    Hi, this is second time i am writing. I am facing problem in my refrigerator. Its 3rd time it is not working. Last time engg told us to put stabilizer. We had done the same. But now they are saying it is 4kva stabilizer and we should put 1 kva stabilizer. But if this is the case then they should have told us clearly. this is not the case. I am attaching service report for reference. Please replace the unit as i can not suffer because of inferior products of Samsung. This piece is definitely faulty. Please do look into the matter as i dont think anyone is understanding our problem

      Hi, I bought two Samsung ACs sometime in 2012. One was 1.5 ton and other was 1.0 ton. The one with 1 ton capacity was ok as expected, the other one which I received, looks like it was used for a long time by someone and then delivered to me as new one. The cooling of 1.5 ton was faded (like cream color when the fresh white gets faded). I bought this to the notice of the dealer recently but received no response as if I never ac for them. Initially I though that's how 1.5 ton looks but recently one of my friend visited my place and informed that this is not the correct look of the new AC. Functionality wise its working fine however, it looks so faded that it seems that I have been using this ac since 10-15 years. Please, can someone help me on this matter? Thanks, Kamlesh

      I got a call today from Samsung guys saying that there are not even ready to visit my home until I pay them, I don't understand why should I pay them I received a bad product from the vendor.
      I bought two ac's one looks fresh white and the other one looks faded, isn't that a vendor's fault, shouldn't the bad product be replaced by Samsung?

      I never expected this king of response for a product worth Rs. 27k specially from a brand like samsung.
      The service engineer was not even willing to visit my home an dtake a look at the issue.

        I purchased Samsung refrigerator Model No RT28HCLPI with serial no. R1044PABC00177J on[protected] from M/s Meeta Sales corporation, mahatmanagar, Nashik - 422007.
        On[protected] it was noticed that it is not working, and hence I called the Call Center to register complaint. The complaint no. is [protected]. The service personal visited my house to inspect the refrigerator, and found that one part called PCB is out of order and required to be replaced. Since the refrigerator is within guaranty period, he verified the original purchase receipt and told me that the repairing will be done on[protected] by 12 pm. Thereafter no feedback from them. I again call the Call Center 3-4 times and every time the reply was 'our service person will report in one-two hours. after lot of follow up with shop and service center, it was told that the part is to be called from Noida and may take 4 days. Even after 4 days, no feedback. when I contacted them it was told that they require one letter from shopkeeper that the refrigerator is sold by them, untill that they will not perform repairing. The letter was issued on 3-9-2014 by shopkeeper. Even getting the letter the repairing was not done till 7 pm on 5-9-2014. I was calling the service center since morning of 5-9-2014, and every time they were telling that person will reach in two hours. However till evening no body turn up. Then I once again called the shopkeeper, who managed to get Mr. Hemant on conference call, and it was revealed that the spare parts are not traceable and hence the repairing cannot be done.
        What a quality of service Samsung is offering to the customers.
        It is really shameful and certainly not acceptable.

          I have purchased one AC 1.0 ton capacity from local Samsung Authorised retail outlets on around May, 2007 and purchased another AC of exactly the same kind for one of my friends. But unfortunately from the very beginning my AC gives lots of problems and even last two years back its compressor has been changed by Samsung authorised person and the same had to be done for the fault of the technician as he charged more gas to the compressor than its requirements(as per another technician who replaced the compressor). Though the compressor was under FOC but they charged for AC gas. And during last 5 years once they charged for Capacitor, once for PCB, twice for gas charging etc. and every time for labour charges. But, the other AC of my friend is running very smoothly in the same building. Even I have checked the electrical system of my house twice and found ok. And last two months back the AC shows a new problem, after switch on the AC it runs for 2-3mins. and the moment the compressor starts the power trips. I have lodged the complain in authorise service centre, Jorhat and the technician came and within 10 min. he told me that the compressor got damaged and will not be repairable. He charged me Rs.250/- and didn't provide money receipt and told me that money receipt can be provided above Rs.500/-only. But very next day I called another AC technician works in our company and within 20min. he rectified the problem and the AC is running for last two months without any fresh complain and he charged me only Rs.200/- for the job. Now, I want the clarification from your side for the following points: 1. as the AC gives problems from the very beginning can I think that it was a defective products and passed without QC test 2.whether the technicians are not trained properly being proved two cases; the other technician shows the efficiency by saving minimum Rs.40, 000/- from wasting. 3. or whether your company put little interest in service compared to sells which is not a good sign for any company in present competitive markets. Lastly, I want know you that I am in an Oil Refinery Township where more than 2000 ACs are there and is a very good market for all electronic goods as well as vehicles. So, all companies came here frequently for free service and free demo etc. and your company shows negligence in customer's satisfaction. Though I could lodge the complain two months back but I have taken this time to see whether the problem reoccurs. So, I request you to consider the matter seriously so that the customer need not to waste money due to the judgement of some inefficient technicians. Being a genuine customer who uses the Samsung products like Microwave, TV, Refrigerator, Mobile Handset like Galaxy Grand Neo, etc.(evidence can be given if needed).now under confusion to go for a LED 3D TV thinking repeatedly for the service provided by the nearest service centre-Jorhat. Even I can't suggest others to purchase from Samsung for the worst service.             Sir,
            I bhagwati prasad user of samsung mobile .for the past one year and one month i
            have been using samsung note 2 .on 19 august i had went to samsung service
            center krishna branch to upgrade my phone with kitkat software ..Director anil k
            jain’s employee told me that your would be upgraded by giving 280 rs in an hour
            time.After an hour i came back to the center and he told me that they are some
            signal problems in your phone and told me to come after have an hour. again i
            returned and now he told me that motherboard of my phone is fused and rs 7500
            is required to fix the problem. sir my phone was in perfect condition before coming
            to the service center and it is their responsibility to fix the problem and make sure
            my phone works in proper order as before. they have also put scratches on my
            phone. my phone is still at the service center since then.
            sir, please see into this problem as it is entire their fault . i shall be glad if you do
            so.
            I have sent this matter on 21-August 2014 but till now no action taken by your staff. I
            have recd a call from +[protected] & [protected] from Sourabh (C.E.O.)
            This Number From Samsung Office +[protected] With Confrence on Mr. Anil

