I have samsung i8000 mobile handset,from few days i am not able to receive the calls because of some problems in receiver. So i have given for service in samsung service center near R.T.nagar.After 20days also the has not been rectified due to non delivery of the part.The service center person that until and unless receive the parts can't fix it.I wonder that I paid 25000/- for this handset and the SAMSUNG SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC.

    Samsung service center at Panch Batti, Jaipur not providing after sales service.I went there to get my hands free changed.employees there misbehaved and didn't change my hands free too.I preferred Samsung mobile because of its brand value over other cheaper alternatives.But I am not satisfied at all.If these are the after sales services them this will be the first and last samsung mobile of me and my family.
    i forgot my samsung monte mobile tracker code which i have activated earlier.PLEASE find me a way to retain or unlock my passwor, eagerly waiting for your reply

      LOST TRUST IN SAMSUNG.



      I have some problem with my Washing Machine & accordingly lodged a Complaint at 11 Am on 20.12.10.



      COMPLAINT NUMBER-[protected] .



      Then I got an appointment for 6.30-7 Pm slot on 20.12.10.



      Accordingly I cancelled all my other appointments & rushed back early to reach home by 6.30 Pm. At 6.30 Pm when I called the Service centre I was kept waiting for 10 minutes & after that I was told that another appointment for 21.12.10 evening would be available to which I informed that it was not acceptable for which the Service centre person agreed to send a person the same evening.



      At 7.15 Pm when I did call on the following numbers- [protected],[protected],[protected]-There was no response & this SERVICE centre is Just ¼ Km from my place.



      When I called your CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER-[protected] I ONLY got assurances that some one will turn up by 8.30 Pm on 20.12.10.





      BUT KNOW ONE TURNED UP- I AM SAD & DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY SAMSUNG IS BEHAVING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.



      WHEN SUCH AN ATTITUDE IS HELD BY A COMPANY THEN DOOM IS NOT FARAWAY.



      I had a lot of trust in SAMSUNG & have a Refrigerator, Washing Machine, 3 Mobile phones ,Monitor etc-But due to POOR service will henceforth NEVER BUY another SAMSUNG & also will inform EVERYONE about your After SALES Service.

        Sir,

        I had purchased a fully automatic washing machine having model no. WA82V4G on 24.10.2008 from Tushar Vision of Pul Pehladpur, New Delhi. I regert to inform you that the washing machine is not functioning from 18.11.2010 and accordingly I had lodged a complaint with your customer care and got the compliant no. [protected] dated 19.11.2010, I appreciate that on the same date your engineer (Mobile No. [protected]) visited our residence and told us that the entire wiring has to be changed which was not available with him at that time. He said that it will taka another weeks time to get the machine repaired. After that we called your engineer number of times but got the reply that wire is not available in the stock and repeated the same all the times. Again on 20.12.2010 I lodged compliant with your customer care and got the same compliant no. and your engineer visited our residence on 20.12.2010 and said that it is a customer call and hence he has to visit the place but wire is still not in the stock and also said you can get it repaired from outside and went back with this answer. I am not able to understand when you cannot attend the customer complaint why you are selling your products creating bad name in the market. I even will suggest my relatives/friends/colleagues to not to purchase any SAMSUNG product in India since they don't care about their customers. I have even agreed for making payment of the visit and for the spare part as well as demanded by your customer care department. More than a month has been passed but no action is taken.

          I bought Samsung Series 6 LED TV in October 2010 and barely 14 months later its screen has gone faulty with red vertical lines appearing across the screen. Its dissappointing to see such big International giants making such big claims about the quality of their products which become faulty so soon.
          I have lodged a complaint with the company and hope to get it resolved soon. Complain no. [protected] dt. 21/12/10.

            First time after Samsung TV purchase, I logged one complaint ([protected]) . But even after 4 days, nobody came. I do not know where to dump SAMSUNG TV. I have decided not to buy any samsung product in future. Buying samsung product mean loosing peace of mind. Really BAD experience.

            Think 100 times before buying any SAMSUNG product !!!!!

              IT WAS PURCHASE IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010
              HAS GOT WARRANTY FOR MOBILE 1 YR
              6MTHS FOR THE BATTERY

              FACED PROBLEM IN THE MONTH OF APR 2010 OF HANDS FREE EAR PHONE GOT REPLACED.

