Please check following mails that I have wrote to Samsung customer care and CEO's office. and Complaint to Consumer Court..

First complaints to Samsung Customer Care and CEO's Office:

Dear Sir / Madam,[protected]> 05:15 pm.

I am very much disappointed with your Samsung Galaxy Grand 19082. I bought around May, 2013, after 2 or 3 months I have problem with USB cable. Unable to charge, unable to data transfer. I have last 3 months and today when I am writing you complaint, My device is automatically restart, Uncertain period hanged, switch off. I faced recent problem today my all contacts are disabled, after 2 or 3 times restart and then all contact will displaying.

Sometimes the device are very hot

Sir I must tell you that I have 3rd phone of your company. One phone bought form Samsung eStore. It's working fine.

I have lots to hope of your device, but...

I have spent 18900/- for Samsung Galaxy Grand 19082 for hoping working properly for long years...

They told me that your phone have to upgrade OS. My question is only 8 - 10 months the device need OS upgradation.

If I have not satisfied then I will go to consumer court...

I have experience for fighting my rights against company those who does not care customer satisfaction.

I was went in consumer court for Nokia 8800 music phone and company was decided brand new phone or same price I could buy another phone.

I must not want to go in court if you really understand customer satisfaction.

When I service phone, no more correction occurs. Same problem and much more problem after service. They asked me 350 / - for repairing my phone.

So I can understand that if I will not pay then they won't do service phone problem?.

Current problem is, when I was taking with someone, phone is automatically stopped. Phone was very very slow.

What I restarted my phone, it take 2 mins for restart. I started application then then 2 mins for start and some time black screen is coming or automatically unlock. Middle home button is not working as far as unable to start application.

They told my battery was not working properly. I have questioned within 1 year my battery was not working? He (Javed) told me when battery is moving circle that's means battery was not good. Such a rubbish reason.

I must not want to go at consumer court. But I have to file complaint in consumer court against Samsung.

I have complaint at samsung support portal. at 18th May, 2014, 05:00 pm, 11:00 pm, and 15th June, 2014 and 23rd June 2014 I file complaint in consumer court
for justice. I mailed same latter to samsung web portal contact us page. I mail to general enquires, technical support, and email to ceo's office.

Miss Nirupama Singh [Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd called me, go to disha service center and meet
Mr. Vishal Dham [Service Center Onwer], joined conference call for solving my problem.

At[protected], Mr. Vishal Dham reinstalled OS [Jelly Bean 4.2.2] and inform me that don't use any memory card and check how phone works.

I mailed same issues regarding phone is not working proper. Phone is very slow and hanged. Many time error occurs, "Process System isn't responding",
"TouchWiz Home isn't responding", "Unfortunately, Dual Clock (analogue) has stopped" [Roaming - Mumbai], "Viber isn't responding", "Facebook isn't
responding", "WhatsApp isn't responding", "Outlook.com isn't responding", and "Google Play Store isn't responding"

Current Problem [25th July, 2014 - 01st August, 2014] Not able to attend a call only black screen is displaying having 85% battery, Not workinbg
middle button for activating screen. I have to step out battery and reinsert battery at that situation work better.

I went to service center for recheck my mobile but in absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, one of colleague told me that you have to reinstall OS after you
will take backup. May be virus issue phone worked slowly. He installed antivirus and scan my whole phone, but unable to found single virus file.

At what situation my phone works as normal phone works? How many times I have to waste my valuable time and money for everything get normal?

I called Mr. Vishal Dham [[protected] - Samsung Customer Support Center ([protected]@contactus.samsung.com) given by nirupama singh - Senior Executive - Customer Experience
Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd mailed dated 23rd June, 2014], he told me that give me another two days more for under observation.

How many time I have to put my phone to under observation?

We believe Samsung that very good company, but as a result what customer get make foolish and after within one year, after one year, or after one and
half year phone is not working proper.