            them all the matter by they said they will call me back after some time but after a

            I Have also mail this matter 2 times before some days I am attaching that mail also, Sir, i have received a call from service centre krishna nagar branch on 26/8/14 from mr, anil kumar jainhe was saying, i have repair your phone from okhla sevrvice centre. But after that i have also received the call from manager and he was saying they repair my phone from any software in KRISHNA NAGAR service centre, So Now I have Doubt that is my phone is realy Fine or nor now. Because both person are given me different statement about my phone, My phone's crome was in very good condition But now there is very Scratches that i have alredy told you. now my phone as in krishna nagar' Service Centre. I am feel so tired SO, please i request you Please give me my phone in good condition.

              Hi, I bought Samsung LED Joy Series 5 TV with Model Number- UA32F5100 from Samsung Plaza store NIT 1 Faridabad on 22 Feb 2014 and since yesterday there is no video coming, only audio is working. Today, a Samsung technician came and told us picture tube is not working. Picture tube gone in just 6 months, this is the quality that a brand like Samsung has to offer its customers and what if the picture tube again goes dead in next 6 months. I don't need this product anymore, replace this product ASAP. Thanks, Veenu

              I bought 32 inch samsung LED UA32F5100 on dt.22.09.2013 with Rs.36500.00.Now that TV is giving problem like sound is coming but no picture. I contacted your customer care . He sent your technician to my house. The technician told picture tube is not working. Relapce a new picture tube. We thought Samsung company is a very popular and faithfull for customer satisfication. But in a short period samsung led TV picture tube damaged. It is very sad and painfull for a middle class people.Samsung harassed us.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased my Samsung Galaxy GTI9300MBDINS (Galaxy S3) on 05/04/2014 (In fully warranty). Now it has display problem. I carried it to Samsung Mobile Service Centre(Bhikaji cama Place, New Delhi). But after 2 days they are saying that a moisture laying in the phone so can not change its hardware in warranty) They demand Rs.8000/- for repairing.

                You are requested to please look into the matter and repair /replace my mobile.

                I have purchased my Samsung Galaxy GTI9300MBDINS (Galaxy S3) Sr. No.-RZ1F10K087K, IMEI NO. 358422/05/045230/3 Raj communication, Faridabad on 05/04/2014 (In fully warrantee). After some time it has starting charging problem. I visited on 8th August 2014 to Service Centre Bhikaji Cama Place. They repaired its hardware. After some time starting display problem in it. I carried it once again to Samsung Mobile Service Centre(Bhikaji cama Place, New Delhi) They lodge the complaint and said it has display or Camera problem and it need 2 days to repair. But after 2 days they said that a moisture laying in the phone so in this condition phone can not be repair in warranty and I have to pay Rs.7400/- for repairing/replacement of parts. I have purchased it on installment and now how I can pay Rs. 7400/- for repairing.

