Samsung led tv model number UA23F4002ARMXL Sl No 2365ZND804921W work order number 3366 was given for repair on the 16th of June 2014 as the panel was broken and it s not ready even today. It was purchased two months ago and the service people are charging for the repair and it is still not repaired. These people are not bothered about what the customers go through. Normally service should be provided at the earliest and there are certain rules which say that if we do not collect the item in a stipulated period of time they will not return it however what if they do not give the product to us in time. The time they advised was a week and it is been more than a month. We should make them liable for not delivering the product in time and penalize them.

    I had registered a complaint regarding a fault in the above mentioned ref by compliant no [protected] by mobile no [protected], after which your service centre people said that there is a gas leakage and you need to get it repaired. I got the same done and paid for the same on the 8th of May but it was not working properly. I was constantly calling the person and service centre on the number provided by them nobody came to attend the complaint. Finally i again complained on call centre (complaint no. [protected], by mobile no [protected]) and there executive came and said that they would need to change the compressor, I had no option so agreed and paid them the charges. the same was done on 4th of July 2014. However, the ref did not work fine even for a day, when I tried calling the person every time they give an excuse, I am out of town or did not answer the call. Finally we registered a complaint again and then the executive came and said now the condenser is also faulty so we need to change the condenser also since there is a leakage of gas. Now I got annoyed that unnecessarily they had changed my compressor when it was not required and did not check for the leakage. Also they will put the condenser coil outside which look very bad also and also asking for more money. I told them that they have replaced the compressor without requirement and now i would not pay anything extra rather I would pay only for the condenser and they can put my old compressor back and refund the money. Had I been aware of such faults i would have bought a new ref only. Whenever i make complaint in customer service centre people are not resolving my complaint and the service centre close the complaint saying the client is refusing to pay . I am a loyal customer of Samsung, using same brand of mobile phones and washing machine andother appliances but this episode has really shocked me how the services are handled.         sir my name is N BABU, residing at mettur, salem district, i have lodged a complaint regarding my tv problem, engineer came and took the board on june first week.today(30/7/2014) assembled fault board without doing any repair.customer service is useless one. simply enjoying in attending phone, telling same false information still now they tell spare should come from noida, we have repaired the board, now they are telling old tv unable to repair.if they tell earlier we would buy new tv or outsider can repair the tv.having circuit board with them for two months now they r telling like that.samsung customer service is fraud service, we won't entertain samsung product, we will not samsung family here afterwards

          Dear Sir/ Madam, I have complaint(#[protected]) about my TV on 26 July 2014. I had given many calls (atleast 7-8) to customer care but I did not get support from them. At last I wanted to talk to some senior person but no one was available to take the call or they avoided taking my call. I am not sure what is the standard of handling the customer but for me it is really pathetic service. It seems that Samsung is cheap in quality and services. I trusted on this brand for first but failed to maintain it. Trust me I will never by Samsung product again and advice against to others

            Hi, Considering mailing you as my last resort to get rid off this product. I have got this TV on 6thJuly2014 and after couple of weeks I realized that whenever we watch this TV there is pain in eyes because of quality in picture, post checking again in Samsung showroom I saw that this product itself is showing jitter in picture and other TV products are not doing the same thing. I am really unhappy after putting 1 lac rupees for this product and now even customer care of Samsung is not acknowledging my problem, as they are not literate enough to understand the term "Ultra HD".Sir I can put more money and go to higher model or I can switch to some other model of the same cost where picture can be seen smoothly on screen. Do the needful by understanding my genuine problem.I have sent same mail to CEO and to executive office as well, hoping someone will take some customer friendly action.               The samsung homwtheatreand dvd player purchased by me inAugust 2013 from Samsung dealer of Yelahanka New town Dairy cross one year is not completed now the DVD is not playing any cds showing always disk error. Earlier I purchase samsung dvd player that 2007 within two years itis repaired

