My name in Vivek Dhuri. I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. [protected] My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 27 of July. 2014 a person visited my house on same day saying that IC Part has to replace worth of Rs. 800 and I have made the payment of Rs. 500 after two days he brought the IC Part and fixed it into TV and start I have paid Rs. 350 cash. After 9:00 pm again on same date TV was shout down and I have complain to service man Mr. Suraj ([protected]) on 28/07/2014 he come at house again on 29/07/2014 and saying that TV mother board has got a problem and it was able to repair only at workshop and next day I will come at your house i.e 30/07/2014 but as of now this Mr. Suraj not come and not going to pickup his mobile also and customer service also not able to solve our problem as of date. Reference to my complain on date 13/08/2014 I am still facing problem but Samsung Customer Service ([protected]) also help less no one able to give us proper answer and your Repair Shop Krish Electronic not in position to repair my Samsuns Plano TV till date.

My question is if my problem not yet solve by Krish Electronic till date how come Samsung Customer Service system updated his own system by problem solved. I am trying to call with sineir customer service but no one pickup the phone.

Who is able to sole my problem.

Please confirm how we react after one month passed but my TV not yet repair by Samsung person. Today I explain to Mr. Sarav, Samsung Customer service[protected] all my problem.

Please co-ordinate with your end and arrange to solve my proble as early as possible.

    Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the problem which i am facing from last 4 months.Actually i bought my samsung mobile model number Samsung Sduos2 in december 2013. but i started getting problem of battery backup from may 2014.then i visited samsung service centre to fis this problem. they updated the problem. Again i faced same problem after 15-20 days. then they replaced its battery.then after 25 days battery went dead. then they refused me to changed the battery because the battery warranty was expired.then i purchaed a new battery from my own pocket. after 7-10 days i started getting same battery backup problem in my phone.then they asked me change phone software.they did it but the problem was still same.i again complaint for that same problem. but this time they refused me to take any action for my phone problem. and asked me to pay 5000/- Rs. to get it fixed. but if my phone is in warranty why should i pay for the problem. even after 4 months they told me that the motherboard got problem sue to some liquid in it. but i am sure if there is liquid in the phone it will definitely will not work not for a single minute.       We Purchased a Samsung Side by Side refrigerator ( Bill No.: 51008095 ; from QRS Retail Limited, Chengannur, Kerala ) Srl No.: 17874AB2700012D. Dated 21.12.10. 2 Years after purchase, it started giving problems. Recently in February the refrigerator stopped working and after repeated complaining to samsung service centre, for which the service guy responded after a month and replaced some part. since then it has never worked properly. we have registered complaint to Samsung CEO office more than 5 to 6 times and the response is pathetic. the service personnel responds after 2 weeks and comes fix something and goes. and it still doesn't work. its been 6 months now. they are not doing proper maintenance nor able to fix this problem. no response from the service dealers too ( SMG ELECTRONICS, SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE, KULATHOOR BUILDING, MELEVETTIPURAM P.O, PATHAMTHITTA DIST, KERALA,[protected]. We are at great loss since our catering business has gone down. because of this, we do cake baking and selling too. we are not able to take orders and we are stake of our livelihood .         Since February 2014 I am facing following problem about Samsung refrigerator and complaints are registered through croma because I had purchase from croma In February and March 2014 replaced the Relay & on parts (but the problem still persist). After several follow up on 6th May 2014 the compressor got changed and gas leakage problem was attended by the Samsung authorized person. (but the problem still persist). Again after several follow on 13th June 2014, the Samsung's personnel attended the same and in order to resolve the same changed the dumper. (but the problem still persist) When the issue was not resolved I again contacted the customer care and on further follow up Samsung's personnel attended the problem on 19th June 2014 and informed that there is temperature issue which he tried to resolve the same but the problems still persists. I am still facing the problem like a water leakage at the external bottom center and since 19th July 2014 I am continuously following up with Croma’s customer care which rather than providing me service, arguing that there is no problem and closed the report on the basis of Samsung report 22nd July 2014. Please note that the Samsung Senior technician had handle the case on 24th July 2014. He and his assistance had taken photographs about leakage, as well as model photographs, and bill photographs. He also informed me that he will discuss his senior at Kurla office then they will update me as well as croma. I had also ask them where is job sheet. Then he told me he will update the 22nd July 2014 job sheet. Also I requested him you update in front of me. Then he said please believe on me When I follow up to croma regarding service then Croma head officer told me the complaint was closed as per Samsung information dated 22nd July 2014. Then I told them still I am facing the problem and same did not resolve how they closed the complaint. They did not know about the photographs those Samsung taken on 24th July 2014. Then I am shock. On 1st August 2014 I requested to Samsung to shear all reports as well as photographs those they had taken from my home to me and Croma. Till same was awaited. On 2nd August 2014 Samsung collect the refrigerator at 9.21 pm On 5th August 2014 Croma communicated that the unit has been sent to Samsung for thorough inspection and we are awaiting the final report by 11th Aug 2014. On 7th August 2014 Samsung western region Manager communicated that the Refrigerator cannot be repair and he will send the mail for the same. The report was ready on or before 7th August 2014. Still croma and Samsung fail to provide the same as well as provide the qualitative service. This type of service is not expected from Samsung (MNC) an Croma. They sell the defective product to customer because customer facing series of problem since February 2014. Till date Samsung failed to resolve the same. Also Samsung had taken the photographs from my home but they did share with croma regarding problem (this show that Samsung had taken photographs without purpose) and they collect the refrigerator at 9.21pm. This is not ethical. Kindly instruct to Samsung & croma to replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2 years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for mental harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss, time loss, affects on my other works, phone charges etc.

