    I have purchased one samsung galaxy tab2 p3100 bill no. 21954 dated 22.08.2012 imei no. 352373/05/565135/5 from R.K.Mobile world S.C.O. 461-62, sector-35 C Chandigarh. ph.n [protected], [protected] . the shopkeeper told me the price of tab is 18900/- which i will paid to him by cash but when i asked him for the free bluetooth then he said if i will pay him 1000/- rupees more then he will give the bluetooth otherwise not. but today when i try the rate of this samsung galaxy tab 2 from another shop then i will know that the price of tab is same but i have to submit detail of purchase on net, and when i do this then this show that my imei no. is already used by someone else.

    So I request you to please look into the matter otherwise I have only only one option to file the same case in consumer court .

      I have given my handset model .GT-B3140 by work order number 7820 on[protected]. To above service center i have not received my handset repaired till date . In the mean time i have telephoned them 20 to 25 times and contacted personally more then 4 times to them. They told me that one part is not available . I don't understood that y the above service center does not manage the part within 15 days . Today on[protected] i have contacted with them by telephone in the morning they call me in the evening to collect the repaired handset in the evening after waiting of half and hour they want to return me handset unrepaired . Plz look into the matter this is very unfortunate that the very poor services provided by your service center. There behaviour is also very rude.

        I bought a Samsung mobile B5512 for ten thousand on[protected]. It started giving me functioning problems in the very first week. Since then I have taken it to the Samsung retail outlet three times. They claim to have it repaired every time but the problems persist. I want a refund, but the retailer offers only to change the set for the same model now, after so much time of harassment. I have written to the Samsung HO but have not received any conclusive reply from them. I do not want the same phone any more and demand a refund as I have lost faith in Samsung.

        Samsung — Faulty Handset and Harrasment

        I have purchased a Samsung Star Mobile phone on 30/08/09.Since that day it has been a real headache for me.I reported my complaint to the dealer on 01/09/09.But there has been no action taken by SAMSUNG to reslove my issue.It has been very harrasing for me to visit there service centres.The staff out there is not at all co-operative.The staff out there is totally irresponsible.I have sent a couple of emails to samsung but i have not received any satisfactory answer till today.Please advice

        Samsung Mobile — NO REFUND AGAINST MOBILE

I HAD SHOWN TO SHOPKEEPER HE SAID THAT IT WAS SETTING MISSTAKE.HE CHANGE THE SETTING BUT ON NEXT DAY IT AGAIN HANG HE TOLD TO VISIT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE SOFTWARE MISTAKE I VISIT OVER THERE SERVICE CENTRE TOOK THE MOBILE FOR THE REPAIR AND THEY GAVE AFTER A WEAK .BUT IT AGAIN HANG .IT KEEP ON REPEATING EVERY 2-3 DAYS I HAVE TO SERVICE CENTRE FOR THE HANG PROBLEM.FINALLY SAID THAT IT IS PROBLEM OF THE MOTHERBOARD ,THEY CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD BUT IT KEEP ON HANG .FINALLY I UNDERSTAND THEY HAD NOT DONE ANYTHING JUST KEEPING THE MOBILE WITH THEM FOR A MONTH .I HAD VISITED THE SHOPKEEPER AGAIN THE SHOPKEEPER HELP ME . HE SUBMIT THE MOBILE TO THE COMPANY AND IN AGAINST THE REFUND MONEY WAS TO COME .THE COMPANY PERSON MR.ANEES &MR UPENDER SAID THAT YOUR CHEQUE WILL COME ON THURSDAY FROM THAT DAY THEY KEEP ON SAYING

            Case in Brief:

            I purchased a Samsung Note smart phone in April’ 2012 (cost about 32,500) from Mumbai authorized showroom. After 2 months a problem occurred in the device (it was showing changing was never got charged). I reported it to the service center in Pune where they did something and returned me back after few hours saying that its fixed. The device did not changed when I tested there and the second time when they opened they were not able to pack it properly. They asked me to come back by evening. When I reached in the evening they said that they reloaded the software and so the cell should work (I don’t trust that). I took the mobile with me and tried charging at home where it was showing the same problem.

