I have purchased refrigerator 5 years back.
I am facing technical problem of cooling. It is not providing cooling properly.
I am complaining since 20 days but not getting any firm solution from any of your service rep.
you service rep. has takes the refrigerator for gas feeling saying that cooling problem has occurred due to gas choking in circulating tube.
They kept fridge for two days and return. but immediately after two days same problem occurred and again we register complaint for 8-10 time in three days but no one responded then on fourth day your rep. came and changed some part saying that there has to be replace some part called timer. after replacing that part after two days that problem occurred again.
now i am really pissed off.
i am doing complaint since last 7-8 days for the same problem and every time i am getting same answer form your customer care that you rep. wiil call you in two hours & will attain you in 24 hours.
till date no one has called or visited.
we have wasted around 1700 Rs. and got nothing except headache and mantle harassment.
due to summer we are facing so much problem due to your the worst service department in Ahmedabad.
now i am very much upset with your service department & i have decided that i will never ever purchase any Samsung product in because if you are not able to provide proper service that its useless to purchase.
i am also a marketing person and i know that after sales service is the key to expand sales.
but this is my the worst experience of Samsung product.
i am going to complaint in mail at your costumer care email and also going to complaint at Govt. consumer court.
since last three days i am registering complaint three times a day but getting very careless reply saying the we do not work on Sunday and our rep. will call you in two hours & attain you problem in 24 hours.
I felt like your department is playing some kind of game with us or making fun of your customer.
I have also send the same complaint on company's website.

Samsung Refrigerator — lack of proper repairing service

i purchased a samsung refrigerator in april 2004 model no RT44MAMS which has a problem of not cooling since last 3 years . i have been regularly registering my complaint with the samsung customer care but there is no proper response from them . all i get is an engineer who comes and goes without any proper servicing . and when i ask them to make me talk to some responsible person there is no response again...
anybody is here who has faced the same problem before then write here.
I have purchased refrigerator and facing technical problem of cooling in refrigerator (lower)section. Freezer(upper) section cooling was fine.
I am complaining since 25 days but not getting any firm solution from any of samsung service rep. Service rep has changed timer and bio sensor on 16th May 2013. Still problem not solved and we complained again and again.

Next on 30th May 2013 another service rep visited and asked to send the refrigerator at their service station for gas refiling and we agreed to send and we received serviced refrigerator back on 6th Jun 2013.

That also did not solved the problem. It was having same problem at the time of reporting on 15th May 2013, but on 7th June cooling on freezer(upper) section was also stopped.

We have kept on calling their call center and local service center from 7th jun but no service rep has visited and got any satisfactory answer from them for not attending the problem.

we have wasted around Rs.2200 and got nothing except headache, mantle harassment, inconvenience and all the trouble in hot summer due to samsung's worst service department in Ahmedabad.

Now i am very much upset with samsung service department & i have decided that i will never ever purchase any Samsung product again because if samsung is not able to provide proper service than it is useless to purchase their product.

since last three days i am registering complaint two times a day but getting very careless reply saying we transferred your complain to local service center, service center says contact service station. Since I called for samsung repair so it is my mistake now I have to go door to door in samsung offices, instead I have to use some other local repair service.

I felt like call center/service center is playing some kind of game with us or making fun of samsung customers.

    I have purchase your products in the year of 2010. I am having problem in taking print out while printing it is coming background whatever printing at the top same copy at the bottom of the page. I have made complaint over by phone (TOLL FREE) your service engr Mr. Naresh Kumar (MObile No.[protected]) attended on February 2013; till date not clear the problem. First time he came for attend the work and says that to check One tray at the back side of the printer. I have made 30 phone calls then only he came after 3 Months that is on 18th May month 2013; with that tray and checked that the tray is not a problem and he says that I have to check the drum. Till date he not attend the work and after again 30 call he is telling the price of the drum is Rs- 1500/-- I say OK Come and replace the drum till date not cleared. because of this I have spend Rs- 2500/-- to 3000/-- for taking printout from Computer center. I have feel that do not purchase any SAMSUNG Products because of your poor performance in service. For 1 Printer you are taking more than 6 Months. VERY POOR SERVICE. ask them to attend the service without fail.

