sir greetings. I have seen and used few models of samsung smart phones. before to this I was using Samsung DUOs phone model GT S5222. This has got very user friendly messaging app.It has got editable templets which we can attach simply to the highlighted mobile number and send. Though simple but very useful app for me and may be to others.Pl suggest a smart phone with this app. Secondly we doctors when we show patients pictures to some one we wish to cover eyes in a rectangle shape. can you incorporate such facility to draw a rectangle on eyes to cover them and show. .my email;;[protected]@gmail.com mobile no. ++91 [protected], and [protected] India. looking forward for favourable reply.

    I, Abhishek purchased Samsung S5 on 03/07/2014.
    On 4/07/2014 handset started giving trouble, software crashed. Visited the authorised dealer, got the new software.
    On 05/07/2014 phone's battery ramp down thrice and every time phone got restart.
    On 06/07/2014 and 07/07/2014 we faced the same issue.
    On 08/07/2014 a representative from Ace Lingua Solutions(poor company in terms of customer satisfaction), samsung care, visited and took the handset for 3 days. On 11/07/2014 they returned the phone but issue did not get resolved. on 12/07/2014 again they took the phone and returned on 16/07/2014 and issue again did not got resolved. on 19/07/2014 we again lodged a complaint and on 20/07/2014 again they sent a representative to take the phone.
    This is the kind of customer satisfaction Samsung is giving and this type o[censored]nsatisfactory and pethatic services service center is providing.
    Please dont purchase samsung S5, rather i would sugges buy i-phone or micromax but not samsung

      We had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 10.4.2011, Model No - RT26HCUX and Sr. No R0034PAB202851V, but now it is creating the problem. The refrigerator is not doing anything cold. We have lodge a complaint in samsung customer care and technician from Samsung Authorised service center (Durga Electronics Services, Gurgaon) visited and found that No gas in refrigerator and filled the gas with chargeable basis and we had paid Rs973 wide receipt No 5780 Dt.[protected] and after 15 day same problem is occurred, Then again we have lodge the complaint and again fill the gas, after 15 day same problem again occurred . Again we have lodge the complaint and same authorised Dearler technicain visited at my home and hold us there is internal problem in the refrigerator and it is not possible to repair, So you can submit original bill of refrigerator along with your residence proof and cross cheque and you will get total refund amount. But when I reached the Service Center ( Durga Electronics), they told me that you will only get 34 % from total amount. Please tell me why should I accept it, I want repair my refrigerator or replace with New One or should return full amount. I want positive response from your side.         I bought Samsung galaxy core for Rs. 13650/- Invoice Dated:[protected] Samsung I8262 IMEI : [protected] This phone has been sent two times at the service center for more than fifteen days at a time. Apart from the inconvenience caused for a month the phone has still not been repaired or replaced. The phone is still in warranty. The phone is having a problem of not detecting the networks and voice clarity since it has been purchased and it still pertains.           Hi, I bought a samsung washing machine 4 years back assuming its worth buying samsung product. But I was wrong. The machine has problem with the pcb board and the part is no more available anywhere! and when I complained about the issue, till date no one called me from the customer service to explain what to do next. Every time, I call the customer care, they take 10 minutes asking about address, name, phone number, machine type, etc, etc. only thing that is left is to know my kundali. May be that I have to share, else they wont call me. I am surprised...how can you stop producing the spares within 4 years for a product which was top seller!!! can samsung explain this? I am worried now as what will happen to my existing Samsung electronics because they might stop working any time...Better that I stop buying these junk products now on.

            A Samsung refrigerator model no RT31HCUX was purchased from M/s PSB Electronics Rajouri Garden vide Invoice no. 15481 dated 28/01/2012 & installed by authorized representative of company at residence 178C Red DDA flats Rajouri Garden New Delhi. Within one year of installation of the refrigerator, we faced faults and obstruction in services. The details of some of complaints with M/s West Delhi Service Centre, D-2 Chander Vihar Palam Extn. New Delhi are as under:

            1. Book No. A 39 Sr. No. 1914 dated 24/03/2013
            2. Book No. B 378 Sr. No. 18897 dated 30/01/2014
            3. Book No. B 450 Sr. No. 22464 dated 26/03/2014
            4. Book No. 13 Sr. 607 dated 08/04/2014, The refrigerator was sent to service station and again complaint was noticed on 25/04/2014.
            5. Complaint dated 25/04/2014

            The above compliant & faults indicate & confirm toward the manufactures defect. There were continuous complaints of water leakage, less cooling and discharges of gas.

            Keeping in view the brand repute, Samsung must understand the manufacture faults & call back the product sailed to us Invoice no. 15481 dated 28/01/2012

            We accept favorable response & looking forward.

