    My Samsung galaxy s duos model no GT S7562 is turn off automatically when its not in use for 5 min or more (idle mode) .I give this set to service center twice within 2 weak but they are not able to solve the problem . If this is a battery problem they are not replacing it. So please take action as early as possible.

    I have Samsung SGH-E250 Mobile. This mobile is under warranty. My mobile is dead from last 2 Months. I give my mobile at MDR SERVICES INDIA PVT.LTD Laxmi Nagar Samsung authorized service center. The people are SLEEPING BEAUTY. They never pickup phone for giving update and also not repaired my mobile till now. Samsung is a Big Brand but first time I see this type of service from Samsung.
    Once I visit MDR Service Center for know my mobile status but their worker are very rude. They never answer me when I will got my mobile. Now I am realizing after buying this mobile I lost my RS 5000.

    Hope you will help me.

    I have Samsung SGH-M620 Mobile. This mobile is under warranty. I give 3 times my mobile at asiyana mobile service center.he is only using my mobile he ask me you get your mobile after 3 days . after 3 days he is not ripayar my mobile in 3 times . miss subhi is working in asiyana mobile service center ask me "jo kerna hai kr lo jha complaint krni hai kr lo tum kya kr loge ham tumhara mobile nhi bnayage tum apna mobile le jao or jha complain karni hai kr lo .They never pickup phone for giving update and also not repaired my mobile till now. Samsung is a Big Brand but first time I see this type of service from Samsung.

    I am realizing after buying this mobile I lost my RS 4500.

    Samsung Mobile — Mobile not repaired

    i bought a mobile SGH J 700I on 25/10/2009 and it stopped working ( white display) so i submitted it at Vashi services, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 05/01/2010. The mobile is still in the warranty period. Now more than a month has passed but my mobile is not repaired. I even called the 24hrs helpline and also made complaint on email at their website several times but no action was taken to solve the problem. This is my worst experience with any company. I do not know what to do. please guide me. How can I claim my money as i am not getting my mobile repaired.

      I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S II from Homeshop18 online shopping in November 2012. A few days later, when I connected the phone to my computer via Samsung supplied interface software - Kies, the software asked me to update the phone. I did that but kept showing some error. I spoke with Samsung Call Centre and they subsequently asked me to visit their Service centre in Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, India. This is where the nightmare started. The people at the service centre did some software update and after that the phone kept switching off and hanging on its own. I had to take the battery out to restart as and when I would realise that the phone has switched off.

      I escalated the complain to the CEOs office email published in the Samsung India website. Each time someone will call and ask me to visit the service centre as a standard stock response to all issues. I have been very patient and visited more than 5 - 7 times and each time they would do some trial and error method with my phone such as reload operating system, change PBO, change battery etc. They even broke the case and replaced when I pointed it out.

      During these intervening 6 -7 months, I do not know how many important calls I have missed because of the innumerable times the phone has switched without me being aware of it. The strange part is people do not get to hear the standard message - phone is switched off - instead they hear a normal ringing tone and think that I am not responding to their calls - this I am sure everyone will accept as extremely insulting to any caller.

      Despite my repeated complains and requests for changing the handset with a new defect free set especially since they are unable to identify the core problem with this handset, there has been no response on this whatsoever other than the earlier mentioned stock answer of "We regret and please visit service centre" type.

      I have had near miss situations of flight miss as the alarm did not go off because the phone switched off on its own at night. Many more such harrowing experiences which Samsung and their employees are extremely insensitive to since they are drunk in their success in the mobile market.

      However, if this is how it continues, many more harassed and thoroughly frustrated customers such as me will ensure that every single possible consumer forum site, domestic and international, is flooded with experiences as mine. This will surely create the desired ripple effect of protecting other unsuspecting customers who get allured by Samsung's big spending on advertisement and so called brand building exercises via media.

      Even at this juncture, I am willing to go a step forward towards amicable resolution by offering alternates which Samsung need to address by July 2013 end.

      The alternates are:
      1. Replace my handset with a defect free same model handset and compensate for the financial and mental trauma I have undergone with any of their mutually acceptable in-house product.

      2. Replace my current handset with an upgraded version such as S IV and offer mutually acceptable discount on the price difference.


      3. Refund the complete price paid by me for the phone with mutually acceptable compensation for the financial and mental trauma I have undergone.

