In this connection, I have been lodged several complaints to dealer, local service centre and toll free number Nagainst my refrigerator since it was purchased.During response 04 times of its compresser was changed by the local service centre and several times relay were changed. Now local Engg.of service centre, on dated 09/06/2014 changed its cooling pad and another parts.But freezer section(cooling part) of refrigerator not working properly still.
It is my humble request to see in this matter immidiately before processing of second option by the costumer.

    I have purchased an automatic washing machine having model number WA85VNLEC/XTL having SER. NO.W1045ZCS702436P, In the month of oct 2013, I have made a complain to your end about the problem in washing machine, the power was not coming in my washing machine, accordingly a person has came and checked this machine with multimeter, and told me that the complete panel has to be changed, I asked him why complete panel has to be changed why not the specific parts of this machine as the cost of complete panel is very high, but he insisted that in such dead power issues we are changing the complete panel, which should be order and to be replaced, even just saying such advice he has charged 220/- Rs from me, but in general this should be charged when you replace or to complete the problem with solution, but he still charged .
    I have contacted your customer care person & requested to made a call back from the person who are technically qualified or of higher level, I got a call from our so called technically qualified person, but he said he will revert me back after getting the complete details regarding to replace the parts, but i haven't got any kind of phone call or any mails reg. My issues.

    Again i called your customer care on dated 08/06/2014, I have raised this issues, but still there is no response of my query nor the solution, and even after that now your technically qualified person who called me at 3.58 PM on dated 08/06/[protected] has said that we will send the message to their Kannur person to attend such problem, today 09/06/2014 a person has approached me and saying that we will not consider your request to change the parts we will replace the complete panel.


    Hence I wish to add some important points based on the above facts as follows:

    1) Why your company is focusing to change the complete panel, as u know the cost of such panel is very high it means your company is taking the advantage of monopoly of their patents., because it is fairly possible that in case of such problem merely changing the few parts/device will be enough to repair.

    2) Such kind of monopoly will distract the customer to purchase your product because due to such simple reason the replacement cost will be very high. (My example if enough to understand)

    3) By changing complete part for such simple reason, leads the pollution to the environment, because plastic parts is the serious issues now in this present era & the life of Plastic parts is forever. Which is a major issue now in a days, at least for social issues & CSR practices, such type of monopoly should be avoided.

    4) My complain has been lodged in oct 2013, why till dated my complain has not been attended/solved.
    5) Why the person has to pay the amount before, as the solution has not been reached and merely calling to check doesn't mean that the service charge should be given.
    6) Why I should pay the service charge again for such reason.
    7) Why your company is making such substandard product which works well in warranty period only.

    I hope you will take this matter VERY seriously and will give a amicable solution in a very shorter time, otherwise i will be liable to approach CONSUMER COURT/FORUM & SOCIAL MEDIA TO GET THE SOLUTION for such problems.

        By accidently I had broken my Samsung galaxy grand 2 mobile front glass. I took my mobile for service center they told there is no claim for physical damage if one warranty is also there, i told its okay. They told it cost around 3193rs. When 2day i took my mobile for repair, after they gave me back when i checked I noticed there was dots and finger prints inside the screen . Then i informed them regarding the problem. They took my mobile and called me inside telling while doing repair dust will go & finger print and all . That manger said we r helping u by making cost low by just replacing the front glass . i[censored] need dust free & better quality U need to go for 8000 one where u will get no problem . These is what service provided by your reputed company, these what i experience . I am not at all satisfied. I need justice.

              I purchased samsung power bank from snapdeal which turned out to be fake. 1. First the customer service denied it being fake and said it was genuine with genuine warranty 2. I went to samsung service center who confirmed it was fake as it did not have serial number or bar code 3. When I called and told that i visited customer care they said they have taken complain 4. Without calling they just emailed that to resolve issue send pics of product within 24-48 hours 5. I did, they later mailed to ship it back to their warehouse 6. On repeated confirmation that i would be provided a replacement they agreed and I couriered the fake product 7. As soon as i mailed the courier slip confirming return they said there is some problem and they cannot provide a replacement and they have debited the money in my snapdeal account which i can use to buy something else within 6 months 8. I has very angry and felt and rejected to accept 'sd cash'. Now they are ready to transfer the cash in my bank account. 9 But the product is available on their website currently but they are not shipping as rte have increased. i paid for the product and I feel I should be provided one.                 I Submit my Complaint Detail in Samsung Service Centre On Toll Free No. My Complaint NO. is [protected] on last month but i Did'nt Rec and response against this complaint.
                I call more than 10 Time after they send their tecnician to repair my TV . The Tecnician told me that he have to take the Kit of TV to workshop and Will Place the kit after repair next day
                but 1 month passed he never come to me . And now i am helpless What I have to do if i having the Kit i will repair it from any where Else. I am having the copy of Invoice In...