[protected], [protected] i complaint on 25/06/2014 after that i called customer care and they told that your complaint will solved in few days but nobody comes.again i emailed on 3th july and i got reply from Meenu Gupta on 4/7/2014 Senior Executive - Customer Experience Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd and she told that service centre person will come to your home and look in the matter after that on 6th of july service person comes but he does not make any solution and he went after that i called to customer care on 15 july and they told that your complaint will solved but till today i didnt get any response from samsung...so i am very irritated from your company service..i never expected this type of service from samsung...i feel very guilty after buying that refrigerator..so its emergency...make some solution... and samsung company have to told me that what can i do? so i am eagerly waiting for reply from samsung... Plz Help me To getting out From this position..

                  hi I had purchased an led 40" in the year june 2012 which started giving me display problem in jan 2013 for which they replaced my led after 45 day and gave me a new 40" led in the month of march 2013 within two month the new led had some other technical problem for which they got the motherboard replaced then the very next month a new problem came and the power grid of the LED was changed. Now again the same problem has started in the month of june so i had given them a complained after that there repair person came and told the problem they said the spare parts have to be changed and it will cost 7500/-. Since i have bought the Led there is some or the other issue going after spending 65000/-. what if the same issue happens in another six months so that means every timme i will have to give 7000/- .

                    I purchased a RT-26RH refrigerator on 11th April 2014 from Amit Electronics Bilaspur (HP) The delievery was made at my home. After 2-3 days a dent was detected on the door of the fridge.The dealer when informed refused to replace the item.Will the company explain the fault of the poor customer? Why he should purchase a defective item by spending a big amount?

                      We bought TV and washing machine from dealer, we got confirmation that installation person will come to our place after 2 days, i wait for him from morning till evening, he did not turned up. after keep on following up with the dealer, (in which many call was not attended), some of the call got attended by dealer, he told "sir he will come, he is in Brigade road, then after one hr he told he is in Hoskote from 5 oclock till 10 o clock they are telling that he is in Hoskote. When i asked him ok, let me talk to customer where you are installing then he became angry, seems like he is not in Hoskote and just keep on making us fool from long time. and after 6 o clock he told he don't have wall mount bracket also, so he will do table mount, for that also i became agreed but it is 10 o clock, he did not turned up yet. I am trying to contact dealer no response at all. Very bad and frustrating situation. We wanted it installed by monday but due to dealer we waited for another day but again no result. please dont pay money in starting, pay on the date of installation. Better to go for some other dealer, or go for Girias, adishwer for better response.

                        Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a Samsung Split AC on 12/11/2012 and it stopped working this month due to failure of compressor. I have contacted the customercare and registered a complaint regarding this issue for a compressor replacement which has 5 years warranty. The complaint no is [protected]. Now my problem is I lost the bill. But the customer care agents have the entire details o[censored]s including the purchase details. I've tried so many times contacting the dealer to get a duplicate bill. He has stopped attending my phone calls and also my family members. I understand that it is my mistake that I have lost the bill. But the purchase details and my address are there in the computer database for reference and evidence. I don't have the bill and I tried many times to get the bill. Kindly give me a solution to get this issue to be resolved as it has been a month.                           I had filed a Complaint regarding my Washing Machine being changed while servicing & repairs. It was a fully automated P-153 purchased in 2007. It was sent for repairs to their workshop in 2011 after multiple rodent issues not being sorted out. To my horror, when I called for my machine, I was told that it was not traceable. Then on being tough, they sent a machine back with a Bill of 7000/-. Since I had relocated from Hyderabad by then, the Machine was lying with my tenant concealed. On my moving to Pune in Mar 2014, I asked my tenant to transport the same here. On opening, it did not seem to be our machine. Also since i did not enough evidence to prove it, I started to use it. Within next 2 weeks, the machine broke down again. On contacting the local service engineer, he suggested replacement of another Part with Rs.4000/-. This was already supposed to be changed in the previous service. On escalating the issue, I was called by Mr. Sameer Jain from their senior officials. He completely denied everything & instead blamed me for concealing facts & benefiting by false complaint. When I questioned him on the information as to which workshop the Machine was sent in Hyderabad, he became silent & never came back. This was 2 weeks ago. Finally I decided to escalate the issue & will take it further as well dragging them. Samsung will have either surrender all the relevant bills for the Machine or get me back my original Machine.                             I had given my Samsung Galaxy Grand2 at Raj Telecom on 13th June 2014 for repair of my phone which was purchased on 18th May 2014 for Rs.19, 500. I was facing issue since I boought this phone. They Replaced my phone's Motherboard & battery ( PBA Replaced & Battery Replaced) after 15 20 days... Even after that My issue was not solved & on above this they had made physical damage to mobile.. When I complaint regarding this they ignored. After this I went to M B Care service center which is at Borvali west on 3rd July 2014 for same issues even they Replaced the Battery and gave the phone. But this time also my issue was not solved. Infact this time My camera has stopped working completely.. Again I went on 12th July 2014 & had talked to service center to get me replaced or money back because I dint even used my phone for 1month & had faced lots of issues but they were too rude specially Mr Abdul Baree (Manager) & Mr Ganesh (Branch Head).. I request to please help me out with getting my money back as I am not at all satisfied with the product service.                             never purchase the samsung mobile . i myself galaxy S4 user Price 41500Rs facing same problem battery issue from the first day i purchased it then after that many problem cam everything is replaced motherboard circuit jack lcd except outerbody then also this fellow never listen to the customer just thy keep on telling that we listen to the voice of customer inspite you just fool them.I just gave thm to replcae faulty jack but they created one major issue temperature sensor stopped working by them only i requested them to replace the phone because this is not my fault but they told no...I also told u just pay me 25000rs keep the phone but no. otherchoice i gave that i will pay Rs5000 give me new S4 but no.
                            Purchase the micromax phone see their service they are slow but responsive if you mobile goes to service center with major issue for about 3 to 4 times company itself will replace the phone...
                            But samsung just want to sell their mobile but donnt wanna provide service.
                            Below i have attached my phone pic after i got from service center . I continuously visited 3 tto 4 times but after that also this is the other problem which i noticed yesterday.