      I HAVE BUYED SAMSUNG LED 46' SMART TV (UA46ES6220) FROM BANGKOK IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER END 2012 & GOT IT INSTALLED IN DECEMBER AT MY RESIDENCE IN MUMBAI. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE TV IS SHOWING TOTAL BLANK FROM LAST 15 DAYS . I HAVE CALLED THE LOCAL SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE AUTHORITY BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE & THUS I AM LEFT WITH NO SERVICE , INSPITE CARRYING THE SAMSUNG INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY. I AM REQUESTING TO PLEASE HELP ME OUT , AS IT WAS MY DECISSION FOR THE FIRST TIME TO SWITCH OVER TO SAMSUNG RATHER THEN OUR ROUTINE TRUSTED SONY BRAND FOR SUCH A LONG TIME IN PAST.         Myself Ameer Syed Having taken SAMSUNG-LCD/43E400 on 12 June 2012 feeling very disappointed by the response given from Samsung authority , as my TV suddenly started burning even though it was switched off. Later got to know from the cable operator that, there was some problem in the TV. Soon after , we reported this to samsung authority. But they are not agreeing after investigation from past 12 days. The most sad part is i' am claiming the tv within the warranty period, and they are not ready for the compensation. Also, i have paid insurance every month which they are not considering. It is really suprising that how can they cheat the customers after having investigation for so long by them and taking all the authentic documents by us. I would say a big NO to Samsung Brand , if they are not replacing my tv. Hoping that my complaint will be considered by Samsung Authority very soon.

          Complaint No.[protected] - December 2012
          The service person who came was not gentle in handling the set and also not well versed with this set. At the time of service he has damaged inner boards and circuit. Due to that we had to undergo lot of problem getting printouts later. Recently we had to replace the inner units privately through some private printer Repair Person. I need to complaint this issue and to know whom to trust further and rely upon when Company Service person damages the unit without proper knowledge.

          go back and he not attend / rectify against my complain.

          I would told or lodge complain to your service that take action for
          above complain.


          After that I contact your Help line Phon No[protected], and contact
          Mr.Raman on duty at 12-24 hr.noon he also not take complain & told me
          that you contact after two hours because system not working. I ask your
          that is the service provided for your worker.


          Also try to rectification my complain on urgent basise or give
          intimation .

            Dear Madam/Sir,
            I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 costing 41,500 INR on 1 May 2013. The display of the phone stopped working (LCD Screen gone blank) on the morning of 30 May 2013. Exactly in one month the display is damaged. We went to the Samsung center and asked them for warranty repair however they have refused to repair it warranty by claiming it as physical damage (damage that we has been caused to the phone by our usage).
            We were asked to pay 7500 INR to repair the damage.

            Later I wrote a complaint to their Head Office stating that we have not caused any damage to the phone and if just by using the phone and keeping it in the pocket it can get damaged than the phone is not worth the amount we have paid. So they agreed to give a discount of 2500 rs on the repair cost, so we were asked to pay 5000 to repair the damage for which are not responsible at all.

            I do not trust the phone anymore as it can get spoilt again next month and we will have to keep paying 7500 INR again and again which is not fair.
            We want them to get it repaired in complete warranty.

            I request you to look in to this as this.

              THIS IS NOT GONNA WORK SAMSUNG. I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR NEW GALAXY S4 !! HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU THINK A PERSON SHOULD PAY FOR THE DISPLAY OF YOUR PRODUCT? I NEED AN ANSWER TO THIS !! I purchased this product 15 days back and i have the invoice for that, after 13 days the phone got dropped from the height of less than 1 feet and the screen broke, I MUST SAY THAT ITS WAS NOT THE SCREEN ONLY THE GLASS ABOVE THE SCREEN BROKE. your pathetic service guys told me that its the entire assembly that needs to be changed, i agreed and payed for the ENTIRE DISPLAY ASSEMBLY. NOW ITS NOT EVEN I DAY ACTUALLY ITS 16 HOURS AFTER I CHANGED THE DISPLAY AND WHAT I SEE IS THIS PIECE OF CRAP HAS A CRACK AGAIN !!!               (y) let me tell you one thing. I've dropped my Micromax Canvas 2 tons of times. I'm 5'11 in height and it fell from such a height and yet had no scratch or damage to screen or the camera at the back! Its solid! AMOLED screen breaks easily. Maybe it might crack the next time you tap it with your finger :P All the best!! Phone ho toh micromax hona chahiye, S4 toh train ka coach bhi hota hai :D
              I faced the same problem, screen went blank one morning and now Samsung refuses to repair it in warranty. They are blaming the damage on us that u must dropped unknowingly and all tat crap. They seriously have some issues with the screen and need to sued.
              I purchase S-4 Few Days Back and my Phone Display also Damage...

