I purchase SAMSUNG GALAXY MEGA ON 3rd Aug'13 at `10PM. Cost of Mobile was 24000/-. After First Charge of 7 hrs, it was operational on 4th Aug'13 Morning. This mobile i bought from Reliance Digital Store in Ahmedabad. I went to Bangalore on 5th Aug'13 & return on 8th Aug'13 night & Kept Mobile for chargeing. Next day, which was 9th Aug'13, I found that my mobile was not charged. I could not understand for the reason for at lease 2 hrs. I call Reliance digital & express the problem, They ask me to visit the store. I went to Reliance store after traveling for almost 1 hrs from my place (reach at 4.30PM). The service person/sales person check my handset with different set of charges & battery to understand basic problem of charger, battery or hanset. After struglling for an hour, I conculed that there is problem with Hand Set Only, However Battery & Chargers are workign fine. For any hand set related problem, they ask me to visit Service Centre. We reach nearest service center in Navrangpura- Premium Service Center at 6.30PM. But service center was close, However we show the mobile to 2 service person who were still avaiable there. They have check & varified the complain. But since service center was closed they could not log in the complain in system. They ask me to re-visit next day at 10AM, which was the start time for service center.We re-visited accordingly & express our concern for replacement of mobile on account of defective pic noticed on shortest time frame. Service Manager Refused to register the complain for replacement & asked to wait till 5.00PM for taking concern of higher authority. It was so embrassing that when i call at 3.00PM, he told me the my request for replacement is rejected on account of delay in submission of complain. I was so shocked to hear this from reputed organisation called SAMSUNG. I lock my complain on website & Telephone.My complain no. is [protected] & I was told that within 24 hrs i will receive reply. Till 24 hrs therewas no reply. I again call on Sunday at 3.00PM & expressed by dissatisfaction for the product & replacement concern. After so much of harrssment, I receive a call from Sharda (customer satiscaction team) and ask me to submit handset to service center & share the dignosis report (Jod Sheet) to initiate replacement procedure. Same was done accrodnilgly next working day. After that in spite of many reminder on phones, emails, they have never turn up till date. In spite of spending 24000 on handset, I am without handset today.

Samsung — Pathetic Service
I have purchased an AC 1.5 tonnes in 2008. After buying the same it was discovered that it has a water leakage problem the complaint was registered with the Samsung customer care....and since then their engineers have been unable to solve the same....the problem is everyone comes and never returns even after promising that they will come again to get the problem solved. This is hapenning for last 2 yrs and the problem remains....Their engineers never come back and what is surprising is that they dont even pick up their cell.Request you to kindly intervene and help me.
