Sir,
I purchased a Samsung galaxy grand quattro I8552 just 1.5 months before. I found 2 days before that its battery is not getting charged. Next morning on 16/08/13 I went to service centre of samsung (ANSH Communication, Gurgaon) and got reply that " liquid logged in " and whole motherboard will be changed. Its cost would be around 4000 to 5000 rs . I discussed that " how is it possible because i take care of it so much and there is no water traces in mobile.They showed me some whiteness and told me that it is because of water logged in. As a non technical person how can i come to know the problem by seeing it .
Sir ,here I would say that , this is because of product malfunctioned . Samsung service centre people want to make money and changed problem from technical to water logging . It is the easiest reason ( water logging in ) for voiding warranty and make money by service centre people.
i am confident , using this product very carefully.
sir , although I given my mobile for repairing on same service centre and paying repairing cost , because I am missing lot of important calls daily But what would be possibilities for me to take further action on company after repaired phone.

    i bought this mobile on[protected]. with in five months i submitted this phone to service center because of charging jack issue along with battery, which was duly fixed. then again i submitted this phone for the same issue with in month of early replacement(dated:[protected]. i received this mobile on[protected],the very next day[protected] i submitted mobile for repair, because when i got it back the mobile it got issue of FM played only in one headset as well as auto disconnection from internet.
    i was told to collect the mobile on[protected], so i went back and ask for my mobile i was told to came back on[protected].i went on next given date[protected], then i was told that please come on[protected], each time they give me the reason that some part are yet to arrive or the part arrived for d replacement is the faulty one so it will take time.

    my question is that if i bought the mobile i want to use it, but i am unable to do so.in last 2 months my mobile has been to service center for 4 times n has remained there for at-least 25-30 days.
    1. what the hell your service center doing.
    2. will my warranty be extended for a month as because of your faulty services i am unable to use my mobile.
    3. if you don't have part then why don't you shut down your service centers and follow the policy of immediate replacement of faulty product.

    wait the best is yet to come...


    i got my battery replaced first time...then charging jack twice....now the whole mother board n some charging IC don't you think i deserve the replacement of product. please consider the situation. -Himanshu

      We bought 315 Lt Refrigerator in Sep'2010 model RT32CDUX1/XTL/2010 & in June'2013 some problem observed in cooling & serviceman visited on complaint who informed that he rectified the problem & charged visit charges Rs.282/- vide receipt number 2832 dt 19th June'2013 (CR No.141587). After a month on 9th Aug'2013 the same problem again observed even escalated as refrigerator stooped ice making.

      We complained for the problem on which the complaint handling in-charge (Mr. Jassi) informed on phone that we have to pay visit charges for Rs.282/- & in case problem found in compressor then additional Rs.1100/- as gas filling charges. When we said that your guy has visited one month back in June for the same problem then he said that our service assurance is only for a month & if same problem reoccur then you have to pay visit charges.

      This is highly inappropriate & shocking. This way we end up paying Rs.300 apprx. in alternative month & if additional charges incurred then the amount could be higher like this time we need to pay Rs.1400/- approx. against which service assurance is for one month.

      I request to the concerned authority to raise this issue appropriately & if possible at your end then let this should be mentioned in written on the sales broucher that even if the compressor is under guarantee (5 year guarantee) customer still has to pay & for other items the assurance of service is only for a month if any problem observed. This will save customers from misguiding. I will take up the matter in consumer court as well if the matter is not redressed to highlight the substandard services from SAMSUNG.

      Samsung — Pathetic Service

      I have purchased an AC 1.5 tonnes in 2008. After buying the same it was discovered that it has a water leakage problem the complaint was registered with the Samsung customer care....and since then their engineers have been unable to solve the same....the problem is everyone comes and never returns even after promising that they will come again to get the problem solved. This is hapenning for last 2 yrs and the problem remains....Their engineers never come back and what is surprising is that they dont even pick up their cell.

      Request you to kindly intervene and help me.

        I had purchased Samsung note 2 on 28th of may this year with 15% cash back offer. I had done the transaction by ICICI Credit card and i ws told by Samsung representative that I shall receive the credit of 15% cash back directly in my bank account latest by June end. I had been regularly following up with Samsung but till now they have not yet paid me. kindly look into the matter.

