I am a customer of Samsung product, I brought a new washing machine of Samsung in May-10. Since the time of purchase I am facing some technical problem in this machine. I have already visited 10 times local distributor/Retailer of Samsung (Paras Tradors, Karnal) but I never found any solution. Even I have given my complete on customer care number of times but every time your engineers come and he return back without solution....

This is with reference to my handset Samsung Corby 3G model no. Samsung M-5650, as i had purchased this handset on 31/01/10 , and after using it for five months the problem start coming with this handset, but sending it to Samsung Service centre for several times the problem is not been rectified.
So kindly sudggest how to proceed as being in touch with your service team also we are not able to get the appropriate solution...

I recently bought Samsung galaxy 5 from Sangeetha [ Vijayanager,Bangalore] on 17/11/2010. I used it for 4days and it started getting switched off. It didnt switch on today. I took it to Sangeetha and showed that it is not working. Sangeetha lady tried it couple of times with changing batteries and could switch on. She even opened up anotehr un sold pkg of galaxy 5 and used that battery in my cell. none were properly fitting in the battery...

my cell phone was purchased on 02th November,2010.
and after 12 days my cell phone did not work and i gave cell phone service center.
and after five days i received a call from Samsung care they told me that your cell phone is properly serviced and you are satisfied to our service but how can i satisfied? because i did not received my cell phone from service center they said that you will receive your cell phone on monday next...

15th Oct i have purchased plazma. TV is nor working properly. I called Customer Care( 26th Oct) of Samsung but they are not responding. There engineer say in 15teen days unit is replaced but no action will be taken by samsung till 23rd Nov . This is Samsung duty to give us good services in given time. Samsung Service is very poor. I registered my complaint on 8th November 2010 regarding my cooling problem. Also I am following up this from this complain from that date onwards. Whenever I ask the customer care executive they used to say the same statment like our engineer will come today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. But nobody was not called or came to do the service.

So please be careful with samsung products.
