I have bought a samsung Refrigerator three years ago Model RL39WBMS1. I have been having problems since more than a year. There is some problem with the Refrigerator cooling. I believe this is the problem with most of the models in Samsung. However the larger issue is the pathetic service of the Samsung Service Center specifically in Hyderabad Basheer Bagh.

Complaint no. [protected] was lodged on 11.10.2010, for repair of washing machine. The engineer visited my address and promised to get back in 2-3 days time with the spare parts to repair the machine. When no one turned up, ollowup complaint was made around 17.10.2010, against which another engineer visted my address on 18.10.2010, with the same promise to get back within next 3-4 days with the spare parts. No one ever turned up after that....