              S4 its just Crystal Toys worth Rs.41500-

              So I sujjest Dont go for This Product...

              I complain at all online email but no response from Samsung...

I have registered a complaint with the customer care (complaint No:[protected]) they assured me that the service engineers will be calling me before 8.30pm.engineer called me but he say for servicing i have to pay 5000 Rs then i ask him its in under warrant why you are asking 5000 rs hes telling u brute the tv from dubai so u have to pay service charges.then i called your customer care they also telling the same story now i don't know what i have to do

                    I registered a complaint with chroma customer care(#84506) regarding fridge not working around 10 days back. Last time when I faced similiar issue in december, I got it fixed in more than 1 month. I called Mr Ganesh and Ms Rekha from Bangalore Chroma office but either they dont pick up the phone or their number is coming busy. I tried for 4-5 days atleast 15-20 times but no help. If Chroma is not able to provide service, they shouldn't give extended warranty.

                      I have placed an order on 28th April 2013 ( Order ID: 1115731) with Samsung eStore for Samsung Galaxy Duos mobile handset for a price of Rs.21500 with 12 installments at no extra cost as per their marketing email received on 27th April.
                      But when I checked with my HSBC credit card statement, the amount was not converted to EMIs as promised by Samsung. When I called HSBC, they have mentioned that Samsung did not request them to covert it into EMIs. When I called Samsung eStore on 24th May, they told me that the same will be converted into EMI immediately and I need not worry. They also asked me to send the credit card statement and the same was emailed to Samsung eStore on 24th May & 30th May 2013. After that Samsung eStore never responded to me. Now to fulfill the commitment to HSBC, I need to pay the 100% amount on 8th June 2013. I never expected this kind o[censored]nwarranted support from a company like Samsung. I would have purchased the same handset at a price of Rs.18800 at the local stores without EMIs. Only for the sake of 0% EMI I purchased it directly with Samsung and feeling cheated.

                        We got a SAMSUNG 46 inch 3D LED TV in Jan 2012 from Dubai - Model Code : UA46D6000SNXZN, Version No : HQ06, S/N:ZU5Q3MSBC00010N. Since Saturday we see horizontal lines in the TV screen. We logged a Service request by calling the customer care number and the SR no is [protected]. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from one of the service executive and he claims that he will charge Rs5000 + Tax for visiting the place and checking the TV and for any spare change, it will be charged extra.

                        We want to know that even after spending nearly Rupees one Lakh for the branded TV, should we pay more again in less than 1.5 years to a tune of Rs5000 just for inspections charges and also more for the repair. Is that the standard of the brand.

                          We had bought Samsung LED 46" EH 5000 from you against the invoice no. 11890 on 9th Jan 2013. We reside in India, mumbai. We just opened the LED TV on 3rd June 2013, as our house was under renovation, and found that the screen has crack.

                          We want you help to get the same repaired. can you please help us. We are ready to give the repairing charges , as here in india the Samsung company is not ready to help us.

                            I have purchased Samsung products in 2011 and 2012 almost 4 lacks worth. Recently one 46’’Led TV display not getting properly. So I booked compliant. Yesterday one technician came to my home and he checked. He said ‘panel problem. new panel cost is Rs:35,000’. I am very disappointing. This is huge amount. I have 3 more Samsung TV’s available but only this 46” Led TV not working. This TV 18 months old .I am using v-guard stabilizer also. But display not getting. this is Rs:81,500 worth .only 18 months after again 35 thousand repair charges asking Samsung company .This is not fair ever. Samsung this type of defective products released in market how can trust customers. i am not a burden anymore should bare. So please replace this defective product immediately.

                              This is regarding the complain ref number - [protected] registered with your company, Details of the Phone are, Galaxy Note 2 N7100, with IMEI NUMBER [protected]/01 Purchased at Chennai on 18th day of March 2013.

