Dear Sir,
This my second complaint for the same set within 04 months of procurement.Copy of my first mail is attached below. It is solved & my phone get repaired but not changed (as i requested).

It is kept by service branch for 01 month (no service phone is provided) & then handed over to me informing that the mother board of this set is found corupt that is why phone was not functioning well.
Repair is done & new motherboard is installed in place of old motherboard.

After a month today morning when i pick my phone to call somebody i found it is switched off even though it was on charging. I switched it ON but after showing the booting message of Samsung C5212 it again switched OFF i tried no of times to switch it ON but fails.
Now my wife again submitted that set to service centre at K.K services, ghaziabad (Owner-Ashish,[protected]) for repair.

I got fed up from this phone. I want a new phone against this phone
Plz Help. My Samsung Cust. Id No.- [protected]

Dear Samsung,

Your New Duos model-C5212 is really rediculas. My wife gifted me the new set on my last birthday that is on 24 July,2010.
She procured this set because of 02 sim slots option.

From the day one it is giving following troubles,

01. only showing 01 network at a time .
02. Outgoing voice is too low that i offtenly got complaint from my freinds that your voice comes too low during conversation.
03. It never picks the signal of local FM radio channels when I travels through a local train or metro.
04. Battery discharges fully in a single day even i talk only 1/2 an hour only.

Regarding this
- First i visited the shop from where this set is procured , the shopkeeper said that signals might be week of your another sim.
I complained & requested the Airtel person to check for the week signals & also i observed the phone for another couple of days
but i found that the signal start coming of the Sim which i choose as default.
- Then i somehow find out the samsung customer care no. & ask them for support,they give on id no - [protected] & also logged my complaint.
They said to submit the phone for replacement to the nearest service centre at K.K Services, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad
& then contact to Samsung cust. care with the Job card issued by serv. centre.
- After couple of days my wife visited their office (dated-18/09/10) & shown the handset.
The serv. centre person said that there are simply some setting problems
& requested her to wait for 1/2 an hour & they will retrun the same after making the settings.
The serv. engineers tried for 01 hour but for no use.
Then they submitted the phone with them & gave my wife a Job card & said to collect the phone after 25 - 30 days after repair.
- As said by Samsung Customer care executive, again i contact the Samsung's Cust. Care (dated 04/10/10) & again requested
to exchange the Duo model handset by some single sim model. They give me the no. of Mr. Sandeep (Area Sales Manager,West)
[protected] & said to inform all this matter to him & he will certainly help me out & if not ,then again inform the customer care deptt.
- I called Mr. Sandeep , but beyond my expectations he just replied that we are the only after sales service & support persons
I can't do anything on this issue as Samsung has the Policy to exchange the handset only within 04 days of procurement.
- I again made a call to Samsung's Cust. Care & update them of all then they said that we are not able to support you as we are from technical side.
So they gave me the mail -id support.[protected]@samsung.com & guide me to book all the issue to this.

My Question is - Why i should take a new repaired phone for which i have paid the charges of new set ?

I have not paid for a handset from which i will face the problem from day one.
Also i have taken that set because of 02 sim option but i am not getting that feature , so that set is worthless for me.

I want to just give back/exchange this set. I do not want this set at all.

I am also ready to put the extra money of rate difference against replacement of this model dual sim phone from
any of other samsung model with single sim option of higher price range even.


Plz suggest & call me at [protected] with solution.

      i PURCHASED SAMSUNG OMINIA II ON NOVENBER 1st 2010 from Saudi Arabia . After 15 days i came to know that this product is display with inbuilt 16 GB memory, but surprise it was not in side. When i open to see my storage, it is showing OO (zero) starage.. Surprise???

      When i complane to shop keeper, he told that some of the piece by default company forget to build inside so this is one the same piece which is company's fault..Nobody is ready to help in this SAMSUNG product matter..Pl send this message to company for its image of product and if possible pl help me to either change mobile or give me 16 GB inbuit in this piece.. i am all electronics product user of SAMSUNG only, so save company's prestige value

        I have purchased a Samsung Corby Pro (B5310) mobile on 26th July 2010. After using the phone for 2 months a problem occured with the set. The handset was restarting on its own. After submitting the handset to the Samsung Service Center, they have returned me the set after 1 and a half months (Complaind ID: MA190923), that too after repeated pestering Now after getting my handset back I have used it for 2 days and the old problem has started again. Again the handset is restarting on its own.
        Please tell me what to do next as I am being harassed for no reason. Should I lodge a complaint in Consumer Court against Samsung..

