washing machine dryer is not working
Dear Sir,

I bought samsung washing machine on 13.06.07 from samsung dealer on 14.7.09 my washing machine not working and I had made a complaint in samsung customer care till date samsung not repair my machine. I am tired by samsung they are not provided guarantee period. So please advise me now what I can do.

On Date : 07/10/2009-I have register a complaint towards the serviceing of my washing machine complaint # [protected]..Since 2 day we have been following up with them to come over without any response...We spoke to customer care executive Balaji/Sanmugam Sunder and only false assurrance were being given that they would visit. I wanted to speak to customer care supervisor Chandra mouli and chandan to come on phone but the officers refused to give the phone to them and also informed that they would call back in 30 min but nobody called.I had asked them to record he call as this was very urgent as i just became a mother of our second kid who is just 3days old and we need to clean clothers..entire 2 days i waited for them but without any luck. I was literally pleading them to send at the correct time as i need to even take rest. I was told that they could come by even 8.30pm even.Even today 8/10/09 at 7:45pm i called them but they made me hold the line till 8:10pm but never came on line and i was forced to cancell the call. My intention to write to you is to the ensure this complaint reach the samsung consumer care and also the CEO that how people are mentally haressed by the customer care officers.... Even senior supervisor's do not attended to such requests o[censored]rgency. i'm really feeling very sick by these casual approach shown by the samsung team. I just want a written apology from samsung and rectification of my washing machine as soon as possible.
On Date : 09/10/2009- In the morning at around 9 am I have register a complaint towards the manufacture defact of my Washing Machine throughcomplaint no #[protected] I have been told that the engineer will visit before 8 pm same day so I took leave from my offce to expalin the problem faced to engineer. However noone come to attend our issue till today.

The Machine have problem on very first day when I purchased it date August 14 2009, that time the Salees unit come and somehow rectificwed the problem mow again and again I face the same problem.

I called couple of time on the same day and also on next day too, everytime I have been give the false assurance that the service engineer will call and attend the case.

It is really a bad for the company that it have few department/employee or associated people make false statement which may lead to negative impact for it's products.

May I request through this complain to replace my Washing MachineMy intention to write to you is to the ensure this complaint reach the samsung consumer care and also the CEO that how people are mentally haressed by the customer care officers... Even senior supervisor's do not attended to such requests o[censored]rgency. i'm really feeling very sick by these casual approach shown by the samsung team. I had purchased a washing machine from Hisar (Haryana) approx. One year ago. But this machine is not working properly. I had contacted many times to your customer care on land line telephone, But there is no response received till now. Now you are requested please send the your representative for looking this matter.

I am aril narayanan, Erinchikeel, thuruthi, kasargod. We had purchased a washine machine from payyannoore, kannoor district in 1997. Unfortunately, last 2-3 months we are not using the machine as the belt of the machine had broken. We contact several time to the agent, but nobody attended till date. Please instruct your service technician to look the machine and solve the problem. As the warranty period is over, so we are ready to pay the repair charge. Our contact number is[protected].

A complaint regarding not working of washing machine was made to Sumsung service center in the month of April 2010. The complaint was not attended 4-5 days and after complaining again and again, I had received a SMS that Mr.Puri service engineer have been deputed to attend your complaint and his contact no. is [protected]. I contacted Mr.Puri on the given no. and he informed that Shalimar Bagh is not my area you may contact the service center and informed them accordingly. I again contacted the service center but no positive response received. After 2-3 hours I received call from Mr. Puri and informed me that although Shalimar Bagh is not my area but I can attend your complaint. He visited my house and change the motor of Washing machine dyer. He charged Rs.1200/- and asked that the receipt will be sent by Sumsung later on. I tried to contact Mr. Puri many times as the machine was not working properly. He informed me that I am not well and will attend the complaint next week. After that I am continuously contacting him but the phone no. is temporary out of service.
Please look into the matter and take necessary action.