      Choice is now with Samsung - to be a customer's choice in the mobile business or to be with Kasht aur Maar's (Hindi words meaning: Kasth – pain, hardship, trouble and Maar – Die) attitude towards the Indian customers especially since both the Indian Consumer Protection Law and the system makes it virtually impossible for a common man to get justice..

      Samsung Mobile — Defected Pcs. & Regarding Service

      I Purchase a Samsung Mobile (Model= S52335-Star)(IMEno-[protected]) on dated 25-10-09. Bill No. 993 from Hotspot. I face problem in Handset from starting. I Give the handset 1st time for repair after 14 days. I give the hand set 3 time for service but problem as it is. 4th time give the hand set on dated 2-2-10 for replacement but they don't give satified answer. I do comlain many time also call many time. I do also complain in samsung customer care centre. complain no-[protected]. I Attach work order. Please take action on my complain.

      I have purchased one Mobile GT-C 6112 from mobile gallery.

      I have tried at GPRS activation at the internet centre BSNL as well as the Samsung

      Service Station.Twice they have done the softwear setting giving lot of trouble in

      retaing my data.Still the problem is not solved the fellow said that you have to

      replace the handset it is having problem.I have purchased the set just one month

      back & I had been service Station four times which is not fair & I donot have that

On the next date due to apparent sound problem in the same product I returned the same to the concerned Dealer to rectify it but till now i.e. dt.10.06.2010 neither the same has been rectified nor the product has been replaced.       Dear Sir,

      I have bought the two piece of SAMSUNG Digital Cam Model No. ST 50 in May 2009. One of my CAM is not wrking properly and once the lence was changed by the company after lot of problems (which almost took 2 months to get it replaced). It was changed in last April 2010 and again it got spoiled. The part which was replace got again spoiled. The parts which was changed seems to be defective or the model which I have is defective. I have complained n number of times to the customer care division but havent got any proper response.

      I have decided that I will returnt he product back to the company let them decide what to be done with it.

      I am fade up o[censored]sing the SAMSUNG DIGI CAM. kindly help.

        We had purchased 2 galaxy grand mobile sets on 15th May 2013 & faced problem related to mother Board and phone dead within one month. we had given it to service center on 29 Jun. As per Samsung policy mention in their Handover Receipt that Return Time is within 15 Days other wise Samsung not liable for further related problem but we still not get our mobile set its 21 Days over now. Customer care executive response same that you will get after 2-3 Days every time visit there. Now calling for take mobile set but not giving single receipt of any kind of docs for future reference for warranty that IMEI no also changed. If ask for receipt then not returning mobile set & showing very bad behavior.

        They had given complaint Receipt with mobile detail at time of handover the Phone but now asking for return the same also without giving any single receipt for future record & not returning the phone.

          Hi,
          I purchased 'Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos-I9082, just 4 days back dated 13/7/2013".
          I am not able to change the ringtone or message tone as I am getting error popup message -
          " Unfortunetly, setting getting stopped" or "Unfortunetly, Messaging getting stopped " and going back to previous screen.

          Please find the attached bill as it just four days of purchase. Its really shameful for leading mobile brand like Samsung to deliver this kind of defective product to its customer.

            Your IMEI number is your phones identification number. It is specific to your phone. It's kind of like your phones social security number. In the wrong hands, someone could steal your phones identity, leaving you with a large phone bill to pay.

            Picture this scenario: You post your IMEI number on a website looking for an unlock code. Several months go by and you get a phone bill for Rs3,000 and details of calls that you've never made. Someone has cloned your phone and has been using your account, unknowingly to you. Phone cloning is illegal, but that doesn't mean it can't be done.

              I am very much disappointed with the services of SAMSUNG MOBILE. I have registered a lot of complaint but no proper resolution has been taken. So far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand on 28th Feb 2013. I have faced many times of problems in last FEW Months about my SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND handset like hold key not working, call disconnection(Checked with other mobile no dis connectivity problem), and mobile restart problem. I am very disappointed by the quality of your product.

              I have visited Samsung service Center ([protected] ---- SAP MOBILE, 5 Tardeo, AC Market, Tardeo Mumbai 400034). In 1st visit on dated 18.06.2013 (Bill No [protected]) my mobile has been formatted and given to me. But after receiving my mobile by 5-6 days onwards faced same problem. (Hold Key not working and mobile restart).

