sir,
i bought samsung led tv (6400) at januray 2014.my tv repired at apirl month.then service engineer came to my home replace the board and power supply in inside of my tv...again same problem came to my tv..yesterday service enginner came to my home they told, change the same board and power supply..it is an 80000 rupees tv.is it any worth???so pls help me sir..i need my money otherwise replace the new tv...my first option give me my money...that tv is not worth for 80000...pls help me any one...i am willing to apply the consumer court complaint also... i attached my tv serial number...

my samsung customer id is[protected]...my mobile number [protected]...my dad number [protected]...samsung is faulty product and customer support is very very worst...in warrenty period mt tv repired two times...after warrenty surely samsung tv to put it on dustpin only...world worst product is samsung...dont buy anyone...

    I Submit my Complaint Detail in Sam sung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Complaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 30 of JUN. 2014 but i Didn't Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
    I call more than 10 Time after they send their tecnician to repair my TV on 1st July. The Technician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day
    but now 6 days passed he never come to me . And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else. I am having the copy of Invoice In which i purchase the TV on 23 may of 2010.

    tecnician to repair my TV kit but not proper work on my TV set AND tecnician to charge the 724 Rs to my pocket . But again complain to many time but not any responces...plz help me

      Dear Sir,
      I have bought a refrigerator on 30/May/2014 of Samsung Model No.RR1915TCALX/TL. But after two or three days I saw that ICE Container of Refrigerator was having a crack. I reported this to the dealer from where I bought the refrigerator. He assured me that the ICE Container will be changed by the Samsung company but yesterday one man named Kaushik(Samsung Engineer) visited my residence and after inspecting my refrigerator he said that this does not comes under guarantee so they can’t replace it and you have to pay for it. I asked him the cost then he replied it that it is cost Rs 750/-only.

      Now I want to bring your attention toward few points:
      • Ice container is the top most part in the Refrigerator, so breaking of Ice container due to Negligence handling by us is not possible.
      • As this was found after two days, it would have exit from starting only.
      • If it was not from the starting then it would be because of condensation and expansion of the Plastic ICE Container which would have led to crack of Plastic ICE Container i.e Manufacturing defect.
      • I am the old customer of Samsung, Many of my colleague suggested me to buy other company refrigerator but I only choose Samsung. I can easily change the ICE Container as Rs 760/- is not a heavy amount, but I want you to take the responsibility to change ICE Container as we all know that Brand Name (Goodwill) is cannot be comprise at any cost.
      I request you to replace the defective refrigerator or at least ICE Container if it is not done the I will be forced to take another step.
      I am attaching for you the snap Of defective ICE Container & snap of refrigerator serial no for your necessary action.

        I have given my galaxy note mobile for repair at samsung service centre near paradise circle, secunderabad. After paying the amount of repair they were not able to rectify the problem of discharging even on connecting with a charger. I approached them and they gave the excuse of "problem with my charger". I bought a new charger but the problem still exists and they are refusing to rectify it since one month have passed. You are requested to approach them for rectification of my problem.

          Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that my mobile that had issues with the Charging(have been facing this issue from past 3 months and had been to Service centre for at least 6 times) is with service centre from past 10 days.I submitted my mobile with issue that its not charging even though it shows charger connected, motherboard was changed couple of times over last 4 months still dint help resolving the issue.I had submitted my mobile in Thane service centre on 2nd of july and now they are saying mobile is being processed for replacement and it might take 10 more days.What am I supposed to do till then?? Please help resolving my query ASAP!

              Sir,


              I have call log for my Samsung Refrigerator having model no:( RA20HCUX1/CTL) and bearing serial no:R0414PAB200382F ON 04-06-14 and that was repaired and handed over to me on 25.06.14 by taking a charge of Rs. 3000/- for repalcing some parts.


              After 2-3 days of working the same was again start giving problem a againg call to Toll free no and I was provide with a ref no and with an assurance that the same was picked up very next day and they will do the need full.


