I have a Samsung E 3213 mobile.I bought it to use 3G internet in my laptop.But I am unable to connect my laptop with this mobile using PC studio 7 and NPS.When connecting it ,it says "Unaothorised model ". Please help me to cnnect my mobile with laptop to use internet. Samsung people, Why you people are producing such HSDPA handsets if it is not usable to connect internet. It is cheating.

    Sir i getting many problems in my mobil

    when i go to your service center " samsung exclusive " service center,kabari bazar, near o.b.c bank, Ambala cantt. Haryana, where your engineer check the mobil & they also
    results the same problems after that i requested to repalce a new mobil but they refused
    it & they told us to repair the mobile.

    After that i call your samsung custmor care toll free.n. [protected] from 2 weeks & about 10 to 20 time ref : complaint.n. [protected].
    after that i get a call from your noida samsung office phone.n.[protected] they told us to call the phone.n of your asm mr ashish chibber mb .n [protected] in the favour of replaceing the mobile
    Then i call your asm & they told me to repalace the mobil after one week

    So please replace my mobile as early as possible..


    After [protected] I sumitted the handset samsung galaxy s2 in your samsung service center : Kohli Telecom, Ambala cantt, ( Haryana ) Work order no. 5459. dt[protected].
    after i call your asm mr ashis chibber he told me that your set under observation & after this process. he told that he will send the handset in samsung service center .

    Today 1-9-2011 at 4.30 pm i go to samsung service center to collect my handset samsumg galaxy s2 & they told that your set is not delivered.

    Then i call your asm mr ashish chibber about 15 to 20 time but he not picked my call .

    Sir your service is very poor , your asm is also not responding me properly.he hrash me
    by wrong commitments..

    2-9-2011 friday at about 11.oo am i call Mr. Gorav kapoor (asm) dicussing about same problem then mr gorav kapoor arrange a confrance call with mr ashish chibber & me during the call mr gorav kapoor ask ashish chibber that he commited to repalace the handset then he says yes he commited to repalace the handset after that he says that there some battery problem in the handset & they change the battery.
    Mr. gorav told me to use the handset if there is problem exists he will repalaced the handset.he told that they contact us as early as possibile to get the handset from service center.
    Sunday i go to service center where i checked the mobile & get the same problem, as a result i dont take the handset.
    5-9-2011 Monday mr gorav kapoor asm called me arround 3.30 pm he told me to go next day (tuesday) to see the handset & check it if there is some problem exists in handset then he commited to repalace the handset.

    6-9-2011 Tuesday I go to the service center where i see my handset was on charging then i check the handset as result handset get observe more heat & the sansor was also
    not working properly.your service engineer also examined the same problem & they was agree with my handset problem. after that i got a call from mr gorav kapoor (asm) i told mr kapoor about the problem of heat & he told me that if the mobil temprature raises 45 degree than he replace the handset than i told him that he commited if any problem exists he will replace the handset but he clenily refused about his commitment & was not agree to replace the handset.

    Your asm was not responsing us proprely.he was wrong all about his commitment & he harrshdddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd me veryyyyyyyyyy much .

    I requested you to replace my handset as soon as possible.

      Purchased a Led TV DS 5500 and it has some manufacturing defect on 14 th August 2011,the service engineer has told us that the the TV will be replaced within one week.Now one of the engineer has called us and informed that there is no stock available and this may take 15 days or else the money will be refunded.I want the TV to be replaced immediately as we have purchased the TV seeing the Brand Samsung.

      Kindly do the needful.

        I had bought a Samsung CLP 315 printer.The print quality has deteriorated and I had lodged a complaint at Samsung support number.The complaint was promptly attended but the diagnosis of the technician initially was that I needed to replace the toner cartridge.When I pointed out that it was showing 27%(for yellow which was the lowest as you can see in the attachment) he told me that I still would have to replace the same.The point that comes to mind is that am I supposed to throw 27% of toner in the dustbin when it is so expensive(the number of printed pages is 700).Anybody can calculate the CPP which will exceed Rs 10 per page going by the current suggestion.
        Upon insisting,he told me that there was "banding" on some of the toner drums.Again the question that comes to mind is that is a customer supposed to invest in such expensive toners again and again even if the product is 6 months old??Does Samsung sell such inferior quality products??The technician was of the opinion that yes six months was a pretty long time.
        I would also like to mention that the printer used to give the following message in the initial days o[censored]sage-"incompatible paper" or something to that effect,which stopped appearing on its own.
        I humbly request Samsung to please look into the issue and resolve the same as I am a dedicated Samsung customer using a number of phones,tvs etc and will lose faith in the brand if I am forced to waste my money in such a manner.

