I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab from Croma Stores, Mulund on 21st November vide invoice no.[protected]. I was promised free gifts which would reach me within 2-3 days from Samsung. So far I have not received ANY free gift. I call Croma helpline on 61406363 and I am promised call backs from the store. When someone calls back, they say they will check with Samsung and call back. No one has called me back at all. Every day I make at least 4-5...

I have Samsung printer SCX-4300. And I allready registerd my problem in Samsung service center but untill today i have not any answered from samsung. And when i called samsung service center then he replied u wait.

Last year I bought a samsung mobile phone for my father on his birthday. As I have used many samsung phones in the past.

3 months before the warranty ends, it had a minor problem, whenever I transfer a file to that mobile phone through bluetooth, it received that file and when the download completed it showed a warning that the file format is not supported and did not save the file, that's the only problem we had.

When i approached to dealer to sort out the problem as per above mentioned subject, he asked my mobile phone to handover to him for repairing and that will take 15 days to do so as per information given by dealer.
But the thing is if i will handover the set to him then what i will do without handset for 15 days.

I am a loyal customer of Samsung products.

I just want to highlight how people ( the samsung customers) are treated at customer service centre.

My mobile Samsung Corby was not working properly few days back so I want to the service centre in pune located at null stop.

The behavior of the guys working at this centre is very rude they are not at all polite.

My mobile is under warranty...

Complaint for not Installing the New Microwave Oven

After the mechanic attended to the breakdown, the fridge has not been repaired for over 15 days. I have spoken to the office in Goa who promised to get the Part to be replaced in 8 days. I have been following up with the Office no results.They say the part has to be bought from Mumbai.
