I had unfortunately purchased a 1.5T Split AC of Samsung Make, in the year 2011 by paying around INR 30K. In 2013 it malfunctioned. I called up their service center, Vision Cool Service and they replaced the condenser saying that it has leakage. I paid around INR 3K+. After few days, the AC again malfunctioned and they replaced the PCB. Couple of weeks later the AC again malfunctioned and this time they repaired the compressor (It was on warranty). I was livid at their quality of service and Samsung's Eastern Regional Head promised me that in future I wont be facing any issue with AC. By that time I was pretty sure that this Vision Cool Service, their Official Service Center In Kolkata is a den of frauds since they were reluctant in giving back the replaced spare. Now this year the AC has again malfunctioned. I was not sure if any remaining parts of that were due anymore for repair but this Service Center guys found same. These shameless guys have now told me that the Coil of internal Unit and the filters need replacement and it will cost me another 9.5K rupees to repair. I have not seen any fraudulent and pathetic service centers like that of Samsung India. I will share my issues in all the social media & consumer forums and request everyone on this forum not to buy Samsung ACs if possible, particularly those who are in Kolkata because their service center Vision Cool Service is full of frauds who do not even spare a single chance of cheating you.

    Dear Sirs. I have purchased one double door Refrigirator from DVR Electronics Park Road, Kurnool on 06/08/2012. Since my purchase it's performance is very poor. It's compressor was changed two times in these two year's period. It was sent to your Authorised Servicing Centre four times in these two months period. They have charged Rs.2150/ but the condition remained the same.It is giving OVER COOLING. .I am terribly afraid what would be my fate if it is continued even after it's Warranty period is over. Iam incurring Rs.300/-for every trip of repair. In this connection I request you to replace the product with a new one.In this connection I would like to inform you that Iam a fan of SAMSUNG products My T V, DVD Player also, are of Samsung. I have purchased two Refrigirators for my relatives and recommend my friends also to go for a Samsung Products.. I hope you will do Justice to me by Re- Placing the product with a new one.       My name is Subhadip Ghosh. I am from Burdwan, West Bengal. I bought a phone from snapdeal (GALAXY S DUOS2). Its earphone and charger damaged in few days... I am not happy with the co operation and service. First time they are holding the phone and saying that they doesn't have the spare part. Then next time I inquire. The same item another person and the result was like they have the item and told that service center is shifting .. even knowing am waiting here for the same item and without any result... such a waste of time and customer Service. Service Center name is S P Infotech ... Such a pathetic service...

          Sir, I had purchased a Samsung Side by Side refrigerator from Chandigarh a few years back, and the same was operating at my residence in Chandigarh since the past few years. The refrigerator had been installed by Samsung service center personnel and we have been operating it as per the directions and instructions of the company. The refrigerator has never even been touched by any other person than a genuine Samsung service centre person. Now about 8-10 days back, the refrigerator malfunctioned all of a sudden, and we registered a complaint with the Samsung Chandigarh service centre (Complaint No. [protected]), and we were asked to send the refrigerator to the Samsung Service Centre at Plot No. 182/34, Industrial Area, Phase 1, Chandigarh, and on 22/08/2014 the refrigerator was duly sent to them. Now we have received the refrigerator back on 27/08/2014, with the service centre saying that the ‘internal wiring is faulty, and hence cannot be repaired at all’. I have repeatedly requested them firstly we have operated the refrigerator strictly as per the installation instructions, and nor has any unauthorized or outside person ever even touched the refrigerator, and that even then in case there any cost of repair of the refrigerator, we are ready to bear the same. But to hear from Samsung that such an expensive refrigerator is suddenly not repairable at all, is very disappointing and disheartening, and definitely it has affected the quality image of the products and service of Samsung. We had bought this refrigerator a few years ago, thinking that Samsung has much better quality than other brands such as LG etc which are in the market selling similar products, that we shall avail good quality, and good service from Samsung for a long time. I hope that Samsung company shall take due note of my problem, and repair our refrigerator, as failing which we shall have no option but to seek a legal course in the Consumer Courts of Chandigarh, for the redressal of our very genuine grievance as we cannot absolutely dump or discard such an expensive piece of equipment just after a matter of few years, and that too particularly when it has been installed and operated as per the company instructions. I am retaining a copy of this mail for future reference, and I hope that your company shall definitely help a genuine customer, with a very genuine complaint, so that we can avail the service of such an expensive piece of equipment by Samsung.             This letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with my phone Samsung s4 that I have given at service centre (lucknow) on date(1 august 2014) . My phone keeps on blinking. I am very dissatisfied with your service am hailing from town belrayan( Dist Lakhimpur Kheri) which is around 250 kM from lucknow..I have travelled 4- 5 times within 1 month to collect my phone as it was confirmed by service team that my phone is working fine now. But every time when I visited and checked my phone the issue was not resolved. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I am hereby requesting that you: 1. Either replace my phone 2. Repair it ASAP (already it’s been 1 month at service center)

