    I've had a broken fridge for the last 20 days. After multiple calls every day and escalations (with constant promises of someone being sent), they still haven't solved the problem. I'm disgusted and will never ever buy a Samsung whitegoods product again, probably no Samsung product at all

      I am purchased new Handset on 06.07.2014 from CROMA Vide Invoice No. SLF02A[protected]. Rs. 27000/- But After 15 Days i faced lot of the issue in the Handset, then i approached CROMA and they advised go to Sam sung Service Centre, then i am Visited Sam sung Service Centre and inform to the person that i am purchased New Handset of GALAXY Note 3 Neo Before 15 Days and these are the issues 1. Display is Not there. 2. Side Lock is not Working 3. All Application are going In Hang Position. 4 SD Card is not Working. Then Sam sung Representative Check the Handset and Given Reply that we will replace the Mother Board of the Mobile and it’s Charges is Rs. 7889/- and it is not Covered in Warranty But my problem is that if any mobile which is I am Purchased in 15 Days Before how it can be happened it is the Manufacturing Defect in the Mobile so Company should Give the Replacement of the Mobile, why I Will Pay for Change of Mother Board. After that I am Approached to the Sam sung Head Office But they are not Given Proper Reply of the My Query they Are saying it is Physical Damaged so we will not Doing anything But I want to know How it will happened because no any single Scratches ‘on Mobile and it is Handling By me. I am Visited Last 4 to 5 Times in Sam sung Service Centre for Manufacturing Defect But they are not Giving any Suitable solution Please Help me in this issue and give me the Replacement of the My Mobile.

          Same common problem of Panel.. Translucent Bar on top left of the screen.. Twist the screen/Press top left of panel, the Bar vanishes for some time.. It looks to be a minor circuit issue, cant Samsung fix it with a spare? charge of Rs 1000 should be nominal.. Service engineer charge Rs 27000 for new panel, 70% of new TV cost, Costlier than the market rate of depreciated 2 year old TV.. Should I get a replacement TV? Samsung? Again? Or switch back to Sony?             Dear sir, We have purchased a Washing machine model No.: WA80ESLEC fully automatic, Bill No. 130302 dtd. 26-06-13 from Bismi Electronics Ernakulam with two years of warranty and it is not working properly after 6 months use. We have given complaints and two time they came and repaired it but three days ago machine is not working again. We have reported the issue but nobody replied yet. Kindly let us know that if the complaint still remain like this what we will do after your warranty period.               As before this I send you the complaint mail regarding the fraud done by your Samsung service center (Akanksha Enterprises), New Market, Bhopal (M.P.). But even after several days there is no reply by your any responsible samsung person. I feel that someone from your side will help me on the particular matter. But I was wrong. And that shows how much serious is the Samsung company towards the customer service. As now I understand that Samsung company is only interested in selling the products but not in the customer’s help and support. And now my whole trust is waken away from Samsung company. Now I am only asking about the refund of the phone. After seeing your bad response you have leave me no other option of only going towards legal complaint of the following matter in the criminal court and consumer court as well. Where Samsung company will have to give me the refund of the phone and have to bear all the compulsion money, all the court fee, lawyer fee and other fees and charges as well.                 I am Sandeep mourya, I had purchased Samsung galaxy grand 2 on 2nd July 2014 from Meena electronics . After using it 4 to 5 days many problems were created day by day and still it happen. Problems like Hang problem, Notification problem, Home key problem, and the most biggest problem was Display problem. Then I visited to the Samsung service centre more than 6 to 7 times only in one month, there service was really worst, they had changed my home key and display but the fitting was not proper and the display is not good as compared to old one many scratches was created on my phone. Then I asked for replacement of my phone then they making excuses. So, how this injustice is happening with me, Samsung promises the consumer if any problems were created under 7 days it will be replaced by the Samsung company.

                  I bought galaxy grand duos gt-i9082 eigth months back. From the date of purchasing itself iam facing so many problems in my device. 2 months back they replace my mother-board itself. I asked for replacement from the first month of my purchase.But they refuse to replace and keep on telling so many reasons for this. Today i my device display gone. I again hand-over the device to the service centre. They told me that they need one day observation. Below are the problems that i have in my phone.
                  1. Auto-switch off
                  2. Gallery hanging
                  3. Display gone completely ( they officialy confirmed there is no water-logging)
                  4. Fast discharge of battery.
                  Heloo samsung... Why cant you understand our troubles. I didnt ask you my money back. Rather i asked for replacement for the faulty device provided by you. If i cant find the satisfactory solution, then i will go for legal actions by using the documents regarding your service activities and the evidence of your service centre employee attitude towards us. - gowtham-+91-[protected]-chennai.