              I have visited again to Samsung service Center ([protected] ---- SAP MOBILE, 5 Tardeo, AC Market, Tardeo Mumbai 400034). In 2nd visit on dated 29.06.2013 (Bill No [protected]) my mobile Hold key has been replaced as per the Samsung technician. But after receiving my mobile by 9-10 days onwards faced problem with Hold key not working, mobile restart as well call dis-connectivity)

              Now I have third time visited to Samsung service Center ([protected] ---- SAP MOBILE, 5 Tardeo, AC Market, Tardeo Mumbai 400034). In 3rd visit on dated 13.07.2013 (Bill No [protected]) my mobile has been submitted to the service center same day technician called me at night and UN-necessarily arguing with me for no problem found in the mobile. After, till date (18.07.2013) no any status and update for the same provided to me by the service center.

              Today on 18.07.2013 I called Samsung contact center[protected] and informed the same to them. They provided me the number of Service Center Manager Mr. Sandesh Patange (Mobile No - [protected]). I called him up but he is also not giving satisfactory answers to me.

              I got faulty product and it is manufacturing fault, Mobile is already submitted to Service center. I would request you please help me to replaced faulty Mobile. I am regular customer of Samsung and don’t want to go Consumer court.

              Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

              Samsung — fault in mobile

              I purchased samsung x-210 mobile on 06/08/08 and in 20/08/08 it gets automatically switch-off after every 2-3 hrsand became fail to downloading.once i have goes to sevice centre(gwalior) they give it back to me in 20 days.again after 15 days it suffers with same problme and and answer/atitute of service centere(indore) is not proper with me.also from indore branch they have not gave me responce abot complaints.Please guide me what to do.

              With reference to the above subject, I gave Samsung mobile for service purpose to the Hi Tech Solutions (M9B, Anna Nagar) service center 18/07/2009, But still I have not get my phone back. Whenever I called of the concern service center they simply replied board is not coming. I cannot understand what there are doing.
              I am very much disappointed regarding this. I called several times to the customer care (Complaint No.[protected] / [protected]); from their end every time they will give one number you call this number. When I called the same number the mobile is switched off.
              I have spent for the phone call for the service center person more than my mobile value. I had same problem previously also, I return back my mobile after three months.
              So, please give me new mobile. Because I hardly used my mobile two month only other days it has taking rest in your service center.
              Definitely I do not recommend your products to my friends & relatives.

              Sir,I purchased samsung mobile gt s5350 metro (IMEI NO-[protected])on 17/09/2010 in bangalore.I am unable to connect it to my laptop(Window 7 home basic) for internet purpose.When I went to Samsung Service Centre then they told me that I have to wait for one month for it's compatible pc Suite for window 7.So how far is it fare that bringing a handset without having PC Suite for Operaing System?

              I bought a Samsung Galaxy mobile model no. GT-19003 from THE MOBILE STORE, Velachery on 25.04.2011.

              With in six months i have to face lot of problems in the set.

              The touch screen was not working properly and so i gave to service with a service center called TECNO CARE in T.nagar on 17.11.2011.

              They have give me lot of wrong commitments and left me in dark. Why should i suffer for no fault of mine? Being paid Rs.20 K for this mobile Iam mobile less for the past nearly one month. Very poor customer service. No response from Samsang too..pls help.

              Samsung — Samsung mobile not working and service center not helpful

              I purchased a samsung galaxy S in the month of Sept 2011. The phone is troubling me since then. I went to the service center , the cell phone was repaired. The service center guy told me that since i have installed so many applications , the phone was crashing. When i asked about the applications created the issue, the service center guys changed the reason to hardware issue. Then I got to know that the motherboard is faulty and the same is replaced. My phone is still giviing issues, its not even a year and i am facing issues with the phone. I wanted a replacement since its in the warranty period. Please address this issue. Why do we have to buy and faulty phone and keep getting it repaired. Why is this cell not replaced with a new one?