                              i bought samsung led tv (6400) at januray 2014.my tv repired at apirl month.then service engineer came to my home replace the board and power supply in inside of my tv...again same problem came to my tv..yesterday service enginner came to my home they told, change the same board and power supply..it is an 80000 rupees tv.is it any worth???so pls help me sir..i need my money otherwise replace the new tv...my first option give me my money...that tv is not worth for 80000...pls help me any one...i am willing to apply the consumer court complaint also... i attached my tv serial number...

                                I Submit my Complaint Detail in Sam sung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Complaint NO. is [protected] on Dated 30 of JUN. 2014 but i Didn't Rec and resposnce against this complaint.
                                I call more than 10 Time after they send their tecnician to repair my TV on 1st July. The Technician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day
                                but now 6 days passed he never come to me . And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else. I am having the copy of Invoice In which i purchase the TV on 23 may of 2010.

                                tecnician to repair my TV kit but not proper work on my TV set AND tecnician to charge the 724 Rs to my pocket . But again complain to many time but not any responces...plz help me

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I have bought a refrigerator on 30/May/2014 of Samsung Model No.RR1915TCALX/TL. But after two or three days I saw that ICE Container of Refrigerator was having a crack. I reported this to the dealer from where I bought the refrigerator. He assured me that the ICE Container will be changed by the Samsung company but yesterday one man named Kaushik(Samsung Engineer) visited my residence and after inspecting my refrigerator he said that this does not comes under guarantee so they can’t replace it and you have to pay for it. I asked him the cost then he replied it that it is cost Rs 750/-only.

                                  Now I want to bring your attention toward few points:
                                  • Ice container is the top most part in the Refrigerator, so breaking of Ice container due to Negligence handling by us is not possible.
                                  • As this was found after two days, it would have exit from starting only.
                                  • If it was not from the starting then it would be because of condensation and expansion of the Plastic ICE Container which would have led to crack of Plastic ICE Container i.e Manufacturing defect.
                                  • I am the old customer of Samsung, Many of my colleague suggested me to buy other company refrigerator but I only choose Samsung. I can easily change the ICE Container as Rs 760/- is not a heavy amount, but I want you to take the responsibility to change ICE Container as we all know that Brand Name (Goodwill) is cannot be comprise at any cost.
                                  I request you to replace the defective refrigerator or at least ICE Container if it is not done the I will be forced to take another step.
                                  I am attaching for you the snap Of defective ICE Container & snap of refrigerator serial no for your necessary action.

                                    I have given my galaxy note mobile for repair at samsung service centre near paradise circle, secunderabad. After paying the amount of repair they were not able to rectify the problem of discharging even on connecting with a charger. I approached them and they gave the excuse of "problem with my charger". I bought a new charger but the problem still exists and they are refusing to rectify it since one month have passed. You are requested to approach them for rectification of my problem.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, This is to bring to your notice that my mobile that had issues with the Charging(have been facing this issue from past 3 months and had been to Service centre for at least 6 times) is with service centre from past 10 days.I submitted my mobile with issue that its not charging even though it shows charger connected, motherboard was changed couple of times over last 4 months still dint help resolving the issue.I had submitted my mobile in Thane service centre on 2nd of july and now they are saying mobile is being processed for replacement and it might take 10 more days.What am I supposed to do till then?? Please help resolving my query ASAP!