          Dear sir,
          I have taken Samsung SIII phone from authorized Samsung dealer from DB City Mall, Bhopal worth rupees 29500/- last month on 08 July 2013. As soon as we came out of showroom after buying, it switched off of its own. We went back and representative said u would have pressed switched off button. Next day onwards the phone started behaving erratic. It used to switch off on its own and restarts again and again. We went to showroom and he sent us to service center. Service center fellow updated software and promised that it will not be repeated.
          1.) 07 days it went well but after that again it started behaving the same. It switches off and restarts again on it s own.
          2. )It hangs 100 times in a day.
          3.) Now after one month, battery has also started behaving funny. After 2 hrs of charging, battery status increases only by 5 %.
          Now u imagine after buying new phone we were standing at service center and still the problem exists. Now i want a solution that I do not want this phone and ill not recommend also anybody to take Samsung phone.
          Kindly arrange some way so You take this phone back and give my money back as soon as possible.

          My cust id is 5131556. I brought new Samsung LED and my first payment is due on 5th of sept which is fine but with the same i see that there is one more Loan which is Active and the name of it is BALIC PREMIUM CD LOAN, Loan Ac No is 404BAL03868515 and it also states that 465 Rs will be deducted every month which a total of 6000 and above. Listen i dont want tat to happen, whatever it is some insurance or some scheme i dont care, I request you to remove it immediately and i dont wanna be charged anything extra apart from my LED loan which is 3327. Please do the needfull. I wrote to wecare and did not get proper response so i want you to please look into it and Cancel what ever that is so tat i dont get charged anything extra on 5th of sept.

            I have purchased samsung 40 inch LED 3D TV from Dubai. I am using it in Veppanthattai - Perambalur - Trichy - Tamil Nadu. Currently it gets switched off automatically after few seconds. I have registered on-line. I have invoice copy with me. But no service person has called us and even we don't know where to take for warranty service. I have not expected this kind of bad service from Samsung.

            I have purchased SAMSUNG UA40ES6220RXXT LED TV from Bangkok. The invoice was submitted to customs in Bangkok air port for VAT refund. I have the VAT refund receipt can I avail international warranty with this receipt.

              I 'm manvil George, by posting my complaint here i 'd like to draw the attention towards the inconvenience which is being caused me to me .
              I had purchased "Samsung S Duos GT 7562" on 26th may 2013, after two months phone got broken down.
              i submitted the phone in samsung service centre (add: E-3 lower ground floor kalkaji n.d 110019) on 02.08.13

              now it 's been more than 16days yet my phone hasn't got repaired and no sign of repairing it in coming weeks either.

              whenever i call them they just give me evasive response
              they extend the date everytime by saying that phone will get repaired by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. such a bad customer service will lead samsung nowhere.
              it is causing me great trouble. this is my 1st and last samsung phone neither i will purchase nor refer anyone.
              i 'm encountering great trouble.I 'd be deeply indebted to you if my problem get resolved.

              Samsung — repairing

              i had purchased samsung 17 " LCD at[protected] from karan solutions pulgate, pune. in last week the LCD panel get automatically cracked.the LCD in warranty but the samsung engineer says this is physical crack so we can't repair it ,but the crack get automatically so i want to complaint against the company service.
              samsung service is very very poor.

              Samsung — TV not working since more than two weeks

              I HAVE PURCHASED LED SAMSUNG 101 cm ON 18TH JULY 2010 from phoenix mill shop with 2 years extende warranty from Croma (Tat AIG).
              My Tv has stoped working since 25th september and the samsung technicien visited and said thet since it is croma warranty now ,call croma
              The croma technician visited us on tuesday --- 27th with and said it will take one week for the part to sanction and TV to get repaired.
              After one week time got over, me and my husband have been calling croma call centre, croma customer care( spoken to neha, ibrahim and rohit) till yesterday, with very very sweet talking words of getting the TV repaired,[protected]

