Hello Sir, I'm just forwarding you the complaint which i sent to Samsung head office.. Kindly take neccessary action against this complaint I"m Kiran Kumar from Chennai, India. I bought Samsung Galaxy S-III 9300 last year on[protected]. After using it for 2 months. I found that quality of my mobile side silver coating getting vanished Then i took it to near by Samsung Authorized Service center..They told me that it wont cover under warranty i feed up with response given by service center. So i called Samsung customer care and they gave me good response by replacing the side panel. Now After using it for 8 months again i'm getting same problem of Side silver coating getting vanished. It is second time i'm facing the problem. This time i directly contacted Samsung CEO Desk, India. On next day[protected] i got call from sushma. She gave me response that its just wear and tear issue which will occur on regular usage. for more convince I have attached Certain Photos of my mobile I don't think these are general wear and tear its just the silver coating which is peeling off from the panel. And Sushma from Samsung avoided by giving proper response for customer satisfaction. So i have decided to mail you regarding the same. Is this Quality of Samsung models ?? After purchasing it for INR Rs 31500/- ( $ 500 ) is this quality which we as customers get it?? i'm not satisfied with entire quality of Samsung S3.       Hello, I am writing this email regarding the Samsung Galaxy S4 handset. I was very happy when i purchased this handset by thinking that this is the best decision for me to have this. But just after a month it started disappointing me by its performance . I am not new to Samsung smartphones. Me and my family we all are using Samsung smartphones (Samsung Nexus, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3 mini, Galaxy s5)and my sel[censored]sing S4. I can not understand why its performance so bad. 1. If i turn on Mobile data/wifi after sometime keeping it off, You wont be able to use anything for a minute or two because it freezes . 2 If it start updating(over wifi or 3g) any application on background again you will not be able to use anyother funtion properly on the phone 3 Whenever you have to turn on the Camera it will show black screen for couple of second (7-10 sec) by which you will miss the scene for which you want to click a picture. I have downloaded 28 application from Google play which also include few from Samsung app store. I am using a high speed 32gb memory card on it . I tried formatting the entire phone twice and also and also used it without external memory card but still no improvement in performance. I dont want to visit service centers as i know what they will do( first they will try to show me that i am wrong and phone is working fine) then if somehow i manage to show them the problem they will reload the OS again by which i will loose everything on the phone and i know its not going to make a difference.And at last they will replace the main board/Hardware with refurbished one which i really don't want. In past i have very bad experience with Samsung services ( You can check my previous complaints using my email ) . So now i would like to either get a sealed replacement of this device or replace this will upgraded one. I am ready to pay the differences. I also owns a secondary device which is Iberry Auxus nuclea n1 which performs far better than Galaxy S4 except the Camera and some patented features Thanks Sawdeep SIngh

        Very poor service from Samsung. My phone is not getting switched on. It was out of warranty so the body language of the engineer seemed as if he got a BAKRA. The engineer just opened the phone and locked it again without doing ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then he says board needs to be replaced and it costs 7500! Thank god Samsung is not in healthcare, else even a finger injury would be termed as brought dead because they are just behind more MONEY.

          I bought Samsung Grand Neo (IMEI NO. 352221/06/007510/4 & 352222/06/007510/2) on[protected]. From starting onwards there is a problem of slowness, hanging problem and pc connection problem. I register the complain for that in the Samsung service call center. On[protected] there is a problem of audio receiver arrives. I went to one of your samsung service center on[protected] in moti masjid, Bhopal (M.P.) but they didn't supported well. Then I went to the another service center in new market, Bhopal (M.P.) on[protected]. They said me that your problem will be resolved in two days and kept my phone there. After two days when I went there to collect the phone but they didn't done the work and said that we dont have the audio receiver and said we don't know when will it come from head service center. Then I took my phone back from them. Now in those two days what they had done with the phone I dont know now both the rocker volume buttons up and down are not working. The propreiter of the Samsung service center, New market, Bhopal (M.P.) named Mr. and Mrs. Asija. The owner head person Manager there named Harish Tiwari and Ashwini. Other workers names are Deepak, Ashish, Khan etc. Even I talked to the service head incharge of Samsung Mobile, Bhopal(M.P.) Mr. Pillai regarding this issue. His phone no. is [protected]. He also not responded on this matter. I am a respected and reputed person of the town. Now I want my whole money to be refund by samsung company. Please help me on the particular matter. I am one of the great appreciator of your channel network 18 CNBC AWAAZ and its show PEHREDAR. Your quick assistance will be highly appreciated. Thanking you.             Sir i purchased a refrigerator 192 ltr on date-05/08/2014 from m/s new raj electronics, (Tin no-[protected]) opp. Naraini kanya devi school, sikandra, agra-282007. Sir the day from begining the fridge is not working properly. Three times the service eng. Came to repair but they did not succeeded. Finaly i returned the fridge to my retailer. But so far he is not able to replace the fridge nor he is able to repair it. You are requested to look into the matter seriously.I want my money back as refund as i am fedup with the response of dealer.