              NOW SINCE 11TH DEC ITS NUMS PAD IS PEELED OFF AND COMING OUT IN PIECES , THE COMPANY IS NOT LISTNING TO ME THAT IT IS PEELING OFF ITSELF , THEY ARE ARGUING THAT IT IS NOT MANUFACTURERS DEFECT.
              IT IS BECAUSE IT IS PEELING OFF WITHING 10 MONTHS OF PURCHASE , WHEN THEY SAY WARRANTY FOR MOBILE 1 YR IT HAS TO BE FOR ONE YEAR, FOR EVERYTHING ON MOBILE,

              ITS PHOTOGRAPHS ARE GIVEN TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AT BANDRA , THE SERVICE CENTRE FELLOW IS ACCEPTING THAT IT HAS TO BE REPLACED BUT COMPANY PEOPLE ARE NOT GIVING THE SPARES TO HIM, THATS WHY HE IS NOT TAKING FOR REPAIRS , I SPOKE TO THEM ON TOLL FREE , THEY SIMPLY NOT AGREED TO LISTEN THE COMPLAINT REF NO IS [protected]

                Dear Sir/ Ma'am
                I had purchased Samsung champ(touch screen mobile phone) 3 months back and after 20 days it started showing an error on the screen connecting to pc. When i went to samsung service centre in sector 22 chandigarh they told that there is some problem with the mother board and it will take 15 days. When i again called them after 15 days they said it will take a week more. And now whenever I call they say one week more one week more. And its almost 2 months this hide and seek is going on. I had given my phone to them on 22 october 2010. I am facing so much of loss because of them and i am subjected to mental tension because of them. I never expected such a poor service from samsung. Please help me out and tell me what should I do as i am fed up of listening 1 more week 1 more week. And I want my phone back to me as soon as possible.I shall be highly obliged by your kind action.

                Samsung Mobile Phone — Poor service of samsung

                Dear All

                This is Saraswati Chander from Vnext top floor jeevan market una (H.P). I had purchase a samsung mobile (J-210) of Rs 5600 on 12.01.09 from una but after four months later mobile create lot of problems for me like hanging,joy stick and insert sim card i had complaint to dealer and handover the phone to dealer he told me that i have to wait for three to four days for solution but after 25 days later there was no any resolation form dealer end he told me this is the problem form samsung service center care but i have a very BAD EXPERIENCE with samsung mobile phone.

                Hi I m puneet jain and i have Samsung Sgh J210 .My mobile is in warranty period...but my mobile serial no. is lost ...ans they telling me that without serial no.they don, t do any think, i have the IMEI no.
                so i am verry depressed for samsung...i have a mobile bill ...but they are telling that without serial no.they cant do anythink...i think samsung is worst i providing service...to the customers...
                vary bad service by samsung. i had same experience. they r saying that parts are not available. what the hell they are doing if simple parts like speakers are not available in cities like puna also?
                I have one samsung mobile phone model L 700, IMEI no. [protected].
                This phone had developed problem as dust entered inside the display screen. Hence on 11/04/2011 at 16:15 Hrs. I had given this mobile phone for service/ cleaning of dust from inside display screen to "M/S COMPUTECH SYSTEM, 14/15-A NAGER PALIKA SHOPPING CENTRE, NR. LION CIRCLE, ONGC ROAD, ANKLESHWAR, DIST. BHARUCH PH[protected], 249808" an authorised service centre of Samsung mobile.
                During servicing/cleaning of dust from the display screen, many scratches developed inside the display screen. This has developed due to improper way of cleaning/ servicing. I have also paid Rs. 150.00 towards service charge. On complaining he is not accepting their fault and naw telling to replace the display screen with new one costing Rs. 900.00. My display screen wsa OK before given for service.

                Please advice the Service Cente to rectify the problem of my mobile phone.

                Samsung /mobile phone — poor service

                I am using WaveII with ESN/IMEI No. [protected]. Recently there was a problem with the Touch- screen of the hand-set and was cited as a reason by samsung service-engineers on[protected]. It is stated and was agreed by their service-engineers that the handset would be repaired & returned to me within a week but now it has been more than 2 weeks.
                . Since my work is dependent on my phone, I am completely helpless now. Having paid so-much for a high-end phone, I have suffered due to the faulty manufacturing of the hand-set.
                You are hereby requested to get my hand-set replaced by a new-one or the amount of money paid by me should be refunded at the earliest,

                  From past so many years I am using samsung brand. Recently I have purchased a SAMSUNG GT B 5722, which is quite expensive and worth also when I started using it, I have come across through some problem with accessing Gmail (java application) which I have downloaded from the net, when I try to open the Gmail, it shows (This program requires a working data connection) I tried to over come through this problem several time but its of no use. Along with this someother programs are also not working properly on samsung platform like Google Maps, Opera Mini etc. kindly help me to configure the gmail.

