sir,your engineer or service center are not any response to the customer also your online customer care center calling then only given sympathy on 6 aug engineer any how reach your address but not come,then 8aug calling customer care then suggest any how reach 10 aug on 8 pm,icall the 10 aug on 2 pm but customer care are speak 8pm wait engineer are come any how,but not come your samsung serviuce center is like fraud company,not value for the customer.

    Dear sir,
    I am Rachit R. Doshi. I have problem in my Samsung galaxy y duos (Gt-S6102) so i complain to Samsung from last 8 to 10 months but they are solve it temporarily by updating software but after 15 days it back with new problem so they always convince by saying 'it would not be repeat again' this way they spent the whole warranty period at next day of the warranty finished the problem started again so i directly complain to company on company's customer care number (i.e.[protected] for that so again they doing software update & give the handset with new problem of low battery backup after that i will give them to solve it but they can not solve it,instead of that they give suggestion that i purchase new battery and try. but they not take any guarantee that after that my problem solve. so i request for replacement of the handset but they refuse to it and they are not solve the problem also.
    I give my phone to the service center 8 to 9 times after purchase but they made only 3 job sheets of their service & for other they told me that the same problem repeat so no required job sheets when i complain to company they refuse to believe and they said you go to service center only three times and all three time with new problem, so we can't help you more.
    So please help me to replace the handset or solve problem permanently.

    Samsung — Cell is not working and no support from samsung

    I purchased samsung ( I450), After 2 months my phone started giving me the problem. First while talking to someone suddenly some kind of noice starts coming in my speaker and than after 10 days some times i cant hear anyone and some times only the noise. I checked my sim on my other phone it was working fine, Than i went to the service center of samsung to submit my phone . They said there is a problem in the phone some part needs to be changed, but we dont have this part with us . Than i ask them when this part will be availabe they said it can take some time. Aftre this i went to the other service center of samsung which is near Wazirpur. They said they dont have this part it will take 3 to 4 days and the paret will be avilabel. I complaint so mant times to the customer care of samsung and finally one day they said part is available you can go there and they will repair it in 15 mins . Than i went there they change the part and after changing it there was no voice . They said they have to send it to the head office because there is the problem in the mother board. Now it dont understand what to do as no one is listing and not getting any response from any one.

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased a SAMSUNG mobile handset MODEL NO. E1070T DATED 15/05/2009 from Super Mobile Zone, Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur, Bill No. 2395. IMEI No.[protected], Battery No. BD25216PSIB, Charger No. RCIR315AS/5-G, by the name of Raj Kumar, Gorakhnath, Gorakhpur.
    I found problem in handset at 28/08/2009. I received this set to the local company authorized service center M/s. Ansh Enterprises,Pt.Harihar Dubey Marg, Gorakhpur at the same date in guarantee period.They give me the receipt no. HHP Date 28/08/2009 Sl.No. RW 35313148B, recieved by kalpana.The set was having charging problem and it was dead.
    I launched a complain on net on company website at 13th feb.2010.I received return mail on 15th feb.2010 that concerned person will contact us soon they give me the complain no. [protected]. Again i launched complain on their on line no. they give me the complain no. [protected]. On 23rd feb 2010 i recieved a call from 3206174 ,he told me that your problem will be resolved asa soon as possible.But till the date i have not get any response.

    Samsung Mobile Phone — problems

    samsung mobile model Duos GT-B7722 purchased on 03/11/2010 at mysore, phone started giving trouble like resetting, network problems from fourth day, went to their authorised service center and they reloaded the softeare, again after 5 days the problem started and again the service centre reloaded the software, now for the third time the phone is giving me a lot of problems like loss of signal, no 3G, sudden battery loss, reseting , the service center has taken the phone and are asking time to repair it,
    In the meantime when i visited a few dealers, i was told that this model has been withdrawn from the market as it has numerous problems,The company is bound to replace my handset or refund my money as the phone is giving problem from the first day and has a very rude and non cooperative service center.

    Samsung — Mobile cell issue not replacing

    I had purchased the samsung duos, dual sim mobile, which not working properly, internet connection issue from system, dual sim not active at a time, touch screen issue, received call button not work some time... al this issue arises after purchasing 1 week and company not ready to replace hand-set, they ready to repair a new hand-set with technical issue...