              Dear Sir
              I am Subburaj from calicut in Kerala. My samsung mobile does not detect network and memory card i have submitted to the service centre near mavoor road, calicuti and have visited samsung service center several times finally they give a reason of circuit board problem and they told that they replaced the board and update with new software then they handover the set after one and half months. I hope the cell will ok but it was also again showing the same problem and i complaint to service center, again they asked the mobile for service i submitted it in June still they did repair the mobile. i am calling them every week and ask the progress of my mobile. Still they did not give proper answer.
              Please help me to get my mobile soon

                sir, i am prajesh from Bangalore here i am informing to you i have purchased a samsung s3 Neo on 15th jun 2014 and it was automatically restart while i am calling & Internet browsing time. i have visited samsung service center they give a reason software problem and update the new software after that they handover the set to me on 30th jul 2014. i hope the cell will ok but it was also again automatically restart on 1st aug 2014 and i complaint to crevice center, the service person told this is related to sim based on that information i have replaced the sim bus still i am facing same kind of problem.i cant operate a defaulted handset if it is in warranty period.Now I need my money back from company cause this is really frustating for me to visit 5 time service center. so pls give me your suggestion to solve this problem. Which was accepted by your service representative. But you were saying that the heating is normal and as per Samsung's standard. What we are expecting from you is the handset inspection report and your bench mark data to verify. I gave my handset to Samsung service center for 2 weeks, that too when it was just 3/4 days older. I strongly believe that, this is more than enough to do all the inspection required by you. I don't think you need my handset for any further verification. I have used the phone for 3 days and I found the issues as listed below in this mail. So, handed over the phone in Adayar, Chennai Samsung service center on 7th June 2014 for verification, also I have demonstrated them the way the mobile is heating. They agreed and verified it further and said to me that, since the mobile is high end model with higher hardware configuration, this is how the phone will heat. They are saying the heat is expected when we update multiple apps and/or when we browse with WIFI, 3G/2G data connectivity. This is expected in Samsung’s higher end model mobiles. When I called Samsung customer care and explained this and received a compliant number [protected], and was promised that this will be sorted quickly. My complaints are; The phone is heating heavily when I browse for 5 minutes or more. This is so heavy in case 3g/2g data connection and heavy in case of WI-FI. But, both cases it is highly difficult for me to speak without hands free, since I couldn’t take the phone near my ears. After speaking continuously for 5 minutes or more the phone is getting heated and I couldn’t continue the call without hands free, because of heat. Batter is drying up in 9 to 11 hours. I was using this phone for the 3 days (4, 5, 6th June 2014) and when I charge it fully in the morning (around 8 am), in the evening (around 6 pm)it dried. Please note, I am normal user and don’t use extensively the mobile set all the time. I got complaints from my call receiver that my voice is not clear. There could be some problem with phone’s mic. Today (19th Jun 2014) received a call from Samsung’s customer care representative, and he informed to me that, the phone is higher end model with high hardware configuration, so it will heat. If this is the case then, I cannot use a phone that is heating up using which I couldn’t speak. So, kindly requesting you to do one of the below; If the heating issue is with all Samsung high end smart phone, then refund the cost of the phone (Rs-29091.00 + EMI interest as promised). Since I cannot tolerate the heat the phone is producing. If the heating issue is with this specific Samsung high end smart phone model, then I am ready to accept any other model which is not heating up like this one. In this case, I will pay the excess amount if it costs more than the money I spent (with one condition that the excess amount should not be more than Rs-3000.00). If it is lesser then you have to pay me back the balance amount. If you find the heating issue is only with this particular handset in this model, then replace the new handset with the same model. Kindly note, today is 13th day and still you are holding my hand set. I have spent too much money on this and using your standby hand set (Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos) with much, much lower configuration. So please consider this request as very, very urgent and close it at the earliest.                     I bought SAMSUNG CORE 2 mobile phone on 23.07.2014(bill attached) within seven days of purchase phone started showing problems such as auto-switch off/restart and its battery drained very fast. The dealer told to give to the service center. I went to service center asking for the replacement(new set) on the same day itself i.e.on 31.07.2014. After submitting Initially they told me that they will repair it in 4-5 days but due to non availability of some hardware parts I did not get my phone in said time. They did not even informed me about this. They did not picked up the calls. When I went to service center they lied to me that the problem has been solved and asked to wait for 10 minutes but after that they said that it was not repaired. Then I asked for the refund they did not paid any heed to my request . The problem was severe and in a new handset such type of repair is not acceptable. After several un-satisfactory answer from customer care and my repeated efforts, On 08.08.2014 the head of the customer care said that the service center is closed for 3 days.Then after 4 days they said that there was only software problem(earlier they said it was a hardware problem), it was updated and told me to take the phone. Their such disappointing services and casual attitude is not at all acceptable and I have asked to refund amount or replace the phone . I bought the phone for Rs.11, 200. I am a student.I am immensely harassed by the Samsung service center people, dealer and customer care people. It has caused me severe loss of the time and energy. I must get the full refund or new set replacement of the phone with the sealed packing and not the repaired one. Anticipating your immediate action for replacement. Regards

