मेरे व्‍दारा LED Smart 40" Product (Model Number UA40F5500ARMXL) एवं Product Serial Number 23563ZED701628N दिनांक 25.08.2013 को क्रय की गई थी। जिसकी 1+1 = 2 Year Warranty दी गई है। लेकिन वारंटी समय में ही यह खराब हो गई है जिसमें निम्‍नानुसार खराबी आ गई है:- (1) TV की आधी स्‍क्रीन नीचे बिलकुल काली पिक्‍चर दिखाई देने लगी है। (2) पिक्‍चर की क्‍वालिटी धुंधली दिखने लगी है। मेरा अनुरोध है कि इतनी महंगी LED मेरे व्‍दारा किश्‍तों में खरीदी गई जो कि वारंटी समय में ही खराब हो गई है। अत: इसे बदलकर दूसरा नया LED एक सप्‍ताह के अंदर दिया जाए ।

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है। शि‍कायत दर्ज कराने के तीन-चार दिन बाद भी कोई उत्‍तर प्राप्‍त नहीं हुआ है। मजबूरन मुझे राज्‍य उपभोक्‍ता फोरम में शिकायत दर्ज कराना होगी।
12 सितम्‍बर को शिकायत दर्ज करने के बाद केवल यही कहा जाता रहा है कि आपकी शिकायत उच्‍च स्‍तर पर फारवर्डकर उनकी राय ली जा रही है, उनसे राय मिलने पर आपको सूचित किया जाएगा।न तो उच्‍च स्‍तर पर बात कराई जा रही है और न ही LED बदलकर नया दिया जा रहा है जो कि वारंटी समय में ही खराब हुआ है। डीलर से संपर्क करने पर ग्राहक(शिकायतकर्ता) के साथ दुर्व्‍यवहार किया जाता है और बहुत ही घटिया तरीके से बात करते हैं अत: इसकी डीलरशिप तुरंत समाप्‍त कर देनी चाहिए जो कंपनी का भी नाम खराब करता हो।
12 सितम्‍बर] 2014 की शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। केवल एक बार कंपनी से फोन आया था और खराब हिस्‍से का पूरा पैनल बदलने के लिए कहा गया था, मेरी सहमति के बाद आज तक न तो पैनल बदलने कोई आया और न ही कोई फोन आया। आखिर कब तक यूं ही चलता रहेगा। क्‍या मुझे उपभोक्‍ता फोरम में जाना ही पड़ेगा ?

      MY LED SET UA40EH6030 WAS PROCURED BY CITY CENTER MATIGARA, SILIGURI, IT HAS DEVELOPED A BLACK LINE IN SCREEN. DESITE REPETED REPRESENTATIVE BEING SENT TO THE SHOP THE SHOP/VENDOR HAS TAKEN NO ACTION SINCE JUNE 2014(18JUN14). I request you to kindly educate the vendor to get the same repaired for it being purchased from him. The TV automatically got OK and again has developed the same problem of linning (black color) that hasd been left unattended by your vendor at citycenter matigara, siliguri. I hope now he sends someone to repair the same as I am facing problems . My address is 81/290 LEHL MARG, BINNAGURI, DIST-JAIPAIGURI, WB. I shall be taking a legal recourse along with phone call details since Jun14 that has harassed me a lot .

        Good day, I was a proud owner of a Samsung product (double door refrigerator RT72KBSL1/2012) till this incident. My refrigerator started malfunctioning and i lodged a complain on 05-Sep-2014 ( No [protected]). Firstly getting the customer contact phone line was a pain and after getting through I was impressed with the quick response/action from the call center, who promised that technician will attend on same day before 2000 hrs. I took a day off from work and waited at home full day but no technician attended, nor did I get a phone call. I tried calling the local service office +[protected]/60 but there was nobody to attend the calls. I called up the customer care the next day who were very polite as in all call centers and sympathised with me, and again promised that technician would attend in the next 2 hours, so was forced to skip work again, but sadly after waiting for 3-4 hours i went back to work half day as no technician called during the promised time. The 3rd day after continuously calling the call center and the local service providers office i was happy when technician called and did attend. Though i had narrated the problem, he just came opened the behind panel and checked on fuse and did not look very knowledgeable about his job. He tried making calls to other asking for advise and finally came to the conclusion that he has to consult his trainer and check on the internet the error code. He said he will attend the next day but sadly it is 3 days now after his visit and nobody has even cared to call up. I am very much disappointed with your service and would not want to go for Samsung appliances and would not reccoment your product to my friends and even enemies if this is the quality of after service you provide. Please provide me with a practical solution.

