I have brought a Samsung Mobile on 20the August, 2013(S Duos GT-S7562)
for Personal Use. Within 3 months time the mobile started giving
problem. The applications slow down its operation and phone restart
automatically. Then I Given to your Authorized Service center at
Palakkad, Kerala and they repaired and give to me in 2 working days.
After repair The mobile was working fine. But it did not last more than
3 months. The same problem started again. It is getting over heated when
accessing internet, it restart automatically and some application is
uninstalled automatically, the instrument hang when getting call. Then
taken this again to same Service Center and they repaired and give it
back to me. When I enquire they said this is normal problem with these
models and this time they have replaced motherboard. The Handset was
working fine at that time. But after using for week some other problem
started. Mobile not detecting the service Provider networks. If I Put
both the sim card, Call get forwarded automatically. All I know is my
prepaid balance get exhaust. Don’t know which number and my prepaid
Yesterday I have given this mobile to your Service Center at Palakkad,
Kerala (Blue Point) Job Sheet NO. [protected] date 13.06.2014 for the
same problem. It reset the entire setting automatically whatsapp is
deleted automatically while using the app, it is overheating, and did
not detect WiFi. While receiving call phone get Hang. I have to restart
the mobile to get back this in operational or sometimes I have to remove the
battery to get this restarted. The phone takes almost 2 minutes to start
the phone dialer application.
I am sure I have brought this item as New and Pack piece. The Mobile is
already in your Service center 3 times, within 7 months of its
operation. I am not going to accept this repaired instrument any more.
Need replacement or Money back?
This phone is repaired 4 times during last 7 months period. and as per service Centre its replaced with latest mother board. but the Phone works in the same way. We have given sufficient time to get the issue resolved.