              Aging approaching the toll free on 08.07.14 they gave me a new ref no: [protected] saying that the previous on was not registered (Logged by me on 01.07.14).


              After that I called up local service centre M/s Friends Service, ullubari, Guwahati.


              There Mr. Mithun Mandal told me we will solve the problem by today( 09.07.14) .After not getting any call or service I called up the service centre on 10.07.14(No:[protected] then they replied, You took the no of seniour manager and call him, he will arrange for pick up...


              So the drama continue whole day and again in this hot summer I am force to use normal water by spending 12000/- rupees for a brand like SAMSUNG.


              Now today 11.07.14, I receive a phone call from the so called Samsung Service centre asking me is today is suitable to pick up the refrigerator from your home.


              I told him please do came at any time and picked it up.


              The day gone and then in the evening I called up Mr. Mithun Mandal( [protected]), He replied that due to heavy traffic e were unable to pick up, so we will look tomorrow to help you.


              Now please clarify the service stand of such a brand company to a consumer of India.

                I bought the Samsung LED TV Model-(UA32D4003B) 2 year years back and now has the some panel problem and not able see the display properly. I contacted customer service and after checking the TV, technician said, this is because of the panel problem. he said that panel needs to be changed and will cost around[protected]/- INR. This technician himself is advising to buy a new TV instead of spending so much amount for repair. I tried to contact Samsung to complaint but could not do it….they were just transferring the call to one department to another….Can any one help me on this…

                  I have bought this Samsung LED TV 2 years back and now has the same panel problem where the ghost image is seen in the upper half of the screen. There are lots of complaints on this model. This is just another one for the same model. When contacted the customer service, the technicaian called me and enquired about the problem. Without inspecting the TV only, on the call itslef, he said that panel needs to be changed and costs around 28000/- INR. This technician himself is advising to buy a new TV instead of spending so much amount for repair. Samsung knows that this is a defective model. Why don't Samsung accept the mistake and respond with a feasible solution for this issue?

                  I was a big fan of Samsung until this product. Now I am changing my mind and suggesting "No Samsung" for anyone buying a new gadget like TV, Mobile, Tablet

                    Hi, This is my second complaint here. And I wouldnt stop until i get justice from samsung. I have already complained here on the picture failure of samsung LED TV model UA40d5500rr. As a result, Samsung head office contacted and promised me they will send support engineer and the tv can be fixed with the cost less than 5000/ by replacing just pcb instead of complete board. Samsung sents the support engineer and he didnt even check the tv properly as promised by head office and he straight away said complete board has to be replaced and it will cost 30000 + service charge. And one of the worst and most cheating happened, For saying this the support engineer charged us 180 rupees. I dont know on what one arth they can charge for saying that tv is faulty. And after a week received a mail from samsung saying, it can be done for Rs 25, 000/- with 1 year warranty. which is unacceptable. Guys whoever reading this please be aware of tactic and trick by samsung who cheats the customer by selling the faulty led tv model and it fails exactly after a month of warranty and samsung cheats and make customer to pay for replacing board. Good Bye samsung. One of the worst support from samsung to the customer.

                      I had bought
                      SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI -GT-I9192 dt 31.05.14 time
                      :6.50pm(Purchased in the name of Praveen Kumar Rachuri), i have
                      faced the problem abnormal heating of mobile while talking & in putting in
                      charge and also charge is getting discharged at very short period(if I put
                      charged 3 hours, it will be getting dry in 3 hours without using any
                      application...) so that went mobile show room @adyar dt:7.06.14 time :06.00 &
                      explained about problem. They told to go service, there itself i made call to
                      toll-free and discussed, they told such a way that if the problem is not solved
                      during service, will give replacement, after that given for service dt:09.06.[protected]@Nellore-AP(they have done some
                      software up gradation and not given bill and they won't give bill in their
                      guaranty and warranty period). Again I have faced same problem then called toll
                      free...again they have asked us to go service center & I asked them to give
                      replacement but no response ...done the same(given [protected]@OMR dt 19.06.14 and
                      got mobile after 4 days as and they have done PCB
                      change)...now am facing the existing problem plus addition of new
                      problem that i could not able to use Samsung apps, again called customer
                      care and they have instructed dt:27.06.14 to follow some settings in
                      mobile but no use...problem not get solved. finally asked us to go service
                      center...in this one month am keep on following their customer care
                      executive, going service center...am totally depressed because of
                      this problem...i had wasted 21499rs for
                      this mobile / Had put internet booster 148 and going & coming to service
                      center and showroom.