I HAD LOGDED COMPLAIN FOR MY WASHING MACHINE ON 12 TH MARCH2012 ON [protected], THE TECNICIAN VISISTED ON THE SAME DAY,ON 13 TH AT 11.30 AM I WAS TOLD THAT THE PART REQUIRED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND IT SHOULD REPAIRED AS NEW PART WAS NOT AVAIBLE. AGAIN AT 1.30 PM I GOT A CALL TO ASK ABOUT THE SITUATION BY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN , HE AGAIN CALLED AT 6.30 PM AND AGAIN TOLD THE SAME STORY, AT 6.40 CALLED UP THE ABOVE TOLLFREE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THE SALES EXECUTIVE WOULD CALL ME IN 15 MINUTES , SORRY TO SAY UPTO 7.25 NO RESPONSE , AT 7.25 PM I CALLED AGAIN AND M/S DEVI SPOKE TO ME AND I ASKED WHAT WAS THE SOLUTION ? I ASKED IF I HAD TO THROW THE MACHINE AS SAMSUNG DOES NOT HAVE A PART, SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL BACK ON THE 14 TH BUT 11.30AM, BUT YET I AM WAITING FOR THE CALL

SIR PL SUGGEST ME SHOULD I THROW MY MACHINE AS U HV STOPPED AMKING THE PART. AN ELECTRONIC MACHINE WORKS FOR AT LEAST 15 TO 20YRS IF OPERATED PROPERLY. AND IF SAMSUNG IS MAKING NEW PRODUCTS , IT DOES NOT MEAN THE CUSTOMERS WITH OLD MACHINES HV TO SUFFER ,

This is regarding the washing machine, model number WA80P1B.The complaint for this was registered on 17/08/2013.Complaint number is 84537170 Till date the machine has not been repaired.Just a visit by an engineer, Mr Manoj Rawat is not a solution.THE END RESULT IS TILL DATE THE MACHINE IS NOT REPAIRED.Do we have so much time time to chase for it on customer care.We are working, hence we do not have so much free time to chase .WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SERVICE CENTRE?For the past ten days we are chasing for the same.IS SAMSUNG going to pay for the mobile bills as we have been calling the customer care and calls have been placed on long hold.WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?I want an answer.Everytime false promises are made that the machine will be repaired today or tomorrow.Awful services.I want a written explanation from the concerned authorities why so much delay and lethargy. Can a quick action be taken and the issue resolved.

Sir, i have taken the washing machine before 3 years.my machine was given to service centre before 25 days for service but they have told that they will give machine 1 week but they have not given upto know.this problem is for every customer in our district.if we call them there is no proper responce by telling many of various resons.this problem is for every customer in our district.so please my request is to solve this problem.
I BOUGHT A FULLY AUTOMATIC TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE MODEL WA82V4GEC/XTL ON 11 OCT 08. IN THE LAST 6 YEARS I HAD TWO MAJOR REPAIRS AND BOTH TIMES I SHELLED OUT CLOSE TO RS 2000 EACH TIME THROUGH COMPANY SERVICE CENTRE. THEY SOLD ME BOTH TIMES A STAND AND THAT STAND WAS GETTING RUSTED AND LEAD TO UNBANCE AND UNTIMATELY BROKE. SO ABOUT 2 YEARS BACK I REMOVED THE STAND AND USING IT. LAST REPAIR IN 2012 THEY REPLACED THE PCB AND CHARGED CLOSE TO 2000 RS. TODAY AGAIN MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE. THE SERVICE ENGINEER CHARGED RS 337 FOR CHECK UP AND HE SAYS PCB IS GONE AND IT WILL COST RS 3500 TO REPLACE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. IS IT NORMAL TO SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR REPAIR IN 6 YEARS ON A WASHING MACHINE ?. I NEED A CLARIFICATION AND A DETAILED INVESTIGATION. REQUESTING QUICK ACTION TO RESOLVE MY GREIVANCE.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    When i approached to dealer to sort out the problem as per above mentioned subject, he asked my mobile phone to handover to him for repairing and that will take 15 days to do so as per information given by dealer.
    But the thing is if i will handover the set to him then what i will do without handset for 15 days.
    I asked him for any stand by set for those 15 days but he refused.
    Please advise me in this matter because i can not stay without handset even a single day as per nature of my job.
    I have purchased a new set so that i will not have any problem but i am facing it.

