I brought a samsung galaxy y pro(GT-B5512) on 26/09/2012 from 'UniverCell', Alappuzha.
The power button of my phone was damaged on 11/05/2013. I approached samsung authorised service centre at alleppey after two weeks. They registered my complaint and told me that the spare switch is not available and will inform me when they receive the spare. I waited for around 35 days and i contacted the service centre regularly the mean time.I didn't get my phone fixed and I approached another service centre and showed my phone. The reply i got from the service centre was that they don't get spare for switches and also advised me to get the work done in some other local service centres. I am totally disappointed with the service backup of samsung and now I had given my phone to a local service shop as I badly needed my phone back in working condition.

    ON DATED 21/12/2012 I HAVE PURCHASED ON E MOBILE FROM JOINT COMMUNICATIONS OF SAMSUNG CO.WHICH MODEL NO 239,OF RS 4850 IN CASH FROM VERY SAME DAY I GOT IT PROBLEMS LIKE HANG AND SOFTWARE PROBLEM I THINK SAMSUNG
    IS LEADING BRAND IN CONSUMER DURABLE SO I PURCHASE IT,BUT NOW I FEEL THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME.

    software — mobile

    Hi am partheepan frm chennai (ECR) using hutch for more then 6 yrs my no is[protected], yet now i haven't faced any problem, but nowadays things are going bad i think so, hutch had a very good responsibility on their customers, but the new brand name failed to get the momentum. iam searching for the customer care no to ask some details regarding, the no which i used to call is [protected], latest is 140, but recent days these no's are absconded, work of the customer care executives to inform the customer when ever some thing changes, and the highly irritated issue is sending lot o[censored]seless messages. nowadays am highly disappointed on this new brand name vodafone service.

    Samsung Mobile India/GT-B3210 — Echoing on phone

    The phone is echoing very much even after changing the motherboard of it as well as the sim card. I have already used 3 Aircel sim. The phone is accepting neither of the three.
    Samsung phone is my choicest phone. I have a model GT-B3210. I have gone to Samsung Service Centre relating to the problems in my handset but without any result. I have changed my sim card for three times and the problem remains as it is. I have lodged a complaint and want the matter to be solved as early as possible without any loss on my part.

    We had purchased the set in the month of Nov,2009,but from thsi month itscreating lots of prob such as motherboard, software, FM voice prob etc.

    I had purchased Samsung SCH-w299 mobile after 3 months it start giving problem (Write side Keys are pressed automatically) when we restart the mobile it is going in to down load mode.
    After that I had given my mobile Thane service center After 15 days I got reply it will take another one more week. in this case how we servile in our day to life. My kind request please repairs the mobile very fast or gives me the replacement.

    Hi this is suganesh i bought samsumg (c-3212i) before three month. now i had face such worst problem in this mobile.If i make a call to certain mobile no but it will redirects to another mobile no which recentlly i got missed call mobile no and also call log does not shown perfect count it shows dynamic count . i felt bad and they did such a worst software coding.I regret for this.

    i reside in chennai,i bought a samsung corby txt in poorvika mobiles,kodambakkam,chennai.
    i bought my samsung gt-b3210 mobile by 18-04-10,and from the day one the phone calls are echoing and t phone is suddenly getting switched off with a interval of 2-3 hours so i gave service in t.nagar service center n they took nearly a months time for repairing it.and with in few days t same problem araised in a couple of days n again they took 15 days to sevice it again n they returned the phone.then i got fedup by giving service constantly even though it is not repaired.so then after a month i again gave my mobile for service on oct-10th n got it back on nov-12th.nearly 33 days.again t problem is not rectified.i am very much depressed about my mobile as i cannot attend any call as its echoing very much.so pleed you to replace the handset and solve my problem.i am very much insane.the phone was in service station for nearly 75 days(2 and half month) as it was just 7 months old.HOPE YOU WILL TAKE QUICK ACTION.

