Dear Sir(s),

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note N700 set on 04/06/2012, After 3 month the phone stopped identifying the SIM card, Upon contacting the Authorized service center (Union Group) In Heliopolis, They advised that the SIM house needs to be changed & that it should take from 3 to 7 working days. I submitted my phone on 13/09/2012 Service receipt number " WJ12090602 " & was advised to call back in 3 days to check the status of my phone through the customer care hotline.
Now it's been almost 10 days & each time I call the customer care line they tell me that they are waiting for Samsung to provide them with the requested spare part & that they have NO idea when this will be fulfilled !!
I requested many times to talk to the customer care unit manager or a any other Authorized staff member & each time they tell me Sorry they are in constant meetings !!!
I donno who to contact or what to do regarding this issue. Your help regarding this is highly appreciated.

    I Purchased a “SAMSUNG GALAXY Y DUOS LITE” on 19.09.2012 for Rs.6790/- . The Samsung dealer informed me that there is a offer of Free 1GB/ month for 6 months on Reliance 3G, looking on that offer I have purchased the mobile, but the Samsung company cheated me in support of Reliance by informing / advertising about the same offer as I have visited the Reliance showroom to activate the same offer, the Reliance officials informed me that this offer in not valid in Hyderabad, due to which I have suffer loss of Rs. 750/- on 3G Service pack for the period of 6 months.

    The TRAI and the concern department should take action against the such wrong practice by the well known Samsung company. The Samsung company should reimburse me Rs.750/- towards this offer and should also take back such offer which is not applicable.

    Samsung — Service Pack Not Offered

    This is a complaint against Hot Spot Store in Faridabad ,Sector 15.
    I had purchased a Samsung Mobile phone hardly 2 months back on 30th May'10 & now it is giving problem with full key pad.

    The Store Manager Govind (91-[protected]) is showing irresponsibility for this.He is clearly saying that we can not help out in any case.And not even ready to provide any solution regarding this.

    I suggest not to purchase any cell phone from this store specially.

    He is not having adequates to talk with customer.

    If you can help me any how please suggest.

      I bought Samsung Mobile phone model : Wave 5253 with 2 years extended warranty from CROMA, Canuaght Place Delhi (Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] on 02 Oct 2011.

      In May 2012, we faced mobile charging problem which was rectified by Samsung via. Croma , Del Odeon, New Delhi.

      In July 2012 the mobile was unable to communicate, we went to Croma, Rajouri Garden, the mobile problems were partly rectified. We again deposited the mobile phone to Croma, Rajouri garden on 13 August 2012 and till date whenever we went to collect the phone, they tried to return the mobile with same problem. They dont even checked the phone at their end and the Customer care lady talks with irresponsibility.

      We request you to kindly register the case and help us by sorting out the issue.

          I purchased my new samsung galaxy s2 mobile on 26/5/12.
          I am suffuring from dusting problem of front camera of it.
          I already visited at samsung service center many times.
          But they fails to solve my problem permanently.

          Now company said that these is not a technical problem so we are not given you warreny about it.

          So please give me right suggestion about it.
          Coz i want to sue against these company.

            I am having a samsung phone Model (GT-S8530) its in warranty period. and i have a very minor problem in it, (volume key not working), i submitted it in samsung service center. and after three days they replied me that my phone have the problem of its mother board. n they return my phone with the following problem, Volume key not working, Vibration not working, Memory card slot not supporting. and they are saying that these all problem are due to mother board. n then i again submitted it to the same service center for changing the mother board, but they are replying me the same answer daily that we had ordered the board but its not coming by the company's end. i have submitted my phone on 11-sep-2012 and today is 20-sep-2012. and still i m getting the same answer.
            please take any action for my complaint asap.

              I have purchased SAMSUNG LCD TV, 40 inches (Model no. LA40B5501) in the month of September 2009.This product of Samsung comes with a warranty of one year.

              SAMSUNG has cheated me right from the date of purchase by supplying “Defective LCD TV”.

