I purchased a Samsung Laptop Samsung R-439 .It has been Pandora's box ever since slow from the start now started to show a line in the center of the screen .Gave the laptop for servicing at Durga Communications SCO 23 1st floor Sec 18-D Chandigarh 160018 .The date it was submitted for a replacement of display and hard drive was 30-07-11 .I was promised that the parts will be replaced as it is under warranty till 16 Sept 2011 in 4-5 days .Today is the[protected] , i don't know when would i get it back .I had extremely important work as i am a student ,which is suffering due to this delay .Samsung laptop service is very bad ,i would never recommend it to any one ever.

Please guide me to the right direction so that someone can help getting my laptop serviced or it might just keep sitting at the authorized service centre for ever waiting for it's replacement parts ....

Dear sir/ madam,
I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine (Model No.9101) on 7th Sep.’08, Now a days its Dryer is out of order and I registered a request on customer care on 15th April’09 and on 16th April, an engineer visited my house and he examined whole machine and he told me that Machine’s dryer motor has been damaged and he would change it on next day but, he neither came nor visited and he sent me a SMS on 17th April that my problem has been sought out. I want to draw your attention please, that Since 15th/18th April, I have been regularly complaining at customer care centre regarding the incident but they always say that my problem will be sought out on next day but on next day after waiting engineer I have to complaint again.

After fed up from customer care centre I approached you at Consumer forum for my rights.

I have Samsung TFT 15 ' and it is not properly working .I have complained 20 days ago on benajhabhar road kanpur service centre of Samsung.They told me ,u would get service in 10 days but i did not get any service till now.i have to go out of kanpur with my PC very soon so how i can manage it .

we have given samsung gt c6112 mobile for service to the samsung dealer at bobbili on 8/8/2011, but they have not giving proper response for the same my job sheet number 760.

they say only two weeks for reparing time every week i will visited they say the same answer now today (9.01.2012) they simply say take back or still it will take two weeks answer is after 5 month worst service centre

but we change over to lg because good service but samsung worst service in tuticorin.

    I had submitted my handset (model no. SAMSUNG S8500) under warranty for repair in service center on 16/07/2011 job sheet no.477 but even after more than one month has passed by the service center has not been able to deliver my set, every time they have just stock answer that parts are not available or work is in progress, and they not even answer any call. This is ridiculous because i've went there many times.They deal in such a shoddy manner. Samsung Service Center are worst.
    Please help me out of this. I cant bear all this stuff any more. I request you to see into the matter and an early reply is awaited.

      I purchased a refrigerator on 10/7/2011 from M/s Kumar Enterprises, Madia Katra, Agra bearing serial no. 060542AB40501D, Model No. RA1BDTSI/XT2 made first complaint on 12/7/2011, service man mr. rahul pandey came from local service center and told there is manufacturing defect in the product it is not repairable. many times contacted on toll free no. [protected] a lady named komal received the calls and told your complaint has been forwarded but nothing has been done. The concerned officer of the company to change my product and oblige otherwise i have to go in shelter of competent court.

        We purchased a Automatic Washing Machine of Samsung Make WA90VPM on 13th Aug 2010.

        The machine stopped working for the last 15 days. There was no apparent problem as shown in the machine.
        We made a complaint on 12th Aug2011 through their call centre number 30308282. They gave a compaint number as [protected].
        Till to-day (22 Aug 2011) no service person came. Every day we make a complaint but only to go through the same process of repeating all the details without any positive outcome.
        We are extremely feeling bad about the poor quality of service and the service dept response every day is "sorry".
        We really do not know how to get theis machine serviced.

            my complain No. is [protected]. I have purchase the printer SCX-4321 in 26 July 2011 from computer solution New Mohal, Ravinagar, Mghalsarai- 232101. But it is not working. a massage " front or rear cover open" display on display screen. your engineer not attand till date and i have not found any type of help from your service depo. please arrange immediately...
            I had purchased Samsung SCX-4321 in 2011. After few days i get an error "Front or Rear cover is Open" and hence am unable to print any document. All the covers are closed, printer is powered on and is connected to my PC. The drivers are up2date. I had registered a complaint with Samsung and no one has called me yet. I am unable to find any solution on internet. I regret that i purchased sam-dung and their customer care is pathetic. Samsung i had trusted your brand and moved from hp and i get this dung product. Everyone is facing similar issue and no one seems to be finding any solution.
            Fix my printer.
            Solution to above problem: Call Samsung Customer care they will call you back in few minutes and the solution is very simple.