    Samsung Mobile Complaint — Mobile software problem

    I bought Samsung mobile phone from Hotapot sagarpur shop on 31 jan 2011, but their s/w is not working properly, regarding this i visited hotspot they sent samsung service centre, and service centre is not able to repair it, saying hardware is not supporting the s/w. What should i do? Whose this responsibility, as it is in warranty period. Company have to replace it or sort the prob.

      I purchased a samsung mobile handset, model number GT-19082 GALAXY GRAND DUOS on 27/06/2013 from M/S RAMWANI CoMMUNICATION agra. The speaker of the phone is defective and the flip cover has broken lock. The dealer referred me to the service centre at agra on 05/7/13. They told me to come on friday,12/7/13. Today on approaching, I was told to come on the next tuesday. The person told me that replacement is possible after depositing the handset. I was not told about this on my first visit. Moreover, my complaint was entertained verbally and on asking about my complaint number today they could not give any satisfactory answer.

      Kindly look into the matter and arrange a faster action.

        Samsung LCD and A/C — Lousy Samsung Support/Lousy Samsung Dealer

        One of the lousiest experiences buying products from one of your dealers in Hyderbad - Bajaj Electronics. I came from the US for a 3 week holiday to spend time with my parents. Bought them a Samsung LCD and Samsung AC (Split). Forget about getting discounts, Bajaj shipped wrong products home. Poor Coordination between Samsung Install and Bajaj. Samsung came and installed the wrong products without even checking. Had to follow-up with Bajaj again to have them re-ship the products orginally purchased. Samsung came in again to take out the old product (AC) and reinstall the new one. The stabilizer is found to be defective and both engineers confirmed Bajaj gave us repaired/Refurbished product. Called bajaj to replace the stabilizer and then I have to cal Samsung for their technician to install A/C to stabilizer. By the way, this is just the A/C story. I have registered the installation for LCD TV with samsung 4 days back. No sign of them calling back to provide status. playing cat and mouse game. Still waiting. Overall, lousy experience and very poor support from both the dealer and Samsung.

          Samsung India EStore has a pathetic customer service and inefficient supply chain. I placed an order on 29th Jun 2013 and it was supposed to be delivered in 7 days and it was told that for Bangalore it usually takes 2-3 days.

          I kept calling customer care and I was given vague status and was told to wait till 7th day. On 7th day their customer care called and told me to wait for 2 days more as there was no stock.

          When I called after 2 days, I was told YOU HAVE TO WAIT for few days more with no guaranteed date. Everyone is facing the issue so I should not complain.

          Why you allow order on your website when you can't deliver in your guaranteed time? When you order management is pathetic atleast have nice people at customer care who have some credible info to pacify your customers.

          Still I have no clue when delivery will happen.

          Samsung — Delivery mishap

          I purchased an LCD and only later told that my LCD was out of stock and will take 10days to deliver. Again i was told after 5days that it will take another 15days (but not sure). I had asked the sales representative if there is any further delay in the initial 10days then i need a discount which was gladly agreed by the sales representative. He said he was sure the product will be delivered in 10days that is why he is taking up the challenge and saying hes willing to offer the discount. When i called him again for the discount he is saying he has misunderstood what i had said and he cannot offer any discount and product cannot be delivered on time as said before.

          My right as a customer of full information regarding the product was declined here and also wrong fully accepting to a discount. On repeated calls this is not sorted out. I have mailed the whole scenario to the Contact Us email specified for LCD TV in samsung India page today.

          The site has no information regarding consumer greivance re-dressal or the area manager details.

            I had bought Samsung Galaxy Note ii from authorized dealer. However, within 15 days time period the phone automatically went dead. As I understand from the Samsung servicing center, the issue was with the motherboard which needs to be replaced.

            It is surprising / frustrating to see that such high end phones fail so miserably, considering the motherboard is the heart of any mobile phone.

