We bought TV and washing machine from dealer, we got confirmation that installation person will come to our place after 2 days, i wait for him from morning till evening, he did not turned up. after keep on following up with the dealer, (in which many call was not attended), some of the call got attended by dealer, he told "sir he will come, he is in Brigade road, then after one hr he told he is in Hoskote from 5 oclock till 10 o clock they are telling that he is in Hoskote. When i asked him ok, let me talk to customer where you are installing then he became angry, seems like he is not in Hoskote and just keep on making us fool from long time.
and after 6 o clock he told he don't have wall mount bracket also, so he will do table mount, for that also i became agreed but it is 10 o clock, he did not turned up yet.
I am trying to contact dealer no response at all.
Very bad and frustrating situation. We wanted it installed by monday but due to dealer we waited for another day but again no result.
please dont pay money in starting, pay on the date of installation.
Better to go for some other dealer, or go for Girias, adishwer for better response.

As the TAB is Liquid damaged, repairs would be provided on chargeable basis, we shall ensure that the repairs are carried out by our senior engineer to ensure your satisfaction.
We do apologize we would not be able to discount the repairs, the repair charges will be applicable as per the estimate shared with you by the service centre.