            I went back at the service center and submitted the cell asking to replace as it seems to be a manufacturing defect. Then I was told that they will change the mother board and assured me that the cell will not give any problem. After a couple of day I received the same problem with the mobile. This time I found that the back panel is also loosened and the touch panel response has also slowed down after first service.

            I reached the service center and they kept the cell saying that they’ll contact head office for replacement or refund. After few days they come back and said that they are not able to reproduce the problem. I don’t trust them as they might have again fixed the problem at service center. The cell is under warranty and hence I feel that I’ve been cheated by the company by delivering a defected product.

            Meanwhile I’ve escalated the matter to the highest management at Samsung (including CEO). But the higher management at Samsung seems dumb never responded to the matter. I have all the proofs required in my mails.

            I went to service center to collect the cell phone. But to my surprise i found that the back panel problem that developed after 1st and 2nd service still exist. To my biggest surprise I found that there is a scratch/dent at right corner of the cell (on the steel frame) which seems that the cell has been fallen down and the scratch/dent occurred. This never existed previously.

            Hence reported the same to the concerned person (Mr. Nitin and Mr OM). They both agree that the back panel is still an issue but do not except that the dent has been result of mal-handling by Samsung service center/Tech dept where the cell was sent.

            They had a word with Mr Vaibhav Bhise who said that they cannot do anything and I need to talk to customer care and register a complaint. So I did the same yesterday and I was told that I'll receive a cal back on the matter To which I'm still waiting.

            Its a very shame-full incident and highest degree of mismanagement as Samsung is not ready to take the ownership of the loss which company has done to me. First I was fighting for replacement of the cell but now I don't ant any samsung device and will fight for refund.

              I am ex-service man(retired by Army medical Crop) I want to complain regarding the late delivery of Sam-sung microwave.As per my friends circle i came to know that Sam-sung microwave are best among all bands.
              After selecting the model no-CE103FF-2S,we have placed the order to MELODY HOUSE(Sadar bazaar cantt phone no-[protected]) at 9/08/2012.Actually this shop supplies to army canteen.The owner of Melody shop( told us we will get the microwave tomorrow or day after tomorrow but still the order has not been placed even after our several visits.We have been told that this model was having some technical issues and their have provided us Mr. Arvind Chopra's no-[protected] And this person is telling us different story that the price rate were wrong print so we have send all the product back and assuranced us that will be get the microwave on 15/08/12.but still we are waiting.
              Sir i want to attract your attention that this is very wrong impression going for the company and many people have diverted for other bands.I know this don't happen that every time you placed order and you get the product on time but their should be a sense of responsibility of the shopkeeper or the supplier towards the customer.
              I will be highly obliged if you consider my complain and take action against it.

                Samsung LED TV UA40B7000 complaint no [protected] 20/6/12 and complaint no [protected]. Repeated nature of complaint after paying 5152/- pls look into it urgently. Bina Raghav. [protected] / [protected]
                My 27 in. TV is less than three years old and the picture tube has gone out again. It went black the first time after 14 months and they repaire it. Now after 15 months it's gone out again. I have to pay $75.00 just for one of Samsungs repairmen to come out and look at it. Something must be wrong with these televisions. They should not need a repair every year. I would like to know the address od the president of the company. I don't know anyone thats had a tv problem like this. My friends and family and I have had tvs for as long as 15 years without one repair. For example, my sharp is over 15 years old, no repairs.

                  My Samsung 46" LCD TV LA46A550P1RMXL is just three and a half years old. Few days back when I switched on my LCD, few vertical bands suddenly started appearing on the screen. I have logged a complaint in Samsung service Center with complaint # [protected]. A technician visited my place and mentioned that the LCD panel has become faulty and needs replacement. Further, I have given the estimate of INR 37970/- for the LCD panel repair. No one would incur such cost on a fix wherein in the market you can get the new product at approx the same price.

                  Samsung claims the LCD panel life of more than 70,000 hours however the panel is not even lasting for even 3 years shows the poor product quality and a serious concern over Samsung quality control. I had been an admirer of Samsung LCD but such poor product quality is putting me down and holds my reservations for Samsung products.

