I have complained from six 6 months spoken to samsung team around 10 members did documentation works...they not at all resolving problem.
pls see the history of conversation.
Samsung team.
Mysel[censored]sing galaxy s2 from not even 6 months properly since a year od purchase
board prob, hang prob, camera prob, heats and hangs etc
Went for service around 12 to 15 times - they dont give any proof need to fight.
Since 3 months set is lying in center sagar shikhar infotech sagar
I have paid 36k of hard cash to ths device.
They assure me of cheque waiting since a month many times
Spoken to person mr.Jeevan [protected], mr.parvez head office told to give stamp of shop on bill.

I have made mistake of buying samsung which made a loss of 3000rs.

was very rude may be u use this type of tone and language with
customer like me lets nt get pernl.
1. u told me that approval didnt get approved how it is matter to me.
why was this

3. the harrasment i faced tqlking 8 to 10 peoples.

that. i can bet u on this...
5.why was the declaration been signed fr 33490 that i agree was thia

prove me tht i am wrong in one point ur lines were "do what ever u want".
i may be small customer to samsung so ur behaviour is loke this.

Dear mr.ashok,
do u think by ur data i have visited on 4 to 5 times the fact is they ar afraid to give details on line they say that we cant enter details as per reality...they will get penalized.
Dont state general statement dig in & know the reality of customers.
Now the reality is S4 is on 39k approx mate but i[censored] buy need to pay minimum of 42k go to market & have a own experience without blaming customer.
Do u think we enjoy paying more & that the reason to get rejected.

Samsung Refrigerator — lack of proper repairing service
i purchased a samsung refrigerator in april 2004 model no RT44MAMS which has a problem of not cooling since last 3 years . i have been regularly registering my complaint with the samsung customer care but there is no proper response from them . all i get is an engineer who comes and goes without any proper servicing . and when i ask them to make me talk to some responsible person there is no response again...