If phone is working properly and repaired properly then I must not complaint to anybody. Every time I went for phone service center and wasting of
time. In office I have to take a leave for this scenario. My boss refused to give me time for phone repairing every time. Worst experience that I have
faced from your side.

I have complaint at Samsung support portal. At 18th May, 2014, 05:00 pm, 11:00 pm, and 15th June, 2014 and 23rd June 2014 I file complaint in consumer court for justice. I mailed same latter to Samsung web portal contact us page. I mail to general enquires, technical support, and email to ceo's office.

Miss Nirupama Singh [Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd called me, go to disha service center and meet Mr. Vishal Dham [Service Center Owner], joined conference call for solving my problem.

At[protected], Mr. Vishal Dham reinstalled OS [Jelly Bean 4.2.2] and inform me that don't use any memory card and check how phone works.

I mailed same issues regarding phone is not working proper. Phone is very slow and hanged. Many time error occurs, "Process System isn't responding", "TouchWiz Home isn't responding", "Unfortunately, Dual Clock (analogue) has stopped" [Roaming - Mumbai], Sometimes all applications isn’t responding messages are displaying. "Google Play Store isn't responding"

Current Problem [25th July, 2014 - 01st August, 2014] Not able to attend a call only black screen is displaying having 85% battery, Not working middle button for activating screen. I have to step out battery and reinsert battery at that situation work better.

I went to service center for recheck my mobile but in absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, one of colleague told me that you have to reinstall OS after you will take backup. May be virus issue phone worked slowly. He installed antivirus and scan my whole phone, but unable to found single virus file.

At what situation my phone works as normal phone works? How many times I have to waste my valuable time and money for everything gets normal?

Mr. Vishal Dham told me that give me another two days more for under observation.

How many times I have to put my phone to under observation? My phone was service by two service centers more then 4 - 5 times.

I am collecting more proof against Samsung Galaxy Grand, I will go in media how that I have so frustrated to use 18900/- bugs of smartphone such a reputed company.

I will fight against Samsung company util I will get justice.I will mail and send my all complaint details to all government bodies until I will get justice.

I must want brand new Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 in replace to Samsung Galaxy Grand, I will pay extra bugs of Grand 2.

Ms Jalseen Kaur, if you really care customer then you have to replace smartphone after seeing lots of proof. Why are you sending such a rubbish mail that "customer is the best judge and may help with improving our products. True thing that you are cheating customer and customer feelings.

I won't not new phone when first time my phone was not working as normal. I won't complaint for second time, third time. but after forth time I must want to new phone. You won't believe that's why I mailed all screenshots and now I will mailed video file for you for better understanding. I am filing complaints at night, I won't seen. My life so much disturbed that I couldn't sleep at night.

You are doing worst to get best solutions and lots of performance disaster post repair. I already paid 300 bugs for repair charge, please find scan copy of job sheet and bill. How many times and how many rupees I need to spend for rubbish repair policy.

I already contact two service centers, first premium services, they service my phone was very worst. After premium service my phone was not properly working then I was checking my phone to disha services with 300 rs service charge. Problem still exists and very slow. hanged, and automatically displaying black screen, etc. So I complaints to Samsung portal. Nirpama Madam communicated via phone and email and contact me to Mr. Vishal Dham. [Owner of Disha Services]. I re installed new compatible OS of Grand with long discussion of my colleague recommendations. Because He did not believe on me.

Mr. Vishal Dham told me that use your phone without memory card for few days, if problem not exists then insert memory card after format. For your kind information, I used my phone without any memory card after purchasing. I came to know that my phone is not working properly [hanged, automatically restart, automatically switch off, contacts blank, messaging blank, android phone internal application error message, outside error messages, etc. at 10th, 11th, and 12th month after purchasing. I already mentions in my previous mail that problem occurs.

