A fridge was delivered to us 10 days back on 24 Nov.10. this is a replacement fridge. However despite repeated requests, no one has come for a demo or to install the fridge. there have been several calls to take away the other fridge and when we request that installation be done they assure us that they will contactthe relevant people but there has been no response from the company....

I had purchased two Samsung Mobile Handsets on March 2010 but after next week of Purchasing the mobile we are facing some problem in my handsets, and also We go to Samsung Mobile Service Center, Dombivli (E) many times. but they are not able to solve our problem always they told us please come on next week, but if we go next week there was same situation no solution,

the spinner motor makes some noise and sparks occasionally. the engineer has visited and said that the motor requires change since the winding has burnt out. bill Rs 1500/-. But doubt remains since the motor is still continues to run albiet with occassional noise. Shouldnt it be possible to repair the same motor so that it costs me lesser than I am being asked to pay?...

I have Puchased Samsung Start Mobile in January-2010 (Touch Screen).

And my mobile Hangs regularly at that time unable to switch off the handset too..
I was facing a problem of Touch Screen and given the handset for repair Samsung Authorised Service center in Pimpri Pune link Road they delivered the mobile after 12 Days. and rectified the Issue and given me my mobile with the same condition.

We have registered for non functioning of our Samsung Washing machine on 10th Nov 2010. our BP no - [protected] dated 12th Nov 2010. Since than we are rigorously following up with the service centre but the response is poor.We never expected this type of response from a company like Samsung.
Please look into and if possible send your person within 24 hours or else we will get it done from somebody else.
