I bought a LCD monitor of the Samsung company with a three year product warranty, but within three month of purchase in the year 2008, it developed a technical snag which after much complaining got attended and the panel was changed but after that patch up it again developed the same error in its much severe form and now the screen goes totally white I once again complained to company with complaint no. [protected], my purchase is registered online with the company site, but even after three month no hearing on the part of company.
kindly do the needful in this case.

even after soo many days ...after several follow ups nobody has attended the complaint yet...

when we call the mangalore service centre, they say that they have taken over the service centre ownership recently and there are lots of complaints pending, no enginner is available...who is responsible for such delay...when we called samsung their reply was they have closed the call themselves since customer didnt pickup thephone when they called but failed to give any details on how many times they called, when did they call etc...

God only help who have purchsed samsung products...

This is the 2nd time in 3 months our customers are getting such treatment from Samsung...

monitor — unattending complaint

Sir,
Please refer to my complaint No. [protected]. The complaint was filed on[protected]. Inspite of my repeated reminders over phone to your customer care the complaint is not resolved. Your techincian from trivandrum service centre inspected the monitor(sync master B 2030) and said some components are to be changed. He obtained my signature and went saying it will be done within 2 days. 2 weeks passed, he hasnt turned up. Nor the service center attend the phone. Again I rang up the custormer care, and i am assured it would be done on that day itself. But nothing has been done. The service department of the company is callously indifferent towards the complaints of the customers? what should a customer like me do, if we purchase your products and these situation arises? kindly be kind enough not to punish the customers like this.

i want the solution for this when i start the crt monitor the lines goes on horizontaly an monitor automatically restarting

    Date of purchase :-13/01/2010
    I have many problems of this phone such as touch pannel, camera (twice), Pba Hardware(twice).
    I shown this at nearest service center ( MOBI CARE ULHASNAGAR ).
    From the date I buy, I use this phone for just four month at other time it was at service center.
    Still I have problems In that phone.
    So please replace my phone or issue me another phone of the equivalent prise..

      dear sir,
      i am writing you to assist me in resolving my problem ,i had brought my Samsung mobile (guru 2120)on 24 September 2010 to your service center at BAPUJI NAGAR,BHUBANESWAR .because its mother Bord was failed.but till to day they are not return my phone and said AMIR KHAN will deliver your mobile soon....
      so would you please fix my problem.......

      Samsung Guru 2120 — Faulty Mobile

      I have bought Samsung Guru 2120 at Univercell Mobile showroom on March 16th 2010. After 6 months the mobile was under repair and they directed me to a service center and i gave for service on[protected]. Till now they havent solved my problem.The rate for that univercell had charged for that mobile Rs.3188/- (including memory card) - no offers - but later i came to know that market rate is even lesser than that.
      So friends its my humble request for u not to buy mobiles from Univercell showroom. Since i had learnt lesson from them.

        Purchased a Samsung 32'' LCD TV LA32A450 model. It is hardly 15 months old and had problems with picture. Samsung service person had a visit and immediately mentioned that the problem is with main board or picture tube. Main board will cost above INR 5000/- and no warranty. And the same with picture tube which cost around INR 18000/-. I felt rediculus to spend close to half a price with no warranties. To have a second opinion I got the TV to a friend of mine who does have good knowledge of LCD Tv's. He also stated that it is problem with main board and cost around INR 5000/-. He has contacted the Samsung Service Center and orderd for a new Main Board. Its been a month and still no sign of spare parts. They got an alternative model Main Board and tried (which should have been compatiable with LA32A450). However, it did not work and he is still waiting for spare part.

        Funny thing is, the reason for non availability for spares for this model is "This Model is Outdated". When I Purchased the Dealer said this is the Latest series 4 model.

        I lost complete trust in Samsung Company and decided never to buy any product from Samsung and also recommend not to buy any Samsung Products.