                      Dear Sir,
                      I bought Samsung Microwave(CE74JD-CR).
                      It makes loud noise. The demo engineer didn't try to power it on at the time of demo.
                      When it was powered on first time it made loud noise. I raised complaint with Samsung immediately([protected]).

                      In return I received a call from engineer stating the Microwave is designed to make noise, according to engineer since I never used Microwave that's why the noise sounds loud to me. I have used many Microwave. I had an old Microwave from Bajaj, I have never seen a Microwave making so loud noise.
                      So I decided to return the product but they are not ready. I wsa asked to contact retailer but retailer is not ready for it he sayd the company will have to do the refurnd.

                        It’s the most pathetic service I have ever been through. Shelling out a huge chunk of money only to be conned, is obviously shattering.
                        I bought an A/C last month; it hasn't even been 30 days yet. The first week, it works well for the first 5 days and then all of a sudden the cooling stops.
                        Called them up, spoke to some lady and she said the engineer would drop by, and that did happen. He said there is some gas leakage, and another guy would come to fix that.
                        IT TOOK THREE DAYS FOR THE OTHER GUY TO SHOW UP. I was [censored]ed up. Knowing the fact that I cannot get my money back I had to bear it.

                        He finally got it fixed, not before messing up the wall on which was installed. All the gas leaked on the wall and the stain wouldn't go, I need to repaint the wall now.

                        What is astonishing is the fact that AC again developed the same problem. Called again, and I was told an engineer would drop by.
                        He did, but of no use and said another guy would come to check it the next day.
                        Other guy comes in the next day, takes good 2 hours to understand what the issue was and apparently asks me that we have to take the unit to the repair center to have it checked.
                        REALLY? I THOUGHT I BOUGHT A NEW AC, AND YOU ASK ME THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AS IT POSSIBLY HAS A PROBLEM.

                        I was scammed, and it’s the most ridiculous thing you would take anyone through! I was cheated.

                        Wasn't the first time, I had the similar issues with the LCD that I bought from Samsung. In 2 years time, it screwed up and I was asked to pay 12000 to fix the panel, and I obviously did not do so!

                        I am done with you guys; I don't want this A/C back, you can keep it at your workshop as a souvenir and tell people that how you scam people.
                        I want my money back plus the compensation for harassing me mentally and the amount that I need to shell out to fix the paint on the wall.
                        Don’t try to call me and pacify or empathize, I don’t even need your sorry’s.
                        I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THAT’S IT.

