I have got a Samsung NOTE 8 (GT-N5100) phone which I purchased in Riyadh last year. It's not charging although it shows it plugged up and under battery settings it says it's charging. It is about 10 months old, and I think it is still under warranty. I took it to the local authorized service center "Samsung Mobile Service Centre Kadapa (address : 2/1109, Pushpagiri School Building Complex, Kotha Reddy Women College, Nagarajpet City : Kadapa Andhra Pradesh, India), where the service person bluntly rejected to listen or take a look at the device giving an excuse that they will not handle any phones/note purchased abroad even though it is in warranty. I would like to know then what is International warranty for? I want the concerned authorities to take necessary action against such service centers, and provide me an alternative for the service.

    I had purchased a Samsung fridge Model no. RT33HDJSLALX/TL Sl. No. 030E4PAF501074M of 321 liters capacity on dated 03.07.2014 from M/s Rajasthan Electronics, Banswara. From day one it is giving cooling adjustment problem. After lot of complaint to the dealer and the customer care two times the mechanic came and attended but the problem still persist in addition to this after attending the problem one more problem activated that is beep alarm which was functioning when fridge door opens for a longer time. They are not being able to identify the actual problem. The mechanic is now telling to change the sensor. We have purchased lots of electronic items of Samsung make but we had not faced such manufacturing problem. It is requested to kindly get the fridge replaced with the new one as I have purchased it recently and we do not want any replacement of electronic items such as sensors, Electronic knobs etc. Here I want to inform you that I am working in Trinetra Cement Ltd. and we use to purchase lot of electronic items for our unit, if the quality of service is not good and prompt how we as a corporate sector will convince to purchase the Samsung brand items.       I have purchase a Samsung Note 2 mobile in Poorvika last dewali. First issue starter after using it for two months, as it was shutdown and never turned On. I took it to poorvika and they took almost 1 week to repair it. Same issue reoccur again now... I lost my original bill so I need help to get the duplicate copy to repair my mobile... I went to Poorvika Mobiles ambur on monday(16th Sep 2014) but till now I havn't receive the duplicate copy of bill. Request you to kindly look into this and do the needful.       Hi Muzammil,

      Thanks for writing. It seems that you must visit Poorvika Mobile Store one more time. In fact, they don't sell defective mobile instead it comes from the manufacturers. Nice to see that Poorvika took this issue & tried to solve it from their end. There must be some big problem in the mobile & which is why you are not getting early.

      I request you to kindly visit poorvika mobile store again. And hopefully, this time they'll definitely solve your problem.

          I have visited Samsung mobile care, RAMPUR to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going mother board. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. in this time my mobile warranty period. they might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual problem of mobile of this model .
          Now more than 15 days to get my mobile phone repaired and handover in discharge position to me. but after charging mobileand using problem not solved . This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
          I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 14000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

            Dear Sir, I have purchased Samsung refrierator 2 year back. Its working fine till last week. Due to power surge in our area last week, its PCB got damaged and now Samsung Sevice Center is charging Rs. 5250/- to repair the same. I have purchased the refigerator at around Rs. 24500/- and the servicing for mere PCB is 5250/- (PCB- Rs. 3500 + other component (part name not told by the service person on telephone) 1500/- + Rs.250/- service charges.) This kind of service charges are really not expected by samsung. Please reply me for the same