                    I would like to bring the following for your kind consideration and favourable action:-
                    We had purchased a SAMSUNG LCD-LA26C450 TV from an authorised Dealer on 14.08.2010 and the series of events are as stated below:
                    Name of consignee & address (My name & address): Remadevi, Block-XII, CPWD Quarters, GPRA Main Campus, Kunnumpuram, Civil Station New Link Road, Kakkanad, Kochi-682 030.
                    Name of authorised Dealer: M/s. Fridge House,Chembumukku, Vazakala Village, Cochin-682021.
                    Invoice No., & date: KK00012/14.08.2010.
                    Item description: SAMSUNGLCD-LA26C450.
                    Total amount paid in cash: Rs.21700/-
                    No., & date of first complaint preferred:[protected]/21.11.2010.
                    Date on which first attendance on complaint: 25.11.2010 (after 4 days).
                    Observation intimated: One of the main spares to be replaced.
                    Date of replacment of damaged spare: 02.12.2010 (after 10 days).
                    Result: Worked for time being and acknowledgement obtained.
                    After 45 minutes from the departure of Service Engineer, the TV stopped working.
                    Immediately reported to Mr.Sudheesh, one of the employee of M/s.Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., Cochin in his Mob.No.[protected] who in turn assured on the same day by SMS that "Sorry for whatever troubles you have faced on this prodct. We will do our best to get your product replaced as soon as possible".
                    Even then a second complaint was booked vide No.[protected]/04.12.2010.
                    Date on which complaint was attended: 06.12.2010.
                    Observation: Not disclosed.
                    Result: However, TV has not been in working condition.
                    Our Demand:Replacement of damaged TV with new TV.
                    The Senior Service Manager in consultation with the Service Engineer in spot also verbally agreed to replace the TV. But, nothing happened till date. When reminded, they were acting as ignorant on such a word.
                    Appeal: Request to direct the Manufacturer to replace the old set damaged within 95 days from the date of its purchase with a new set immediately.

                    Samsung/LCD TV — Regarding replacement of NEW TV

                    Hi
                    This is Ramesh. from Kamakshipalya. I purchased 26" samsung LCD TV, from SPAR, Mantri SQuare, Malleswaram, on 13-Feb-2011. As part of the package i was given a free dish TV connection. An authorised technician from dish tv came to install the connection 15 days after puchase of TV. When the tv was switched on, smoke was observed, and the tv is not working since then. I have been contacting the customer care repeatedly in the past --- days. No one has bothered to respond. I am utterly disgusted with the behaviour of your customer care, please give me a replacement or return the money.

                    Customer care should be consumer friendly. It should not harrass the consumers telling contact this person, contact that person. After selling the product they should not tell we have procedures, it will take 15-30 days. I have spent my hard earned money. they took their money same way i would like to see the product.

                    Samsung — Replacement of LCD TV

                    I had purchased 40" LCD TV in Chandigarh on 17 Jun 2011. I found that the front panel buttons on LCD are not working. I lodged a complaint at the call centre at [protected] and my complaint number is [protected]. I have been calling them ever since and everyday atleast twice. But everytime they manage to give some or the other excuse that service center rep will visit and replace the TV. Till date nothing has happened. I wonder if I have made a mistake in buying this. Why is Samsung not taking the complaints seriously?
                    Install TYRE SEALER and get your tyre puncture proof till tyre's life.Have your tyre's life increased upto 10000 kms.Get increased mileage along with long time constant air pressure in tyre.

                      I had purchase Mobile, Make: Samsung, Model : 5200 Metro[protected] in the month of 31 May 2010 from Wolri Naka, THE MOBILE STORE and i had submitted for repairing at Mumbai (Lalbaub) Samsung Servicing center for repair for bad display after 10 days after repair still handset not working. The service of Samsung servicing centre is not upto mark. They have given 02 nos. landline numbers but that always kept defective

                          i have got some error on screen then i go to Samsunng Care Ulhasnagar they solve my problem but after 15 min My camera is not working or Java is not installing.

                          I cant install JAVA n also Camera is not working when i collect from mobile from samsung care Ulhasnagar.
                          Please Replacce my mobile it will be restarted in 25 min.
                          I called Customer Care but they cant Help Much.
                          I have remaining 9 month warrenty.

                              I had purchased Samsung Mobile handset model No SCH - W299 having IEMI No : [protected] last year in Sept 2009 at Rs 12600/- . Within 5 months its touch screen stopped working and I approached the Airoli service center and according to them there is no guarantee for the touch screen. Since I was able to use it without touch screen I decided to continue to use it. Last week suddenly it stopped working completely . I approached again to Airoli service centre and after reloading the software again it did not work. The service technician asked me to approach another service center at Dream Mall in Bhandup. My handset was kept for one day and then they said that its mother board should be changed and it will cost Rs 5500/- . Now just in 14 months such an expensive mobile handset is dead and there is no guarantee that after spending above amount , how many days it will work properly. It really so sad that such a reputed company is selling substandard products in the market. I had to buy this handset because of my CDMA number from my new company. This hand phone has double sim CDMA + GSM. But it looks like that Samsung has serious problem with many handsets in the market. I doubt that I will get any support from Samsung but its important to let people know that in future one should be very careful when you buy Samsung products.                                   I Mrs.Mani Singh W/O Sh.Ajeet Singh R/O H.No.812, Sector-22-B, Gurgaon(Haryana), Mobile No.[protected] purchased Samsung M/W Con 28L CE1041DFB AM0134 from CROMA, Ansal Plaza, Sector-23 Gurgaon (Haryana) on 11/12/2010 vide Customer Delivery No.[protected]. Salesman(Mr.Brijesh) of Croma promise me that one representative of Samsung/Croma reach my home for demonstration within 48 hours. But after elapsed 04 days nobody will come from Samsung/Croma.We are contact Croma on Monday i.e 13/112/10 but they say representative come on tomorrow i.e. Tuesday(14/12/2010), but representative not come on tuesday, We again contact Croma and requested for same., they say representative come on wednessday(15/12/2010) but representative not come on today, After many request I have no option to request to Croma Head for immediate action on my request otherwise please take your above mentioned M/W and return my money immediately.
                                  I hope please take immediate action on my request.