              I purchased the samsung mobile in the month of Sep-2011 model no.I9003 and its is in the warranty period. Since last one & half months the handset is out of order and given for repairing in Swiss time house (GCDA) Ernakulam,Kerala
              First there was problem of speaker in the handset and given for repaing at the said gallary they took almost 20 days for repairing, then very next day there was problem in camera, again given for repairing and they again took 15 days for repairing and again there was problem the call use to cut after 2 seconds automatically then again given for repairng since last three days, this people told us that they will repair and give in evening but today 03 days has past but there is no response till now. Swiss time house staff behaviour is like the M.D of the Samsung mobile. At last I decided to launch the complaint in Consumer Forum to take the action. As we had incurred the expenses more the Rs.600 in conveyance to go again and again besides this wastage of our precious time. As we are residing at Vaikom and my Son has to go there by living his collage and his studies .
              So its my humble request to kindly sort out my problem immediately without any further delay.

                I have purchased a Samsung smart LED TV from kings Electronics, Nerul , Navi Mumbai , Maharashtra on 11/5/2012 by paying Rs-92300/ by paying cheque No . Exactly after passing of guarantee period of 12 month my LED panel crashed. When I contacted to Kings Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai they have shown lot of arrogance. His manager was trying to throw me out of his shop . His manager informed that it is a common complaint in Samsung LED smart TV panel and crashing of LED panels is about 10%. After my hand folding request he gave me the number of Samsung customer care.
                A nightmare started after that. It is informed by Samsung customer care that guarantee period has expired in May 13 and now it is june 13. They have informed me that panel cannot be repaired and I have to pay RS-37000/ in advance , then they will start work.
                I denied for payment. They returned my panel without repair or change. I am crying with crash panel. I have paid my hard earned money of Rs 92300/ to buy my dream TV but now I am living in nightmares due to this looting tactics of Multinational companies.
                Government of India is hopeless. They have invited these MNC to loot their citizens. I am helpless. I don’t know what to do.
                I advice my countrymen not to buy any product of these MNC dacoits specially of Samsung Company . They are practicing unethical practices in India. The Government of India is standing like beggars before them. They are looting our money by advertising their products. They have targeted the house wives and kids as their prey. I have lost my peace of mind

                Samsung LED TV — local people address

                Dear sir,
                i purchased a led tv 32 inches from bangkok on 25/11/12 in indra sound and video limited partnership, and i need an information if anything defects hapend in my place , in Mysore who is the autorised service gien.. pls send me the feeedbak.
                Samsung tv model panel UA46D6600 crashed after 17 months o[censored]sage. A failure product from Samsung and the beautiful thing is we have to stand before their representatives and ask their nonsense explanation according to them a product can't be blamed for quality if it passes 30 day mark. Since it is out of warranty now I m to pay 36k for a product that is defective. I don't know when this will crash.
                No one from Samsung takes responsibility and show people say many ate coming with this type of complaints and if its within warranty period they escape.
                Call centre persons are another headache each time you call you have to start the story from the beginning

                I wish Samsung a very good luck in looting customers money by selling such a low quality product. To me buying a Samsung product is equal to buying a product from china bazaar. No one knows when it will stop functioning.

                  Sir, I have purchased Samsung Mobile Phone (Samsung Galaxy young S-5360) from Danwal Moble Centre Ramnagar Dist- Nainital on 04 Jul 2013 vide bill No, 327 dated 04 Jul 2013. On 12 Aug 2013, incoming/outgoing has entrapped. On 13 Aug 2013,I have shown mobile to shopkeeper at Ramnagar. and ask him about the problem. He has simply said that inside of my shop mechanic is sitting so you give your mobile to him. After 30 minutes mechanic said defects has been rectified. So pay Rs. 200/-towards repairing charges.                     M not sure if putting complaints out here really works. but let me share a small experience of mine, when i visited the Samsung service center which is based in MALAD (W), MUMBAI.

                    I purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand in march this year. It was just a month after the purchase of phone, it started giving Battery issues.

                    I thought maybe because i have watsapp and internet on all the day, it must be chewing the battery. but then after charging full 100% it hardly use to last just for a couple of hours. and then one fine day my phone stopped charging and started getting Hot.

                    As i have experience of working for an International Mobile service provider, i tried all the t/s steps and found that it wasnt the problem of battery, charger or the connector.

                    I asked my brother to visit the service center as i am physically handicap and the phone was in warranty.