            Y3000 — faulty mother board

            i have a laptop of model Y3000 and within a year its mother board started showing problem .. i replaced the mother board at your service center in Bhubaneswar but still the problem persisted or which i had to return it again... its been a month i have not yet received my computer back from your service center
            Your lucky. I was gifted a Samsung noteii from Egypt. It's motherboard failed. The local samsung kenya service company does not cover the guarantee so I have to pay kshs 23000. Approximate us$ 300.

            Will it fail again? Hopefully no.

                Since i have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND I9082 i have been experiencing Over Heating,Hanging,automatic restart,applications getting closed to solve this i had given the devise to the authorized service centre 3 times and the they had changed the mother board last time and since then the issue is still persisting.I was also advised when they changed the mother board that this issue wouldn't come in the future and and upon refund/replacement of new handset the concern department had promised me that they would honor my request if this issue persists but its been 5 days that i have submitted my handset to the service centre and the complaint has been raised to samsung customer care but there is no response from them.Kindly check and do the needful. my contact number is -[protected]

                  I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S4 handset and from the day of purchase till date, the phone has an heating problem and other quality issues.

                  I had wrote various email to its head office and also to Mr. Ashok and initially the response received was extremely good but later there was no response from them. I had wrote an email to them on 27th June 2013 which is still not replied and answered by them.

                  Last email sent to Mr. Ashok states as follows:

                  "I really appreciate when you say Samsung S4 is a smart phone but as stated earlier also S4 has to be a phone first then only its worth to have smart features in the phone.

                  I had taken delivery of handset today evening and used the same in service center and even with little use, the phone was heating a bit. Service Center representative suggested to use a phone bit more and then revert back if it continues.

                  Till now I had used the handset for calling and surfing also but phone is still heating.

                  I appreciated that samsung got my phone repaired for the damaged part but was not aware and was neither informed me earlier that whole screen is going to be replaced along with rear panel that was damaged. I had put scratched guard on the screen earlier which due to changed has to be reinstalled by me now and had to incur now the further cost for the same.

                  I had purchased S4 phone with whole lots of expectations and therefore along with phone, I had purchased screen guard, original Samsung s4 side view flip cover, samsung class 10 memory card, etc. I would like to restate that the Samsung side view flip cover overview on samsung website mentions as "A stylish Cover designed specifically for your Galaxy S4. It offers perfect protection from dirt, scratches and other physical damage to your Galaxy S4 that ensures longer life of your smartphone". Attaching herewith is the details stated on your website and estore site for the side view flip cover. I hope per your response in trailing mail wherein you stated that "we have never declare that flip cover will protect handset from physical damage" got answered.

                  Again, I would like to state that it was one of the dream phone for me and waited for long time but it has really disappointed me. I had purchased S4 phone, side view flip cover wherein you stated that it protects from physical damages. Though, I had got the damages part replaced this time but how do I get an assurance about the future for any damages, if any, at later point in time.

                  Also Samsung came with huge benefits with the S4 now and one of them provides the customer to get the screen replaced worth Rs. 7,000/- only for Rs. 500/-.

                  As mentioned in your trailing email, the accessories supplied with black mist colour S4 is of white colour and that is standard colour which supplied across all black mist colour S4 handset.

                  For the problem relating to heating of my handset and per suggestion from you and your representative, I had visited service center twice once on 15th June and again on 17th June 2013. My handset is upgraded with software twice and everytime I had to reinstall and incur costs relating to data charges. Attaching herewith both the jobsheet for your reference. My phone was is service center for 10 days. Everytime if you suggest me to visit service center for the same problem then my S4 will be with service center more than me.

                  Non response to the above mail and reminder email again on 2nd July 2013 is unanswered till date that brought me to the conclusion that they have accepted and agreed to the issues with Samsung Galaxy S4 and its mis-selling features. Samsung had agreed that S4 has a problem and to increase the sales now they came with huge benefits along with phone. Samsung is least concerned with Customer satisfaction and only concerned about the sales.

