Dear Sir, Most humble and respectfully I beg to state that I made a complain on 21st may 2014 about my LED TV 28 inch my complain number is [protected], I have purschase it on 140th january 2014 but unfortunately the pannel got damaged I have purchase it for watching FIFA world cup 2014, and I was told by service centre that it will be replaced within 15 days but till now nothing has been done I am very sad about it, when I personnally phone guwahati people they have told me that it has been send from the headquarter only on 11th june 2014 and I was inform that it will take 17 days that means it will take the whole month, So I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful please and make replacement of the pannel of my LED TV. thanking you.       I purchased a Samsung fridge (model# RL 4033UBASL) ON April 24, 2014 and got delivered on next day Apr 25, 2014. It stopped working after 8 days of purchase ( May 3, 2014). I filed the complain [complain# [protected]], engineer visited my house on May 05, 2014. After that Fridge was started working . He did only switch off/on.He kept Fridge in under observation for another 3 days.After 3 days it was fine he closed the complain. On May 30, 2014 once again fridge was stopped and not working. We again filed the complain [ complain# [protected])]. Engineer visited the house but could not resolve and asked to send the Fridge in workshop to investigate. Also branch manager has closed the complain [ complain# [protected])] without notifying me. It's very surprise how complain can be closed by branch manager without serving to customer.Can samsung executive ask with branch manager ?? This is brand new fridge and stopped working after 8 days only.Engineer is not able to resolve the issue on site.I don''t want to send this fridge in workshop. Since last 30 days I am completely frustrated with this event. I want replacement of this fridge. .

        Sir, I have purchased Samsung Double door 321ltr refrigirator on 18/05/2014 with model no :33 DHRYA SA and the same was installed 21/05/2014. Today i have received electricity bill strangely bill is very high.. every month 600/- to 700/- but this month i was received 1620/- bill. Every month consumption is same, but bill is changed.           Dear All, I have registered a complaint (Complain No. [protected]) regarding Split on dated 8th June, 2014, I have clearly tell your customer care executive on [protected], that AC is not working properly (Cooling not done / compressor not working), your engineer Mr. Vishal (M:-[protected]) visit at my premises on next day (9th June, 2014) & tell us that there is a fault in capacitor & make us believe that it will be change on 10th June, 2014, he visited on 10th June, 2014 and told us that there is a problem in compressor & tell us that the outdoor unit would be lift in the company and install on same day. Mr. Vishal also give me the no. of Mr.Moin khan ([protected]) and tell us that Mr. Khan will lift the outdoor unit. I have continuously contact Mr. Khan on 10th June, 2014 but he didn't received my call. on 11th June, 2014 he picked my call and tell me that he had received my complaint on 11th June, 2014 and tell me that he send the Pick up boy to lift your outdoor unit but till night there is no any motion in the work. I again call Mr. Vishal & Mr. Khan more than 30 times both persons didn't pick my call. I have complaint again at your Customer service executive regarding the same yesterday. You are requested to do the needful. Your prompt action is required in the matter.