    Samsung — Cell Phone problem

    I have purchased SAMSUNG WAVE 575 mobile handset from a mobile shoppee in buldi, Nagpur. From the date of purchase I am facing the network coverage problem. I approached to the mobile shop from there I was asked to visit SAMSUNG customer care center. I went there and lodged the complaint but they replied that I should change my service provider because the handset is not compatible with AIRTEL & Reliance. Nobody disclosed this problem at the time of purchase. Now the Mobile shopkeeper is denying to repay my money or change it with another handset..
    Please tell me Is there any solution?

      we have taken two mobile sets there with some problem one was within warranty and others warranty is expired they wont have any spare parts to repair any of the hand set and their talking style is very rough even of the incharge of service centre Mr.suman bittar and the lady sitting on the collection desk madam Ronita saha.they treated the non warranty handset like rubbish as company stopped making spare parts of the that model as the model is still in the market...

      Samsung — Non-availability of parts

      I was fleeced into purchasing a Samsung CDMA phone (Model: SCH-S379, Serial no.: A0000017C8A67C, Colour- Red) by my local Reliance webstore in Dahisar, Mumbai which lied about Samsung's extremely poor after sales service and spare parts backup.
      I happened to lose the Battery back panel during rush hour commuting on December 2009. Immediately, I went to the Samsung Service Centre in Borivili and registered my requirement. I was told to wait for fifteen days. Eventually, after a month and half of constant pursual, I was told to contact the Samsung Service Centre for the said part. That too was religiously done by me. One thing that I'd like to point out is that all along, never did personnel of either Service Centre ever keep their promise of keeping me updated. In fact, they even had the gall of challenging me to go ahead and complaint to whomsoever I wanted. That was because nobody in Samsung ever listened and nobody over there cared.
      Shocked, I called up the Samsung Helpline (Complaint no. [protected]), only to find out that what I was told was absolutely true. Despite sugar laced assurances that the problem would be resolved, nothing happened apart from silly SMSes sent by the Call Centre server that the problem has been resolved. After several calls, I was given the names and contact numbers of two Samsung Service Managers, who were in charge of Mumbai area.( Mr. Atul- [protected], Mr. Shoaib Sheikh- [protected]). The most unfortunate part of the story is that their service was the worst. Despite several calls during work hours, my calls were unanswered. My SMS messages were never replied. In fact, if the Service Managers' lack of professionalism is any indication, not much can be expected of the people working under them.
      In my efforts to having left any stone unturned to get the said part, I wrote lengthy E-mails to the support centres of all Samsung websites, which again failed to elicit any response.
      What is annoying is the absolute lack of any sense of responsibility that is evident in the running of this Company's affairs. Probably, they're so damn confident of the corrupt system and the Indian public's 'CHALTA HAIN' attitude that they think that they can carry on with their irresponsible ways. This letter is my way of letting them know that the buck stops here.
      It is easier to resort to violence to get myself heard (a stone pelted at one of the Service Centre's glazed windows is enough to make the ones sleeping inside to sit up and take notice), but I choose to use the pen or rather the mouse to make myself heard. Now, the point is whether anybody's listening?

      Samsung — Non availability of Service

      I FEEL SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR MODEL NO. RT40MAMS1/XTL FROM M/S. SALES EMPORIUM ULTADANGA WITH THE INTENTION THAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY.

      I FEEL SORRY TO STATE THAT SINCE NOVEMBER 2009 I AM REGULARLY GIVING COMPLAINTS TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THEIR CALL NUMBER ARE (TAKEN FROM THEIR WEBSITE):-

TODAY I HAVE AGAIN CALLED AT SERVICE CENTRE AND HAS BEEN REPLIED THAT THE MATTER WILL BE REOLVED WITH 24 HRS.

      I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ADVICE HOW TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPNY AND ALSO REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONCERNED SERVICE CENTER FOR WRONG REPORTING.
      I can't agree more with the gentleman who has lodged his complaints against SALES EMPORIUM ULTADANGA.

      I have ordered for a SAMSUNG Fridge and Washing machine before Puja commenced from this showroom. I have paid Rs. 8981 as down payment for both the items on 28th September 2011 and have been told that they would despatch my goods latest by 30th September 2011.

      I think people in the delivery section are bunch of bustards as they keep on telling me lie and give silly excuses for not delivering my goods.