          i had purchased samsung mobile3310 in june 2010, after 3-4 months its buttons are not working properly, i gone to the samsung gallary in nerul, Sector-23, East. Navi Mumbai on 1.11.10, but till date they are not repairing only giving every time new date. sir i have to go from my residence to shop by sepending every time 28-30 rupee by auto, till date i visited more than six times and yet they are telling we are repairing it. my mobile no.             I purchased a Samsung LCD TV (model LA22B450) on 08 September 2009 and it has been under replacement warranty of one year as per the terms of purchase. In August last week, it has developed some technical problems and I complained to the Samsung Customer Care No.[protected] and their engineer who visited advised the company to replace the set since it was having some major manufacturing defect which was not reparable. However, the company had not replaced or responded to their own engineer’s advice. Again, I lodged the complaint in the second week of September since they had not taken any action, and again their engineer visited and the same story repeated for 2-3 times till the end of October. The last complaint (complaint no.[protected]) was lodged by me out of frustration on 15 November 2010 without expecting any tangible action from their side at their customer care (since their no other contacts are available, and the customer care when asked informed that they are instructed not to disclose their senior executives' numbers to the customers) and they promised that the engineer will visit within an hour and this time the set will be replaced within a day, if advised so by the engineer. However nothing happened so far. Since, my family has been without a TV set for the last two months, now I have been forced to buy another LCD TV set from LG (shelling out considerable sum though I am financially very much constrained) because of this company's lackluster attitude and lack of professionalism in resolving a complaint that is too within the year of purchase of their product for the last two months.
            Now, I look forward to your help in resolving this matter, since I am determined that they should not be allowed to hoodwink the customers and go scot free without any responsibility other than selling their mediocre products to customers who are blinded by their misleading advertisements. I understand that they have also an assurance that their customers could not go beyond their customer care number and hence nothing will happen if they do not respond to the complaints. I hope their chiefs in Korea will at least take note of this since the actions of their counterparts in India will certainly bring a bad name to their image in other countries too. Any way, with this frustrating experience, I will never recommend a person to buy any samsung product nor will I or any of my acquaintance buy their products in this life time. They have eroded the faith the customers have in them.

            Samsung — not replacing defective tv

            respected sir
            i bought a 29" colour tv from shakti electronics , ahmedabad on 19 jan .on the very next day red colour patch problem was there on display. i complaint the dealer and so company people came to inspect.
            they confermed the same and assured to replace the piece. but neither company people or dealer is able to replace the piece.they said that model is out of stock. i made make several phone call to samsung service center and dealer but there is no result
            pls help me

            Samsung — not resolving the complaint from last two months

            two months ago i have launched a complaint to samsung about my lcd tv and they are due to replace the part and still they have not replace the parts so please do something so that my tv work properly
            SAMSUNG COMPANY IS CHEATING INDIAN CONSUMERS. THEY DONT REPLACE OR REPAIR THEIR PRODUCT. ALL THEIR SERVICE CENTERS AND TECHNICIANS ARE NOT EDUCATED AND THEY TALK ALL CRAP.

            Samsung — LCD DEFECTIVE

            I purchased an LCD 26" model no. LA26B480 from Samsung Plaza, Sanjay Gandhi Market, Jalandhar City, PUNJAB for Rs 27,200/- only on 29 Aug'2009 against Invoice No.588 . Now the LCD has gone defective and I lodged complaint with company and its no. is [protected]. The Company Rep says that the panel has gone defective and it will require replacement for cost of Rs. 14,000/-. As the warranty has expired in Sep only and the LCD has gone defective in Nov'2010 it is strange that the LCD has gone defective after only one month of warranty. Now the Company is demanding above money for repair. I am thinking to approach Consumer Court for the redressal.

              Dear Sir

              I bought one Samsung Mobile handset # SGHB 5722 on 15/03/2010 from QRS RETAIL OUTLET ,Trivandrum.

              During the past five months, I have faced lot of service issues to my mobile handset like display problems, black mark on screen, clarity etc.. .I don’t know whether you have experienced this problem with other customers.

              I had given my handset to your service centre in Trivandrum (couple of months back) due to the touch screen issues, and they returned it after some days saying that they have replaced the touch screen and the problem has been solved. From the very next day the same problem happened and I tried my level best to use the phone with the same issues. It was my urgent requirement to keep the phone with me even with the problems. I knew that your service department will not solve the problem on priority basis and my experience with them stop me to approach them again .One black mark appeared on the screen and then it grown gradually and there was no other option.

