    my cell phone was purchased on 02th November,2010.
    and after 12 days my cell phone did not work and i gave cell phone service center.
    and after five days i received a call from Samsung care they told me that your cell phone is properly serviced and you are satisfied to our service but how can i satisfied? because i did not received my cell phone from service center they said that you will receive your cell phone on monday next sunday postpond date every day...

      Hello Sir
      15th Oct i have purchased plazma. TV is nor working properly. I called Customer Care( 26th Oct) of Samsung but they are not responding. There engineer say in 15teen days unit is replaced but no action will be taken by samsung till 23rd Nov . This is Samsung duty to give us good services in given time. What steps should be taken by me? I am not able to understand. Please guide me, now i am helpless by spending 35000 on samsung. Please take some action against Samsung

        i purchased samsung mobile E1080 on 6 dec;2009 . & on 20 sept.2009 it got suddenly off. not able to charge,no display totaly dead...then i went to Tad dev samsung service center & lounge a complaint ...then they chek mobile & told tht mobiles motherboard got damaged..it ll take 8 days to repair...i called them aftr 8 days but then it wasn't ready. they told to wait for more 8 days..like tht 2 months went & on 20thnov;2010 i collect my mobile with proper working condition in there service center. when i went to operate it in da night da same problem occurs .. again i went to the same place & that time these people told tht battery is gone..u need to change it...but when i returned to home & put da same battery in da same samsung mobile it was working properly...& i also put samsungs working mobile battery in my phone it didn't worked...
        That means there isn't problem in battery..it is in mobile itself....& my 1 yr warranty is going to end in 6 DEC. 10 ...i don't understand what to do with with this guys..
        If Samsung Not able to give proper services to his costumers then why the r showing fake advertisements...They r only earning money not giving good services..
        Govt. must need to take strict action against companies like this.

          Hi,

          I have samsung corby pro which was working fine, but all of a sudden i`m not able to access messages, it says initializing and then nothing happens.
          Its the same for me and one of my acquaintant too. For me, the cell response slowed down as well.

          It so happened in his phone that IRCTC broken msg was receieved ( in my cell too) and the msg sticks on the SIM, corrupting the mobile.

          He got it repaired somehow by installing software or something...

          They say the trick is to insert the SIM into a different mobile, delete the msg and then insert back in your cell.

          The trick doesn't work for me. Even with empty SIM, the cell shows the Unread msg icon, eventhough I have cleared message memory.


          So, finally trying to find a solution in different forums...

              I HAD BOUGHT A 20 INCHES SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR IN AUGUST 2009 AT BANGALORE.                 Respected Sir,

                I purchased a Samsung wave 8500 on 26th august 2010, I discovered that the battery wasn't holding up as it should and so took it to a near by service center in Thrissur ( prime services) on 13th November, at first they said it was an issue with the board and so they had to replace it and I requested a replacement handset and they diverted me to their branch manager in Cochin,who authorizes replacements. I spoke with him and then he said that giving a replacement was not possible and he also said that there was a technical error and there was nothing wrong with the board and that everything was working fine. I convinced him with that there was an issue with the battery finally after briefing him with the issues I faced, finally he agreed to provide a new battery, which must have been given in the first place, days have passed and still the service center claims of not receiving the battery. I am frustrated with the poor service rendered and am not able to do anything about it and am scared if my phone would be tampered with, since it is just 2 months old. Please help me!! on what needs to be done.