                  Company of such high repute and product lasting only for one and half years is totally not acceptable. I am totally unsatisfied and will never buy or recommend a Samsung product if Samsung don’t repair the product immediately at your their own cost.

                      I have adored samsung products up until now. My 29" TV has been dead for more than 15 days now. I lodged a complaint on June 16th and I had been given a reference number [protected]. 10 days have passed and their service team nor techician have taken efforts to even make ONE visit. On Saturday, August 25th I called and checked my status and found that they have closed the complaint. I was even assured by their supervisor that they would look into the matter on urgent basis and therefore I wasted my entire day hoping they would turn up, but as the day is coming to an end, I thought of letting others know of my frustration. I still do not know that I would get any more help from them so probably would go for a new brand who would pay attention to after service too!!!!

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        The Staff (Tanveer and Yasmeen) at Samsung Service Centre at Sec-14 Gurgaon is very non- co-operative and rude in attitude. They do not seem to have technical knowledge of the product.

                        We enquired from them about the spare part of our Refrigerator 315 lts. but they were not aware of which type of part will fit in our refridgerator. They harrassed for two months and even threatened not to entertain our request in future.

                        We hope Samsung management will take strict action against such unqualified staff ( Tanveer and Yasmin).

                          i have bought samsung galaxy y s5360 in the month of december and then after using seven months i got the problem with my mobile in the first week aug 2012 and i hv given it to service center immediately so that it get repair..bt registered samsung servicecenter of govind nagar kanpur is giving it back to me after updating the software...every time when i get it back from service center i cant even use my mobile for 4 consecutive hours.infact todday when i got it back from service center they claim that they have changed the display of the mobile but still the same problem is there.. please contact me [protected]

                          I am also from India and using Samsung Galaxy Y. I have the same bad experience with me.Some days ago, I went to Samsung Service Centre, as got some water damage. And they checked that, and told me that the phone touch and jack are destroyed and have to replace these. I said okay coz my phone was under warranty. But they told me that they would charge me 4000/-. As it was near the half amount of new phone’s price. Then I went to another service centre and they told me to charge 1600/-. So I gave my phone to them as they were charging fewer amounts then first one. But my some of friends told me that they have charged me unnecessarily. Because if our any product is under warranty, the company pay for their repair. So I contacted the centre for same but they didn’t respond me for my issue. So, I filed my complaint at http://consumercourt.net/forum.php had bookmarked for future use. You can also go for this. I just hope for great help from their side. I hope it worked.

                              I buyed a samsung star 3G handset from Planet M Allahabad, U.P on 12/12/2009. And after a month of its use the phone switched of by itself and then i took the phone to gyansri service center Allahabad and they told me that their is problem with the mother board and it will take them maximum of a month to fix it. Then they deposited the cell phone and said me to inform about the repairing i waited until 50 days and after that when i gone the center they told me the phone is not repaired. so i took the phone to Gorakhpur ma home town and got it repaired to S.P service center Radhika complex and after that again their was the same charging problem for which i paid 400 Rs and this problem happened 5 times more and from that day i have paid upto 1000rs and 2 days ago again thier was charging problem so i paid a sum of 350Rs for the problem to be fixed and after that the phone again got the same problem and they are saying me to give 2600 Rs. So, in all i would just say that i am the worst victim of samsung mobile and in this two years barely i have used this phone for a maximum of two months. And at personal level i would say that samsung mobile and the service is the worst type i have ever seen and want a strict action on this case.

                              Lately my fone was not working. I gave it to samsung service centre at Kalyan-Rambaug. They replaced the mother board and returned back after 8 days. They handed fone to my younger sister and she returned back home, as im a working person i dont hav time. On 23rd I got the fone and i saw im not getting the network. I took the fone back to samsung they said they forgot to attach antenna. And they attached the same on 24th and I came back. While on my way to office I realized the back cover of the fone was damaged from lower right side. It was a sharp and pointed cut. I immediately called the help line 32320808. They gave me the managers name and number Sunil Katare- Televideo Services, No was [protected]. I spoke to him and he said get the fone back they need to see. On 24th i gave the fone back and again my younger sis went and they said manager Sunil Katare not there come back in evening. She went back and again he was not there and not even picking up the fone. My fatheer spoke to one of your representative and he said its not samsung official shop. Its a pvt company running the same and we cannot help you. I observed there was CCTV running in the tech area. I request you to help me get the back cover replaced. Im very disappointed with your services. Run the cctv footage and check how this fone back cover damaged. I also work in same field and this is not the correct way to refuse. Help me or else ill be escalating this. My fone model is GTI9100 Galaxy SII. ITS TRUE!!