              I, Bratati Dhar Choudhury have lodged 1st complain on 22nd july 2014, at your cutomer Care. The service centre at guwahati, ulubari-781007 visited my place on 24th july. The service engineer checked the 2ton AC and told me that censor is not working, he will replace it whenever the part is available. On14th August the gentleman came and changed the censor and he was paid Rs.800.0 for the bill he charged on the pad of the Samsung Customer Service Record Car but still it is not working. I have called him many times over phone on his personal No.[protected] given by him but he did not bother to visit my place till date. I have lodged another complain on customer care on 31stAugust (complain no- [protected]) still now nobody has bothered to visit my residence or call me for the service.                 Dear Sirs, I purchased a small Flat coloured TV during 2006. Recently I found that after playing it for half an hour (1/2 hrs) video goes off and white strip is coming on the screen for few moments and again display is coming normal and again this is happening after 5/6 minutes interval. I contacted your authorized service center in our locality and took the TV set against one receipt and told me that they will inform me about the service required and cost of the same. But they did not inform me and I started contacting them (service agency). They first told that TV CRT got damaged and need to be replaced which may cost Rs 3500(approx). When I told it is nothing with that CRT but seems to me due to some capacitor problem, immediately they changed the version and said yes it seems some circuit problem and may cost less within Rs.2000. But from that time they are not giving any clear cut statement about the fault of my TV and Cost of repair and it seems to me that I am going to be cheated. We always give due respect to your brand name and have full confidence of your rendered service. I would like to request you to look into this matter and sort out this problem. Regards Saibal Raut

                  hello mam /sir.. IM Anil from palakollu, westgodavari distict, Andhra pradesh. we bought a Samsung frize model RT32CDUX1/XTL/2012 in september 2012, upto now its working good, but sunddenly its gets stop working. i.e not getting cooling.. we made a compliant at our local shop, where we bought this frize, they asked our details, phone no etc & told me that they will book a compliant online. Concerned person will reach you & solve your problem in 2 or 3 days, but still todoy nobody came to me.. We call to that shop owner so many times, they are telling, we raise the ticket, what can we do. its very problem to us without frize. Being a big brand samsung, mnc . Not at all having proper service provider to their customers. so, I please, requesing you to repond to my query.. . thanking u . anil kumar y

                    I had lodged a repair/service request regarding propeller not rotating for my Samsung Top load washing machine well over a month ago (on 2nd August 2014). My machine has not yet been repaired till date 12th September 2014. Regarding the issue I have been constantly calling the service center ever since the complaint was lodged. I get overconfident answers saying that my machine will be repaired by tomorrow. That's precisely what they have told me each day since 2nd August 2014. They seem to have no tracking of whether there was an engineer visit, is the required part available, when can the customer expect a repair (no real date allocated), and whether the customer should be serviced on priority basis due to delay in service. And making a false promise to the customer though ignorant themselves if the repair can be really completed or not due to availability/unavailability of resources, the service center keeps telling over-confidently that tomorrow the service will be provided. Moreover, multiple repair requests have been logged by them, and all but the present one have the status as "repair completed". I wonder how they assume that the repair is completed when I did not sign any document saying so.

                    Guys. Anyone reading this comment I will suggest you from the bottom of my hear that please never ever buy a samsung product... It may be a very big company but just check their service and customer care, it is worst. The products are good but service is pathetic if there is need of actual part replacement. No one will respond from service centre side. They assume that a repair has been completed and then don't send any engineer again. I have been following up very patiently since more than a month. (2 August 2014 to 13th August 2014 ) and still there is no repair. Please guys never ever buy a samsung product no matter how appealing it is. Sorry Samsung I dont hate you but I just can't trust you ever again. Just want to save the innocent future customers from the horrible after sales service. Very very pathetic...

                    The customer care people have standard set dialogues saying "I will try my best to help you", "I regret the inconvenience caused", "You will get the repair tomorrow, 100 percent". And omg these words are so nice, but remember these are just words cause they really don't regret any inconvenience; I believe Samsung enjoys harassing the customer.