              This is evident from the fact that within few months of purchase the MOTHERBOARD of the LCD-TV stopped working and after taking up the matter repeatedly with the service centre it was replaced with a new one.

              However, Real flavour of buying Samsung TV was yet to be seen. First, its circuit got damaged then its remote had issues and to get them repaired, I’ve spent my hard earned money only because Samsung has supplied me the defective product.

              Now the biggest part, "the LCD screen" started showing its true colors which are nothing but the negative like images i.e. to say whatever we see in SAMSUNG LCD TV, because of expertise of SAMSUNG it is seen with a perfect blend of black color.

              After this latest problem started, I again took it to the service centre of SAMSUNG and was informed that the estimated cost to replace the LCD screen in INR 25000/-

              Wow, I am amazed by the Business Model, SAMSUNG has designed to cheat the innocent customers, they overall realize double the amount of MRP through the route of service on their Products because they have designed their products in such a way that all the major parts of the product start getting non-performing/ineffective at the end of warranty period so that through the route of customer service centre the customer pays for all the parts again.

              In my case I was lucky, at-least the motherboard got damaged in warranty period so I saved few bucks otherwise the cost would be like, initial cost 57,000/- then for the motherboard, then for the circuit, then for the remote and now for the LCD screen. Overall the total cost would land up somewhere around INR 1,14,000/-

              I have purchased SAMSUNG LCD-TV and one of the reason behind buying was the competitive pricing of SAMSUNG product but I being the innocent buyer could not realize the master game plan of being trapped by SAMSUNG.

              This is to highlight that an innocent consumer should be saved of the pain o[censored]sing such Defective Product/BRAND. Even if there is some technical error, I believe it can be resolved. I expect from Brand Samsung to resolve this issue in best manner possible to set an example for the consumer at large and prove themselves.

              Keenly waiting for resolution of the issue.

              Samsung india LCD TV — faulty Parts

              I purchased a Samsung LCD tv pf 32 Inches just one year back. With in this period it was repaired three times because of some poor parts of the TV i.e. Mother Board etc. I am expecting company should change my tv. KIndly help.

              I have purchased one LCD From Surindra Radios Authorised 32 inch Model 32C480 on 22nd October after observing i found LCD is making hefty Humming Noise and made complaint to Samsung After there Engineer visit . Engineer Acknowledged this mistake is Manufacturing Defect and Connot Rectified without replacement of LCD But after 3 days follow up nobody from COmpany side. And Nobody is taking responsibility to Change the LCD TV as i have purchased as a gift to family on Diwali . But it is know a tension for us at Home Kindly Suggest what should further Course of action for me.

                  My Samsung Refrigerator is not cooling from the last few weeks. When we increase power defrost a sound is coming from within the freezer. Please do the needful. Contact: [protected]
                  yesterday( may 11, 2009) at around noon time, we had called the service centre on thier toll free number regarding no cooling by the fridge. we were told that the charges will be Rs 300 and 10.36 % tax. the mechanic wil come before 2030 hrs or will call. however, there was neither a call nor the visit by the mechanic. till this afternoon ( around 1630 hrs) there is no communicAtion from the comapnay. what kind of service is this? is there any way the company can be penalised? consumers are taken for a ride by these reputed companies.

                      Samsung Cell Phone — Cell phone not charging

                      I bought a SamsungCell model SGH-C-170 after using for a year, it got a problem of not charging properly. This continued for a period of 2-3 months and it suddenly stopped charging, with the result I cannot use the cell phone. Duribng this period its Headphone stopped working and the Charger also gone dead.

                      Upon contacting the Authoirised Serrvice Centre of Samgsung at Indore, afater necessary inspection by the technical person, an estimate was given to me for Rs.700/ for getting the instrument repaired. It was further confirmed that the instrument is being sent to Mumbai and if the repairing cost is more than 00/-, they will inform the approximate estimate for repairs and once the party confirms, they will proceed further to carry out the repairs.