          Refrigerator caught fire

          This is to inform you that my fridge caught fire at around 1pm due to which my entire kitchen got affected. The nearby cupboards and things lying on the fridge caught fire. The huge flames affected the walls and the ceiling of the kitchen. The intense smoke and the fowl smell had affected my maid and mother in law who were alone at home as i m working and was away.           Hi, This is in regards to the the televion i purchased on the 05th Aug 2013 ( Model- UA46F6100ARLXL) ( Version- TR01) on EMI for 14 months. i have been going through some terrible time since then. in 8 months the TV screen went faulty and needed to be replaced, luckily under warranty screen was replaced. however now the TV has suddenly stopped working upon engineer visit i was informed the mother board needs to be replaced as it has become faulty and the estimated cost is approx Rs.9000/- and a service visit charge of Rs.1125/- I feel as i was been given a faulty tv and get a feeling of being cheated by a reputed brand like Samsung. this purchase has been made from one of the reputed stores. attached is the invoice for your reference. I expect best possible resolution to my complaint and need the TV to be replaced moreover i refuse to pay for any repair charges.             I am totally dissatisfied with Samsung Electronics Service provided by JB Services, college square, Cuttack, Odisha(authorised Samsung Electronics). On 27th August, I called JB Services for the repair of Samsung 1.5 ton split AC(model no-AS185UGFNSTL). The problem observed by me was that the cooling of the AC was inadequate. The service engineer took the AC outdoor unit (serial no-E123PPPC100232H) and returned the same but without its original cover on 30th August, 2014. As per bill No 1365 dated 29.08.2014 for Rs 6600, the breakup of service/repair charges are: (a). Condenser repair - Rs 6143 (b) Gas filling - Rs 1124 (c) Capillary tube repair - Rs 556 (d) Service charges - Rs 415 (e) Discount -Rs 1673 After such a major repair done on my AC and after paying Rs 6600, I am totally dissatisfied with the services provided by Samsung India Ltd. The services provided were below appropriate standards for any reputed company. My grievances are as under: (a) Within 5 days of repair, the AC stopped cooling. This shows that either the gas was not filled or the condenser repair was not upto the mark. (b) The service engineer while removing AC on 27th August, broke the capillary tube and the cost of repair of the same was charged to me. (c) Even after repeated phone calls to JB Services (on telephone no[protected] there is no response from them to amend their mistakes and make my AC functional. I am writting to you so that you can initiate suitable steps for the repair of my AC as I have paid a huge bill for its repairs. I am hoping that you would take note of the poor service quality and response of JB Services, Cuttack and advise them to complete the repairs at the earliest. Mr Uday Ballav Das

                I purchased Samsung 46 LED TV Serial Number : 22463ZED200124L Model Code : UA46ES7500RMXL Purchase Date : 30.10.2013 from - SHRI MAA PLAZA - KOLAR BHOPAL. It worked fine for 8 month and then in 10 AUG it developed a problem of a Vertical Lines on screen. I called at Samsung service, i called at your customer care to make them aware of the problem, every time they assured me that the engineer will come to look out the problem. But i never found any of them at my door. I thought that Samsung is one of the best companies & that's why only i buy all the LCD's from Samsung only. but now i am very much upset of the services of the company. Really the services are very poor. Now i make my mind to never buy any samsung product in the future, because of the carelessness of the service department. Once again i am complaining u one more time for the same problem & this is my third & the last time.                   Dear sir/Madam I purchased a Galaxy S3 mobile phone on last january 12th 2013. The handset shows the problem of long duration of charging in the first week it self. Service center people do many things such as soft ware upgrade, repairing etc. On my next visit they replaced the battery charger. it has no problem for charging for a month It becomes faulty again.Also it has screen hanging and data net work problem.During this period I wrote 3 letters to samsung customer care. They informed me that Samsung escalation team will contact.I was waiting for a week.No one contact me. After some effort I got the samsung Kochi office phone number and cell no of Service Manager. Another 4/5 days of continues attempt I got Samsung Service Engineer(Mr. manu) and communicate. I understand that he all ready have details of my interactions with samsung customer care . He promised a call back within minutes.No one call me. I tried him many times on his mobile and office no. Again after 1-2 months same problem repeated.( Battery charging issue, Data net work problen etc)This time service manager of Samsung Service center manager asked me to meet BSM of Samsung in Kochi (He informed me that there is a chance of getting refunded because of repeated complaints). I went the Samsung office(Kochi) and met him (Mr.Bijoy) I explained the complaints and issue history. His reaction was very bad.He seems hesitated to hear. And he try to pretend that he could not understand what i say. Also he argued that time duration for charging the battery is not a problem.(It takes 7- 9 hours in switch off mode).He shouted me. Why all this happened in Samsung.Why the company encourage such irresponsible approach of your Franchisee service centers, company branch manager.Experience care center. It is quite natural that any device becomes faulty during its functioning. But this is repeated complaints. i have lot of experience with other companies.like LG, Nokia and Sony.But the approach from Samsung is very strange. Please check repairing history of my handset in your Service Centers. I received four charger from Samsung Service Center. And they inform each time they replaced motherboard or software. My S3 phone kept nearly one and half month in Service center in different occasions.Please tell me that whether you can compensate or not for my inconvenience caused? During my business traveling I hang up many hours due to the battery issues. Are you willing to compensate for that? I fed up by all means. please go through the previous communications had with you. I expect a responsible and ethical move from your side. I thought Samsung mobile India received a notice from Consumer court -Kochi in connected with my complaint. thanking you...                     I have purchased a fridge on 3rd Aug 2014 from Croma Thane and this has been installed by your service engineer on 9th Aug 14. I have noticed from day one some water leakage in the fridge which I initially thought that may some other problem. I was out of station from 14th to 2nd Sep 14 and again I noticed same problem on 3rd Sep 14. Immediately I lodge a complaint in your customer (complain no was [protected]). After that someone from service station visited my place but unable to do any think. Every day all my rooms are flooded with water and I have to clean entire room. Now I request you please do the needful or replace my fridge immediately otherwise will go to consumer court. Regards Kaushik Mukherjee