                          Dear Sir, I bought new mobile Samsung grand 2 on 21st Feb, 2014. after 4 months, i am facing day by day new problem which is described below:- 1. liquid in the display screen 2.Voice is not clear working 3. After one day, they will return the phone with damaged motherboard. Again, I will registered the complaint at same center for repairing motherboard and after repairing the phone then again facing the same problem. As Discussed with Pooja (customare care) dated on 07/08/2014login a new complaint no is [protected] and she said, again submit the phone at service center then they will provide the new phone but i am going to service center and my token no is I-252 and Amit is told me branch manager is not there in our office at 4.00 P.M. and he say again repair the phone, but I am not Satisfaction after purchased set Four times is already give to you. this time is not to repair and four time my phone is open then condition is very bad. Today (12/08/2014) I am going to branch office manager is not there so i meet to amit and he say manager is going to meeting. them i ask give me a number Branch manager( arun Tyagi no is [protected]. i am taking to manager HE Told Me Please Submit The Phone And Repair With In Two Days collect your phone & staff is misbhave to me. and change your phone. staff is asking (aap kahi bhi complaint kar lo humme koi farak nahi padta).then i have log a complaint no.[protected]. and last i request to staff please give me a complaint book, then he told complaint book is not there, i am presarise for staff then received a complaint book and i am write there is many bad experience and other information related to service in samsung service center. So, I request to please provide me a new grand 2 phone.Then I will be compelled to initiate necessary legal action.

                            I bought samsung tv 40f5100 with s# mqwm3pbd501347b on 26/7/13 from jupiter city, tirupur.
                            I was really shocked to notice a black dark area on the upper most of the tv on 10th of aug.14 and same was intimated to your consumer care centre with the above complaint #.

                            I bought this tv on bank loan and still the repayment is going on. Its realy threatening to to notice your service people are simply saying its a panel problem and the repayment cost is around 20, 000. Its not possible for me to get my tv repaired at huge cost that to within a period of 1 year. We are purchasing tv only for entertainment &not to pay penalty to your co., its shame on your part for such a reputed international co., is supplying the consumer goods with inferior quality.

                            I request you to get my tv repaired free of cost and do the needful.

                              Respected Sir,

                              We have purchased above mentioned mobile on 6.5.2014 and immediately after purchase it was started giving battery charging problem. Then we contacted your dealer Prakash Electronics, Indore, regarding this. Then they advised us to contact the service centre.

                              Now the details of complaint attended by them is as under :

                              Complaint mentioned by service centre
                              1st complaint on 29.6.2014 software updation needed. same day delivery
                              2nd complaint on 21.7.2014 battery back-up delivery on 8th day
                              3rd complaint on 11.8.2014 now battery back-up delivery promised within 10-12 days

                              Now we approach you, to provide us a new mobile as free replacement, as this piece is totally defective & within 3 months it was in service centre, fo r a total of 21 days and almost more than one month it was not working.

                              Hence, kindly provide us a new mobile as free replacement, or else we have no other way, but compelled to approach consumer forum for further needful action.

                                Bill No[protected] I need not explain much but I had submitted GT7262 on 28th May in your service centre BEEKEYEN Ent. At dadar which is now closed and I have called your service centre almost 25 times but they are not able to trace the mobile. Its almost 3 months now. Your services are worst.
                                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I am still awaiting for Samsung officials to respond to this complaint.

I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. [protected] My Comlaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 27 of July. 2014 a person visited my house on same day saying that IC Part has to replace worth of Rs. 800 and I have made the payment of Rs. 500 after two days he brought the IC Part and fixed it into TV and start I have paid Rs. 350 cash. After 9:00 pm again on same date TV was shout down and I have complain to service man Mr. Suraj ([protected]) on 28/07/2014 he come at house again on 29/07/2014 and saying that TV mother board has got a problem and it was able to repair only at workshop and next day I will come at your house i.e 30/07/2014 but as of now this Mr. Suraj not come and not going to pickup his mobile also and customer service also not able to solve our problem as of date.                                   Reference to my complain on date 13/08/2014 I am still facing problem but Samsung Customer Service ([protected]) also help less no one able to give us proper answer and your Repair Shop Krish Electronic not in position to repair my Samsuns Plano TV till date.

