      Harrasment of Samsung service station 15 days back I got Samsung Grand, I was very happy to get a good cellphone from Samsung, just in 15 days the power button of the device became very hard to press. My wife went to the service station located near Borivali weststation. First of all She had to stand in que for about 30 min and as it was end of their working hours I.e 7.00 pm, they were asking to leave, when she told them that she came before the working hours they took my mobile and asked to pay RS.110 to get the mobile checked, she informed them that it's under warranty and the power button is hard to press they still insisted to pay RS.110. After taking the payment they opened the mobile and sprayed some liquid on the board and said that it's a water logging issue and it cannot be repaired she informed that the mobile is working properly the issue is just with the power button they asked to pay 7500 to change the motherboard. She asked them to give the mobile back and after they closed the mobile it's not powering on at all. This is really ridiculous and disgusting that they opened the mobile and made it useless for further use. I think that this is just a matter o[censored]ntrained technician sitting at the service station. They dont even know the meaning of LCI ( Liquid Contact identifier ), I am just complaining here in Facebook to see if Samsung guys can really help me fix the issue My first question is why am I being charged if the mobile is under warranty. My second question is that why did they made the mobile useless and closing and opening it. I would just like to say that if there is any water logging issue the mobile should not turn on and if it will turn on it will have a issue in display or touch and would not make the power button hard to press. I am attaching the invoice copy also for the amount I have charged with the untrained technicians. I hereby request you to kindly change the handset or else I would go beyond my limits to post regularly on Facebook and twitter about your brand attitude of not looking into consumers issue. This is really not acceptable and should also be taken care by consumer court and other blogs.

        Hi,

        Thanks for your representative Neetu Singh's reply against my mail Dt. 25th Aug,2013 and visit of your technician.

        I am not satisfied with the kind of response/ reply I am getting from the company.

        Even after my request through mail no visit of any Sr. Engineer to ensure that the problems which are coming in the machine, one after other will not arise in future.

        With ref. to my earlier mail, It is again to recap that four - five months back also a technician had visited and checked the machine and repaired it.

        And again new problem arise.

        On the basis of previous bitter experience I do not have any trust on the kind of technicians representing SAMSUNG.

        As a consumer why I bare with the problematic machine which is having problem after every 2-3 months.

        I had spent to buy expensive washing machine of a brand like 'SAMSUNG' to get value for money and not to get involve in recurring expenses within 3 yrs from purchase.

        Who will take guarantee that the machine will give quality/ error-free service and will not repeat another issue in next 2-3 months, if the actual problem is the quality problem of the product.

        Kindly arrange to resolve my issue as early as possible.

          I am writing this complaint to convey to anybody intending to buy a Samsung refrigerator NOT TO buy it to save you years and years of pain. Especially in Bangalore, the Samsung service centres take the customers for a ride and dupe them giving very flimsy reasons. I shall give you one example. This is the gas recharge scam. your refrigerator would need a gas recharge every 2-3 years and you would be charged around Rs 2000/- every time. They on purpose do not do a good job on recharging so that they have a continuous flow of recharging money. I have spoken to many Samsung owners and other brands owners and the Samsung refrigerator service is the worst !!! One of the reasons given for this frequent recharge is that Bangalore has lot of drains and areas around the drains are more prone to gas leakage !!! Can you believe it !!!And you cannot even escalate this to anybody in Samsung because they know they have a product and service. The service especially is worse than government offices. Again warning you all. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS. Prefer LG or Godrej.

            I want to share the uncalled behaviour of the staff of Samsung Smartphone Cafe, Continental agencies, Sector 11, Panchkula, Haryana.

            We went to the center to get a screen gaurd of grand quattro which we recently bought online from samsung estore. The person showed us a samsung screengaurd which according to him was of 300INR. Initially we thought it to be on higher side but as it was Samsung product so we thought of going with it as we have the faith with samsung products. After everything done, when we asked for bill for the same, the attendent simply refused. The reason he gave us was that its a small product so samsung does not authorize us to provide bill for the same. When we inquired more then the second excuse they gave us that for a product less then 1000 INR they are not bound to provide any bill. When we informed them that according to government rules, they ll have to give bill reciept even for a product of Re 1. Listening to which he took cell from us and removed the screencover saying, we don't want to sell it to you and we better try somewhere else. I was completely shocked with this. When I told them that I am going to raise this issue with your higher authorities, he simply replied, Do what you want to do, We don't care.
            I have been using several samsung products from cellphone to home appliances etc and never had such an experience while dealing with any of your representatives. I recommend that a strict action be taken against them as not providing bill is not only wrong but also illegal according to law.

