    9 months After I purchased the phone, my Touchpanel of Nexus S stopped functioning.
    This was APPARENTLY replaced by samsung service centre, khiranagar, Santacruz west on 2nd of april, 2012.
    __> less than 5 months after samsung replaced my touchpanel, it has stopped functioning again.
    When I have contacted the service center - Mr Sujeev Mathew, [Head of service centre as told to me by him], said now the phone is out of warranty period and I will have to pay for the panel.

    So I told him - the touchpanel has hardly lasted 6 months, and this speaks a lot about the quality of products by Samsung, not to mention the atrocious after sales support.

    __> Mr Mathew replied with - "This is a common problem with the Nexus S i9023 model, the touchpanels dont last. Its a technical problem and we cant do anything about it"

    __> Theres nothing much to say after the samsung technician talks of Sub-Standard quality of samsung products.

    My 20,000 rupees worth device is worth nothing in less than 2 years, becuase samsung makes sub-standard devices!

    All I want is a decent explanation of how has the touchPanel not lasted even 6 months after I have gotten it replaced by Samsung. And I am afraid to invest a single rupee on any samsung device after this.

    __> Im open to samsung opening the device and pointing out to me of any water or liquid issues, or physical damages within my phone. there arnt any.

    I work for tech2india.com & we review such products on daily basis. I shall surely mention of my issues with the right people and to the right audience, Comparing after sales services and quality by devices from the Nokia Lumia family, or Sony Xperia devices. never came across a single problem with thos but a Samsung!

      DEAR SIR,,I HAD FIRST TIME PURCHASED THE CELL OF SAMSUNG GALAXY DUOS YOUNG(GT-S6102SKAINS) FROM AN AUTHORISED DEALER OF SAMSUNG MOBILE FROM BARNALA ON 01 SEP 12.
      SUDDENLY VERY NEXT DAY, AFTER GETTING CHARGED THE SCREEN OF THAT CELL WAS BLURRED WITH ONE BLACK SPOT.
      I REPORTED THAT PROB TO THAT DEALER AT SAME DAY.
      BUT MY COMPLAINS WAS NOT ATTENDED PROPERLY.
      AS MY CELL WAS ON GARRANTY PERIOD ALSO.THEY HAD NOT LISTENED MY PROBLEMS..
      AT LAST I HAD TO CHANGE MY SCREEN DISPLAY AT MY OWN COST FROM SAMSUNG AUTHORISED CARE CENTRE..

      I purchased Samsung-GT B7722 moblie worth Rs-11,300/- around 8 months back....
      Rigth from start it has many problems like restart, hang, did not receive the call...
      I already repaired the mobile two times from Samsung Service centre but still problems persists and increasng day by day.....
      please any one can help out with this???
      its been a month since we brought this refrigerator, , just worked for a
      while and is dead, asked for replacement which has not happened till
      date, , did receive replacement couple of days back, , it was a damaged
      product which we did not take delivery, ,

      Samsung call center is PATHETIC, , all they tell is we will call back in
      04 hours which never happened till date, , why is that each time i call
      up i need to tell the entire story, i was never given any reference no
      all they give is my ID ([protected])every time i call up.

        Samsung Corby — lost the Mobile set

        Samsung Corby — Faulty mobile set, harassment by Samsung employees

        My wife purchased a mobile-Samsung Corby in September 2009. The network signals used to disppear in between but, we thought initially, it was network problem with service provider. However, when the problem persisted, we went to Samsung Service Centre in Atta Market NOIDA in mid october. The service enginner there did something to the mobile and gave us back saying that some connectiion was loose and it was corrected.
        The Problem persisted and after two such meetings with the service engineers, finally on 12th november 2009, they had taken the mobile for repair. Then our worst story started. Every day the service engineer used to tell us that the mobile needed some more work so it has been sent to delhi. Once he said that you go to Gurgaon, you will get it from one Mr. Inder. Then once they said that it will take 15 days in reaching from Ghaziabad to NOIDA so better you go there and collect. It was our misfortune that we went to the three places and retuned empty handed. After making more than 150 calls and meeting people in their Ghaziabad, Gurgaon and Bhikaji Kama Place service centres, out mobile was located again in NOIDA service centre on 11 February 2010. Then I threatened them of going to consumer court so they gave us the so called repaired mobile on 12th Feb 2010. But it did not work. The mobile was given again on assurance of Mr. Manav (supposedly the boss of Samsung Service Centres in NCR region) to the NOIDA service centre.
        Now a new story of replacing some chip started. Mr. Manav said that this chip comes only from Korea and presently the Korean office is not taking any request due to high demand and low production of this chip. Then we requested them to give our money back. They said You can take money in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks (last week of February) they said that the company is sending the chip and it will be repaired and given to you by one week. This way they kept on telling us 1 week for almost one month. Finally on 28th march, when they did not give the phone, I had to go to NOIDA service centre, shouted on all people there. I met few more people like me at that place. Then I threatened them of police complain of freud then they agreed to process my request for refund. At this time only I got the true information about how the refund has to be claimed from this company.
        We filled up two forms and we were promised to provide the cheque in 2-3 days. But when it did not come for 7 days, I had to threaten the service engineer and Mr. manav both of police action. I used the name of my friend in police to threaten them. Even I said that I will get your service centre sealed by police then they started processing my request.
        Now to my surprise, they had lost all papers i had submitted earlier. ll forms were filled again, the copy of bill was given again and finally I got the cheque on 5th May.
        My humble rquest to all readers of this is that please be frim and use threatening language to the service centre people then only they work. Else they are cheating people.
        I also came across few people on other blog that after following such incidents with their movbiles they did not go back.
        I am sure that the nexus between various people working there is making huge money by swindling, misguiding and cheating people.