                  Samsung — getting heat outside

                  Dear sir i purchased samsung refigerator on 01/ 01/2011. Right now its getting too hot in outside please revert my problem as soon as possible.

                    TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

                    Its has been my most regretted decision to purchase Samsung products and I assure you I shall deny and never ever recommend Samsung products to anyone. Infact not only your company products, services and communication is pathetic but also in denial of what actually all customers feel.

                    We would like to bring to your kind notice complaint nos. [protected] (Registered on 17th May, 19th June and 20th June 2013 respectively: Yet unresolved) and complain nos. [protected] (registered on 8th June, 2013: Yet unresolved). None of these problems have been solved yet inspite of regular follow-up. We have now come to the final crossroads of filing a complaint in consumer court against your organization for supply of poor quality products and no support provided as per documentation.

                    Infact since last 2 weeks I have been writing emails to CEO’s desk but till date I have not received any solution. The customer care has simply stopped following up. We have yet not received any reply regarding any of our pending problems from any concerned representative. The customer care by themselves cancel the customer complains without the consent of the customer.



                    This is our last respite to write and bring the matter to your kind notice if you are not aware of the same. We hope you would take the required action and spare the effort of arguing the matter in a court of law.

                    Samsung AC — Malfunction in the appliance within 1 month of purchase

                    We purchased a Samsung Air Conditioner (Model No: AS12) on 28-Feb-09 from SL Electronics, Kalina. The machine has been giving problems since the 1st month of purchase. Twice company people visited our place for service after we complained but failed to rectify the problem. The AC does not cool the temperature at all. We have tried calling the call centre but they keep asking us to contact different authorities. No one is taking charge of it.

                    Please help.

                    i give my handset samsung Corby s-3653(handset details attached in file) at BHARUCH samsung service center on 2/august/2010
                    .handset have Ringtone volume problem,,the engineer say problem will solve on 5/august/2010...
                    i take follow up on 5/august/2010....the engineer say they found Circut Board problem and it will resolve in 2 working days ..they also ordered board from head center same. after two days also they give incorrect answer and say when we recieve board from our H.O. we will inform you via call.
                    dont take so much follow up for this ...

                      from Big bazaar pune satara road from future money finance (2 years before) i complited all EMI for the finance but still i cant get any letter for your company future money for closed the case and i dont know my case loan no.pls give mi my loan no or doc of closed the case

                        dear sir,

                        I have purchased one refrigerators on 26th May 2013 from great eastern Appliances Pvt ltd chandannagore branch. the model no Samsung RT33FA3FALX and amount is Rs 30,000/- and challan no 0176 it has delivered on the same day and i went for credit card purchase . I have made a down payment of Rs 10000/- and from july every month rs 2500/- will deduct from my A/c. From the samsung demonstraion was given on 27th May 2013. Now gradually I have seen a gap in the vegetable Tray of nearly one fingure and there is crack inside the refrigerator on the right side of the vegetable tray. so imediately it was informed to the great eatern in chandannagore on 1st week of july 2013 so accordingly one samsung person visited our residence on 5th July 2013 and he have taken the snap of the same. Now i want to change the refrigerators as it is a damanged one the person who have visited told that they will do some patch work. I dnt want this type of patch work . How come a refrigerator whose age is 40 days can be broken. till date i have already paid Rs 10000/- + 2500 EMI for July 2013. so if the same is not solved by this month i will stopped the EMI facility and i will informed the bank to do the same. I cant take the goods which is having a manufacturing defect and i will pay 30000/- for the defective one.                         Refrigerators — Damaged

                        On 17th April i have purchased a refrigerator from More KR Puram Store, the day one it is not working, mainly it is coolig problem, but no one has turned up to make it correct.
                        Dear sir,

                          1. Samsung Handset was purchased on 25th March,2013.
                          2. Due to Poor Voice Quality complaint was lodged after 7 days of purchase of set.
                          3. Set was repaired 3 times & 2 Hardware were replaced.
                          4. During first complaint Samsung Representative committed replacement of set if it required any part to be replaced.
                          5. on 5th July,2013 , they denied to resolve the problem.
                          6. It was high harassment , i have face to have conversation with Samsung people more than 100 times (every time representative was changed).