        SAMSUNG LCD TV — Picture problme in LCD

        Not working properly
        Hi,

        I bought this Samsung LCD in the month of July 2009. Its not been even 6 months that the Television has started giving problems. I had called the Samsung Service Center which never picks up a phone to register my complaint. Then I called this dealer "Rahul Electronics in Goregaon West, Mumbai" to contact Samsung Service Center to help me get my LCD repaired.
        Well, service people did come, but they were unable to solve the problem.

        Firstly, I am shocked to see a LCD going bad in less than 6 months and wonder if I should ever buy any Samsung products. Secondly.. I dont know wat to do about my television and can only think of exchanging with my dealer for a new one. But I still regret and wonder if the new replaced tv will give me the same problems.

        samsung LCD 32" — tv

        i had purchased a tv from singapore, mustafa mall on 24 april 2011. My tv has a problm the colour is fading and lines appearing on the screen, the
        service dealer was called, they said there is no warranty and they need 17000/- for replacment for the part. when i purchased this i was told it has a internatinal warranty. its just 7 months old. plz do help me about it.

          SAMSUG MOBILE HANDSET: S-3310 — Handset blocking

          I lost my mobile handset (Model no. S3310) with sim card on dated 17th Feb'2010 and I add acomplaint at local police station. I would like to block the same handset. Please confirm me how can I did that.

            Hello I am V N S Meher from Hyderabad. I had recently bought a Samsung SCX-4521 printer from a samsung dealer in hyderabd and after coming home i called samsung tech support for its installation. The technician then confirmed that the printer is faulty and it needs to be replaced and at that time i am assured of a replacement. It passed 3 weeks now and till now i havent got any proper satisfactory response from the concerned authorities. I called the customer care center several times amd all the time i was put on hold which eventually ended without any response. its really pathetic to face such a situation and its annoying that these f..king samsung people are very irresponsible. So i caution my fellow consumers not to go with F..King SAMSUNG products.

              This is to inform you myself Rajiv kumar cell no-[protected],buy a SAMSUMG mobile phone dated 6th nov 2010 vide SPICE hot spot Khanpur M.B road Delhi.After 10 days i facing a battery back-up problem instant i call samsung customer care and personaly visited to your nehru place service centre.Nehru Place service centre told me too rush is here so you can visite another service centre which is located in Kalakjee near Desbandhu college.I was personaly visited on 20th nov 2010,and service centre change battery.After 2-3 days problem is again continue.I made a complain in costomer care no-[protected],after 2 days customer care give Mr Sumit Sethi his no-[protected],I talk to Mr sethi on 13 dec 10 ,he roudly suggeste me to go service station.My question is how many time i visite sumsung service station or I made a mistake to buy sumsung mobile.

                I have deposited my Music Sysmtem, model no. MAXDJ550 having serial number ITAY700186P at Samsung Service station on 11th September 2010. Service centre personal assures me that they will get back to me by 7 days. But nobody turnedup. Then i have contacted service centre & they have replied that company has discontinued this product, so this product cant be repaired. But you can get money after deducting depreciation. Now it is december and nobody is bother to tell me when i can get my money. I have also deposited photocopy of Bill of the product.

                  Hello sir
                  I have mobile GT-S5620. My mobile phone was not working so i had given it to Samsung service center(roorkee). They told me that that chip was not working so it will get replaced. But after almost one month they returned my phone without repairing and said that head office of samsung is not providing resources to them. I have mailed my complaint to customer care on 15-10-10. My phone is in warranty. Customer care gave me number of one officer of samsung Mr. yogendra Singh. I had talked to Mr. Yogendra singh Rawat. He told me too again register complain.I had registered my complaint again on 21-10-10.After making so many calls too him, he told me and given me in written that your mobile will get replaced within 15 days on 15- 11- 10. But now he is just giving me excuses "Your mobile phone arrived at Dehradun you will get within 2 days". But still i didn't get phone. When I told him that i will go to consumer court he told me that then you will never get either phone or money back.

                  Samsung — Not enough resources

                  I bought my Samsung Monte in October, 2010. But from December onwards, it started to give me the error message'Not enough resources. Close some applications and try again' whenever i try to open Images folder and search to find a contact.

