I had purchased one ac on 08/05/2012.Ac model is as185ewh having 1.5 ton. The ac is covered under 5 years warranty. The compressor of the machine is not working. Request to replace the same at the earliest.

    Sir,

    I had purchased one 1.5 ton AC machine on 08.05.2012 from Spectra Vision, Bhubaneswar, model no is AS185EWH. The compressor of the same is not working. Request to replace the compressor as the AC is covered under 05 years of warranty.

      During the guarentee period your engineers visited )_6 times_ in a year and repaired it only temporarly.Last visit was[protected]Within warrenty) and assurance of properly working(Cooling) ac was given.But we again lodged a complaint on[protected] and your engineers visited on[protected] and[protected] and _charged rs.4, 800/- without any bill_..We again lodged complaint for not cooling as same as before plus leakage of water from it your engeneer visited filled gas, changed condenser but problem remain as same as before.And demanding rs. 4, 250 on 2-6-2014

      We are highly unsatisfied with your service, charges, engeneer's knowledge..

      Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .

        We have purchased the samsung refrigerator Model RT27HAJYASA from Dawar International Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Jacubpurs, Gurgaon on 9/6/2014 and samsung engineer installed it on 11/6/2014. After working of two hours, fridge body from two sides changed itself and complete shape of fridge has changed. I lodged the complaint on 15th June, 2016 to your customer care but no action taken on next two days. I called the Samsung engineer Mr. Gaurav who had installed my refrigerator. He shared the number of his superior Mr. Dinesh (Mob: [protected]). I called Dinesh on 17/6/2014 and he has given his mobile to his superior. They had taken an action and sent one engineer Mr. Mohd. Sharukh to my address 446/2, Adarsh nagar, first floor, gurgaon-122001. He then checked the fridge and found problem with it. He has taken the pictures of fridge and collected docs like one cancelled cheque, my pan card copy & invoice bill copy to process it further. Today is 22/6/2014 but no revert from Samsung on my complaint. No assurance has given us from any of the samsung authority for the replacement/money back for the refrigerator. Now fridge is making too much noise and generated too much of heat. I am living in a rented room and my owner warned me that if any thing will happen with this refrigerator, he will take all claim from me. Now I need answer from Samsung on the service point of view and action they are taking on my complaint. I am going to lodge the FIR in Police station about the whole situation and will soon mark the FIR copy to Samsung officials. If later any happening will occur, only & only Samsung Electronics Co., will responsible for it. I would also mark one copy to media about the support and service structure of Samsung and will display the fridge in media, that your engineer has marked the pointers on the fridge body.         After my mail/action, Samsung team called me on Monday morning that they will send some senior to my home to check the refrigerator but till date & time no revert...They are not taking things seriously and for that they will surely pay for it...This is the warning for Samsung..

          Hi, A tkt for gas leakage for the AC was raised on 16th june - [protected]. Till date none of the technician has called up nor responded back. Falling back on customer care and technical support was in vein. constant reminder to both team didn't help me at any cost. rather the response provided by technical team and excuses were irritating and did not look as if i was working with a professional team. They just do not keep up to their word. I have missed my office and delayed my plans for them but all went in vein. Plz do the needful.

            It is unfortunate that a model of refrigerator 3 years old has no parts available, asked for a door replacement but the same is pending, even after getting a visit of service centre people who also charged 250. He assured that door will be replaced and you will get a call for Quotation for door replacement in 2 days, but complain checked on 14th June 2014 has no update till date

            Your toll free numbers are not working, why you are posting these numbers in your website which are out of service

