I had bought
SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 MINI -GT-I9192 dt 31.05.14 time
:6.50pm(Purchased in the name of Praveen Kumar Rachuri), i have
faced the problem abnormal heating of mobile while talking & in putting in
charge and also charge is getting discharged at very short period(if I put
charged 3 hours, it will be getting dry in 3 hours without using any
application...) so that went mobile show room @adyar dt:7.06.14 time :06.00 &
explained about problem. They told to go service, there itself i made call to
toll-free and discussed, they told such a way that if the problem is not solved
during service, will give replacement, after that given for service dt:09.06.[protected]@Nellore-AP(they have done some
software up gradation and not given bill and they won't give bill in their
guaranty and warranty period). Again I have faced same problem then called toll
free...again they have asked us to go service center & I asked them to give
replacement but no response ...done the same(given [protected]@OMR dt 19.06.14 and
got mobile after 4 days as and they have done PCB
change)...now am facing the existing problem plus addition of new
problem that i could not able to use Samsung apps, again called customer
care and they have instructed dt:27.06.14 to follow some settings in
mobile but no use...problem not get solved. finally asked us to go service
center...in this one month am keep on following their customer care
executive, going service center...am totally depressed because of
this problem...i had wasted 21499rs for
this mobile / Had put internet booster 148 and going & coming to service
center and showroom.
please give me replacement sir ...it’s purely mobile problem...how they can
release this fault piece without passing test ...and show room also selling
this faulty piece and cheating customer...
Please help me
to get replacement from show room.

I want
replacement only not service, Mother board itself changed in 1 month, day to
day am getting more problem with this mobile like often getting hang
& heating while playing games/putting charge & talking in
phone…..
Could not able
to use this mobile without hands free.
Am putting this
mobile charge for 3 times per day…am travelling 4 hours per day….i can’t use
this mobile.
I
will give service, only when after finds problem you have to give replacement
& Not service.
Please help me
to get new mobile / Replacement.

I was a big fan of Samsung until this product. Now I am changing my mind and suggesting "No Samsung" for anyone buying a new gadget like TV, Mobile, Tablet