                  Sir, I had purchased a Samsung grand in August 2013 at that time company was giving a headphone with mobile which was sent by the company at home after registered mobile on website I regregister my phone after that I got a msg on my mobile phone in that a contact number and a refrence number is given bt after that I called on that number and they said give us your contact address nnd postal address .so I had given aftr that I'm still waiting for that headphone still I didnt got . Coustmer care executive are saying that now this offer is closed so we didnt provide you any help .

                      1 st june i have registered complaint( [protected])to shifting my split a/c in the same street. 3rd june at 5p.m. only the service people came and dismandling the a/c. and they said we cant complete the work today will be finish on tomm morning.but still 5 th june 5p.m they are not coming. and one team leader suresh([protected]) he never answering the phone.whenevar we called samsung customer care people said we will complete the work by today itself .

                        I don't understand what's happening. Half of the summers have passed and we are not getting a glass of chilled water.

                        We've have made endless complaints and calls to make you understand the issues our new fridge has. But there is no sensibility in the way you treat customers. Till now we haven't got the right resolution for our refrigerator.

                        And on the top of it, when I spoke to one of your representatives from the COO office (as he claimed) today, he was really rude in his way of speaking. Moreover was asking me for the solution, which is very strange. As a customer who has already paid more than 20, 000 for the non-working fridge, am I also supposed to give the solution?

                        Let me tell you, my experience with Samsung has been very disappointing.

                        Samsung is such a big company and it doesn't know how to deal with customers at all.

                          I am Dilip R Adiga. I had given my Samsung Tab2 for service last saturday. Bill No was [protected]. Last Monday i got a call from Samsung center saying My Mobile was serviced. I willingly went to collect the phone from the service center. I reached the service center they said me that the phone wasn't repaired and said to me it will take few more days. I stay at an hours distance from the service centre. I wasted 2 hours of my working time to come all the way to collect my phone which was not repaired, Which the service center representative said was repaired. Now i lost the job card. Today i got a call from the center saying i could collect the phone. I went to collect it they said to me since i lost the job card they would need a ID proof to confirm my identity. So i gave showed them my ID card. So they said they needed a xerox copy of it. The immidiate xerox centre is at 30 minutes distance from this place. Now do you think it is worth spending soo much time for me? Is this the kind of service Samsung provides? Its not the way you deal with customers. I am not ready to go there to collect my phone. You guys have wasted 2 hours of my time with some mistake that is yours. Now either you guys come to me and return the phone to my house which is within 1km from the service center or you guys Take my phone back and pay the money for my phone. I shall make sure people around me wont buy a phone that has such a pathetic service. Where customer don't matter to them. Decision is yours. You guys take a call and inform me. Now it is an issue of EGO to me.

                            recently we have purchased RT42HDAGESL/TL (SAMSUNG REF) model refrigerator on 01/06/2014 at 20.00 Hrs at YESMART, Visakhapatnam, A.P. and the refrigerator was delivered to my home on 02/06/2014 at 22.00 hrs. on the nexy day 03/06/2014 we found that there is a too much ice formation in deep freezer even it is in optimal mode. I believed the brand name of SAMSUNG and purchased as a 11th marriage day gift to my wife which is on 06/06/2014. but she felt very sad and mentally disturbed and become sick. we have purchased this regrigerator about Rs.50, 000/- at Yesmart (Invoice No. DPV-2362, Date : 01/06/14). when we register our complaint through toll free no. they have allotted a A/C No as [protected]. but the technicians knowledge is very poor and given carelessness answers even not considering our feelings. this is not at all tolerable. if my regrigerator is not replaced immediately, we will go for consumer court to obtain the suitable justice including our mental tention even in our marriage day celebrations which has to be celebrate on 06/06/2014. we are unable to celebrate our marriage day due to this problem as well as mental tention. this is not good. please take necessary action immediately. otherwise we will go further step.