      I WOULD SINCERELY REQUEST TO ALL THE BUYERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BUY FROM SUCH 3RD GRADED DEALER WHO DOESN'T KEEP THEIR WORD AND DON'T BOTHER TO CATER TO FULFILL CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS. THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO DELIVER GOODS WHICH YOU BUY IN TIME, LEAVE ALONE SERVICING CUSTOMER AFTER THEY BUY GOODS FROM THIS DEALER.

        i had purchased a samsung fridge on 29 may and since then i have been facing problem. everytime i used to de-frost fridge , water used to spill on all food items kept in fridge and everthing gots spoilt. after repeatedly following up, they changed tray but when i enquired who is liable for food wastage compensation, they (amit from gurgaon) said , we are not liable for food lost.

        my question is who is responsible for food that wasted in fridge because of defective piece.

          I bought Samsung 55" LED TV 6 Series Model Code UA55F6400ARXXT from Bangkok on 28.07.2013 and installed the same on 2.8.2013. But i regret to inform that there is no power supply coming in TV from 6.8.2013 as such i am unable to watch TV. I have got Warranty Card with purchase. Please help me in getting my TV repaired under warranty card.

          Samsung — TV Complained

          I have brought a flat samsung colour TV in the month of Nov, 2008 from Golden Electronics, Ladwa, Haryana but its picture quality is very poor and producing more sound.I have complained many times to shopkeeper and samsung office Karnal but no responce came from their end.They are just Ignoring us, they do not want to attend problem.This TV set is still in Gurantee period.In future I will not buy any thing from samsung after this Incident.No one has so much time to follow up with samsung on daily basis.I have very bad experience with samsung I will never recomend any one to buy samsung product.
          I PURCHASE MY SAMSUNG TV ON 18 AUG.2007 I HAVE A PROBLEM IN MY TV ON 4.5.09 I GIVE COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG INDIA SAMSUNG SENT HIS ENGINEER TO MY HOME AND REPAIR MY TV 29"AND GIVE ME BILL NO. 2762 BOOK NO. 56, DATE 5.5.09 BUT HE CHANGE MY TV PROGRAMING.           Samsung TV — Mediocre Quality Product

          I had bought Samsung TV model name CS29M21MAEXXTL on 14/10/2006 for Rs 14300 from Rahul electronics Dahisar. I have had almost 3 times major repairs till now dated 24/12/2010. The first time IC went out and I spent almost 2000Rs for repair. Again on 24/11/2010 picture IC went bad, also the external ports stopped working, and outer buttens were all malfunctioning. I spent Rs 1625 for all repairs and within 1 month the speakers were not working. Again I have to spent Rs 1200 for both speakers and extraa service charge to Abhinav Enterprises in Goregaon. All the repairs were done by Samsung authorized service centres. I dont understand why the Japanese companies are not selling quality products in India like they do in Europe and Japan. Why the mediocre quality product in India. Please take this problem of bad quality electronics sales in India seriously esp. Samsung.

          Samsung — television

          i phoned up currys asked for a number for samsung the given me a number for samsung because currys said that samsung answers all quairys on there products i phoned the number that was given to me on asnwering by samasung i given my name and explained to the main i soken to that i brough a 47 inch LCD television with samsung it had blueray, 32 inch samsung LCD and recently up to 2 months . the 37 inch LED television i quaired why the new LED television didnt make the signature tune when turning the telly on or off he asked me to wait so i waited up to 3 to 4 minutes i explained i was disabled then i explained to him about my medical condition. i also told him to use a impulant to check the modern number on the back of the television i couldnt see it correctly i said to him he needs to be impatitent with me and the phone was disconeccted i then phoned back the colege that answered was a lady i made sure from the begining to explain my medical condition what had acccured an explained what i was trying to to sort out with the new LED television the lady said something about unplugging the telvision out and i said i didnt hear you clearly could you say it again i asked then again i was disconnected i also said at the begining to the lady that answered the phoned i have a system in my property thats connected to BT because of my medical condition that links to BT ans all my calls are recorded and as she mentioned about the plug being taken out i was then disconeccted again and i am not pleased with how the calls where taken .
          I have purchased a Samsung LED TV last year and there had always been a power problem with that. It was found that there is a motherboard problem. Samsung team replaced that but immediately another part of TV was burnt off. There has been no TV for 2 months and both Croma and Samsung have not been responding properly. They have not done any repairs on time and they keep buying time. I never expected that Croma, being such a reputed electronics retail shop would provide such TV sets whose quality has not been checked properly. And the service provided by Croma for the past 2 months is very very bad.

            i own a samsung galaxy s3 handset which has a small crack in it's glass in bottom
            right corner.
            the touch is working just perfect there.
            only 3 days back it started showing small red dot on top right corner of the display.
            the service centre people say they won't replace the display.

