i purchased a phone from samsung it has was working well for a day then over heating and everything started ! so i thought let me give it a try since its a new phone and needs optimization and it never worked well when asked at the customer care centre he says that software issue and i didnt mind it and said okay you can upgradde and give me it worked well twice at the service centre but as soon as i come home same problem arouse when asked later he sayd SIM card problem, they are not even talking technically! and they are saying no replacement for software issues only for hardware it can be replaced! according them should i break the screen and ask for a replacement!? please resolve this ! thank you

    I am s.s.razvi mechanical engineer and mtech in manufacturing process from aurangabad maharashtra taken samsung mobile s3 neo before 8 month but now suddenly after call it is too much heated and suddenly its display blanked now when i showed them in a repair center they are telling me we cant replace your display there are microcracks in it you may fall it some where though i am telling them that its get blanked only after call the truth but they are telling to do complain where you want we will not replace it shame on samsung if i will not get as in warrenty in will do complain on all websites and will tell about your quality and lie .please take my matter seriously and do the need full for my hard money and honesty.

      It’s with utmost grief and sorrow i hereby want to bring to your worthy officicals that indian franchise has failed to and / or has said that the complaint we are facing havig purchased the samsung refrigerator model no.         I, Mr. Dinesh Rajak residence of Asansol visited your authorised service centre M/s Excel Service, Allingan Appt., Lower Chelifdanga, Asansol, Dist. Burdwan, West Bengal on 16.5.2015 for replace the ASSY CASE-REAR_SM_G313HN (GH98-33316A) of my Samsung Mobile and advance Rs. 500/- deposited for the same. But still now I have not received the replacement after few visit at there. If you provide such type of service that I am waiting over a month for such a small issue then I have nothing to say.           Dear Sir/Madam My name is Mr Lemekeza Hamilton Mokiwa from Malawi. On 1st November 2014 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Alpha phone S/N: RF8F91NXMPE and IMEI:355427/06/042469/0. I purchased this cellphone on the International Arrival Samsung shop at Indira Gandhi Airport on my way to Bhubaneswar for an official meeting at CARE India. Since the phone was new and on promotion that time, I was even given a power bank and headphone as complementary to my new Samsung Galaxy Alpha. The team also took a photo of me and other salesmen that were there. My passport number is MA081110. Now barely six months of purchase, this phone is giving me lots of problems when I want to use it. The phone keeps on freezing and crushing every time I want to make a call. It also from time to time remove the network and internet connectivity. I am therefore, writing to you if you have an idea how I can repair these problems or if this phone can be replaced because I bought it at about USD680.00. So with this amount i think it will be unfair to get the service it is giving now. As indicated, I am a citizen of Malawi and I am in Malawi right now.               Dear Sir, I have lodged a complaint for repair of my washing machine on June 11, 2015. The executive who attended my complaint called at my place and informed that the drum has to be replaced on June 12, and it would cost Rs 8000. I have no option but to trust his opinion and agreed to the cost. We working people are so dependent on these appliances to run the home. The service centre is yet to come and attend to the replacement. We as public trust the product and pay a huge cost to buy a good product, it is expected that the after sale service is equally supportive to quick attendance to repairs. I am receiving a message in my cell that I am eligible for a free wireless charger for all the activation done till Jun 31th 2015.                       I have purchased 32 inch LED TV through M/S Bharat Electronics, Main Road, Ranchi with below details Model: UA32EH4003 Invoice No- 4352 dated 22 Sep 2014 In month of May 2015 I found white spot on the screen and lodge a complaint regarding the same. After 20 days follow ups and 2 visits by the service engineer on difference location but no solution is resume that. Many time calls to Samsung customer care but no body resolved my issue. I am very disappointed with service team and request you to take corrective action at the earliest.                           Dear Sir, This is brought to your kind notice that I purchased one piece Samsung Microwave Model No. MC28H5135VK SANSUNG MICROWAVE under Invoice No 7478 dated 19.10.2014 from one of your reputed dealer Smiles Stores (Digital World) 24/36 Birhana Road Kanpur. That on 13.6.2015 Rotating heating plate of Microwave was cracked during process of preparing of some item in the Microwave. Same day I lodged a complaint to the above mentioned dealer and they provided me the Complaint No. 1498, subsequently on 15.6.2015 one of your representative Sri Hari Shankar Gupta attended the Complaint and he harshly responded that plate cannot be changed within guarantee period and you have to pay the amount of Rotating heating plate as it is not covered under guarantee since the period is within one year from the date of purchase and it is fault of your manufacturing defect that the related rotating heating plate should be replaced with free of cost. Kindly instruct the concerned representative / dealer to replace the same with free of cost or replace the full unit within two days from the date of this mail otherwise I will be left with no other option to go to consumer forum to file a case under above circumstances against your reputed company.                               It's been a month my ac the new triangular inverter ac 1.5 ton not has been even 8 months of the purchase was not working after many complains the jb service in cuttack came after 10 days told it's the defect of the outside ac compartment and after 5 days took it then after 10 several days they kept on postponing saying the parts are not available is it the very samsung which had the best or the premium service to be given and they don't have one part then after several complains to the Samsung care o don't no whether the call is really being recorded I doubt ... After 20 days they gave the part outside saying it's repaired and the part dat came to the house took transportation fees also from us that's not the issue . The issue is after the part had been fixed still the ac doesn't work and is at the same condition as I had complaint 25 days before so my question is are they really working and repairing or playing with the customer I have total of 11 samsung ac in my office and house iam thinking of removing it all because of this and then after 30 days also my ac is nkt repaired and guess what's the best thing it's SAMSUNG PREMIUM SERVICE today I ringed up the jb person he's saying it will be repaired in two days like he's been saying this several times ... what shall I do keep on complaining on sit tight or sit in my refrigerator because it's hot and unbearable or either you guys replace the ac because I don't think the ac we bought is cheap nor it is not is warranty. SAMSUNG I SHOULD PROBABLY GIVE YOU GUYS A PARTY BECAUSE OF THIS CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR AND SO CALLED PREMIUM SERVICES HATS OF SAMSUNG .