                6 months into my 1 year warranty my S4 has been over heating and burning my while trying to use it. It also locks up to where it can be up to 15 minutes before the screen will unlock to read messages or use the phone. When it locks up I can't use it at all nor shut it off. The overheating is the most damaging part being I keep burning myself. I have contacted Samsung and their answer was for me to pay to ship my phone back and they would keep it 4 + weeks repair it and send it back to me and in the mean time I would be without a phone. Their solution was to purchase another phone to get by. I spent $200 on a phone why would I want to spend anything more and as for their 1 year warranty it is crap they don't honor it. I use the original battery and chargers that came with the phone so their reasons for burning over heating etc are just excuses for their terrible product they can't fix. Will never buy another Samsung product and will continue to post complaints about my issues with them as well as tell family and friends to shop other brands.

                So I had a rep call by the name of Rachel from[protected] and when I return the call and leave a voice mail message I can't get a call back. She contacted me over a week ago and I keep leaving messages every day and nothing back. What good is contacting someone if you won't call them back or when I call I can never get through. Yet once again another great customer service experience with Samsung- this company truly needs to get better products and customer support. Have had my phone a little over a year and it burns up
                with heat and burns my hands ear etc and then locks up and can't unlock turn off my phone or anything for periods of time. Not sure what good it is to have a cell phone in case of an emergency if you can't place a call because it locks up or over heats.Suppose the company may answer when a law suit is brought against them for burning me and also because I can't place a call when I have an emergency. Bet they will step up then or will have to pay out!
                As of 10/31/2014:

                Well after a couple of days Samsung Mobile USA was no help and provided no help. Sending my phone in to be kept for 5-7 business days up to 15 at least with weekends and holidays is not acceptable. Not to mention my current phone can't be resold being it is defective so I am out of $200 on the resale. I would have to continue to pay for service on the defective phone while Samsung tries to figure out their issues and then purchase a new phone and service while I am without my phone. So in all it costs me more to do Samsung's fix than actually buying a new phone. I called the # they gave me of[protected] and no one ever answers the line. Called 3 times today and nothing and did this in the past when I got Samsung's same response and tried twice a day for 3 weeks left messages and never got any call back or through. What horrible customer service and products. Time to keep the messages coming my way on everyone's defective S4 products I will pursue this with the local news channel and also BBB and anything further needed to get my issued properly resolved. Burning up my hands, resetting itself, locking up and now not sending texts or alarm malfunctioning just time before I burn something with the phone or I have an emergency and not have a phone that works as it should.

                  Dear All, I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV in 2012. Few Horizontal lines were showed up on the display few months back and now the screen is not visible at all. I called the customer care a week back but they did not send any service guy. I have called 7 times since but they are not taking any action... Please help how to proceed

                    Hi All, I have brought a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 T211 on October 2013. Performance of tab is very poor. Frequently hanged or switched off. Currently tab is in warranty period . 2 week Before suddenly tab got shutdown . I submitted the tab to service center . They replied that they will repaired the tab within 1 or 3-4 hrs and will inform me. After 2 days they called me and informed me that it has liquid damaged and I have to pay 5000k for that with very rude behavior . I called customer service but they have the same tone, that you have to pay 5000k.I am trying to convinced them that it is not my fault and they are not opening the tab in front of me. How can I be so sure that it is water damaged not there fault for earning money .. After 4 days they replied that I have to pay for the motherboard damaged. They have arranged a conference call with service center and told them why they don't open the tab in front of me ? And assured me that it will solved After that got mail from Jitendra Singh(Customer Experience) and Alka Sinha (Senior Executive - Customer Experience) and both have same tone as service center that the repair will be carry out on the chargeable basis. Close your customer service center which is not helping customer only. I am so much disappointed with there behavior . I am not goanna buy any product of Samsung.This is my first and last deal with samsung. Average product quality with Worst customer service .