              Then I returned my handset to your trivandrum service station and they asked me to sign on some documents. It is unfortunate that they mentioned the complaint as “water logged”. Actually there was no issues to be waterlogged. I did several follow-ups to solve the problem and to get my product back with good condition. They asked me to pay money even it was under warranty period

              They returned the product without proper service and I was totally upset on their behavior and service to customers.

              I'm sure that this isn't the level of service you intend to provide and will remedy the situation immediately. I would like to get a new product from your side. As this product is still under warranty, I would appreciate you notifying me as to how we may resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

                    I was visiting the great city of Singapore and I thought may be buying a Samsung TV wont be bad idea since Samsung products were supposed to be more reliable. So I found out a dealership and ordered a 37 inches LCD TV costing me 800 dollars. I came back to India and started using the TV, it ran fine for 2 months and then just one night the screen went blank. I called the local authorized service centre and the Samsung helpline. I was told to send the TV to the service centre. After one day I was told that LCD panel and the PCB of the TV has gone bad and needs to be replaced. And the TV has been purchased in Singapore hence it can not be done under warranty and I would have to pay a sum of Rs 25000 in cash if I wanted it to be repaired. This is such a bull . You buy a product from a multinational company, which sells it on the name of International warranty. Fill a warranty card and then it turns out its not even valid in India. So one has to shell out double the cost in less than 3 months. Samsung Company you are such a pity and I am going to spread awareness about your products using all means including internet on everysite to show how you treat your customers.

                    I completely agree with you, I was purchased 32 inches Samsung LCD TV in Dubai in April2010. After came back to INDIA I just ran it for two times, on second time it suddenly switched off and not getting switched ON again. I called customer service center and logged complaint then service engineer came and he told there is an issue with power PCB board and needs to be replaced...then my struggle started...whenever I called the customer care they will say that u will get the call back within 2 hrs...but it will never happened.
                    Whenever I called them always I will get answer as 'spare is not available...' I personally visited the service center and spoke to the manger of the service center he told that he will make the necessary follow ups and get it rectified. after some time when I called him again the old story repeated...
                    And we will never get the details of higher authorities to escalate the issue...still I am running around these guys with little hope...

                    Being a multinational company they should feel shame to tell such answers that Spares are not available even after 40 days of complaint…

                    The SAMSUNG company should stop doing the marketing of their products, cheating the customers and better to concentrate on customer service and support.

                    this is my last product of SAMSUNG and I will never recommend for any one….

                      Here is a Great Experience with what International Brand "Samsung" can do to his customers. If you spend Rs. 32000 and buy their product they will give you lot of sorrows, psychological trouble, distress, depression and what not. They will help you die very easily!

                      Again till date my LCD TV has not been replaced. Are you playing some kind of foolish/psycho game with poor customers like us? Is this the end result of believing in a International Brand like Samsung? See the last email date when you responded to me. The day next I got a call from someone from Noida stating that my LCD TV will be replaced immediately or the amount will be refunded. The date today is Nov 17 and nothing happened.

                      Now when you are trying to play a bad game with us we would also like to get back to you. Why are you not revealing names, why are you hiding yourself? Come our and be bold.

                      Can you provide me the email id of Mr. Gee-Sung Choi, your President & CEO? May be I should explain my position to him.

                      Now these are something I would be doing:-

                      In every website that registers complaints about products I will ensure that a copy of this email goes. I will also throughout my life whenever I get to talk to any person will share with bad experience and make sure that they will not purchase any of the Samsung products.

                      I think you are not acting as human beings but as animals which does not understand human feelings.

                      How about the plan of putting some notice and also sending emails to various news papers about your atrocities?

                      Again if you are bold enough, can you at least reply to this email stating that my TV still will take 20 years to get replaced?

We are a large joined family set up and I would be personally recommended buying Samsung to all my relatives in the past but I really do not know whether I was right.

                      You say Samsung is one of the world top Electronic Appliances company with stringent customer care policies. But you are not able to address a rather very small issue. After all we are not living in a remote village or in a desert. We are in a Municipality and that too a well renowned leather city. And your LCD panels are not being manufactured in Africa or some other planet to take a long time to reach us.

                      For the past two months we are not able to watch TV and do not even know whether we should buy a new one. We have spent 32,0000 Rupees of our hard earned money on your LCD TV only believing that it would a quality product which will be operational for at least 5 to 8 years.

                      Now I would like to clearly know what would be your reply to this as I would like to progress further. We cannot wait anymore. If you cannot find a LCD Panel why can't you replace the LCD TV instead?