As far as Mr. Vishal Dham recommendations I used my phone accordingly, but problem is still exists. I had visited to meet Mr Vishal Dham to discussing same problem, now I had taken all screenshots when android phone is not working. In absence of Mr. Vishal Dham, his colleague conducted me and told me that may be some virus issues. So He downloaded Dr. Web Anti-Virus application for android phone, and start scanning whole phone. No virus found. He told me don't waste your time and money for visiting service center, you will take a backup and do reset on phone, there is nothing but same issue application. My friend also used more than I used applications and he is using Samsung Galaxy Core, and his phone is not hanged that my phone. He does not used memory card too.

I called to Mr. Vishal Dham regarding latest problem, come at service center and put phone in under observations for two days. How many times I put my phone to service center, I have joined new job before 5 Months, I not able to take a leave for such kind of issues. My boss has been refuse to give leave.

As far as my company policy is concerns, I not able to attend call in office hours in case of emergency. But can attend calls during lunch break between 02:00 pm. - 03:00 pm.

Please call me between 02:00 pm - 03:00 pm Monday - Saturday. Saturday you call after 05:00 pm.

Hope you will understand all matter and will take valuable steps towards customer satisfactions.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased a samsung refrigerator model no samsung RR1915CCASA ON 09.08.2014 from the dealer Great eastern Co of KANCHAPARA BRANCH comes under kolkata vide bill no 18/SA/1415/06191 and found one Door Tray at just bottam of ist Top Door tray less and reported the same to the concern Dealer. I have confirmed from your helpline that there should be five door Tray in the same model on 17.08.0214. But the Dealer say that there are only four number of Door Tray supplied for the above mentioned model.       Around One and a half month before I buy a Samsung refrigerator (Id:[protected] from Hercules home appliances, Attingal, Trivandrum kerala).Two month before that refrigerator stop working, we contact authorised service center (complaint no:[protected]), a service man come our home and did some thing and charge us a amount of 300/ Rs. After one hour the refrigerator again stop working. Again we contact the costumer care and they told as that the problem is due to a board which is inside the refrigerator, to avoid the problem we have to in stall a new one having cost 3000/Rs. For that we place a order and a complaint(No:[protected]). till now they no body from the service center contact us, My complaints are 1:How is it possible a part of newly buy refrigerator get damaged with in 2 year (Low quality products or parts), 2: Poor not "poor very poor" and Irresponsible handling of customer complaints

          I have been suffering many problems in my Galaxy Grand 2 DUO's mobile since last 3 months. Have visited service locations more than 5-6 times and all my efforts to rectify my mobile problem yielded no result.

          The 1st problem i was facing was the display having some liquid floating in the middle of the display, charging stops at 94% and heat issue
          the 2nd problem was post upgrade to 4.4.2 kit kat OS

          in the 1st problem display liquid issues makes me not to see pictures properly
          Charging stops at 94% at all times and it reaches 100% only after me removing from charge and reconnect again to charger
          Heating issue is always there when i connect 3G.

          In the 2nd problem after upgrade to 4.4.2, i am unable to make or receive calls, My network drops when i receive calls and can't attend the call. This makes me not able to use for the purpose it is intended.

          I have visited the repair Center for the 1st problem, they said that the Grand 2 phone has this issue and will get solved automatically and it is not a big issue.

          I have accepted the same and was using the phone for some time.

          On my upgrade the phone has really became a dum device and was of no use to me.

          I have raised many cases to call center, had many calls with them for hours and even took leave and visited repair center many times.

          At the outset now they are claiming that the email i have configured (Exchange) is causing the issue and they want me to use the phone without mail.

          Please note that many of our colleagues are using same model of phone and are able to use all the features and the same is working even in standby mobile provided to me by samsung.

          I have already wasted more months in this case and all my efforts to get resolution went without results.

          Request you help to get the solution at the earliest

          NOTE:- Presently my phone is in repair center for more than 11 days.