                        I am a one the clients of SAMSUMG, i have purchased a LED TV of samsung last year because i have some belief in quality of product that is produced by SAMSUNG.
                        But this time i am wrong, my television screen blew up just on next of warranty period, i don't understand the reason how can a led tv can have such big problem in just one year. because before i have some other brand tv which worked almost 15 years without a one rupee expense. it means either i did a, mistake by changing brand that i was using or there might be some problem in your service. I have totally lost my belief in brand value of samsung this time. i have complained in store they agreed to give some benefit to me but after that commitment almost a week passed nobody came to solve the problem. My hearty request to all samsung people pls don't play with people's belief in your brand. kindly take it seriously because such bad experience harm brand value easily. So i[censored] believe in your customer value do some needful.My product details are attached with mail.

                              i have a samsung mobile, it used to get switch off very often.i went to samsung authorised service centre and they advised me to buy i new battery, so i purchased a battery worth 1250/-from your authorised dealer, but the problem was still not solved.i went again to the service centre, they kept the phone for few hours and returned back saying charge it for 8 hours at strech and then it will work properly.i did the same but was still facing same problem.i went again to the service centre and this time they said that your cell phone's mother board has to be changed which will cost around 5000/- because you warranty expired 2 days back.

                              hours and then returned the phone saying that the problem is resolved
                              but i am still facing same problem.

                                I had purchased a samsang washing machine WA82E4YCE/TL from one of your distributors at Srinagar namely M/S Alfa Agencies Srinagar on July 5, 2014 . After use by two to three times the said machine developed snag and accordingly a complaint with your toll free number was made on 17.7.2014 under no. [protected] . The Srinagar based service centre deputed the service engineer who told us that the penal board of the said machine needs to be replaced and they shall place the requisition with Noida and today the Toll free number was contacted who informed that they have not received any requisition from Srinagar based centre and question of dispatch of penal board does not arise. However the officer felt the inconvenience put forth and promised that he will talk to Srinagar based Service Centre and get the issue settled. Today the Service C entre Srinagar informed me on telephone that it will take atleast again five days more to get the machine set right after replacement of penal board most probably after Eid or one day before it. It would, however, be feasible if either machine which is still under warranty is replaced or the money paid by me is given back The company has put us to hardship by washing the clothes manually.

                                  this is azhar waseem and my samsung customer id is [protected] . on may end i registered a complaint with samsung regarding gas leakage . the appointed me a service cnetre who took me for a ride they repaired my ac atlast and i got the delivery of ac on june 2 using ac for 10 days i got the same issue again . i re registered mhy complaint on 7th july . 1 week after i registered the complaint the service representative came to my house che cked the ac and left without telling me the problem . i had to call service cetre again to find out the problem and i was informed that they will take my ac back for repair. till date no one has come to repair the ac . 3 days back i re registered my complaint and my complaint num is[protected] till date no one has called me for service . i m sick and tired of calling samsung service centre . pls help me with this issue

                                    I bought 32'' LED TV Model No: 5100 in the month of 12th April' 2013 but the Display failure on 17th July'2014( Within 14 Months) . While I make a call to customer care they told, '' Your TV is out of Warranty'' and you have to pay for the parts which has been to be replace and the service person give me the quotation of Rs17305 Which is almost 75% of the TV Price.So I make a call to senior official to Negotiate the Spare parts price, but He is not giving proper response in his side.So I got Frustrated in the Brand Ambassador of Samsung products.In Future I will not buy any samsung products and also tell to my colleagues not to by any samsung products.This is the worst case in my life, '' I have never seen like this kind of approach .

                                      My set is SAMSUNG GT C 3312 DUO.My complaint is in call log details its showing name of caller when we are searching for same call details its not showing number but blank.Same happens in messages also. Due to this problem i cant able to call last received call, missed call, dialled call..etc. For every call i have to search from phone book.                                         I am a MBA Professor handling Marketing as a major paper and doing my Doctorate in Marketing. I bought Sam sung Galaxy Duos mobile before 2 months.Recently I had a problem in Battery back up and also Software problem.I approached your authorised service center with originals. I got a poor response from them for my complaints about the mobile since I have warranty card and also duration.Please take necessary steps for my problems. As a Dissatisfied customer I may have bad opinion about your Brand and Company which may leads negative word of mouth even I can use this example to my MBA Students which may spoil your Goodwill.
