respected sir, i am deepak from sivakasi.i bought a samsung mobile galaxy core duos(Gt I8262) mobile at last november.. now my mobile having sudden charge reducing problem.. i contact a samsung service centre sivakasi branch. but they said your having physical damage..but my mobile having some scratches at two corner.. they blame me by those scratches.its your fault.our company doesn't gave warranty for your mobile.. what can i do.. i so disappointed with samsung service center sivakasi.

    “Ours is the best brand in the world. The components, the machines are good for the next 7-8 years. You can trust us. We would never wrong you” “Ha, your 1-year warranty is over, pig. Yes, only by 3 months, but it still is over. And so you’ll have to pay Rs. 20, 000 to get a new component, because we are too lazy to do a proper quality-control of our product” A couple of months back if someone showed me the above two statements and told me they are from the representatives of the same company, I wouldn’t have believed. Now that it has happened to me, I don’t have a choice. This is the story of how Mr. B.D. Park led Samsung fleeced me. [protected]----- A couple of weeks after my wedding, I was on the lookout for a new TV. I visited some showrooms and spoke to a few salesmen. Ultimately I zeroed-in on a 39-inches Samsung LED TV. While I was considering it, the salesman walked up to me and told me something to the effect of: “Don’t worry about checking out other brands, sir. This is Samsung we are talking about. They make the best devices in the world - including TVs. You can go ahead using this TV for seven, even eight years, and neither the picture quality nor the build is going to deteriorate. You can close your eyes and pick a Samsung. You won’t regret - that’s my promise to you”. So I bought the TV because - hey, nobody likes to regret, right? (And because I trusted Samsung, not because of that sales pitch) “Eight years! That’s solid! Even if it makes six, it’s gonna be good enough” - I thought to myself. But barely fifteen months after the purchase weird colour patterns started to appear on the LED screen. Patterns which made it look like the screen was smoking pot. Or Methamphetamine, may be. So I called Samsung, and told them about it. They informed me that my warranty is over. “Fair enough”, but have someone come and have a look at it. “Sir, the engineer visit will be charged at Rs. 650”. Wait, what? The “visit” will be charged? What else, do I also need to send a limousine to pick up Mr. “Engineer”? So the rule is no matter what, if the “engineer” comes to your place, you have to give him Rs. 650. Doesn’t matter if he succeeds in fixing your TV or not. (And I used to think KRK was ridiculous). Anyways, I decide not to pay for the visit alone. The “engineer” comes, opens my TV - and casually informs me the LED is gone, and will have to be replaced. Cost? Approximately Rs. 20, 000. Let’s take step back here and understand the situation a bit. I did not buy a Vu, and I did not buy a Reliance (they have their own branded TV sets now, which they sell at their stores - Reliance Digital). These brands were much cheaper than Samsung AND were also offering 1-year warranty just like Samsung. But still I did not buy them. Why? Because I had trust in brand Samsung. Because I KNOW that those forty-five thousand rupees that I'm spending on a Samsung TV are getting me a world-class product with impeccable quality. Because I trust a Samsung TV to not go kaput within 15 months! And when that happens, I feel it makes a strong statement on the brand value of Samsung. I need to know that warranty or not, a Samsung TV is meant to last long, much longer than 15 months, and when it does not, Samsung - the company - has my back. I need this assurance to be confident about paying for a Samsung product. Without that, I don't see why should I not save some money outright and buy products from a local, much cheaper brand. How can you - as the world’s leading brand of electronic devices - make a television where the main component will break down in less than an year and a half ! So I tried to get in touch with higher authorities in the company, using the “Suggestions To The CEO Office” section on their website, but as with most of the corporates, this is more a tool for than anything else. I have so far written three emails to their CEO - Mr. B.D. Park and all I have received is calls from interns sitting at call-centers - who gave me more about company’s “policy” of not leaving any opportunity to screw their customers - or this gentleman - Sameer Jain - who calls himself the Manager of “Customer Experience” and basically told me that he cannot care less about my loss (I had paid forty-five thousand rupees for that TV), and the best he can do is give me a 20% discount on the new LED panel (original cost - Rs. 18, 000, so I still need to pay Rs. 14, 000.). When I asked him to connect me to his superior he told me basically that the buck stops with him. Ohh, and he also added that if he gives me that 20% "discount", I won't get an year's worth of warranty on it. Only 3 months. Because, hey, we already gave you discount, right ? I am now stuck with a faulty TV from a company, headed by a man (B.D. Park) who doesn’t care about his company’s reputation and a customer “experience” manager - Sameer Jain - who is in the absolutely wrong job.