          Hello, We received a call from Samsung executive inquiring about a possible fraud. Here is the details -- My father bought a Samsung Galaxy Core phone for my Mom for about 10, 990 from Sagar Mobile Sales & Services, Karelibaug, Baroda, Gujarat on Aug 2nd around 6:00 pm. I happened to send my Mom a surprise birthday gift in form of a Mobile phone that was delivered to my parents on Aug 3rd which is why parents decided to return the Samsung phone back to Sagar Mobile. To our surprise, this dealer charged us 15% of the cost (Rs. 1400) in the return of phone. Talking to Samsung executive, it sounds like this dealer claimed as 'repair' back to Samsung which is completely not true. Hereby I am requesting for a refund of Rs. 1, 400 and kindly urging Samsung to look into this possible fraud. Samsung is a genuine company and should not allow dealers to rip off consumers, Dhruvil (obo Ashwin Parikh).

            We had earlier also sent a complaint regarding the issue of damaged vegetable basket to be replaced. However, no action has been taken till now. This is very disappointing and would surely lead us not to buy any Samsung product in the future and neither recommend it to anyone else. We feel like being cheated to some extent.               I have purchased samsung grand2 on 13th may2014 from THE COOL MOBILE STORE shakarpur delhi-92. I have been using this mobile from that day but not feeling convenient to use because of some reasons mention below:
              1. Mobile hangs during calling ( very difficult to take call on incoming call or during dialing call)
              2. Screen rotates by itself while screen rotation disable.
              3.Over heating problem during charging ( fear to cause fire)
              4.Shows battery charging status even after removing the charger.
              5. Not charging other than samsung grand2 charger.

              I have already informed to that mobile store about this problem but they told me to complain to samsung service centre. but i was using that mobile any how any one day it get fire during charging after that i visited to samsung service centre MAA VAISHNOI located in shakarpur .They had checked my set and told that this damaged is caused due to burning or electricity fault and could comes in warranty charges will be paid to get repair.

              Now i also had complained to samsung but i havn't got any satisfactory support or assistance. I am very much frustrated by telling my issue no number of times to the samsung company as well thier authorized service centre.