                                  My question is if my problem not yet solve by Krish Electronic till date how come Samsung Customer Service system updated his own system by problem solved. I am trying to call with sineir customer service but no one pickup the phone.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the problem which i am facing from last 4 months.Actually i bought my samsung mobile model number Samsung Sduos2 in december 2013. but i started getting problem of battery backup from may 2014.then i visited samsung service centre to fis this problem. they updated the problem. Again i faced same problem after 15-20 days. then they replaced its battery.then after 25 days battery went dead. then they refused me to changed the battery because the battery warranty was expired.then i purchaed a new battery from my own pocket. after 7-10 days i started getting same battery backup problem in my phone.then they asked me change phone software.they did it but the problem was still same.i again complaint for that same problem. but this time they refused me to take any action for my phone problem. and asked me to pay 5000/- Rs. to get it fixed. but if my phone is in warranty why should i pay for the problem. even after 4 months they told me that the motherboard got problem sue to some liquid in it. but i am sure if there is liquid in the phone it will definitely will not work not for a single minute.                                       We Purchased a Samsung Side by Side refrigerator ( Bill No.: 51008095 ; from QRS Retail Limited, Chengannur, Kerala ) Srl No.: 17874AB2700012D. Dated 21.12.10. 2 Years after purchase, it started giving problems. Recently in February the refrigerator stopped working and after repeated complaining to samsung service centre, for which the service guy responded after a month and replaced some part. since then it has never worked properly. we have registered complaint to Samsung CEO office more than 5 to 6 times and the response is pathetic. the service personnel responds after 2 weeks and comes fix something and goes. and it still doesn't work. its been 6 months now. they are not doing proper maintenance nor able to fix this problem. no response from the service dealers too ( SMG ELECTRONICS, SAMSUNG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE, KULATHOOR BUILDING, MELEVETTIPURAM P.O, PATHAMTHITTA DIST, KERALA,[protected]. We are at great loss since our catering business has gone down. because of this, we do cake baking and selling too. we are not able to take orders and we are stake of our livelihood .                                         Since February 2014 I am facing following problem about Samsung refrigerator and complaints are registered through croma because I had purchase from croma In February and March 2014 replaced the Relay & on parts (but the problem still persist). After several follow up on 6th May 2014 the compressor got changed and gas leakage problem was attended by the Samsung authorized person. (but the problem still persist). Again after several follow on 13th June 2014, the Samsung's personnel attended the same and in order to resolve the same changed the dumper. (but the problem still persist) When the issue was not resolved I again contacted the customer care and on further follow up Samsung's personnel attended the problem on 19th June 2014 and informed that there is temperature issue which he tried to resolve the same but the problems still persists. I am still facing the problem like a water leakage at the external bottom center and since 19th July 2014 I am continuously following up with Croma’s customer care which rather than providing me service, arguing that there is no problem and closed the report on the basis of Samsung report 22nd July 2014. Please note that the Samsung Senior technician had handle the case on 24th July 2014. He and his assistance had taken photographs about leakage, as well as model photographs, and bill photographs. He also informed me that he will discuss his senior at Kurla office then they will update me as well as croma. I had also ask them where is job sheet. Then he told me he will update the 22nd July 2014 job sheet. Also I requested him you update in front of me. Then he said please believe on me When I follow up to croma regarding service then Croma head officer told me the complaint was closed as per Samsung information dated 22nd July 2014. Then I told them still I am facing the problem and same did not resolve how they closed the complaint. They did not know about the photographs those Samsung taken on 24th July 2014. Then I am shock. On 1st August 2014 I requested to Samsung to shear all reports as well as photographs those they had taken from my home to me and Croma. Till same was awaited. On 2nd August 2014 Samsung collect the refrigerator at 9.21 pm On 5th August 2014 Croma communicated that the unit has been sent to Samsung for thorough inspection and we are awaiting the final report by 11th Aug 2014. On 7th August 2014 Samsung western region Manager communicated that the Refrigerator cannot be repair and he will send the mail for the same. The report was ready on or before 7th August 2014. Still croma and Samsung fail to provide the same as well as provide the qualitative service. This type of service is not expected from Samsung (MNC) an Croma. They sell the defective product to customer because customer facing series of problem since February 2014. Till date Samsung failed to resolve the same. Also Samsung had taken the photographs from my home but they did share with croma regarding problem (this show that Samsung had taken photographs without purpose) and they collect the refrigerator at 9.21pm. This is not ethical. Kindly instruct to Samsung & croma to replace the refrigerator with same specification or higher specification along with 2 years warranty period. Also pay me all compensation for mental harassment and other charges like speed post charges, food loss, time loss, affects on my other works, phone charges etc.