      I have cooling problem with my samsung refrigerator .so contact auth.service center of samsung shivam national electronices santacruz west mumbai .their technician pintu came and replace the timer with 1 yrs warranty, product still not working, then another tenh came and fill gas .still my refrigerators not working .total cost of work done.2800+1500.

          I am recieving usb relates issue from a while and I am also having touch working problems sometime that I explained to the engineers at the service centre but after many repairs I am recieving same problems in my handset galaxy mega 5.8. I am fed up explaining and running to the service centre again and again now i want a replacement of my handset or my money back thats it and I will never ever refer samsung to any one in my life..             I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Duos S7565, on 11-Aug-13.
            Since the purchase I am facing problems with the set,
            a) Backup of battery is too low, b) Set over-heats and hangs sometime.
            I have visited your service center more than 6 times. Below mentioned job numbers are for your reference [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected], and [protected].
            Whenever I have visited your service center they book and keep my set for 2 to 3 days and return with same problems again and again. Also I have come to know that there are a lot of problems in this model.
            I am facing this problem in warranty and after the warranty period what will I do.
            I am requesting you to please look into this matter on priority.
            I am a huge fan of Samsung Mobiles, I have one more phone of Samsung that is running very well, but I am not satisfied because of this set which is giving me a lot of trouble.
            I have spent hard earned money to buy the set, please take action on my complaint so that I can hear some good news.

              My Air conditioner suddenly stopped working on[protected]. I bought this product on[protected]. Its because of the compressor failure since compressor coming under 5 years warranty they have to replace the part. They are ready to replace the product but i have to pay INR 2600 i dont know why should i pay that amount to samsung service centre. I feel like i am being cheated samsung when the product or part is under warranty they have to replace same without any cost. Why samsung is asking me to pay INR 2600 for warranty product / part I dont want to be get cheated by big firm. I have lot of products of samsung now i fell much worried about all these.                 Now its about 8th or 9th day my phone is in service center, as per ceo told i submitted my device. am eligible for refund also. i bought new note 3 and with in 4 days my display got 1 complaint, actually it is there at the time of buying later it increases and very clearly 1 line is disappearing when the light is getting off aand also at the time of locking the screen. for that complaint asm directly came and check my mobile and he told this is the case of doa and you want refund also so they need to send the report to Headoffice and they told me wait they will inform me as soon as possible, but i didnt get any proper call or replies from samsung all the time i contacted them. and made call back service, they called and offerd me repair your display now and they will provide me extenden waranty and all i told am not ready for that beacause i already accepted all the request from samsung for thrice for my note 3 neo, atleast please accept my 1 request it over 1 month samsung disturbing me like anything and i adjsuted evrything for samsung. only for first replacement i asked remaining all samsunng told me to replace replace replace and i replaced at last samsung told me to change to another model again i paid remaining amount of 12000/ and bought note 3 as per samsung told. i got another issue on samsung note 3 and i visited the service center, and they simply rejected my device by telling you got maximum replacement. i told i didnt aks for replacement you only told me to change the device and all, and i simply agreed.From there asm contacted me and told me the same thing i got max no of replacemet and all. i told i the person got the replacement not for this device and the complaint also different and i paid extramoney also. in doa period i submitted. and asm anoop came and check my complaint and he told, he will send the report with in 10 days i will get refund and all. i dont know why they are simply rejecting my issue? i asked what is the reason they told its a minor issue and all, change the display from service center and use the phone. i told for this you blocked my