                      In my case, i placed the wor order where the estimate was Rs.700/-. It was lodged on 22, 09.08. I was told to contact them after a month. I contacated them on 23.10.08 when I was told that it has not yet come from their office in Mumbai. Thereafter every 3 days I repeatedly contacated them and I was told that the courier has come on Saturday the 1st November and I can take dellivery of the same on 3rd Nov.; Upon that I contacated them today the 4th November when I was startled tosee that the instrument has not been repaired and they showed an estimate of 2300/- which is more than the cost of a new instrument of that make and model.

                      It is surprising that for one month what they have been doing and I have my own doubts that they must have removed the improtant working parts of this cell phone and have returned a dubba ( empty phone). Besdies its cover was in broken condition.

                      The behaviour of the person at athe Customer care centre was rude as if the consumer had gone to his place for begging. He during the period f one month never said that the estimate is over and wanted written confirmation and now he wants a confirmation. Why should a person spent money far in excess of the actual cost, otherwise he may be an ecentric.

                        when i go for upgrade my s2 to android 2.3 to 4 they upgrade it, after 1 hour when i receive a call the phone gone dead.before upgrade i ask them is there any problem after upgrade?they said it is their own risk ,but after dead they said it is your risk and the mother board will change.i said ok i will repair,when i gave my original bill and when i went to care after six days they opened my set and said this is water damage.what is this?the first day they said dead after four days is it gone to water damage?how is it possible.these days my set was there.i think they changed my board .resolve my problem and i want my set at on condition.other wise i will case in consumer in the name of samsung and give it a forgery case to media.

                          My LCD TV which is just 20 months old started giving inverted image. On 13 Sep, I made first complaint at call center at 1100hrs. I was told, service center person will come and make visit by 2000hrs the same evening. Then again I called up on 14 Sep. I was told that some will visit by 1430 hrs. Since then I have been calling Samsung call center and speaking to supervisor who only rattle out same story like parrots with NO ACTION. Even today i.e. 17 Sept, I spoke to a supervisor named Vivek who like a good call center person only has promised to forward my complaint to service center.
                          The services of Samsung appear to be worst than GOVERNMENT OFFICES.
                          I will strongly recommend to every person I know NOT to buy Samsung products.
                          I have only wasted man hours calling and waiting for service person from Samsung at home.

                            With great excitement and expectations I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy ACE Plus mobile hand set on 28/8/12 (with model No GT-7500 & IMEI No. 352569/05/084462/8) from the dealer, M/s Mobily, Statue, Trivandrum. I purchased this model after seeking opinions from my friends & colleagues.

                            Unfortunately the very next day itself I noticed that the handset was automatically switched to silent mode during incoming call alert, also the set was getting switched off automatically while attending phone call even though the battery is fully charged. The handset was getting overheat even during idle mode.

                            I contacted the customer Care of Samsung via the toll free number[protected] and booked a complaint (No.[protected]). They provided me the contact address of Authorized Service centre of Samsung at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam which is nearer to my residence. I produced the handset before them, and they confirmed that handset had some hardware problem in the circuit. The service centre had also registered a complaint (No. [protected]).

                            I also approached the dealer from where I purchased the unit and demanded to replace the set. They informed that replacement is permitted only if the complaint is registered within 4 days from the date of purchase. I explained them that I was not briefed about this policy of company regarding replacement (4 days) is not mentioned any where in the warranty card.

                            As the complaint detected was the problem with hardware and circuit it is not anything caused by misuse of handset by myself

Today while shopping in Sunday Market (Station Road) Bhayander West, due to heavy rush and traffic my mobile was stolen/picked by someone from my shirt pocket.                                 i bought one galaxy tab2 p3100 and was instructed to log on to the official website to get free bluetooth set that the company has been advertising. i did the same and got reference no.55E-16044. it said i would get bluetooth set within weeks. after two weeks i got a mail saying my claim has been rejected, without any explanation. i mailed back twice inquiring the reason but there was no reply. this negligence cannot be tolerated. do something or i m moving to the consumer court soon.

