I have purchased Handset on March 20 , 2010(Invoice no 43563) from telephone shoppee. Its keys stopped working and it is given for repair to Raza services on 18 Oct. 2010. They are not repairing or they are not changing the handset till date

    My samsung handset model is B-5310 Corby pro

    There was a problem in my set that screen of that handset does not appear & some slider problem also.
    For the same problem to sort out i had submitted my handset in one of the samsung authorised service center. When i gave the handset the display screen has no scratch.
    But today (12.11.10) when i went to service center the phone was OK but the display screen has some crack in it. After lots of hard work they accepted their mistake but they changed my display to somebody's mobile. They have not replaced it the new one.
    They told me that samsung provide old display screen . The display which they provided me know also has scratches. Its cleary shows that this display also is an pld one.

    Mr. Manish is the caretaker of my mobile in this service center.

    Date of purchase of handset is 29.5.2010

    Kindly check this matter ASAP as i'm not satisfied with this service of my mobile.
    They actually made my mobile very old

      I have purchase a Mobile (Samsung) handset from Spice outlet situated in sector- 31, Gurgaaon after 5 days purchase of mobile i found the handset is not fulfill my requirement and i want to returned the handset to the dealer from wheare i purchase the mobile. Dealer executive told me the handset returend within 7 days from the date of purchase of product. I going to service center for returend the handset but the representative of service center ask for back date bill of product and the dealer denied he cant give me another bill mentioning back date (Bill dt. 05.11.2010) and the service center ask to me give to her bill with date mentioned 08.11.2010. I came back to dealer for get the bill as per service center but the dealer not give me back dated bill . Within two party (Dealer and S.C) i lost my huge amount and my valueable time. I humbale reqeuest to please take a action against the dealer as well as against Comapany.

          Samsung !6 inch Monitor — Not attending warranty services

          "Engineer will reach today, is it a complaint for a music system" is the reply and the mode of service warranty against the defective MONITOR sold by Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. And the engineer never reaches to attend a warranty claim. Samsung Monitor !6 inch TFT with a manufacturing defect is not being attended. Anyone buying a Samsung product must take care of such fradulant on site warranty.

            For the past 6 month I facing this problem and I already spent around Rs.1500 for bearing, rs.550 for Blower again rs.275 for blower again rs.276 for noise reduction Total Rs.2601 but still the problem is not rectified.

            More or less I spoke to all of your customer care executives, thanks for you bocoz u gave a great chance for me to intreact to your staffs

            Malathi (supervisor) very very good performance, she is enough for you to lift Samsung

            she is not able to speak, how many times i called that dog (malathi) i spoke to anneesh,sharath and bharathi but no response from that dog, dog is simply sitting and telling , will call with half an hour, one techinician is wating in my home, wat i do that time,


            sharath this dog also a JUGGUBAI to malathi dog.... am asking him i want to speak to malathi, transfer this line i told him....he told me i spoke to her she will cal u in half an hour, i told ther is no time please transfer but that male dog not did that (i think u already recorded that if possible u can try that)

            all are born by dogs....

            total samsung uinit is humbug.

            they can close this unit and go to clean the public toilets, that is the best job for you.

            for the past 6 months i called you more than 100 times.

            monthly twice i called them regarding this problem

            one executive. suresh he visited to my home twice in a month but noting he did he simply tell this noise will cum but upto to April 2010 am not heard that noise after changing the bearing only this noise cums.....therir service is not gooood thats y the problem cums again and again

              Dear Sir/ Mam,

              I had purchased Fully automated Washing Machine of Samsung Model NO.78Dup on 29-01-10 from Snehanjali Stores, Boisar.

              I had an issue in washing Machine regarding Power and raised an complaint on 06-OCT-2010 to snehanjali Stores, but till date the machine was not yet started.

              My registered BP No. is [protected].

              After 2 weeks of complaint launch one vendor named Mr. Tripathi came to us and told us regd 2 possibilities either the machine will be replaced or the power socket will be replaced but till date we haven't received any feedback nor the machine is repaired.

              Kindly suggest me as already 1 and 1/2 month passed without any solution from them and i had a talk to the VASAI Customer care of Samsung and the person told me of much needed response on 09-NOV-2010 but till today no one came to us.

