I bought a Samsung TV from Croma Ahmedabad (24.08.14) and they delivered the product almost immediately. However, it seemed I have to wait for 'Samsung Technichians' to come and set it up for me. Even after 2 days of buying the product, there was nobody from Samsung to set it up! I complained on their helpline number, and after talking for half an hour and giving all details, I got a bunch of numbers from their 'helpline' and an assurance that the complaint has been registered and that someone would contact me within a few hours. Of course, the call never came. Next day (that is 26.08.2014), I tried to locate the problem and after a number of phone calls, I got hold of the technician who was supposed to install it. Now, here it is where it gets really interesting. The guy, over the phone, told me that the stand of the TV, which Samsung sold me, was defected and he is EXPECTING the proper stand to come to him soon!! The Samsung technician KNEW that it was defected beforehand!! Thus, at present, I am stuck with a defective product which I payed a bomb to purchase ... and of course ... Samsung's reply is: "someone will get in touch with you soon" ...