            Hi This is Rambabu. My mobile Number is [protected]. I am a big fan of samsung products. I have 5 Samsung mobiles and 2 32inches LED Tvs and one refrigerator. I have purchased the refrigerator in August 2013. Model Number : RR2015SSBBX/TL/2013. Samsung refrigerator is not good. I had problem with that I was getting Tuck Tuck Tuck sound from refrigerator. I have given complaint to samsung customer care people. They came and they said if more ice is formed that sound will gives the indication for more ice. They said switch off the refrigerator for 24hrs. I did the same thing and they said we need to press the Defrost button once in three days. I am doing the same thing but if you press every day also that Tuck Tuck Tuck sound is coming and also the water boiling sound is also coming. I don't recommend the Samsung refrigerators.                   Hello Sir, I'm just forwarding you the complaint which i sent to Samsung head office.. Kindly take neccessary action against this complaint I"m Kiran Kumar from Chennai, India. I bought Samsung Galaxy S-III 9300 last year on[protected]. After using it for 2 months. I found that quality of my mobile side silver coating getting vanished Then i took it to near by Samsung Authorized Service center..They told me that it wont cover under warranty i feed up with response given by service center. So i called Samsung customer care and they gave me good response by replacing the side panel. Now After using it for 8 months again i'm getting same problem of Side silver coating getting vanished. It is second time i'm facing the problem. This time i directly contacted Samsung CEO Desk, India. On next day[protected] i got call from sushma. She gave me response that its just wear and tear issue which will occur on regular usage. for more convince I have attached Certain Photos of my mobile I don't think these are general wear and tear its just the silver coating which is peeling off from the panel. And Sushma from Samsung avoided by giving proper response for customer satisfaction. So i have decided to mail you regarding the same. Is this Quality of Samsung models ?? After purchasing it for INR Rs 31500/- ( $ 500 ) is this quality which we as customers get it?? i'm not satisfied with entire quality of Samsung S3.                       Hello, I am writing this email regarding the Samsung Galaxy S4 handset. I was very happy when i purchased this handset by thinking that this is the best decision for me to have this. But just after a month it started disappointing me by its performance . I am not new to Samsung smartphones. Me and my family we all are using Samsung smartphones (Samsung Nexus, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 mini, Galaxy s5)and my sel[censored]sing S4. I can not understand why its performance so bad. 1. If i turn on Mobile data/wifi after sometime keeping it off, You wont be able to use anything for a minute or two because it freezes . 2 If it start updating(over wifi or 3g) any application on background again you will not be able to use anyother funtion properly on the phone 3 Whenever you have to turn on the Camera it will show black screen for couple of second (7-10 sec) by which you will miss the scene for which you want to click a picture. I have downloaded 28 application from Google play which also include few from Samsung app store. I am using a high speed 32gb memory card on it . I tried formatting the entire phone twice and also and also used it without external memory card but still no improvement in performance. I dont want to visit service centers as i know what they will do( first they will try to show me that i am wrong and phone is working fine) then if somehow i manage to show them the problem they will reload the OS again by which i will loose everything on the phone and i know its not going to make a difference.And at last they will replace the main board/Hardware with refurbished one which i really don't want. In past i have very bad experience with Samsung services ( You can check my previous complaints using my email ) . So now i would like to either get a sealed replacement of this device or replace this will upgraded one. I am ready to pay the differences. I also owns a secondary device which is Iberry Auxus nuclea n1 which performs far better than Galaxy S4 except the Camera and some patented features Thanks Sawdeep SIngh

                        Very poor service from Samsung. My phone is not getting switched on. It was out of warranty so the body language of the engineer seemed as if he got a BAKRA. The engineer just opened the phone and locked it again without doing ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then he says board needs to be replaced and it costs 7500! Thank god Samsung is not in healthcare, else even a finger injury would be termed as brought dead because they are just behind more MONEY.