                                    in chandigarh sec 22 A.M service center.this set has problem with FM radio but ur expert say it cant be repair so u can replace the mobile or refund money.i agree for refund money.but i dont get any cheque.when i come to customer center they dont give any satisfactory answer or not give any exact date when the cheque will come.they just say when the cheque will come we call u i'm waiting for 4 month but i dont get any call,if i call them they r not respond and just say we call u if cheque come and we dont know when it will come but now they told me that ur mobile is repaired so get it but i purchase a mobile before one month after waiting for cheque so i just want refund money .so sir please help me what to do.other wise i'm thinking to go in consumer court.

                                      This is regarding my new SAMSUNG mobile handset model No S3600i SL No RUL7490885Y.

                                      I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung mobile (S3600i) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, I can't get a prompt response from your people despite repeated calls. If I get response this is also false commitment from Mr. Amar, DIGITAL CONSORTIUM (C.T.S No[protected],Balchandra Villa,Laxmi nagar, Pimpri, Pune 411 033. Ph:[protected]

                                      My handset was having white display issue due to the same I have handed over it to Mr. Amar on 22nd Nov against WON 5991 (attached). I had been told there is issue with display and I will get my mobile back on next day. When contacted on 23rd I was told handset is not ready so again contacted on 24th Nov. I was still told its not ready & finally on 26th Nov they told me part is not available and it will be available on 2nd Dec.

                                      This is the answer I got after four trips to service centre.

                                      Very patiently I took my mobile back & put hand it over back to service centre on 9th Dec. Where Mr Amar told me he knows the issue and I will get my cell repaired on 10th Dec.
                                      According to which I went next day and this is when I was told that my handset is not be repaired under warranty as the display has a water damage issue and I have to pay Rs 275/- for repair.
                                      Now according to Mr.Amar and Mr.Anwar (Service centre head) the water damage issue occurred as we took handset home whereas it was out of question that the cell getting damage at home.

                                      The cell was not even checked on 9th Dec and how on 10th can I get this answer?

                                      I was shocked when he was talking like this. He is the person only promised to repair handset under warranty and not stand by his words and wasted so much of time and money and he finally saying not possible to repair under warranty.
                                      I have never seen such pathetic customer service in my past, I can understand that Mr.Amar is junior and can be irresponsible but Mr.Anwar being centre head also shows the same behaviour.

                                      I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT RESLOVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY

                                        I bought a LCD monitor of the Samsung company with a three year product warranty, but within three month of purchase in the year 2008, it developed a technical snag which after much complaining got attended and the panel was changed but after that patch up it again developed the same error in its much severe form and now the screen goes totally white I once again complained to company with complaint no. [protected], my purchase is registered online with the company site, but even after three month no hearing on the part of company.
                                        kindly do the needful in this case.

                                        when we call the mangalore service centre, they say that they have taken over the service centre ownership recently and there are lots of complaints pending, no enginner is available...who is responsible for such delay...when we called samsung their reply was they have closed the call themselves since customer didnt pickup thephone when they called but failed to give any details on how many times they called, when did they call etc...

                                        God only help who have purchsed samsung products...

                                        This is the 2nd time in 3 months our customers are getting such treatment from Samsung...

                                        Sir,
                                        Please refer to my complaint No. [protected]. The complaint was filed on[protected]. Inspite of my repeated reminders over phone to your customer care the complaint is not resolved. Your techincian from trivandrum service centre inspected the monitor(sync master B 2030) and said some components are to be changed. He obtained my signature and went saying it will be done within 2 days. 2 weeks passed, he hasnt turned up. Nor the service center attend the phone. Again I rang up the custormer care, and i am assured it would be done on that day itself. But nothing has been done. The service department of the company is callously indifferent towards the complaints of the customers? what should a customer like me do, if we purchase your products and these situation arises? kindly be kind enough not to punish the customers like this.