                Hi I am Arnab, from Ahmedabad (Gujarat - India). I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) paying a whooping amount of INR 41,500/- on 08th July 2013. Within a week I suffered Mobile Network Signal Drop (NO SERVICE - ERROR SEARCHING NETWORKS) & Call Drops!!. I tried replacing my SIM card and trying other network provider's SIM too. But the problem persisted. I also researched the internet and came to know that many of the users have the same problem! It's definitely a handset fault. I contacted Samsung Customer Care on 16th July 2013 and they said that as a policy they could not replace my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 as it has crossed 7 days period after purchase (NOT TO MENTION...RIDICULOUSLY SAMSUNG INCLUDES SUNDAYS TOO, EVEN WHEN THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS ARE CLOSED!!) Failing to solve the issue even after updating my software, now they have provided me with the option of replacing the motherboard of Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500). My charm of buying such an high-end phone has been completely lost and left me shattered fearing any more loss after motherboard replacement! I feel cheated buying a Toy of INR 41,500/-, when Samsung cannot even provide a stable BASIC necessity. It's even more sad for me since I have still not started paying my monthly installments! ( At great loss here buying this phone. I DO NOT recommend Samsung Galaxy S4 to anyone, unless you want to waste your hard earned money.

                I need my handset replaced or my money back ASAP!

                Samsung — Network issue

                I am using Samsung SGH-M200 mobile. This mobile was very slow that's why I have reset the mobile set. But after that no network is showing where the sim is fully active. please help me.

                    This is utterly disgusting way of communication from service staff of such big multinational.
                    Seek early intervention by senior Execs. to intervene and check the faults in this model of camera sold in India. The said piece sold gave trouble from the day 1 of purchase and harassed by your call center team throughout.
                    Here are the brief issues:
                    • Camera’s data transmission doesn’t work since day 1 of purchase. Acknowledged by your service Exec.
                    • Zoom guide not working
                    • No photography possible
                    • Battery discharges fast (1hr of running). This from day -1
                    There could be other faults which I did not check and buying the best product available in India by Samsung has so many problems is matter of great concern.

                    Sorry to mention even after pronounced discussions, I was pushed to the service center in sector – 12 to deposit the Camera. Let me mention for which I had to spent 6-7hours on Saturday.
                    1) Your office in sector 31 is only a service office and don’t have any facility to accept or repair Galaxy Cameras.
                    2) Mr. Rakesh Puniya could only suggest me to visit your service center based in Sector – 12. He didn’t even bother to accept & only provided the address of service center.
                    3) The service center situated in extreme corner was of no benefit as the camera was taken from me only to be intimated for a report in short period.
                    Would like to know time by when this piece would be replaced with a new one which works.

                    My newly bought EK-100 Camera is not working at all with the Zoom lens getting locked and subsequently it is DEAD now.
                    Since the beginning, I am facing problems with the said and much hyped camera. From the first day it did not respond to data card (SIM) and after much perusing with the service provider (Vodafone) and Samsung I was asked to visit the service center for any suggestion / issues.
                    Now, the CAMERA is dead and nothing is working including the ZOOM function. Once replacing the battery display asks to speak to customer care. Repeated complaints been lodged with your customer care / centers.
                    There are other issues like Battery getting drained, NO head phone etc been repeatedly informed to the dealer at AMBIENCE MALL SAMSUNG STORE

                    my camera stopped working on 15th of sep 2009

                    I purchased a Samsung DI-CAM-8.1 MP-S-860-DSC-SL from NEXT RETAIL INDIA LTD. on 28.03.2009-however soon after purchase the camera got stuck and not functioning at all. When contacted Samsung, Ville Parle-they are refusing to attend the problem despite its being in the warranty period saying that the problem encountered is beyond warranty coverage.

                      PFA the print screen of Samsung India Website where Samsung India had shown the S Beam feature in the Samsung SII Plus device. which currently they have removed it.
                      Sir/Madam, I am a 28 yr old working guy from a middle class family, Sir/Madam after a lot of saving and a lot of research for the best phone with less money I came to a conclusion that I will buy a Samsung Galaxy SII Plus, one of the primary reasons was because the Samsung India Website showed the feature of S Beam "The S Beam application builds on the functionality of the Android Beam™ feature in Android™. It allows you to easily share content with others using NFC and Wi-Fi Direct™. Sharing content with S Beam is fast and easy"
                      Based on this I purchased the phone on 15th of April 2013 after I got the phone and did a good research and got familiar with all the apps I realized that the 'S Beam' feature was missing from my phone.
                      I called them up and one of the reason they gave was 'Sir this feature is not in the Indian Galaxy SII plus' I was STUNNED I asked them to give me then a phone that has this feature and asked them why on earth then the Samsung India website showed on their page.
                      From then till now I'm just chasing the Samsung Customer Care to help me out. Im sending them mails and calling them but all I get is a reply 'Sir we are in process'

                      Sir/Madam, Please help me in getting value for my hard earned money.