            Kindly get my complain registered properly or else i have to take some legal action as i am really upset the way services rendered post product purchase

            within 3 years how can parts be obsolete

              Dear team, i have brought a new mobile (Samsung Galaxy S 7392), but the phone takes auto charging regarding that i have submit the mobile in your south Delhi service center, but i am very disappointed with their word they said that after 4-5 days your mobile will be repaired. this is really rediculas a big company takes this much time, i am requesting you to please help me to repair my mobile ASAP because my work is totally hampered because of this.                 We have purchase a Samsung Refrigerator on 8.3.2013, 253Ltr. Making No.RT26FARZASP/TL/2013 but now it creats problem. The refrigerator is not doing anything cold. We have lodge a complaint on 17/6/2014 vide complaint No.[protected] but nothing has heared as five days has lapsed. After complaining to CEO on 20.6.2014 one person attended the complaint and he told that there is Gas Leakage and now other mechanic will attend the complaint and all the cost will be bear by the customer, but no one has attend the complaint. It is very shameful that Samsung products costing Rs.22000/- are merely damaged in one year i.e.only guarantee period. The Samsung products are of very cheap quality and due to this creats problem.                   Dear Sir, I have Samsung 1.5 Ton AC ( Model No - AW18) and it's been almost 4 Years now . on 26th March 2014 i called up for servicing my a/c where in a guy who visited for servicing on 26th March 2014 said sir your COPLING need to be changed as this may affect your AC but he failed me to give the reason however he said this will also decrease the Electricity Bill. And then said while changing COPLING gas also need to be changed and then i had to agree and gave me the total charges of RS.1318 as there was a offer during that period and that engineer told me that there will be 3 months warranty . Then they took it to the workshop and when it came back from there i complained the engineer who came along with AC that it not cooling as it use to do before then this engineer told me it will take some time and it will cool as it use to do before and you have 3 months Warranty so if you see any fault we will repair it or even if it doesnot cool we will take care of it .. However it never did the same cooling as it use to do but finally on 18th May it stopped cooling . I contacted customer service as it was under warranty and this engineer visited on 21st June 2014 and said we have to take it to work shop as there is a problem and again i have to pay for it. I said what are you going to fix . He said there is a gas problem and we have to repair it in work shop and i said i have a warranty but he said "mera kaam charges batana hai so bata diya" then i said who is resposible for this he said mai toh sirf apko bata sakta hoon. This is so disgusting where would we go whom should we complain for this kind of behaviour. They just want to make money whenever i call engineer fior service everytime they would try to show me problem with their product and give a charges to repair, I don;t understand Samsung being such a popular product in home appliances why do they behave such with consumers. Please help to solve my problem.

                      Here I am writing not to complaint because I am registering complaints in samsung and following up since 5 days. So here I just want to narrate the scenario created by Samsung whom people think as one of the worlds leading company in consumer electronics. But to my depression it has been a nightmare created by them. We buy Samsung TV's in bulk for display at our Stores and we provide great bossiness to them. But when it comes their turn to serve us back we have to regret on our decision of buying Samsung. I had made a complaint on 17th June for installation of 40 inch LED at Samsung call center 30308282 with ref no [protected] and had requested for installation latest by next day 18th as we had opening of our store. But Samsung had deaf ears on this and next day when we called up( we had to follow up, no call from Samsung) they informed that by mistake job was assigned to wrong Team and then they assigned the job to another team and promised to get it done on same day. But again our Team was awaiting for them for the day and no one turned up and no one picking up phone at service center that were assigned the job (Mahendra Singh).We had been following up on 18th whole day keeping all our jobs on side for Samsung. Next day on 19th again our follow up continues pleading at Samsung to get the job done with various option. We had written mail to Kapil Chauhan Senior Executive - Customer Experience as well as dropped info on CEOS suggestion. From which CEO was not interested to reply on this and Kapil got back on this and promised to get it done by day end. To our frustration again the promise was not met. This same follow up continued on 20th with fake promises from Samsung of person already out in field and will be reaching by afternoon with information from Kapil and his team. And at the end of the day after wasting 3 days of our time and delaying our store opening just waiting for Samsung it reached limit our of frustration and no results at end of 4rth day. Not only people working at Samsung Customer care but also people heading Samsung in India are not capable for their positions and are there just to bring down Samsung to the lowest position even low than local providers. So today now we have decided to procure help from local vendor and he will be getting it done by end of day and I am dam sure that he will get my work done. So I would suggest Samsung to close their Service Support if they provide this kind of Quality Support. Also I would suggest people not to buy Samsung products as today in market there are many other brands with not only good products at Low price than Samsung but with excellent Service Support. Please be serious on this or else you would have to suffer in future as not only for TV I have heard from my colleagues of similar after sales support for Mobile's too.

