Ac purchase on 10.06.2014 & installation on 11.06.2014 from m/s jagannath & sons, fatehpur up.Ac is not working since 18.08.2014.
Complaint alredy lock in customer care comp. No.[protected] name abhishek mob.[protected], but work is not completed yet, your service is very poor.
Ac is not working since 9 days. There is no benefit of purchasing ac from your company.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am manish airon from surat.
I had baught ac from samsung in this april.
It is 2 ton of spilit ac whic was stop working since 23rd of sep.
I had complaint in co. At all fourm but till date i could not get my ac back from service senter of samsung. Because of hot and humidity no one customer want to sit my shop so iam getting business loss by this situation.

I demand by the co. That they have to replace my ac or i would take legal action.
I appeals to " pahredar" to help and obliged me.

      REMINDER Subject: Malfuctioning of mobile and non redressal of my Complaint I have purchased samsung g355 galaxy core 2 ( [protected]) on[protected] from..emm ess refrigeration, model towen, Patiala.The mobile was found to be having serious problems of incoming and outgoing sound problems and sim connectivity problems and frequently shutting down abruptly since its purchase. On 23-8-14 this mobile given at Samsung service centre, Patiala vice bill no .[protected] for rectification of the concerned complaints. As it was told, its speaker were changed. But the problem did not rectified and I have been suffering due to malfunctioning of your product, which does not behove for such a reputed company like Samsung.. NOW ARRANGE TO REPLACE MY MOBILE WITH FRESH ONE OR MY MONEY BE RETURNED BACK. IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL REMAIN WITH NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. THIS MAY BE TREATED VERY URGENTLY AND IMMEDIATELY.

        i had purchased Samsung S4 mini from croma on 18.06.2014.since then i am facing the problem of auto restart .i had visited service center Dated 06.08.2014 too they mentioned about the problem of power and software issue for which they kept my mobile on 06.08.2014 and returned me on 09.08.2014.but after servicing the problem remains same and again i had visited service center dated 20.08.2014 this time they mentioned about the problem of motherboard.

          I have purchase Samsung Note 3 neo on 18.4.2014 @ 33k. The charger is not working properly... i have complaint nd also visit on samsung care (Harpal nagar near Roadways Moradabad U.P. 244001) many times but the manager Mr. Pradeep Saxena is talking so rudely. Samsung store is about 10-12 km far from my house and they still doesnt replace my charger.

          This is not expected from brand image of Samsung. Now it seems it was my incorrect decision to buy a Samsung phone.

            My name is Anuj Kumar from Lucknow (UP), Samsung Electronics it is very poor service you giving after sales, my handset is in under warranty purchased last year in october-13, recently my phone's headphone jack is gone out of order, when i went to my nearest service centre there a person said i need to submit my phone for 15 days, what a words you people saying why we use smartphones??? for convenient to carry on my work anywhere or can read or reply on mails anywhere, if i submit my phone for 15 days without u give any standby set how will i do my work, in fact if my handset goes out of warranty if I take paid parts then within half n hour my handset will be repair, your service centre staff is not supportive i said your place the order of handset part when it will come just inform me i will come to you to change, your after sales service is very pathetic, I am not satisfied with your after sales services.               I bought an Galaxy Note 3 last year which due to continous problems was opted for cash refund by samsung, i submitted the handset and its belongings to Samsung Service centre, of which they provided an cheque on 22nd May 2014, I received the cheque and checked it out, my account number had been typed wrong by their hand, so i submitted it back to Samsung Service center for the rectification of cheque, and from last 3 months they havent provided me the cheuqe and neither the handset. the amount of the cheque is Rs 47999

                    I've had a broken fridge for the last 20 days. After multiple calls every day and escalations (with constant promises of someone being sent), they still haven't solved the problem. I'm disgusted and will never ever buy a Samsung whitegoods product again, probably no Samsung product at all

                      I am purchased new Handset on 06.07.2014 from CROMA Vide Invoice No. SLF02A[protected]. Rs. 27000/- But After 15 Days i faced lot of the issue in the Handset, then i approached CROMA and they advised go to Sam sung Service Centre, then i am Visited Sam sung Service Centre and inform to the person that i am purchased New Handset of GALAXY Note 3 Neo Before 15 Days and these are the issues 1. Display is Not there. 2. Side Lock is not Working 3. All Application are going In Hang Position. 4 SD Card is not Working. Then Sam sung Representative Check the Handset and Given Reply that we will replace the Mother Board of the Mobile and it’s Charges is Rs. 7889/- and it is not Covered in Warranty But my problem is that if any mobile which is I am Purchased in 15 Days Before how it can be happened it is the Manufacturing Defect in the Mobile so Company should Give the Replacement of the Mobile, why I Will Pay for Change of Mother Board. After that I am Approached to the Sam sung Head Office But they are not Given Proper Reply of the My Query they Are saying it is Physical Damaged so we will not Doing anything But I want to know How it will happened because no any single Scratches ‘on Mobile and it is Handling By me. I am Visited Last 4 to 5 Times in Sam sung Service Centre for Manufacturing Defect But they are not Giving any Suitable solution Please Help me in this issue and give me the Replacement of the My Mobile.