                    Name of company/service: SAMSUNG I have been emailing and complaining about a SAMSUNG LED TV 40 inch (UA40H5100) purchased from Electronic Paradise –New Delhi on 18.03.2014. for Rs. 52000/-.. Now from past few weeks I am facing some problem as there is no display in tv and for the same I lodged a complaint(complaint no-[protected]) with Samsung Customer Care two weeks back . The executive visited my place and inform us that the panel is to be replaced .My Tv is under warranty but the same has not been replace yet . Sorry to inform you but the after sales service of Samsung is very poor. My request to please forward my complaint to higher authority who can solve my above queries.                     Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    I purchased one Samsung 32” LED in March 2014. The same was got installed only in July 2014. In June 2015, the LED started giving trouble. Although sound was okay but its picture was getting distorted and screen not properly functioning. We lodged the complaint with Samsung customer care and the technician visited within 48 hours. Without even properly inspecting the same, he informed that its panel has gone out of order and needs replacement which will cost about Rs. 17, 000/-. Since the LED was purchased in March 2014, therefore the same had gone out of warranty and we will have to make full payment. I requested him to check thoroughly as the picture was visible sometime for few moments. He started TV and just confirmed in 1 minute without even checking again that there is problem in the panel only and it cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced. He charged Rs. 684/- towards his visiting fee, vide receipt no. 16952 dated July 01, 2015. It was extremely shocking for me as the LED was only one year old and also very sparingly used since there are already four TVs in the house.

                    On checking online, I could gather that similar new 32” LEDs of different reputed brands were available in market in the range of Rs. 17, 000/- to Rs. 20, 000/-. Therefore, I didn’t opt for replacement of panel at such a high cost of abt Rs. 17, 000/- and that too with limited warranty again. I was considering to dispose it off as scrap.

                    Only last week, I just happen to discuss casually with my family friend and he advised me to consult another local technician as well who lived nearby. On my request, he visited our house and inspected the LED. He immediately diagnosed the fault and told that there seems to be problem with Logic Board plate of LED and assured to fix the problem. He replaced the Logic and repaired the fault in LED for which I had to pay nominal amount as compared to what we were asked to pay by Samsung’s technician and now the LED is in perfect condition and running fine.

                    However, I got extremely disturbed and surprised as to how the well reputed brand like Samsung can misguide their customers. Though I and my all family members are regular users of Samsung products for the last several years but this particular incident has completely shaken my faith in Samsung for now and ever. Firstly, the LED gone out of order immediately after one year. Secondly, Samsung’s customer care people are not properly trained and misguiding the customers and even don’t know their job properly. Thirdly how they charged Rs. 684/- towards their visiting fee for few minutes (without doing any job or repair) which is unusual and needs to be refunded immediately. Ideally Samsung should have repaired / replaced the part at their own as the product was within warranty.

                    Further the mental agony and financial loss we suffered due to irresponsible act of customer care officials has shaken our faith in a reputed brand like SAMSUNG, which is extremely disturbing. In the past also I had similar experience with my Samsung mobile which I purchased for Rs.25, 000/- about 3 years ago and suffered loss of approx. Rs.10, 000/- within warranty period but I just ignored and didn’t think proper to take up the matter. All my family members in our home have Samsung Mobiles.

                      Dear Team, My phone was damage with little bit water. I gave my phone service center of Samsung 31. They not ready to give me any warranty. I purchased phone from Flipkart.com Samsung glaxy duos 2 at cost 8650 and samsung care centre want 11000 inr for repair. What is the matter ?.                         Purchased a brand new samsung galaxy s5 mobile phone from a samsung outlet on 25th of july 2014 and the phone was not being charged from 16th of august 2014. i contacted the service station of samsung and an engineer visited my home. he said that the phone has got moisture in it and took it with him. After 4-5 days they are now asking INR 4000 just to open the phone and detect the problem even when it is within the warranty period. i am sure that i have not put any water or moisture in the phone but the company has put allegations on me that i have. please take some strict action against this as my business is suffering and i am occuring heavy losses.

                          I am very much disappointed with your Samsung Galaxy Grand 19082. I bought around May, 2013, after 2 or 3 months I have problem with USB cable. Unable to charge, unable to data transfer. I have last 3 months and today when I am writing you complaint, My device is automatically restart, Uncertain period hanged, switch off. I faced recent problem today my all contacts are disabled, after 2 or 3 times restart and then all contact will displaying.

                          Sometimes the device are very hot

                          Sir I must tell you that I have 3rd phone of your company. One phone bought form Samsung eStore. It's working fine.