                                  I recently bought a samsung gt c3322 cellphone. It has a problem that none application can be downloaded on the phone.
                                  It always say "Invalid jar error". I also asked from samsung care i.e [protected] and i also i concerned samsung service center,even they cant solve the problem,they just upgrade your software but this problem is still there.........

                                    With reference to the cited above, this is to bring in to your kind notice and complain you that it is hardly one year since we have purchased your a/c as referenced above and till date the machine was attended at least 8 times by your local technician.

                                    In the second week of August’ 11 Gas was refilled in the compressor as the same was leaked due to some technical snag in the machine.

                                    In the first week of March’ 12 the compressor of the machine busted and was replaced by your Local Service Centre.

                                    In the month of April’ 12 we complained that for last 4 -5 months our main unit of A/c inside our bed room was making a lot of cracking and breaking type noises and water was dripping from its air outlet panel. We were even unable to take proper sleep because of noises that every now and then coming out of A/c Unit. On[protected] Local Service Centre Technician attended the machine He changed a part of main unit named: PCB or something and charged us Rs. 1800/- for the same but to my dismay the problem was continued. Then the Technician replaced our Stabilizer with an old one that he brought from somewhere stating that it will manage the current flow.

                                    Now three days back the machine once again stopped working at night. Today, it was attended by the same Local Service Centre technician. He has informed us that the compressor of the machine has been busted and need to be replaced. He has booked the complaint with service center as wide referenced above.

                                    Sir, this is for the second time in a year that the stabilizer of my A/c has been busted. I do not see any reasons why should we suffer because of faulty unit or incapability of your authorized Technician/Mechanic to find out the exact cause of the complains? Why should I be forced to call your Local Service Centre every now and then or why should I be forced to bear with faulty machine. Now I am not prepared to waste my time in waiting for the repairing of my machine any more.

                                    I request you kindly to look into the matter and instruct your Local Service Center Officials to arrange for an immediate replacement of the faulty unit without any further delay, today itself only otherwise I shall be forced to take the matter to the Forum and Internet.

                                      I have purchased LED 40” TV through your dealer M/S Nang Hong Sales & Service Sdn_ Bhd (40025-D) at Nilai, Malaysia during my visit to Malaysia and this TV brought it to Surat, India .This TV Install at my home and registered with your SAMSUNG, India and also call for installation check , since than system working perfectly. Now last 15-20 days when we start TV after 3-4 hrs the 1/3 upper part of TV screen picture appear slightly darker compare to other bottom part, Initially start with light dark (shed) appearance and increase with some dark green lining (top left corner) and duration of this phenomena also increase day by day from 3-8minutes then TV screen /picture normal. So call Samsung Indian counterpart, shown the problem and after investigations your SAMSUNG technical person informed that the problem in panel and it will need to replace .When we inform that this TV is under one year warranty, according to them it can be replaced by Samsung, Malaysia only, as they not having any tie-up with SAMSUNG, Malaysia .if I want to replace here in India The cost of replacement around INR[protected]RM[protected] to pay. It is not possible to send the TV for replacement to Malaysia
                                      I can’t understand the policy of Samsung as the company sale the product almost all over world and also having a sales and service division all over than why they not cover product warrantee.
                                      Presently I have Air-conditioner, Washing Machine, 3 nos. Mobile and planning to by twin door refrigerator of Samsung makes and satisfied with the product and service and also recommend to others but now I feel that if such type of problem faces ,think about the Samsung product before purchase.

                                      Even I had exactly same problem in 1yr 3 months after purchase. I sent my original bill details and request letter and they have promised replacement with 5k charges. But no warranty on the new panel which is worrying me...