                    My Brother asked the Guy to check the issue, who was informed that there is Liquid damage in the phone and cannot be repaired under warranty.

                    Well my question is, how is possible for the phone to get liquid damaged wherein i am on bed since a year and a half and do not go out in the rain. so god knows how did the water go in there.

                    My brother tried to explain the same to the Representative but he failed to understand the same and started giving the Rates of changing the mother board.

                    My bro even requested him to try and clean the water with thinner and Blower. but the rep informed that he has already punched the phone under OUT OF WARRANTY and he could not do anything.

                    After arguing with him for over an hour the rep at the store demanded for Rs. 350 for cleaning.

                    I mean after purchasing a handset of worth 20k i get sucha amazing service then i feel buying a Micromax phone wold have been worth.

                    I am really very disappointed with the service of Samsung and did not wish to get it fixed. the phone is still lying with me in the same condition.

                    I just hope posting this incident out here makes some effect and get me good results.

                      I Purchased led in Nov 2011 precautions not told by engineer @ that time which resulted to loss of. Display panel in month of AUG 2013 due to power fluctuations (as told to me by ur engineer) pls chk my details providing u complaint no.[protected]. Ur area manager Mr. Prashant kharote plus supervisor Ms. Sangeeta nagar giving rubbish answers... Not replying to me immediately inspite of several complaints... I WANT EARLIEST RESULT from SAMSUNG..... I won't pay a single price for a New panel replacement... The problem has occurred because of their lack of knowledge in explaining to me the right precautions.... I WANT FULL PANEL REPLACEMENT FROM SAMSUNG WITH MAXIMUM WARRANTY......

                        I purchase SAMSUNG GALAXY MEGA ON 3rd Aug'13 at `10PM. Cost of Mobile was 24000/-. After First Charge of 7 hrs, it was operational on 4th Aug'13 Morning. This mobile i bought from Reliance Digital Store in Ahmedabad. I went to Bangalore on 5th Aug'13 & return on 8th Aug'13 night & Kept Mobile for chargeing. Next day, which was 9th Aug'13, I found that my mobile was not charged. I could not understand for the reason for at lease 2 hrs. I call Reliance digital & express the problem, They ask me to visit the store. I went to Reliance store after traveling for almost 1 hrs from my place (reach at 4.30PM). The service person/sales person check my handset with different set of charges & battery to understand basic problem of charger, battery or hanset. After struglling for an hour, I conculed that there is problem with Hand Set Only, However Battery & Chargers are workign fine. For any hand set related problem, they ask me to visit Service Centre. We reach nearest service center in Navrangpura- Premium Service Center at 6.30PM. But service center was close, However we show the mobile to 2 service person who were still avaiable there. They have check & varified the complain. But since service center was closed they could not log in the complain in system. They ask me to re-visit next day at 10AM, which was the start time for service center.We re-visited accordingly & express our concern for replacement of mobile on account of defective pic noticed on shortest time frame. Service Manager Refused to register the complain for replacement & asked to wait till 5.00PM for taking concern of higher authority. It was so embrassing that when i call at 3.00PM, he told me the my request for replacement is rejected on account of delay in submission of complain. I was so shocked to hear this from reputed organisation called SAMSUNG. I lock my complain on website & Telephone.My complain no. is [protected] & I was told that within 24 hrs i will receive reply. Till 24 hrs therewas no reply. I again call on Sunday at 3.00PM & expressed by dissatisfaction for the product & replacement concern. After so much of harrssment, I receive a call from Sharda (customer satiscaction team) and ask me to submit handset to service center & share the dignosis report (Jod Sheet) to initiate replacement procedure. Same was done accrodnilgly next working day. After that in spite of many reminder on phones, emails, they have never turn up till date. In spite of spending 24000 on handset, I am without handset today.

                          I have received a call from Mr.Deepak of Living Media Ltd., stating that i have been selected for sweep stake and if I purchase one samsung mobile phone of Rs.14,998/-, i will be elivated to next level and furthermore i will receive a cheque of Rs.20,000/-.