          hello sir!
          i purchased a samsung wave 2 on july 26 2011 nd it wasnt a week dat i needed to upgrade its software..
          another week again its software was updated...
          nd within next 10 days its display screen started flickering nd i went to samsung care sec 18 d chandigarh
          . dey askd me to handover the cell to them nd they told me that they will let me know d problem on phone.
          i got a call from dthem in evening that water has been entered into my phone whereas nothing such had happened by me.
          nd its nt been a month nd they are not ready to change the diplay and touch without the charges whereas its in warranty . they are asking to me to pay 5250 for that.
          thank u sir for ur kind rply..

            i purchase a mobile phone from samsung dealer in coimbatore on 6 th june 2010 my mobile model is E2130 (gsm) on 15 th december2010 my mobile phone did not work and its condition is only displaying sumsung words not working did not go to the next level . so i went to the sumsung service center named (ASIA ELECTRONICS 162 , thiruvenkataswamy Road (W) R.S .Puram coimbatore - 641002 ) they accept my mobile to service and tell that this phone's bord is complitely not working we will replace a new board and they said that now the board is no stock so with in a week we will delivery your mobile . so i accept it allow to service after one week i contact them but they said that from our head office we did not get E2130 's bord yet . so they said that wait for three days . after three days i contact that service center but they did not give me a correct responce aftere one and half month on 27 th january 2011 they said that today only we repair your mobile and you can collect your mobile . for a service one customer need to wait one and half month ? this is samsung company's service quality . now i ask them you promise to give mobile with in a week but you did not give so i lose my warrenty periond more than one month so i asked them that actualy my warrenty period complite on 5th june 2011 but you take more than one and half month to service so please exten my warrenty period for my losed day up to till 15th july 2011 . but they company worker did not accept my suggestion i fight with that person they that they must give me the warrenty period till 15 th july 2011 but he did not accept ant use as like the words you go any where and any person we will never give you the extencen period so i refused to collect the mobile phone and i try to contact the managing person to the service center but they said that manager is out of station come next day . as like four to five times i try to contact that managing person but no use i could not contact him after some month finaly i contact the managing person on 3rd june after a long weighting he came and ask me the problem i tell to him about all the problems but first he also not accept my suggestion but i warn him that i can take a compliant againts the service center and take court action then he give me a warrenty period till 2nd september 2011 for only . finaly i am compramise with him and accept it but he said that this warrenty period is not given by the samsung company its given by this service center personaly . i accept it and recive my mobile ; its worked correctly till 30th august 2011 its create some display problem slowly . 31st august and the 1st september is the national holiday so i decide to give my mobile to serviceon 2nd september 2011 because the extended warrenty period is 2nd sepember 2011. on today 2nd september compltely dead ; so i went to the service center again and ask them to rectify the problem with the service warrenty . but the service center refused to service my mobile with service warrenty and tell that its time completed on 1 st september also not 2nd september . i said that the manager wright that 2nd september ; but they did not accept it and refused . now they tell that if board problem you should pay Rs1800 then only we will service. they are cheating . i ask one question " this is samsung company's best quality service to the customer . i paid Rs2650 to buy this mobile ; its not a matter Rs 2650 ; matter is giving service to the customer . samsung company give promise to give a quality service from their service centers in india ; is this their quality service ? there is no value in samsung company to the customers . world class companies bad service heart me samsung company lose their valuable customer ; yes i am going to tell to my all relatives and friends and to all who i know that don' t purchase samsung products if they purchasethey will lose their not only money also their faith

            There is anything to do with the staff there in Asia Electronics. The entire network of Asia Electronics has been like that. It's one of the worst Samsung service centers here in coimbatore. We can't go anywhere else. This fraud guys are always doing like this and i tried informing Samsung customer care almost 10 to 20 times, but they haven't taken any action against these guys. Starting from Manager to Service manager to service engineers, all are big time frauds. They never respect customers. They treat you like a beggar if you phone them more than 2 or 3 times. It's useless. If you are in Coimbatore, don't buy Samsung products until this Asia Electronic thing gets out of here. I don't know how many people will still face the same problem because of these frauds.

              Now this is too much. Everyday i have to call 2-3 times to the customer service center. But still no one take any action. Today i have called them 5 times. Now they told me that they didn't have the parts & will come after 15 days. If I buy a new washing machine then I will get it within 1 day, then why should I wait 15 days for one part? Is it the service? Samsung have to close this so called "customer service center", because Samsung just pays their employees for not giving any services to the customer. Now looks like I have to go to the Consumer Court.