              As service centre is not of samsung company they are third party and they are doing their business for their own profit with any care of the company's customer.

              So, i want appropriate action from the consume court and also looking for your advice so that i can take any steps in this problem.

                Hi Sir, I have purchased The new Samsung Galaxy S duos(Samsung-Gt-S7562)at Rs.9350/- on 23rd October 2013.I am facing quite bad service from the mobile. sometimes it hangs without any reason and i have missed my regular calls due to this. and moreover the battery problem is also there. I have purchased two new batteries worth Rs. 1200 for this mobile phone but all money went in vain. when i call Samsung customer care they also don't responds to my problems. Kindly help me because they are doing my money waste and mental harassment. please help me.

                    My mobile model is samsung galaxy grand 2 G7102 G.Till now i did 2 times software update from your service center and its not worth at all. 1st time the problem was it gets heated and automatically switch off. 2nd time it gets hang and full blank screen appears while surfing and switch off. So, both the time they told software issue and did software update. Now my camera is not working, it didn't opens and error is showing o[censored]NFORTUNATELY CAMERA HAS STOPPED.So what's the exactly problem is? My purchase date is 01/07/2014. IMEI NO. [protected]. Some kind of problem i am facing from 2 month.I am frustrated a lot with these. so please reply me as early as possible. Thank you.

                      Fridge not working properly

                      I have purchased samsung fridge last year in november my fridge model number is rt3534tabbl/tl it is not working properly. Vegetables get rotten inside it and after filling numerous complaints in samsung service centers the engineer they send is not able to detect problem and now they seem not to be interested. Some say that now model has become outdated. This attitude of samsung is not acceptable....

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        I Have Purchase Samsung S/AC 1.5T AR18FC3EGBH Through Croma on Dated 07/07/2013. while at the Time Of Purchase we were Going with L.G. Brand, But we Made Mistake with Croma Selection they asked us to take Samsung Display piece A.C. because of their Services and product quality is good and Services and Stabilizer are free.

                        Since we have Purchase we have used 15 days and we have closed the House and Moved To Bangalore City for my work... Once in eight month, I have Come Back for stay for 15 days. Same Time We have Taken Free Services once only and Three Were Recommended By Croma at the Time of Purchase.

                        As Per Services Provided by Engineer of Samsung the a..c was not used much it is OK and Only filter has to cleaned. Power, circuit board & stabilizer all were ok.

                        Again i went to stay banglore city for Office Work, Before 15 Days only we Came Back and Used Hardly A..c. One Day there was Smoke Comming From A.C we have Register the Complain, Engineer Came and Said INDOOR Unit Pcb has damaged we Cannot do Work Further unless and Untill you Pay 2450 charges.

                        What Kind of Important Pcb Has Design, and Out Source with some local Brand or Vendor which done not last for at least two month usage. Once Again we have Complain for replacement they informed we will call you by senior team member. Ref Complain Number is [protected]. No Reply still now.

                        Chennai Local Services Engineer is not Replying to do it on no charges Basis. we are stucked up with Samsung Team. In Same Building First Floor One A.C., Second Floor One A.c. ( i Used That One) Third Floor Three A.c. All other are Working Good so as, why Booster Stabilizer are Given. we have Planned to Buy Two more Same Doctor Virus Series Samsung A.c for Office Used. No we Think to Balck List Samsung Products no help also.

                        If some One Gets Dream with in One Month Your a.c. will Fail Register Earlier Complain, i would have Come One Month Before to you.