                            I had purchased Samsung LED-UA40D6000SR (Black, 40) on July 11, 2011 and in april this year, the right hand corner of LED TV turned black. I made a complaint which was attended to, however to my shock I was told by the engineer that the LED Panel was faulty. More shocking was the amount quoted for replacement i.e Rs 22,000/- with one month warranty only.

                            I also pointed out a black spot on the left hand corner of the TV, which was present from the day 1 and I thought it to be a dirt mark. The stickers were also attached in such a fashion that it was impossible to notice. The engineer told me that it could have been faulty from day 1.

                            It is really sad that you purchase such an expensive LED TV and within 2 yrs have been asked to shell out 22k more. I demand that the panel be replaced free of cost, at the earliest possible, by Samsung.

                                I had purchased Samsung Grand Quattro on June 2, 2013 invoice no. GIP/13-14/883 from Samsung Smart Phone café (shivalik Infotech Pvt Ltd, 245, 2nd floor, GIP Noida) after one week from the date of purchased problem start coming into the phone when I contact the Samsung service station it was told to me there are many problems in the phone .When I go back to the shop from where I had purchased the phone, Manager in charge of the shop misbehaved with me used abusing words. it was told to me the phone would not be change you have to get repaired on your own

                                Samsung Mobiles — Bad quality of mobiles

                                I had bought two Samsung mobiles last month on strong recommendation by a dealer. However, both the phone are causing problem now, particularly sound related problems. Moreover, one phone cannot be charged also.

                                I wish I knew that the quality of samsung mobiles is so bad. This is only for your feedback because all that you can tell me is to go to your service centre.Going to service centre to deposit the phone and then going back to collect them is not an easy process. I would rather throw the phones and buy two simple nokia phones which never gave me trouble even after 3 years o[censored]sage,

                                  I bought a new s4 on 24th june 2013 (i.e monday) but i got a problem in the phone of not being able to hear phone calls unless I'm on "speakerphone" or have a set of headphones plugged in . I got this problem on 29th june 2013 (i.e saturday night and 6th day from the purchase of my phone). Immediately, i called up Samsung Company and they registered the complaint (complaint no.-[protected]). Also, they said me to show this phone to the service center and if any hardware or major issue will be there then definitely your phone will get replaced but you can go to the service center on monday because every service center is closed on sunday. Still i confirmed again from Samsung company that is there any service center which is opened on sunday they clearly said no and told me to wait for monday.



                                  On monday(i.e 8th day from the purchase of my phone), i reached service center janakpuri east branch at 9.55am then after waiting for half an hour i showed my phone at the counter technician who checked my phone properly and she said that my phone is having a hardware problem and i have to submit the phone for the repairing. I said that my phone got a problem within a week and there is some policy that our phone will get replaced if we get a problem like this in a short period of time. They said we have 7days policy that we can replace your phone in 7days only and today is 8th day of your phone we can't replace it and you have to submit your phone for repairing only. I said them that your service centers were closed yesterday and i have already registered the complaint on saturday night which is the 6th day of my phone. Also, i said sunday is not your working day that was not my fault and according to your working days today is 7th day of my phone. Then, i talked to the manager of janakpuri branch Mr. Surinder he was also saying the same thing that my phone is having the hardware problem and i have to submit the phone for repairing. He also said me the same thing that according to the bill i have crossed the 7days so they can't replace my phone now.