                However I have taken back my phone from Service Centre Bhikaji Cama Place on dt. 5th Sep. 2014. But now it is in more worst condition. Neither It was charging nor switching on. When I contacted the service center they said that It is also caused by liquid lodging damage and can not be repaired in guarantee.
                After call from Samsung acceleration team on 6th Sep. 2014 the service center (Bhikaji Cama Palace) has partly repaired my phone on 8th Sep. 2014 without any service request sheet and my mobile gotten switch on but the main problem of display is as it is as it was. They neither shown me the water lodging proof neither give me any report about my mobile. Thereafter I got several call from Samsung acceleration team but all of them seems to support their service center and Samsung. They are also saying that according to their record, display has been replaced by service center of my phone but it is totally false. After one months, they are not giving me satisfactory answer.
                You are requested to please look into the matter and justified my problem.

FESC/09-10/04889 It frequently goes out of order. Recently we complain(no.[protected] dated 21.06.14).Your service center(Techtronics, 99, Ramkrishna nagar, kolkata-700153).Done service and made bill of Rs.-7869/- dated 09.07.14. Just after 5 day's again it goes out of order for which we have docket(no.-[protected] dated-29.07.14)and no one ready of give service.Being a bonafied customer we frequently been harassed by your service center.                       Hi, This with regards to my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 purchased on 28th February 2014 IMEI No: [protected] from Spice Retail JanakPuri showroom New Delhi. I am a disgusted customer who has purchased an INR 50, 000 worth of your flagship phone, chose it over Apple's Iphone 5S and HTC just relying on your brand equity. The phone is with me which simply refuses to switch despite your service center replacing the motherboard. I am with Samsung since the time you launched Galaxy S then Note I, Note II. Then I bought a LG Nexus 5 but sold it off in 10 days to buy the Note III and see the reward I get as a loyal customer. On 30 st August 2014 suddenly my phone's Headphone jack started malfunctioning (Voice could not be transferred from microphone to the caller), I visited the Tagore Garden Samsung service Center New Delhi to meet Mr. Ravi there at the Service station and he reported that there was a fault in the motherboard but due to unavailability of the part I had to go back. On 1st Sep 2014 I reported it at Tagore Garden Samsung service Center New Delhi to Mr. Kuljeet Singh at the Service desk. After checking he submitted the phone for motherboard replacement and I had to go again on 2nd Sep 2014 to pick up the phone at 6:30 PM It was at 9PM on the same day when the phone was simply kept on my table and the phone stopped receiving any network signal. Then after 5 mins of leaving it Idle the phone got switched off and is not functional anymore. I can't switch on the phone anymore. What is my fault ??? Is it that i spent Rs. 50, 000 of my hard earned money on your phone ? Is it that i chose it over Apple's iphone ? Or that i haven't paid my dues that you are making me take rounds(Spend fuel and time) and wait for hours at your service desk ?? I want you to replace the phone now and i will not accept any kind of repairs now. This sheer harassment from your end that a person spends more money on a phone that a laptop and split into bits and pieces and keep on fixing it over and over again till the time it appears and functions like a useless piece of dirt.                           My washing machine has stopped working, I want company technician to repair it from 4 days.There call centre personnel doesn't know the nearest service centre & every time a new person calls & I have to repeat it again and again.The person says he can't guarantee when will the service available.This is the condition of samsung India operation in Pune.
                          Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Lodging complaint on samsung company web site is impossible because it is not user friendly.Model nos are not available.I have doubt that company has done this to just to show off people that company is so care taking or just showing as legal requirement.Actually no body could lodge complaint using their company site.

                            for assist and they working on that for 3 days and then give it to
                            me...my handset... then after one month also there is problem of
                            hanging and not working some keys like home button and all...so they
                            software it...and format it...and now a days again there is a problem
                            of chargin socket, display lining and home key not working
                            sometimes...my one battery is damaged from that problem...but on
                            service centre they told me that battery problem so replace the
                            batrry...and i replace new samsung battery...there is a same
                            problem...and after put 5 6 days mobile in the service centre on the
                            display lining are continue to arrived...now i go for legel agains
                            samsung and i dont want to go samsung service centre...if they not
                            assist you properly...i have problem for put mobile in service centre
                            for 5 6 days...because i have no more mobiles...to use...and service
                            centre employess also not assist me and also other customers and all
                            have problem for that...please assist me... and now i dont want to open
                            handset from service centre...compnay have to replace me or refund my
                            amount...because i waste 400 to 500 rupess petrol for go service
                            centre and also one battery of price estimated 2000 rupees... so i am
                            so so so so so anger with them and unsetisfied...do for me

                              I buy a samsung gt-c3312, sl no.-rz1c9427k2l at 07/01/2013, in p.O.-nabadwip, dist.- nadia, pin.-741302, west bengal.
                              After 2 months it started some problems. Like screen autometic black, automatic phone switch off, massage, inbox & sent item not work properly. 2 times service in samsung service center. Last service at 14/02/14 in loknath telematics(Samsung service center) nabadwip, nadia. Call no.- 1846.But problem not gone. Please solved my problem.