          Hi,

          I have been a great fan of Samsung Mobiles since beginning. I have always purchased the latest flagship devices that Samsung has released. I have got Galaxy S, Galaxy SII and recently when samsung released Galaxy SIII I purchased it within a week of the launch. I purchased Galaxy SIII on 18th of June 2012. Everything was runnin smooth untill 4th of Spetember. The phone started rebooting from the welcome screen itself. Upon contacting the service center I was informed that it is a software issue and they reinstalled the software. Still the problem persisted. Next day when I contacted Service center they opened up my phone and checked and informed me that the mother board needs to be replaced with some IC's and other stuff. This genuinely is a shock to me. Having purchased a phone of 40000 Rs. and in less than 3 months it needs replacement of the very core components of the device ...!!!!
          THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME...
          I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THE DEVICE ASAP...
          I CANNOT STAND THE FACT THAT MY PHONE WHICH IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OLD HAS TO GET A MOTHER BOARD AND OTHER CORE COMPONENTS REPLACED...

          There is no satisfactory response from samsung delhi center as well. I have seen a hunderd forums where samsung has replaced the device in ncase if faulty appliance. Why does Samsung India have a different policy than the rest of the world.

          I would request you to kindly replace the device ASAP as this has been a completely surprising and frustrating experience.

          I am loosing my trust in Samsung which has been my favorite for years.

          Expecting a very prompt and positive response or I will have to resort to the consumer forums for the help.

            Hi My name is "Jagan Mohan Raju" and the complaint number with Samsung customer care is [protected]. I bought 40" LED television and the LED kit went bad within year which is unacceptable , it also means that the TV I purchased is defective. Initially I spoke with many people by calling the Samsung customer care on [protected].. spoke with customer service reps like faisal etc it is huge list....... lastly today on 6th of September 2012 I spoke with Raja the supervisor and asked him to replace the TV since LED kit replacement was not good option, he told that he will check with bthe manager and get back to me and never called as promised so I called back and spoke with another supervisor called "Kamlesh" he told the same thing but did call me back after 10minutes and conferenced the call with service technician (onsite) at Hyderabad whose name was Mirza who is Team Leader. Being a team leader he is supposed to be as knowledge as onsite tech and need to know atleast how LED technology works , when asked hje said that he will only repair the TV as per warranty. Explained him that replacing LED kit will make the Tv shapeless and no idea how long it would sustain he was very rude and stated if I want he will repair it. It is 40" TV where I spent 50000RS and don't expect the LED screen to go bad within year.
            The Biggest mistake in my life I did is purchasing Samsung Tv where I spent all my savings and its defective TV. now they say even though it is so we can only repair it.

              Dat concern

              I Tarun singh purchased the tab2 on 14 Aug .
              For the first few days i was able to open d polaris office application but now days i am not able to open that. As i click on polaris office application it's show full screen polaris office application and then by it self come back to d main menu . I'm trying to open that but of no use .
              Please help me to sort out the problem.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I bought a Samsung smartphone GT-I9003 with S/L No: RV3B459288E. IMEI No: 356107/04/399703/3 on 25/06/2011 from Spice Retail Ltd. 32, D P S Road, Kolkata-33, vide Invoice no.[protected].
                  From that day till today i have visited 3 samsung service center accross Kolkata for repairing of the phone with the same problem of touchpad & frequent software problem. I have been assured by the respective service centres that all my problems were rectified and necessary parts were replaced, all the three times. But after every 2 months again I am facing the same problem and now the phone is not opening it just stops after showing the samsung logo. Now I am just fedup of this phone and it has also crossed the warranty now. as during warranty whenever I had deposited my phone, they keep the phone and then say after few days that all the problems have been rectified. It works fine for 2 or 3 months and then the same problem arises. Its been 4th time and now the warranty is also over and I need the replacement of the set as I claim that the above set sold to me was a disputed one.