                                  Then, i called up samsung company at that time and i had a conversation with Mr. Atul Goel (who was in the escalation team of the samsung company) i told him all the issues that what the manager is saying what the counter girl is saying and according to 7days policy my phone should be replaced because i have already registered the complaint on saturday and sunday is not the working day so thats not my fault. Then my father was talking to the manager and atul about this. When atul asked the manager (surinder) about my phone's problem, he changed his words in front of him and said i didn't check the phone properly and i don't know whats the problem in this. Then both were arguing with my father very rudely and even atul has also created the conference on phone with the owner of janakpuri branch Mr. Nitin and manager Surinder. I didn't get any solution because they were just arguing with me and my father and forcing us to submit the phone in service center for repairing but I was not comfortable to submit my phone for repairing because within a week i got a problem and i want my phone to be replaced. Then Mr. Saurabh( senior person in samsung company has talked to me, he was also arguing and forcing me to do the same. Again, atul talked to my father and he said this he understands that i have registered the complaint on 6th day and he will replace the phone and he has forwarded the mail to the seniors and within 3days i will get the call back from the top management. I trusted them and waited for 3 days then Mr. Neeraj (some top management person in Samsung company) called me and said the same thing that you have to submit the phone for repairing because your phone has crossed the 7days and all but i said them you told me that you will replace the phone because i have registered the complaint on 6th day and according to this my should get replaced. Again, he was just arguing with me then i transferred the call to my father and neeraj was arguing with my father too, he was forcing us to submit the phone in service center. Also, my father talked to atul again that you said us to replace our phone and now your are denying then atul has also changed his words that he said he will try but now thats not possible now you have to submit the phone for repairing only.. and till now i am getting the calls from samsung company, they are just changing their words everytime and forcing us to submit the phone for repairing but i want my phone to be replaced because i got the problem in my phone within a week which means my phone was defective and according to 7days policy my phone should be replaced as i have registered the complaint in samsung company on 6th day from the purchase of my phone.



                                  After spending so much money still i have to suffer which is very disappointing.



                                  So, please kindly replace my headset!

                                      I brought a samsung galaxy y pro(GT-B5512) on 26/09/2012 from 'UniverCell', Alappuzha.
                                      The power button of my phone was damaged on 11/05/2013. I approached samsung authorised service centre at alleppey after two weeks. They registered my complaint and told me that the spare switch is not available and will inform me when they receive the spare. I waited for around 35 days and i contacted the service centre regularly the mean time.I didn't get my phone fixed and I approached another service centre and showed my phone. The reply i got from the service centre was that they don't get spare for switches and also advised me to get the work done in some other local service centres. I am totally disappointed with the service backup of samsung and now I had given my phone to a local service shop as I badly needed my phone back in working condition.

                                        Hi am partheepan frm chennai (ECR) using hutch for more then 6 yrs my no is[protected], yet now i haven't faced any problem, but nowadays things are going bad i think so, hutch had a very good responsibility on their customers, but the new brand name failed to get the momentum. iam searching for the customer care no to ask some details regarding, the no which i used to call is [protected], latest is 140, but recent days these no's are absconded, work of the customer care executives to inform the customer when ever some thing changes, and the highly irritated issue is sending lot o[censored]seless messages. nowadays am highly disappointed on this new brand name vodafone service.

                                        Samsung Mobile India/GT-B3210 — Echoing on phone

                                        The phone is echoing very much even after changing the motherboard of it as well as the sim card. I have already used 3 Aircel sim. The phone is accepting neither of the three.
                                        Samsung phone is my choicest phone. I have a model GT-B3210. I have gone to Samsung Service Centre relating to the problems in my handset but without any result. I have changed my sim card for three times and the problem remains as it is. I have lodged a complaint and want the matter to be solved as early as possible without any loss on my part.

                                        I had purchased Samsung SCH-w299 mobile after 3 months it start giving problem (Write side Keys are pressed automatically) when we restart the mobile it is going in to down load mode.

                                        i reside in chennai,i bought a samsung corby txt in poorvika mobiles,kodambakkam,chennai.
                                        i bought my samsung gt-b3210 mobile by 18-04-10,and from the day one the phone calls are echoing and t phone is suddenly getting switched off with a interval of 2-3 hours so i gave service in t.nagar service center n they took nearly a months time for repairing it.and with in few days t same problem araised in a couple of days n again they took 15 days to sevice it again n they returned the phone.then i got fedup by giving service constantly even though it is not repaired.so then after a month i again gave my mobile for service on oct-10th n got it back on nov-12th.nearly 33 days.again t problem is not rectified.i am very much depressed about my mobile as i cannot attend any call as its echoing very much.so pleed you to replace the handset and solve my problem.i am very much insane.the phone was in service station for nearly 75 days(2 and half month) as it was just 7 months old.HOPE YOU WILL TAKE QUICK ACTION.

                                        Samsung Mobile Complaint — Mobile software problem

                                        I bought Samsung mobile phone from Hotapot sagarpur shop on 31 jan 2011, but their s/w is not working properly, regarding this i visited hotspot they sent samsung service centre, and service centre is not able to repair it, saying hardware is not supporting the s/w. What should i do? Whose this responsibility, as it is in warranty period. Company have to replace it or sort the prob.