                  I purchased samsung Lcd 32'' from 167,North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai vide bill no.[protected] on 7th november 2010. On the day of purchase they promised and written on the bill that they give Airtel DTH and TATA Photon+ as offer for my purchase of the LCD. After the bill was paid, they informed me that the stock was not there and the Offers would be delivered to me within two dayI wouwo days, till date (21.11.2010) I have not received any of them. Keeping it aside, after the purchase of Lcd, the same was installed to the wall after 3 days. On 14th November 2010 the Lcd started to show a very poor view and lines and dots on the screen always. I complained Viveks where I purchased the lcd and advised by them to contact samsung customer care centre. I registered my complaint with samsung vide [protected](complaint number) on 17th November, 2010. The customer care executive Mr.Nambi registereod the complaint and informed me that the service centre's executive would be calling me in two hours, which never happened. The next day service centre person Mr.Pramod came to my home and told me that some manufacturing defect identified and hence the LcD needs to be replaced, which will happen within 7days and promised me that he would try to do replacement much earlier. I accepted for it and submitted the scanned copy of the bill for their processing. I phoned on 20th to call centre and enquired about the status of the replacement, they did not have any answer and told me to call service centre directly. when I phoned service centre no body was lifting the phone. On 21st (today) one from service centret called my house and informed that It would take 15days and not possible with in 7 days, in fact he was telling that who informed us that the replacement would be done within 7days. I got frustrated and called Viveks and they asked me to come to show room with bill for solution. I went to Viveks and met Mr.Ramesh, Manager, who informed that the product is not having any guarantee, only warrantee is available for which I have to wait till samsung does replacement. I got angry and came back from the show room with their irresponsible and lethargic reply.

                  Please suggest me the alternative action from end to solve this. why the people are like this telling some thing before sales and not responding properly to the customers after sales. Both the dealer and Manufacturer are irresponsible and very poor in customer satisfaction. I request all not to purchase any product from viveks especially samsung products becuase I am suffering.

                  LCD 32 — MANUFACTURING DEFECT

                  TOOK LCD 32' ON 08.02.2011. JUST TWO MONTHS LAPSED, HOLE APPEARED ON THE SCREEN. COMPLAINED. TOOK IT SERIOUSLY. CHANGED THE PANEL. JUST AFTER TWO MONTHS SUDDENLY STARTING PROBLEM.

                  COMPLAINED. VERY POOR RESPONSE. AFTER I MONTH ATTENDED. NO RESULT. RATHER COULD NOT IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM. SLEPT FOR ANOTHER ONE MONTH. AGAIN MAILED TO HELPLINE. RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY.

                  BUT COULD NOT TRACE THE PROBLEM. FROM LAST TWO MONTHS TV IS NOT OPERATING . STILL THEY ARE HITTING IN THE BUSH.

                  IN SUCH A SITUATION HOW COULD RELY ON SUCH A BRANDED COMPANY.

                  COULD U TELL ME WHY SHOULDN'T I GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.

                  IF POSSIBLE MAKE SOME REMEDY SOON .

                    Samsung Mobile M-569 — No Respond from last 7 months

                    I had purchased mobile from this company in March 2009 and in july 09 itself i had visited to their service center for technical defects in my phone. After followup of 2 months they had promised to make a refund of my invoice amount and taken copy of invoice for the same. After 8 months gone they are still saying that this approval is pending and i am getting hopeless due to the same. Till date i had spend lot of my time and money in visiting and calling these people but nobody bothers to revert.

                    Request your intervention in resolving my case and provide me justice.

                      Whether you have any thing beyond SORRY?This is all my story for last 15 days.I stay in Dwarka, New Delhi

                      When I talk to the customer care,some body will pickup and say that they will give a call and I have to wait.

                      I am entirely unhappy with your customer service.I was told to approach Dwarka Service Centre on a Sat Day which was found to be closed and on Sunday also I was asked by your customer service to approach but when I reached the place it was closed.

                      Then I went to your Nehru Place service Centre in Delhi , about 30 kms from Dwarka, and I was told that the mobile can be repaired but there will be no further guarantee.I said OK. Next day I got a call to take the handset. I sent my driver to pick it up.

                      It was really painful to deal with your staff dealing with handset service.I talked to the manager.He was rude and said the set is burne and he could not help.Now he has sent an amount of Rs. 4000 to get it repaired while my set was vermuch within the guarantee period.


