I purchased samsung Lcd 32'' from 167,North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai vide bill no.[protected] on 7th november 2010. On the day of purchase they promised and written on the bill that they give Airtel DTH and TATA Photon+ as offer for my purchase of the LCD. After the bill was paid, they informed me that the stock was not there and the Offers would be delivered to me within two dayI wouwo days, till date (21.11.2010) I have not received any of them. Keeping it aside, after the purchase of Lcd, the same was installed to the wall after 3 days. On 14th November 2010 the Lcd started to show a very poor view and lines and dots on the screen always. I complained Viveks where I purchased the lcd and advised by them to contact samsung customer care centre. I registered my complaint with samsung vide [protected](complaint number) on 17th November, 2010. The customer care executive Mr.Nambi registereod the complaint and informed me that the service centre's executive would be calling me in two hours, which never happened. The next day service centre person Mr.Pramod came to my home and told me that some manufacturing defect identified and hence the LcD needs to be replaced, which will happen within 7days and promised me that he would try to do replacement much earlier. I accepted for it and submitted the scanned copy of the bill for their processing. I phoned on 20th to call centre and enquired about the status of the replacement, they did not have any answer and told me to call service centre directly. when I phoned service centre no body was lifting the phone. On 21st (today) one from service centret called my house and informed that It would take 15days and not possible with in 7 days, in fact he was telling that who informed us that the replacement would be done within 7days. I got frustrated and called Viveks and they asked me to come to show room with bill for solution. I went to Viveks and met Mr.Ramesh, Manager, who informed that the product is not having any guarantee, only warrantee is available for which I have to wait till samsung does replacement. I got angry and came back from the show room with their irresponsible and lethargic reply.
Please suggest me the alternative action from end to solve this. why the people are like this telling some thing before sales and not responding properly to the customers after sales. Both the dealer and Manufacturer are irresponsible and very poor in customer satisfaction. I request all not to purchase any product from viveks especially samsung products becuase I am suffering.
I am officer in a Nationalised bank. I and my family members are the regular customer of Samsung home products sine lang time. We have purchased Samsung Washing Machnie, Mobile, Refrigerator, Micro Oven etc in bulky. Some time back I purchased a Samsung washing machine product type is WA78K1 at Harsh home appliances at Udupi of Karnataka. The same is working till last month. However at the begining of this month the same was stuck. I lodged my complaint with Harsh Shop at Udupi on[protected] and got assurance that the same would be repaired very soon. Two days latter a man calling himself as service men of Samsung Service Centre at Udupi visited my house and checked the machine and reported that its PCB is to be replaced as it is not working. He assured to replace the same immediatley. But till this day I have no communication from the said service propider. As and when I makes calls, the said Smart Service Centre used to convey one or the other misguidng message. One day he said that the material is not received on the other day next day he would send his men to replace the PCB as he received the same. In all I have visited more than 6 to 7 times his office. But no satisfactory answer was given by the service provider. It has elapsed nearly 15 days of ledging my complaint no action taken place at your end. When I called the head of the service provider over phone, he sopke indecently in volger voice "Now I am busy, you call tomoorow morning. We dont have time to listen your grievince". It is not the way to approach and care the loyal customer of your product.
I have requested them to replace the same as I am in urgent need of the washing machine as my wife is fully pregnent and is not in a position to wash the clothes by hand. The said request of mine went in vein.
My question is why should we put our faith in the product of the company if we dont get satisfactory service when we are in absolute need. I was totally messed up and planning to switch over to some other products of different company which provide the suitable and needy service to the customers. Please remember if your service provider does not repair my washing machine within two days, surely I will switch over to the product of some other company. Beside which I advice my family, friends, collegues and others too not to prefer your product as there your service is very weak and poor.
Please dont spoile our faith and confidence on your product by engaing inefficient service provider at Udupi. I have also heard from the people of the area that the said service provider is not giving proper service to the customer.
I dont say anything more and I even dont write to you any more if you fail to comply with my request. I will straight away change the product taking burden on me which you please note.

I have purchased one Samsung washing machine on 09 March 2012. The details are as follows
Model : WA80E5LEC Serial Number : W1295ZCBC01140.
Water was leaking from the water pipe end which is connected to the water tap.I made a complain with complain number [protected]. Samsung technician visited my house in time. However he has suggested to replace the full pipe. Where as in picture it is shown that only one seal(black colour) is damaged. The has been opened by me easily without any special tool. If the seal is replaced the washing machine will be serviceable. For a small seal full pipe in not required to be replaced. So I kindly request you that please make arrangement to replace the seal at the earliest. I will be pay the the cost of the seal.