[protected]. all customer executives doing time pass, only they send four engineers ( Mr. Ankur Jain- [protected], Mr. Sachin- [protected], Mr. Vijay- [protected] and other is a very old man has no mobile...

                    Hi,

                    I purchase samsung mobile,model no GT-C3322 on July 2012.It got front and back speaker problem and i gave it to E Mag-Samsung Mobile Authorised Service Center(Marathathalli,Bangalore) for servicing on 11th Aug 2012. They said it will be done within 3 working days but today its 5th Sept, they not yet delivered it.
                    I contacted them more then 10 times,those shameless people every time ask for some more time.

                    Their should be some plenty for such type of centers.

                    I will suggest people to avoid E Mag solution.

                      My son working in the INDIAN NAVY had purchased a Samsung LED TV 5months before from INDONESIA and in his absence(presently sailing),it has come to my notice that the TV is having a failure of certain lines on its LED screen as shown in the pictures i have attached with.So i wish to get it repaired as it is withing the warranty period.

                      Please guide me in the process as im unaware of what to do.

                          Hello All,

                          I have got samsung galaxy s advance & have been using the same since a month. The major issue with the fone (which almost all must have awared by now) is losing mobile network connectivity which is any fone's primary task. I am facing the same problem since day 1. Samsung isnot providing any update on the issue. If at all there is any software level or hardware level issue, some update must be circulated by the company, or else samsung will lose customers & Customer may end up switching to different band handset. Any customer can not wait too long as far as this issue with the fone is concerned. I miss many important calls/SMS due to this.

                          Samsung should tell me now how long i should wait??? Will samsung provide me replacement against the defective piece considering defective hardware as was ensured to my colleague (who was also vicitm just like i do for the fone) by samsung care service center. Initially, they weren't ready, when problem wasn't resolved even after replacement of the motherboard of the fone, samsung got ready for provideing refund to my collegue..

                          Samsung should take the cases from many other such customers like me who are facing the issue on topmost priority. This is very nice fone considering price etc but due to this issue, it's useless. I like samsung brand but I will have switch to different brand. If samsung don't do needful at the earliest as the issue is such, i cant wait tool long, there is no alternative but to change the handset & brand of course.

                          Hello,

                          I just bought New Samsung Galaxy S Advance on 26th September, 2012 from Sikar, Rajasthan and I had an Network issue from the day one. The network signal vanishes after some time and then I need to restart the handset to get the signal again. At first i thought it might be due to fault in my sim card but after getting same problem for a week. On 3rd October, 2012, I went to Customer care center, they updated my version and told me that your problem is fixed but the same evening i had the problem again on my device. Again i went to Customer care on 7 October, 2012. They again updated my device and send me back saying that we have checked and verified that there is no problem now. But to the surprise the problem was still there.
                          Now, after going to Samsung Care today i.e. 9th October, 2012 . They took my phone and told me that they will replace the Motherboard of the device and will return it after a week or so. If i ask that if there is guarantee that they will solve the issue with motherboard replacement they humiliated me about it and further added there is no guarantee of live man, how can one guarantee about electronic device.
                          Sir, the casual attitude of your customer care representatives has further irritated me . I feel there is no point of spending Rs 20, 000 for a Phone which you need to be repaired within a week of buying. The Charm of getting new phone is completely lost and i feel really cheated and disappointed by this product . Please issue me a refund or replace my handset.

                            After complaining several times,continuously from 18th of August, there is no RESULT coming out to change our refrigerator,which is having color defect as well as DENT on side wall.
                            there is no communication between SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE and its DEALERS.

                            as a Customer we are getting thrown from customer care representative to DEALER.

                            Dealer is not changing refrigerator,where customer care representative says that You have to Co-ordinate with them only..!!!!!!

                            WORST AFTER SALES HELP(EVEN IN DEFECTED PIECE FROM COMPANY ITSELF)...

                            NO RESULTS AFTER 15 DAYS FROM COMPLAIN.!!!!!!!

                            I purchased a Samsung LCD TV model Ua32h5500 from Dealer
                            Aarco One, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 02.11.2015.

                            I was promised in writing a Skype Camera as free gift with this purchase. I have visited dealer several times but dealer is neither giving me the camera nor any convincing reply in this regard. Every time he says the gift has not come from company yet. I request you look into the matter and arrange to deliver the gift to at the earliest.
                            I had purchased a Samsung Tab A7 T505 from Rekha Electronics&mobile, Opp. ICICI Bank, Main Road, Ranchi on 20th December, 2020. A while after installing the device, I noticed some malfunctioning in its touch sensibility. This problem increased gradually with usage of the device. Some parts of the screen were very difficult to operate;the notification bar could not be scrolled down very smoothly. Ultimately, it became very difficult and annoying to operate the tablet.
                            On complaining the issue to the dealer, I was told to approach the Samsung Service Centre. It is so disappointing that even after paying such a decent amount and buying from such a reputed Company, I have to run after the Service centres within a month of purchase.
                            I would like you to look into this matter and provide me with some appropriate and effective solution.
                            This was not at all expected from Samsung. I guess, now we need to think twice before choosing Samsung over others.