              I have purchased this TV back in 2009. Recently it started acting weird, the picture was coming as Negative, all of a sudden. So I have registered a complaint with the customer service support team for the same. Here is the complaint number for your reference (Complain Number: [protected]) on August 18th. One of the technician visited the house to check the television. He came with no parts parts on with him. He opened the TV and started looking into it. Then he mentioned, he is not sure. The problem can be because of TCON board or panel. He gave the rough estimate for both separetly, for TCON around Rs 8000.00 and for Panel around Rs 25000.00. Then we asked him to check to TCON first, because if it is around 8 to 10 thousand, we can think of getting the TV fixed but if it is more than that there is no point of spending so much money. He said, because they dont have the TCOM bother in stock, they have to order it. After 3 - 4 days the customer service center guys called us and said the samsung stopped making TCON board and there is only one option left which is to replace the Panel, which will cost around Rs 24000.00. We paid so much money when we bought the television and we cant spend another Rs 25000.00 to get it repaired. We are ready to spend some money to get it fixed. This is a waste of money for us. I will never opt for samsung again if this is the case, also i will not recommend anyone to go for samsung. I would really appreciate, if you guys can find a mid way to resolve my problem.                 My Tab Samsung Galaxy Tab3 which was purchased in the month of May 2014 started giving shut down issue from the month of july as when i registered the compliant online they asked me to check with service center Ammerpet. They had formatted saying software isuue later after 10 days time the problem started with the same issue. When i went next time with the same compliant the service center manager initially said software issue and when he got to know it was already formatted then he gave reason of anti virus and again later he said its the physical damage and asked for the payment of 800 later call center people said its 7000 not 800 and asking me to get the complete mother board replaced as i am sure its a defective handset which i am asking for replacement.

                  i bought samsung starpro S7262. to give gift to my frnd. i bought that mobile on 4th of August from alfa at vile parle and gave it to my frnd on 10th of AUGUST.When we open that box and insert the sim card it snot detecting the network. its a majar issue and battery is not getting charge. Not even for miniuts we use that phone and when we visited marol samsung hub, they bugger first keep that phone for 3 days and after that they were telling ki we will not replace it and want more 8 days to know the issue. Just help me with it.what ever mayb.

Then again i call on 26th August 2014 around 3 PM then Customer care executive told me that your complaint will be solved on priority today. Then again i call on 26th August 2014 around 6 PM then Customer care executive told me that your complaint will be solved definitely tomorrow. Then again i call on 27th August 2014 around 1 PM then Customer care executive told me that your complaint will be solved on priority today. Then again i call on 27th August 2014 around 3 PM then Customer care executive told me that engineer will call u within 2 hours. Then again i call on 27th August 2014 around 5 PM then Customer care executive told me that your complaint will be solved tomorrow first half day. To whom i believe. Very must disappointed from this poor service.

                      I Krishna Prasana Mishra bought a Samsung LED from Reliance digital College Square Cuttack on 28th Aug 2013, with model No as UA32EH6030RLXL, serial No : MQKW3PBD500563, order No : [protected], salesman id : 60123441. I am now facing an issue with warranty of the television, I lodged a complaint with samsung on 7th august 2014 regarding not able to view picture on that they responded that the panel needs to be replaced its now near about 20 days I have not got it resolved, on my each interaction with support team I am asked to wait without mention of any timeline and status as work in progress, please wait an update will be provided soon. My warranty period is about to get over on 28th August 2014. Today I submitted documents like xerox of original bill, pan card xerox and cancel cheque fpr further process. As a process of future action they proposed me to submit the above documents they will escalate the same with higher authorities and seek an approval on same. As per them they will evaluate the time we have used the product and then will land on an depreciated amount considering the bill amount and will award the same amount to me as a account payee cheque. This is not solution for me as I had purchased the product when there was offer on it below than its actual price now with same retail amount I might be able to purchase the same product then how can I go for the product with amount less than it. Am I not able to get a product as a replacement for the same if the part is not available. Please help on this on whatever way you can if you have any point of contact other than customer care toll free or any valid email id of support team of samsung please share.

                          I am very much surprised of your esteemed organisation because I have purchased a cell phone vide model no.S7392 On[protected] for Rs.7, 200/- from Fast Information Centre, Kolkata - 700086.On[protected] facing problem at the time of operating no calls have been received. Noted at Fast Information Centre they told that problem is settings. They change the setting and cell phone was running. On[protected] again facing problem no display was found in my said cell phone. Noted at Fast Information Centre and they clear the problem. Again on[protected] seen my said set that no functioning. Noted at Fast Information Centre they taken the said set from me and mentioned the problem as subject mentioned above.

                          I am very much surprised of your esteemed organisation like you that from the date of purchase facing problem three times which I had not expected from your organisation. Due this problem I am loosing business.

                          Please take necessary step immediately and requested you please any new model can be marketed before checking first at your end.