                          I was initially doubtful and smack of some fraud, but as because India Today Group was involved, i agreed to purchase and accordingly Rs.14,998 was elivated to my Debit card on 17.04.2010 and received a sms from Citi Bank which read as follows:-
                          "Rs.14,998/- was spent on your Credit Card on 17.04.10 at Living Media L.Final Fx rates and charges apply for international txns."

                          Mr. Deepak also gave me a booking ID No.[protected] and he also told me that i will receive one confirmatory mail.

                          But till date i havent received the product. nor refund cheque and nor the confirmatory mail. I was given one telephone number ([protected]) which is also not responding.

                          Kindly inform me immediately regarding the genuinity or otherwise of the above transaction on my mobile no ([protected])

                            Dear Team,

                            Yesterday I've bought Samsung galaxy note 10.1 from Samsung store located in 21 street #233, Degla, Maadi, noting that I'm residing in Nasr City area. This was a recommendation from the call center (19900) who confirmed that it is the last piece left. During the purchase I've noticed that the box which contains the device was old & has many scratches, But I'd no doubt that it may be used or has problem. By opening the device after charging I've found the alarm set!!! & also the cover of the sim card was opened. The problem which shocks me that the device didn't read any sim card. I've always message "NO SIM".
                            This is really disappointing, noting that I'm a regular customer in Raya/Samsung specially Sun City branch.
                            I've bought this device along with the insurance upon "Ismail" - the sales representative recommendation.
                            I really hope that my complaint meets your relevant action/care which is expected from a trust worthy brand like Raya/Samsung.

                            I'm Vikas Kukreja. I purchased one Samsung Galaxy Tab Model GT-P1000 on Sunday, 22nd May 2011 from Big Bazaar, East Delhi Mall, Near Anand Vihar Bus Terminal. Since the day I purchased it, I found that the tablet was being hanged while carrying from once place to another in the package box it was given me in. I didn't have time to visit in that week due to my busiest work schedule at office so I went to Maa Vaishnavi Service Centre on 29th May 2011 (Sunday) located at Laxmi Nagar. It's an authorised service centre of Samsung. It was observed by engineer Rahul. He kept my galaxy tab for 4-5 hours and returned it to me by saying that they have updated the software and hanging problem was occurring due to OS. I then took back the handset to home and I found that the Camera was not working now. It was working well before I handed the Tablet to service centre. The next day, I also noticed that phone was being hanged on the next day when I carried it with me to office. It was Monday and weekly off of the service centre. So I carried it again on Tuesday (31st May 2011) to service centre and reported them the problem. They checked the handset and told me that there was some problem in the motherboard of the device. I was shocked to hear that and requested them to replace my device with new one. They denied my request. They said that it can only be repaired as per the DOA policy of Samsung. Under the policy, any defective peace can be replaced within 4 days of purchase. I was not aware of it. Please help me how to get it replaced. I, however, has submitted my device at service centre for part replacement or repair but I need the complete replacement of this defective peace. Please help me.

                                  I am Rachit R. Doshi. I have problem in my Samsung galaxy y duos (Gt-S6102) so i complain to Samsung from last 8 to 10 months but they are solve it temporarily by updating software but after 15 days it back with new problem so they always convince by saying 'it would not be repeat again' this way they spent the whole warranty period at next day of the warranty finished the problem started again so i directly complain to company on company's customer care number (i.e.[protected] for that so again they doing software update & give the handset with new problem of low battery backup after that i will give them to solve it but they can not solve it,instead of that they give suggestion that i purchase new battery and try. but they not take any guarantee that after that my problem solve. so i request for replacement of the handset but they refuse to it and they are not solve the problem also.
                                  I give my phone to the service center 8 to 9 times after purchase but they made only 3 job sheets of their service & for other they told me that the same problem repeat so no required job sheets when i complain to company they refuse to believe and they said you go to service center only three times and all three time with new problem, so we can't help you more.
                                  So please help me to replace the handset or solve problem permanently.