                  Pls. help me to solve this.

                    screen of my Samsung lcd tv is not working . I made a complaint since 1 month back but there is no response from your side. I purchased it 3 years back and see what happened so early. We had used Onida tv for 10 years without any problem. How shameful is this ! You are not maintaining the quality of your product. Neither providing better services to the customers.

                      I purchased samsung mobile C5212 (IMEA. No [protected]) from SHRI SADGURU KRUPA ENTERPRISES, mulund east, mumbai on 12th august 2010. From the date of purchase, alarm in tasks, calendar and anniversary entries is not working. Even if I save a task and set alarm for it, alarm doesn't ring and at alarm time shows as 'missed alarm'.
                      I went to you cust care in mulund west (varad electronics) on 5th sept and they changed software. Also they told me don't use memory card (I never understood why?, memory card should be compatible, shouldn't it be, when you have given a memory card slot).
                      Problem resurfaced again on 20th sept. I kept on using phone without alarm. I again went to same cust service center on 24th oct. Now this person, Sachin if I remember correctly, tells me that I shouldn't change phone profiles, that leads to alarm not ringing. Ridiculous, this guy doesn't know solution to this problem and tells me something irrational. I still asked him to look into it hence he kept phone with him for one day, changed software. But problem reappeared again on very next day.
                      I have to ask you basic questions -
                      Are you samsung phones so poorly designed that simple thing like task alarm doesn't work?
                      What kind of quality of person you have in service centers?
                      I am sick of chasing this guy.
                      Can you pls look into the matter and help me?

                        I purchased a Samsung LCD TV, model no. LA32C450E1MXXS from the CSD, Kochi for Rs 25,977.60/- on 11 Nov 10. The invoice from Samsung to CDS and the cash receipt voucher are placed at enclosure. The LCD TV was purchase under the offer made by Samsung for a free SD DTH STB from Airtel. A copy of the offer made by Samsung is also attached. Accordingly a voucher was given to me at the time of delivery of the TV which had a serial number and an activation code (which had to be scratched out to revel the number). A copy of the voucher is enclosed.
                        The Aitel customer care center was contacted by me and the serial number of the voucher [protected] was given to them after which I was given a Customer id - [protected]. I was instructed to recharge the customer with Rs 500 by Airtel customer care after which the STB would be setup at my home. I recharged the my customer id online by credit card for an amount of Rs 500/-. The transaction id for which is - 664417. After recharging, I contacted the Airtel customer care and I provided them with the Activation code - [protected]. To my utter surprise and disappointment, I was told by Airtel that this voucher was already used and I had to now pay for the set top box if I wanted a DTH connection. They have also asked me to approach Samsung and get a new voucher and only then will I get my connection. When I contacted the dealer who sold me the TV he expressed his inability to do so.
                        There are two aspects of this that needs your attention, one - when I first gave Airtel the serial number of the voucher, I was told that the voucher is valid and I will get the connection after recharging, which they are now disputing after I made the payment saying that the voucher is already used. Second - the activation code was scratched out by me and could not have been seen or used by anyone else.
                        The problem that I am facing could hopefully be a technical glitch and can be sorted out between Airtel and Samsung, otherwise it appears to be a case of misleading the public and actually making us actually pay up for the STB after falsely being told it is free. The last date for the voucher is 15 Dec 10 and I am being pressurised by Airtel to sort out the matter with Samsung by this date.
                        It is requested that the matter be resolved and I be issued a new voucher with a different activation code or that Airtel activate my account and give me a DTH connetction with the existing code.
                        I am looking forward to an early and positive settlement of this issue.