                        I am very much annoyed for this kind of service Samsung why you people created customer care helpline when they are least bothered to help the customer . I purchased an air conditioner model no.AR24HC2USNBNNA-SAC-Sno.H01CPPCF400050 and AR24HC2USNBXNA-SAC-Sno. H01DPPAF400090 on[protected] but to your poor service its installed on[protected] that's also i accepted but after 4 days of installation its stopped cooling i registered complain on customer care more than 30 times and the response i get is "sir its too hot that's why it might not be cooling or there might be voltage issue that's why its not cooling" and after that my call is disconnected after calling them again and again they send there engineer at my place after 7 days they came and checked my unit and said that its compressor is not working then they took a photo copy of my bill and went away saying that they will come again after that no one came and i didn't got any kind of revert since 6 days passed please change this or else i will throw it on road and put it on fire ..

                          sir I Hemang Mehta had logged a complaint regarding the cooling and water leakage problem of my Samsung refrigerator with Samsung call center from my registered mobile no:- [protected]. On 8.06.2014 i.e. on Sunday when Samsung service person visited me and corrected my problem he told me that the problem is related with door which was not getting closed properly. i paid him 350 rs as service charges when i asked for receipt he told me as it is Sunday shop was closed and he was unable to bring receipt but he promised me to give my receipt on Tuesday as he told he is going to Mumbai and he will be coming back on Tuesday. sir I am facing the same problem again and when i complained about it to call center i came to know that he had closed my complaint by telling I had not paid him anything. in the mean time my Television also faced some technical problem and i registered the complaint with call center and Samsung jalgaon technician called me and told he wont repair my television if i will demand receipt for his service. Sir, i want Samsung to give me receipt of 350 Rs which i had paid for my refrigerator service and Samsung should also solve the same problem which i am facing with my refrigerator even after paying all the required charges and also i demand Samsung to arrange a technician to solve my Television problem for which i am ready to pay necessary service charges. Sir, i had registered my complaint regarding the above issue many times with Samsung customer care but till the date no one had give any satisfactory response to my complaint. I am fade up with such a poor service from Samsung and will switch my reference from brand Samsung to LG or others as they are far better then Samsung. Also if Samsung false to give a response to my complaint i will take this matter to consumer form and other judiciary. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

                              We have purchased led tv model ua46d5500rr on aug 18, 2011.from last month onwards screen not working.called customer care they checked and told panel gone have to replace Panel so pay 40000.only three years going to finish without any physical damage and without any problem the panel automatically gone.why won't be the product mistake.we want the panel to be changed free of cost.please do the needful Thanks Kamala

                                I am a samsung customer having a refrigerator and a washing machine which were having minor defects. Having problems in the functionality of these products with the refrigerator not cooling adequately and washing machine having a delayed starting problem, I decided to approach samsung through the call centre to provide a responsive service. After registering my complaint I was optimistic that the problem would be addressed. I was pleasantly surprised when within a day the rep Mr sunil appeared ( through Reliance digital) and checked the problem with the fridge and stated a door switch is the problem and would install it the following day incase held in store or latest within two days. That my friends, was the last i saw of that rep ...The following day no calls and on calling the rep no response. In the meantime another rep also from samsung service called up regarding the washing machine, this gentleman asked for my washing machine model no and since it was 6 years old openly stated nothing could be done about it ( that to without even physically inspecting the machine). After that daily wasteful requests to the call centre representative who would give the standard mechanical reply " A strong reminder is being sent to the service dept and you will be getting a reply from them shortly "The daily strong reminders must have made them awfully strong coz no one bothered and the following day I would go back to the call centre rep who would go through the whole routine again after typically enquiring about the product details and complaint detail once again. I have reached a saturation and realised the problem with brands like samsung are for mktg/ sale of products only. The efforts and focus on backup and service is Zero. Customer's are at their mercy after the sale has taken place and Samsung really does'nt care. My complaint no with samsung call centre is [protected] and it is 11 days since the complaint has been raised.