                                  I am using Samsung SGH-L700 mobile handset for the past 4 to 5 years . I was already facing serious battary .Nevertheless i still continued to use it as my usage was very less . Recently I am stuck with another problem ... All of a sudden my mobile got switched off automatically and when i switched it on it shows "INSERT A SIM CARD" and it gives me only one option "MAKE A CALL TO SOS" . I am neither able to make calls nor receive them . Please help ASAP!!

                                    Sir, My mobile is in warranty period. The touch screen is not working but the display was proper. I went to customer care center at Andheri east. They are telling me to pay 6500 Rs. for new touch screen and display. How can they charge me when the mobile is in warranty period, While receiving my mobile I found that even the display had gone now.I take utmost care while using my mobile and they are telling that water must have gone inside. This is completely wrong and Samsung Customer care are not responding properly. Pl. help me by proving suitable repair free of cost. Else tell me if it is not possible the hence forth I'll never purchase or recommend any samsung mobile to anybody. I am literally frustrated by your customer care persons reply.

                                    SHAME ON Samsung AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE. I got my mobile repaired outside by only paying simply Rs. 150/-.This clears my doubt that Samsung guys are incapable of giving correct service. They are simply cheaters. Hence forth I will never buy or recommend any Samsung product.

                                      Dear Mr. B D Park, Managing Director Samsung India, Dear Sir, Greetings from ISB Hyderabad! First of all, I would like to thank you about your personal views on customer Centricity. I am writing this email with prodigious discomfort about my own experience with your call centre employee/ officers and service centre at Hyderabad. I would like to bring to your notice that I brought a washing machine model: SAMSUNG W.M F/A FRONT LOADING WF 600BOBKWQ on dated 02.06.2013 Bill No. CWH-1999, Branch- Kondapur-4005, Cust Code- KND16678 and paid total Rs 30, 500.00. 1- On dated 5th June, 2013 I called to this number[protected] and told that there is some problem in washing machine reason it was not working, the technician came and told that it was a minor problem but need not worry. My wife told me that, if there is a problem, then why do you not change this new washing machine, I told same to the technician, but he was able to convenience me that the problem will not occur in future 2- December 2013, problem again occurs, I called to the technician and he did the work and promise me that now there will be no problem 3- January 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he changed power backup of the machine 4- March 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he made some changes in the machine 5- June 1, 2015, problem again occurs, I called the technician and he told me that there is a major problem, why don’t you call Samsung customer care and change your washing machine because your machine is still in warranty. 6- I called customer care and explain everything on 2nd June, 2015. 7- June 3, 2015 I again called and explain my case, she promised me that hold the line. I was put on hold for 35 minutes, after that team leader spoke to me and told that I am going to discuss this matter on priority to my senior. 8- June 4, 2015, I again called and I was put on hold for 25 minutes, after a couple of minutes, she told me that sorry Sir, yesterday my colleague forgot to write an email to senior. You have to wait till 4:00 pm 9- June 5, 2015, I again called and I was put on hold for 20 minutes and got a response that we will forward your complain to the senior officer in Noida 10- June 5, 2015, I got a call from Mr Kulvinder from Noida; sorry to say, but the way he spoke to me, I was surprised that how can be he employed in the Samsung company. He doesn’t have an attitude that how talks to the customer. 