            Open Front Cover: Remove the cartridge, clean the drum with a clean cotton cloth. Insert the cartridge back and make sure you hear a slight click sound. Close the front cover a bit harder to ensure its closed. There is a small cover at the back of the printer just below from top. Open and close it a bit harder. Switch on/off your printer and try again. It solved the problem for me.
            The above solves the problem for few minutes. The problem returns back even without touching the printer. And again am not able to print the documents and i get exact same error message. "Front or Rear cover is Open"

              sir i have recieved handset galaxy fit(s5670) after replacement on 19th august for which i registered a comlaint on 20 of july 2011.but im not at all satisfied with the service provided.I bought this phone on[protected].firstly i faced a problem with this handset,that it showed blank memory card.
              so i went to MR. HARPREET SINGH service manager of XPERT COMMUNICATION.he told me that they will have to change the motherboard(which he use to say to each and every person who comes) and told me to wait for maximum 12 days.after 12 days when i went to him,he said that process is going on and asked me to come the 3rd day.but he repeated the same words on that day also.and i[censored] ask him that why process is not being done fast he says TOO RUDELY that this is company's work and he cant do anything regarding it.
              everyday i went to him or made him a call BUT each time he said that when cell comes he will call me..and this whole changing of motherboard took 21 to 22 days.so u see i was without phone for 22 days.calling him number of times and talking for several minutes and visiting him again and again RESULTED IN HUGE COST TO ME..
              but still i was quiet that i have got my phone..but who knows-the cell showed me the same problem again.and evenmore, numerous other problems like it used to hang in such a way that u r forced to remove battery,while attending a call automatic switchoff,repeatedly sound went off while listening music,screen used to blackout itself..and many more(dont know what kind of motherboard he changed).
              In view of all these problems i went to HARPREET SINGH and requested him to change the handset(it has been only two months since i bought the cellphone-out of which for 22 days handset was with him).BUT he said let me change the display and other number of things and didn't agreed to change the handset.
              SIR i can't tell u that for requesting them to change the handset how many calls i was forced to make.NUMEROUS times i called customer care,they didn't gave me the right direction.i was harassed for 10-15 days by them.FINALLY I GOT CELL NUMBER OF MR. ARVIND(patiala samsung service head) and talked to him regarding the case.then mr. HARPREET agreed to change the handset.
              he told me to wait for 15 days till the handset gets changed.as said after 15 days i went to him.but again he remained BEATING AROUND THE BUSH..he used to say ur set is coming tomorrow then day after tomorrow and so on..i made him number of phonecalls and no. of visits.Either he didnt picked up my call and even if he does so,then he said that when phone comes he will make me a call..i also asked mr. harpreet to provide me some other handset but he also refused to do so.
              SIR for these 20 days i borrowed a BLACK AND WHITE handset from my friend(using which in front of others is a matter of great insult).so now i called customer care but they transferred my call to technical department and people from there told me that they r not responsible,the service centre manager is responsible.on the other side MR. HARPREET SINGH told me that he can't do anything regarding this but company will do..so i was in a very pitiful situation..finally i got my cellphone after 32 days and in between all this i was to go to service centre for about 15 times.
              now SIR PLS U SEE how i have been harassed....in such a busy schedule talking several times to mr. harpreet,to customer care and repeating the same thing everytime,visiting service centre again and again..now keeping in view my expenses on numerous phonecalls,expenses of visiting service centre n times, harassment and mental agony and sparing time out of my busy schedule, I WANT the Company must COMPENSATE me for all these sufferings...as i have not started using the cell yet and it is still sealed..pls u either provide me with a better and more sophisticated handset(with android os) or else u refund me(i buyed cell for RS 10,300) so that i can go for some OTHER BRAND because after such harassment and bad experience i can't continue with samsung anymore..

              samsung gt s-5670 — delay in response

              i had samsung galaxy fit(s-5670).i purchased it on[protected].it was posing a number of problems.within a month it posed a problem of blank memory card.so i gave it to samsung service centre(xpert communication-patiala) for repair.he changed its mother board and took 20-21 days for changing it.
              but problem was not solved and again aftEr a month it started showing the same.even more it used to get hanged during calls.screen used to black out itself,u have to remove the battery and again start it.so i gave the set to XPERT COMMUNICATION for replacement.i gave them my cellphone on[protected]and they gave me a time of 15 days.but its has been 29 days since then and service centre MANAGER HARPREET SINGH is not giving me proper information about it.and even if he does so it is always wrong.i have called him a number of times,also i have went to the centre but he increases the date day by day.im so much unhappy with their service and now I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH SAMSUNG ANYMORE.I WANT MY REFUND.i have been harassed for last one month.
              so pls do something regarding it.now i only want my refund.nothing else. sir pls tell them to contact me early.
              i didnt got a call...