                I had purchased the Chat 322 on[protected], from SHIV AGENCIES AGRA, After two months it was switched of automatically, I get it repaired from samsung Authorized service center ELECTRONIC PEOPLE, 2nd floor, city plaza, shah makt. Agra. Again after 15 days it was switched of automatically. I given the set to the above said same service center on 16-8-11. He told to come after 7 days. but the shop was closed since 10 days. no one is telling why shop was closed. What can I do.

                samsung chat 322 — not attached with computer

                i purchased a samsung duos chat 322, but sorry to say that after complaining atleast 30 times i am not getting proper response from the company.

                  I WAS SOLD THIS HEADSET SAYING THAT IT IS BETTER FROM THE REST ONLY 20 DAYS BACK. I AM DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT THE EARPIECE ATTACHMENT IS SO WEAK FROM THE MAINSET THAT THE WIRES GOT TWISTED AND BROKE. THE SERVICE CENTER GUY SAYS NOTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT IT. ONE SOULD'VE KEPT IT PROPERLY.
                  NOW, I AM A WELL EDUCATED GUY WHO LIKES TO TAKE CARE OF HIS STUFF. BUT THIS THING WAS WAY TO FRAGILE FOR A NORMAL HANDELING. I'VE BEEN USING ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS (LCD TV, MOBILE PHONES ETC FOR YEARS, THAT IS WHY I CHOSE SAMSUNG OVER NOKIA, BUT THIS IS REDICULOUS. I HOPE THAT YOU WOULD CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT SERIOUS AND ACT ON IT.

                    I have got samsung galaxy ace s5830 recently. suddenly the receiver stopped working while i was on a call. I m not able to hear incoming voice. I have given the order to all the service centres in hyderabad(mainly M.G.Road secunderabad, Ameerpet, Basheerbagh and kukatpally centres) on august 13th and still they say that the receiver speaker is not in stock and doesn't even know when it is available. they say i can't even replace the handset. this kind of service from such a giant manufacturer is disgusting.

                        hey...i have just got a new samsung chat c3222 around 24th august 2011..and there have been a frequent problem..that my messages are not sent from any of the sim..after restarting my ohone it sends just one message then it neither receives any message not it sends any messages..but if at the same time if i change my sim to another phone then it sends and delivers messages...and there is no network problem also..i always have to reset master settings and then all my matter is gone...please help me

                          sir,
                          I purchased C6712-duos last month. I have 4 different model(C 5212, C 3212 , B-5722, B-7722) of samsung dual sim mobiles in my family. In all four model of samsung mobile contact comes alphabetically while searching but in C6712 it doesn't come alphabetically. Moreover dictionary feature as like in B 5722, it doesn't work in C 6712.
                          Very strange becoz i wrote 6 times to their customer support email..but no soln....no reply yet given...very sad...Samsung doesn't bother to their customers....GOD save us.

                          I had got call from Mr. Rohitkumar Mahajan...he directed me to meet Mr.Sanjay Patel, Baroda.I requested Mr. Mahajan to cofirm whether Mr. Sanjaybhai would be able to give soln or not.To that Mr. Mahajan told me if not solved then again matter will be taken-up to Samsung Technical team.

                          Here i don't understand why customer has to take chance from one point to other...instead don't u get confirm from ur expert whether such fault is solved to the said point or not ?

                          still my c6712 cotact search alphbetically is not solved.
                          I purchased C6712-Samsung(July 11) especially due to its large contact storage feature in dual sim class. The day i purchased it was not showing contact alphabetically while searching so i refer this to CC-Baroda where they told me to refer this to Samsung company. i send 8 mails to CC but did not solve. I asked CC-Samsung to prepare report and got copy mentioning said defect.They r unable to solve it since its company defect(in C6712 model).

                          I have six dual sim mobile..C-5212, C-3212, C-3322, B-5722, E-1252 & C-6112...in my family.These all have contact storage max 1000 but shows contact alphabetically while searching. In C6712 contact storage is upto 2000 but do not show contact alphabetically while searching.

                          Till today its not solved.

                          I have email sent record and CC report copy.

                          At last i put this on twitter too.

                          still my c6712 cotact search alphbetically is not solved. I put this all to CEO by email 10 days back.I got call from Mr.Srivastav who was calling from Delhi. I had been told that its because of their software proprietary.May be but searching contact is very user-friendly in other Samsung mobiles.
                          Moreover while searching contact it must come alphabetically to have ease in search but Samsung doesn't consider it as troublesome to their customers. At last i pray GOD to solve it.

                            I Have submitted my handset (4 July 11) samsung wave s5753e in samsung care, rudrapur before 2 months, and they (Mr. Arun) me you will get your mobile with in 10 days. and when i went there after 10 days they gave another exuse and ther exuse is continue till now.