                                  Sir Sir I have brought a Samsung Mobile on 20the August, 2013(S Duos GT-S7562) for Personal Use. Within 3 months time the mobile started giving problem. The applications slow down its operation and phone restart automatically. Then I Given to your Authorized Service center at Palakkad, Kerala and they repaired and give to me in 2 working days. After repair The mobile was working fine. But it did not last more than 3 months. The same problem started again. It is getting over heated when accessing internet, it restart automatically and some application is uninstalled automatically, the instrument hang when getting call. Then taken this again to same Service Center and they repaired and give it back to me. When I enquire they said this is normal problem with these models and this time they have replaced motherboard. The Handset was working fine at that time. But after using for week some other problem started. Mobile not detecting the service Provider networks. If I Put both the sim card, Call get forwarded automatically. All I know is my prepaid balance get exhaust. Don’t know which number and my prepaid Yesterday I have given this mobile to your Service Center at Palakkad, Kerala (Blue Point) Job Sheet NO. [protected] date 13.06.2014 for the same problem. It reset the entire setting automatically whatsapp is deleted automatically while using the app, it is overheating, and did not detect WiFi. While receiving call phone get Hang. I have to restart the mobile to get back this in operational or sometimes I have to remove the battery to get this restarted. The phone takes almost 2 minutes to start the phone dialer application. I am sure I have brought this item as New and Pack piece. The Mobile is already in your Service center 3 times, within 7 months of its operation. I am not going to accept this repaired instrument any more. Need replacement or Money back? This phone is repaired 4 times during last 7 months period. and as per service Centre its replaced with latest mother board. but the Phone works in the same way. We have given sufficient time to get the issue resolved.

                                    Then u code is further generated in next 48 hr...So u can redim full amount of material...So thats the misteke o[censored] customer care executive
                                    I and my customer is not responsible for that...If we proper guide then we get the material of 5000 rs.

                                      Hi there,

                                      People here have zero customer service. They have drunkards sitting in the front desk and are least courteous. I had given my laptop for repair. They found that the Hard drive was faulty and replaced it and charged 4500 for it. When I got it home, it was the same problem as earlier. Now it has been back and forth a lot of times and the issue has not been fixed till date and its already close to 2 months.

                                        I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 13th may, 2014 from authorised dealer SHREE Jee ECTRONICS, ROHTAK. It has three dents on doors Of refrigerator. Dents are too small.My complaint number is [protected].I have been contacting customer care for last 25 days.But now it has passed the limits. These guys are not picking my phone.My contact numBer is [protected].
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        M/s Ganga Trading co, School Road, Jagadhri. Dealer of Samsung washingmachine, refrigerator. Fridge 2115 RCVAVC purchased from Sh. Jain Bill No.
                                        3327 dt. 11/02/2014. The same fridge is found to be broken, the complaint
                                        had been lodged on dt.27/04/2014 against complaint no. [protected]. On
                                        meeting sales executive Mr. Neeraj visited at shop to collect the zerox
                                        copy of Bill after that made a call to Mr. Rahul Khana on dt. 30/04/2014
                                        regarding the complaint after that I also made a call to Mr. Chopra Karnal
                                        on dt. 21/05/2014 again made a call to Mr. Rahul Khana on dt. 27/05/2014
                                        but till date no solution to the problem has not been sorted out. Being
                                        dealer of Samsung no one has tried to visited me moreover no one is
                                        serious to solve my fridge based problem.
                                        Refrigerator 2115 base nut fixing body that is body where the main nut get
                                        fixed the same point ( base) totally broken that is manufacturing fault not
                                        even repairable. According to service center Yamunanagar the above said
                                        fridge is out of warranty but Sh. Jain distributor Ambala got the charge of
                                        Samsung distribution in February 2014 and the purchase date of fridge was
                                        11/02/2014 and the complaint of the same had been lodged on dt. 27/04/2014
                                        than how can the same can be out of warranty. Hope that you will take this
                                        matter in to a serious concern and solve this matter as soon as possible
                                        without spoiling the reputed brand name Samsung.