                I am writting this mail at my end to fed up with Samsung India's poor Customer service. I bought Samsung Refrigerator on date of purchase 05/10/2009 Model: RT24M Sl.No. 04754ZAS603654F.
                Now one weeks before it's stop to working.So I contact with your customer care on [protected]. They inform me your service engineer will be visit my house shortly.
                My complain number is BP [protected].On dt: 20/08/2011 one person ( Mr.Hemal) visit my house & starts power supply of refrigerator & inspect it. But my refrigerator's condition is same like before, out of order.
                Still now after no one is visit nor solve the problem. I again call to your Service Centre Manager Mr.Faruq [protected] on 20th October 2011. Than again I call your workshop Manager Mr.Jignesh [protected], But still today no one come & solve my problem.

                I feel that I done mistake to purchase SAMSUNG product. This company only want selling their product. Not after service proper support.
                So in future when I am or my surround persons are purchase any Samsung product then what will be my openion??????.
                If you don't change your nonsense service engineer/ service centre how you survive & make good customer support.

                  I have purchased Samsung GT B5310 from Poorvika Mobile shop on[protected] Invoice No.576. From that time on-wards i got only half an hour battery back up. I went to samsung service centre M/s. Sakthivel Electronics, D-A, Complex, 1st Floor, 7th Street, Gandhipuram, coimbatore - 641 012 and i had explained the details and gave the phone and came back they said you will be getting it back with tow days but, after serveral phone call i received my cell phone after 5 days. I started to use the mobile phone again i faced the problem auto on off. phone memory is not working again i went there to samsung i gave the phone and explained him and gave the phone they said we have to flash the memory so put a service request and give your mobile again and i gave the mobile after a long phone call i received it back but serveral problem Ear Speaker not working, Auto on Off, Phone memory not working and battery backup problem then i i went to service centre gave the mobile for service on 10-8.2011 work order No. SEH-1002, from 10th on wards i had made 50 phone calls to know the status of the my phone no response. Today i had made a complaint to customer Care (Complaint No.[protected] to Mr. Murugavel) regarding this matter. he said to follow the Mr. velmurugan who is incharge for mobile complaints.

                  This for your information i had used the mobile phone hardly 10 days most of the time its in the service centre only. Consider my complaint and arrange to issue the new mobile for me.

                      Its regarding my 320ltr refrigerator that i have bought from Reliance store i.e in Ambience Mall , Gurgaon, Haryana , in the month of October'2010. The problem is it is not cooling properly and my food/fruits/vegetables are getting spoiled.I have registered a complaint on 5/8/11 and got complaint no. [protected] but nobody called or turned up at my place. Then after waiting for almost 10 days i again called on[protected] but again got same complaint no. and was promised that some engineer will come soon but again nobody came till date. If you guys give this kind of a service then i am really sorry , i will never buy samsung's product in future and will recommend the same to others. I am very annoyed and dejected.You staff is so irresponsible that they don't even bother to revert back.

                            I purchased a Mobile Set No GT-E2550D from you authorised dealer at Karnal in the month of May 2011 However the manufacturing date of this mobile is April 2011 but in the first week of August 2011 it started disturbing me, then we went to your Service Centre which is situated in Model Town karnal on 16.08.2011 they said that there is a fault in Mobile set you can collect after 2 days,then we went to collect our phone on 18.08.11but this time they said it will take 5 more days to repair. I was surprised to see the services of the Samsung Company. Is it possible for a working person to live without mobile for 10 days?

                              I had given samsung corby (B3313) for repair at Cell Solutions(ASC HHP/IT) DOMLUR LAY OUT,BANGALORE-560071 on
                              11-August-2011.It was purchased on 10th august 2010.Just a day after the warranty expired the phone got spoilt.

                              I had given my phone for repair as the mic and display was not working. The problem with it was diagonised as strip was broken and mic to be replaced.
                              The service center person fixed the display it was working properly and he asked me to come the next day to collect it as he dint have the mic in stock.I had asked him to inform me if incase the phone was not ready.