                          Same common problem of Panel.. Translucent Bar on top left of the screen.. Twist the screen/Press top left of panel, the Bar vanishes for some time.. It looks to be a minor circuit issue, cant Samsung fix it with a spare? charge of Rs 1000 should be nominal.. Service engineer charge Rs 27000 for new panel, 70% of new TV cost, Costlier than the market rate of depreciated 2 year old TV.. Should I get a replacement TV? Samsung? Again? Or switch back to Sony?                             Dear sir, We have purchased a Washing machine model No.: WA80ESLEC fully automatic, Bill No. 130302 dtd. 26-06-13 from Bismi Electronics Ernakulam with two years of warranty and it is not working properly after 6 months use. We have given complaints and two time they came and repaired it but three days ago machine is not working again. We have reported the issue but nobody replied yet. Kindly let us know that if the complaint still remain like this what we will do after your warranty period.                               As before this I send you the complaint mail regarding the fraud done by your Samsung service center (Akanksha Enterprises), New Market, Bhopal (M.P.). But even after several days there is no reply by your any responsible samsung person. I feel that someone from your side will help me on the particular matter. But I was wrong. And that shows how much serious is the Samsung company towards the customer service. As now I understand that Samsung company is only interested in selling the products but not in the customer’s help and support. And now my whole trust is waken away from Samsung company. Now I am only asking about the refund of the phone. After seeing your bad response you have leave me no other option of only going towards legal complaint of the following matter in the criminal court and consumer court as well. Where Samsung company will have to give me the refund of the phone and have to bear all the compulsion money, all the court fee, lawyer fee and other fees and charges as well.                                 I am Sandeep mourya, I had purchased Samsung galaxy grand 2 on 2nd July 2014 from Meena electronics . After using it 4 to 5 days many problems were created day by day and still it happen. Problems like Hang problem, Notification problem, Home key problem, and the most biggest problem was Display problem. Then I visited to the Samsung service centre more than 6 to 7 times only in one month, there service was really worst, they had changed my home key and display but the fitting was not proper and the display is not good as compared to old one many scratches was created on my phone. Then I asked for replacement of my phone then they making excuses. So, how this injustice is happening with me, Samsung promises the consumer if any problems were created under 7 days it will be replaced by the Samsung company.

                                  I bought galaxy grand duos gt-i9082 eigth months back. From the date of purchasing itself iam facing so many problems in my device. 2 months back they replace my mother-board itself. I asked for replacement from the first month of my purchase.But they refuse to replace and keep on telling so many reasons for this. Today i my device display gone. I again hand-over the device to the service centre. They told me that they need one day observation. Below are the problems that i have in my phone.
                                  1. Auto-switch off
                                  2. Gallery hanging
                                  3. Display gone completely ( they officialy confirmed there is no water-logging)
                                  4. Fast discharge of battery.
                                  Heloo samsung... Why cant you understand our troubles. I didnt ask you my money back. Rather i asked for replacement for the faulty device provided by you. If i cant find the satisfactory solution, then i will go for legal actions by using the documents regarding your service activities and the evidence of your service centre employee attitude towards us. - gowtham-+91-[protected]-chennai.

                                    Name of company/service: SAMSUNG I have been emailing and complaining about a SAMSUNG LED TV 40 inch (UA40H5100) purchased from Electronic Paradise –New Delhi on 18.03.2014. for Rs. 52000/-.. Now from past few weeks I am facing some problem as there is no display in tv and for the same I lodged a complaint(complaint no-[protected]) with Samsung Customer Care two weeks back . The executive visited my place and inform us that the panel is to be replaced .My Tv is under warranty but the same has not been replace yet . Sorry to inform you but the after sales service of Samsung is very poor. My request to please forward my complaint to higher authority who can solve my above queries.                                     Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I purchased one Samsung 32” LED in March 2014. The same was got installed only in July 2014. In June 2015, the LED started giving trouble. Although sound was okay but its picture was getting distorted and screen not properly functioning. We lodged the complaint with Samsung customer care and the technician visited within 48 hours. Without even properly inspecting the same, he informed that its panel has gone out of order and needs replacement which will cost about Rs. 17, 000/-. Since the LED was purchased in March 2014, therefore the same had gone out of warranty and we will have to make full payment. I requested him to check thoroughly as the picture was visible sometime for few moments. He started TV and just confirmed in 1 minute without even checking again that there is problem in the panel only and it cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced. He charged Rs. 684/- towards his visiting fee, vide receipt no. 16952 dated July 01, 2015. It was extremely shocking for me as the LED was only one year old and also very sparingly used since there are already four TVs in the house.