phone upto 9 days and just looking on the pictures/images they confirmed it as minor issue. asm came and directly check the phone, and he know that it is major issue because of that he mailed the report.service peoples also shocked about samsung replies. please refund my money, i already orderd one note 3 plus gear from dubai. every 1 gave me hopes of refund. i dont know why they rejected. earlier days they told doa period over and all and trying to reject me. but ihave the jobsheet and all, so i finally solved that issue and they accepted my refund request and waiting fot money today they called and told me its a minor issue and all. iasked how you can know that without checking my mobile, they confirmed it by simply seeing the picture files. asm and all confirmed it is a doa case because within 7 days any issue on hardware is eligible for doa its there in agreement and conditions, now its like cheatings by samsung. iknow my issue is not a big deal for your company. am using iphone 5s also i got 1 complaint after 2 or 3 weeks. i didnt ask anything they are asking to me what help they want to do replacement or refund, i shocked and i replaced becuase customer support is first profit next. i hope samsung also a company like apple, this simple issue never effect on samsung, then why ther are simply making issues? and the right is also in my side. 1 of conference call by samsung customercare and service center call service manager only told he is elgible for doa, if you want please check the call records. am innocent and the right is in my side also, i hope ceo will take care of me, i also adjusted many time for samsung for this refund issue atleast samsung please approve my request i beg i beg ibeg. i know no need to beg when rights are in my side, but no time for me am a college student studying outside for this issue i visited showroom more than 20 times in this month, so many expenses are there, somany means somany.so please make it fast still am begging by standing on right path. but please dont cheat customers, please do what you said, dont change it by situations, with in 7 days any issue on hardware doa is eligible.there is no other option for me one and only option is ceo. this is my complaint also because they rejected my issue by simply saying replace the display i asked display is not in hardware segment for you? am not using samsung for first time am using from 2000 they making me fool, by simpling teling replace display and use. i told i dont want a repaired phone then why we are spending this much money secondhand phones are their other brands phone are there same feature and all we have one trust on samsung company and all, like me somany are thier i know by rejecting me or accepting me is not a big deal for samsung. am also not worried about my money, am asking for my right nothing else please dont cheat customers. service center peoples are also shocked when the reply was came fromm samsung. ASM also told me they will check and contact me. no 1 dont know why they rejected. i know in pictures and all no1 can identify the complaints. after 7 8 days they are telling rejected. i asked again atleast give me replacement. but i want refund. everyone shocked for this complaint they are telling repair the display and use they wil give me 2 month extra waranty and all. i told no. i want refund no other option, i already orderd one note3 plus gear from dubai because from samsung service center and all they also hope refund, even they scanned my bill and send to HEADOFFICE, when i called the asm he told no way, please wait let him check and contact me itseems but no call from him i didnt get. i am simply screwed by samsung, not me may be all customers. i dont know about others So please read it completley and plz call me, pls pls pls please make my refund as soon as possible because now its 1 month over, from the very begining i asked for refund but samsung rejected because for refund there should be atleast 3 replacement should need for a refund i told ok then give me next replacement that time only company assured to me if any complaint is there on 3rd phone samsung will refund atlast 3rd phone also have same complaint and samsung requsested please replace with another model and for samsung i canceld my refund request and took note 3 by payig 12000 extra now samsung is cheating me . please give back my money i beg please please please its my request please contact me. i hope higher official will contact me. and please check my case. dont see the pictures please check my device and tell me .                   