                      Sadly, I was me every time who had to call up to know the status. I did not ever receive a call from your end at least once advising me of the real problem.

                      I would like to make a formal complaint on the undue delay that you are causing and the resultant distress and emotional and psychological stress this has caused me and my family members.

                      Please register this complaint and let your Higher Officials know about the sad state of Customer Care that you render to your poor customers. I want action to be taken immediately on this.

                      Hi ramesh i totally agree with you.I too experience a same problem.I got a mobile which is repaired on day one. and they say it will come under warranty.So u give a repaired one and keep continuing repairing it...What an hell is this.Ya i too trying to find out the email ids.Those top ppl r smart thy wont gve all their details.The customer manager s calling me up and saying ur mobile is ready in the service center go get it.for that only i complained.Already 4times it got repaired within 4months..Samsung sucks.In india we cant do anything.all we can do is save our friends from buying samsung product.

                        Sir my television picture is not in a horrizontal position. Earlier this year
                        ( Before 22nd. March ) i complained to customer care call center they sent there service
                        ( 22nd. March ) people through HITECH SOLUTIONS. A month later i found the same problem continueing.

                        Again I rang to cutumer care and i said about my T.V. they said the service people will come within 2 days time. I waited but none came. again i rang to Cus Care two times there after the was no response

                        After a long break I again called to the customer care before 28th Oct,2010 they sent a service person through the same HITECH SOLUTIONS. That person asked me service charge for the repeated problem but i said it is ur mistake & how can i bear the amount, That gentleman ran away witout any service.

                        After a few days again i rang to call center for the same problem they sent the service person( 08/11/10) to my house he serviced my T.V. but even after that the same problem is repeating. I also had paid Rs. 560 as service charge for his unworthfull service

                        Again i called to cuctomer care yesterday ( 15/11/10) till now there is no response

                        Iam very much surprisd of the very worst service by SAMSUNG appointed HITECH SOLUTIONS.

                        I need my T.V. to be serviced soon and properly by a qualified technician who knows what is the problem and how to solve it.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I returned to India after living abroad for many years in 2008 and purchased a Samsung Front Loading Automatic Washing Machine Model No WFR 1061X1XTL bearing serial No 00025PCQ300139 (Photograph attached). I received a lot of positive feedback about Samsung products in India and Samsung having an impeccable service record and therefore I went ahead and purchased the machine.
                          However I am sorry to say I have had a very disappointing experience with my Samsung Machine.
                          Early this year, the door fell off from the hinge and had to be replaced. The engineering told me that the defect was unnatural and was due to 'mishandling' on my part. I beg to state that there has been no mishandling on my part as I operate the appliance myself and use it sparingly.
                          Now the paint has started peeling off (As per pictures attached) which is extremely strange. It seems to me that I have been sold a defective piece.
                          I would like to clarify the following :

                          * We are a nuclear family with three members.
                          * I use the machine myself and it is not operated by my helper
                          * I use it sparingly and carefully
                          * I only use the expensive and branded detergents as prescribed for a machine of this type
                          * I do not use additives like softeners, bleaches etc even though those are a part of the washing process.
                          * My machine is installed in a safe and clean area, inside my kitchen and not exposed to any sort of environmental or extraneous wear and tear.
                          * I previously used a Haier automatic and enjoyed a hassle free ten year relationship with it despite much more rough use that it was subjected to.
                          * I find it amazing that a product that is supposedly designed for the rough Indian market can be such a delicate product.

                          I am enclosing photographs of the defect. Whilst Samsung's after-sales support in India is brilliant, I am sorry to say that the actual product leaves a lot to be desired in terms of Quality.
                          I hope that my complaint will be noted and suggestions taken to make improvements.

                              I purchased Samsung Mobile on 13/06/2009 from Mobile world ,Chandrapur, Maharastra model no SGH- J700i_T.
                              Last week it was showing problem like suddenly screen will be off and afterwards not getting on for some time. I have taken this mobile to Samsung authorised service centre ; Anand service centre: Anand electronics opp Anmol collection Chandrapur, work order no 2475 dated 12/11/10, set s. no RW 5S486619B. they repaired the mobile and charged total 1540 Rs for LCD replacement, FPCB replacement. Total cost appears to be very high compared to cost of mobile 4550 Rs purchased approx 1.5 yrs before. Also when I asked for replaced parts they refuses to handover and to show as they have to send it to company. My question is if mobile is not under warrenty why company requires replace parts and also not showing to customer replace parts which he paid.
                              I have got a serious doubt whether they have replaced the parts are not and just charged heavy amount.