                            they told me You will receive your handset on 20 Aug.11 finally. and your handset is repaired and company has been send your handset.

                            but i did not get my mobile till now.

                            and there is new excuse that your mobile is no more and you will get new mobile from company after 20 days means 12 Sept. 11.


                            please help ...................................

                              I have raised the request for repairing our SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE, MODEL NO.- WA82VSL on 27/08/2011, complain no. (BP no.) - [protected]. We got the answer that someone would come on Monday, but no one came on that day. Then we called again for reminding on that day, then he replied that now somebody would come on Tuesday. Nobody came on that day also.I again reminded to customer care on Tuesday, but didn't take any action. Then I have called today again & told that if no one would come today then i would go to consumer court, then he took an action & sent one person, called Rambabu who has no manner how to talk with the customer. He didn't have the part which needed for the replacement, so he told that he would do it after two days because right now he didn't have. I have asked him for doing that today itself, then he replied me rudely that he has more important work than this,so he would not do it today.

                              Now this is too much. Everyday i have to call 2-3 times to the customer service center. But still no one take any action. Today i have called them 5 times. Now they told me that they didn't have the parts & will come after 15 days. If I buy a new washing machine then I will get it within 1 day, then why should I wait 15 days for one part? Is it the service? Samsung have to close this so called "customer service center", because Samsung just pays their employees for not giving any services to the customer. Now looks like I have to go to the Consumer Court.

                                This is to inform you that I have purchased my Samsung Mobile Model S5620 Monte from dealer M/s.Thakur and sons Dhule ,Maharashtra, on date 22/11/2010 and i had a problem with my mobile from last 2 months and because that i submitted my mobile to authorised service center of samsung mobile for 3 times for the same problem but at last they took 1 months to change it motherboard but till my mobile having same problem when asked them they are told me that sir your mobile's motherboard is totaly changed but i dont think so that they are did this but due this problem i stayed at samsung service center approximately half or some time 1 hour in quee but they took there time to answer me after the long waiting in quee n after that they told me many times ' sir please come later ' and i m living 50 km away from the authorised service center so they get my total time in this with great harassment .
                                Hence, I kindly request you to look into the matter and expedite the same at the earliest, as I am handicapped without communication.

                                  i(sumit goel s/o ravinder, r/o 2373 t-20 bawana road narela delhi 40) have submitted my samsung digicam at sevice center of samsung at d19/1 okhla phase-1 new delhi20 on[protected].for repair of fault of barrel stuck and sound recording.after some days they call me sir your camera is repaired.but when i go there they do'nt seviced sound recording.they told me sir u wait for some time .after some time when i asked how much time u take.then again they told more 20minutes takes.after some time they told sir your camra is not repaired so come again when called.my work order no. is M11H2301.
                                  i request u to take strict action againt them because after call me they donot give me my camera.it is not possible to me go again.my house is very far form it.

                                    I am atchaya from peravurani,we have Samsung washing machine,it get fault before four months. my dad was complaining to vasanth & co pattukkotai.one person has come to my home and checked the faults.he went vasanth & co something register like Address and all details in note.another person saw the details and came to my home,he also checked and got Rs 2000 money from my dad for repair the washing machine but wahing machine is not working.my dad made call to that person he was not attending the call.my dad went to vasanth & co asked about these.they told that man is fraud.his name is palani akash.

                                      SAMSUNG TFT MONITOR — problem in samsung 19"TPT monitor

                                      I purchased 19" TPT Samsung monitor in Dec2007. now it has started showing a problem that if I use it for 30 mts continiously, It shows a RED color vertical line.

                                      Samsung — TFT NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                                      MY TWO SAMSUNG TFT'S NOT WORKING PROPRLY. oNE IS SAMSUNG 632NW AND IT CREATES PRB OF COLORS. REGARDING THIS THERE IS NO ACTION AFTER COMPLAINING MANY TIMES.
                                      ANOTHER IS SAMSUNG 540N AND IN THIS THERE IS POWER PRB AND IT GOT OFF AFTER SOME TIME. AND THIS PRB IS ALSO NOT CONFIGURE AFTERCOMPLAINING MANY TIMES.

                                      SAMSUNG TFT MONITOR — screen problem

                                      I purchased a Samsung Monitor 943swx at morena, M.P. (purchase Date 10/03/2009) From the very beginning, I have a problem of picture quality with my Samsung monitor. I complained so many times to local service center. But they were unable to solve the problem.

                                      After a consistent follow-up, local service center of Samsung is replace my monitor. But they send same monitor number in replace, so problem is steel Continuous.
                                      I got highly irritated with this kind of behavior from the service people of Samsung. I wasted a lot of money on telephone, mobile and fuel. And I don’t want to waste any of my money.