              I have intel dh67vr board. Purchase date is 7/10/2011, sn-btvr124002g8. Problem is,back sound panal not working properly,ram slots problem,losing memory & intel graphics software not installed properly. I dont know is the problem in inbuilt graphics in board, because I use a external graphics card. Please tell me about repearing my intel board in 3yers warranty period.

                I have purchase samsang S-6802 Galexy ace duos. But after 1month from the date of purchase i got many problem in my handset like ............
                phone hang, slow processing speed,battery heat up,external memory slot problem, when i went to samsung showroom to check my handset problem then they assured that the problem would be clearlyfy shortly but it is not happen till yet even after show them this handset five odd times .                 I purchesed a new samsung gsm mobile(model no. samsung B210) handset from a authorized retails shop.Now i am having a problem with the phone .So I visited my nearest authorized samsung service centre .There i found how bad cutomer service can be.My problem was not resolved by them i was supposed to a get free service as my phone is just 4 months old as per terms of company. And i was not provided with any kind of guide book written about service of thge product .I am just cheated by the company's authorized service centre placed at ESPLANED METRO STATION IN KOLKATA

                Samsung — Complaint on handset

                Model SCH-F309 purchased las month. From th day one I have problem of clarity on voice both in coming & outgoing.

                I dont now how to get it rectified, and who will help me to get it rectified.

                i have purchased samsung star on 29/08/2009 its touch screen is not working .when i connect it to my computer then it shows that device cannot be connected it is in initializing after boot what to do.

                Samsung — Regarding handset problem

                I bought Samsung M3510 mobile in september-09 after two days one button of handset got removed I went to the store from where I bought the mobile, they told me to go to service centre. Service centre engineers told that they cannot do anything. After one month I faced hearing problem in handset, service centre took 20 days to repair it. After one month motherboard problem came & till date they have not cleared my complaint.
                samsung mobile handsets are not worth purchasing. their quality is not of high standard. I am myself repenting by purchasing samsung handset

                  I had purchased a samsung galaxy GTp3100 also called Tab 2 online. The very first month has passed & there was an issue of restarting of the phone i didnt took that seriously but later it got more frequent in next 5 months i went to the service centre in Greater Noida, U.P. where they had kept the set & formatted & gave it back to me which i had already done many times. But that was not a solution even in the process of opening the set the body got broken from two points. Which is actually a sealed set whose even battery is not replaceable without opening by a engineer
                  also later again same complaint this time the sim card also stopped responding they again formatted but after few days when i load softwares it again start getting hot this time suddenly battery started dumping . i went again but this through calling on customer care where they said they will keep set for two days to access the problem & this time they said after two days my sim tray is not working & asked 3 more days to replace the sim tray. But now i was 1 month left for my warranty to expire they replaced the sim tray bu this time the sim even totally stopped working this must be due to wrongfully placing the sim tray now the solution came was to change the motherboard of the set which they asked will take another 5 to 7 days for part to come this happened 3 weeks back aroung 15th july i said to give my set back i will use it for my wifi & whenever they will get the motherboard i will get that reoplaced from that day i am calling everyday to get my motherboard changed but there is no reply at all. its been three weeks there is no mother board came yet
                  Even if motherboard will come there will be no further warranty if the motherboard is defective what will i do.
                  They are listeneing now its really annoying . Also once i had complained on the customer care they said they willl replace the phone but now they are denying it totally.

                  I PURCHASED SAMSUNG GALAXY IN JUNE 2011.I HAVE GIVEN MY PHONE IN SERVICE CENTRE IN AUGUST REGARDING BATTERY BACK UP,AUTOMATIC OFF,HANGING PROBLEM.BUT MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN NOT SOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.AGAIN I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM.I NEED MY MONEY REFUND.

                    I would like to narrate a miserable experience I had with Samsung and would want to share it with all.

                    On 4th September, 2011, I bought a 46 inch Samsung Smart 3D LED TV from Dwarka, New Delhi with the following configuration:

                    Model No: UA46D6600WRMXL
                    Version No: HQ03
                    S/N: 20163ZEB700589W

                    The warranty was for 1 year.