                            Respected Sir/Mam,

                            I, Robin Wadhwa wants to complaint against the company "Samsung" for not providing me the services and support for replacing my mobile phone model name "Samsung S4", IMEI no. "357196/05/387541/0" and bill invoice no. "18294", which I purchased on 19-June-2013 from "Juneja Telecoms", Nabha and is under warranty. With the help of the retailer "Juneja Telecoms", I sent this brand new mobile phone to the samsung service center immediate after the 1st day of purchase. They repaired it and sent it back to the retailer but the problem was still the same. Now it has been 4 times, I sent this mobile to the Samsung service center, but neither they are repairing it nor they are replacing it with another new mobile phone device.
                            I am attaching the invoice copy image of the purchase with this complaint.

                            This whole process wasted my many days and harassed me monetarily and mentally and only "Samsung" company is responsible for this.
                            Now my demand is that I want my fully paid money back (i.e. Rs. 39,500) from the company "Samsung" and want company "Samsung" to pay me the penalty on their worst services in terms of money extra to the paid money for mobile device (i.e. Rs. 39,500).

                            I hope consumer court will support me with the fullest and earliest on this.

                              Bought a Samsung plasma TV and with in two weeks the problem started. It switches off immediately. When complained they are saying we have to order the part and it will take one week to ten days. They are not repairing or replacing or refunding. When asked shall i go to consumer court they are saying your wish. They are not bothered about consumer courts or agencies in India.

                              SAMSUNG PLASMA TV — not working tv

                              i hav bought a plasma tv from dubai.after 5 months its dead.the company authoritys are saying that it will cost me more than RS 40000 to repair the tv.which is equal to new one.since i hav purchased the tv from dubai they are not giving warrenty also.

                              Videocone/Plasma TV — Not working properly

                              I purchased a Videocone plasma32 model integra from Pittapalli Agencies, Kothamangalam, kerala 4 month back. It has got some problem. I registered my complaine. tecnetion comes does something it works again after some days the same problem repets At last they changed the board but still the problem is there. what should I do.

                                i have purchase samsung galaxy fame on 8 June 2013....after 4 days the complicity in the cell get arises....after 7 days i went to care center ....they format my phone and give it to me.......after one day same problem started again......after 5 days i again went to care center ......they again format it and return it back to me .....i dun want dis cell ,,,,,i want to return it..... i am a student and 10500 rupees is big amount for me.......so i want to replace the hand set

                                  I bought samsung galaxy tab2 p3100 on 31st march, 2013. it was only 2.5 months ,it started creating problems again & again . i dont know how is it possible any new device creating such type of problem with in 2 months.
                                  i registered my complaint, reference number is [protected].when i asked samsung to replace this device because it started creating problems with 2.5 months after purchase,samsung agent refuse to replace it...he said it is an electronisc device ,electronic device creat problem at any time ,it doesnt depends on brand. i spend Rs. 16000 on this device
                                  samsung is such a brand name which attract most of the corporate employee.
                                  it is my second time when i reached kalkaji samsung service center. when i submit my device 1st time ,after 4 days they handover it to me & said everything is working fine now but later i observe it was not working ,same problem occur again & again. the issue is with network & hanging(network singnal disappear randomly and ban sign occur, when someone call me it didnt reflect on my Tab2). & now my new device is in the same service center 2nd time in 2.5 months. . i just want to replcae my tab2 with new one ,
                                  i just your help in this regards. i want to replcae my 2.5 months old device with new one. consumecomplaint.com is the only last hope for me to replace it

                                    I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had recently purchased the above-noted set (Samsung Galaxy Star Dual S5282) which is infested with certain technical problems. It was written in the Samsung website (link given below) that the mobile phone has 4 GB internal memory. But after 1 day of buying the handset I realized that it has only 2 GB internal memory. I had purchased the phone at a very dear price. I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that my faith in Samsung remains undaunted.