              My Bill no. 964327 against the purchase of machine.

                I regret of buying samsung washing machine.
                The service during warranty period itself so worst .They say that they have stopped manufacturing the spare so i have become scapegoat for buying their product and for their mistake. Im in a warranty period and company guys gives such careless reason of non availability. Is it my problem if company has stopped manufacturing? . In country like India these companies are making money by false promises and advertisements.My complaint number is [protected].

                Samsung Washing Machine semi automatic — Require inlet water pipe & dust collector bag

                As i am following up with service center for the above said parts, the service center people dont give answer propoerly for the asked querries, over that they say that these parts are out of stock.I am hearing this from past 2 weeks.When can i get these?

                Semi automatic washing machine — Non Repairing of machine under service warranty

                Dear Sir,
                I have purchased a washing machine model no. 68 - 275 sl no. CD 4710034 on dated 04.11.2004 with extended warrenty till 04.11.2009 vide form no. UP/LKO 0309 and reciept no. 2615 10.11.2004.
                I have log the complaint to your local service engineer Mr.Vijay on mobile ( at Allahabad ) near about 15 day back, after a week time an engineer visited to my house and asked to show the warrenty certificated before checking the machine. The same takes some time to retrive. He told that the motor of the dryer is not working, needs to be replaced and gone away. I have call back with in a shortperiod to give the papers and call again to Mr. Vijay and give the details of the same for loging the complaint.
                Still the same is pending and the machine's dryer is not working, I have called several times to your service engineer but he has not even recieve the call. Today he says as & when the motor will recieve, the machine will be repaired.
                Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as i and my family is facing acute problems in day to day life for washing the clothes as we have 02 small childern

                  Sir, i have purchased new samsung mobile in May month ,it works fine about a month and it got a problem every two hours once, mobile automatically switched off,for this i gave my mobile to your authorised service centre in my town ,after one and half month back i got my mobile in usable condition. i used for another two months,once i got same promblem on 25.09.10 ,same handed over to service centre , but still now i am not received my mobile.

                  Is there any way to get mobile refund ,so i request you to give me a solution

                  sir i purchase a samsung corby s3653 before 6 month later after 4 month i have problem with the software of that mobile.i give it in chandigarh service centre sec 22. they told me it cant be repair u can replace it or refund ur money.i deposit that for refund on 10 august 2010 but they r not refund my money or not issue me any phone till this time.when i go to center they r not not giving any satisfactory answer about mobile or money.they say when ur cheque will comoe w'll call u.pls help me what to do?

                    sir,
                    I had bought samsung mobile model no GT-E2120 dated[protected]..
                    After working 2 months, it got dead and not at all working from the date[protected]. so i bring it to the service center located near Maddilapalem.
                    they checked it and took it . (WORK ORDER NUMBER :WA[protected]).
                    After one month, they replied that, you will get cost of the money back in 15 days (AFTER 1 MONTH THEY SAID) and collected all the accersories and bill of the mobile purchased and left Work order form with me
                    It is over 2 MONTHS from the date i given and i didnt get any response from you.(HOW WORST YOU ARE PROVIDING THE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS)
                    I request you to give my money back with in one week otherwise i need to proceed legally.

                    Samsung-E2120B — Not turning on

                    i have bought a new mobile Samsung E2120B in Wave tell. with in a month i got the problem of mobile not getting on. i approched Wavetell and they forwarded me to Velacherry samsung service centre. there they changed the software and was working fine for two days. after that i got the same problem and now they forwarded me to Tambaram Branch Samsung Mobile India. I logged my complaint and was waited for one month. but i didnt get any response of the status. instead i was asked to come 5 times to the centre in person. after that they said that they have changed the board. but after 2 days i am getting the same problem. now i dont know where to approach. What to do of buying the useless mobile?

                        Hello,
                        Can anyone tell me why the horizontal output (J6920A) of sumsung TV model no. Ws-32Z30HE when plugged, and you switch on the the TV, the output goes off immediately and when you remove, the TV can switch on.What is the cause of that? Is it the flatback or any other thing?