I have submitted my samsung GT-P6200 for ra purchase of a new LCD as mine was damaged.they promised to deliver it in 15days and have taken an advance of 3000 against an estimate of 6000.i have been trying to contact them on their mobile as well as landline and my call was never answered and at times was cut by the other mobile.i had visited them 6 times and complained about the answering but there never was any response. Now they inform me after 35days that the parts are not available.last few visits they gave different reasons for delay like 1) they got the wrong part from company 2) they forgot to put work order 3) company forgot to send the product. Now I am left with a product that's just a couple of years old and I can't do anything abt it. I see retailers selling the same product still in the market. Please help me with this.                     Hello Sir, My complaint Reference number is [protected]. My complaint is regarding my brand new phone (Samsung Neo GTi9060). Sir I bought that phone on 15th of June 2014 and on 20th July 2014 suddenly it stopped working. I gave that phone to customer store of samsung for servicing and they told me that they will charge from me Rs5500 because it's mother board is has got moisture. But According to me neither it fall in any liquid not i touched that phone with wet hands. Sir I bought that phone in Rs15000 On EMIS & I am still paying EMIS of that Phone(RS 2800). MY concern is if there is default problem or some manufacturing problem on phone then it should be replaced by company responsibility. Then why they are charging this huge amount from me. I am sure about it that i was using that phone very safely. I had a word with their customer executive and they also told me the same that I have to pay Rs.5500 for that.                       I have given Samsung TV Model no. CS21A330XLAXXL at your service center D-1 Sector-3 for repairing on dated 28.07.2014. I am enclosing here with scan copy of your service request sheet in attachment file for your ready reference.

                      I have been told by your service center supervisor Mr. Aditya that this Samsung Model no. CS21A330XLAXXL has defect in Micro Controller IC which service center do not have the part (Micro Controller IC because the company has stopped to make this model) so our TV cannot be repaired. Please pass on instruction to your service center head to change the defective part at the earliest otherwise I will take legal action towards your company will registered a FIR in sector-24 Police Station against cheating with the customer and matter would be brought in the notice of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Secretary of Department of Consumer Affairs under Ministry of Consumer Affairs for taking action towards your company. Hopping you will avoid unpleasant action towards your company.

IT WAS PUCHASED MORE THAN 6 YEARS AGO AND THE WARRANTY HAS ALREADY EXPIRED. THE CAPACITOR AND THE COMPRESSOR IS OUT OF ORDER AND IT WAS CONFIRMED BY THE VISITED TECHNICIANS FROM AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER "SIDDHI VINAYAK ELETRONICS, JORHAT, ASSAM". THEY PROMISED US THAT THEY WILL REPAIR IT WITHIN A WEEK, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT HAS ALREDY ONE AND HALF MONTH PASSED. WHENEVER WE CALL TO THEM THEY INFORM US THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT REACHING.                           I bought new note 3 neo on august last week. And i got 1 complaint very next day on the device display and they replaced it for me, i asked for the replacement so they gave. The new replaced phone also same complaint when they call for the satisfaction i told all note3 neo have this problem. They didnt accept it and replace again, that also had the same issue. And i askes for refund. They were not willing to give refund. Again they told me try note 3, it is better and again i paid 12000 and bought note 3 with in 4 days that also facing another issue on display. And they are not willing to do the refund. They told me to repair the phone, i told with in doa period any complaint on hardware are eligibile for replacement or refund. They are telling me to change the display. It costs 8000 rs. I told i dont want repaires phone. I paid nearly 50000 . They didnt give me the reply why they rejected my request, they dont have answers. When i called samsung told they dont know why it was rejected. Decssion was by management teams itseems. I didnt take my mobile fron service center. Now its 1 month over samsung disturbing. Till now i cant use the mobile. I bought next day it will be in service center. So please make my refund. Now its about 3 weeks my mobile is in service center my new mobile worth50000 . I didnt got the chance to use the phone till now. Please help me . This is a cheating by samsung. When their decission came service center guy also shocked.