                            i purchase a mobile phone from samsung dealer in coimbatore on 6 th june 2010 my mobile model is E2130 (gsm) on 15 th december2010 my mobile phone did not work and its condition is only displaying sumsung words not working did not go to the next level . so i went to the sumsung service center named (ASIA ELECTRONICS 162, thiruvenkataswamy Road (W) R.S .Puram coimbatore - 641002 ) they accept my mobile to service and tell that this phone's bord is complitely not working we will replace a new board and they said that now the board is no stock so with in a week we will delivery your mobile . so i accept it allow to service after one week i contact them but they said that from our head office we did not get E2130 's bord yet . so they said that wait for three days . after three days i contact that service center but they did not give me a correct responce aftere one and half month on 27 th january 2011 they said that today only we repair your mobile and you can collect your mobile . for a service one customer need to wait one and half month ? this is samsung company's service quality . now i ask them you promise to give mobile with in a week but you did not give so i lose my warrenty periond more than one month so i asked them that actualy my warrenty period complite on 5th june 2011 but you take more than one and half month to service so please exten my warrenty period for my losed day up to till 15th july 2011 . but they company worker did not accept my suggestion i fight with that person they that they must give me the warrenty period till 15 th july 2011 but he did not accept ant use as like the words you go any where and any person we will never give you the extencen period so i refused to collect the mobile phone and i try to contact the managing person to the service center but they said that manager is out of station come next day . as like four to five times i try to contact that managing person but no use i could not contact him after some month finaly i contact the managing person on 3rd june after a long weighting he came and ask me the problem i tell to him about all the problems but first he also not accept my suggestion but i warn him that i can take a compliant againts the service center and take court action then he give me a warrenty period till 2nd september 2011 for only . finaly i am compramise with him and accept it but he said that this warrenty period is not given by the samsung company its given by this service center personaly . i accept it and recive my mobile ; its worked correctly till 30th august 2011 its create some display problem slowly . 31st august and the 1st september is the national holiday so i decide to give my mobile to serviceon 2nd september 2011 because the extended warrenty period is 2nd sepember 2011. on today 2nd september compltely dead ; so i went to the service center again and ask them to rectify the problem with the service warrenty . but the service center refused to service my mobile with service warrenty and tell that its time completed on 1 st september also not 2nd september . i said that the manager wright that 2nd september ; but they did not accept it and refused . now they tell that if board problem you should pay Rs1800 then only we will service. they are cheating . i ask one question " this is samsung company's best quality service to the customer . i paid Rs2650 to buy this mobile ; its not a matter Rs 2650 ; matter is giving service to the customer . samsung company give promise to give a quality service from their service centers in india ; is this their quality service ? there is no value in samsung company to the customers . world class companies bad service heart me samsung company lose their valuable customer ; yes i am going to tell to my all relatives and friends and to all who i know that don' t purchase samsung products if they purchasethey will lose their not only money also their faith

                              SAMSUNG CAMCORDER — NO SERVICE OR PARTS AFTER 5 YEARS

                              Hi,

                              I am probably one of the unlucy person to have decided to purchase a SAMSUNG CAMCORDER.

                              I have been having problems with the camcorder VPD103i bearing serial No. W64567CX945908H purchased on 29/04/2005 since the day it was purchased & now when there is another problem from a series of problems I was told that THERE ARE NO PARTS AVAILABLE & later after continious followups your service center Engg. updates me that he cannot do anything till such time a invoice is produced.

                              At present I only have the warranty card bearing Serial No. 004222 & not the invoice.

                              Kindly assist me since the camcorder is not working since the past one month & incase SAMSUNG is not able to service the product than should I ASSUME THAT ALL SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE USE AND THROW.