                                Dear Sir, I have booked a complaint for CTV not working, complaint no [protected]. I have not got a proper response from customer care. I was told by service center that the part is not available with SAMSUNG. When I called customer care they have informed me the same. Now what should I do with this TV. Customer care telling to go with local parts, then why I have purchase a SAMSUNG TV, I should purchase a local TV. I need a response ASAP Regards, Dharam [protected]

                                  A 600 litres double door Samsung refrigerator was purchased during April, 2014. But after a lapse of only five months, it is non-functional. A complaint (No. [protected] dated 29/8/2014) was registered on the toll free number of Samsung. An Engineer came on[protected]Saturday) at 4:00 PM and checked Refrigerator and said that the card will be replaced. Now after repeated telephone the service centre at Ludhiana don't pick up the phone call on number[protected]. Even, the Samsung customer care officials were contacted two times on[protected], two times on[protected] and 3 times on 1-9-2014 just requesting that our food items are deteriorating and they are saying that person from our service centre will contact you soon but it is very unfortunate that after repeated requests no body have turned up.

                                    I bought one fully automatic washing m/c Model WA80T4GEC/XTL from Samung showroom in Dehradun on 11/6/2008. On 12/8/2014 the m/c stopped working. I phoned their service centre immdtly. They said that the warranty period is over so I will have to pay the service charge and cost of the replaced parts. I agreed. Their service engr came on 14/8/2014, checked the m/c, and told me that the PCB of the m/c needs replacement and he will come later with the part and complete the job. In the afternoon there was a call from the service centre that the part is not in stock, as this model has been discontinued. I tried to tell them that this is a "consumer durable" item and usually lasts for about ten years, and they are bound to make the spares available, but their only reply was "sorry.' I contacted the Senior Service Manager at Samsung H/O. He too expressed his inability to do anything. I requested him to clarify the following two points :- 1. Is it not a serious deficiency in service on the Samsung part . The washing m/c is expected to last for 10 yrs, but they fail to provide the parts after 6 yrs. 2. Is it not an unfair trade practice not to keep spares in stock, and force the customers to buy new machine. I am a senior citizen of 78 yrs. My wife is 72 and is arthritic. We could not wait and bought a new m/c on 23/8/2014. Kindly take up our case. My complaint No. with Samsung is [protected] dtd 12.8.2014 Thanking you, S. M.                                       I had unfortunately purchased a 1.5T Split AC of Samsung Make, in the year 2011 by paying around INR 30K. In 2013 it malfunctioned. I called up their service center, Vision Cool Service and they replaced the condenser saying that it has leakage. I paid around INR 3K+. After few days, the AC again malfunctioned and they replaced the PCB. Couple of weeks later the AC again malfunctioned and this time they repaired the compressor (It was on warranty). I was livid at their quality of service and Samsung's Eastern Regional Head promised me that in future I wont be facing any issue with AC. By that time I was pretty sure that this Vision Cool Service, their Official Service Center In Kolkata is a den of frauds since they were reluctant in giving back the replaced spare. Now this year the AC has again malfunctioned. I was not sure if any remaining parts of that were due anymore for repair but this Service Center guys found same. These shameless guys have now told me that the Coil of internal Unit and the filters need replacement and it will cost me another 9.5K rupees to repair. I have not seen any fraudulent and pathetic service centers like that of Samsung India. I will share my issues in all the social media & consumer forums and request everyone on this forum not to buy Samsung ACs if possible, particularly those who are in Kolkata because their service center Vision Cool Service is full of frauds who do not even spare a single chance of cheating you.

                                        Dear Sirs. I have purchased one double door Refrigirator from DVR Electronics Park Road, Kurnool on 06/08/2012. Since my purchase it's performance is very poor. It's compressor was changed two times in these two year's period. It was sent to your Authorised Servicing Centre four times in these two months period. They have charged Rs.2150/ but the condition remained the same.It is giving OVER COOLING. .I am terribly afraid what would be my fate if it is continued even after it's Warranty period is over. Iam incurring Rs.300/-for every trip of repair. In this connection I request you to replace the product with a new one.In this connection I would like to inform you that Iam a fan of SAMSUNG products My T V, DVD Player also, are of Samsung. I have purchased two Refrigirators for my relatives and recommend my friends also to go for a Samsung Products.. I hope you will do Justice to me by Re- Placing the product with a new one.