                      My Samsung Mobile, Model Number DT S dous 7582 was repaired by Samsung Service Center 3 times. Than I complained to Samsung Customer Care and talked to senior person(complaint number - [protected]), he asked me to trust him submit my phone again to service center and he talked himself with the service center person. I did the same but the problem still existed. I send an email to samsung website I got call from there the executive took me and the service center person on conference and the thing was finalised as " I have to resubmit my phone to service center but they wont do anything and it will be sent to Samsung Technical department for its correction ". But after submitting when queried about status they replied that the technical person of service center is out on training ans his sign is required for sending your phone to Samsung Technical Department so wait for 2 more days. But after a week of submitting the phone when called to service center I got reply that they solved it by themselves and you can take your phone back. The first 4 times of repairing they were unable to solve and after all the complaints they still doing same thing. No value of customer problem. No value of the promises done to the customers by Samsung Service Center or The Samsung Customer Support. as they promised me that they will check the status by themselves and I don't have to worry each time I complained.                         My 5yrs old TV is not working from past 1 month. I have booked a complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Customer care team is offering only 35% of the total value of the TV as parts are not available with SAMSUG. Parts are not available, this is SAMSUNG problem then why should I suffer? If you can’t rectify the problem in my TV then I want a re placement TV. Because I can’t afford a30K TV. I need a immediate solution for this.

                          We have purchased a Samsung split AC (Model : AR18HC3TYURNNA & Serial No : 0318PPCF300018D) in April 2014 and from starting when ever we switch on the AC it omits a foul smell. We have raised around 6-7 complaints. Various Samsung Engineer came to my place and sprayed various high intensity spray. However there was no impact then they took my AC to service center and changed Coil of my AC still same issue persists. When we requested for refund or replacement they started making various excuses and are not providing me replacement or refund or any solution.

                            DEAR SIR, I HAD LODGED SERVICE REQUEST No [protected] DATED 30 AUGUST 2014 WITH SAMSUNG FOR REPAIR OF MY WASHING MACHINE. INSPITE OF MY REPEATED REQUESTS TO LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE, CALL CENTRE, ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, SERVICE ENGR HAS NOT ATTENDED TO MY REQUEST TILL DATE CAUSING MENTAL HARASSMENT AND FRUSTRATION. I AM STAYING AT DEOLALI CAMP, NASHIK DISTT. SERVICE CENTRE AT NASHIK HAS BEEN PROVIDING MISINFORMATION FOR PAST THREE DAYS THAT 'ENGR IS ON THE WAY TO ATTEND THE REQUEST AND SAME WILL BE ADDRESSED BY EVENING' BUT EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS CALL IS YET TO BE ATTENDED. SO FAR I HAVE MADE 3-4 CALLS TO LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE, 3-4 CALLS TO CALL CENTRE, 3-4 ONLINE CHATS AND SENT TWO EMAIL TO SAMSUNG EXECUTIVES BUT ALL IN FUTILE. WHENEVER EXECUTIVES PUT ME IN CONF CALL WITH SERVICE CENTRE TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE, SERVICE CENTRE GIVES MISINFORMATION AND MANAGE TO GET AWAY. THIS HAS HAPPENED 4 TIMES SO FAR.                               Dear Sir/Madam, We bought a refrigerator in March 2014 and now the tray glass was broken while cleaning inside fridge, But we dint put any pressure to break while washing only broken. When i called to Samsung customer care they took the complaint no and told that Tray glass will replaced with no cost becuase it's under warranty period. So now the executive is telling it will chargeable. So please take action on this.                               I received call from Samsung company executive and he told, we need make payment for that. But it is still under warranty till March 2015.

                              So from your end(Consumer forum) have you taken any action on this?

                                मेरे व्‍दारा LED Smart 40" Product (Model Number UA40F5500ARMXL) एवं Product Serial Number 23563ZED701628N दिनांक 25.08.2013 को क्रय की गई थी। जिसकी 1+1 = 2 Year Warranty दी गई है। लेकिन वारंटी समय में ही यह खराब हो गई है जिसमें निम्‍नानुसार खराबी आ गई है:- (1) TV की आधी स्‍क्रीन नीचे बिलकुल काली पिक्‍चर दिखाई देने लगी है। (2) पिक्‍चर की क्‍वालिटी धुंधली दिखने लगी है। मेरा अनुरोध है कि इतनी महंगी LED मेरे व्‍दारा किश्‍तों में खरीदी गई जो कि वारंटी समय में ही खराब हो गई है। अत: इसे बदलकर दूसरा नया LED एक सप्‍ताह के अंदर दिया जाए ।