                      please give me replacement sir ...it’s purely mobile problem...how they can
                      release this fault piece without passing test ...and show room also selling
                      this faulty piece and cheating customer...

                        dear sir, I owe a samsung galaxy grand. From May 2014 onwards i was having charging problem and the battery was getting discharged even when it was being charged. I approached the nearest Samsung service center in Bairagarh: Anjalee Services, F-1, Krishna Plaza in front of Bharat Petrol Pump, Bairagarh, Bhopal, Ph-[protected]. I was told that my mobile has motherboard problem and so i submitted it on 27th May 2014. they asked me to come back on 10th June.when i reached there the problem wasnt resolved and the phone battery was still getting discharged even when on charging. The receipt of 27th May was kept by them and i was issued a new receipt on 10th June 2014. I was asked to come back on 12th June. but the problem still remained intact and the service center person asked me to come back after a week.I visited them on 24th to check. this time the problem got resolved but no surety of whether the motherboard was changed so i approached a local service center to check and was shocked to know that they had repaired it which has affected the other ICs in motherboard due to which there is a new problem with sound in my phone.I am writing this mail to lodge a complaint against the service center of faking the problem initially and then not resolving it properly. I approached them back and this time they said the motherboard has to be changed and they will charge Rs 4500 for it since the warranty period is over.Kindly consider this problem of mine otherwise i will be approaching consumer court and lodging a complaint against the service center. Please also find attached the copy of the bill/receipt i received from the service center dated 10th June.

                          Hi, I submitted my S3 Handset for charging jack replacemnet. Technican repaired it and said this will not charge when it fully drained and you have to boost battery first when i arguued with him he then repaired it and damaged the Mic. i went again and get it repaired, now the same problem is coming. I booked two complaints but nothing is happening. Service senter : S.v Communications Rethibolly, hyderabad I lodged a complaint in customer centre but no communication received.

                            Samsung 2 door 580 litre RT58E MMT Nagpur residence refrigerator Sr. No. 090741AC80026900. We have made a complaint no. [protected] on June 3rd. The technician came and said the cooling problem is due to gas leakage and refilled gas and charged us Rs.1490/- and said the problem is solved. But the fridge did not cool and then again we complained and then they told some part problem, and it has to be replaced. We were promised a standby but was not sent. The part was not call for 8 days, and after several calls they came and somehow welded and repaired. But again next day only again cooling problem and they are saying some part needs to be ordered. Please get trained service personnel. We are being harassed mentally and we have to live without a refrigerator for more than a month and no action is taken. Please look into the matter. We have paid a heavy amount for the product, and its spoiling Samsung brand name by not providing service. Please do not sell products which you cant support. Indignant, Dr. P.D. Paldiwal Nagpur

My name is Sirisha. my compliant reference no is [protected]. thanks for samsung team cooperation. your service engineer came to our home and collected all the relevant documents on 04/07/2014. As he had confirmed that, once he submit the relevant we will receive the call, and the application status would be updated subsequently. Since then we have not recivce any feedback.                               Dear Sir,