                                  Samsung — Cell is not working and no support from samsung

                                  I purchased samsung ( I450), After 2 months my phone started giving me the problem. First while talking to someone suddenly some kind of noice starts coming in my speaker and than after 10 days some times i cant hear anyone and some times only the noise. I checked my sim on my other phone it was working fine, Than i went to the service center of samsung to submit my phone . They said there is a problem in the phone some part needs to be changed, but we dont have this part with us . Than i ask them when this part will be availabe they said it can take some time. Aftre this i went to the other service center of samsung which is near Wazirpur. They said they dont have this part it will take 3 to 4 days and the paret will be avilabel. I complaint so mant times to the customer care of samsung and finally one day they said part is available you can go there and they will repair it in 15 mins . Than i went there they change the part and after changing it there was no voice . They said they have to send it to the head office because there is the problem in the mother board. Now it dont understand what to do as no one is listing and not getting any response from any one.

                                    Samsung — Non-availability of parts

                                    I was fleeced into purchasing a Samsung CDMA phone (Model: SCH-S379, Serial no.: A0000017C8A67C, Colour- Red) by my local Reliance webstore in Dahisar, Mumbai which lied about Samsung's extremely poor after sales service and spare parts backup.
                                    I happened to lose the Battery back panel during rush hour commuting on December 2009. Immediately, I went to the Samsung Service Centre in Borivili and registered my requirement. I was told to wait for fifteen days. Eventually, after a month and half of constant pursual, I was told to contact the Samsung Service Centre for the said part. That too was religiously done by me. One thing that I'd like to point out is that all along, never did personnel of either Service Centre ever keep their promise of keeping me updated. In fact, they even had the gall of challenging me to go ahead and complaint to whomsoever I wanted. That was because nobody in Samsung ever listened and nobody over there cared.
                                    Shocked, I called up the Samsung Helpline (Complaint no. [protected]), only to find out that what I was told was absolutely true. Despite sugar laced assurances that the problem would be resolved, nothing happened apart from silly SMSes sent by the Call Centre server that the problem has been resolved. After several calls, I was given the names and contact numbers of two Samsung Service Managers, who were in charge of Mumbai area.( Mr. Atul- [protected], Mr. Shoaib Sheikh- [protected]). The most unfortunate part of the story is that their service was the worst. Despite several calls during work hours, my calls were unanswered. My SMS messages were never replied. In fact, if the Service Managers' lack of professionalism is any indication, not much can be expected of the people working under them.
                                    In my efforts to having left any stone unturned to get the said part, I wrote lengthy E-mails to the support centres of all Samsung websites, which again failed to elicit any response.
                                    What is annoying is the absolute lack of any sense of responsibility that is evident in the running of this Company's affairs. Probably, they're so damn confident of the corrupt system and the Indian public's 'CHALTA HAIN' attitude that they think that they can carry on with their irresponsible ways. This letter is my way of letting them know that the buck stops here.
                                    It is easier to resort to violence to get myself heard (a stone pelted at one of the Service Centre's glazed windows is enough to make the ones sleeping inside to sit up and take notice), but I choose to use the pen or rather the mouse to make myself heard. Now, the point is whether anybody's listening?

                                    I can't agree more with the gentleman who has lodged his complaints against SALES EMPORIUM ULTADANGA.

                                    I have ordered for a SAMSUNG Fridge and Washing machine before Puja commenced from this showroom. I have paid Rs. 8981 as down payment for both the items on 28th September 2011 and have been told that they would despatch my goods latest by 30th September 2011.

                                    I think people in the delivery section are bunch of bustards as they keep on telling me lie and give silly excuses for not delivering my goods.

                                    I WOULD SINCERELY REQUEST TO ALL THE BUYERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BUY FROM SUCH 3RD GRADED DEALER WHO DOESN'T KEEP THEIR WORD AND DON'T BOTHER TO CATER TO FULFILL CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS. THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO DELIVER GOODS WHICH YOU BUY IN TIME, LEAVE ALONE SERVICING CUSTOMER AFTER THEY BUY GOODS FROM THIS DEALER.

                                      i had purchased a samsung fridge on 29 may and since then i have been facing problem. everytime i used to de-frost fridge , water used to spill on all food items kept in fridge and everthing gots spoilt. after repeatedly following up, they changed tray but when i enquired who is liable for food wastage compensation, they (amit from gurgaon) said , we are not liable for food lost.

                                      my question is who is responsible for food that wasted in fridge because of defective piece.