                          I have lots to hope of your device, but...

                          I have spent 18900/- for Samsung Galaxy Grand 19082 for hoping working properly for long years...

                          Premium Services: 1st Floor, 3/101 Sarthak -2, Opposite Activa Show Room, Off CG Road, Swastik Cross Road

                          They told me that your phone have to upgrade OS. My question is only 8 - 10 months the device need OS upgradation.

                          If I have not satisfied then I will go to consumer court...

                          I have experience for fighting my rights against company those who does not care customer satisfaction.

                          I was went in consumer court for Nokia 8800 music phone and company was decided brand new phone or same price I could buy another phone.

                          I must not want to go in court if you really understand customer satisfaction.

                          When I service phone, no more correction occurs. Same problem and much more problem after service. They asked me 350 / - for repairing my phone.

                          So I can understand that if I will not pay then they won't do service phone problem?.

                          Current problem is, when I was taking with someone, phone is automatically stopped. Phone was very very slow.

                          What I restarted my phone, it take 2 mins for restart. I started application then then 2 mins for start and some time black screen is coming or automatically unlock. Middle home button is not working as far as unable to start application.

                          They told my battery was not working properly. I have questioned within 1 year my battery was not working? He (Javed) told me when battery is moving circle that's means battery was not good. Such a rubbish reason.

                          I must not want to go at consumer court. But I have to file complaint in consumer court against Samsung.

                          I have complaint at samsung support portal. at 18th May, 2014, 05:00 pm, 11:00 pm, and 15th June, 2014 and 23rd June 2014 I file complaint in consumer court
                          for justice. I mailed same latter to samsung web portal contact us page. I mail to general enquires, technical support, and email to ceo's office.

                          Miss Nirupama Singh [Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd called me, go to disha service center and meet
                          Mr. Vishal Dham [Service Center Onwer], joined conference call for solving my problem.

                          At[protected], Mr. Vishal Dham reinstalled OS [Jelly Bean 4.2.2] and inform me that don't use any memory card and check how phone works.

                          I mailed same issues regarding phone is not working proper. Phone is very slow and hanged. Many time error occurs, "Process System isn't responding",
                          "TouchWiz Home isn't responding", "Unfortunately, Dual Clock (analogue) has stopped" [Roaming - Mumbai], "Viber isn't responding", "Facebook isn't
                          responding", "WhatsApp isn't responding", "Outlook.com isn't responding", and "Google Play Store isn't responding"

                          Current Problem [25th July, 2014 - 01st August, 2014] Not able to attend a call only black screen is displaying having 85% battery, Not workinbg
                          middle button for activating screen. I have to step out battery and reinsert battery at that situation work better.

                          I went to service center for recheck my mobile but in absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, one of colleague told me that you have to reinstall OS after you
                          will take backup. May be virus issue phone worked slowly. He installed antivirus and scan my whole phone, but unable to found single virus file.

                          At what situation my phone works as normal phone works? How many times I have to waste my valuable time and money for everything get normal?

                          I called Mr. Vishal Dham [[protected] - Samsung Customer Support Center ([protected]@contactus.samsung.com) given by nirupama singh - Senior Executive - Customer Experience
                          Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd mailed dated 23rd June, 2014], he told me that give me another two days more for under observation.

                          How many time I have to put my phone to under observation?

                          We believe Samsung that very good company, but as a result what customer get make foolish and after within one year, after one year, or after one and
                          half year phone is not working proper.

                          If phone is working properly and repaired properly then I must not complaint to anybody. Every time I went for phone service center and wasting of
                          time. In office I have to take a leave for this scenario. My boss refused to give me time for phone repairing every time. Worst experience that I have

                          I am collecting more proof against Samsung Galaxy Grand, I will go in media how that I have so frustrated to use 18900/- bugs of smartphone such a reputed company.

                          Ms Jalseen Kaur, if you really care customer then you have to replace smartphone after seeing lots of proof. Why are you sending such a rubbish mail that "customer is the best judge and may help with improving our products. True thing that you are cheating customer and customer feelings.

                          I won't not new phone when first time my phone was not working as normal. I won't complaint for second time, third time. but after forth time I must want to new phone. You won't believe that's why I mailed all screenshots and now I will mailed video file for you for better understanding. I am filing complaints at night, I won't seen. My life so much disturbed that I couldn't sleep at night.

                          You are doing worst to get best solutions and lots of performance disaster post repair. I already paid 300 bugs for repair charge, please find scan copy of job sheet and bill. How many times and how many rupees I need to spend for rubbish repair policy.