                      I have lost faith in your products and services.I have been using all Samsung products for last ten years.Once you visit my place, you can see that but this time I am sad and unhappy with your service.

                      Now I have no way but to spread the message to every body that never purchage Smsung Products for the said reason. I have lost lot of time and money in my effort to convince Samsung people to help but to no result

                        My Frost Free refrigerator stopped working after BESCOM supplied 440V to our house. I called Samsung Service center on Nov 16, 2010 to request for service. I was told that someone would positively visit my house by 8:30 PM that day itself. However, after several calls and reminders, a service engineer came on 17th at 4PM, looked at the problem and diagnosed that the PCB had to be replaced. He assured that someone from Samsung would let me know by early next day about the availability of spares and the time it would take to do the service.
                        Even on Nov 20th, after several calls (each call is typically 10 to 15 minutes given that all their customer care representatives are busy with other customers) i do not have a clear picture on when my refrigerator would be serviced.
                        Everytime i speak to them they would have the refrain of 'someone would certainly contact you within 1 hour.' And invariably even after 1 day there would not be any communication from them.
                        When i asked one of the managers that since only the compressor is within warranty and the rest of the refrigerator is out of warranty period, could i avail the services of a third-party, the reply i got was that i could not as it would invalidate the warranty on the compressor! Samsung is holding me for ransom by their poor customer care policies and lack of responsiveness.

                          Samsung Service is very poor. I registered my complaint on 8th November 2010 regarding my cooling problem. Also I am following up this from this complain from that date onwards. Whenever I ask the customer care executive they used to say the same statment like our engineer will come today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. But nobody was not called or came to do the service.

                          So please be careful with samsung products.

                          My complaint number is BP: [protected].

                          You cannot go ahead to this process with their higher officials. There is no option for that.

                          Finally I called a local service person, he came and did the service within 30 minutes.

                            I had purchased Samsung moblie W299 dual sim model. It was working fine in initial days...few months after its touch screen stopped functioning..i was lucky that this model can work also on keypad... after few days its functions speed got very slow and on one day it got hanged.

                            I visited samsung mobile service center at goregaon west on 31st aug 2010..(worst service center with all bull people)... i was happy to hear that my handset may get repaired within hour... after that i got to know that pba part need to be replaced so i had to wait for 15-20 days... after 15-20 days i got to know that i had to wait for 2-3 days (tuesday) i will get my mobile repaired... i visited on that saturday..again i had been told to wait till next saturday...next time i was told that i would get new handset replaced within few days... It is now my routin job of saturday to go to samsung mobile goregaon west... scold these people and return with empty hand....... these ppl have given me two phone nos which are not working at all........

                            today is 20th Nov.... I had submitted my handset on 31st aug.....you can imagine the kind of service these people are providing....

                            DONT EVEN BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE IN YOUR LIFE... IF YOU BUY IT AND IT GOT SOME PROBLEM THEN THROW IT IN DUSTBIN...DONT GO FOR REPAIRING.... YOU CAN SAVE ON YOUR TRAVEL COST OF Rs 500/- WHICH I HAVE SPENT YET FOR VISITING SAMSUNG MOBILE GOREGAON WEST SERVICE CENTRE.......

                              Dear Sir,
                              This my second complaint for the same set within 04 months of procurement.Copy of my first mail is attached below. It is solved & my phone get repaired but not changed (as i requested).

                              It is kept by service branch for 01 month (no service phone is provided) & then handed over to me informing that the mother board of this set is found corupt that is why phone was not functioning well.
                              Repair is done & new motherboard is installed in place of old motherboard.

                              After a month today morning when i pick my phone to call somebody i found it is switched off even though it was on charging. I switched it ON but after showing the booting message of Samsung C5212 it again switched OFF i tried no of times to switch it ON but fails.
                              Now my wife again submitted that set to service centre at K.K services, ghaziabad (Owner-Ashish,[protected]) for repair.