                SAMSUNG’s ONSITE WARRANTY... i wonder if its of any use.. Its been more than 3 weeks, and I am running to market to get printouts even after having a samsung laser printer copier scanner at home. I have called them at least 10 times, sent several emails. No one arrives from samsung to repair it even after getting a ticket assisnged to arrange for someone's visit to check printer and repair/replace, as the paper is not feeding and no printouts. Samsung's inefficient customer care made me call them again and again and once I got to speak to a technician (else everytime they gave excuse that all techies are busy, u will get a call back)..                   I bought a SAMSUNG 32 inch LED TV (UA32D5000) in April 2012 from delhi. It worked fine for 15 months only. One day suddenly it started showing vertical line on screen. When contacted to the SAMSUNG service they checked and informed that Panel has gone bad and would have to be replaced. The cost of replacement is rs 16000 with just one month warranty. Service guy told that this a very usual problem with LEDs. I do not know what to do. I am not willing to spend 16000 again for something which may break again. Avoid Samsung TVs. Not worth. If buying buy with extended warranty.

                    Hello Sir/Mam,

                    I went to Samsung Service station "Maa Vaishnavi Servces,Vikas Marg,Delhi-110092" for my samsung phone repair on date 19th Aug 2013.
                    The executive has kept my phone and asked me to come for 3 days, When i went to take my phone after 3 days i checked my phone has still problem.
                    The executive told me that they were not able to fix the problem.

                    They guys asked for the services charges and taken Rs 113 from me as service. When i asked for bill they refused,but i taken my bill.

                    I want to know for 3days you kept my phone and was not able to fix the problem they why you taken service charges.

                    My Bill No is : Book No : 07 CR No : 334.

                    Please do the needfull.

                      Samsung Service Centre and Samsung Support Team Sitting on CEO Desk is a big Fraud. My handset was having the problem of Wifi not getting on and Battery discharging very soon. Due to which i handed over the handset to M/S Service Point on 25-July-2013 and they after re installing software said battery and motherboard needs to be replaced which will be done soon and i handed over set to them which on asking on 27-July-2013 returned me by saying that hardware will arrive on 3-4 August and they will give me a call back. i waited till 17-July-2013 and on 17-July-2013 when i asked service center they said hardware is not arrived i handed over handset to them and i was asked to check back by Monday by Centre head. Even i registered a complaint in CEO Office of Samsung regarding the same but they just send the email they they asked service centre and handset will be available on next day but nothing happens. Till Today 24-August-2013 i.e. a month passed away nothing is done and i wasted Rs 20,800 on a bull company.

                        SAMSUNG AIR CONDITIONERS ARE WORST. I bought a samsung air conditioner in april 12..with in a week its PCB failed..it took 15 days fight to get it replaced that too in summers..then just after its 1 year warranty expired,its compressor(5 years warranty) failed..they said we will replace it with out any charge but only charge 4 service ie 450/-..but when they actually replaced it they made a bill of 1800/-..i was shocked..they said 450 for service and 1350/- for gas..means why do i have 2 pay for gas..their compresor failed not mine..which had a warranty for 5 years..if their compressor fails 10 times then i will pay 18000/-???????

                          i bought samsung galaxy s 7562 about one month ago.it has charging problem,hanging problem,anytime it get switched off nd anytime it shows downloading screen but this time the major problem is charging problem.i went to the customer care three times in two days.i wait for long times to repair my phone but the employees are so lazy and their behaiour is not acceptable..after getting repair my phn it again shows the same problem nd phn is not getting charge.i cant waste my time everyday.it was so irritating to use this phone now.i want my money back as soon as possible.

                            Sir, I purchase LCD TV model no. LA32A550P1RLXL with serial no. 10263PCS200635B on 19/06/2009 by paying an amount of Rs.38,840/-. There is problem with the power panel in the LCD TV and on 10/07/2010, I have to replace the Panel Board costing about Rs.17,633/- and second problem on 01/08/2011 with changing the TCON PCB costing about Rs.2,000/-. Again, for the 3rd time, still facing the same problem and Service engineer is saying to replace the TCON PCB and Samsung Service Center @ Mysore is not repairing the TV inspite several complaints to both Samsung Customer Service Center and to Mysore Service Center.                             SAMSUNG LCD TV — TV money refund

                            I had a problem with my TV 2 months back after the first visit the Engineer never showed up and then after repeated calls for a month he said he cannot repair it and asked to apply for refund. After applying for refund it is been a month and all i get is a call is a automated mail

                            We have installed 17 LCD tvs at lucknow airport, but the picture quality is not as it should be. It shows shadows in its videos. Pictures are not clear.