            I Purchase the samsung refrigerator model no RT28FAJYASA/TL on 7th june 2014 FROM Dealer BM ENTERPRISES(E.D)Opp. Bharat Flour Mill Dalhousie Road, Ptahankot.but this refrigerator is not giving the proper cooling.On 8th june i complaint the dealer On 9th june one service man had visited an on inspection he concluded that there is a problem of higher tempreature. he suggested us we arrange a fan for refrigerators proper cooling. so tell us how it is possible. I request the dealer to change our refrigerator model but he talk us roudly and refuse our request.i complaint the customer care my complaint no is [protected].please help us to solve our problem.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I want to kind notice that, I have a Samsung Refrigerator single door. It is not doing cooling & compressor is also becoming very hot till 06th June 2014. I have complaint about the same in Samsung customer care on 7/6/14, complaint no is [protected] . Its complaint done on 9/6/14. But same day it is become previous condition. I did complaint again in Samsung customer care to Mr. Udbhav on 10/6/14 at about 0835hrs. On 11/6/14 at 0900hrs, I did complaint again to Ms Dipty. On 12/6/14 at about 0800hrs. I did complaint again in Samsung customer to Ms Savita, but till now nobody came for repair or see of my Refrigerator. Can you think?                 I have purchased one direct cool refridgerator model no.:- RR2115TCARX, Product Serial No.:- 09414ZAF3015348. (Warranty Card Serial No.:- 155813) on 29.04.2014 from 'ELECTRONICS HOUSE' 219 N.S.C BOSE ROAD, KOLKATA-700 047. Vide Buyer's Copy No.:- 145, Dated:- 29.04.2014. I am very much disappointed to purchase the product because after defrosting, water drops from inside the plastic tray and floods inside the racks as well as the foods & vegetables. Please help me to avoid such a situation by providing helpful advice regarding this matter orelse I will be forced to return back the fridge for its defective craftsmanship. I haven't yet been delivered my FREE SMART LOCK 'N' SEAL KIT as well.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, We had purchased Samusng hometheatre from Bangalore on April 13th 2014. The engineer from samsung team had been to install the same in the last week of April 2014 after repeated requests to customer centre. It didnot work right from the firt day as the fan doesnot start up automatically and the system switches after one minute. The engineer who had been to my house for installation told that he would come back next day and check the problem and correct it and left for the day. Days passed, but he didnot come and verify the same. We had called customer care and raised complaints many times for which every time we were told they have taken a request and engineer would come to check and correct it. But no one made it to my home for correcting it. After getting irritated samsung customer care executive aranged a conference call with service centre of samsung, Anantapur and the executive from the service centre told that he would come next day for sure and didnot come again. After few days service centre guys had called us and asked us to get the home theatre so that they would take back the device and reimburse the amount in 15 days. We returned the device in the 3rd week of May 2014 and today when we called service centre guys to know the status, we are told that the device cannot be taken back and only can be repaired. If this was the case why was not the same corrected when we were crying from last week of April, 2014. Please find attached the copies of the serial number of the device and bill for your reference. Kindly i request you to taken an action against Service centre of Samsung, Anantapur and also against Samsung for not providing us right service post sales.                       Dear sir, I have purchased my LCD model number LA32B350F1MXL In the year 2008/2009 but from the beginning I faced lot of troubles you can retrieve the data from your database through my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@yahoo.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]. From last 2 months my LCD was not working at all and I am unable to see the pictures although the sound was coming. I have called your service engineer but even after a month nobody asked about the complaint status from the service center. Although your service engineer visited and he told me that its having the SMPS problem and it is to be replaced then I have give clearance to purchase the same. But after fixing the SMPS problem could not be solved then he told me that its mother board is also not working so you need to spend rs 22000/- for it. So, I got very much frustrated and I have decided not to repair the television also you can understand that 32000/- is a big amount for the middle class peoples. And I would like to say that I have purchased sony bravia and I suggest my all colleagues and counter parts not to purchased any of the Samsung product.                         BHmeiemhaveHeat ught samsung Led tv for 55000 rs with great hope and trust on the brand samsung
                        On Dec 2012, were so happy and even referred couple of my friends same tv ua40d5500

                        After 6 months of working, tv stopped working and it was not turning on. since we had warranty CoveRage
                        Sansung engineers camE and said tHere is power problem and replaced the main board.

                        After few months after warranty expired, aGain we Experienced picture problem with horizontal lines anyhow tv was working when we turnoff and turn on again. But after few months...when we turn on tv it alqays shows blurred image and no sound.

                        NOw we registered complaint at samsuNg and they are saying its a power pRoblem again and board needs to be replaced

                        With the cost of 35000 rupees which is 70 % of tv cost. we r shocked to hear this and samsung says
                        Its out of warranty. But the same problem even for my friends who bougjt this same model.

                        The pain here is samsung tries to cHeat middle class families with tgis faulty tv model
                        And RefUsiNg to replace sightIng warranty. But samsung clearlt knows 5500 Led tv is failure model

                        Please help us to make samsung realize its their mistake. I agree the product s out of warranty but samsung clearly knows this s faulty model tv. I can see loads of complaints on this specific model. Its the duty of samsung to replace as tey have to bear their faulty model rolled out without testing. They should knw India runs on middle class families. ..now I have lost trust on samsung brand the same I will sprrad across my circle on media if samsung refuses to replace my tv..

                        One of the worst response from samsung. After this complaint, Got a call from samsung head office saying that the cost wont be 35000/ and they can do it for less than 5000 just to replace PCB in the board rather changing complete board.
                        But they said they ll send some support engineer.

                        But again now samsung is bargaining to pay me Rs 25, 000 / with 1 year warranty on the board.They have sent me email on this/ Since I havent agreed they have removed my online access to their service portal in an arrogant way.

                        This one of the rude response from Samsung to their customer. Samsung is trying to cheat customer by selling the defective product which fails immediately after warranty and trying to cheat by asking customer to bear the price which is illogical and illegal.
                        we purchased UA40D5500, one fine morning the tv refused to get switched on, it get on and gets gets off, in few seconds
                        on referring the problem to the local dealer, though whom we had purchased the tv, sent the technician,
                        as per him this a very common problem in this model and the board is not available, and it cannot be repaired, we shall suggest all to not o purchase this product at all and do not get cheated or the sweet talks of the deaelr, they get their commission and the company gets the profit, and after that it is to be thrown

                        Now my UA40 D5500RR has stopped working.
                        It restarts continuously.
                        Samsung told that the problem is with main board.
                        Main board is not available now ...!

                        Is there any alternative way to fix this issue.?