                        It is My Very polite and humble request please give services support and do not charge us. we already were shifted to banglore and since last months we have been here and Used Only Less Period of Time. you Can Inspect same

                        We hope to look into this matter and support us. From SAMSUNG

                          i had bought samsung laptop in feb 2014 and salesman don't tell me about its manufacturing date. As manufacture date is related to warranty. its manufacture date is feb 2012. now acc. to samsung, a laptop must be sold within 1.5 years of its manufacture- as after that they will not provide any type of warranty-so i am feeling like being looted

                              I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand mobile set on Nov 01,
                              2013 from Agra Mobile Store . From the date of purchasing I am facing ridiculous
                              problem like screen blank, hanging, key pad not working. not receiving
                              and making any kind of call. I visited Samsung Service centre where I got
                              terrible experience which I never thought. They only issued me a job sheet for making temporary
                              repair in actual no repair got made . After this i visited aprox. 25-30
                              times to make repair they only made software update & return the
                              handset in same condition .Sometime They refused to do my set servicing with
                              tempered which is utterly wrong." . Because the set is in warranty period
                              it is their duty to repair the set other than they blame it and refused
                              to do so. I am disappointed and feeling helpless cause they gave me the
                              higher authority number which is utterly false. Please help me to sort
                              out this problem. My experience with the Samsung company is now
                              horrified.
                              Please give me solution. From the whole experience I have suffered not
                              only loss of money but also peace of mind.

                                Dear Sir,

                                A complaint was lodged for the repair of 32” LCD, according to the mechanic attended the complaint, there was some defect in the panel of the LCD and panel replacement will cost Rs.15, 000/- Senior official of Costumer care was also approached. The logic of your official was not convincing. Please explain:-

                                I: Panel replacement charges are Rs.15, 000/- why the repair of such costly component is not possible, when picture quality declines only 10%. It proves your service center At Amritsar is incompetent or adopted the easy method to increase the unjustified profit at the cost of customers

                                II: What is the procurement cost of the panel and rate analysis?

                                III: Present rate of the New Set is approximate Rs.25, 000/- why not Rs.50, 000/- keeping in view the rate of a panel.

                                Please reply in responsible manner and insure reasonable rate of repair. In case there is no proper response, I am prepared to take appropriate action to check such exploitation with the help of the concerned authorities and built awareness in the public by the all available means.

                                RESPONSE: - No to repair, replacement is only solution. Samsung Company can’t share the secret of rate analysis. It is a confidential matter.

                                  Sir, I have bought Samsung mobile model GT I 8552 ( EMEI [protected]) in November 2013. From last few days it is creating problem of auto coloured display, low volume and slow charging. Then I went to one of your service centre IN LUCKNOW named PRINCE COMMUNICATION and handover them for service on 22th of July. 2014 (WORK ORDER NO. 315) customer copy no. [protected]. From that day I called them several times but they didn't respond and whenever I went there they didn't give any satisfactory answer and didn't mention about any date for its delivery and said every time for wait. Please find any accurate solution as I am facing a lots of problem without my phone. my e-mail ID is [protected]@hotmail.com

                                  As I have complaint about delay in service by Samsung service centre, I got my mobile after a long time of about one month. But their service is so poor and unsatisfactory that first few days phone work properly but then its display again stop working and even they left its one side open due to which dust and moisture get inside it. So I went to them again for proper solution. At service centre one of their service boy said to solve the problem with in one hour but suddenly a man came from inside and said to deposit the mobile again for few days but I did not deposited. I want to know that what should I have to do?
                                  Even some time phone look likes as they have replaced original parts of phone with duplicate parts.

                                    respected sir, i am deepak from sivakasi.i bought a samsung mobile galaxy core duos(Gt I8262) mobile at last november.. now my mobile having sudden charge reducing problem.. i contact a samsung service centre sivakasi branch. but they said your having physical damage..but my mobile having some scratches at two corner.. they blame me by those scratches.its your fault.our company doesn't gave warranty for your mobile.. what can i do.. i so disappointed with samsung service center sivakasi.