11- He told me that I am the boss of the company and you are free to go to Consumer Court or write emails to my CeO, nothing will happen. This is my final decision and you will not get a replacement of your washing machine whether manufacturing or technical fault. I am waiting your response before going to take further action.                                         Hi, This is regarding my new Samsung Galaxy E5 mobile (IMEI NO-358271/06/107078/0)bought on 11.04.2015 at Samsung Plaza, Salt Lake, City Center, Kolkata 700091. Just after I brought my new mobile home, I realized that whenever I put the phone on speaker mode during a call, the person on the other side is not able to hear me. I called up the dealer and they asked me to visit them. They checked and said its working. It worked a couple of times and then again when I left the store, I faced the same problem. Then I again went there and they tested and this time they could see the issue. They did some software upgrade and the issue temporarily looked to be fixed. Just after I left the shop I again faced the issue and I went back to the shop. They could see the issue again and I asked them to replace my mobile with a new one. Since I very recently bought my mobile and the issue is there from the first day, I wanted a replacement. They said they cannot replace my mobile and only the Samsung service center can replace it. I went to the service center (at salt lake, Kolkata). They removed my antivirus software and said the issue would be fixed now. It didn't !!. They wasted 2 hrs of my time. I lodged a complaint at Samsung email support (reference number [protected]) and they responded by asking me to submit the mobile again at the service center. I asked them to replace my mobile because the issue is there from the beginning and they are also not able to fix it. They promised me that they would replace my mobile if they fail to fix the issue this time. I again went back to the service center and they kept my phone for more than a week for investigating the issue. After that they asked me to collect the mobile and mentioned that they replaced the mother board and this time the issue is fixed. I collected my phone from the service center. Not to my surprise the issue was still not resolved !! I lived without my phone for more than a week, wasted my valuable time in visiting them over and over again. Then my husband went to the service center and had connected the customer care executives with the service center guys into a conference call. My husband repeatedly asked them to replace my mobile but the customer care said its the responsibility of the service center and the service center mentioned it is not their responsibility. The opinion of the service center was to again leave the phone with them and this time they will TRY to repair the mobile. Now my question is how many times we need to go to the service center and how many more days of time wastage? Why can't they simply replace my mobile which is very well within the warranty period. I am not at all ready to submit my mobile at the service center any more. They are simply making fun of my money and time. My husband came back home and did not submit the mobile. I sent an email complaint at the Samsung India CEO office. They called me up and again asked me to submit the mobile at the service center. I told them that the only option is to replace my mobile and I do not trust their service centers any more. I very well deserve a replacement because they sold a defective piece which had the issue from day 1. They say that their policy is not to replace the mobile. But then is their policy is to sell defective pieces and then harass customers with their stupid service center guys who cannot fix any issue? The lady who called me from CEO office said she would check and get back to me within 24 hrs but she never called back. Just for your note, in this whole process I called their customer care number innumerable number of times, emailed them innumerable number of times. They argued with me innumerable number of times and also they disconnect the line at their own will. My only point is "please replace the defective mobile that you sold".