                              Hi, I have not received any call from Mr. Rajib Banerjee yet who had actually promised us that " As this kind of issue is not found earlier in Galaxy Note 3" he will take a look into this and will exchange this product as it is manufacturing defect. We got a call only from the call center guy saying "sorry for the inconvenience caused" repeatedly, which did not quite resolve the issue. When we informed about the Kolkata local service station that we had been innumerable times the call center guy called up Mr Rajib Banerjee and he COMPLETELY DENIED ALL THAT HE COMMITTED US OVER THE PHONE. iT HAS BEEN 20DAYS AND OUR pHONE IS STILL IN THE SERVICE STATION. nOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT LIKE A MAGIC THE HEATING PROBLEM HAS DISAPPEARED WHICH WE HAVE BEEN FACING SINCE LAST 7 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT MADE ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CHANGES IN THE PHONE. THE STORE(DEBOJYOTI InfoTech, in Jessore Road Kolkata) has been cheating this way don't know how many customers and Mr. Rajib Banerjee is still not taking any responsibility neither any one from the store called us even for once. if this is the case we will have to stop making the payment of the loan for the mobile.                                 In this connection, I have been lodged several complaints to dealer, local service centre and toll free number Nagainst my refrigerator since it was purchased.During response 04 times of its compresser was changed by the local service centre and several times relay were changed. Now local Engg.of service centre, on dated 09/06/2014 changed its cooling pad and another parts.But freezer section(cooling part) of refrigerator not working properly still.
                                It is my humble request to see in this matter immidiately before processing of second option by the costumer.

                                  I have purchased an automatic washing machine having model number WA85VNLEC/XTL having SER. NO.W1045ZCS702436P, In the month of oct 2013, I have made a complain to your end about the problem in washing machine, the power was not coming in my washing machine, accordingly a person has came and checked this machine with multimeter, and told me that the complete panel has to be changed, I asked him why complete panel has to be changed why not the specific parts of this machine as the cost of complete panel is very high, but he insisted that in such dead power issues we are changing the complete panel, which should be order and to be replaced, even just saying such advice he has charged 220/- Rs from me, but in general this should be charged when you replace or to complete the problem with solution, but he still charged .
                                  I have contacted your customer care person & requested to made a call back from the person who are technically qualified or of higher level, I got a call from our so called technically qualified person, but he said he will revert me back after getting the complete details regarding to replace the parts, but i haven't got any kind of phone call or any mails reg. My issues.

                                  Again i called your customer care on dated 08/06/2014, I have raised this issues, but still there is no response of my query nor the solution, and even after that now your technically qualified person who called me at 3.58 PM on dated 08/06/[protected] has said that we will send the message to their Kannur person to attend such problem, today 09/06/2014 a person has approached me and saying that we will not consider your request to change the parts we will replace the complete panel.


                                  Hence I wish to add some important points based on the above facts as follows:

                                  1) Why your company is focusing to change the complete panel, as u know the cost of such panel is very high it means your company is taking the advantage of monopoly of their patents., because it is fairly possible that in case of such problem merely changing the few parts/device will be enough to repair.

                                  2) Such kind of monopoly will distract the customer to purchase your product because due to such simple reason the replacement cost will be very high. (My example if enough to understand)

                                  3) By changing complete part for such simple reason, leads the pollution to the environment, because plastic parts is the serious issues now in this present era & the life of Plastic parts is forever. Which is a major issue now in a days, at least for social issues & CSR practices, such type of monopoly should be avoided.

                                  4) My complain has been lodged in oct 2013, why till dated my complain has not been attended/solved.
                                  5) Why the person has to pay the amount before, as the solution has not been reached and merely calling to check doesn't mean that the service charge should be given.
                                  6) Why I should pay the service charge again for such reason.
                                  7) Why your company is making such substandard product which works well in warranty period only.

                                  I hope you will take this matter VERY seriously and will give a amicable solution in a very shorter time, otherwise i will be liable to approach CONSUMER COURT/FORUM & SOCIAL MEDIA TO GET THE SOLUTION for such problems.

                                      By accidently I had broken my Samsung galaxy grand 2 mobile front glass. I took my mobile for service center they told there is no claim for physical damage if one warranty is also there, i told its okay. They told it cost around 3193rs. When 2day i took my mobile for repair, after they gave me back when i checked I noticed there was dots and finger prints inside the screen . Then i informed them regarding the problem. They took my mobile and called me inside telling while doing repair dust will go & finger print and all . That manger said we r helping u by making cost low by just replacing the front glass . i[censored] need dust free & better quality U need to go for 8000 one where u will get no problem . These is what service provided by your reputed company, these what i experience . I am not at all satisfied. I need justice.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I here by attached service request copy and request you to exchange my phone(Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8-GT-I9152).I purchased my phone on18/April/2014 and It is in full warranty and i have facing lots of problem in my phone regarding network and wifi problem since i purchase and i also visited Samsung care(Bill No-[protected]) regarding this issue but i still not getting any response from the Samsung care.