                              I have purchased Samsung Mobile phone Model No.GT-E2120ZKIINS, on 25/05/2010 from M/s Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Avadi, Chennai-54. It has gone under repair in warranty period and I have handed over the mobile for repair at M/s Shyam Electronics, Ambattur who are the original authorised service centre for Samsung India on 01/10/2010. 46 days over still they have not made ready. After several correspondance also, they have not responded properly. It will be highly appreciable if you take this complaint with Samsung India immidiately. I want mobile to be get repaired immediately.

                                  This is to inform you that the mobile phone i had purchased 6 months ago and which started giving me problems over 2 months ago is not being given the due servicing which the company guarantees when it is still well in its warranty period. The service center which is situated in Aundh, Pune called "Shri Communications" and which is supposedly an 'authorized' service center, has no professionalism nor any respect for its clients which brings to notice the 2nd point of concern: what kind of 'professionals' does the company produce! I was called on 5 separate occasions to collect my phone which they promised to have repaired by then and seeing that the only problem my phone had was a dead display, this didn't seem like a very difficult case to tackle, but i was obviously wrong; it seems to be so utterly difficult, even trained professionals cant seem be able to change a display. The first time i went to get my phone serviced, they promised me it would be repaired within the next 4 days. 5 days later i called up the center they told me to give them 5 more days. When i optimistically went on the appointed date, they told me to give them 1 more week. "Friday pakka madamji. pakka". Exasperated but still hopeful i went on Friday to collect the phone. "Sunday please. promise. this time pakka." After throwing a fit and reprimanding them on their incompetence, and feeling absolutely sure on Sunday that my phone was definitely not going to be repaired, i called up the service center and, sure enough, "Tuesday ma'am. please". This just speaks volumes about the competence of the staff of the service center, and more importantly (and embarrassingly) speaks volumes about the company.I now know for sure that i am never going to buy another Samsung phone as long as i live, nor am i going to advise anyone to do the same. This should be a very embarrassing situation for a company to be in, being told off on the quality of their products, but somehow, it doesn't seem to bother the company not its employees. This is a very dangerous position for any company to be in, as the success of a company is only dictated by the happiness of its customers. And once this is compromised or jeopardized, the company is, for lack of a better term, in deep .

                                        I have purchased a Samsung mobile C5212 from MV Enterprises Gole Market Hapur. Gaziabad dated: in the month of September it started creating problem as it start giving trouble with the power backup it does not get started whenever it gets switched off. Therefore I took that faulty handset to the service station as per the guidance of the retailer. Samsung Service Center as Krishna Communication Garh Road Hapur is the place where I took my mobile for the problem that I was facing. They took my handset and told me to collect the same after 15 days. As per them they said that the PC Suite needs to be changed and configured again on the same. So I left my mobile at the service center for the same. After 15 days I went back to collect my phone from the Service Center, they demonstrated that it was working fine but the moment they turned off the mobile it again started with the same issue. Then they tried couple of time but the issue remains the same in fact I encountered one more problem that there was no display on the sceen. I again had a word with the manager Ashish regarding the same he said to leave the handset again, I did so on his behalf. But when I came back to the Service Center they are not responding anyhow and also they are not able to resolve my issue instead they have increase one more problem that is the faulty screen. Its three months since I am running for my handset and these people are not at all responding to me at all. Whenever they see me they says that it will take time but they never tell an appropriate time and there was also not appropriate response from the manager of the Service Center. Therefore I am bound to put the complain in the consumer forum for the same. Please help me for the same. I am attaching the bill of the purchase with this complaint

                                        sir purchased a samsung mobile C-5212 at the month of March 2010...& it is giving continuous " auto switch off " problems after 3 months of purchase ..have submited the handset 3 times in the samsung service centre ..but still m facing the same problem . they are realy harassing me being in a warranty period also..... i need the company to change ma defect handset ...so plzzzz help me out ..

                                        I bought samsung C5212 on[protected]. I gave the mobile for service at High Tech solution, Anna Nagar Chennai (Official service center of samsung), with work order no WHHP - 8 on 26.07.2010 with the complaint of Hanging. They told me that the cell will be ready in two days. After two days hey said there is problem with the mother Board and they asked me for 10 days time to rectify the problem. But even today 20.09.2010 i have not got back my handset.

                                        There is no response at all from the service center. They don't pick up my phone calls and they are just not bothered.

                                        I appeal to the company SAMSUNG to help me with this.