                              I have heared a lot about Samsung phones and decided to switch from iphone 4s to Samsung. This is my first phone with Samsung and i chose to go with the best model available till date i.e Galaxy Note 2. I had started receiving problems with my phone within 30 days of its purchase. The incoming and outgoing calls were not audible both to me and to the caller. Presuming it as a network error i have replaced the sim card but still the problem remained the same. This error effected badly on my business as i missed many important calls. Then the service centre guys took few more days to analyse the issue and found the motherboard to be defective. It was very disheartening that the topline phone’s hardware could be so poor that the board has to be replaced in the earlier stages of its life. I have asked for the replacement of the phone itself but was denied as per company’s policy. Since i understand that the technical issues and errors can happen to any electronic device, So respecting companies’ policies i made up my mind and agreed to move on with the repaired phone and started using it.

                              To my shock the phone’s LCD started showing poor colours and lower brightness. As i belong to advertising field, It affected badly on my business presentations. Again i had to cancel all my meetings for the day to rush down service centre. This time the LCD is found to be defective and they agreed to replace it in few days time.

                              Since this is second major issue within 5 days of first repair i have lost the faith on entire servicing process and genuinely asked for the replacement of Phone but again i was given cold reply of denial on the grounds of companies policy. Does Samsung’s company policy is meant to let consumer suffer for the poor quality of the hardware that once its opened for repair causes the other components to malfunction? Do i need to keep using a sick-repaired-sick ever phone leaving my precious time rushing to service centre for the rest my life?

                              Mr Anubhav Sud from customer care in cold words denied any help other than repair and he was keen to know whether i am selling this off so that this call can be closed . By the entire suffering and the unfair treatment experienced, I am provoked to raise my concern through online consumer right forums, social network and media as much possible to safeguard future buyers aware of such rude treatment before they make their mind to buy any Samsung products. To put it in a nutshell i humbly can say i am totally not satisfied with the samsung service, I would rate it poorest because o[censored]nfair customer care response plus the worst hardware & service quality.

                              Seems Samsung’s company policy is made in such way to suit their own interests rather than the benefits of victimised consumer? Its widely accepted fact that the standards o[censored]S based companies like apple’s policies are always proven for the benefits of its users more than the companies own interests. Kindly make us believe in Samsung’s fair policy to restore the faith back on it. I hope Samsung proves the worldwide favourite consumer electronics company in terms of customer satisfaction.

                              The excitement of buying and using brand new model for a fancy price is totally worthless when the phone is serviced back-to-back for major faults . It also eats up lots of time to get it serviced beside the apps and other data losses. The micro sim doesn’t allow to switch back to any other common model as standby. I humbly request you to address my concern seriously and provide me peace of mind by REPLACING the HANDSET at an earliest.

                              Samsung — Serious customer service issues

                              How should working couples get their Samsung products serviced? Samsung mechanics assume that the moment we have filed a complaint, we should be available at our places 24X7 so that they may come anytime and unannounced. At least this has been our experience, not once but repeatedly. And in spite of requesting again and again to inform before coming, they bother not to. They expect us to always comply with their availability and convinicence. Any disagreement and they threaten to close the complaint owing to non availability of the customer.

                              On 12th June 2012, my husband filed a complaint for the Samsung airconditioner with a reference number [protected]. A few days later, a mechanic called up (without ANY prior intimation) in mid afternoon, to inform that he was waiting at our place. He was then told that both o[censored]s are at our respective offices and need to be informed some time in advance to reach our home. When we suggested him to come in the evening, he told us that it would be difficult for him to come in evening. After a while, he again called up and informed us that he will be there at our place by 5pm. My husband reached the house at sharp 5pm and kept waiting for the next 2 hours and he didn't turn up. He finally turned up at 7:45pm and after he checked the a/c we were informed that our a/c would have to be taken to the workshop for repair. And another mechanic will be there to collect the a/c.

                              Today morning my husband received a call from another mechanic wherein my husband requested him to inform at least 1 hour in advance before coming to collect the a/c. At 3:45 pm, I got a call from the Samsung mechanic saying that he was waiting at our place. Since I was in the middle of an important meeting, I requested him to call my husband. Very rudely, he asked me whether my husband would come immediately if he called him. I obviously told him that I cannot predict if he can come immediately and he would have to speak to him only. He rudely said he will close the complaint stating that the house is locked and disconnected the call immediately. The same person called up my husband who asked him to wait for 30 minutes but he simply refused.