                                  i hve purchased samsung gtb 5310 ,6 month ago my bluetooth is not working properly i can send the data but when it comes on data recieving it doesnot recieve .i hve check all the settings but it doesnot work what can i do for that .previously i was using samsung c-3220 i hve face same problm i m not satisfied wid samsung and i will suggest people to donot purchase samsung mobiles.

                                    I bought Samsung Galaxy fit GT-S5670 an year ago with android version 2.3.4.I was assured that it was upgradable to higher versions.With ICS rolling out for other phones, Samsung has stopped the update for my phone to 2.3.6.Why is it so?...We are in dire need o[censored]pdates..Why the heck are you stopping at 2.3.6.If it was your idea, you could have denoted in phone specifications.I would have bought some other upgradable phone at this same rate.....Do reply or comment.

                                      Samsung tv are totally unreliable tv to buy. I had purchased an LCD around 3-4 years back which was one of the most advanced LCD tv. It screen has totally damaged and show picture in negative. When you contact samsung they say it would cost approx 24000. After lot of persuation they say in winning tone that it would cost not less than 17000. You don't have any option. I think they want to make a major money in repair as they prefer to give inferior product so that the customer get stuck and have to pay another[protected] in next 3-4 years. I had bought another LCD from phillips which is even older but is running very fine. But samsung which was the one of the most modern version is not able to stay longer. I have heard that lot of samsung tvs are not correct as per indian electricity conditions. When I tried to tell the samsung guy rs 17000 is very big amount for a tv which is just 3-4 years old he told with a confident beaming voice " sir you have nothing to bother, see the other guy who bought an led just last year and his display started getting problems and see his bill he has already paid 18000 just after one year so it is not a big thing if you need to pay after 3-4 years." Then he showed me a repair bill of around 18000 of some other guy who bought an led just approx a year back. Poor fellow! tv is supposed to be a long partner in an india houselhold but samsung does not believe it. They are ok if their tv somehow run for more than 1 years and are happy to give you an efficient service with every visit of a samsung guy at rs 675 a visit of an electrician visiting you and telling that you will need to pay 17000 for a display screen! when I told the guy that I am not satisified with such costly solution then he told that he will get back. After that I got some calls from their call center whether my issue is resolved and I mentioned that not it is not yet and I need reasonable option. They told they will get back and now even the call center has stopped calling.

                                        nd is cell ko mai 1 week hi chala paya,. then isme problems start hone lagi... service centre visit kiya to pehle software k liye kai service centre me pareshan hona pada fir kanpur k service centre me Software kiya gya then bola gya k apki problms resolve ho jayegi.. jabki pehle jo problm thi wo DATA MODE active hone par screen lock kar di agar to network chale (drop) jate the.....
                                        Software hone k baad or kai sari problem badh gyi jaise ki battary not store on charging,, Hanging, Switch of karne k bad automaticly on hona,No Network covrage etc....
                                        then service centre se btaya gya k apke cell ka boad change hoga tab sari prblms resolve ho jayegi to maine Samsung help line me call ki or Replacement ki request ki nd service centre k manager se bhi baat ki 2no ne bola k mobile replace nhi ho payega but apki problem solve kar di jayegi... maine firse 1 week k liye mobile service centre me submit kar diya...
                                        call karke repair status pta karne k baad jab mai 1 week k baad service centre gya jo mera new cell without any scratch or without pysicaly damage tha.. wahi mobile mujhe service centre se danage mila or cosmatics me scratches mile to maine cell ko collect nhi kiya help line number par call ki or firse bat ki to response ye mila k mera cell repair karke diya jayega jo screen damage thi wo change karke di jayegi but jo scrachis agaye uska wo kuch nhi kar sakte...
                                        but Sir i want replacement or Refund my ammount bcoz i have faced lots of problem so now i cant accept that my mobile..
                                        i have lost my 23000 rupees.. :-( ;-(