                                      I have called so many times to customer care and registered my complaint. my complaint no. is[protected].for the handset model no.S- Duos7562, I have visited service center also 4 time. but no response ,being such renowed company treats customer like this it's a shameful thing. you listen my discussion which I had with your executives (Name-Ankit,Abhinav,Sanjeeve Kumar ) but no proper response from anybody and no sense of talking to a customer specially to Ankit Kumar,I called from the no.[protected]. I'm requesting you, I have visited 4 times to service center ,because my handset is not working properly .request you to either replace the handset or give me money back . I really don't want your handset .the way you treat the customer is worst. I really had trust on SAMSUNG but now I have lost my trust. Requesting you again ,KIndly do the needful and refund my money or replace the handset. expect your reply with hopes.

                                      Note-Request you to take strict action against Mr. Sanjeev Kumar,He does not have sense of talking to customer.

                                      Samsung — No proper customer service

                                      We have bought the Samsung refrigator 1 year back.And within One year the food tray and chiller flap have broken.
                                      We lodged a complaint on 24/01/2008 our complaint no is [protected] and nobody paid any attention on it.
                                      Again we lodged second complaint in the month of february and till date nobody has reverted back on our issue.
                                      We cant keep vegetables in the fridge because the tray is broken and in this summer we are totally helpless as nobody pays any heed to it.
                                      Can this forum helps us???

                                      Samsung — responsibility of service centres

                                      i gave my mobile (samsung e-490) to the samsung service centre as its speakers gone dead, but on the condition that their will be no memory loss during the servicing, which was assured by the authorised personthere in the service centre.well when i came to collect my handset the memory was all washed away and the phone was not in the same good condition as it was submitted to then, , , and on asking them to indemnify back the conditions, the started arguing and on the contrary asked me that what's the proof the the handset was in the same condition as i described to them and i should have read the rules of the service centre or have asked them about it prior rather than believing the person on the desk, , ,
                                      on asking them to write an application state what all have u said to me in this, , , , then they denieed to do so, , ,

                                      This is to give in ur kind notice that my above handset was purchased on 9.5.10 & became dead on 11.9.10 . The same was given to ur service centre on 14.9.10 & after inspecting the same it could not be repair at the moment & i was asked to come after 10-15 days .

                                      On 27.9.2010 the above handset once again given to ur service centre & re-inspection it was declared tha it could not be repaired becoz of non-availability of spares of the same (xerox of work order no. 6417 is enclosed for ur ready reference) & once again asked me to deposit the following for further process of handset replacement/money refund :
                                      - complete box with all accessories
                                      - xerox of photo ID proof
                                      - xerox of bank a/c passbook front page with a/c No. & name
                                      - Original bill of purchase with one xerox .

                                      The all above documents were given to you on 11.11.2010 & an assurance of money refund, through my bank a/c of above handset given to me within 15days.

                                      On 29.11.10 after checking my banka/c, I once again visited to ur service centre to know the status of my call, an extension of 7days once again asked from me .

                                      SIr, the above all happened to me has bound me to think that what type of services are being provided to the customers of company like you (SAMSUNG) .The courier services in which country reaches hardly 3-4 days at any part, Your service centre could not arrange the spares /refund/new handset (in lieu of old) to satisfy ur valued customers after three months .

                                      Sir, i have no option but to go for consumer Forum for the same regarding negligency in providing after- sales- services with in guarantee period.. ur service cetre name is (Exclusive Service centre - mobiles 24/18-B, Shyam sunder building karachi road, The mall, KANPUR 01 )
