This is with reference to my complain number- [protected] which was raised on 13th April 2013 for Samsung Split AC.



However, Samsung engineer is been telling me different-different stories about it like- Voltage issue- etc..



I've contacted them on 13th April 2013 and May 2013 ( I do not know the date) and 02nd June 2013 about the same...

I have given my mobile handset to Excel electronics, the authorised service centre. Though they had told me that I would get a call once the diagnose next day, it is 3 working days now.