                                    On checking online, I could gather that similar new 32” LEDs of different reputed brands were available in market in the range of Rs. 17, 000/- to Rs. 20, 000/-. Therefore, I didn’t opt for replacement of panel at such a high cost of abt Rs. 17, 000/- and that too with limited warranty again. I was considering to dispose it off as scrap.

                                    Only last week, I just happen to discuss casually with my family friend and he advised me to consult another local technician as well who lived nearby. On my request, he visited our house and inspected the LED. He immediately diagnosed the fault and told that there seems to be problem with Logic Board plate of LED and assured to fix the problem. He replaced the Logic and repaired the fault in LED for which I had to pay nominal amount as compared to what we were asked to pay by Samsung’s technician and now the LED is in perfect condition and running fine.

                                    However, I got extremely disturbed and surprised as to how the well reputed brand like Samsung can misguide their customers. Though I and my all family members are regular users of Samsung products for the last several years but this particular incident has completely shaken my faith in Samsung for now and ever. Firstly, the LED gone out of order immediately after one year. Secondly, Samsung’s customer care people are not properly trained and misguiding the customers and even don’t know their job properly. Thirdly how they charged Rs. 684/- towards their visiting fee for few minutes (without doing any job or repair) which is unusual and needs to be refunded immediately. Ideally Samsung should have repaired / replaced the part at their own as the product was within warranty.

                                    Further the mental agony and financial loss we suffered due to irresponsible act of customer care officials has shaken our faith in a reputed brand like SAMSUNG, which is extremely disturbing. In the past also I had similar experience with my Samsung mobile which I purchased for Rs.25, 000/- about 3 years ago and suffered loss of approx. Rs.10, 000/- within warranty period but I just ignored and didn’t think proper to take up the matter. All my family members in our home have Samsung Mobiles.

On my request, he visited our house and inspected the LED. He immediately diagnosed the fault and told that there seems to be problem with Logic Board plate of LED and assured to fix the problem. He replaced the Logic and repaired the fault in LED for which I had to pay nominal amount as compared to what we were asked to pay by Samsung’s technician and now the LED is in perfect condition and running fine.

                                    However, I got extremely disturbed and surprised as to how the well reputed brand like Samsung can misguide their customers. Though I and my all family members are regular users of Samsung products for the last several years but this particular incident has completely shaken my faith in Samsung for now and ever. Firstly, the LED gone out of order immediately after one year. Secondly, Samsung’s customer care people are not properly trained and misguiding the customers and even don’t know their job properly. Thirdly how they charged Rs. 684/- towards their visiting fee for few minutes (without doing any job or repair) which is unusual and needs to be refunded immediately. Ideally Samsung should have repaired / replaced the part at their own as the product was within warranty.

                                    Further the mental agony and financial loss we suffered due to irresponsible act of customer care officials has shaken our faith in a reputed brand like SAMSUNG, which is extremely disturbing. In the past also I had similar experience with my Samsung mobile which I purchased for Rs.25, 000/- about 3 years ago and suffered loss of approx. Rs.10, 000/- within warranty period but I just ignored and didn’t think proper to take up the matter. All my family members in our home have Samsung Mobiles.

                                      Dear Team, My phone was damage with little bit water. I gave my phone service center of Samsung 31. They not ready to give me any warranty. I purchased phone from Flipkart.com Samsung glaxy duos 2 at cost 8650 and samsung care centre want 11000 inr for repair. What is the matter ?. Is that possible the phone cost is 8650 and phone repair cost is 11000. Please help to give warranty. My phone is in under warranty period.I Purchased phone 12 April 14 and my phone damage in july.                                         Purchased a brand new samsung galaxy s5 mobile phone from a samsung outlet on 25th of july 2014 and the phone was not being charged from 16th of august 2014. i contacted the service station of samsung and an engineer visited my home. he said that the phone has got moisture in it and took it with him. After 4-5 days they are now asking INR 4000 just to open the phone and detect the problem even when it is within the warranty period. i am sure that i have not put any water or moisture in the phone but the company has put allegations on me that i have. please take some strict action against this as my business is suffering and i am occuring heavy losses.