                                      “Ours is the best brand in the world. The components, the machines are good for the next 7-8 years. You can trust us. We would never wrong you” “Ha, your 1-year warranty is over, pig. Yes, only by 3 months, but it still is over. And so you’ll have to pay Rs. 20, 000 to get a new component, because we are too lazy to do a proper quality-control of our product” A couple of months back if someone showed me the above two statements and told me they are from the representatives of the same company, I wouldn’t have believed. Now that it has happened to me, I don’t have a choice. This is the story of how Mr. B.D. Park led Samsung fleeced me. [protected]----- A couple of weeks after my wedding, I was on the lookout for a new TV. I visited some showrooms and spoke to a few salesmen. Ultimately I zeroed-in on a 39-inches Samsung LED TV. While I was considering it, the salesman walked up to me and told me something to the effect of: “Don’t worry about checking out other brands, sir. This is Samsung we are talking about. They make the best devices in the world - including TVs. You can go ahead using this TV for seven, even eight years, and neither the picture quality nor the build is going to deteriorate. You can close your eyes and pick a Samsung. You won’t regret - that’s my promise to you”. So I bought the TV because - hey, nobody likes to regret, right? (And because I trusted Samsung, not because of that sales pitch) “Eight years! That’s solid! Even if it makes six, it’s gonna be good enough” - I thought to myself. But barely fifteen months after the purchase weird colour patterns started to appear on the LED screen. Patterns which made it look like the screen was smoking pot. Or Methamphetamine, may be. So I called Samsung, and told them about it. They informed me that my warranty is over. “Fair enough”, but have someone come and have a look at it. “Sir, the engineer visit will be charged at Rs. 650”. Wait, what? The “visit” will be charged? What else, do I also need to send a limousine to pick up Mr. “Engineer”? So the rule is no matter what, if the “engineer” comes to your place, you have to give him Rs. 650. Doesn’t matter if he succeeds in fixing your TV or not. (And I used to think KRK was ridiculous). Anyways, I decide not to pay for the visit alone. The “engineer” comes, opens my TV - and casually informs me the LED is gone, and will have to be replaced. Cost? Approximately Rs. 20, 000. Let’s take step back here and understand the situation a bit. I did not buy a Vu, and I did not buy a Reliance (they have their own branded TV sets now, which they sell at their stores - Reliance Digital). These brands were much cheaper than Samsung AND were also offering 1-year warranty just like Samsung. But still I did not buy them. Why? Because I had trust in brand Samsung. Because I KNOW that those forty-five thousand rupees that I'm spending on a Samsung TV are getting me a world-class product with impeccable quality. Because I trust a Samsung TV to not go kaput within 15 months! And when that happens, I feel it makes a strong statement on the brand value of Samsung. I need to know that warranty or not, a Samsung TV is meant to last long, much longer than 15 months, and when it does not, Samsung - the company - has my back. I need this assurance to be confident about paying for a Samsung product. Without that, I don't see why should I not save some money outright and buy products from a local, much cheaper brand. How can you - as the world’s leading brand of electronic devices - make a television where the main component will break down in less than an year and a half ! So I tried to get in touch with higher authorities in the company, using the “Suggestions To The CEO Office” section on their website, but as with most of the corporates, this is more a tool for than anything else. I have so far written three emails to their CEO - Mr. B.D. Park and all I have received is calls from interns sitting at call-centers - who gave me more about company’s “policy” of not leaving any opportunity to screw their customers - or this gentleman - Sameer Jain - who calls himself the Manager of “Customer Experience” and basically told me that he cannot care less about my loss (I had paid forty-five thousand rupees for that TV), and the best he can do is give me a 20% discount on the new LED panel (original cost - Rs. 18, 000, so I still need to pay Rs. 14, 000.). When I asked him to connect me to his superior he told me basically that the buck stops with him. Ohh, and he also added that if he gives me that 20% "discount", I won't get an year's worth of warranty on it. Only 3 months. Because, hey, we already gave you discount, right ? I am now stuck with a faulty TV from a company, headed by a man (B.D. Park) who doesn’t care about his company’s reputation and a customer “experience” manager - Sameer Jain - who is in the absolutely wrong job.