                              We registered a complaint stating that there are many small dents appearing on the main door of the refrigerator. These dents when seen in bright light exposes these spots to the eyes of the viewer which spoils the general appearance and elegance of the FRIDGE kept in a prominent location in the drawing room. We confirm that these dents are not man made by erratic or rough handling or by damaging the door in the day to day usage. Besides we have noticed these spots only recently and we are unable to know the exact cause for these dents. We purchased this model from the dealer M/s. Sathya & Co. in March 2014. The technician sent by you recently for evaluation of the door has not taken note of the reasons stated by us. While accepting that there are dents he said that the door can be replaced only at cost since the same is not covered by the warranty. We have been using many models of Samsung appliances in the last so many years. We have not come across a complaint of this nature.

                              We therefore thought it fit to report this problem to you directly since such complaints may not be new from your side. True we admit that we should have brought this to your knowledge much earlier. From your records you may find that we have already made many complaints last year regarding unusual noise coming from the refrigerator within a week from the date of installation. At that time the problem of dent was not focused. Besides the place where we earlier kept this refrigerator was lacking from adequate lighting to notice these defects. The earlier model used by us viz: Bio-fresh was very strong and sturdy and we used it for more than 10 years. It still appears to be new.

                                Dear Sir I buy a samsung Plasma TV 43'' in 9th Feb 2014 and TV installation date is 10 feb 2014. First Complain reported to Yogesh (sales Person) date of 18th Feb 2014 regading TV atumatic shut down and automatic started, by mobile in Jumbo Electronics, GIP, Noida. yogesh told me I have no your Address So Please Send me Address by SMS. I sended address by SMS but not responding and not supported by Jumbo electronics. I was very frustrated. and second complain( Com. No [protected]) reported in Samsung in 03 June 2014, samsung eng.visited and replaced the TV Part, but same proble was continued so third complain reported in 17 june 2014 in Samsung same eng.(Mr. Pushkar) visited in my address and eng.but problem contine in my TV. So aganin complain reported in Samsung in 20 June 2014 and Eng.(Mr. Pushkar) visited in my address and Eng.(Mr. Pushkar) not behavior with my wife and talking with abuse language with my family So Informed to Mr.Izharul [protected] but respondent. 4 to 5 complain reported in Samsung and Jumbo but problem continew in my TV. So I want to Replaced The My TV.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  We have procured the washing machine model no. WA82E4YEC of samsung company vide bill no 1538 dated 01/07/2014 through the authorized Dealer M/s Mittal Associates, Kota .When we installed the machine and washed the cloths as per company mentioned process but the result was poor because the cloths had dirt and not cleaned.We have paid 13900/- for this product.Kindly arrange to replace the above mentioned product.

                                    Sir, I have a galaxy Gt star s5282.A few days ago auto on problem accure, and i take my phone samsung customer care center, they replace whole mother board, and fix the problem.after some times the auto off problem accure once again as before i went to samsung customer care center, but this time they did not fix my problem, and says that i have openend my handset outsight in the market(that is not true) so my phone does not repaire in warranty.PLZ HELP.

                                      I have been purchased 1 LED TV from Big Bazar, Ezone Guwahati on 23rd April. A power supply problem has been occquered on 17th june 2014. I have been booked a complain to customer service on that date. But still today dated 5/7/14 my problem was not solved. This is unexpected from Samsung Company. Please solve my problem.                                         Hello sir, My mobile is under warranty but customer care was not solve my mobile charging jack problem. They said that your mobile side is damage but my problem is charging jack. Sir any mobile seller didn't said on purchase time that your mobile will not under warranty if your mobile side is damage. Sir that's not a good. If any buddies using mobile fall down any where. That not means there mobile warranty is end. Sir That problem in all Sam sung mobile and your customer care other other excuse told to all customer. Today i meet 4 sum sang customer. Sir If you think that is right so please tell all customer on mobile sell time. Don't disturb any customer of service time. I want purchase Sam sung mobile in few days but i will not purchase Sam sung mobile. So Thank you Sir