                          I bought Samsung Grand Neo (IMEI NO. 352221/06/007510/4 & 352222/06/007510/2) on[protected]. From starting onwards there is a problem of slowness, hanging problem and pc connection problem. I register the complain for that in the Samsung service call center. On[protected] there is a problem of audio receiver arrives. I went to one of your samsung service center on[protected] in moti masjid, Bhopal (M.P.) but they didn't supported well. Then I went to the another service center in new market, Bhopal (M.P.) on[protected]. They said me that your problem will be resolved in two days and kept my phone there. After two days when I went there to collect the phone but they didn't done the work and said that we dont have the audio receiver and said we don't know when will it come from head service center. Then I took my phone back from them. Now in those two days what they had done with the phone I dont know now both the rocker volume buttons up and down are not working. The propreiter of the Samsung service center, New market, Bhopal (M.P.) named Mr. and Mrs. Asija. The owner head person Manager there named Harish Tiwari and Ashwini. Other workers names are Deepak, Ashish, Khan etc. Even I talked to the service head incharge of Samsung Mobile, Bhopal(M.P.) Mr. Pillai regarding this issue. His phone no. is [protected]. He also not responded on this matter. I am a respected and reputed person of the town. Now I want my whole money to be refund by samsung company. Please help me on the particular matter.                             Sir i purchased a refrigerator 192 ltr on date-05/08/2014 from m/s new raj electronics, (Tin no-[protected]) opp. Naraini kanya devi school, sikandra, agra-282007. Sir the day from begining the fridge is not working properly. Three times the service eng. Came to repair but they did not succeeded. Finaly i returned the fridge to my retailer. But so far he is not able to replace the fridge nor he is able to repair it. You are requested to look into the matter seriously.I want my money back as refund as i am fedup with the response of dealer.

My samsung mobile does not detect network and memory card i have submitted to the service centre near mavoor road, calicuti and have visited samsung service center several times finally they give a reason of circuit board problem and they told that they replaced the board and update with new software then they handover the set after one and half months. I hope the cell will ok but it was also again showing the same problem and i complaint to service center, again they asked the mobile for service i submitted it in June still they did repair the mobile. i am calling them every week and ask the progress of my mobile. Still they did not give proper answer.

I have used the phone for 3 days and I found the issues as listed below in this mail. So, handed over the phone in Adayar, Chennai Samsung service center on 7th June 2014 for verification, also I have demonstrated them the way the mobile is heating. They agreed and verified it further and said to me that, since the mobile is high end model with higher hardware configuration, this is how the phone will heat. They are saying the heat is expected when we update multiple apps and/or when we browse with WIFI, 3G/2G data connectivity. This is expected in Samsung’s higher end model mobiles. When I called Samsung customer care and explained this and received a compliant number [protected], and was promised that this will be sorted quickly. My complaints are; The phone is heating heavily when I browse for 5 minutes or more. This is so heavy in case 3g/2g data connection and heavy in case of WI-FI. But, both cases it is highly difficult for me to speak without hands free, since I couldn’t take the phone near my ears. After speaking continuously for 5 minutes or more the phone is getting heated and I couldn’t continue the call without hands free, because of heat. Batter is drying up in 9 to 11 hours. I was using this phone for the 3 days (4, 5, 6th June 2014) and when I charge it fully in the morning (around 8 am), in the evening (around 6 pm)it dried. Please note, I am normal user and don’t use extensively the mobile set all the time. I got complaints from my call receiver that my voice is not clear. There could be some problem with phone’s mic. Today (19th Jun 2014) received a call from Samsung’s customer care representative, and he informed to me that, the phone is higher end model with high hardware configuration, so it will heat. If this is the case then, I cannot use a phone that is heating up using which I couldn’t speak. So, kindly requesting you to do one of the below; If the heating issue is with all Samsung high end smart phone, then refund the cost of the phone (Rs-29091.00 + EMI interest as promised). Since I cannot tolerate the heat the phone is producing. If the heating issue is with this specific Samsung high end smart phone model, then I am ready to accept any other model which is not heating up like this one. In this case, I will pay the excess amount if it costs more than the money I spent (with one condition that the excess amount should not be more than Rs-3000.00). If it is lesser then you have to pay me back the balance amount. If you find the heating issue is only with this particular handset in this model, then replace the new handset with the same model. Kindly note, today is 13th day and still you are holding my hand set. I have spent too much money on this and using your standby hand set (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos) with much, much lower configuration. So please consider this request as very, very urgent and close it at the earliest.                                     I bought SAMSUNG CORE 2 mobile phone on 23.07.2014(bill attached) within seven days of purchase phone started showing problems such as auto-switch off/restart and its battery drained very fast. The dealer told to give to the service center. I went to service center asking for the replacement(new set) on the same day itself i.e.on 31.07.2014. After submitting Initially they told me that they will repair it in 4-5 days but due to non availability of some hardware parts I did not get my phone in said time. They did not even informed me about this. They did not picked up the calls. When I went to service center they lied to me that the problem has been solved and asked to wait for 10 minutes but after that they said that it was not repaired. Then I asked for the refund they did not paid any heed to my request . The problem was severe and in a new handset such type of repair is not acceptable. After several un-satisfactory answer from customer care and my repeated efforts, On 08.08.2014 the head of the customer care said that the service center is closed for 3 days.Then after 4 days they said that there was only software problem(earlier they said it was a hardware problem), it was updated and told me to take the phone. Their such disappointing services and casual attitude is not at all acceptable and I have asked to refund amount or replace the phone . I bought the phone for Rs.11, 200. I am a student.I am immensely harassed by the Samsung service center people, dealer and customer care people. It has caused me severe loss of the time and energy. I must get the full refund or new set replacement of the phone with the sealed packing and not the repaired one. Anticipating your immediate action for replacement. Regards