                              I am shocked and upset as to how Samsung is training their mechanics to speak to customers. Looks like Samsung is only interested in selling products and not focus on customer care at all.
                              That's so very true Ajay. I only wish I had visited this forum before I purchased Samsung galaxy note pro recently. Within 5 days of my purchase, the tablet stopped working. At Samsung service centre, I found out that the adaptor was defective. As per the company's policy, the Samsung agreed to replace the adaptor only. I have been unhappy with the very fact that my work was affected severely due to this and that I had invested Rs 60, 000 on a defective product! The managers at the CEO office as well as customer support denied my request to replace the entire tablet. The Samsung customer service is only meant to serve ' Samsung employees' and not 'Samsung Customers'. Their policies are meant to benefit them, but not their customers! Having appreciated the reviews about their galaxy note pro as well as Ative 9 plus laptop, I had decided to buy their new laptop too. Having had this terrible experience with them, I have decided not to buy their laptop. I would never buy any Samsung products in future, for the very fact that Samsung, one of the leading companies in the world, feels no shame when their defective products are out in the market, takes no responsibility to admit their mistakes, feels no guilt in fooling innocent customers and thus make their customers' lives miserable!

                                I bought a Samsung refrigerator with Water dispenser facility on May 11, 2013. The new product itself had this problem. Registered a complaint with Samsung and their Technical engineer came did some fixing on this issue. For 2 days, the water came with a very thin flow which is not as expected and is not usual. Now it completed stopped again. I want a replacement of this product with a working water dispenser.

                                  pls see the history of conversation.

                                  do u think by ur data i have visited on 4 to 5 times the fact is they ar afraid to give details on line they say that we cant enter details as per reality...they will get penalized.
                                  Dont state general statement dig in & know the reality of customers.
                                  Now the reality is S4 is on 39k approx mate but i[censored] buy need to pay minimum of 42k go to market & have a own experience without blaming customer.

                                    Samsung Smart TV is the worst product i have ever seen . Its an investment for an year only after that TV is of no use.
                                    I have bought Samsung LED smart TV worth rs 45000/- ( invoice no. SLF02A[protected] and just after 1 year the screen got some lines over pannel and sound of the TV seems to be very low . Company is not taking any action against the same as i have done the complaint ref no. -[protected]. Am i fool after investing so much amount in samsung ?? and now after owning it i am just begging them to replace the pannel but no body is giving any proper response ... If any one is planning to own it , request you to please don't buy it .

                                      I had purchased Samsung Grand 01 month back,under EMI scheme with my credit card but the full amount was taken from my card ,the battery runs down fast,the phone stops operating very often,even if the battery is charged,I have to remove the cover,take out the battery and put it back again to start the phone,what should I do,will I get a replacement?

                                        he checked and he asked him above repair not under warranty due to
                                        liquid found mobile but I a signal user of my mobile &amp I am 100
                                        sure not ingress any type of liquid and water

                                        I am agree for any diagnosis/ forensic test of my mobile so you can

                                        Samsung Mobile — Mobile not repair

                                        I have a samsung mobile, model no SGH-E251, which I purchased in sept 2008.

                                        From Jan 2009, My Mobile key pad is not working. so I gave this mobile to repair centre M/s Maria.They kept the mobile 21 days . On 13/2, my sub-ordibnate collect the mobile but next day when I checked the mobile is not working.After that on 16/2, I registered a complaint on samsung service centre . My complaint no is [protected]. After that I am regular contact of service centre. But they are not able to solve my problem. Two times I talk with Mr. Savinder also through service centre nos but he is not able to solve the problem. I am trying to contact on his mobile but he is not picking my no.

                                        On 20/2, My subordinate again give the mobile to M/s Maria. And collect the mobile on 27/2 but probelm is still not solve.