                            Sir,
                            I have a SAMSUNG 22 inch LED TV which I bought on 9.12.2012.During
                            warranty the PCB, PANEL and SOUND BOX was replaced as the were
                            defective.Now again my PANEL is giving problem and SAMSUNG engineer
                            visited my place and told the PANEL need to be replaced as it is
                            defective and damaged.and it will cost rs 8500/-.I have purchased the
                            TV by Rs 15000/-.. Now why should I pay Rs 8500/- again within 1 and
                            half year? I know the whole TV set is defective as it is giving
                            problem from the beginning.Sir I need to replace my TV.I told your
                            engineer to replace the TV when I encountered the first problem but he
                            told nothing will happen and everything will be allright.Now again I
                            am facing the problem.
                            I have complained via E-mail on 20.08.2014.After that i got 3 calls
                            from your end.Every time they told they will take necessary action
                            very soon.Yesterday at 1.13pm I got a call from[protected].and I
                            was told that SAMSUNG engineer will contact me soon but nobody called
                            me.Yesterday I called SAMSUNG engineer Mr. Subrata and he told me that
                            he have sent the feedback as _quotPANEL PROBLEM OF MY LED TV AND NEED
                            TO BE REPLACED_quot as Mr subarata has visited my place on 20.08.2014
                            because I know his mobile number. I called him before registering
                            complain.Now what is your decision please state me correctly.SAMSUNG
                            engineer told that the panel will cost Rs 8500/- .Why should I spend
                            that amount?Within 1 and half year this is second time the PANEL is
                            damaged.Within warranty period the PCB, Sound Box and Panel was
                            replaced by your company as they were defective.Dont you this the
                            whole TV set is problematic? I want to replace my TV.No steps taken
                            for 7 days.Is this your service should be?
                            Today I got a call from [protected] and a guy misbehaved a lot.He
                            told that SAMSUNG product does not guarantee quality service.It may
                            create problem within a year or more.Need your attention please.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought Samsung Galaxy Tablet Tab 3 SM-T211 online through Flip kart on dated 12.02.2014.after few month there was a problem in my tablet(It gets frequently switch off automatically & as well hang also). I went to the authorised service center of samsung to repaired it on dated 07.08.2014.He told me that its battery has been faulty & we have to replaced it with new one and it will take 15 days. He also said that my tablet is under warranty/guaranty, so, battery will be replaced free of charge. After 15 days on dated 21.08.2014.I went to the service center to collect my tablet.at that time he told me that"I have to pay INR 4000 for the new battery & It will take 25 days more.then I have taken back my tablet from him because his behavior was very rude to me. Then I have contacted to Customer Support of samsung at Noida by phone & emails.. Every time they used to gave only ensuring to me.According to my discussion with them, again I went to the service center.but, no result & they refused to replace the battery free of cost with very rude behavior.                                   I bought a Samsung TV from Croma Ahmedabad (24.08.14) and they delivered the product almost immediately. However, it seemed I have to wait for 'Samsung Technichians' to come and set it up for me. Even after 2 days of buying the product, there was nobody from Samsung to set it up! I complained on their helpline number, and after talking for half an hour and giving all details, I got a bunch of numbers from their 'helpline' and an assurance that the complaint has been registered and that someone would contact me within a few hours. Of course, the call never came. Next day (that is 26.08.2014), I tried to locate the problem and after a number of phone calls, I got hold of the technician who was supposed to install it. Now, here it is where it gets really interesting. The guy, over the phone, told me that the stand of the TV, which Samsung sold me, was defected and he is EXPECTING the proper stand to come to him soon!! The Samsung technician KNEW that it was defected beforehand!! Thus, at present, I am stuck with a defective product which I payed a bomb to purchase ... and of course ... Samsung's reply is: "someone will get in touch with you soon" ... Attached is a picture of the TV with the stand.

                                    Samsung is making fool o[censored]s they are not just giving there services to their customers even give them threats anyone in the planet will help o[censored]s helplessness because the market giants are playing with their customers hard earned money i baught the samsung big referigerator some months ago the product is still underwarranty since one month the unit is dead im lodged 100 of complaints to customer care and emails but they are not agree for product replacement im in depression concerning of referigerator

                                      Ac purchase on 10.06.2014 & installation on 11.06.2014 from m/s jagannath & sons, fatehpur up.Ac is not working since 18.08.2014.
                                      Complaint alredy lock in customer care comp. No.[protected] name abhishek mob.[protected], but work is not completed yet, your service is very poor.
                                      Ac is not working since 9 days. There is no benefit of purchasing ac from your company.
                                      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am manish airon from surat.
                                      I had baught ac from samsung in this april.
                                      It is 2 ton of spilit ac whic was stop working since 23rd of sep.
                                      I had complaint in co. At all fourm but till date i could not get my ac back from service senter of samsung. Because of hot and humidity no one customer want to sit my shop so iam getting business loss by this situation.

                                      I demand by the co. That they have to replace my ac or i would take legal action.
                                      I appeals to " pahredar" to help and obliged me.