                    I paid Rupees 1,20,700 for this TV. On June 7th, 2013, the TV screen went blank all of a sudden. I called customer support and logged in a complaint and was provided Reference Number: [protected]. The service engineer visited my home and after troubleshooting concluded that the display panel was not working and the cost of getting my TV to work would be around Rs 35,000. The reason for it going bad - voltage fluctuation even when I had been using voltage stablizer all along.

                    After numerous calls to service centers and emails to CEO office, i was told I would be offered 30% discount which would still amount to Rs 24,500. If I got my TV repaired, I would then have spent close to 1.5 lacs on the TV. And the warranty for this part would be 1 month.

                    After paying Rs, 1,20,700 and buying a high-end model of the TV, I was expecting the TV to last for at least 5-7 years without any issues. Any customer would have similar expectation, especially when you are spending such a huge amount and buying a product from an internationally acclaimed company. With a cost that steep, anybody would expect a quality product.

                    I have got ABSOLUTELY NO VALUE FOR MY MONEY after buying your product.

                    I agree that the product is out of warranty. But then if the screen went bad again after repair, what then?

                    With such kind of assurance that I got from Samsung folks, I am a worried and frustrated customer. Their customer service is PATHETIC and products...well...are TERRIBLE.

                    I would request everyone - DON'T BUY SAMSUNG TV.

                      After purchasing samsung LED tv bearing model no. UA 32EH4003RMXL PANEL on dt.1 Aug 2013 from Value Plus Retail Ltd Dehradun was not installed/demonstrated till to date. As per commitment made by samsung engineer this task should be completed with in 24 hour from the time of purchase..After login to this web portal i found that so many complaints are registered on this portal.I hope this matter will be resolved promptly by samsung india ltd.

                      Samsung Ltd — about demonstration

                      i purchased microwave (convection type) from GAURAV DISTRIBUTORS, SADAR BAZAR, AGRA (U.P) on 28/02/10 . They assured me to send expert to show demonstration about microwave but they still did not send anyone till now. I also comlained number of times in "samsung india ltd" in their toll free number"[protected]" result of that they issued no BP-[protected] (complain no) but no body will come till now.
                      I find great difficulty to operate microwave there are no of query to ask.
                      please help me.

                      hi all,

                      i have faced a poor experience from Samsung service provider.They took only 10 days to install my 32 "led TV worth Rs 43000.with surprisingly it took only 10 minutes to complete they task.(just make a hole and hang the tv on the wall).i called them for so many times and finally they did that after 10 days of the delivery.its just so excellent.

                      so the Samsang service provider in kolkata is just an excellent!!!!!

                          In the month of may I bought Samsung S duos Online. In the month of july I gave it to repairing in Samsung Service Center(Metro telecare, Andheri East) With Great Delay they repair my mobile and gave me on 2nd august I again gave my mobile for repairing this time they told me that they need to chang part of motherboard that mean that motherboard was inferrior.. first thing samsung sold inferrior product to me and then service center gave me cheap motherboard and now the person whois reponsible not receiving my call the person who received my call told me that today it will repair that scripted answer she giving me everday. this is worst service center i ever dael with no responsibility, no customer satisfaction, no commitment nothing.

But dish washer not working properly and your dealer is not changed Dish Washar its company fault and we are suffering for that and your Delear is not Respond Properly since 2 year. we are very sham full for that .SamSung is a indias leading Electronic Brand and we are regular customer for Samsung.

                                I booked a Samsung Tab 3 T311 on 27th July Order no: 1165930, but the product has not been shipped yet, when I rang the customer service they say that the product is out of stock. When I asked them to cancel the order they say that it will be cancelled within 24-48 hours, but they do not cancel the order I am struck with these hopeless group of people. What a shame that Samsung does not have stock of its own products launched recently. If the product is out of stock, why doesn't the website show that the product isn't in stock.

                                      dear sir/mam,

                                      I purchased a Samsung SCX-3201 (SL. No. 250xbfeza00066 ) printer from VALUE SOFT RETAIL PVT. LTD. (S.C.O. ,205, sector-12,karnal-132001) on 6-12-10 and the same not working properly from the same date.
                                      I complain for the same print at Samsung service center (M/s GRATY SOLUTIONS, 234-L, model town, karnal, Ph.[protected] on 21/2/11 they submitted my printer the same day and they not return my printer till the day (16/4/2011), and they not give me any reason for delay.

                                      Sir please help me, tell me what I do now.