                          I am doing this followup with Samsung for last 3 months since I bought a Samsung Galaxy S GT I9000. Samsung is showing a sorry figure by providing such 3rd grade responses where they are mentioning that an engineer will contact me and in last 3 months nobody did turnedup. (IS SAMSUNG INCAPABLE OF HANDLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA???). I have already lodged A complain in consumer forum after reminding several times. Then I will be forced to take the route of Law.

                          Inspite of writing several times as well as comittment that an engineer will be in touch, nothing has happened. The phone has developed the following troubles.

                          1. Phone hangs (Problem increasing day by day)

                          2. Phone blacks out automatically.

                          3. Kies does not support.

                          4. Battery life not improved post changing the battery at your Borivali Service center.
                          I have approached the Service centers at Santacruz-West (Software updated) and Borivali-West (Battery Changed). However, the problem persists. Request redressal of the same failing which, I will be forced to approach the Consumer Court.

                            I had bought samsug galaxy-3 mobile in nugambakkam universal show room on17th oct 2010.From the 4th day onwards i am not able to get net work,all the contacts were erased ,there is a message asking for insertion of sim card.I had handed over mobile on 1st nov as i had some emergency in hospital.Till this date there is no reply from the show room.They said they have to get certificate from the company to replace the mobile.After buying such an expensive item there is no use of it. Inspite of my emergency i have been to the store twice.I have been a regular customer of the show room.This year itself i have bought 4 mobiles.My service request no :30950.Waiting for a reply for the mental torture u have given to me

                            i have galaxy 3 GT-I5801, but then i m downloading on my phone by wifi, then phone go to sleep mode the downloading is stop in firmware android 2.2 FROYO, , , , , , , slove my problem immediately

                              I purchased brand new Samsung c5212 mobile from Bhartis, Bommanahalli, yesterday 08.11.2010. When I switched on the phone, the default date was 01.01.2008. Also in the music file, there was Kajrare, Badmash Company ring tones. There are just 4 ring tones in the phone, which as blue tooth(aif sent through blue tooth). I doubt that the dealer has given me the used phone by changing the panel in the cost of new phone. I paid Rs.4650 in cash. Please help me in this regards. I will be grateful.

                                One of the worst experience I am go through and being punished for purchasing a Samsung product.

                                I purchased a Samsung LCD TV (22”) on 31st October 2010 from Viveks (T Nagar) unfortunately the TV started showing corrupted picture on 2nd Oct morning, I immediately called the sales person from Viveks and informed, he confirmed that he would be arranging for a person to come and check, I also called the customer care and placed a complaint (compliant number: [protected])

                                An engineer visited my place by 2pm and confirmed to my surprise that the TV has to be replaced and it would take 7 days, I was very upset for the fact the TV got corrupted the 2nd day only and with out any other option requested the engineer to prioritize the request.

                                Today being the 7th day I called the engineer to check the status and for my surprise I was told it is still in approval process and might take 1 more weeks time (when I had called the engineer I heard in the back ground where the engineer was asked “why is he logging in the application today” I took the engineer’s manager number and complained and the revert was again once the stock comes we will deliver again which will take about 5 to 6 days.

                                I had already postponed my travel plan because of the earlier commitment and now again I have been given a new commitment. I understand that the electronic items may go wrong any time but my point is why am I made wait for so long. I might not be a very profitable customer but let tell you that I have Fridge, Washing machine, DVD player and AC of Samsung and considering the TV got corrupted in just 2 days from the date of purchase my request should have been prioritized.

                                  i have purchased a samsung jet s8003 mobile in february 2010.... and had problems with the phone.... i have submitted my handset at the chembur service station of samsung on the 22nd september 2010....... even though it has been almost two months there is no progress in the status of my handset..... the service center is rude and doesnt have any courtesy for their customers....... they only keep giving dates and do not give any feedback.... there is no contact no. so i have to go to the centre for any queries. the company is also not ready to give me a replacement.
                                  the job sheet no of my handset at the chembur service station is 11615 and the complaint no at samsung mobile is BP No. [protected]......
                                  i kindly request you to look into the matter and help me in the best manner possible......

                                    I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy 3 (GT-5801) Mobile.

