Dear All,
I have registered a complaint (Complain No. [protected]) regarding Split on dated 8th June, 2014, I have clearly tell your customer care executive on [protected], that AC is not working properly (Cooling not done / compressor not working), your engineer Mr. Vishal (M:-[protected]) visit at my premises on next day (9th June, 2014) & tell us that there is a fault in capacitor & make us believe that it will be change on 10th June, 2014, he visited on 10th June, 2014 and told us that there is a problem in compressor & tell us that the outdoor unit would be lift in the company and install on same day. Mr. Vishal also give me the no. of Mr.Moin khan ([protected]) and tell us that Mr. Khan will lift the outdoor unit. I have continuously contact Mr. Khan on 10th June, 2014 but he didn't received my call. on 11th June, 2014 he picked my call and tell me that he had received my complaint on 11th June, 2014 and tell me that he send the Pick up boy to lift your outdoor unit but till night there is no any motion in the work. I again call Mr. Vishal & Mr. Khan more than 30 times both persons didn't pick my call.
I have complaint again at your Customer service executive regarding the same yesterday.
You are requested to do the needful.
Your prompt action is required in the matter.

Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
on referring the problem to the local dealer, though whom we had purchased the tv, sent the technician,
as per him this a very common problem in this model and the board is not available, and it cannot be repaired, we shall suggest all to not o purchase this product at all and do not get cheated or the sweet talks of the deaelr, they get their commission and the company gets the profit, and after that it is to be thrown
