i have bought the mobile on 3-1-2012 . now i am not satisfied with the function of touch screen which is not feather touch anymore, experiencing lag on the touch fuction . Now i want to rectify the problem ,and suggest me a best samsung service centre near my home town!

    with this I would like to Inform you that Last year on 28th of March 2011 I have purchase Samsung LCD 32' from Parth Electronics,4-Narottam Complex, Bhuyangdev Char Rasta, Sola Road, Ahmedabad. Ph:[protected],[protected]. Bill No. is 1484. Model NO. is LBFT3DG, 400419. But since last 7 months I am facing the problem in Sansor & Panel. I have previously complained to Samsung & they have told that The purchase of this lcd is Not from India & They are sure that the Parth Electonics Must not have the purchase bill of the same. So it is not come in Warrany. So I feel that the owner of Parth Electonics, Mr. Vasu Patel have made frod & chitting to me, So please look in to this matter urgently

      I HAVE PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG MOBLE MODEL NO GT - S 8530 ( SAMSUNG WAVE 2) IN 9 MONTHS BACL APPOXIMETLY.
      FROM INITIAL TIME IT HAS A HEATING PROBLEM. I SEND IT TO THE SEVICE CENTER STILL IT HAS SAMA PROBLEM.
      ITS HEATING EFFECT IS SO HIGH WILE CHARGING AND WHEN I CONNECT TO INTERNET. IT CAN BRUST AT ANY TIME & CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEM.

        I am Mr Loknath Maharana, presently residing in colaba Mumbai.Since one and half month my fridge has been suffering from a technical glitch.Its upper chamber is not cooling.Needless to say i have put up complain at the samsung customer care service center at least 05 - 06 times. although their technicians/engineers have been attending the problem the problem still persists.i have been repeatedly calling the samsung customer care people.but till now they have been giving me false promises that it will become all right...but the fact of the matter is that it has been continuing since last one and a half month.My complain reg no is [protected].the technicians who have attended are Mr Nitin, Mr Suhas, Mr pradeep.I have been suffering a lot because of this problem apart from my food items perishing.I would request you to kindly consider my case and take some action against the samsung service as to their technical competence requiring bit o[censored]pgradation.

          i had purchased a new samsung galaxys 19003 on 2nd march, i have a hang problem in this set. when ever i use skype or when i listen music in it the mobile get switvh off automatically and restart, i am really very much depressed of it, i had used nokia s mobiles but never had faced such problems this was my first time when i had purchased this samsung mobile and it has made be very dissapointed.
          i will be very glad if you help me to solve my problem otherwise i will not have any other option going to the consumer court.

              I am Ravi kumar from delhi. I would like to bring to your notice that after the upgardation of my Samsung Galaxy Ace moblie from Android version 2.3.4 to Android 2.3.6, its music player has stopped supporting Tubemate(App on android market) converted MP3 files. However the same Application was functioning properly with android version 2.3.4.
              I would like to request you to look into the issue and provide its resolution as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased a Samsung LED TV 46'' from Kohinoor Electronic Dadar Mumbai on 3rd.July 2009, since last three month I am after there technician to get the defect rectified as on opening the TV set there are vertical line on the TV screen, Know he says the Panel of the TV has to be replaced and it would cost rupees 50000/- as it out of Warranty, I have contacted all there call centers and even Emailed my compliant to there office in Korea but in vain , I just cannot understand how a TV panel can turn defective in just a span of less than three years,This Model is there Top of the line and even costed me a Lot of Money

                    Samsung sucks..Lesson for you, never buy any product from these copy cats again - glad that Apple screwed them. I've the same problem with my LED 46"- hardly 15 months old. Guess what I'm not going to spend around 50K on panel. Better to throw it in the dustbin, because the technician was saying that the warranty on the new panel will be just 1 month. I've learned my lesson, now it's your turn bro.

                        This is to state that I, Shubha user of Samsung Star II - S5263 mobile (IMEI No.: 357125/04/084921/2) since[protected], it been very bad experience with employ who associated with Samsung Mobile (Mobile World), it been three time I took my mobile to service centre, as per there saying the problem which I came across is common among all Samsung Phones.

                        Interaction with one of the Samsung Employee Mr. Raj Kamal (Manager - Mobile World) is one of my pathetic situation which I never come across. He was very rude when I talk. As per his sayings he cannot solve the problem and convicted that there so many such cases.

                        Moral of the Story is Samsung Customer Care Service Employers are not Customer Service.