                              I got fed up from this phone. I want a new phone against this phone

                              Dear Samsung,

                              Your New Duos model-C5212 is really rediculas. My wife gifted me the new set on my last birthday that is on 24 July,2010.
                              She procured this set because of 02 sim slots option.

                              From the day one it is giving following troubles,

                              01. only showing 01 network at a time .
                              02. Outgoing voice is too low that i offtenly got complaint from my freinds that your voice comes too low during conversation.
                              03. It never picks the signal of local FM radio channels when I travels through a local train or metro.
                              04. Battery discharges fully in a single day even i talk only 1/2 an hour only.

                              Regarding this
                              - First i visited the shop from where this set is procured , the shopkeeper said that signals might be week of your another sim.
                              I complained & requested the Airtel person to check for the week signals & also i observed the phone for another couple of days
                              but i found that the signal start coming of the Sim which i choose as default.
                              - Then i somehow find out the samsung customer care no. & ask them for support,they give on id no - [protected] & also logged my complaint.
                              They said to submit the phone for replacement to the nearest service centre at K.K Services, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad
                              & then contact to Samsung cust. care with the Job card issued by serv. centre.
                              - After couple of days my wife visited their office (dated-18/09/10) & shown the handset.
                              The serv. centre person said that there are simply some setting problems
                              & requested her to wait for 1/2 an hour & they will retrun the same after making the settings.
                              The serv. engineers tried for 01 hour but for no use.
                              Then they submitted the phone with them & gave my wife a Job card & said to collect the phone after 25 - 30 days after repair.
                              - As said by Samsung Customer care executive, again i contact the Samsung's Cust. Care (dated 04/10/10) & again requested
                              to exchange the Duo model handset by some single sim model. They give me the no. of Mr. Sandeep (Area Sales Manager,West)
                              [protected] & said to inform all this matter to him & he will certainly help me out & if not ,then again inform the customer care deptt.
                              - I called Mr. Sandeep , but beyond my expectations he just replied that we are the only after sales service & support persons
                              I can't do anything on this issue as Samsung has the Policy to exchange the handset only within 04 days of procurement.
                              - I again made a call to Samsung's Cust. Care & update them of all then they said that we are not able to support you as we are from technical side.
                              So they gave me the mail -id support.[protected]@samsung.com & guide me to book all the issue to this.

                              My Question is - Why i should take a new repaired phone for which i have paid the charges of new set ?

                              I have not paid for a handset from which i will face the problem from day one.
                              Also i have taken that set because of 02 sim option but i am not getting that feature , so that set is worthless for me.

                              I want to just give back/exchange this set. I do not want this set at all.

                              I am also ready to put the extra money of rate difference against replacement of this model dual sim phone from
                              any of other samsung model with single sim option of higher price range even.

                                  i PURCHASED SAMSUNG OMINIA II ON NOVENBER 1st 2010 from Saudi Arabia . After 15 days i came to know that this product is display with inbuilt 16 GB memory, but surprise it was not in side. When i open to see my storage, it is showing OO (zero) starage.. Surprise???

                                  When i complane to shop keeper, he told that some of the piece by default company forget to build inside so this is one the same piece which is company's fault..Nobody is ready to help in this SAMSUNG product matter..Pl send this message to company for its image of product and if possible pl help me to either change mobile or give me 16 GB inbuit in this piece.. i am all electronics product user of SAMSUNG only, so save company's prestige value

                                    I have purchased a Samsung Corby Pro (B5310) mobile on 26th July 2010. After using the phone for 2 months a problem occured with the set. The handset was restarting on its own. After submitting the handset to the Samsung Service Center, they have returned me the set after 1 and a half months (Complaind ID: MA190923), that too after repeated pestering Now after getting my handset back I have used it for 2 days and the old problem has started again. Again the handset is restarting on its own.
                                    Please tell me what to do next as I am being harassed for no reason. Should I lodge a complaint in Consumer Court against Samsung..