                            I had bought a refrigerator Model No RT5582ATBSL/TL (Samsung ref No DED[protected]) from Davvy Electronics Bathinda(Punjab) on 15 Feb 2014. While buying the product I had requested for a demo on the functioning. My registered mobile Nos are [protected] and [protected], however, the demo never happened. The device developed problems wherein there is lots of icing on the walls of the freezer and defrosting also does not help. I had registered a complaint with your customer care on 16 Jul 2014, the engineer from the service centre came and tried to adjust the settings on the fridge and assured us that the fridge will work fine. It did not work properly thereafter and the problem persisted and the cooling was erratic. I again registered a complaint on 22 July 2014 with customer care (ID No [protected]) but the engineer did not come. We went to the dealer on 31 July 2014 from whom we had bought the product, he assured us that the engineer will come and rectify the problem. The customer care has again been reminded on 03 August 2014. It seems the local service centre at Bathinda does not seem to care. We suspect that the rubber seal of the upper cabinet of the fridge is faulty or not working properly. Please look into the matter urgently failing which I will have to take a legal course of action. looking for an urgent response...Tejender

                              Last year i have purchased the samsung tablet 3110 for Rs 24000/- within weeks of launch. Within 1 month the two extensions of the charger to be fitted in pin due to heat of electricity got damaged. I went to the service centre they didnot exchanged me and asked to buy new charger which is costing Rs 1380/-. Therefore i repaired the charger and attached another socket for use. After another one month the cable of this charger at the connection point to the Tab automatically became week and automatically got cut. These part was also not exchanged by the Service Centre and repaired and used. Last 15 days back I asked the price of this cable which was told to be Rs 480.However today on 1.8.2014 Rs 590/- was taken from me and it is said that day to day prices varies. Samsung After Sale Services are not good. It is there duty to provide me the charger and cable to it free of cost because there material make is below standard and return me back Rs 590/- and inform what is the price of the cable as i have purchased this from Service Centre and its bill is with me.                                 This is bring into your information that i am the regular customer of samsung mobile phones & recently i have purchased SAMSUNG STAR PRO GT-S7262 IMEI NO.353125/06/086249/5 from chaoudhary communication moradabad on 16/06/2014.I have gifted this phone to some & after that this phone created different techinal problems.once i gave this phone to joint communication service centre in Bareilly & after few days the problem comes again with different techincal issue.than this time i gave this phone to your service centre in moradabad.I really disappointed with that.My humble request you to change my mobile ph otherwise i have to go to consumer court.waiting for your solution.                                     Team, Have purchased Galaxy GT-S5282 White on 16th Aug of 2013 from Satisfaction Electronics. 6, Jayanti Market, MI Road, Jaipur. At the time of purchase of the set one pin out of three battery pin inside the phone where the battery is place was loose and same was informed to the customer service person their at that time. But she instead to take it as there is no problem and it is okay. Few days back after charging the phone, it did not start. Tried a lot to open it, but not started. Took the phone to Samsung Authorized service station and over there, they have said that CPU of the phone is dead so the entire chip & hardware of the phone will change which will cost Rs. 2450/- . Told them that it is under Guarantee period, but they refused to accept saying that the one inside of battery in broken, so cannot be covered under guarantee. Have been using the charging the phone since Aug 2013 & newer came across any problem. But when the problem came it came as shock to me & moreover after approaching service center and returned disappointed because of wrong & in correct comment from the Samsung company person have lost my phone all the data, contact & other.                                         Purchased 32 (5500) on 2nd April, 2014. Display completely gone in June 1st week. Repaired after few days. Again display gone today. Video taken by me for proof. I am told that engineer will come within 24 working hours. Also, customer care explained 24 working hours as under - 8 hrs is equal to 1 day. It means Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Repair work will also take another few days as taken in past. So I want to know from the company the followings: (1) that 1 year warranty is of the product or of the transaction (2) If such problem continues for 1 year and the product is repaired, then what will be after 1 year ; (3) what is the use / benefits of spending 40000/- to buy your product (4) How many days should be taken to resolve such problem.
