Dear Sir,
I was purchase Samsung Mobile (Galaxy Y) on 06 January 2012 from Sai Telecom, Gandhidham after 3 months battery lost on 26 April 2012 in warranty period & mobile is dead so i was requested to Samsung Service Center, Gandhidham they are note request & process for repair & they are inform to me only mobile repair after 5 day's but battery not changed in warranty period so i was request once again but they are not accepted request & say's "This is not our reasponsbility" i was request once again Sai Telecom & Samsung Service Center Authorised person but they are not reasponce to me so i have not recieved my mobile & leave there.
So please help me solve my problem & help in received my mobile in good condition & change the new battery because they both of in warranty period, i am attached here Purchase bill & Request Form. please help me fast beacause my mobile also there in Service Center & i have lots problem without my mobile.