                                        I am requesting to you please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                                        A-1 Electricals — Personal Loan

                                        We have foreclose our Personal Loan of ICICI Bank Ltd in which we have been very punctual for all our instalments and have never missed a single one. On 26th March 2009 I have given the chequeof balance outstanding with 5.52% interest of early forecloser on outstanding amount. Cheque give by me was also from my ICICI Bank Account. I was given payment receipt for the same as well as one letter with complete details for foreclosure which was clearly stating that if the foreclosure settlement is done on or after 18th of any month one should give instruction for stop payment of next month instalment.
                                        As my account was normally getting auto debit when I contacted bank by Phone Bank and Email I was surprised to get reply from Ms. Dipti Patel, Mr. Pankaj and Ashwini Sawant saying that though my saving account was debited with entire amount they do not consider loan amount as paid and on the due date my saving account will be deducted again for instalment which will be refunded after 20 days that to without interest.
                                        I am surprise as my Saving Bank Account was debited with the said cheque on 27th March 08 how my loan can stand as pending and once loan is over automatically any agreement of auto debit instruction becomes void and Loan Department cannot touch our bank account. But I received email from ICICI Bank Ltd as well as phone calls from above mentioned Gentlemans / Madams saying they can do anything what they want.

                                        Hi Samsung,

                                        This is about my experience with your customer care services DELHI (Capital of INDIA - FYR as it seems that samsung is unaware of this) which has been worst till date. My AC is not working and i had logged a complaint for the same on 29-04-09 . It has been ten days now and i am calling your customer care centre ten times or more every day. Once, accidentally a person for the so called repair had come and said that he needed some time and will be back in half an hour but no one came back till now...Its really very sad and dejecting on your part that this is the quality of service you provide to your customers...so too in summers.

                                        My opinion is that you should not continue with your services and products anymore ... If at the time of recession, this is the level of service we are getting from you then its better to bring this company of yours to a big end.

                                        Also i called up your service manager but of no use ... as he never picks up the phone as he may be busy in providing services for customers of other companies EXCEPT SAMSUNG!!!

                                        Still as they say HOPE sustains LIFE ... so I hope this mail of mine might make you realise some kind of responsibility towards your customers and the job for which you are paid.

                                        FYI : AC is used in Summers only so its the right rather high time to act now...this summer only not the next one ...

                                        Iam Gayathri, i have already taken a personal loan on hdfc bearing loan no:1408009, my emi is 2826/-i finished upto 10 months, but now i need 1 lakh personal loan again, when i ask ur hdfc customer care they were saying that my salary is rs.11000/-, so am not eligible to take another loan, but as a customer u can see my transactoins everything, am maintaining it very perfectly, for the past 10 months am paying emi, there is no cheque bounce or any other irregular payments, as a special case hdfc can treat a customer & u can resolve a customer problem no? u r seeing only salary, but when i take this personal loan they told me that after 6 months i can top up the loan & i can take one more personal loan, but now u have changed ur procedure & salary eligibility, i think u r not considering cutomer problem, pls look into this & resolve the issue

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have booked one washing mahcine by the name of Raju Ram. I got the delivery number for that as 82744478 from Mr Rajeev Yadav ( [protected]) he confirmed me that my product is delivered to the dealer m/s sachdeva & sons at saharanpur. I had visited the dealer several times but he told me that the product is not sent by the ware house. I am regularly following Mr Rajeev and he had started threating me that if i now call him he will beat me.
                                        This is something very strange that i am not getting my product rather getting threat.

                                        I have also informed the HR department but they are also not doing any help.
                                        You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and help me getting my product.

                                        We had cooling problem with my Samsung Refrigerator and complaint was registered in Jan'10 ref [protected].We was told that compressor need to be changed and Rs6000/- was paid for the same. The problem was not resolved and the refregetor started making unbearable sound. It was told that fan also need to be changed.We had to wait for as week for the part to come. A new service person was sent, he said that the earlier person had not assembled it correctly and no change was required. He repaired it and sound stopped. The cooling was to be checked after 24 hours. There was no improvement in cooling. We were told to switch off the refrigeator for 24 hours and restart. Nothing has happened and three weeks have passed .This kind of service is not expected from Samsung. We would not recommend any Samsung products for anyone in future. The only option left is to file case with consumer court.
                                        I bought a Samsung touch phone F480 on 25th December 2008. In December end 2009 the phone failed.. We contacted the Samsung authorised service centers in NOIDA. They said they do not have spares. We registered a complaint online, we did not get any reply nor access the mail we sent. Next the local service centers said take it to Company service center. We visited the Company center at Nehru Place in March & they said warranty is over & we need to pay 6000/-.
                                        Are these phones designed to fail exactly when warranty gets over. I was warned not to buy Samsung phones, I wish I had followed the advice. Is there some one in Samsung to whom we can escalate our request.

