yesterday due to various effortsof reliance web world , my staff went to KARUNA SERVICES MANAGEMENT P LTD, AND WAS GIVEN A SET.
WHEN I SAW IT I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT IT WAS NOT MY SET, AND THE FOLLOWING DETAILS WAS FOUND ON OPENING IT :

I PERSONALLY WENT TO KARUNE SERVICES AND MS SAMPA RAY ([protected] ) TOLD THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN NEW HAND SET TO ME, BUT ON SEEING THE SET NO BODY CAN SAY THAT THE SET THEY HAVE GIVEN IS NEW.
PLEASE NOTE I AM NOT SATISFIED AS MY HAND SET WAS JUNE MADE AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME SECOND HAND SET.
I HAVE REQUESTED MS SAMPA RAY ALSO TO GIVE NEW HAND SET, BUT SHE ASKED ME TO CONTACT MR RAJIV BANERJEE [protected].
YESTERDAY I HAVE INFORMED MR VIKRAMJIT ( FROM SAMSUNG INDIA LOOKING AFTER VARIOUS SERVICE CENTRES , CONTACT NOS [protected] ). HE SAID HE WILL LET ME KNOW AFTER 10 MINUTES, BUT IN VAIN. I CALLED HIM SIX TIMES ON HIS MOBILE BUT HE DID NOT RECEIVE MY PHONE CALL.
I FEEL CHEATED AS I AM NOT READY TO ACCEPT OLD SET AGAINST MY NEW HAND SET.

MS NANDITA from this service centre assured me last wk that the set is under observation and that I can take delivery on Saturday 09/10/10 but in vain.
On 11/10 /10 I was told engineer is absent who has kept the set under observation so delivery is possible only on 12/10/10
Today they have another reason, i.e there is still some problem with mother board which needs replacement, but they still dont how much time they require to solve this problem.
I told them to replace the set with new set, since there is problem with the set, but they refused to do so.
Now I actually want to know what shall I do, I feel cheated by such a big brand like Samsung India, and I would request you to treat this matter seriously and take necessary action possible, since it will be you who will loose a customer.
I expect necessary action from your side since I feel I purchased the same from you, and I trust your company and had no idea regarding Samsung India.