                          i Mohit Kankaria had puchased a samsung SGH B200 on 8/2/2012 and on 3/4/2012 phone network not working then i took my phone to samsung service centre(we care), sector 8, rohini, delhi and they said there's a software problem in your phone and its imei no. got erased they took my phone with bill no.[protected] on 4/4/12 and said that they will give back my phone in 2 hours and its being a month now and havnt got my phone yet. I had called them 100 of times but they always says we call you in 10 mins or you will get back your handset in 2 more days but no call backs neither got my handset in 2 days . i had visited the service centre around 8times in last month but didnt got a satisfactory answers from them.

                            I have more expectation from your company products but i didnt expect this bad feedback. In One week My fridge Is not working if i call the service Ad visors they saying that its not in our area.                                 I have bought a Samsung Galaxy note on 19th April 2012 from Delhi Electronic Gurgaon DLF ph 1. Now it was bought with a promotional offer where the Sennheiser Headset was to be shipped free after registration of IEMI no. on the website which I did not receive till 1st of May I checked the status on the website stating the good has been shipped but after inquiring with the courier company came to know that the "Sector-10" is missing from the address. After that I have called samsung promotions on [protected] ( given on their website) at least 4 times but they just take the email ID and mobile no. but no revert as on date. I have mailed my invoice along with all the details twice to [protected]@samsungpromo.in but they have never bothered to reply or give any kind of assistance. I have never expected such experience from such an upcoming brand and it is my prerogative to take legal recourse in case such reckless behavior undermining the customer as shown by their customer care executive continue.

                                    Samsung/Color TV — Color TV not functioning properly

                                    when we switched on the TV it got fired below the ciruit board i think one of the condenser got fired when we opende the TV Box we saw it

                                    Samsung CTV — Demo has not done so far.

                                    I bought a Samsung CTV21B850 from Omega Electronics,Porur,Chennai-600116 vide their Bill No.2468 dt.118.01.2010. Product was delivered on that day itself.
                                    But till date,no one attend for demonstration. CTV is now being unutilised since the condition and operation details are not known. The dealer dodging for our request of sending the concerned people.

                                    WHEN TV IS GETTING ON, IT TAKES 2 MINUTES TO GET ON, AND WHEN ON IT MAKES SOME SOUND FOR 5 MINUTES WITH HALF PICTURE DISPLAY, AFTER 5 MINUTES ALL IS OK.

                                      I have a samsung window ac.The ac was not working on 10 october 2011.I have called the service engineer for the problem.The engineer came on 13 october 2011 and said that your main pcb is damage and required to change.I said ok,unfortunately my ac is 1.5 years old so that i can not avail free service.
                                      The engineer said that it will be cost of rs.2200+300 Service.He changed the pcb but the ac is not working since october 2011 and till today the problem is same.

                                        I BUY MOBILE E3213 SAMSUNG 3200/- IMEI NO [protected] ON 07/10/2011 FROM SHIV MOBILES G-25,26, SRIRAM TOWER 13 ASHOK MARG LUCKNOW. TWO TIME REPAIRED BUT THIS MOBILE SET IS NOT PROPER WORKING CONDITION TILL DATE. MANY TIME REPARIR. SHOPKEEPER GET ME ONE YR WARRANTY BUT NOT CORRECT RESPONSE.                                         Samsung Mobile — No one making refund of money.

                                        I am facing an issue regards to any update.
                                        I have submitted my handset in Borivali service center and they told me that i will be receiving my money back with in a month.

                                        As they informed me that Approval has came for Cheque payment in
                                        Details nd list but Till today i have not received any call or information.

                                        I spoke with Mumbai manger Anish and Shoibh and Sushil , most of times they told me that they will get back to me but Now these people are not receiving even my call.
                                        These is really making me frustrate, Please help me to get back my money.

                                        HELO sir this is RAJ AGRAWAL .My mobile was given for replacement to the company service center under warranty period .i gave my mobile 45 days before and till now i did not get the cash back from the company
                                        My name is Arveen sarpal i am realy very help less .no one can help me in service of samsung mobile centre they all are froud . they are making of fun of me i have been compliant since last 7 - 8 months and there is no response from samsung company so at last i have only one option 2 do aftr 7 months now i can go to a consumer court case becoz samsung company cant help me they r making fun of my money from last 7 -8 months .and our area sales manager '' rahul singhral " also could not help me alot .every time he told me new excuse that your money will refund tomorrow, or day aftr tomorrow .since 4 months he has same statement . some time he told me i cant do anything for you so wat can i do ... that means i have only one and last option for refund my money since 7-8 months a consumer court case . so at last my information