      I request to you that i had a PC monitor (SAMSUNG TFT LCD 17'') which i purchased on 17th 0ct. 2008 from Nehru place Delhi, but right now i have some problem with this monitor,
      I called to Samsung customer care and after that one person came to at my home but he told me that Samsung not responsible for this product because importer will responsible for this product, So i humble request to you that please solve my this problem,and this is under warranty.

        Hi,
        I had purchased a SAMSUNG LCD TV and it is still under warranty.2 months back when I wanted to wall mount the LCD , the service technician came and I asked him why is there a hissing noise when i connect to SET TOP box.For which the the technician informed that there is a defect in the series of TV and would never recommend the is product .I felt cheated .However as I had already purchased nothing can be done.He gave an alternative to change the set top box and recheck whether the hissing noise would vanish.Just yesterday I purchased a brand new set top box and installed the instrument.To my shock , the hissing noise was still existing.On Dec 3 2010,i called SAMSUNG customer care @[protected].I called and they opened a complaint number and informed that a technician would resolve my complaint by DEC 4 2010 within 8:30pm.However on Dec 4 2010 - I recieved a call from[protected] at around 10:30am .This guy a technician promised me that he would come to my residence within afternoon and repair the TV.The technician took my address.I was happily waiting for the SAMSUNG technician to turn up.However to my shock even while writing this email at around 9:15pm nobody turned up.The worst part is when I called ]SAMSUNG customer care {I wasted my whole day and made around 10-15 calls} and i would get an uniform reply that we will escalate to the concerned team and have a service guy at your place within today.All bogus and false commitments.I would request the concerned authorities to take up this issue and resolve the issue by replacing the TV or rectifying the hissing noise.Please understand the value of time in an individual's life.Plz do not give false commitments and respond to customer;s concerns in realistic manner.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased samsung B7722 in the date of 25.08.2011.From that date of purchasing my mobile has complaint.so i went my nearest service centre Sri padma customer care located in puducherry.IMEI no:[protected].
        They check my mobile update the software but that problem come again and 2nd time i went for same complaint they change the board.After that same complaint araise so went the service centre again the same problem is coming.Theyare telling they sending mobile to samsung after that only they decide cash or replace mobile after that i enquire they told accept for cash but they need min 15 days to 1 month.After one month i ask with service center they need additonal 15 days after that i enquire they dont have status of cash.simply they are telling they asking with samsung but from ur side no response.I dont know how they are telling? then why ur are giving service center in pondy.Even they are not informing the delay.how many days i have to wait that also they dont know.If i am not getting response from ur side i going to file complaint in consumer court.(complaint araise date 11.10.2011).

            I am a loyal customer of Samsung products.

            I just want to highlight how people ( the samsung customers) are treated at customer service centre.

            My mobile Samsung Corby was not working properly few days back so I want to the service centre in pune located at null stop.

            The behavior of the guys working at this centre is very rude they are not at all polite.

            My mobile is under warranty period and still they are saying I will have to pay 3 thousand Rs to get my issue resolved, my issue is very simple issue my mobile is getting restarted again and again.

            My mobiles cost is around 5 thousand and to rectify the problem they are asking for 3 thousand Rs.

            I want a call back from some sensible person and would like to see some action has been taken on this hopeless guys working at this Samsung centre.

            As I am a loyal customer of Samsung I cannot see such things happening at Samsung service centre.

            I hope someone is there to listen to my problem and to resolve it.

            Awaiting for your prompt action.

            Ya I also suffered same problem. I have Samsung Corby model. Samsung's deccan service center asked me to pay 6000Rs for repair where my phone costs 9000Rs.Please don't buy Samsung product. These guys are nuts.
            Yes Me also...

            I have samsung star duos 7722. it also has the same problem. it restaring again and again... and yes the null stop customer care center guys are realy rude at there...

              Complaint for not Installing the New Microwave Oven

              I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 27/11/2010 from Bharath electronics and Appliences,Salem .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up till date .It's amost more than a week.
              Iam really Frustated with samsung.II am planning to return it back and planed for register a complaint in consumer court.