                                    I purchased the phone keeping in mind, the features, access to a wide range of free android applications and the value for money specifications.

                                    But as a couple of days passed by, after getting a customs to all the functions and applications the phone provided i encounter a very ridiculed problem.

                                    I installed about 60 application as per my requirements and liking. After a while the phone began to hang/stop operation often, i had to restart it often to ensure smooth functionality.

                                    So happened was that the internal meager phone memory of 170mb got completed occupied which blocked my message receiving capacity because of which i missed a couple of important appointments.

                                    i called customer care and asked them to sort the issue but they were of no help. only information they provided me with was that i could not access the phone memory no could i make any modifications to the same! It seems the system was designed that way!

                                    The thing was while purchase i was not made aware about this constraint, that the phone could not handle more than 60 plus applications or once it exceeds the phone memory storage capacity.

                                    They provide and external memory of 2gb expendable up to 32gb but which cannot be used to store applications download from the android market website.

                                    I feel thoroughly cheated and miss informed for the same reasons and would like to know if you could assist me in obtaining justice in the most rightful manner

                                    Samsung — Less Message Storage Problem

                                    i want to save my SMS's in my memory card. Or I want to increase my message storage capacity.. As in samsung S5233a It Shows dere is 500 msg saving Memory bt its full after 230-240. so temme how can i do dat in my s5233a?? Or launch some new Softwares related to same..

                                    Just need to tell you that samsung galaxy 3 is an android OS based phone which is currently running the OS version 2.1. And every phone that runs 2.1 android version, stores the application in the internal memory only. If you want to use your memory card for the installation of application, you need to wait guys for the update release of 2.2 that will let you use the external memory for installation.

                                    This is in concern with the Galaxy 3 that I recently bought, I am facing huge

                                    [protected] Battery problem my phone 's battery goes down within few hours of charging, which is not even close to what samsung has promised of 15 hrs talk time etc.

                                    [protected] Secondly the GPS is not working at all
                                    [protected] Message memory gets over in about 100 smses
                                    [protected] the sound of video is too poor even if it is an original good quality video (ear piece)

                                    or else it will be out of charge even though i used to get less number of calls/ messages everyday. (12 msg, 6 calls ) max of 20 min talk time I use daily.
                                    But battery getting low at end of everyday. :(
                                    Poor battery performance.

                                    And Video visual quality is good, but not in audio.
                                    Not able to store the 3rd party applications in extended memory card, it stores in internal only.
                                    For video sound quality and strength, installing apps in extened slot is possible with android v2.2 if we update it ??

                                    Samsung — extend phone memory

                                    How to remove presetted ringtones and images from samsung GT- s3310 so as to extend phone memory atleast up 28 MB, as the phone memory of this set 30 MB. ?
                                    I am using a Galaxy 3 past 2 months. However someone helped me put into it the Android 2.2 FroYo, that made everything different. I have 4952 messages with just no problem at all. Battery lasts 2 days and sound quality it more than iPhone(compared). It basically just is the Android version dear. Don't panic, do you want to install FroYo? I can guide you. Or for an expert guidance. In facebook, make friends with Mayur Tejsinghani. He is a master of Galaxy 3. Good luck. :)

                                      I'd bought the mobile S-519 in May 2010. Within 3 months the first key fell from the keypad. The mobile store owners gave the only option of replacing the entire keypad for one key. Today one more key fell. Changing the keypad within 5 months o[censored]se isn't feasible. This kind of quality is not expected from such a reputed company. We are having a number of other samsung mobile models in our family. So we feel that there has been some manufaturing problem and request you to replace the mobile.

                                        I had purchased a Samsung Metro SG-5200 in Mar 2010. By July 2010, the mobile's screen went off without any reason. I visited the service center and was informed that I need to come back after a month because the LCD screen where in short supply I did so and I was surprised that while fixing my LCD screen they completely destroyed my camera quality. Mine was a 3.2 mega pixels camera with fine quality of photo and amazing clarity. Now when I click the photographs, it could surpass a horror show. I have written to samsung but they simply sent an acknowledgement for the complaint and did not get back. This for over 4 weeks now. Please help