                                      i had purchased samsung mobile3310 in june 2010, after 3-4 months its buttons are not working properly, i gone to the samsung gallary in nerul, Sector-23, East. Navi Mumbai on 1.11.10, but till date they are not repairing only giving every time new date. sir i have to go from my residence to shop by sepending every time 28-30 rupee by auto, till date i visited more than six times and yet they are telling we are repairing it. my mobile no.                                         I purchased a Samsung LCD TV (model LA22B450) on 08 September 2009 and it has been under replacement warranty of one year as per the terms of purchase. In August last week, it has developed some technical problems and I complained to the Samsung Customer Care No.[protected] and their engineer who visited advised the company to replace the set since it was having some major manufacturing defect which was not reparable. However, the company had not replaced or responded to their own engineer’s advice. Again, I lodged the complaint in the second week of September since they had not taken any action, and again their engineer visited and the same story repeated for 2-3 times till the end of October. The last complaint (complaint no.[protected]) was lodged by me out of frustration on 15 November 2010 without expecting any tangible action from their side at their customer care (since their no other contacts are available, and the customer care when asked informed that they are instructed not to disclose their senior executives' numbers to the customers) and they promised that the engineer will visit within an hour and this time the set will be replaced within a day, if advised so by the engineer. However nothing happened so far. Since, my family has been without a TV set for the last two months, now I have been forced to buy another LCD TV set from LG (shelling out considerable sum though I am financially very much constrained) because of this company's lackluster attitude and lack of professionalism in resolving a complaint that is too within the year of purchase of their product for the last two months.
                                        Now, I look forward to your help in resolving this matter, since I am determined that they should not be allowed to hoodwink the customers and go scot free without any responsibility other than selling their mediocre products to customers who are blinded by their misleading advertisements. I understand that they have also an assurance that their customers could not go beyond their customer care number and hence nothing will happen if they do not respond to the complaints. I hope their chiefs in Korea will at least take note of this since the actions of their counterparts in India will certainly bring a bad name to their image in other countries too. Any way, with this frustrating experience, I will never recommend a person to buy any samsung product nor will I or any of my acquaintance buy their products in this life time. They have eroded the faith the customers have in them.

                                        Samsung — not replacing defective tv

                                        respected sir
                                        i bought a 29" colour tv from shakti electronics , ahmedabad on 19 jan .on the very next day red colour patch problem was there on display. i complaint the dealer and so company people came to inspect.
                                        they confermed the same and assured to replace the piece. but neither company people or dealer is able to replace the piece.they said that model is out of stock. i made make several phone call to samsung service center and dealer but there is no result

                                        two months ago i have launched a complaint to samsung about my lcd tv and they are due to replace the part and still they have not replace the parts so please do something so that my tv work properly
                                        SAMSUNG COMPANY IS CHEATING INDIAN CONSUMERS. THEY DONT REPLACE OR REPAIR THEIR PRODUCT. ALL THEIR SERVICE CENTERS AND TECHNICIANS ARE NOT EDUCATED AND THEY TALK ALL CRAP.

                                        Samsung — LCD DEFECTIVE

                                        I purchased an LCD 26" model no. LA26B480 from Samsung Plaza, Sanjay Gandhi Market, Jalandhar City, PUNJAB for Rs 27,200/- only on 29 Aug'2009 against Invoice No.588 . Now the LCD has gone defective and I lodged complaint with company and its no. is [protected]. The Company Rep says that the panel has gone defective and it will require replacement for cost of Rs. 14,000/-. As the warranty has expired in Sep only and the LCD has gone defective in Nov'2010 it is strange that the LCD has gone defective after only one month of warranty. Now the Company is demanding above money for repair. I am thinking to approach Consumer Court for the redressal.
