given my mobile to service center for replacement of display but the service center has displaced the duplicate display on my mobile. the display was broken by shopkeeper during changing the rear case of my mobile samsung galaxy grand prime. for that i request you to replace the duplicate display with orignal. And it was not pasted properly.o Thanks

                                    we are in pune having a 650litre fridge model no-SG629EPNSH/XTL serial no-808041AQ300066X app 6yrs old only---we have registered our complaint of fridge not cooling on 14/5/2015 to samsung service centre.call no-[protected]-Initially an engineer visited from RELIANCE RETAIL LTD to look into the complaint and said all is required is gas charging--and took Rs562/- as visit charges recpt no-034350. after three days another man visited and did gas charging and took Rs1815[recpt no-036274 dt 17/5/15]--still no cooling--then he again visited saying the capacitor not working and changed that---still no cooling--he then says he cannot solve the problem and to again forward the complaint--then after 3days again a visit saying the compressor to be replaced---still no cooling---then another visit now saying that system needs nitrogen gas flushing and heat exchanger to be replaced---still no cooling---then they take the fridge to their workshop for repairing and proper observation and after 11days the fridge is returned back stating that it is now working---fridge cooling when empty but as soon as it is loaded no cooling, ice formation not happened over two days---thus still no cooling.The service team leader Mr SUMET always acts surprised and shocked at the fridge still not working but no results. IT IS INDEED SHOCKING THE CALIBRE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEERS OF SAMSUNG it is now 30days and the fridge is still not working---how many times are we to follow-up with samsung service and are fed up--it seems we made a huge mistake to buy a high-end samsung product--