                                        I am sorry to inform you that Samsumg Set SCH-F219ZRAINU is not working at all. I have given my set to service dealer A.M SERVICES SCO -1034-35 SECTOR 35 but i didnt get any satisfactory results from your dealers service my set is still not repaired from 20 days their is some problem in MOTHER BOARD and few days back on [ 26/06/2010] i had buy m mobile. i request you to please change my mobile.

                                        I have purchased a Samsung Airconditioner 2 tonnes3star (model-243USB S/no 0676 )on 5/11/10 from Harmony House Pvt. Ltd ,1/2&1/3, Baishnabghata Patuli, Block-H, kOLKATA-700094. Since the moment of installation it is not working and I have never got the taste of cooling. The mechanic from authorised service centre of the company advised me that the machine is defective. I informed the matter to the dealer and customer care unit of the company.My complain no is [protected]. But till date, no positive response was received.I am being harassed everyday.The company executives are very much casual and negligent showing worst customer service.No action till date initiated to replace the defective one.

                                        I have bought Samsung cell SCHF699 on 13th Dec, 2009. It got defective thrice in a year but as it was under warranty period, service center had repaired it. After warranty period i.e in the month of February, again it stopped working and now service center of Samsung is telling that it cant be repaired. Pls. help.

                                        Samsung India — AC not being serviced

                                        I have been a Samsung Loyalist for the last 7 years with 2 fridges, 1 AC, 2 TVs, 1 Microwave of Samsung in my house - basically all Samsung products !!

                                        I work with a service company and was transferred to Bangalore in June 2010 from Kolkata (the service in Kolkata was outstanding!!) , however since my transfer to Bangalore I have been facing alot of problems from Samsung and specifically your dealer that services Jakkur area - Cool Care led by Mr Damodar (Ph.: [protected],[protected] with regards my 2 Tonne Split AC !!

                                        When I was transferred to Bangalore, service people came and installed the AC and took around Rs5000 for the same - 6 months later the AC starting leaking water, I made a complaint to the Samsung Customer Care Center and registered the same (Complaint Number - [protected]) and after 3 Days and 2 more calls a person from Cool Care came and repaired the same and took Rs 450.

                                        2 Days later the AC started to leak water again, it took another 3 days for Mr Damodar to send a person who struggled for 2 hours yesterday night and finally said the wiring done at the time of transfer in Bangalore to re-install the AC they had used a wrong wire and a PUC wire needs to be installed. When we argued with the person that your agency had done the installation, we were told that now the wire has to be changed and it will chargeable.

                                        resigning to fate we agreed to pay and after calling Mr Damodar 22 times, on my 23rd call he took my call and said (at 1030am today) that he has not reached office and will look at the matter once he does. I called Mr Damodar again at 1230 pm and now he says that all people have left for the day and he cannot do anything !! What am I supposed to do can u pl tell me, I am registering my complain tthrough proper channels, my wife is waiting all day for the service guy to come (here in Cool Care unlike Kolkata we are never told when exactly the service person will come) !!

                                        Now Mr Damodar has even refused to take my calls and is constantly cutting my call whenever I call him !!

                                        Kindly assist me as I need my 2 Ton AC for which I paid more than rs20000 to work - it may be a small thing for Mr Damodar or Samsung but it means alot to me and I also work in a company that interacts with consumers and I am surprised that you have appointed people like Mr Damodar to mishandle complaints like this

                                        Pl respond and tell me if you can get my problem solved and my AC working or pl tell me how can i De-Samsungize my house !!

                                        I purchase 1 Tn Window AC from Samsung India on 18/4/2008 but after Installation it is found defective "No Gas" so no cooling. However, after lot of corrospondence AC was replaced. But again after working 3-seasons AC is not cooling, when I called up Samsung Technician, he said "Gas has to be Filled" so pay charges Rs.1700/- since Guarantee is for one year.