              Complaint for not Installing the New Microwave Oven

                1. I have purchased a Samsung Split A/C (1.5 ton-description of which is given in the invoice enclosed herewith) from Pai International Electronics Ltd., Mangalore on 25/10/2009 vide invoice number MAN 13946.

                2. I have been promised a warranty of one year at the time of purchase.

                3. The product (Air Cooler) was installed at our house and it worked well upto the end of Dec 2009. From Jan 2010 it started giving problem. Whenever we switch on the A/C, after 1 or 2 minutes all the lights of the house started blinking and A/C is not at cooling the room.

                4. Our main intention in purchasing an A/C is that summer is fast approaching and we can enjoy the cooling of A/C during the peak hot season (summer). But I am in vain.

                5. We have called the Pai International Electronics Ltd., Mangalore and they send a person for identifying the problem and he has informed that the problem is because of voltage fluctuation. If voltage fluctuation is there, according to my general knowledge all other electrical equipments at the house such as tube light, refrigerator, TV etc also should not work or they may show symptoms of low voltage/voltage fluctuation. But all other equipments are working properly and only the A/C is not working. We have called several times in between to Pai International Electronics Ltd., Mangalore for repair of A/C. But no body turned up.

                Finally we dialed toll free no. of SAMSUNG [protected] on 3rd May 2010 and registered complaint no. [protected] and we have also followed up with the complaint no. by calling the toll free no. every alternate day in the month of May 2010. Whenever the phone is received at the other end they keep on giving false information that the complaint will be attended by the senior engineer the same day or the next day. But no body turned up for long time to attend/solve the problem.




                6. After long time of almost 5 months and several telephone calls the technician of the organization repaired A/C on 22nd August,2010. By taking such long time for repair, repairing just before onset of winter and making false claims of low voltage for not repairing warranty of one year has not served its objective. So, I request you to extend the warranty up to 22nd August,2011 i.e. from 22nd August,2010 date of repair of A/C.


                7. I have spent most of my valuable time in calling you/following up the complaint registered with the company and my primary purpose of purchase of the product was not fulfilled due to the deficiency of service. By this notice, I request you to settle my grievance within 30 days of this letter date either by extending the warranty or by refund of full amount with a compensation of Rs. 25000/-.

                8. I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services.

                Samsung Split A/C — no proper service

                I spent 28, 000Rs and took samsung split a/c of 1.5t in 10/12/2007 and the prodect came to my place in the january 2008 nearly 40 days to delay and i spent 2 time for gas refilling that is 1800+1800=3600 and now 13 of april i gave a complant to samsung service and after 2 days they came and did somthing and took 1800Rs after 2 days therewas the same problem then they came and told one of the part hos gon then they gave me the part on may 18 after month and + days this part costed me more than 4500Rs after 2 days therewas the same problem then agane they came and told one of the one more part hos gon and that will cost me around 2800Rs they took a weak time from 1 june still they dint come to my place and bot the parts where inside the a/c unit where no one can tuch. Where the samsung have given me a vast prodect to me and cheated me...

                  The subjected Mobile IMEI - 352674/04/035071/8 was purchased on 29.08.2010. After using for couple of months, there was problem in charging the set. Hence, it was given for repairing to your above mentioned Service Centre in Dombivali.

                  Regret to note that the mobile is neither repaired (Circuit board changed) nor replaced by a new one as of now. Besides, no proper/satisfactory response from the staff.

                  I bought samsung mobile m2710 in sep 2010 (cost rs.5400). now it frequently auto-restarts. Service center techn says main board to be replaced at a cost of rs.2000. he says, water went inside which i denied. it is not worth spending that much; it is better to go for micromax mobile which costs very cheap - within 1900 with many features. Also, no services have been provided till today where more than two months have passed by.

                    PLEASE SHOW CAUSE AS TO WHY LEGAL PROCEDDING SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU FOR :
                    1. NON-PROVISION FOR SERVICES I.E. LOADING OF SOFTWARE FOR OVER A PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS.

                      I have purchase a samsung C6112 model on 27-3-10. The same set became our of order with in two months of purchasing and handed over for repair to samsung service center. I can get back my mobile set i.e. samsung C-6112 with a month period after repair.