                              I have purchased an Samsung refrigerator MODEL NO:RR2015SSBPX/TL/2013 (STORAGE :185, GROSS:195 LITRES)ON 24.03.2014 FROM M/S CABCO PARADISE P LTD BILL NO: C I/2046, actually i am not satisfied with your product. Your dealer supplied me different model compared to what he showed in his showroom and the features are also different. the fridge he delivered has the following problems 1. The cooling is not good 2. We have sweetings inside the fridge (water drops) 3. The defrosted water is not evaporating its spilling out 4. The bottles in the door fridge is not at all getting cool Your person from customer care came and changed the chiller tray and the freezer door but still the problem is not solved The freezer door is not fixed properly so the door came off in one day Please take your product for yourself and repay me . thank you

                                  To whomsoever it may concern, With the due respect wish you to please draw your attention, I am shubhi Joshi from nagpur and i have purchased a new samsung s3 neo on +GT-I9300I ON 7/5/2014 S/N I9300IDDUAND2 and this phone goes extremely warm and last week phone was on charging and its screen got crack suddenly when i took the phone to customer service they said i need to replace my glass with LED and its a physical damage how it can be a physical damage as the led is working perfectly fine. and the soo called gorilla glass got a cracked.this is my 5 th samsung phone i purchased and they said it needs to be replaced with screen and it will cost me 7500 rs and as the phone cost is just 22500. As i mailed on customer service id - support.[protected]@samsung.com but the customer service executive was not ready to listen the actual problem with hardware ...and she did not attended the call properly and cut down the call. please call me on ashik shubhi - [protected], [protected], nagpur
                                  The issue is not resolved yet as i got a call from the customer service and they made a false commitment they will resolve the issue and sent a link and will forward the issue to concerned department.

                                    To whomsoever it may concern, With the due respect, I Ashutosh Vyas from Indore MP wish you to please draw your attention that I purchased a Samsung S3 Neo phone on May 20 and it was automatically restarting from May 23, I have visited service center and retailer shop many time and puzzled completely and finally on May 31 they have replaced my handset. It was big challenge for me to make them believe that it was really generating problem. On May 31, I got my new cell from company. This was same and hoping good for that but It was also automatically restart on june 2 and i complaint to service center and they have updated some files. Again on June 3 it was automatically restart at 3:37 am. i cant operate a defaulted handset if it is in warrenty period. Now I need my money back from company cause this is really frustating for me to visit 10 time service center. i was operating samsung grand quatro from last pone year and this never generated any problem. but this cell has generated 10 time same problem and company not providing any solution for that. All the photo proof have been attached, kindly give me your immediate attention on this, I am middile class person and buy this mobile on EMI.                                     Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Dear Team,
                                    Samsung has provided me 2 time handset to replace.
                                    However when i am going to catch new mobile their is a problem.
                                    &gt; Retailer saying to purchase mobile above the cost of Samsung S3 Neo
                                    &gt; Of Course, After problem in two phone, i am not going to but again samsung S3 neo as suggested by all Samsung team member.
                                    &gt; If i purchase any phone below the rate of S3 Neo then i would have to bear loss of 3000 rupees so my total outstanding amount would be 20500 INR.
                                    i am not understanding the reason behind that I purchase new mobile and believed on phone quality 2 time but i was wrong on that So there is no customer fault.
                                    i purchase this mobile cause its suits to my budget and convenient with all features, there is above one handset which is S4 but that is too costly for me.
                                    I want to go below the S3 Neo so please help to provide me my full difference amount between S3 Neo and the phone which i am going to purchase this.
                                    i would also prefer to some favorable discount on new phone in case they are going to deduct that 3000 Rupees.
                                    I am not going to bear 3000 Rupees loss with out my fault.
                                    I have my cell at my home and not deposited to retailer yet, Waiting for solution.
                                    Retailer Provide me 7 days time to Deposite phone and get new phone

                                      i bought two double door refrigerator one of it i bought last year in december i am facing the gas problem in both.In every 6 months i am facing this problem .after spending 24000 for each refrigerator i am facing this problem.nobody has extra time to facing this problem again and again.it means that your product is not good.and samsung customer care is too slow .i have ragistered my complain before 6 days but till now there is no action on my complain. from RAKAM SINGH service manager in koncept mhindra contact no is [protected] and [protected].

                                        Dear sir i have samsung refrigerator double door 165 ltr model no RT26M serial no 0460 .two parts of the freez are broken and those are 1- vegetable slide cover, 2- bottle guard respectively. i had approached the company help line for prcurement of these items, the company send engineer to see the broken items. he noted the part nos and told me to provide these items within two days. after two days the engineer informed me that the desired items are not available in company and suggest me to get these items from local market DARYAGANG. i am unable to find the shop from where i could get these items.kindly let me know that is it not the responsibility of the company to provide the broken parts. Due to this the freez is not working properly. i will be very thanksful to you if you please provide the abovementioned items for my refrigerator. looking forward for kind help.