                              I dint receive any call from their and the service center phone is out of order, so i went there to collect it. The lady at the reception is least bother about the customer request.
                              I had to literally go 4 times before she would go and look for my phone. Finally after making me wait for 1 hr , the person who took in-charge of fixing the phone came and told me it is not working still. I asked them to
                              give it back to me as i was in hurry to go out of station.

                              Yesterday when i took the phone for repair in a local service center, i told him i know what is the problem with the phone so he opened the phone and i could see a black burnt part on the motherboard.
                              Seeing it the service center guy refused to fix it as he told me motherboard has to be replaced as there was some soldering done which might not work,even after replacing new mic and strip.
                              I tried calling the samsung service center domlur their phone is still not working.

                              It is really sad to know this is how the branded service centers work. I dint expect this kind of service from them.
                              It was the responsibility of the samsung service center person to inform me that he had done such kind of blunder due to which the phone is not ready.
                              but instead when i asked him to give my phone back he just gave it without informing me all this.


                              I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THEM.



                              Hoping some action will be taken for the irresponsibility of service center people and i hope i would get my phone fixed very soon.

                                we have purchased Samsung LED TV from Bankok for almost 1 lac & it is just 8 months back & its not working . The Samsung engineer says it has problem with LED Panel & even if the TV is in warranty period they say that we can not give warranty to it because you have purchased it from bankok. They are charging almost 50000 for repair . Their service centre service is truely bad , we also have anothe lcd tv of same company & it is also under warranty & it also has power supply problem & even if it is purchased in india these people are not fixing the problem even if it is under warranty . Samsung India true fake products & un reliable services . Donts buy their products

                                  I HAVE TAKEN SAMSUNG AC FROM VIJAY SALES,NEAR TIP TOP PLAZA,LBS MARG.THANE.
                                  THE AC IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND GIVING LOTS OF TROUBLE TO US.THIS PROBLEM IS FROM THE 2nd DAY WE HAVE PURCHASED THE AIR AC.STILL VIJAYSALES IS NOT GIVING ATTETION TOWARDS THIS.WE HAVE WASTED 8,000 MORE FOR THE REPAIRING EVEN WHEN IT WAS IN WARRANTY AND WE HAVE ABOUT 5 TO 6 COMPLAINES FRO THIS PROBLEM.STILL THEY ARE NOT GIVING ATTENTION.SO NOW WE ARE GOING TO GIVE COMPLAINT IN COMSUMER COURT.
                                  SO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TOWARDS THIS PROBLEM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SURVIVING A LOT OF PROBLEMS.

                                    Samsung Refrigerator — moisture on vegetables

                                    I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator in dec.2007 from C.B. Mor, Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India .I have called up the Samsung dealer for complaint and nobody has turned up so far .It's almost more than three months.
                                    I am really Frustrated with the dealer.

                                      I had buyed thge Samsung B5722 duos touchscreen mobile.

                                      The mobile keypad is very bad.
                                      NOt working.

                                      I had given it to Samsung serviece center they repaired the ON key after two days now my OFF push button is not working .

                                      IS it a cronic problem or a random one.
                                      what i can do now.

                                        before two month i was bought a samsung GT-E2550 handset but now it's not working properly.it does not support memory card.i two time visited customer care center but they don't give a positive response.please suggest me what can i do for it.

                                        hello sir,
                                        here iam using samsung mobile for just for 20 days,i had faced many problems in using that mobile version of samsung Corby 3313 mate,with in 20 days i faced 5 problems
                                        1.no signal for my sim even in full network places.
                                        2.After cutting a cal it takes 3 min to connect with an another cal.
                                        3. cant able to send more than 2 msgs at a time
                                        4. Battery not coming even a single day.
                                        5 Internet using says iam not a samsung customer
                                        I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG W-169 DUAL SIM MODEL IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2011.( CDMA &GSM) IN CDMA I WAS USING RELIANCE CDMA SIM. BUT IT IS NOT WORKING AFTER 2 TO 3 MNTS TALKING. I HAVE GONE TO SERVICE CENTER AT HYD MANY TIMES. THEY INFORMED THAT ONE SOFTWARE IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM.AFTER KEEPING MY INSTRUMENT UPTO 8 DAYS FOR UPGRADATION OF SOFTWARE THEY ARE CALLING ME TAKE BACK MY PHONE WITH OUT ANY REPAIR OR UPGRADATION.PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT DO WITH THIS INSTRUMENT.PLS EXCHANGE WITH ANY OTHER BEST MODEL OF SAMSUNG PHONE IMMLY .