                      Secondly, It became again out of order with in four month and handed over to the samsung service centre on 10-2010, than since it is in your service centre. When I wirte to customer support to reund the money of mobile. They pretended and told me to meet your Ahmedbad branch manager. I meet the Branch Manager of Samsung Product at Ahmedabad but he refuse to refund the cost of the same and not to extended the warranty period of the mobile phone and told me get it after repair.

                      Also, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the your employees that feed the status of repaired mobile "Ready" in your computer system before rapir the product, when I went to take the mobile after confirmation on phone they answered me your phone has sent for programming and will be handed over later.

                      Tell me how much time I can use the mobile with in year period of warranty. Such as two and half months is gone for repair out of six months.

                      Please kindly arrange to refund the cost of my mobile which is paid to you

                        like hang voice betrey back up for which service centre people give several time service like softwareopdate changing of mobile once etc
                        at last on dated 16/09/2010 they told me thad we cant do any thing more so that ple give your mobile to us and we will give you cash within 45days but till now i did not recived and they give me a number of their area manager called samit to asked but he is so much busy that not even recivt my call iam trying from last seven days

                          After the mechanic attended to the breakdown, the fridge has not been repaired for over 15 days. I have spoken to the office in Goa who promised to get the Part to be replaced in 8 days. I have been following up with the Office no results.They say the part has to be bought from Mumbai.

                          A family has one fridge in the house do you think that in todays world one can live without a fridge for more than 15 days.I cant believe this is the treatment that customers should expect..

                            I had bought a LCD Tv Samsung LCD LA40A650A on[protected]. On 7-10 2010 the display was blurred and no image was seen. On[protected] I complained and my complaint no.was[protected]. Later a technician came and said that the display needs to be changed.He said he would give the estimate in a day or two.After about 2-3 days he called up and said that it would cost me 35000/- approximately for changing the display.Now for no fault of mine the display which is so expensive conks within two years of purchase so you sit and think about the product.I requested the samsung guys that it is too much of an amount to pay for no fault of ours hence iin such cases which I am assuming would be rare the company should provide a free replacement of the part.Otherwise if it is a common complaint then the quality of the product needs to be questioned.The mumbai office guys said that they would let the management know and would get back to me.I have been following regurlarly but nothing has come about it yet i.e nearly two months from the complaint. I need help as the mumbai guys would'nt give the delhi nos.for me to follow up.

                            Yes I do face the same complaint in Dubai for the same model of TV. being Samsung the most competitive band with advanced technologies should not have the same complaint. For me this is the second time I'm facing the same complaint of replacing the pannel.

                            Actual live of an LCD tv is between 30, 000 to 60, 000 hrs, some claims upto 100, 000 hrs. If this is the case how can we judge a SAMSUNG product

                                When samsung delivered our new fridge, It was found that the fridge was
                                unable to balance properly on its legs. The Samsung personel used some
                                paper to put under the front left leg to improve the balance. On
                                seeing this when we questioned the Samsung personel he said "abhi to
                                aap aise hi use karo". We however wrote this complaint in the bill
                                copy that he took back with him. The no. for the same is [protected].

                                Thereafter began the horrible experience of trying to get some
                                resolution on our fridge. At first we made 2 consecutive trips to
                                Croma itself and they got in touch with Samsung to lodge the
                                complaint.

                                Till now we have had no reply from samsung. It has been 4 months since we bought ther fridge.

                                Samsung Electronics — Defective piece

                                i bought a new refrigerator on 24-9-12 and from the first day it is dripping into the lower portion and making everything kept all wet. the engineer from service center has come thrice just showing his face and turning the knobs and saying it will not drip now and the problem still remains.

                                  A fridge was delivered to us 10 days back on 24 Nov.10. this is a replacement fridge. However despite repeated requests, no one has come for a demo or to install the fridge. there have been several calls to take away the other fridge and when we request that installation be done they assure us that they will contactthe relevant people but there has been no response from the company.
                                  I had brought a samsung RT26 refrigerator on 18th of January, 2011 and today is 25th January and till date not a single soul has made a call for demo inspite of my lodging a complaint and making nearly 20 to 30 calls. Really frustrating. If this is the fate for demo and i am worried about the service problems in future. Really repenting for having chosen samsung.