                          Latest problem that my phone is unable to receive calls and dialing calls as far as my phone was hanged and automatically closed. Every new days I have faced new problems.

                          Please do not write such false things that "We value your relationship with Samsung and assure you of our best services, always!" I don't believe you.

                          I am preparing video that how I suffered to used this phone. I will fight against Samsung till my life end.

                          Your product pass on various testes, it all rubbish, if it is that customer won't suffer a lot. Such a big company won't think customer as a result customer

                          I will file complaints in every consumer sites as well as RTI site. Now Ms. Jasleen Kaur just wait and watch I will take my justice on legal way. I will take necessary steps as far as legal policy is concerns. I will not let down until I will not get proper justice. I won't able to attend calls as far as new job regarding as far as phone is suddenly stopped.

                          Tenth complaints to Samsung Customer Care and CEO's Office and Consumer Court:

                          Dear Sir, / Madam,

                          I already contact two service centers, first premium services, they service my phone was very worst. After premium service my phone was not properly working then I was checking my phone to disha services with 300 rs service charge. Problem still exists and very slow. hanged, and automatically displaying black screen, etc. So I complaints to Samsung portal. Nirpama Madam communicated via phone and email and contact me to Mr. Vishal Dham. [Owner of Disha Services]. I re installed new compatible OS of Grand with long discussion of my colleague recommendations. Because He did not believe on me.

                          Mr. Vishal Dham told me that use your phone without memory card for few days, if problem not exists then insert memory card after format. For your kind information, I used my phone without any memory card after purchasing. I came to know that my phone is not working properly [hanged, automatically restart, automatically switch off, contacts blank, messaging blank, android phone internal application error message, outside error messages, etc. at 10th, 11th, and 12th month after purchasing. I already mentions in my previous mail that problem occurs.

                          As far as Mr. Vishal Dham recommendations I used my phone accordingly, but problem is still exists. I had visited to meet Mr Vishal Dham to discussing same problem, now I had taken all screenshots when android phone is not working. In absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, his colleague conducted me and told me that may be some virus issues. So He downloaded Dr. Web Anti-Virus application for android phone, and start scanning whole phone. No virus found. He told me don't waste your time and money for visiting service center, you will take a backup and do reset on phone, there is nothing but same issue application. My friend also used more than I used applications and he is using Samsung Galaxy Core, and his phone is not hanged that my phone. He does not used memory card too.

                          I called to Mr. Vishal Dham regarding latest problem, come at service center and put phone in under observations for two days. How many times I put my phone to service center, I have joined new job before 5 Months, I not able to take a leave for such kind of issues. My boss has been refuse to give leave.

                          As far as my company policy is concerns, I not able to attend call in office hours in case of emergency. But can attend calls during lunch break between 02:00 pm. - 03:00 pm.

                          Please call me between 02:00 pm - 03:00 pm Monday - Saturday. Saturday you call after 05:00 pm.

                          Hope you will understand all matter and will take valuable steps towards customer satisfactions.

                          Eleventh complaints to Samsung Customer Care and CEO's Office and Consumer Court:

                          I will file complaints against Samsung company other sites also within a week...

                          Sir please read all mail details and see carefully all attachments and decide what I suffered. I also contact to PMO to intervene this problem. but I try to contact PMO office.

                          Today 03:00 AM, I am spending time for filing complaints against Samsung. Today is my office. What should I do?

                          I am providing lots of proof then you won't care customer's feelings. Now Samsung will go out of the market if Samsung has not customer satisfaction. Every 10 out 7 Samsung products has problem and at situations customer will sale out or buy another cell phone. Every day I took screenshots and Now I took video how phone works. If company has same view against customer satisfaction no one buy Samsung buy smartphone.

                          I am collecting more proof against Samsung Galaxy Grand, I will go in media how that I have so frustrated to use 18900/- bugs of smartphone such a reputed company.

                          I will fight against Samsung company util I will get justice.I will mail and send my all complaint details to all government bodies until I will get justice.

                          I must want brand new Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in replace to Samsung Galaxy Grand, I will pay extra bugs of Grand 2.

                          I have so much tense that I have spend almost 19, 000 bugs, phone is restarted, hanged, I have all proof. I will collect more proof.

                          Ms. Jasleen Kaur / Priya Sharma told me that you had not paid service charge, that all rubbish. I scanned all documents and mailed you before. Please find following screenshots once again.

                          Ms. Jasleen Kaur / Priya Sharma told me we won''t replace but you have to repair, but I already repaired 4 times. Now onwards, I must not go to service center or any service center employee will not collect phone from my places.