                              Hi I bought a samsung LED 3D TV Model: UA46D6600. Just after 17 months o[censored]sage it started developing horizontal lines and LED panel crashed. TV had 12 months of warranty period and just after crossing its warranty we got problem with the panel. its not due to any physical damage but because of some low quality or defective panel. When we reached out for service center and call support team. They sent us a quotation for 36 K rupees for changing the panel. This model cost 132000 INR and just after using 1 year we have to spend another 36K and we don't know how many days this new panel will come. Samsung is giving only 15 days warranty for the replaced component and if this goes of in another couple of months then we will loose this. Terms and conditions are framed by company and when we purchase a product these are not explained or pointed out by show room people. When we reach out with issue in panel nobody takes up the responsibility and they point out terms and conditions then. According to Samsung Engineers if a complaint comes after 30 days then its not due to quality of the product. All they need is just sell the product and fill the pockets. There is option for extending the warranty for 1 year but show room people pretend that they don't have any idea about this. Call support team and service team completely not in sync, call support team says replaced component have 3 months warranty and service center tells only if it is within 15 days they will replace the panel. A big mistake we did is buying this SAMSUNG PRODUCT. To me buying a Samsung product is equivalent to getting something from china market. No one knows how many days it will work and if it stops working no one will take responsibility.

                              All flat panels are alike. They only work for the warranty period. I had a Samsung 43" 3D Plasma which just worked for few months post 1 year warranty and I had to replace the panel. Samsung CRT used to be so rigid those days but their LCD/LED/Plasma are useless. I fully agree with you.

                                I have been facing this problem since last 6 months. There is a black line covering half my screen and hence unable to watch the upper portion of my 40 inch LED TV. In May 2013, I had an engineer visit my place and he very bluntly concluded that we need to change the panel and the same would cost Rs. 24,000. This is not reasonable as in just 18 months of purchase, I need to spend Rs. 24,000 for repairs! This is definitely a case of selling a defective model. I really do not have the budget to spend so much at this point. Request you to please suggest a cost effective solution for the same. I have been using Samsung products and have due respect for the brand. Hope you care for your customers and believe in providing reliable products and services. Look forward to your response on the same.

                                  I had purchased Samsung galaxy S4 on 30th June from a showroom at premium cost of 39,500 Rs. I still haven't got the S-View cover which was promised as a free gift, a simple accessory which is available on ebay for around 300 Rs. but company claims to be worth 2500, nevertheless, some cover pouch etc. should have been provided along with the phone at the first place, but one has to register online for the free cover, which I did, and it was assured to be delivered within maximum 45 days, but i haven't received it till now even after more that 52 days. I have sent numerous follow up mails to Samsung but with not even a single response. This is pathetic service from Samsung even for their highest flagship model.

                                        My complaint no is [protected] dated 08 Aug 13, Service technician visited and informed that PCB is defective and No replacement PCB is available. If require he can repair at his work place that too, if we land in our cost and risk.On 11th I have again complained through call centre but they informed they will forward complaint. But 10 day passed no action taken or no intimation either by phone or by mail. Request to take up the matter and do the necessary remedial action at the earliest please Regards N.sivaramakrishnan

                                        I have raised a complaint with Samsung Service centre- Phone # [protected] and[protected] . Complaint#[protected] on 18th July, 2010. The expectation was set to have the microwave serviced with in 24Hours. However upon repeated follow ups, still no body has attended to the complaint. Every time I call and get a false promise from service centre.

                                        Please Help me and resolve my problem

                                        I had lodged a complaint with samsung customer care vide complaint no. [protected] dated 27.09.2010. The complaint is stll unattended as on date. On rechecking, today with the customer care, they informed that the stated complaint no. has been cancelled unilaterally by their service deptt. Weird indeed ! & was further informed that the new complaint no. given on the date is the same as the one given on 29.09.2010. Speaks volumes about the customer focus....!!!

                                        samsung microwave oven — no Response on change of PCB in spite of 25 days

                                        This is regarding Samsung Microwave oven. Complaint was lodged on 30th March with complaint no. [protected]. Engineer visited and indicated that PCB would need to be changed and he will place order. However, around 18th March, i received a call indicating that PCD will not be avaialble and company has stopped supplied PCB.

                                        Can Samsung answer on how the microwave manufactured by them will be serevied and who will take care of their products. is the life of the products made by samsung is only 7 years and customers will have to replace it?

                                        The overall response from Samsung is very pathetic and expect someone from Company to answer this.