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I bought Samsung Microwave(CE74JD-CR).
                                      It makes loud noise. The demo engineer didn't try to power it on at the time of demo.
                                      When it was powered on first time it made loud noise. I raised complaint with Samsung immediately([protected]).

                                      In return I received a call from engineer stating the Microwave is designed to make noise, according to engineer since I never used Microwave that's why the noise sounds loud to me. I have used many Microwave. I had an old Microwave from Bajaj, I have never seen a Microwave making so loud noise.
                                      So I decided to return the product but they are not ready. I wsa asked to contact retailer but retailer is not ready for it he sayd the company will have to do the refurnd.

                                        It’s the most pathetic service I have ever been through. Shelling out a huge chunk of money only to be conned, is obviously shattering.
                                        I bought an A/C last month; it hasn't even been 30 days yet. The first week, it works well for the first 5 days and then all of a sudden the cooling stops.
                                        Called them up, spoke to some lady and she said the engineer would drop by, and that did happen. He said there is some gas leakage, and another guy would come to fix that.
                                        IT TOOK THREE DAYS FOR THE OTHER GUY TO SHOW UP. I was [censored]ed up. Knowing the fact that I cannot get my money back I had to bear it.

                                        He finally got it fixed, not before messing up the wall on which was installed. All the gas leaked on the wall and the stain wouldn't go, I need to repaint the wall now.

                                        What is astonishing is the fact that AC again developed the same problem. Called again, and I was told an engineer would drop by.
                                        He did, but of no use and said another guy would come to check it the next day.
                                        Other guy comes in the next day, takes good 2 hours to understand what the issue was and apparently asks me that we have to take the unit to the repair center to have it checked.
                                        REALLY? I THOUGHT I BOUGHT A NEW AC, AND YOU ASK ME THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AS IT POSSIBLY HAS A PROBLEM.

                                        I was scammed, and it’s the most ridiculous thing you would take anyone through! I was cheated.

                                        Wasn't the first time, I had the similar issues with the LCD that I bought from Samsung. In 2 years time, it screwed up and I was asked to pay 12000 to fix the panel, and I obviously did not do so!

                                        I am done with you guys; I don't want this A/C back, you can keep it at your workshop as a souvenir and tell people that how you scam people.
                                        I want my money back plus the compensation for harassing me mentally and the amount that I need to shell out to fix the paint on the wall.
                                        Don’t try to call me and pacify or empathize, I don’t even need your sorry’s.
                                        I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THAT’S IT.