                                बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है। शि‍कायत दर्ज कराने के तीन-चार दिन बाद भी कोई उत्‍तर प्राप्‍त नहीं हुआ है। मजबूरन मुझे राज्‍य उपभोक्‍ता फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज कराना होगी।
                                12 सितम्‍बर को शिकायत दर्ज करने के बाद केवल यही कहा जाता रहा है कि आपकी शिकायत उच्‍च स्‍तर पर फारवर्डकर उनकी राय ली जा रही है, उनसे राय मिलने पर आपको सूचित किया जाएगा।न तो उच्‍च स्‍तर पर बात कराई जा रही है और न ही LED बदलकर नया दिया जा रहा है जो कि वारंटी समय में ही खराब हुआ है। डीलर से संपर्क करने पर ग्राहक(शिकायतकर्ता) के साथ दुर्व्‍यवहार किया जाता है और बहुत ही घटिया तरीके से बात करते हैं अत: इसकी डीलरशिप तुरंत समाप्‍त कर देनी चाहिए जो कंपनी का भी नाम खराब करता हो।
                                12 सितम्‍बर] 2014 की शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। केवल एक बार कंपनी से फोन आया था और खराब हिस्‍से का पूरा पैनल बदलने के लिए कहा गया था, मेरी सहमति के बाद आज तक न तो पैनल बदलने कोई आया और न ही कोई फोन आया। आखिर कब तक यूं ही चलता रहेगा। क्‍या मुझे उपभोक्‍ता फोरम में जाना ही पड़ेगा ?

Mobile problem in network our office area very poor network on my mobile ... i m using vodafone sim very long time but this problem not our another mobile but this time i m use this mobile and this problem creat ... this sim use another mobile so no problem... and only this mobile in network problem... no network my many contect no rply... pls solve our problem... i m purchase new mobile and this problem i m very distrub... pls solve my problem... my mobile no. is [protected] rgds Amit

                                    MY LED SET UA40EH6030 WAS PROCURED BY CITY CENTER MATIGARA, SILIGURI, IT HAS DEVELOPED A BLACK LINE IN SCREEN. DESITE REPETED REPRESENTATIVE BEING SENT TO THE SHOP THE SHOP/VENDOR HAS TAKEN NO ACTION SINCE JUNE 2014(18JUN14). I request you to kindly educate the vendor to get the same repaired for it being purchased from him. The TV automatically got OK and again has developed the same problem of linning (black color) that hasd been left unattended by your vendor at citycenter matigara, siliguri. I hope now he sends someone to repair the same as I am facing problems . My address is 81/290 LEHL MARG, BINNAGURI, DIST-JAIPAIGURI, WB. I shall be taking a legal recourse along with phone call details since Jun14 that has harassed me a lot .

                                      Good day, I was a proud owner of a Samsung product (double door refrigerator RT72KBSL1/2012) till this incident. My refrigerator started malfunctioning and i lodged a complain on 05-Sep-2014 ( No [protected]). Firstly getting the customer contact phone line was a pain and after getting through I was impressed with the quick response/action from the call center, who promised that technician will attend on same day before 2000 hrs. I took a day off from work and waited at home full day but no technician attended, nor did I get a phone call. I tried calling the local service office +[protected]/60 but there was nobody to attend the calls. I called up the customer care the next day who were very polite as in all call centers and sympathised with me, and again promised that technician would attend in the next 2 hours, so was forced to skip work again, but sadly after waiting for 3-4 hours i went back to work half day as no technician called during the promised time. The 3rd day after continuously calling the call center and the local service providers office i was happy when technician called and did attend. Though i had narrated the problem, he just came opened the behind panel and checked on fuse and did not look very knowledgeable about his job. He tried making calls to other asking for advise and finally came to the conclusion that he has to consult his trainer and check on the internet the error code. He said he will attend the next day but sadly it is 3 days now after his visit and nobody has even cared to call up. I am very much disappointed with your service and would not want to go for Samsung appliances and would not reccoment your product to my friends and even enemies if this is the quality of after service you provide. Please provide me with a practical solution.