                                        Hello,

                                        I brought samsung Galaxy R (GT-I9103) 5 months ago.It has some problem with its speaker system,If earphones are reomved
                                        speaker system goes off,The handsets thinks that earphones are still plugged in.Also the handset hangs sometimes.
                                        I visisted to samsung service center in kalyan and indicated the problem.The fiest time i visited,they have changed the display
                                        panel kit which also includes earphone jack.
                                        The problem still not resolved,again i visited to service center for the same problem now they have changd the mother board but i am
                                        still facing the same problems.
                                        When i tried complaining again they said that issue could be due to faulty earphone ,I changed the earphones but still facing the same problem.
                                        Later when i checked on saome blogs i found that these types of issues are found in almost all Galaxy R handset,may be because of that the production of these
                                        handsets are stopped.Samsung should not have sold these handsets out.here are some sample links of forum.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purchased a Samsung SCH-S379 Mobile Phone from Authorised dealer on 19.09.2010. I am facing problem of regular speech loss at both receiver as well as my end. I complained the same at Samsung Customer Care at Goregaon West, Mumbai. I handed over the instrument to them. My complaint was pretended to be taken care by their Service Engineer Mr.Sudhakar. He made me to visit his centre nearly 5-6 times and at last told problem has been set right. On my complaint about speech loss at receipt counter itself, he told it is Signal Problem. You check up later and then call me on[protected] and report if problem continues. I tried to call him 20 times but all time I got the reply from Reception that he has gone out. He is not at all attending to my complaint.

                                        In Mumbai it is very difficult to go and ****** a person by sitting near office of person and keeping watch at person. I feel there is some serious problem in my handset and they are not taking care of the same properly. Thus, I request your goodself to kindly take severe action against such fraudulent personnel and company who is not able to keep responsible personnels at proper place. I request you to kindly do the best to get my Mobile Handset replaced or repaired in best possible way as earliest.

                                        Samsung India — Faulty Mobile Handset from SAMSUNG

                                        Sir,

                                        Through this email, i would like to bring to your notice about the suffering i have faced because of the Samsung CDMA mobile (MPower 699) which i purchased on 1st Jan 2010 from Reliance Webworld for Rs 6300/-

                                        Since the time i have bought this mobile, i have given it in your service centres for 5 times. I have lost very important data every time i have given it in service centre which has caused me lot of problems. During warranty period also, service centre charged me Rs 280/- without even telling me what they are going to do with that amount.

                                        I have attached the bills and service centre reciept for your knowledge.

                                        In last one year i have visited your service centre for 30 times, 5 time for giving the mobile for repairing and rest 25 times for chasing with them to get my mobile back.

                                        I was forced to buy another mobile because of this problem and by mistake again i bought samsung Guru 559 again from Reliance Webworld for Rs. 2000/- on 27/12/2010 and again same problems, speaker is so bad, speech loss at my and called end and this mobile doesnt work with Ear Phone.

                                        I dont understand how such big brand in market make such type of models where samsung says they care about Customer Satisfaction.

                                        This is a clear cut cheating from SAMSUNG. They must check the quality of goods they sold under their brand. Why we suffer?

                                        How can your customer be satisfied with such service from your side.

                                        I request you to do the best to get my Mobile Handset replaced at earliest and mental agony caused due to deficiency in product and services. .

                                        I have suffered alot and now i am really frustrated and i want to get compensated for all my sufferings, otherwise i will have to go LEGAL.

                                        I have purchased 2 pieces of Samsung Handset Galaxy R from Vijay Sales on 26th Jan at 9pm worth Rs 22800 each, on observation of about 4 days i realised that 1 of the piece has problem i.e. it gets heated on Charging and there is no audio either way sometimes during the call... On realising the Problem i approached the Service Center with the complaint for replacing the piece they just repaired the piece and are not ready to Replace it... since the piece is a fresh piece i insisted on Replacement but they are not entertaining and just swaying me away saying " Call Customer Care" and when i call customer Care they say It has to be done by Service Center only.. They are just making me bounce here n there... I intend to get my phone Replaced.... Please Help..... Since it is a 22.8k Phone i donot want to take a repaired piece if i had to use the repaired piece after paying 22.8k i wud have rather bought a Second Hand peice which wud have come to me for some 10k...