                      dear sir, i would want to bring to your kind notice that for the first time ever, i, who had been into samsung for every little thing that i use, am deeply disappointed and am regretful for my purchase. one of my split zircon which was sold to me as the best one in market is giving me a lot of trouble. lately i complained to the callcenter and a person was sent to sort it via #[protected], he did it, took a good amount of money without any receipt told he was replacing gas and stuff but it again came to the state and i relodged my complaint and its been more than a week that i haven't received any response. kindly guide of what should i be doing about it if i have to or should i just let it be as it is...??? regards, Dr.Harmeet Singh Sodhi MD (medicine) Ivy Hospital Khanna.

                        I have raised a complaint # [protected] on 12 Aug, 2014 for my LED TV.Problem was, there was a small spot on the LED panel and that contentiously expended and now it covers the radius of approximately 4cm.When I complained about this to Samsung, I was told that engineer will visit your place and check the issue, even after contentious follow-ups no one visited at all.Finaly I got a call from a Samsung Representative telling me that, I have to carry the TV to Samsung Service centre(approximately 60 km from my home) even though The TV has door step warranty. I had to took the TV to nearest service centre.Just when they looked at the TV, they told me that "someone has thrown something on the TV panel", then I asked to show me any scratches/breakage on the TV they weren't able to do so since there was no damage at all; then he opened the TV and contradicted his statement saying "somehow water went inside and that caused Water-locking" and hence you have to pay Rs 7023/ to get the panel replace.After no avail I called the Customer Care and explained about the issue, I got a reply "Sir we have escalated it to higher authorities".after countless back and forth calls till 3rd, Sep 2014. They contradicted again saying that "black spot on panel is because of LED leakage so your TV is not cover under the warranty".There was no physical damage to TV but still the warranty is void?Why I should pay the amount if that is not my fault at all?If Samsung told for a door-step warranty why they did not provided?Finally I was on a call on 8 Sep, 2014 with CC executive Mr. Abhishek and he told that "service can't be provided without paying the money, we will communicate on email".Is this a service by an international company? one word about it "pathetic"?I resolve to not purchase any Samsung products in future, and advice you same.