                                Please note that i have purchased a samsung i9000(Galaxy S) mobile on 28/11/2010 from univercell chennai. The next day the phone fails to boot after a software update automatically popup by samsung kies. From then on the device is with the service people who are unable to correct it. Every time i go to their place i am asked to return in 3 days to find the phone lying in some place with no improvement. It is clear from their attitude that its not going to get corrected in the near future. As u may be aware mobile phone has become a critical part of life and its very fustrating to spend 30,000 rupess and submit the phone to samsung for their research, training and development. The phone has been marked has scratched (which is actually done by samsung service people by their great handling and refusal to take the pouch given by me). Why is samsung unable to replace my phone. What is the purpose of samsung service? . I am pretty much sure that by the time i get back my phone, the price will have reduced a few thousands. Will samsung pay that loss? Also the service person has informed me that he will do some research on the phone and if he is unable to correct it only then he will offer an replacement. Why is this. He has already taken 10 days for research. When will he offer me the phone. And it will take 15 working days for getting a replacement. Based on my finding it is 3 days in the US. Why 15 days for India ? Finally i have to wait 45 days (20 research + 15 replacement wait) and 500 rupees on travel and phone calls to service center and pain of spending 30000 on a samsung phones and being insulted by samsung representatives. Why 15 days, when samsung can supply phones for new buyers in chennai , why don't have one for replacement ? Kindly refund the amount, it has caused me great pain and i think i will never use any samsung products ever. I have all the bills and service receipts. Please visit samsung service center named Hi-tech Solutions, old No M9B, New No.83 Anna nagar East, Chennai -102. Ph[protected],[protected]. You can easily understand the processesless functioning. There are more crowd in samsung service centers than in mobile stores. And the numbers given are never answered and if they pick up we have to wait 5 minutes(generating income for service providers) for no reason !.

                                Following all these insults i called the customercare number given in the samsung website and told all these, the woman on the line gave me a complaint number [protected] and infromed me that i would be contacted in 2 hours by the mobile team. While i am typing this mail i was called by the samsung mobile customercare. I repeated the entire story and he finally gave me this number[protected] and told they will be able to help me. Thats the final slap on a samsung customer, because there is nobody to answer that number from samsung side, it keeps on ringing.

                                Based on these fact. Please refund me the amount of 28,500 and u can keep doing your reasearch on my phone.

                                Samsung — Samsung - AN IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

                                Hi All,
                                I bought a Samsung mobile phone(M200). There was an issue with the phone, hence I went to the service centre at Thane and submitted the instrument for repair.
                                I submitted the phone on 26-Sep-09. I was told that the repair should be done in a week’s time. For almost a month I did not receive any communication from the service centre.
                                When I called up to find the status, none of the managers had any idea about the status and I didn’t get a satisfactory response.
                                Only after repetitive calls made and visiting the centre again, I came to know that the instrument cannot be replaced/repaired hence I will get my money back.
                                It’s been almost 3 months now, however nothing concrete has been communicated to me till date.
                                I have made calls to the area Sales manager, Mr. Prashant. Earlier he ensured me on 15 nov. that I should get me cheque within max. 15 days. Today, its 11th of December, however nobody is bothered to stick to the commitments made.
                                IT IS REALLY UNFORTUNATE THAT A BRAND LIKE SAMSUNG IS ACTING SO IRRESPONSIBLE . I have raised several online queries as well, but no response. I expect some sort of courtesy from the service provider to at least provide me with an answer and assure me of the repayment and stick to the commitments made.
                                I Believe it is only for the convenience of customers that such service centres are set up. But if this is how the system functions at Samsung, I really regret buying a Samsung Product.

                                I appreciate if someone can look into this matter and provide me with an explanation.

                                  I bought this Samsung Mobilephone E2120i on 11 July 2010 and just
                                  within 4 months it started developing problems. The display was
                                  distorted, the spellings of words like automatic would be 'aesotamic',
                                  the spelling of words like message sent would be 'massage sant'. The
                                  phone would not allow me to use the manual network settings, the
                                  inbuilt games would not play, the Music would not play, etc. I decided
                                  to have the cell phone checked at the Samsung Service Center under the
                                  name 'Master Care Services'. I was told that the mobile software
                                  needed to be reloaded and every thing would be fine. The attendant was
                                  hardly listening to my complain and did not even mention anything
                                  about the above description provided. However, the very next day I
                                  received a call from the center stating that the software has been
                                  downloaded and the I could come and collect the handset. I went there
                                  to collect the handset but nothing had changed except all the details
                                  saved on the cell phone had been deleted which I was aware of.