                              I bought a samsung mobile from reliance time out located in cannigham road,bangalore.The phone is hardly a month old and it is giving me major problems (not charging,usb port does not work,hanging). I have given it for service twice at the samsung service centre in infantry road,however the the problem has still not been rectified.When i asked for a DO certificate the contact person Mr Shashi refused to give it to me.The reliance store i bought it from is ready to exchange my phone provided I have the DO certifacate.So kindly help me out with the same.

                                i order Cell phone on Samsung Estore on 23-Aug-12 and after i got my phone it stop chargeing 95 % i go to service center they update software and replace battery but still problem was same finaly they make DOA Certificate on 31-Aug-12 . and 10 people are there with same handset with same problem that meansthis model has some serious problem . i call samsung and ask for refund but they only want to change the . but if this moel is defective then i dont need this phone i want my money back.

                                  I BOUGHT REFRIGERATOR ON 17.05.2012 FROM KUMAR ELECTRONICS, BEGUSARAI. THE REFRIGERATOR BECAME OUT OF ORDER ON 7TH DAY ITSELF I.E. 25.05.2012. WE ASKED HIM TO REPLACE THE REFRIGERATOR, BUT NO ONE AGREEED TO REPLACE. THE DEALER SAID IT IS COMPANY MATTER, PLZ DEAL WITH SAMSUNG. COMPLAINT WAS LODGED. THE REFRIGERATOR COULD BE RESTORED ON 02.06.2012. THEREAFTER IT WENT ON BREKDOWN FOR THREE MORE TIMES. THE AFTER SALES MANAGER SOITTING AT PATNA ASSURED VERBALLY OVER PHONE IF THE REFRIGERATOR IS BREAKDOWN SECOND TIME , HE WILL REPLACE IMMEDIATELY. HOW EVER THEY KEEP ON REPLACING THE SPARE PARTS. PRESENTLY THE REFRIGERATOR IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE 17.08.2012. NO REPLY HAS BEEN RECIEVED AS ON DATE DATE DESPITE OF COMPLAINT LODGED.

                                  PLZ ARRANG TO REFUND RS 23000/- PAID TO DEALER.

                                  Samsung India — Breakdown of refrigerator

                                  We have a samsung fridge model No. 32 EMA/EMB.

                                  In the month of january the heater for defrosting was changed by the authorised service center Sima Service of kolkata.

                                  Since then the fridge is stopping to cool every seven to days. It has stopped functioning for the fifth time in last one month. Every time the Service Engineer comes and cleans the ice and assures that it will not happen again. But the same thing happens again with a few days.

                                  Now the Service Center is saying that they will have to take the fridge to their workshop.

                                  But, we are very sure that the malfunctioning is occurring due to installation of spurious spares by the service center.

                                  Now who will bear the extra cost of transporting the fridge to their workshop and return and also the huge bill for service charges and spares they will make.

                                  Samsung india should take appropriate action and assure that these service centers should stop using duplicate parts and create trouble for the customers. They should also arrange for the earliest replacement of the same free of cost.

                                  I purchased samsung refrigerator in the nearest showroom. Now after one year passed, the freezer door got stucked in the summer. It was very tight and while i tried to open it slightly cracked the freezed door's lock. Now after complaint the the serivce man took a personal interview of the freezer and confirmed the problem will be sorted in the next seven days. Now it is 9th day and i have no response from them. Hope you will take the initiative in solving this issue, I am handling the freezer v.carefully and the mistake is not from my side.

                                    Sir I am raman an employee in it company . i belongs to himachal pradesh.and i am new in punjab .and i purchase a mobile of samsung star duos star 3 and its actaul cost in internet is 5100 and in samsung e store is 5340.

                                    but a a franchise holder of samsung named as MITTAL ELECTRONICS from main market pathankot ph no.[protected],[protected].
                                    i purchase my mobile from this shop and he gave me this mobile in 5700 .and next day my friend told me that its original cost is very low.then i confirmed the cost of this mobile from other shops then other dealer told me the starting price of rs. 5200. sir a big diffrence is there.simply that dealer looted me i am a new samsung customer thats why i have no information regarding samsung cell.
                                    And this type of things directly put the image of samsung a big brand at lower position.

                                    Please Do something in my favour as soon as possible