                                        I bought Samsung 55" LED TV 6 Series Model Code UA55F6400ARXXT from Bangkok on 28.07.2013 and installed the same on 2.8.2013. But i regret to inform that there is no power supply coming in TV from 6.8.2013 as such i am unable to watch TV. I have got Warranty Card with purchase. Please help me in getting my TV repaired under warranty card.

                                        I have brought a flat samsung colour TV in the month of Nov, 2008 from Golden Electronics, Ladwa, Haryana but its picture quality is very poor and producing more sound.I have complained many times to shopkeeper and samsung office Karnal but no responce came from their end.They are just Ignoring us, they do not want to attend problem.This TV set is still in Gurantee period.In future I will not buy any thing from samsung after this Incident.No one has so much time to follow up with samsung on daily basis.I have very bad experience with samsung I will never recomend any one to buy samsung product.
                                        I PURCHASE MY SAMSUNG TV ON 18 AUG.2007 I HAVE A PROBLEM IN MY TV ON 4.5.09 I GIVE COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG INDIA SAMSUNG SENT HIS ENGINEER TO MY HOME AND REPAIR MY TV 29"AND GIVE ME BILL NO. 2762 BOOK NO. 56, DATE 5.5.09 BUT HE CHANGE MY TV PROGRAMING. WHEN I AGAIN COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG AND TELL ABOUT MY PROBLEM THAN SAMSUNG AGAIN REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT AND GIVE ME COMP.NO.[protected] COMPANY SENT ME ONE OTHER ENGG. NAME MR. MADAN CONTACT NO.[protected]. HE COME AND MISBEHAVE WITH ME . HE SAID THAT THIS PROBLEM CAN NOT SOLVED BECAUSE COMPANY HAS NO ORIGNAL CHIP OF THIS MODEL.                                         Samsung TV — Mediocre Quality Product

                                        I had bought Samsung TV model name CS29M21MAEXXTL on 14/10/2006 for Rs 14300 from Rahul electronics Dahisar. I have had almost 3 times major repairs till now dated 24/12/2010. The first time IC went out and I spent almost 2000Rs for repair. Again on 24/11/2010 picture IC went bad, also the external ports stopped working, and outer buttens were all malfunctioning. I spent Rs 1625 for all repairs and within 1 month the speakers were not working. Again I have to spent Rs 1200 for both speakers and extraa service charge to Abhinav Enterprises in Goregaon. All the repairs were done by Samsung authorized service centres. I dont understand why the Japanese companies are not selling quality products in India like they do in Europe and Japan. Why the mediocre quality product in India. Please take this problem of bad quality electronics sales in India seriously esp. Samsung.

                                        i phoned up currys asked for a number for samsung the given me a number for samsung because currys said that samsung answers all quairys on there products i phoned the number that was given to me on asnwering by samasung i given my name and explained to the main i soken to that i brough a 47 inch LCD television with samsung it had blueray, 32 inch samsung LCD and recently up to 2 months . the 37 inch LED television i quaired why the new LED television didnt make the signature tune when turning the telly on or off he asked me to wait so i waited up to 3 to 4 minutes i explained i was disabled then i explained to him about my medical condition. i also told him to use a impulant to check the modern number on the back of the television i couldnt see it correctly i said to him he needs to be impatitent with me and the phone was disconeccted i then phoned back the colege that answered was a lady i made sure from the begining to explain my medical condition what had acccured an explained what i was trying to to sort out with the new LED television the lady said something about unplugging the telvision out and i said i didnt hear you clearly could you say it again i asked then again i was disconnected i also said at the begining to the lady that answered the phoned i have a system in my property thats connected to BT because of my medical condition that links to BT ans all my calls are recorded and as she mentioned about the plug being taken out i was then disconeccted again and i am not pleased with how the calls where taken .
                                        I have purchased a Samsung LED TV last year and there had always been a power problem with that. It was found that there is a motherboard problem. Samsung team replaced that but immediately another part of TV was burnt off. There has been no TV for 2 months and both Croma and Samsung have not been responding properly. They have not done any repairs on time and they keep buying time. I never expected that Croma, being such a reputed electronics retail shop would provide such TV sets whose quality has not been checked properly. And the service provided by Croma for the past 2 months is very very bad.