                          Sir, I have a problem in my Samsung galaxy core mobile, that it's processor not working, touch not working, hanging problem as well as display colour issue, these problem also came in past and I give it to service centre but problem not solve, so I give my mobile again in Samsung authorised centre to solved out these problem, but it almost 25 days past but I didn't get any positive response every time I call Samsung centre they said that they dont have it's part to repair it and through all of this I'm facing lot of problem .                             We bought Samsung smart TV 46 for 80000k at shah's Adayar on Jan 26th 2014, so while during the first time installation we don't have provision to do an wall mount setup when we informed the Technician to provide the wall mount stand right now so that we can fix the TV whenever it's possible .But the Technician (Hariharan : ) said that stand can't be provide in hand until 6 months from the date of Purchase completes, , so he took the stand with him, then we called the samsung customer support after 6 months they said the stand can't be provided since we crossed the 6 months of time period . That's CRAP when we asked for the stand on the first time tech informed use it will be given only after 6 month and now they are saying in other way, Please check and let me know " I paid for the Stand and it should be provided to me Where I am going to mount it or not "

                              dear one, myself sajib saha, resident of koilkata..west bengal, a devoted samsung user.previously i used a samsung flat tv, then i switched to plasma tv.in case of the first tv when it needed to be serviced, your executives came to me, took the tv with them and they returned it after correct service.i was very much happy with them.but recently i bought the plasma tv.there was a sound problem from the first day.when i called your executive he servayed and told that it was a little problem and there would be no mejor problem of mine with that.(.i cant imagine how could he said that!)then about one and half months earliar the tv collapsed and one executive took the tv with him for service.then i got a call from the service center and someone told me to collect it from there.i told her to send it to my house and i will pay whatever the charge would be.but no one agreed to do that and i could not go there for time factor.then i called at-[protected] on 1st september 2014 and after telling the whole matter they convinced me that they will arrange to send the tv to my home.but on the very next day i received a letter telling that samsung will not be liable if i do not collect the tv myself within 6 days and the date of the latter was 28/09/2014.i am very much astonished with this kind of behaviour, cant understand how can the brand like samsung act like that.even i am thinking of complain to consumer forum also. i am attaching some scan copies with the complain and looking forword for your justified reply. thanking you sajib saha mobile-91-[protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com

                                Hello, We purchased a Samsung Active Plus washing machine from Vijay Sales (14th June 2014). Few days after demo we started facing problems with the functioning of Washing Machine. A complain was registered and attended by a service engineer. He even tried to change the PCB to fix the issue but could not fix the problem. He processed the request for Replacement /Refund of washing machine. It has been more than 45 days since the request has been made and all required documents have been submitted. We do not see any ray of hope as to when we will get our issue fixed. To top it all every few days we receive a call from Samsung to check what the issue is and an engineer will visit shortly and that too when a Service engineer has already processed the request for Replacement of the piece.

                                      To The most respective & responsible concerns Dear Sir/Ma’am, This is Mohd. Arif and it is regarding mobile phone. I’m being harassed by the services since I purchased Samsung Mobile, At the time of purchase I never realized that I will get stuck and have to face such severe problem while using handset and from the staff and concerns who are representer of the most famous brand round the word. I am feeling very bad again and again in sharing this pathetic experience with you and in fact this is a shameful question mark on your customer relationship management and on product quality (true for at least this mobile) as well. On July/12/2013, I purchased Samsung GT-S7562ZKAINS . Its sr. no. is RZ1D434AXCA ([protected]) From that day till now it’s been a cause of trouble for him...frequent hang, auto restart, intermittent wi fi connectivity and network drop are major troubles that made him visit customer care center for 4/5 times. And every single time he had to suffer because he was left with no connectivity. Within month, again the handheld started troubling and it was again sent to same service center (number [protected]) situated at G 2 Sri ram Tower, Ashok marg, Lucknow. U.P. Below are the details of last 5 visits: Date 22/8/2013 Bill no. [protected] Date 1/5/2014 Bill no. [protected] Date 6/5/2014 Bill no. [protected] (same number that was of 2nd last visit because new number was not given.) Date 5/7/2014 Bill no. [protected] Visiting service center again and again is not possible and it affects our business too. I request you to please provide me a permanent solution. I believe we already have had more than enough sufferings and the torture is still continue, so kindly replace the faulty set and give upgraded set. I’m facing following issues: 1. The handset is not working properly since date of purchase. 2. Half of the time since purchase handset remained in service center for troubleshooting and repairing. 3. No proper solution provided till date. 4. Though I received calls from the concerns but no proper solution is provided. 5. As there is problem with the model I don’t want to continue with it on any attractive scheme like warranty extension and any other of such kind. 6. Since I don’t have proper set and Standby provided is also not working properly I’m facing serious problem in my profession and client dealings which in turn is giving heavy loss of money. That’s why I remain stressed. If possible please provide me any of the following solution. 1. New handset the of same price. 2. Replace the set with other better one the adjustment of cost will be paid by me. 3. Kindly reply to mail. 4. Please give me some proper solution as I’m waiting for it since last few months.
