Meself Ravindra Vaishnao purchased SAMSUNG Handset from Spice Retail Ltd. situated at Shop No. 6, 110-B, Krishna Plaza Garh Road Meerut at 19th August 2012 and within 30 days from the purchase of that Handset the handset is creating problem as the speaker sound is automatically shut off may be speaker of handset was crashed or something else any whatever it is but the retail shop employees are not interested to listen complaint...

I am having issue with my Samsung mobile handset (Galaxy R) from day I purchased it. I visited Samsung service centre many times but I am not getting proper resolution for my handset. I am fed up by there service & promises they done with me. Please help for registering a complaint against them so that other customers not suffer as I do.

Also they said they will change the mother board but...

My new Samsung C3222 Mobile with IMEI #:[protected] was stolen on 02-june-12, friday at 8:00 PM. The Service Provider was docomo. The incident took place when i was trying to board the G3 bus, from the Bus stop at Brigade Road Signal (Starting Point). Since the date of purchase, I have been facing a lot of problems with the mobile handset. This is for the 6th time; I have given the mobile to Samsung Service Center to get the things rectified.

I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split AC in the month of April 2012. Till then i have experiencing problems with the AC.
My AC would have hardly worked for 10 days.I have raised a complaint with the customer care for the second time in last 3 months. I had raised the second complaint before one month and till now my complaint was not looked into.

i have take the mobile to samsung service center where the technician is claiming that the mobile has got in contact with water, i have asked for the proof but telling it has dried. there is no chance of entering the water in the mobile, and finally the service center technician is telling the part has got rusted, if water enters how could it get dried and how could the part get rusted so soon, he is deaning to replace the part with free...

My samsung GT-I9003 worked fine for 1 year 4 months. Now the screen stopped responding. If I connect the charger, it works fine. I took it to the service centre and they have replaced the connector but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. They have mentioned that they need to replace the screen for a cost of Rs. 5000/-. If this is the quality of samsung products, I will never buy them again! Looks like their products are designed...

This is a formal escalation regarding the complaint that I had registered for my product - Samsung Galaxy S2 that I had brought on 12 June 2011. During the course of one year when my phone was under warranty, I had no issues with the phone. Rather, the updates / changes that I made to the phone had no substantial way in the way I used the phone and I did not experience many issues with the phone.

Am SHODH from Bangalore. I purchased new phone Samsung galaxy S3 on 3rd Aug 2012 (Friday). Model no GT-19300RWDINU IMEI- [protected]. I had purchaed a Samsung LED TV last year in September. It started giving problem in December. Top right corner of TV started blinking and slowly it turned Black. I launched a complain in January and till date issue is not resolved. Now they are claiming that TV was purchased in July and Its out of waranty and I wll have to bare the cost of repairing (Rs. 26,000). I HAD PURCHASED ONE SAMSUNG D/DOOR F/FREE REGRIGERATOR ON MAY, 2011. FROM 6TH AUGOST 2012 IT WAS NOT WORKING. I LODGED A COMPLAIN TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE ON THE SAME DAY. I purchased Samsung Lcd TV(Model: LA22A450C1 ) but when i start its Display works after 10 to 15 minutes, When I power on the TV, the volume is disturbing for some time then it will OK.

Kindly resolve my problem asap.