                                  I again requested to make specific mention of the complain and this
                                  time I was told that the mother board needed to be replaced (18
                                  November 2010). I was told that it would take atleast 25 days as the
                                  required parts were not available due to the short supply. I protested
                                  and asked if I could be provided an extended warranty as the phone
                                  would be with the company for almost 1 month. I was really shocked to
                                  hear when I was told that the company is not responsible for an
                                  extended warranty and that its the company policy and nothing can be
                                  done about it. I requested them to provide to me a stand by handset
                                  for use as I did not have any alternative handset again for which I
                                  was denied. I was told that company does not provide all these things
                                  for minor complains.

                                  The mother board needs to be replaced which is short in supply, it
                                  would take minimum 25 days for the replacement to happen and there is
                                  no limit to maximum time taken for replacement with no extended
                                  warranty being supplied by the company for the number of days they
                                  have the phone in their custody. These complains are considered as
                                  minor complains. My question to the CEO of the company is: What type
                                  of complains are considered to be major complains???? Dont you
                                  consider your consumer as your God who is helping you run a business?
                                  Have you taken customers for granted?

                                  If this is the kind of injustice being meted out to your consumers,
                                  then I would not hesitate in letting the Indian Consumers know that
                                  Samsung as a company is a cheat and would definitely make sure that
                                  this case is being heard at the highest priority even if need to sell
                                  my home for it.

                                  Atleast as a consumer I will be satisfied that I have dragged a
                                  company to court which doesnot think about its consumers.

                                  If you have a heart and think that your consumers are important for
                                  the company to run this business, I would like to see a response from
                                  the company within 48 hours, failing to which this complain will be
                                  making news all over the country. The company will definitely be
                                  famous for all the problems you have created for me as a consumer.

                                    This is to inform the concerned person that i have purchase a Samsung LCD from your authorised dealer at shimla in the name & style M/s Sanjeev Kumar & Co. The MALL Shimla on 4th Nov. 2010. The authorised dealer has assured me that the demonstration anf fixation of the LCD will be done by the company officials within 3 or 4 days after the purchase But till date no concerned person has visited my place and my LCD is sill lying uninstalled. I personnally visited the concerned dealer more than 5 times and he personally called the company officials in my presence many times but inspite of the assurance of the company officials to the dealer also they never turned up to my place . I have also rang to your Chandigarh office but your concerned person who picked up the phone at Chandigarh did nport give any positive responce to me. At last i have no option but to made this complaint to you. If after this compalin no person came to install the LCD at my place within 3 days of this mail i will file a consumer complaint regarding the deficiency in service on your part. Please not. I have suffered a mental & physical torture by buying your prodect. After that i will suggest to my relatives & friends not to take the samsung prroduct ever.

                                      I bought a Samsung GT-B7722 mobile (Star Duos) on[protected]. The IMEI no is [protected]. On 07.10.2010, while putting it ON, the loading line would proceed till the half way mark and the mobile would just turn off from that point. I tried a number of times, but the phone would not start.
                                      I deposited my mobile with M/s TELELINK, C-38, City Centre, Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand) {Authorised Samsung Service Centre) on 08.12.2010 at 10:30 am. The work order no is WA[protected]. They sais that it is a software problem and that the software would have to be re-loaded. This meant that everything in the phone memory would be lost, including the phonebook. As I didn't have any choice, I deposited the same. They asked me to collect it at 4pm the same day. When I went there at 4pm, they said that the motherboard has become faulty and it would have to be replaced. They also informed that the motherboard is not available with them nor at Ranchi (the capital city of Jharkhand). It would have to be sourced from Delhi and would take one week. Today (10.12.2010) I again enquired about my mobile. They said that the motherboard is not available anywhere and it may take upto one month for the spare to arrive. I am in a fix and feel totally cheated and deceived by the poor quality of Samsung phones and such poor service. As my work was suffering I didnt have any choice but to buy another phone, while I wait endlessly to get back my GT-B7722.

                                        There is some problem with the service center phone as they cannot hear any thing from our end. We have tried calling from different phone numbers the problem still persist.

                                        Till this date we are clueless about our machine , when they are going to repair and return the same to us. Every time we call up they promises to return the call , but the calls are never returned.