                          Now Ms. Jalseen / Priya you and company must have to change my smartphone. I am not emotional. but I have lots of example here and seen that Grand create problems (heat, hanged, automatically restarted / switch off].

                          Ms Jalseen Kaur, / Priya Sharma, if you really care customer then you have to replace smartphone after seeing lots of proof. Why are you sending such a rubbish mail that customer is the best judge and may help with improving our products. True thing that you are cheating customer and customer feelings.

                          I won''t not new phone when first time my phone was not working as normal. I won''t complaint for second time, third time. but after forth time I must want to new phone. You won''t believe that''s why I mailed all screenshots and now I will mailed video file for you for better understanding. I am filing complaints at night, I won''t seen. My life so much disturbed that I couldn''t sleep at night.

                          You are doing worst to get best solutions and lots of performance disaster post repair. I already paid 300 bugs for repair charge, please find scan copy of job sheet and bill. How many times and how many rupees I need to spend for rubbish repair policy.

                            Dear Sir, I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no samsung RR1915CCASA ON 09.08.2014 from the dealer Great eastern Co of KANCHAPARA BRANCH comes under kolkata vide bill no 18/SA/1415/06191 and found one Door Tray at just bottam of ist Top Door tray less and reported the same to the concern Dealer. I have confirmed from your helpline that there should be five door Tray in the same model on 17.08.0214. But the Dealer say that there are only four number of Door Tray supplied for the above mentioned model.                               Around One and a half month before I buy a Samsung refrigerator (Id:[protected] from Hercules home appliances, Attingal, Trivandrum kerala).Two month before that refrigerator stop working, we contact authorised service center (complaint no:[protected]), a service man come our home and did some thing and charge us a amount of 300/ Rs. After one hour the refrigerator again stop working. Again we contact the costumer care and they told as that the problem is due to a board which is inside the refrigerator, to avoid the problem we have to in stall a new one having cost 3000/Rs. For that we place a order and a complaint(No:[protected]). till now they no body from the service center contact us, My complaints are 1:How is it possible a part of newly buy refrigerator get damaged with in 2 year (Low quality products or parts), 2: Poor not "poor very poor" and Irresponsible handling of customer complaints

                                i have purchased samsung double door fridge but now my fridge compressor is faulty and my fridge warranty still available so when i calling your customer care his said no any compressor available in company please solve this my problem and change the fridge compressor

                                  I have been suffering many problems in my Galaxy Grand 2 DUO's mobile since last 3 months. Have visited service locations more than 5-6 times and all my efforts to rectify my mobile problem yielded no result.

                                  The 1st problem i was facing was the display having some liquid floating in the middle of the display, charging stops at 94% and heat issue
                                  the 2nd problem was post upgrade to 4.4.2 kit kat OS

                                  in the 1st problem display liquid issues makes me not to see pictures properly
                                  Charging stops at 94% at all times and it reaches 100% only after me removing from charge and reconnect again to charger
                                  Heating issue is always there when i connect 3G.

                                  In the 2nd problem after upgrade to 4.4.2, i am unable to make or receive calls, My network drops when i receive calls and can't attend the call. This makes me not able to use for the purpose it is intended.

                                  I have visited the repair Center for the 1st problem, they said that the Grand 2 phone has this issue and will get solved automatically and it is not a big issue.

                                  I have accepted the same and was using the phone for some time.

                                  On my upgrade the phone has really became a dum device and was of no use to me.

                                  I have raised many cases to call center, had many calls with them for hours and even took leave and visited repair center many times.

                                  At the outset now they are claiming that the email i have configured (Exchange) is causing the issue and they want me to use the phone without mail.

                                  Please note that many of our colleagues are using same model of phone and are able to use all the features and the same is working even in standby mobile provided to me by samsung.

                                  I have already wasted more months in this case and all my efforts to get resolution went without results.

                                  Request you help to get the solution at the earliest

                                  NOTE:- Presently my phone is in repair center for more than 11 days.

                                    Hi This is Rambabu. My mobile Number is [protected]. I am a big fan of samsung products. I have 5 Samsung mobiles and 2 32inches LED Tvs and one refrigerator. I have purchased the refrigerator in August 2013. Model Number : RR2015SSBBX/TL/2013. Samsung refrigerator is not good. I had problem with that I was getting Tuck Tuck Tuck sound from refrigerator. I have given complaint to samsung customer care people. They came and they said if more ice is formed that sound will gives the indication for more ice. They said switch off the refrigerator for 24hrs. I did the same thing and they said we need to press the Defrost button once in three days. I am doing the same thing but if you press every day also that Tuck Tuck Tuck sound is coming and also the water boiling sound is also coming. I don't recommend the Samsung refrigerators.
